Très belle station avec des chemins bien éclairés. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Nombreuses places assises sur la plage, bien que celle-ci soit un peu rocailleuse. La nourriture était très bonne dans les restaurants mais généralement froide à la plage, à moins que vous ne preniez un hamburger cuit pendant que vous attendez. J'y retournerais certainement.

Great resort Very nice resort with well illuminated paths. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach seating although the beach is a little rocky. Food was very good at the restaurants but was usually cold at the beach unless you had a hamburger cooked while you wait. Would definitely go back.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Grandes vacances !

Le complexe est magnifique, de loin le plus beau le long de la plage. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le Vintage club auquel vous avez accès avec le Premium Pkg. Je recommande vivement de passer au niveau supérieur ! Il y a eu quelques problèmes, mais l'hôtel s'est empressé d'y remédier et a toujours été amical tout au long du séjour. Nous avons adoré notre concierge et notre serveur privés et nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe !

Great Vacation!! The resort is beautiful, by far the prettiest along the stretch of beach. Really enjoyed the Vintage club that you have access to with the Premium Pkg. Would highly recommend upgrading! There were a couple issues that arose but the resort was quick to accommodate and were always friendly throughout the entire stay. We loved our private concierge and waiter and will definitely be coming back to this resort!!

Impressive Premium Punta Cana: Puntacana : un centre de villégiature haut de gamme impressionnant

Je suis allé à Punta Cana la semaine dernière. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Impressive Premium et j'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel et la chambre étaient toujours propres. La nourriture était excellente, très variée. Le personnel était gentil et respectueux. La plage n'est pas aussi propre qu'à d'autres endroits (ex : Cuba) mais elle était décente. Les divertissements quotidiens étaient corrects. Attention aux excursions à moitié prix, le problème est qu'il faut aller écouter un discours de 90  [... lire plus]minutes sur les forfaits vacances, et il y en a beaucoup. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce centre de villégiature et ce forfait de vacances. Cela en vaut la peine.

Puntacana impressive premium resort Went to Punta Cana last week. Stayed at the Impressive Premium resort and had a great time. Hotel and room was always clean. Food was great, lots of variety. Staff was kind and respectful. The beach is not as clean as other locations (ie: Cuba) but it was decent. Daily Entertainment was decent. Watch out for excursions half price sale, the catch is that you have to go listen to a 90 min sale pitch on vacation packages, and there is lots going around. I would definitely recommend this resort and vacation package. Well worth it.

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Pas les meilleures vacances

Tout d'abord, l'hôtel était sur-vendu, ce qui n'a pas arrangé les choses. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, personne n'a pris nos bagages et nous n'avons pas reçu de boisson ou de tissu comme nous l'avions fait dans les hôtels précédents où nous avons séjourné. Le service laissait à désirer. Chaque fois que nous demandions une boisson (nous devions aller au bar à chaque fois car il n'y avait pas de service à la plage ou à la piscine), nous avions l'impression d'être une plaie pour demander des boisso [... lire plus]ns. Le seul point positif de l'hôtel était notre chambre de bain.

Not the best vacation To start, the hotel was over sold so that did not help things. When we arrived, nobody took our luggage and we did not receive a drink or cloth as we have at previous resorts where we stayed. The service lacked. Every time we requested a drink (we had to go the bar everytime as there was no beach or pool service) we felt as if we were a pain requesting drinks. The only thing good about the resort was our swimup room.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Une escapade géniale !

Nous sommes allés au Barcelo Bavaro Beach en couple et cela n'aurait pas pu être plus parfait. Je n'avais jamais été dans un all inclusive auparavant et mon partenaire n'y était allé qu'une seule autre fois. Le complexe avait la taille idéale pour nous. Le personnel était super sympathique et notre chambre était très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 2, qui est très proche de la plage, de la piscine et des zones de divertissement. Nous avons mangé une fois au restauran [... lire plus]t gastronomique, mais nous nous en sommes tenus aux buffets, où le choix de nourriture était fantastique. La plage était bien entretenue, nous avons acheté des lunettes de protection à la boutique de souvenirs, on nous avait dit que nous ne verrions pas beaucoup de vie marine juste à côté de la plage, mais nous avons vu beaucoup de poissons et une petite tortue de mer ! Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois au palace pour manger au bar des sports, mais aussi un autre soir pour visiter le casino et la discothèque, qui, pour être honnête, ne nous ont pas impressionnés. Nous nous en sommes tenus à notre complexe, car il est réservé aux adultes, et le palace nous a semblé un peu plus chaotique en raison du nombre d'enfants. Des divertissements étaient proposés tous les soirs et tout au long de la journée. Un jour, nous avons fait une excursion en catamaran que nous referions absolument, un autre jour, nous avons fait du dune buggies et de la tyrolienne, que nous ne referions probablement pas car nous étions venus là pour la plage et l'océan et nous nous sommes retrouvés à regretter le resort. Ce complexe est parfait pour tous ceux qui veulent s'évader et se détendre sans enfants, et peut-être faire un peu la fête. N'a pas vraiment semblé être le type d'endroit que les plus jeunes iraient à si vous vouliez vraiment faire la fête, mais nous étions là en Novembre donc c'était plus d'un temps plus calme. Conclusion : La plage et la piscine sont magnifiques, les boissons sont fortes, la nourriture est excellente et notre chambre était propre, que pouvez-vous demander de plus ?

Awesome Getaway! We went to Barcelo Bavaro Beach as a couple and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I hadn’t been to an all inclusive before and my partner had only been one other time. The resort was the perfect size for us. Staff were super friendly and our room was very clean upon arrival. We stayed in building two which is in very close distance to the beach, pool, and entertainment areas. We ate at the gourmet restaurant once but otherwise stuck to the buffets, where the food selection was fantastic. The beach was well maintained, we bought goggles from the gift shop, were told we wouldn’t see much sea life right off the beach, but we saw plenty of fish and a smaller sea turtle ! We headed over to the palace a few times to eat at the sports bar, but also went over a different night to check out the casino and the disco, which to be honest we weren’t impressed with. Mainly stuck to our resort as it’s adults only and the palace seemed a little more chaotic with the amount of children. Forms of entertainment were provided every night and through out the day. One day we did a catamaran excursion which we would absolutely do again, another day we did dune buggies and zip lining, which we probably would not do again as we came there for the beach and ocean and found ourselves missing the resort. This resort is perfect for anyone wanting to get away and relax without kids, maybe do a little partying. Didn’t really seem like the type of place that younger people would go to if you wanted to really party, but we were there in November so it was more of a quieter time. Bottom line: Beach and pool are beautiful, drinks are strong, food is great and our room was clean, what more can you ask for!?

Très propre, personnel sympathique, bonne nourriture, météo, tous les alcartes avaient de la bonne nourriture, bon rapport qualité-prix. J'y suis allé deux fois. Si vous utilisez un fauteuil roulant électrique, ils ont maintenant une camionnette accessible à Porta Plata. J'y retournerai !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great resort Very clean, friendly staff, great food, weather, all the alcartes had great food, good value for your dollar. I have been there twice, I you use a power wheelchair they now have an accesable van in Porta Plata. I will go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

L'expérience globale a été spectaculaire ! La chambre et la baignade étaient superbes (le long de la promenade principale, on pourrait utiliser des parasols pour le soleil du matin ou de l'après-midi). La nourriture, le service (Jean était formidable !), le terrain et l'expérience globale étaient impeccables. Suggestions... la contamination croisée est un problème potentiel avec les ustensiles de service au buffet (l'épouse est infirmière). Les clients d'Ambar pourraient bénéficier d'un tran [... lire plus]sfert direct depuis et vers l'aéroport. Le processus de réservation des restaurants doit être mis à jour/clarifié car nous n'avons pu obtenir que 4 restaurants pour un voyage de 10 jours une semaine avant notre départ. WiFi remarquable.

Amazing Resort The total experience was spectacular! The room and swim up was great (along main walkway could use umbrellas for morning or afternoon sun). The food, service (Jean was great!), grounds and overall experience was impeccable. Suggestions...cross contamination is a potential problem with serving utensils at the buffet (wife is a nurse). Ambar guests might have a direct transfer to and from the airport. Restaurant reservation process needs to be updated/clarified as we were only able to get 4 restaurants for a 10 day trip a week prior to our departure. WiFi outstanding.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique, avec un peu de barrière de la langue. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec des produits qui n'étaient pas réapprovisionnés. Ok resort. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is an older resort and showing its age in the rooms updates needed. Pool area and beach area clean . Hotel staff friendly , with a bit of a language barrier . We had problem things not being restocked. Dining area clean service was good. Food was fine staff great. Overall a nice resort but to large for my liking.

Je savais que le complexe était grand quand je l'ai réservé, mais je me suis rendu compte que ce n'était pas le genre de complexe qui me convenait. Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir prendre le trolley pour me déplacer. Les terrains et les chambres sont très bien entretenus. Le service était médiocre et il y a une barrière linguistique.

Mixed Feelings I knew the resort was big when I booked it; but found it is not the kind of resort for me. I didn’t like having to take the trolley around. The grounds and rooms are very well kept. The service was poor and there is a language barrier.

L'hôtel était magnifique avec de beaux arbres, des piscines autour de l'hôtel.buffet délicieux et des services très humbles.c'était ma première expérience au resort et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir.moi et ma famille avons apprécié le buffet et les boutiques du resort.les enfants ont apprécié de jouer à la piscine.

Viva Heavens by Wyndham: Un rapport qualité-prix incroyable

J'ai entendu parler de Heavens par mon agent tripcentral qui y était allé. L'hôtel a dépassé mes attentes les plus strictes. Surclassement dans une suite, terrain impeccable, nourriture excellente en particulier dans les restaurants à la carte, pas de file d'attente pour quoi que ce soit, personnel très joyeux, chaises de plage en abondance, transferts et enregistrements très faciles, etc. La plage peut être parcourue à pied sur des kilomètres, en grande partie non aménagée, surtout à l'est, ce [... lire plus] qui est très agréable. Le problème des algues est minime et les employés nettoient ce qu'il y a chaque matin. Je savais que ce serait bien quand j'ai lu les commentaires de TripAdviser et Booking.com - pratiquement rien de négatif. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire non plus. L'hôtel était comparable au Viva Wyndham Azteca au Mexique - peut-être meilleur en raison de la plage plus calme et du fait que Heavens est réservé aux adultes. Et c'était deux fois moins cher, même en chambre individuelle. Bon niveau de clientèle - Canadiens, Européens et Américains du Sud. J'y retourne en janvier et, bien que ce soit une période plus chargée, le coût n'était que de 300 $ de plus qu'en novembre.

Incredible value for money I learned of Heavens from my tripcentral agent who had been there. It exceeded even my strict expectations. Upgraded to a suite, spotless grounds, excellent food especially in the themed a la carte restaurants, no lineups for anything, very cheerful staff, plenty of beach chairs, very smooth transfers and checkin, etc. The beach can be walked for miles, much of it undeveloped especially to the east - very pleasant. Minimal seaweed problem, and workers clean up what there is of it each morning. I knew this would be good when I read the TripAdviser and Booking.com reviews - virtually nothing negative. I have nothing negative to say either. It was on a par with the Viva Wyndham Azteca in Mexico - perhaps better in view of the quieter beach and the fact that Heavens is adults only. And it was half the price even as a single. Good level of clientele - Canadians, Europeans and S. Americans. I'm going back in January and though it will be a busier time, the cost was only $300 more than in November.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Ce n'est pas tout à fait ce à quoi je m'attendais.

L'hôtel et la propriété sont très agréables à l'œil car ils sont très étendus avec une belle plage et plusieurs piscines magnifiques. Les animations en soirée étaient bien faites et le buffet n'a jamais déçu. La chambre, bien que spacieuse, avait vraiment besoin d'être améliorée et/ou entretenue. Pendant que je prenais ma douche, tout l'élément de la douche s'est détaché du mur et m'a presque empalé dans la baignoire. La climatisation n'a jamais suffi à rafraîchir suffisamment la pièce et les [... lire plus] ampoules de la chambre étaient si faibles qu'il était impossible d'y lire le soir ou à n'importe quel moment d'ailleurs. Le plus gros problème, cependant, c'était les insectes. Je ne sais pas s'il y avait des punaises de lit ou si c'était un autre insecte qui rôdait dans les parages, mais j'ai eu d'énormes piqûres qui m'ont obligé à consulter mon médecin à mon retour à la maison. Cela a mis un gros bémol à mes vacances et je ne me fierais jamais à ce complexe hôtelier une seconde fois.

Not quite what I expected. The hotel and property were very pleasing to the eye being very sprawling with a beautiful beach and having several wonderful pools. The evening entertainment was well done and the buffet never disappointed. The room while being spacious really needed some upgrading and/or maintenance. While I was showering the entire shower component fell off the wall and nearly impaled me in the tub. The AC was never sufficient to cool the room enough and the lightbulbs in the room were so dim that it was impossible to read there in the evening or any time for that matter. The biggest problem, however, was BUGS. I am not sure if there were bedbugs, or if it was some other insect lurking around, but I got massive bites which necessitated a trip to my doctor upon my return home. This put a large damper on my holiday and I would never trust returning to this resort a second time.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Des vacances fabuleuses !

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux au Barcelo bravo palace ! Nous avons adoré faire du snorkeling dans l'eau turquoise et nous détendre sur le sable blanc poudreux. C'était le complexe le plus propre dans lequel nous ayons jamais séjourné ! Notre restaurant préféré était le japonais, mais nous avons également apprécié le steak et le restaurant mexicain ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons définitivement ce complexe ! !!

Fabulous vacation! We had a fabulous stay at the Barcelo bravo palace! We loved snorkelling in the turquoise water and relaxing on the white powder sand. It was the cleanest resort we’ve ever stayed at! Our favourite restaurant was the Japanese but we also enjoyed the steak and Mexican restaurant too! We will be back and definitely recommend this resort!!

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Ma femme et moi avons passé sept nuits au Chic resort. Ce fut l'un des meilleurs moments que nous ayons passés (nous voyageons deux fois par an dans des endroits différents). La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse, très variée (légumes, poulet, poisson, agneau, etc.), avec un menu à la carte dans quatre restaurants, sans réservation. Le service de la cuisine est comme il se doit, rapide, sans file d'attente et très professionnel. Les animations diurnes et nocturnes sont tout simplemen [... lire plus]t géniales : soirée piscine animée par J Carlos et son équipe, soirée nocturne animée par Frank "all my chicken" et Krystal, tout simplement incroyables. Beaucoup de plaisir ! Je recommanderais cet endroit à tout le monde.

Amazing Resort !! My wife and I spent seven nights at Chic resort.This was one of the best time we had /we travel twice a year to different places/. Food was just delicious,great variety/veggies, chicken, fish,lamb ,etc.etc./Four restaurants ala carte menu with no booking necessary. The service from the kitchen as it should be , fast ,no lineups and very professional.. Entertainment during the day and night just awesome.Pool party run by J Carlos and his team,and night party by Frank "all my chicken"and Krystal. just amazing. Lot of fun ! I would recommend this place to every one .

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Des vacances formidables - un personnel fantastique, un service rapide

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé que c'était une excellente expérience de vacances, en particulier au prix que nous avons acheté, à savoir moins de 1 000 dollars, vol compris. L'hôtel est un peu plus ancien et la chambre était un peu datée (nous étions de l'autre côté de la route, à la plus petite piscine), mais elle était très propre. Le porte-serviettes avait besoin d'un peu d'attention et l'air conditionné était en fait activé ou désactivé, sans solution intermédiaire. Ce n'était pas vraiment  [... lire plus]un gros problème mais je tenais à le signaler. Le personnel de ce complexe est formidable. J'ai été dans beaucoup d'endroits différents et ce que je vois ici, c'est un personnel heureux, amical et prêt à aider dans la mesure du possible. Les divertissements étaient assez basiques mais l'équipe de divertissement était une bande amusante - un coup de chapeau à CoccoLoco69, Rayson et au petit bonhomme en particulier. La piscine est un peu vieillissante mais ils étaient sur le point de la fermer pour rénovation, heureusement le jour même de notre départ. Cela n'aurait pas été une expérience amusante sans l'ouverture de la piscine principale et du swim up bar, car nous sommes des adeptes de la piscine. Une fois les travaux terminés, la piscine pourrait être 5/5 étoiles. La plage est agréable avec beaucoup d'endroits ombragés. Les vendeurs sont parfois un peu trop nombreux, mais comme je suis assez costaud, ils ont compris quand je disais aux plus agressifs de s'en aller. Ma copine a eu un massage fantastique - négociez bien, ils ont des prix élevés mais ils baissent si vous marchandez. La nourriture était plutôt bonne dans l'ensemble. Ce n'est pas de la nourriture 5 étoiles mais c'est décent et il y a beaucoup de choix. Les restaurants de spécialités auraient pu être un peu meilleurs pour élever la barre par rapport aux buffets, mais pas de réelles plaintes.

Great vacation - fantastic staff, prompt service Overall I felt this was a great vacation experience, particularly at the price point we bought at under $1000 including flight. The hotel is a bit older and the room was a bit dated (we were across the road at the smaller pool) but was very clean. The towel rack needed some attention and the air conditioning was basically full on or full off, no middle ground. Wasn't really a huge concern but wanted to point out. The staff at this resort are great. I've been to a lot of different places and what I see here are happy staff who are friendly and there to help anyway they can. The entertainment was pretty basic but the entertainment crew were a fun bunch - shout outs to CoccoLoco69, Rayson and the little guy in particular. The pool is a bit aged but they were just in the process of closing it down for renovations, thankfully the same day that we left. It wouldn't have been a fun experience without the main pool area and swim up bar opened as we are pool people. When completed the pool could be 5/5 stars. The beach is nice with plenty of shady spots. The vendors can be a bit much at times but I'm a pretty big guy so they took the hint when I would tell the more aggressive to buzz off. My girlfriend got a fantastic massage - bargain hard they come in high with their prices but will come down if you haggle. Food was pretty good overall. Not 5 star food but decent and plenty of selection. The specialty restaurants could have been a bit better to raise the bar over the buffet food but no real complaints.

Grand Palladium Palace: Grandes vacances

Il s'agit d'un excellent centre de villégiature. Nous avons voyagé à la mi-novembre. Notre chambre 9209 était située sur la plage, à proximité de la piscine, de la piscine secrète et du hall d'entrée. Il s'agit d'un complexe familial, mais la section Palace était très calme, avec très peu d'enfants, car les clubs pour enfants se trouvent dans les autres sections. La piscine secrète est réservée aux adultes. Nous avions accès aux sections Bavaro et Punta Cana, qui sont plus grandes. Il y av [... lire plus]ait des petits trains ou des charrettes pour vous emmener n'importe où dans les stations si vous n'aviez pas envie de marcher. Des cartes en direct à l'entrée du hall indiquaient où se trouvaient les trains sur la station et combien de temps durerait votre prise en charge afin que vous puissiez décider si vous vouliez attendre ou marcher. La nourriture était excellente - beaucoup de choix dans les buffets et les restaurants à la carte. Je n'ai pas été impressionné par le restaurant espagnol, mais je pense que c'est parce que nous n'avons pas compris le menu et que nous n'avons pas commandé assez de plats, mais ce que nous avons commandé était très bon. Pour être honnête, nous n'avions pas besoin de plus de nourriture car il y en a tellement partout ! Nous avons été très satisfaits du steak house, du japonais, de l'indien, de l'italien et de l'argentin. Il y a un charmant petit café dans le hall avec un merveilleux assortiment de gâteaux au fromage et de friandises disponibles toute la journée. Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à trouver des chaises ombragées à toute heure de la journée aux piscines ou à la plage. La plage était magnifique et dépourvue d'algues. L'hôtel était impeccable et le terrain magnifique. Le personnel était excellent ! Il nous demandait toujours si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Le service était excellent !

Great Vacation This is a great resort. We travelled mid November. Our room 9209 was at the beach, close to the pool, the Secret Pool and the Lobby. These are family resorts but the Palace section was very quiet with very few children as the kids clubs are in the other sections. The Secret Pool is adults only. We had access to the Bavaro and Punta Cana sections which are larger. There were little trains or carts to take you anywhere on the resorts if you didn’t feel like walking. There were live maps at the lobby entrance that displayed where the trains were on the resort and how long your pickup would be so you could decide if you wanted to wait or walk. The food was great - lots of choice at the buffets and a la carte restaurants. I wasn’t impressed with the Spanish restaurant but I think it was because we didn’t understand the menu and didn’t order enough dishes, but what we ordered was very good. To be honest, we didn’t need anymore food as there is so much food everywhere! We were very pleased with the Steak House, Japanese, Indian, Italian, and Argentinian. There is a lovely little coffee area in the lobby with a wonderful assortment of cheesecakes and treats available all day. We had no trouble getting shady chairs any time of day at the pools or the beach. The beach was beautiful with no seaweed. The resort was spotless and the grounds beautiful. The staff were excellent! Always asking if we needed anything. The service was great!

Ocean El Faro: Superbe station balnéaire

Magnifique station, le personnel est extraordinaire, les terrains, les chambres et les restaurants sont très propres... sans aucun doute un 5 étoiles, la rivière paresseuse est très amusante, la nourriture est très bonne, il y a beaucoup de choix, on s'est senti en sécurité, il n'y a eu aucun problème de sécurité

C'était ma deuxième visite au Grand Bahia et ce ne sera pas la dernière ! Un personnel extraordinaire, des plages magnifiques et une nourriture délicieuse ! Des vacances parfaites à tous points de vue. Assurez-vous de réserver un dîner à la carte au restaurant japonais. Vous en aurez le souffle coupé !

Would definitely return! This was my second time visiting grand Bahia and it will not be my last! Amazing staff, beautiful beaches and delicious food! Perfect vacation in every way. Make sure to book an a la carte dinner at the jap restaurant. It will blow your mind!
