Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Ce centre de villégiature est magnifiquement entretenu. La piscine est très propre et le personnel est toujours là pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de verres ou de déchets qui traînent. Il y a toujours de nombreuses chaises disponibles autour de la piscine pour se protéger du soleil ou de l'ombre. Le seul reproche que j'ai à faire est que la plage est assez éloignée à pied. Si vous avez de jeunes enfants ou des problèmes de mobilité, vous devez prendre le chariot. Si vous recherchez une gran [... lire plus]de plage de sable, ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal. Une fois dans l'eau, mieux vaut avoir des chaussures d'eau. La plage est rocailleuse et inégale. Comme elle est presque toujours agitée, vous ne pouvez pas voir le fond pour savoir où vous mettez les pieds.

Beautiful resort! This resort is beautiful maintained landscape. The pool is very clean and the staff are always there to make sure no glasses or garbage are laying around. There are always many available chairs around the pool which provide sun or shade. The only complaint that I have is that it is quite a walk to the beach. If you have small children or mobility issues you must take the trolley. If you are looking for a wide sandy beach this is not the place for you. Once in the water you better have water shoes. It is rocky and uneven. Since it is almost always rough, you cannot see the bottom to look where you are stepping.

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Une destination agréable et relaxante

Il s'agit d'un très beau complexe hôtelier. Petit, seulement 150 chambres, très proche de l'océan, ce qui permet de se laisser bercer par le ressac si l'on veut s'endormir. Il se trouve à une heure de route de l'aéroport de Sumana. Notre chambre se trouvait dans un petit bâtiment séparé. Notre chambre était bien aménagée et propre, avec un balcon donnant sur l'océan. L'ascenseur était en panne les premiers jours, mais le personnel a monté nos bagages pour nous et cela n'a pas été un problème [... lire plus]. Le terrain est charmant et joliment aménagé. La propriété comporte plusieurs escaliers et ne convient pas aux personnes en fauteuil roulant ou ayant de graves problèmes de mobilité, bien que des personnes munies de cannes et de bâtons aient semblé se débrouiller. L'espace piscine était très agréable, avec de nombreuses chaises longues, de sorte qu'il n'était jamais nécessaire de "réserver" ou de "retenir" une chaise longue. La musique jouait à la piscine et n'était pas trop envahissante la plupart du temps. Je pense que si j'avais demandé, on aurait baissé le volume. Il n'y avait pas d'animation ou de jeux autour de la piscine, ce qui a contribué à créer une atmosphère relaxante. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire à l'hôtel, si ce n'est se détendre sur l'un des sièges, autour de la piscine ou sur la plage. J'aurais peut-être apprécié une partie de bingo ou autre dans l'après-midi pour rompre la journée, mais il aurait fallu que ce soit dans un endroit éloigné de la piscine pour ne pas déranger les autres clients. Des musiciens jouaient au bar du hall presque tous les soirs de 20h à 22h et certains clients ont pu danser spontanément au son de la musique. L'hôtel dispose d'une petite salle de sport avec de bons appareils de musculation universels, des tapis de course, des appareils de boxe et des tapis de yoga. J'aurais aimé avoir un tapis de gym plus épais pour faire mes exercices, mais il y avait suffisamment de matériel pour faire de l'exercice. On nous avait prévenus de ne pas sortir de la propriété par la route, ce qui nous a déçus car nous aimons explorer. L'avertissement était justifié car la route n'a pas de trottoirs ni même d'accotements et la circulation est suffisamment dense pour qu'il soit dangereux de s'y promener. Nous n'avons vu personne marcher sur la route, pas même les habitants. Pour 20 dollars américains l'aller, vous pouviez commander un taxi jusqu'à la ville la plus proche, qui était le port des bateaux de croisière et était destinée aux touristes. La route peut être bruyante, car c'est une route principale avec tous les types de trafic pendant la journée, y compris les gros camions, mais nous avions une chambre avec vue sur l'océan et cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous. Le vin servi au buffet m'a semblé assez amer et je ne le recommanderais pas. Le vin dans les restaurants à la carte était très bon. Il y avait un bar ouvert toute la journée, soit près de la piscine, soit dans le hall. Il n'y avait jamais trop de monde. Notre plus gros souci concernait la température des aliments sur les tables à vapeur du buffet. Pendant les cinq premiers jours, la plupart des aliments ne se trouvaient pas dans la zone de sécurité où les bactéries ne peuvent pas se développer : "Les aliments chauds doivent être maintenus à une température de 140°F ou plus. Sur la table du buffet, gardez les aliments chauds à l'aide de réchauds, de mijoteuses et de plateaux chauffants. Les aliments froids doivent être conservés à une température inférieure ou égale à 40°F." Nous avons remarqué que la plupart des clients se tenaient à l'écart des plats de viande cuits sur le buffet, ce qui pourrait en être la raison. Il y avait un gril en permanence et vous pouviez donc obtenir des omelettes fraîchement cuites au petit-déjeuner et des poissons et des viandes cuits à la demande au dîner. À l'exception des problèmes mentionnés ci-dessus, il y avait un bon assortiment de plats agréables à chaque repas, et nous n'avons jamais eu de problèmes d'estomac. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, comme je l'ai dit, c'est un hôtel très agréable et calme. Le personnel était attentif et agréable. Il n'y avait pas de clients ivres ou odieux, il y avait des personnes âgées et des personnes plus jeunes. C'était calme la nuit, et un endroit agréable pour se détendre.

A nice relaxing destination This is a very nice resort. Small, only about 150 rooms, very close to the ocean so you can have the surf lull you to sleep if you choose. It was an hour drive from the Sumana airport. Our room was in the smaller separate building. Our room was well appointed and clean with a balcony looking out over the ocean. The elevator was out of order for the first few days but the staff brought our bags up for us and it really wasn't an issue. The grounds are lovely and nicely landscaped. The property has several stair cases and would not be suitable for people in wheelchairs or with severe mobility issues, although there were folks with walking sticks and canes who seemed to manage. The pool area was very nice with lots of lounges so it was never necessary to "reserve" or "hold" a chaise lounger. There was music playing at the pool and was not too invasive most of the time. I expect if I had asked it would have been turned down to a lower volume. There was no animation or games around the pool side and it made for a relaxing atmosphere. There really is little to do at the hotel, but relax in one of the seating areas or around the pool, or on the beach. I might have enjoyed a game of bingo or something in the afternoon to break up the day, but it would need to be somewhere away from the pool area as to not disturb the other guests. There were musicians playing at the lobby bar most evenings from 8-10pm and some of the guests enjoyed some spontaneous dancing to the music. There was a small gym on the premises with some good universal weight machines, treadmills, boxing stuff, and yoga mats. I would have liked a thicker gym mat to do exercises on but there was enough stuff there to get in a work out. We were warned not to walk out of the property on the road, and we were disappointed as we like to explore. There was good reason for the warning as the road has no sidewalks or even shoulders and the traffic is busy enough to make it dangerous to walk. We saw no one walking on the road, not even the local people. For $20US each way you could order a cab to the nearest town, which was the port for cruise ships and geared to tourists. The road can be noisy, as it is a main road with all types of traffic during the day, including large trucks, but we had an ocean view room and it was not an issue for us. The wine included at the buffet was quite bitter/sour to me and I wouldn't recommend it. The wine in the a la cart restaurants was very nice. There was one bar open all day, either near the pool area or in the lobby. These were never too busy. The biggest concern we had was with the temperature of the food on the steam tables in the buffet. For the first 5 days most of the food was not in the safety zone where bacteria cannot grow."Hot foods should be held at 140°F or warmer. On the buffet table, keep hot foods hot with chafing dishes, slow cookers and warming trays. Cold foods should be held at 40°F or colder." We noticed that most of the guests were keeping away from the cooked meat dishes on the buffet and this could have been the reason. The was a grill at all times and so you could get freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast and cooked to order fish and meats at dinner. Except for the concerns above, there was a good assortment of nice food at every meal, and we never had any stomach issues. We enjoyed our stay, as I said it is a very nice, quiet hotel. The staff were attentive and nice to deal with. There were no drunk or obnoxious guests, there were people who were seniors and younger people as well. It was quiet at night, and a nice to place to chill out.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: BP Ambar était un excellent centre de villégiature

Le terrain, la plage et la piscine étaient tous exceptionnels. Les clients d'Ambar ont accès à tout dans tous les centres de villégiature, à l'exception des buffets. La nourriture est très bonne. Le personnel veille à la propreté de la plage et de la piscine. Les lits étaient un peu inconfortables.

BP Ambar was a great resort The resort grounds, beach and pool were all outstanding. Ambar guests have access to everything at all resorts, except their buffets. Food was very good. Staff keep beach and pool clean. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Nous sommes allés au BP Ambar Bouganville Esmeralda et Aquamarine 7 fois différentes. Nous leur avons écrit pour demander une certaine chambre et pour dire que c'était notre voyage d'anniversaire et nous n'avons rien reçu alors que beaucoup de gens l'ont fait. Le resort devient vieux et fatigué. Les divertissements sont bons. Au buffet, il était difficile de trouver une table propre et pour une raison quelconque, il n'y avait jamais de cuillères à café, il fallait demander. La nourriture étai [... lire plus]t correcte mais pas comme avant Covid. Le bar du hall dispose de 2 machines à café avec un excellent choix de cafés. Le bar du hall peut être très fréquenté en raison des barmans qui plaisantent et chantent. C'est assez divertissant mais pas quand il y a 20 personnes dans la file d'attente, je pourrais voir tout le monde devenir frustré. Ils avaient l'habitude de mettre des dessous de verre sous les boissons, mais j'imagine qu'ils ont réduit leur nombre. Avoir une boisson froide et de l'eau qui coule du verre sur vos vêtements. Apportez de l'insecticide, je suis rentré à la maison avec des douzaines de piqûres. J'ai vu beaucoup de gens avec des piqûres.

Beautiful Grounds We have been to BP Ambar Bouganville Esmeralda and Aquamarine 7 different times. We wrote them asking for a certain room and to say it was our anniversary trip and got nothing while many people did. The resort is getting old and tired. Entertainment is good. At the buffet it was hard to find a clean table and for some reason never had teaspoons, had to ask. Food was ok not like it used to be before Covid. The lobby bar has 2 coffee machines with excellent choice of coffees. The lobby bar can get quite busy due to bartenders joking around and singing. It’s quite entertaining but not when there’s 20 people in line, I could see everyone getting frustrated. They used to put coasters under your drinks but I guess they cut back. Having a cold drink and water dripping from glass onto your clothes. Bring bug spray, came home with dozens of bites. I saw many people with bites.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Aucune plainte

Il y avait un grand choix de plats, quel que soit votre régime alimentaire. Si vous êtes végétarien, vous risquez de ne pas apprécier le restaurant grec, dont le menu végétarien est très limité. Les autres restaurants étaient excellents. Le terrain était impeccable. Partout, des employés ratissaient, nettoyaient les vitres et s'occupaient des clients. De chaque côté du complexe, il y avait de longues étendues de plage, parfaites pour se promener. J'ai choisi cet endroit parce que je voulais f [... lire plus]aire de la plongée avec masque et tuba au large de la plage. Il y avait beaucoup de rochers et on pouvait voir des poissons aux couleurs vives. Malheureusement, l'eau était souvent limoneuse, ce qui brouillait la vue à travers mon masque. Il y a de forts courants dans la zone de baignade protégée, il faut donc être prudent. L'équipe d'animation a organisé une série d'activités amusantes. La musique était presque toujours présente, mais si vous vouliez un endroit plus calme, il y avait une autre piscine, beaucoup plus petite, où l'on pouvait s'évader en toute tranquillité. J'ai découvert un joli petit parc avec des balançoires, un petit étang avec des cascades et une promenade qui traverse le ruisseau. L'hôtel n'est pas propriétaire de la majeure partie de ce ruisseau, mais il serait dans l'intérêt de l'hôtel et de l'environnement de le nettoyer et de l'aménager en zone de promenade et de randonnée. Le ruisseau doit attirer toutes sortes d'animaux sauvages intéressants. Il était amusant de repérer les différents types d'oiseaux et de végétation. Certains des grands arbres ont été étiquetés, car ils étaient peut-être inhabituels. Les petits chats qui courent autour ont été appréciés par beaucoup d'enfants et d'adultes. Je pense qu'il serait très utile d'attraper les chats mâles et de les stériliser.

No Complaints There was an ample selection of food, whatever your diet might be. If you are a vegetarian, you might not enjoy the Greek restaurant as they have a very limited vegetarian menu. The other restaurants were great. The grounds were immaculate. Everywhere, employees were raking, cleaning glass and tending to customers. On either side of the resort were long stretches of beach, perfect for walking. I chose this place because I wanted to snorkel off of the beach. There were many rocks, and one could see brightly coloured fish. Unfortunately, the water was often silty, which blurred the view through my mask. There are strong currents within the protected swimming area, so one needs to be careful. The entertainment crew led a variety of fun activities. The music was almost always on, but if you wanted a quieter area, there was another pool, much smaller, where one could have a quiet escape. I discovered a lovely little park with swinging chairs, a small pond with waterfalls and then a boardwalk across the creek. The hotel doesn't own most of this creek, but it would be to the hotel's and the environment's advantage if they cleaned it up and developed it as a walking/hiking area. The creek must attract all sorts of interesting wildlife. It was fun to spot the different types of birds and vegetation. Some of the tall trees were labelled as perhaps they were unusual. The small cats running around were enjoyed by many children and adults. Here, I think it would be very helpful if they caught the male cats and sterilised them.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Bonne heure

J'ai passé un bon moment avec mes amis, nous avons beaucoup mangé, nous nous sommes détendus sur la plage et j'ai même gagné une compétition d'Ironman qui m'a permis d'obtenir une bouteille de rhum. La seule chose que je dirais, c'est que le personnel a été impoli avec mes amis et que, bien que la plupart aient été formidables, certains s'en fichaient

Good time Had a good time with my friends we eat lots chilled my the beach and I even won an Ironman competition that got me a bottle of rum. I’d say only thing is the staff were rude to my friends and while most were great some didn’t care

C'était tellement agréable de se détendre et de se ressourcer après un trimestre très stressant dans mon travail. Kevin nous a beaucoup aidés en nous envoyant les informations requises et les détails sur le centre de villégiature que nous avons choisi. Il s'agissait d'une interaction de dernière minute, mais nous avons reçu les informations pertinentes pour la destination de notre choix. L'hôtel lui-même était charmant et le terrain bien entretenu, une évaluation 4 étoiles. J'ai déjà voyagé à Tu [... lire plus]rks & Caicos, aux Bahamas, mais je cherchais un voyage tout compris raisonnable, avec de belles plages, du beau temps et de la bonne nourriture. Le terrain était impeccable, les chambres étaient décentes, la piscine était géniale, la plage était belle, mais pour ce complexe peut-être en raison d'événements météorologiques antérieurs très étroit et occupé. En marchant quelques minutes, la plage s'élargit et offre plus d'espace. L'océan était magnifique, mais je choisirais un autre endroit la prochaine fois en me basant sur deux choses. Le confort et l'environnement de la plage et les moustiques. J'étais bien pendant la première moitié du voyage mais j'ai plusieurs piqûres qui me causent des soucis, et je viens du nord de l'Ontario où il y a des moustiques et des mouches noires lol. Nous nous sommes débrouillés, mais compte tenu de ces deux facteurs, je choisirais un autre hôtel. La nourriture était bonne, nous avons réussi à trouver quelque chose que nous aimions tous les jours. Bien mieux qu'à Cuba ! Un excellent travail pour nous donner les papiers nécessaires pour entrer en République Dominicaine, mais un meilleur service à la clientèle pour les commentaires et un commentaire plus personnel ou un effort supplémentaire pour montrer les avantages et les inconvénients et les commentaires personnels était nécessaire.

Trip to Punta Cana Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana It was so nice to unwind and rejuvenate after a very stressful quarter of my job. Kevin was very helpful in sending us the required information of what was required and information details on the resort we chose. It was a last-minute interaction we received the information pertinent to our destination of choice. The hotel itself was lovely the grounds well kept, a 4-star review. I've traveled to Turks & Caicos, Bahamas, but was looking for a reasonable all-inclusive, trip with nice beaches good weather, and good food. The grounds were impeccable, rooms were decent, the pool was great, beach was nice, but for this resort possibly due to previous weather events very narrow and busy. Walking a couple of minutes, beach widens with more room. Ocean was beautiful, but I would pick a different location next time based on two things. Comfort and surroundings on the beach and mosquitoes. I was fine the first half of the trip but have several bites that are causing me a grief, and I am from Northern Ontario home of mosquitoes and blackflies lol. We managed but based on these two factors would choose a different resort. Food was good we managed to find something we liked everyday. Much better than Cuba! Great job for giving us the necessary paperwork we needed to enter Dominican but better customer service in giving reviews and a more personal review or extra effort on showing the pros and cons and personal reviews was needed.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature absolument extraordinaire. Les chambres étaient comme indiqué, grandes et propres. Le service était excellent. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre coffre-fort et quelqu'un est venu nous aider en moins de 5 minutes. Les serviettes étaient toujours propres et le réfrigérateur était approvisionné tous les jours. Le buffet principal était immense, propre et le personnel merveilleux et amical. Nous avons mangé dans un restaurant différent chaque soir et chacun  [... lire plus]d'entre eux était fantastique. La plage et toutes les piscines étaient superbes. La piscine à débordement était notre préférée. On ne peut pas en dire assez sur ce complexe. Nous l'avons adoré.

Beautiful resort! This is an absolutely amazing resort. The rooms were as stated, large & clean. The service was great. We had a problem with our safe and someone came within 5 minutes to help us. Always had clean towels, fridge was stocked daily. The main buffet was huge, clean and had wonderful friendly staff. We ate at a different restaurant every night and every one of them was fantastic. Beach and all the pools were great. The infinity pool was our favorite. Can't say enough about this resort. We loved it.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Merveilleux complexe à tous points de vue, le personnel était serviable, heureux et très amusant. Le terrain était très propre et la nourriture était excellente. Nous avons apprécié les restaurants à la carte - faciles à réserver ! Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité en marchant vers le terrain de golf, etc. Le terrain de golf était en très bon état - des vacances formidables dans l'ensemble ! La plage n'était pas géniale mais nous le savions avant de réserver et nous préférions la piscine.

Amazing Resort Wonderful resort in all ways, staff were helpful, happy and lots of fun. Grounds were kept very clean, food was excellent. Enjoyed a la carte restaurants - easy to book! Felt completely safe walking to golf course etc. Golf course in great shape - all round great vacation! Beach wasn’t great but we knew that before booking and prefer poolside.

Le complexe est magnifique et le terrain est impeccable. Merveilleuse plage, superbes piscines, excellent service et personnel amical toujours prêt à vous aider si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Excellent café pour prendre son café ou son latte du matin.

Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa: Une expérience épouvantable

Pendant mon séjour, j'ai été victime d'une intoxication alimentaire dans leurs restaurants parce que les aliments n'étaient pas cuits correctement et qu'ils n'avaient pas été nettoyés et lavés correctement. Je l'ai signalé trois fois à la réception et au service clientèle et je n'ai jamais été dédommagé ni reçu de soins médicaux ou d'assistance. On m'a seulement donné du club soda et de l'eau, c'est tout. Ils ont pris note de mes informations mais ne les ont jamais enregistrées dans le système.  [... lire plus]En plus de ma mauvaise expérience, nous, un jeune couple de couleur, avons été victimes de discrimination raciale en raison de notre âge et de la couleur de notre peau, car nous avons été mal placés à l'arrière de tous les restaurants, le service était médiocre et le personnel se comportait de manière odieuse et impolie et n'était pas respectueux, contrairement aux personnes âgées de race blanche qui venaient des pays d'Europe. Je demande une indemnisation pour l'intoxication alimentaire que j'ai contractée pendant mon séjour et qui m'a fait manquer plus de 4 jours de vacances pour lesquels j'ai dépensé plus de 3 000 dollars.

Horrible experience During my stay I got food poisoning from their restaurants due to the food not being cooked properly and poor handling of the food by it not being cleaned and washed properly. I reported this 3 times to the front desk and guest services and was never compensated nor provided any medical attention or assistance. I was only given club soda and water that’s it. They took down my information but never filed it into the system. In addition to my poor experience we, as a young coloured couple were racially discriminated due to our age and skin colour by given poor seating at the back of all the restaurants, poor service that the staff were acting obnoxious and rude and not respectful unlike the Caucasian elder people who came from European countries. I require compensation for the food poisoning that I obtained during my stay that I missed out over 4 days of vacation that I spent over $3000.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Le personnel est professionnel, la nourriture est excellente, tant au buffet qu'aux restaurants à la carte. Le terrain est bien entretenu et les chambres sont en bon état. Les piscines sont propres et de nombreuses chaises longues sont disponibles. La plage est un peu éloignée mais le service de trolley est très bon. Nous le savions à l'avance car il y a un autre complexe (Akumal) entre Coba et la plage.

Excellent resort! Staff is professional, food is top notch at buffet as well as at the a-la-carte restaurants. Grounds are well maintained and rooms are in good condition. Pools are clean and lots of sunchairs available. Beach is a little far away but the trolley service is very good. We knew this ahead of time as there is another resort (Akumal) between Coba and the beach.

Je recommande vivement le Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar. Le complexe et le terrain sont magnifiques. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et amical. Si vous avez un souci, ils rectifieront le problème. La plage est interminable. Elle est très propre. C'est un endroit magnifique où séjourner et j'y retournerais en un clin d'œil. Merci d'avoir organisé ces vacances.

I would highly recommend the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar. The resort and the grounds are beautiful. The staff at the resort very helpful and friendly. If you had a concern the would rectify the problem . The beach goes forever. It is kept very clean. Just a gorgeous place to stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for arranging this holiday.

La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Les restaurants à la carte ont servi des repas variés et délicieux avec une présentation magnifique et un service formidable. Il y avait toujours des employés qui nettoyaient et aménageaient le terrain, et les résultats étaient visibles. L'équipe d'animation s'est démenée pour que tout le monde se sente concerné. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités à faire. Les spectacles étaient variés et intéressants. Les bars et les boissons étaient nombreux et excelle [... lire plus]nts. La piscine était immense et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème d'espace pour nager. La plage.... ne peut pas en dire assez.... si propre et le sable était magnifique. Je recommanderais sans hésiter le Luxury Ambar.

The room was clean and spacious. The a la carte restaurants served various and delicious meals with such magnificent presentation and terrific service. There were always workers cleaning and landscaping and the grounds showed their results. The entertainment team worked their butts off and made everyone feel included. Lots of activities to get involved in. The shows were varied and interesting. The bars and drinks were plentiful and great. The pool was huge and never had any problem with space to swim. The beach....can't say enough....so clean and the sand was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend Luxury Ambar.

Comme d'habitude, les chambres étaient impeccables mais datées et la pression de l'eau dans la douche était très basse, ce qui, nous a-t-on dit, était le cas dans tout le complexe. La nourriture au buffet principal et au buffet de la plage était excellente. Chaque soir, il y avait un thème différent et beaucoup de choix. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour trouver des chaises à la plage ou au bord de la piscine. Beaucoup d'ombre. L'eau de l'océan était trouble à cause de la rivière proche.  [... lire plus] Ce n'est pas le bleu auquel on s'attendrait normalement. Le hall d'entrée était immense avec des tonnes d'endroits pour s'asseoir et prendre un café ou une boisson. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était agréable et nous y retournerions.

Great resort As usual, rooms were spotless but dated and had very low water pressure in the shower which we were told was the entire resort. Food at main and beach buffets was excellent. Every night was a different theme and lots to choose from. Never a problem finding chairs either at the beach or by the pool. Lots of shade. Water in the ocean was murky due to the river close by. Not the blue you would normally expect. Lobby was massive with tons of places to sit and grab a coffee or a drink. Overall the resort was nice and we would go back.

Ce resort est l'un des plus propres que j'ai jamais visité, avec un grand choix de nourriture au buffet, un personnel formidable, un service client qui fait tout pour vous satisfaire. J'ai eu un problème avec une chambre trop éloignée des commodités à cause de mes limitations physiques, mais cela a été corrigé rapidement. Beaucoup de places assises à la piscine et à la plage. ?? y retournera bientôt

Best resort I've been to This resort is one of the cleanest resorts I've ever been to great selection of food at the buffet ,,staff great ,customer service go out of their way to keep you satisfied had a issue with room to far from amenities due to physical limitations it was rectified quickly plenty of seating at pool and beach ⛱️ going back soon

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: station 4 à 5 étoiles. Ce n'est pas du luxe.

Le personnel de l'hôtel et le terrain sont très agréables. La nourriture était bonne. Les divertissements étaient corrects pendant la journée et la nuit. Mais je préfèrerais rester à Tulum ou Akumal, de l'autre côté de l'autoroute, où il y a de très bons buffets et des repas à la carte. Les chambres étaient propres et approvisionnées tous les jours. La plage se trouve dans les autres hôtels. Le seul avantage par rapport aux autres hôtels de l'autre côté de l'autoroute est que l'hôtel est réservé [... lire plus] aux adultes. J'ai apporté ma raquette de ping-pong pour jouer comme dans n'importe quel hôtel et la table était cassée. Ils en avaient deux dans chaque hôtel de l'autre côté de l'autoroute et ne voulaient pas en apporter une avant qu'elle ne soit remplacée par leurs camions de service. Les excuses étaient nombreuses, mais le bon sens n'était pas de mise.

4 to 5 star resort. Not luxury. The hotel staff and grounds are very nice. Food was good. Entertainment was okay during the day and night. But i would rather stay at Tulum or Akumal across the highway where they had very nice buffets and ala carte meals. Rooms were clean, and stocked daily. Beach is at the other hotels. Adults only was the only benefit compared to the other hotels across the highway. I brought my table tennis racquet to play like any resort and the table had been broken. They had across the highway 2 at each hotel and would not bring 1 over until replaced with there service trucks. Excuses where many, but not common sense was used.

En général, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bougainville. Le terrain de la station était très bien entretenu. Le personnel était très agréable et toujours prêt à aider. De nombreux événements sont prévus tout au long de la journée, si vous souhaitez y participer. La nourriture, les boissons et l'eau fraîche étaient toujours disponibles. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes pendant notre séjour, mais ils ont été traités rapidement et efficacement. Voici mes trois (3) points constructifs à amél [... lire plus]iorer : 1) Les restaurants A-La-Carte étaient difficiles à réserver - si vous téléchargez l'application et que vous vous inscrivez à Bahia, vous pourrez réserver à l'avance, 2) L'océan était toujours mirifique - je ne sais pas trop pourquoi 3) Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées - l'usure générale a fait des ravages dans les chambres (charnières corrodées, tiroirs cassés et quelques problèmes d'interrupteurs électriques)

Beautiful Grounds, Beautiful People In general, we had a great stay at Bougainville. The resort grounds were very well kept. The staff were very pleasant and always willing to assist. Plenty of events planned throughout the day, if you want to be involved. Food, drinks and fresh water was always available. We had a couple issues during our stay but they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Here are my three (3) constructive takeaways for improvement: 1) A-La-Carte restaurants were difficult to book - if you download the app and register with Bahia then you would be able to book reservations ahead of time, 2) The ocean was always mirky - not sure why 3) Rooms are in need of renovation - overall wear and tear has taken its toll on the rooms (corroded hinges, broken drawers and some electrical switch issues)

Nous avons visité de nombreux centres de villégiature dans les Caraïbes et nous savons que les normes varient d'un pays à l'autre. Cela dit, lorsque l'on choisit un établissement en République dominicaine, on pense d'abord à l'eau bleue et aux plages de sable blanc (et la nourriture peut être négligée). Ce complexe n'a pas de belles plages - l'eau est brune et peu attrayante. La nourriture est correcte (rien d'extraordinaire) et le personnel de cuisine est poli et modérément attentif. Le personn [... lire plus]el chargé des divertissements fait un excellent travail pour assurer une bonne participation. Nous avons trouvé que la chambre avait besoin d'être rénovée et qu'il était difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Il s'agit d'un TRES petit centre de villégiature. Il était très difficile de trouver des chaises longues après 9 heures du matin, malgré la règle habituelle qui consiste à ne pas "garder" les chaises. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais que c'était bien, mais je ne reviendrais pas.

Not the beach you are looking for... We have been to many resorts around the Caribbean, and understand that different standards apply to different countries. That being said, when choosing a resort in the Dominican Republic, blue water and white sand beaches come to mind (and the food can be overlooked). This resort does not have beautiful beaches - the water is brown and not attractive. The food is fine (nothing to write home about) and the kitchen staff is polite and moderately attentive. Entertainment staff do a great job of ensuring lots of participation. We found the room to be in need of renovation, and hot water was hard to come by. It's a VERY small resort. Lounge chairs were very difficult to find after 9am, despite the usual rule of not "saving" chairs. Overall, I would say it was fine, but would not return.
