Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Rapport qualité-prix et temps

Il est situé à une courte distance en voiture de l'aéroport. Il s'agit d'un complexe très propre et bien entretenu. C'est le plus petit que j'ai visité, mais l'avantage est que vous n'avez pas à marcher de longues distances pour vous rendre au restaurant ou au café, et même la plage est juste à côté. Lors de mon voyage, tout le personnel des cafés, bars et restaurants a été formidable. Le service à la clientèle était excellent. La propreté des chambres et des toilettes publiques était fantasti [... lire plus]que. J'ai également remarqué que ce complexe était très adapté aux fauteuils roulants, bien que je n'en aie pas l'utilité. Il y avait des rampes partout, ce qui est très bien. Au cas où quelqu'un de l'hôtel lirait ceci, je demanderais que le personnel soit formé pour essuyer la buse de vapeur de la machine à expresso après chaque utilisation. Les animations nocturnes étaient bonnes. Les divertissements étaient excellents. Je ne vois aucun défaut.

Value for money & time It is located a short drive from the airport. A very clean and well maintained resort. It is the smallest one I have been to however the benefits are that you don’t have to walk long distances to get to the restaurant or cafés and even the beach is right there. On my trip all the staff at the Cafe , bars and restaurants were amazing. Customer service was great. Cleanliness of the rooms and the public washrooms was fantastic. I also noticed that this resort was very wheelchair friendly although I do not have a use of it. There were ramps everywhere, which is great. In case someone from the resort is reading this I would request that staff be trained to wipe down the steam nozzle of the espresso machine after each use. Nightly entertainment was good. Entertainment was great. I cannot think of any shortcomings.

La nourriture était exceptionnelle dans tout le complexe. Chaque repas était délicieux, magnifiquement présenté et très varié. Nous attendions chaque repas avec impatience. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le Preferred Club, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus luxueux. Le service était exceptionnel et notre salle de bain était un véritable rêve - paisible, privée et parfaite pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Dreams Macao est un parfait équilibre entre luxe, divertissement familial et détente. An Unforgettable Christmas Stay at Dreams Macao Our stay at Dreams Macao was absolutely incredible from start to finish. This resort truly exceeded all of our expectations and created memories our family will cherish forever. Our 11-year-old daughter took surfing lessons for four days, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The instructors were professional, encouraging, and made her feel confident and safe while having so much fun. Ask for Rocky to book your lessons and any excursions. The water park and lazy river were also a huge hit—endless fun for kids and adults alike, and perfect for both excitement and relaxation. We treated ourselves to the spa twice, and both visits were pure bliss. The atmosphere, service, and treatments were top-tier—exactly what you want on a vacation. The food was outstanding throughout the resort. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered great variety. We looked forward to every dining experience. We especially loved the Preferred Club, which made our stay feel extra luxurious. The service was exceptional, and our swim-out room was an absolute dream—peaceful, private, and perfect for unwinding any time of day. Cet hôtel était merveilleux. Tout était proche, il n'y avait donc pas beaucoup de marche à faire. La plage était magnifique. Le terrain était propre, les chambres étaient propres, le buffet était charmant, il y avait beaucoup de choix et le jus vert était délicieux. Nous étions là pour Noël et le dîner de la veille de Noël était l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais vus. Il a dépassé toutes les attentes. Notre gouvernante était si belle, elle était amicale et chantait des chansons de Noël. Elle m' [... lire plus]a posé des problèmes lorsque j'ai essayé de l'aider à faire le lit, haha. Cherchez Tony au buffet, il est si sympathique et parle un excellent anglais. Si je devais dire quelque chose de négatif, ce serait le bruit. Il y a beaucoup de chariots qui circulent sur le sentier et ils sont très bruyants. Il y avait aussi beaucoup d'algues sur la plage, mais c'est la nature. Ils n'utilisaient pas de bracelets, ce qui nous a permis d'essayer certaines fonctions du Sunclub, car une partie de notre groupe séjournait au Sunclub. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais et j'achèterais la chambre Sunclub swim out !

This hotel was wonderful. Everything was close so there wasn’t a lot of walking. The beach was beautiful. The grounds were clean, the rooms were clean, the buffet was lovely lots of choices and the green juice was delicious. We were there over Christmas and the Christmas Eve dinner was one of the best I have ever seen. Above and beyond all the way. Our house keeper was so beautiful she was friendly and was singing Christmas songs. She gave me trouble when I tried to help make the bed haha. Look for Tony in the buffet he is so friendly and speaks excellent English. If I had to say something negative it would be the noise. There are a lot of carts travelling on the pathway and they are very loud. The beach did have a lot of seaweed too but that’s nature. They didn’t use bracelets so we even got to try out some sunclub features because some of our party was staying in sunclub. Over all I would go back and I would get sunclub swim out room!

Nous avons passé une semaine à Noël et l'endroit était très fréquenté. Les chambres étaient correctes, proches de la plage et à courte distance de tout. Là où l'établissement doit être amélioré, c'est au niveau de la restauration et des services, à commencer par l'enregistrement : il a duré plus d'une heure et s'est déroulé après la tombée de la nuit. Le service du buffet est lent et parfois inexistant, il faut attendre un verre d'eau ou une bière et il est parfois plus facile et plus rapide  [... lire plus]de se servir soi-même. Les options de nourriture étaient très limitées et pauvres, si je compare avec notre dernière expérience en RD, par exemple Ocean Blue ou même Senators de Puerto Plata. La plage est agréable, avec beaucoup de chaises disponibles et beaucoup d'ombre, il y avait beaucoup de sargassum, et cela a été nettoyé plusieurs fois dans la semaine. L'hôtel voisin de gauche a fait un bien meilleur travail de nettoyage. Les divertissements étaient corrects, avec des spectacles tous les soirs. Je recommanderais cet endroit à une condition : si vous pouvez l'obtenir à un prix très bas. Si vous faites une très bonne affaire, ne vous en privez pas.

Good budget resort. We spent a week over the Xmas and the place was very busy. The rooms were ok, close to the beach and to short distance to everything. Where this place needs improvement is the food options, services, starting with check-in: it took more than 1h and was past mid-night. Buffet service is slow and sometimes inexistent, waiting for a glass of water or a beer and sometimes was easier and faster to help yourself. Food options were very limited and poor, if I compare with our last experience in DR, for example Ocean Blue or even Senators from Puerto Plata. The beach is nice has lots of chairs available and lots of shades, there was lots of sargassum, and that got cleaned up a few times in a week. The hotel that is the neighbor to left, did a way better job in cleaning it. The entertainment was fine with shows every night. I would recommend this place with one condition if you can get it very cheap. If you get a very good deal, go for it.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Bahia Principe Ambar. La plage a été le point fort pour moi - des kilomètres de sable lisse et magnifique sur lesquels nous avons marché pendant des heures. Le personnel est exceptionnellement amical et serviable. La piscine est magnifique et sa température est très agréable. Bien que l'hôtel ait été "plein", il y avait toujours des chaises longues disponibles à la piscine et à la plage. Les chambres sont immenses et magnifiques. Le concept de salle de bai [... lire plus]n/douche est ouvert, il faut donc être prévenu si ce n'est pas votre truc. Nos jeunes enfants adultes (un homme et une femme) partageaient la même chambre, ce qui a nécessité un peu d'organisation pour préserver l'intimité. Les restaurants étaient magnifiques et la nourriture était assez bonne. Le buffet principal était très copieux et si vous n'aimez pas manger en commun, il y avait toujours des plats préparés à la demande - œufs, poisson, pâtes, etc.

Incredible stay at a beautiful resort We loved our stay at the Bahia Principe Ambar. The beach was the highlight for me - miles of gorgeous smooth sand that we walked for hours on end. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and a very comfortable temperature. Although the resort was "at capacity", there were always loungers available at the pool and the beach. The rooms are huge and beautiful. Open bathroom/shower concept so just be forewarned if that's not your thing. Our young adult kids (male and female) were sharing a room and that took a bit of scheduling for privacy. The restaurants were beautiful and the food was pretty good. The main buffet was very plentiful and if you don't love eating from communal supplies, there was always menu items you could get made to order - eggs, fish, pasta, etc.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Quel endroit idéal pour se détendre ?

Cet hôtel a tout ce que l'on peut désirer. Nelis et Ismael, ainsi qu'Angle et Jean, nous ont offert un service de qualité au bord de la piscine. Ils ont vraiment pris soin de nous. Notre majordome Nelson a fait un excellent travail en prenant soin de tous nos besoins. Dans l'ensemble, ce complexe hôtelier est un endroit où l'on reviendra sans aucun doute.

What a great places to relax ? This hotel has everything anyone could ever want. Great pool side sever provided by Nelis and Ismael also Angle and Jean. They really took care of us. Our butler Nelson did a great job at taking cake of all our needs. Overall this resort is a definitely a return place.

Les chambres avaient une note de 3/5. Cependant, on n'y va pas pour rester dans les chambres. Les salles de bains n'ont pas d'endroit où l'humidité peut aller, il faut donc s'y attendre. Dîners : Vous devez réserver vos dîners au restaurant à l'avance ou vous obtiendrez un créneau de 22h Pm. Nous avons es [... lire plus]sayé le Mexicain 2/5- le service était mauvais. Ils ont oublié notre nourriture et nous avons attendu environ 49 Minutes pendant que d'autres personnes arrivées après nous étaient servies et se voyaient offrir des boissons. Le restaurant japonais était le meilleur.4/5, el Olivia Italian était ok, l'entrée saumon était la meilleure, le thon moins. 3/5 Préparez-vous à ce que vos commandes soient un peu mélangées. Les divertissements étaient vraiment bons. Les piscines étaient 5/5, loin de la scène de fête de Bahia Punta Cana à laquelle vous pouvez accéder (station familiale - trop chaotique pour nous) Vous n'avez pas accès à Ambar, mais je ne paierais pas plus cher pour ce complexe pour adultes. Il faut traverser ce complexe pour se rendre à la plage ou prendre le tramway qui passe toutes les quelques minutes Boissons - Le G&T et le daiquiri à la mangue étaient les meilleurs. La bière locale est légère. Évitez le vin rouge de la maison/ par cette chaleur, il a un goût de vinaigre.

Overall good resort Bahia principe Aquamarine is part of a complex of resorts. The buffet was largely catered to the US cuisine with fresh eggs counter at breakfast- Irene was great! Rooms were a 3/5. However, you don't go there to stay in the rooms. The bathrooms don't have anywhere for humidity to go- so be prepared for that. Dinners: You have to reserve your dinners at the restaurant ahead of time or you will get a 10 Pm slot. We tried the Mexican 2/5- themed service was bad. They forgot our food and we waited for about 49 Minutes while others who came after us were served and offered drinks. The Japanese restaurant was the best.4/5, el Olivia Italian was ok, the salmon appetizer was the best, tuna not so much. 3/5 Be prepared for your orders to get mixed up a bit. Entertainment was really good. The pools were 5/5, away from the party scene at Bahia Punta Cana which you can access (family resort- too chaotic for us) You don't have access to Ambar, however I wouldn't pay more for this adult resort. You have to walk through this to get to the beach or take the tram which is every few minutes Drinks - G&T and mango daiquiri were the best. Local beer is light. Avoid the house red wine/ in this heat, it will taste like vinegar.

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisi de réserver des vacances de Noël anticipées au Bahia Principe Luxary Ambar Punta Cana le 14 décembre avec Air Canada. C'était tout ce que nous espérions et plus encore. Les décorations étaient impeccables. L'attention, l'amabilité et les connaissances du personnel étaient inoubliables. Le buffet principal et La Brisa étaient toujours bien garnis avec des options délicieuses. Un grand coup de chapeau au personnel du bar de la piscine qui travaille dur, en particulier Bianca et Marlene. Le personnel de loisirs et les chauffeurs de trolley sont des personnes spéciales qui apportent vraiment une touche supplémentaire. Nous prévoyons de revenir en mars. Nous comptons les jours.

Absolutely Amazing! We are so pleased we chose to book an early Christmas vacation to Bahia Principe Luxary Ambar Punta Cana on Dec. 14th with Air Canada. It was everything we hoped for plus more. Decorations were impeccible. The attention, friendliness and knowledge of staff were unforgettable. The main buffet and La Brisa was always well stocked with delicious options. Our housekeeper Sobeida was very attentive to our needs and always added that extra touch. A huge shoutout to the hardworking pool bar staff especially Bianca and Marlene. Recreation staff and Trolley drivers are special people who truly give that extra touch. We plan to return in March. Counting down the days.

Too bad for the price they charge Bad service. When you have a complaint about the service they say’ no hablo ingles”. There was no fish in the menu, nor beef. Only pork. Barely any passion fruits. Dirty. Plates are made of plastic; glasses are made of plastic too. The room was clean; however we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The beach was so so dirty: seaweed was removed from the shore only 2x in 7 days, there was plastic in the water, boats were too close to the beach- it smelled like gasoline and it blocked the view

Tous les aspects de l'hôtel étaient très bons - propreté, nourriture, chambres, personnel et assistance. Les algues étaient nombreuses sur la plage et les équipes de nettoyage ont eu du mal à suivre. Cela peut être dû aux vents dominants de la saison hivernale (décembre 2025).

Great experience All aspects of the hotel were very good - cleanliness, food, rooms, staff and support. Sargassum / seaweed was plentiful on the beach, cleanup crews struggled to keep up. May be due to prevailing winds for the winter season (Dec 2025).

Dreams Cap Cana Resort and Spa: Merveilleux temps, merveilleux souvenirs !

Nous avons séjourné au Dreams Cap Cana pour les vacances de Noël et pour fêter un anniversaire Famille de 7 personnes. L'hôtel était un rêve. J'ai apprécié la propreté de la chambre, le terrain et l'esthétique générale de l'hôtel. La nourriture était bonne. Les restaurants devraient avoir des horaires affichés car ils ne suivaient pas ce qui était détaillé dans l'application. Une grande partie du personnel ne parlait pas ou ne comprenait pas l'anglais, ce qui serait le seul point négatif.  [... lire plus] Et la plage. Beaucoup de rochers et quelques algues, nous avons dû nous éloigner du resort pour trouver de l'eau plus propre, mais c'est un problème que seule Mère Nature peut contrôler.

Wonderful time, wonderful memories! Stayed at Dreams Cap Cana for the Christmas holidays and to celebrate a birthday! Family of 7. The resort was a dream. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the grounds and the overall esthetics of the resort. Food was good. Restaurants should have hours displayed as they didn’t follow what was detailed in the app. A lot of the staff did not speak or understand English, which would be the only negative. And the beach. Lots of rocks and some seaweed, we had to walk away from the resort to find some cleaner water, but that is an issue only Mother Nature can control.

J'ai adoré les chambres (les suites avec baignade) et la gentillesse du personnel. Les suites sont grandes, propres et bien espacées. Il y a beaucoup de places assises, et même si c'était une période chargée (vacances scolaires de décembre), il y avait toujours une chaise longue disponible. Il y a beaucoup de bars et les barmans sont divertissants et désireux de servir. La nourriture du steakhouse et de la cuisine raffinée était la meilleure. Nous avons été déçus par la nourriture et le ser [... lire plus]vice dans le restaurant italien et le restaurant de fruits de mer pour le dîner, mais le restaurant de fruits de mer propose un buffet de petit-déjeuner le matin qui ne peut être battu en termes de choix de nourriture et de paysage. Nous avons utilisé le spa et avons vraiment apprécié l'hydrothérapie avec notre groupe et avons joué une partie de golf, ce qui était également amusant. Le divertissement était disponible tous les soirs et c'était une bonne distraction. C'est la première fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous y reviendrons.

Great Family Decompression Vacay Loved the rooms (had swim up suites) and the friendliness of the staff. The suites are large, clean and nicely spaced out. There is a ton of seating so even though it was a busy time (December school break) there was always a lounger available. There are a lot of bars and the bartenders are entertaining and eager to serve. The food at the steakhouse and fine dining was the best. We were underwhelmed by the food and service in the Italian restaurant and seafood restaurant for dinner but the seafood restaurant is a breakfast buffet in the morning that cant be beat in terms of choice of food and scenery. We used the spa and really enjoyed the hydrotherapy with our group and played a round of golf that was fun as well. Entertainment was available every evening and that was good amusement. Our first time at the resort and will visit again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé...la nourriture est bonne...la variété est bonne...le personnel est sympathique...la chambre est très propre...j'aime vraiment cet endroit...je recommande cet hôtel...je vais souvent à Punta cana...toujours dans un autre hôtel...mais je reviendrais certainement à cet hôtel

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. La nourriture, les divertissements et l'atmosphère générale étaient excellents, et nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité et bien entourés. Le personnel était attentif et amical, ce qui a rendu notre expérience très agréable. Le seul petit bémol concerne le bar, qui aurait besoin de plus de personnel et de verrerie. Parfois, les verres appropriés venaient à manquer, et se faire servir une bière dans un petit verre à jus de fruit n'é [... lire plus]tait pas idéal. L'équipe de divertissement était remarquable, et Aries mérite vraiment une mention spéciale. Il s'est surpassé pour faire participer mon fils aux activités quotidiennes et l'a fait se sentir le bienvenu et en confiance. C'était incroyable de voir mon fils participer au volley-ball, à la pétanque et à la Zumba aux côtés d'invités qui ne parlaient même pas anglais. La gentillesse, l'énergie et l'enthousiasme sincère d'Aries ont créé des souvenirs inoubliables pour notre famille. Il est un véritable atout pour le centre de villégiature.

Great Resort! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were excellent, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our experience very enjoyable. The only small downside was the bar, which could use more staff and glassware. At times, proper glasses ran out, and being served a beer in a small juice glass wasn’t ideal. The entertainment team was outstanding, and Aries truly deserves special mention. He went above and beyond to include my son in the daily activities and made him feel welcome and confident. It was amazing to watch my son participate in volleyball, bocce, and Zumba alongside guests who didn’t even speak English. Aries’ kindness, energy, and genuine enthusiasm created unforgettable memories for our family. He is a true asset to the resort.

J'ai apprécié la plupart des aspects de cet hôtel. La nourriture aurait parfois pu être meilleure. Les rôtis de porc, de bœuf et d'agneau servis dans les buffets étaient décevants, durs et secs. Quelques restaurants de spécialités n'étaient pas excellents.

Enjoyed most aspects of this hotel. The food sometimes could have been better. Roast pork, beef, and lamb at the buffets was disappointingly tough and dry. A couple of the specialty restaurants weren’t great.

Le voyage était formidable et le personnel était si amical et serviable que nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Bahai Príncipe Luxury Ámbar A Punta Cana, j'ai été tellement impressionné que j'y emmène ma sœur et ma nièce en avril 2026.
