Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature fantastique !!!

Cet hôtel était génial. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour le surclassement gratuit dans la section coloniale. Nous recommandons vivement cette option pour le service de majordome (David a été formidable, il s'est occupé rapidement de toutes nos demandes et nous a donné l'impression de bénéficier d'un traitement spécial) et pour le salon privé, la piscine et la plage, qui ont été un super bonus. Fantastic Resort!!! This hotel was awesome. We thank you so much for the free upgrade to the Colonial section. Would definitely recommend this option for the butler service (David was amazing, took care of all our requests quickly and made us feel like we were getting special treatment) and the private lounge, pool and beach section - they were a super added bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The room was nice and large. The staff was always friendly and attentative. The food was great - we really enjoyed the Teppanyaki and the Steakhouse restaurants. We will definitely go to this hotel again and will recommend it to all our family and friends. My daughter and I had such a wonderful relaxing, stress free vacation. Thank you Majestic Colonial 😎

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Tout d'abord, nous voudrions remercier Trip Central Trivia qui a permis à Carol Field (ma femme) de gagner ce voyage, ainsi que Rachel Guindon qui s'est occupée de toute la paperasserie pour nous, de manière impeccable, depuis le jour où nous l'avons gagné en février. J'avais prévenu les hôtels Be Live que nous allions fêter notre anniversaire et à notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une corbeille de fruits dans notre chambre et les employés de la réception en avaient également été inf [... lire plus]ormés puisqu'ils nous ont félicités. Les chambres et le terrain de ce complexe étaient impeccables. Tous les employés étaient très agréables et prêts à aider dans la mesure du possible. Les piscines étaient superbes, mais il faut faire attention en entrant sur la pente graduelle, car elle peut être glissante. Dans l'ensemble, nos vacances ont été formidables et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Pas une seule fois pendant notre séjour nous n'avons manqué d'eau chaude ou eu une panne d'air conditionné, ce qui est tout à fait normal dans ces régions. Nous disposions également d'une heure consécutive gratuite pour chaque appareil, ce qui était plus que suffisant. Pour ce qui est de recommander ce centre de villégiature, je le ferais à tout moment. Nous étions là pendant une période creuse et le buffet était déplacé dans différentes zones pour s'adapter au nombre de clients servis. La nourriture était excellente et vous n'avez jamais eu faim dans aucun des restaurants.

Amazing resort First of all we would like to thank Trip Central Trivia where Carol Field (my wife) won this trip from and also Rachel Guindon who handled all of the paperwork for us flawlessly from the day we won it in February. I had notified Be Live hotels that we would be celebrating our anniversary while there and on arrival we were welcomed with a fruit basket in our room and the workers at the front desk had been notified about it as well because they congratulated us. The rooms and grounds of this resort were spotless. All of the workers were very pleasant and willing to help in any way possible. The pool areas were great but be careful walking in on the gradual slope when entering because it could tend to be slippery. Overall our holiday was great and would go back in a heartbeat. Not once during our stay did we run out of hot water or did our air conditioning fail as is quite normal in these areas. We also had one free consecutive hour for each device and this was more than adequate. As far as recommending this resort I would also do it anytime. We were there during a slow time and the buffet would be moved to different areas to accommodate how many guests were being served. The food was amazing and you never went away hungry from any restaurant.

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Étonnant RESORT

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons été accueillis avec une boisson alcoolisée et une serviette froide. L'hôtel était très propre. L'hôtel est immense. Nous avons séjourné dans la zone familiale et c'était génial. Notre majordome Eli nous a beaucoup aidés. Nous étions là pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma femme et Eli nous a surpris avec des ballons et un gâteau dans notre chambre. Les restaurants étaient très délicieux, en particulier le steak house ! Nous y sommes allés 3 fois.

Amazing RESORT As soon as we got to the hotel, we were greeted with a alcohol beverage and a cold towel. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is massive. We stayed in the family area and it was awesome. Our butler Eli was very helpful. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and Eli surprised us with balloons and cake in our room. The restaurant's were very delicious especially the steak house! We are there 3 times.

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Le terrain était magnifique, l'atmosphère agréable, les restaurants appréciés, les lits de plage, le personnel sympathique, le représentant de Sunwing formidable, tout était accessible à pied, pas de réservation pour les restaurants,

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très bien, la nourriture était excellente et le service aussi. La seule chose est que les chambres ont besoin d'être rafraîchies pour un endroit 4,5 étoiles. Le problème est qu'il faut passer à une meilleure chambre pour 50 dollars US par jour, ce qui, à mon avis, n'est pas la meilleure façon d'attirer les clients. J'ai séjourné dans d'autres complexes hôteliers à Puerto Plata et les chambres étaient bien meilleures. Nous avons perdu deux jours au début à cause du ha [... lire plus]rcèlement des agents qui nous demandaient de rejoindre le prestige club, ce que je trouve excessif. Il faut donc faire attention à cela lorsque l'on arrive sur place.

Great resort We found the resort very good the food was geat the service also. The only thing the bed rooms need refreshing for a 4.5 star place . The catch is upgrade to a better room at 50. dollars US a day which I don tthink is the way to get your clients. I stayed at other resorts in Puerto Plata and the rooms were much better. We lost two days at the beginning with the harrassement of agents after us to join the prestige club which I find is just to much. So be careful of that when getting there.

Punta Cana Princess: Merveilleux, amical, relaxant

Un lieu de villégiature fantastique. Le personnel était amical, accommodant et détendu. Tout le monde avait l'air d'apprécier l'endroit. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. La plage était parfaite ! Beaucoup de chaises longues et de palapas pour tout le monde. Très belle zone VIP avec des chaises longues de style balinais. Tout était propre et beau. La nourriture était très bonne. Le steak au Rio Grande était excellent. Je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi détendue en vacances.

Wonderful, friendly, relaxing Fantastic resort. Staff were friendly, accommodating and relaxed. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beach was perfect! Plenty of loungers and palapas for everyone. Very nice VIP area with Bali style sunbeds. Everything was clean and beautiful. The food was very good. The steak at Rio Grande was excellent. The most relaxed I've ever felt while on vacation.

Riu Republica: Centre de villégiature irréel

Ce centre de villégiature est vraiment génial à bien des égards. Il est très grand, avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout, ce qui permet d'éviter la surpopulation, et il y en a pour tous les goûts La nourriture est excellente, en particulier le buffet principal et le restaurant de spécialités italiennes. La plage était grande et belle et il y a beaucoup de piscines pour tout le monde à apprécier en fonction de votre humeur. Les spectacles étaient excellents et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire. D [... lire plus]ans l'ensemble, Riu Republica est un très bon complexe, très propre et entouré d'une belle verdure et de plages blanches. 10/10, j'y retournerai.

Unreal resort This resort is truly awesome in so many ways. It is very large with lots of room for everything to help with overcrowding and offers something for everyone The food was top notch especially the main buffet and the Italian specialty restaurant. The beach was big and beautiful and there is plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy depending on your mood. Shows were great and there’s lots of great things to do. Overall, Riu Republica is a very good resort, very clean and surrounded by beautiful greenery and white beaches. 10/10 will go back.

Riu Palace Punta Cana: nous vous saluons et vous remercions pour tous vos employeurs.

hôtel bien organisé, propre et beau. le personnel d'entretien de la suite était très poli et a fait du bon travail. le dîner était agréable et bon. les employeurs qui servent dans la salle à manger, après avoir servi, se rassemblent à un endroit et se moquent les uns des autres et parlent fort et se moquent les uns des autres et parlent fort. la salle à manger devrait être un peu plus calme, mais ils ont fait un excellent service.

our hello and thanks for all of your employers. hotel well organized clean and beautiful . suite cleaner were very polite and did a good job. dinning was a nice and good . employers who are serving in dinning area .after serving they gather at one place and making fun of each others and speaking loudly. while dinning room should be a little quite but they did a excellent serve .

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Sans voix

Incroyable ! Mon petit ami et moi n'avons pas de mots pour dire à quel point ce centre de villégiature était merveilleux. C'était la première fois que nous partions ensemble et nous avons été époustouflés. La nourriture était excellente - beaucoup d'options au buffet et 3 restaurants sur le resort également. Le personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire. Dès le deuxième jour, ils connaissaient nos noms et nos commandes. Ils nous ont traités comme des membres de la famille. Ils sont tellement énergiques et se soucient vraiment de la relation avec les clients du centre de villégiature. Speechless Amazing! My boyfriend and I are beyond speechless at how wonderful this resort was. This was our first time going away together and we were blown away. The food was excellent- a lot of options at the buffet and 3 restaurants on the resort as well. The staff are just amazing. By the second day they knew our names and our orders. They treated us like family. The entertainment crew was probably the best part of the trip. They are so energetic and truly care about the relationship with the guest at the resort. They say “come as a guest leave as family” and that couldn’t be more true. Thank you so much Gran Ventana we will definitely be back. A special thank you to Mini me, coccoloco69, Ray Ray and Juan Carlos you guys are amazing !

Playabachata Hotel: Bien jusqu'à l'arrivée du chaos du week-end

Nous sommes arrivés un mardi avec Sunwing pour deux semaines de vacances. Nous avons été ravis de l'emplacement de notre chambre, de la longue plage tranquille avec de nombreuses zones ombragées et de la nourriture en général. C'était une station balnéaire tranquille et peu fréquentée, mais de nombreuses nationalités différentes s'y côtoyaient. Mais notre premier week-end était un week-end de vacances dominicaines, donc 3 jours de vacances. J'ai regardé les bus arriver et je n'en croyais p [... lire plus]as mes yeux. Nous avions plus de 1500 personnes supplémentaires du samedi au lundi. Le complexe était en plein chaos et tellement débordé. La piscine, les bars et les restaurants étaient envahis de dominicains. Ne vous méprenez pas, j'adore les dominicains, mais il y avait beaucoup trop de monde. Le week-end suivant, plus de 500 visiteurs supplémentaires.....encore le chaos, le bruit, etc. Cette fois, dans notre bloc de chambres, les gens claquaient les portes, frappaient sur les portes et parlaient fort jusqu'à 2 heures du matin. J'ai ouvert ma porte pour voir ce qui se passait et la sécurité était là à essayer de calmer les gens et de les faire rentrer dans leur chambre....j'ai mentionné que j'aimais le calme et dormir la nuit ? Pour être honnête, l'hôtel essayait d'accommoder ses clients internationaux en avançant l'heure des repas, etc. mais ce n'était pas une expérience agréable d'être envahi par autant de monde. Je ne reviendrai pas si ce problème n'est pas réglé et je dois dire que j'ai l'habitude que les stations des Caraïbes invitent des clients locaux dans leurs stations le week-end pendant la basse saison. J'apprécie généralement l'interaction avec les locaux, mais là, c'était vraiment exagéré. Lorsque je me suis plaint de cette situation auprès de Sunwing et de la direction, leur "nous sommes désolés" n'a pas suffi. Cela m'attriste vraiment de laisser ce commentaire alors que nous avons profité de l'hôtel le reste du temps (en dehors des week-ends). Mais je me dois d'être honnête car j'attends cela de tous ceux qui écrivent ici sur leurs expériences.

Good until weekend chaos arrived We arrived on a tuesday with sunwing for a 2 week holiday. We were thrilled with our room location, the long quiet beach with many shady areas and the food in general. It was a quiet resort and not crowded but had many different nationalities mingling together. But our first weekend was a dominican holiday weekend so a 3 day holiday. I watched the buses arrive and could not believe my eyes. We had over 1500 extra persons from saturday to monday. The resort was in complete chaos and so overwhelmed. The pool, bars and eating places were wall to wall dominicans. Don't get me wrong I love dominicans but there were way too many extra people. The next weekend over 500 extra visitors.....again chaos, noise etc. This time our room block had people slamming doors, banging on doors and talking loudly till 2 AM. I opened my door to see what was going on and security was there trying to calm people down and get them in their rooms....did I mention I like quiet and to sleep at night? Now to be honest the resort was trying to accommodate it's international guests with earlier meal times etc etc but it was not a pleasant experience to be so over-run with so many. I would not return if this issue is not dealt with and I need to say I am used to carribean resorts inviting local guests into their resorts on weekend during low season. I usually enjoy having interaction with locals but this was so over the top. When I did complain to sunwing and management about the situations their "we are sorry" was just not enough. It really does grieve me to leave this feedback when we did enjoy the resort the rest of the time (non weekend). BUT I must be honest as I expect that from everyone who writes here about their experiences.

Riu Republica: Des vacances à couper le souffle

L'hôtel était un 10 sur 10, le personnel était très amical et toujours occupé à nettoyer, servir, etc. La nourriture était excellente dans tous les restaurants, y compris le buffet. La plage était propre et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de vendeurs sous pression. Le seul petit reproche est la dureté des lits. A part cela, le Riu Republicia était un endroit formidable et j'y retournerais. Je vous remercie

Breath taking vacation The resort was a 10 out of 10, the saff was very friendly and always busy cleaning , serving etc. The food was amazing in all resteraunts including the buffet. The beach was clean and not alot of pressure type sellers. Only minor complaint was the hard beds. Other than that the Riu Republicia was a great place and would go back. Thank you

Riu Republica: Bon séjour, pas extraordinaire

Il s'agit d'un très beau complexe, avec de beaux terrains et de nombreuses piscines pour tous les goûts. La plage est parfaite, sans rochers ni algues, et vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres. La plage est cachée des piscines par une haute colline qui les sépare. La nourriture était correcte au buffet principal. Il y a beaucoup de choix et le service est excellent. Nous avons essayé le steak house et la nourriture était soit mal cuite, soit tellement trop cuite que nous aurions pu c [... lire plus]ommencer un match de hockey avec. Le restaurant italien était correct, mais il s'agit d'un buffet complet où aucun plat n'est servi. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant espagnol. Le bœuf était délicieux mais j'ai été violemment malade environ une demi-heure après. Les divertissements étaient chauds/froids. La fête du néon était extraordinaire. Un divertissement de haut niveau, meilleur que n'importe quel séjour que j'ai eu ailleurs. Je n'ai pas pris le bus pour aller à l'autre resort pour la fête rose, donc je ne peux pas faire de commentaires à ce sujet. J'ai trouvé que le personnel sortait et dansait autour de la piscine et parlait des animations, mais n'a jamais fait de zumba ou de salsa au bord de la piscine. Nous avons vérifié le programme et il était indiqué que c'était sur la plage le lendemain, mais nous avons passé la journée à la plage et aucune activité ne s'y est déroulée. Notre chambre était charmante. Nous avions payé pour une chambre triple, mais on nous avait réservé une chambre standard pour 3 personnes, alors que nous avions payé plus cher pour une chambre triple. Nous avons fini par obtenir une suite familiale avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un patio et un couloir communs. Très belle chambre et la nôtre était dans un quartier calme. (chambre 0178). Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit très agréable. L'alcool n'est pas au top, mais on peut trouver des boissons décentes partout. Le bar de natation peut devenir un peu fou lorsqu'ils commencent à faire glisser les gens sur les comptoirs, mais il y a beaucoup d'autres piscines à proximité si vous n'aimez pas cette scène.

Good stay, not amazing This is a beautiful resort, lovely grounds with many pool areas to suit your style. The beach is perfect with no rocks or seaweed to be seen, and you can walk for miles. The beach is hidden from the pool areas due to a high hill separating the two. The food was decent in the main buffet. Lots of options here and great service. We tried the steak house and had food that was either undercooked, or so overcooked that we could have started a hockey game with it. The Italian was decent food, however it is fully buffet with no dishes served. We also ate at the Spanish restaurant. Beef tasted delicious but I was violently ill about half an hour after. Entertainment was hot/cold. The neon party was out of this world. Top level entertainment, better than any stay I have had elsewhere. I didn't bus over to the other resort for the pink party, so can't comment on that. I found the staff would come out and dance around the pool and talk about the entertainment, but never did zumba or salsa by the pool. We checked the schedule and it said it was on the beach the next day, but spent the day at the beach and no activities happened there. Our room was lovely. We had paid for a triple room, but somehow they had booked us in a standard room for 3 people, even though we paid more for a triple. We ended up upgrading to a family suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shared patio and hallway area. Very nice room and ours was in a quiet area. (room 0178). Overall a very nice place. Alcohol is not top notch, but still a decent drink to be found everywhere. Swim up bar can get a little crazy when they start sliding people down the counter-tops, but there are many other pools close by if you don't enjoy that scene.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: L'un des meilleurs complexes hôteliers de Punta Cana !!!

Nous avons passé l'une des meilleures vacances à Punta Cana. Nos quatre vacances là-bas étaient dans le Luxury Principe Bahia Esmeralda, mais cette fois nous avons décidé de passer au Majestic Mirage et la conclusion est : la prochaine fois nous retournerons au Bahia Esmeralda ou à l'Ambar. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, que rien ne pourra remplacer. Le service, la nourriture, les restaurants, l'entretien ménager, les divertissements, et j'en passe, tout était exceptionnel. Et en ce qui c [... lire plus]oncerne l'agence, rien ne peut être mieux que Tripcentral.

One of the best resorts in Punta Cana!!! We had one of the best vacations in Punta Cana. Our four vacations there were in Luxury Principe Bahia Esmeralda, but this time we decided to switch to Majestic Mirage and conclusion is: next time we will go back to Bahia Esmeralda or Ambar. So great time that we had there nothing will replace. Service, food, restaurants, housekeeping, entertainment, you name more, everything was just outstanding. And speaking about agency, nothing can do better than Tripcentral.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Un lieu idéal pour se détendre et non pour faire la fête !

J'y ai passé une semaine du 4 au 11 novembre. Basse saison, super prix, il fallait y aller pour avoir ce jacuzzi sur le balcon. Le problème, c'est qu'il y a des tonnes de moustiques, qui nous ont détruits ! Ma femme ne voulait plus entrer dans le jacuzzi après cela. Chambre propre, nourriture excellente, beaucoup de choix, vous pouvez réserver un restaurant tous les soirs ! La piscine est gigantesque, beaucoup d'espace, j'ai pu rencontrer beaucoup de monde. Le service est excellent, n'oubliez pa [... lire plus]s de donner un pourboire aux employés de l'hôtel ! J'aime danser, et le club est incroyable, avec un très bon système de son, mais, et c'est un gros mais, le DJ joue les mêmes chansons 3 ou 4 fois par nuit, et il y a des blocs de genres. Beaucoup de bachata et de merengue, et des vibrations latines, ce qui, dans un monde touristique, est bien de temps en temps, mais pas 7 chansons d'affilée. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, j'ai vu des hôtels 3 étoiles et demi dans les îles dominicaines avec une meilleure ambiance de fête. Je ne pense pas qu'ils veuillent être un hôtel festif, même s'ils ont l'équipement pour cela, plutôt une ambiance familiale. A part le club et les moustiques, tout était excellent, la plage est magnifique et nous nous sommes vraiment amusés à boire dans la piscine avec les amis que nous nous sommes faits !

Great resort to relax, not to party! I was there for a week from November 4th, till November 11th. Low season, great price, we had to go to get that jacuzzi on the balcony. The thing is, there are tons of mosquitoes, which destroyed us! My wife didnt want to get in thw jacuzzi after that. Clean room, excellent food, lots of choices, you can reserve a restaurant every night! Pool is gigantic, lots of space, got to meet a lot of people. Service is great, dont forget to tip the hotel employees! Now, I like to dance, and the club there is amazing, with a very good sound system, but, and it's a big but, the DJ plays the same songs 3 or 4 times a night, and it by blocks of genres. Lots of bachata and merengue, and latin vibes, which, in a tourist world, is good from time to time, but not 7 songs in a row. And did I say it was the same songs over and over, night after night...for a 5 star hotel, i've seen 3 and half star hotels in the dominican with a better party vibe. I dont think that they want to be a party hotel, even if they have the equipment for it, more of a family friendly vibe. Other than the club and the mosquitoes, everything was excellent, the beach is amazing and we really had a lot of fun drinking in the pool with the friends we made!

Riu Republica: D'accord

L'hôtel était propre, la nourriture était bonne. Les chambres étaient correctes, la moitié de nos prises ne fonctionnaient pas, les lits étaient extrêmement inconfortables et les chambres étaient très bruyantes le matin avec des portes qui claquaient constamment, le balcon était... Sur le dessus des générateurs donc très bruyant sur le balcon les fêtes étaient amusantes le service était bon

Okay Hotel was clean, food was good. Rooms were ok, half our outlets didn’t work beds were extremely uncomfortable and rooms were very loud in the morning with doors constantly slamming, balcony was Ontop of generators so very loud on balcony parties were fun service was good

Wyndham Alltra Samana: Grand potentiel - bel emplacement, mais le service a fait défaut !

J'avais entendu dire qu'il ne fallait pas s'attendre à grand-chose en RD en ce qui concerne la nourriture, mieux que Cuba mais pas aussi bien que le Mexique ou la Jamaïque par exemple. Je dirais que c'était correct, mais j'admets que je suis un peu difficile à manger ;) Le terrain était magnifique, la plage assez belle, des bouts d'algues que nous n'avons vu essayer de nettoyer qu'une seule fois dans la semaine et ils ont travaillé à leur propre rythme dominicain ! Le divertissement était [... lire plus] terrible - je suppose qu'ils ont essayé mais c'est le pire que j'ai vu ! De plus, si vous vouliez manger entre les repas, bonne chance ! Le buffet principal n'était ouvert qu'aux heures des repas et les horaires du buffet Beach BBQ n'étaient pas affichés, mais les insectes autour de la salade et les aliments froids le rendaient peu attrayant ! Nous avons tout de même mangé quelques fois des ailes de poulet qui étaient délicieuses ! Le service n'était pas excellent ! Il est difficile d'obtenir une tasse à café ou une cuillère et ils ne parlent pratiquement pas l'anglais, donc même lorsque vous demandez, ils ne comprennent pas ou n'essaient même pas et disparaissent tout simplement. Ils ne servaient pas du tout à table, ce qui m'a permis d'économiser sur les pourboires, alors que j'aurais plutôt essayé de me mettre dans une section avec quelqu'un de bien et de donner des pourboires tous les jours ! L'eau dans la chambre est un autre problème, notre chambre était bonne mais le couple avec lequel nous avons voyagé n'en a pas eu pendant quelques jours ...... Vous ne pouvez pas boire l'eau du robinet, c'est donc un problème. Leur téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, la lampe n'était pas branchée parce qu'elle n'atteignait pas la prise et ils ont demandé 3 fois un fer à repasser et une femme de chambre est venue et a mis le sèche-cheveux sur la vanité de la salle de bain et est partie sans parler ? ??? Great Potential - beautiful location, but service was lacking! I had heard not to expect much in DR as far as food, better than Cuba but not as good as Mexico or Jamaica for example. I would say it was ok, but I admit I am a bit of a fussy eater ;) The grounds were beautiful, beach pretty nice, bits of seaweed that we only saw them attempting to clean up once in the week and they worked at they're own Dominican pace! The entertainment was terrible - I guess they tried but the worst I have seen! Also, if you wanted food between meals, good luck! The main buffet was only open at meal times and the Beach BBQ buffet times were not posted, but the bugs around the salad and cold food made it not so appealing! We did eat chicken wings a couple times that were tasty though! Service was not great! Good luck getting a coffee cup or spoon and they don't speak hardly any english so even when you asked they didn't understand or even try and would just disappear. They really didn't serve at the table at all so I saved on tips where I generally would've tried to get into a section with someone who was good and tip every day! Water in your room was another thing, our room was good but the couple we travelled with had none for a couple days ..... you can't drink the tap water so this was an issue. Their phone didn't work, lamp wasn't plugged in because it didn't reach the outlet and they asked 3 times for an iron and a maid came in and put the hair dryer on the bathroom vanity and left without speaking??? Customs at the airport we were finger printed upon entry ..... that's a first! First and last trip to DR sorry to say but I had to try it!

Excellent Resort Outstanding service at the Preferred Club - check in, pool, lounges, restaurants, towel service Nice beach - clean and maintained, plenty of beach chairs Pool - Room with private pool and bali bed was an extra touch, Preferred Club pool was excellent Hot Tub - not hot, only warm Restaurants - Buffet - excellent selection for breakfast and dinner. Italina -good. French and Steakhouse - mediocre, Japanese- poor

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Excellent service

L'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchi, les chambres sont un peu datées et usées, mais là où cet hôtel brille vraiment, c'est le personnel et son service - tout le monde a le sourire et la volonté de rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommanderais de réserver le niveau préféré car vous pouvez accéder à une zone privée et obtenir de l'alcool de première qualité. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre.

Great service Hotel needs refreshing rooms are a bit dated and worn but where this hotel really shines is the staff and their service everyone has a smile and willingness to make our stay great. I would recommend booking preferred level as you get to go to a private area and get premium alcohol. It is a great place to hang out.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Toujours un très bon centre de villégiature

cinquième voyage et toujours très satisfaits du personnel, de la nourriture, du terrain, des chambres et du rapport qualité-prix. Nous reviendrons en 2020 pour notre 50e anniversaire de mariage. Ma femme adore tout ce qui concerne le centre de villégiature ! Le personnel est devenu un ami sur Facebook et reste en contact avec nous tout au long de l'année.

Still very good resort 5th trip and still very happy with staff, food, grounds, rooms and value. We will be returning in 2020 for our 50th wedding anniversary. My wife loves everything about the resort! The staff have become Facebook friends and keep in touçh with us throughout the year.

J'ai passé un bon moment. La nourriture était bonne. Suffisamment de choix pour que même les plus difficiles trouvent quelque chose à manger. Certaines chambres n'ont pas encore été rénovées, mais nous avions une chambre entièrement rénovée. Nous avions une chambre entièrement rénovée. Snack bar ouvert l'après-midi entre le déjeuner et le dîner. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, je n'ai rien à redire. Merci Trip Central

Great Trip Had a great time. Food was good. Enough choice for even picky eaters to find something to eat. Some rooms not renovated yet.we had a fully renovated room. So no complaints there. Snack bar open during the afternoon in between lunch and dinner. For the price we paid I have no complaints. Thanks Trip Central
