Disons simplement que ma famille et moi avons passé un merveilleux moment pendant notre séjour. Nous avons séjourné au Diamond Club... qui vaut chaque centime. Les chambres étaient très propres et très spacieuses. Les restaurants et la nourriture étaient excellents. Le personnel des restaurants était fantastique. Awesome Resort Let's just say my family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. We stayed Diamond Club...worth every penny. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The restaurants and the food was great. The staff at the restaurants were fantastic. The grounds were well taken care of as were the pool and restroom areas. All staff were polite and willing to help with all of your needs. Shout out to Edwin (Diamond Club), Margarita and Joselo in the Diningroom (selections), Yeremy at the Diamond Club pool, Stephanie at the Main pool bar and Pablo and his Vibe team

Ce complexe avait tout ce dont une famille a besoin, du parc aquatique aux plages, en passant par les animations nocturnes. Les clubs pour enfants et adolescents étaient très appréciés des enfants, les piscines étaient animées tout au long de la journée.

Nous avons absolument adoré le centre de villégiature ! Il y avait des tonnes de choses différentes à faire sur le terrain, les chambres étaient magnifiques et le personnel était formidable. La nourriture au buffet, aux bars de la piscine, au service en chambre et aux chariots à la carte était délicieuse et il y avait une grande variété de boissons alcoolisées.

Incredible place to be We absolutely loved the resort! There was tons of different things to do on the grounds, rooms were beautiful and staff was great. The food at the buffet, pool bars, room service and a la carts were all delicious and there was a wide variety of alcoholic options.

Viva Heavens by Wyndham: Superbe petit mais amusant centre de villégiature réservé aux adultes

J'adore ce centre de villégiature. Petit complexe compact sur une superbe plage. J'y suis allé avec ma mère qui a des problèmes de mobilité. Tout est très proche. Elle n'a eu aucun problème à se déplacer entre la piscine, les restaurants et la chambre. L'équipe de divertissement est fabuleuse ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons ici et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Great Small but Fun Adults Only Resort Love this resort. Small compact resort on a great beach. Visited with my mom who has mobility issues. Everything is so close. She had no issues getting around between pool, restaurants and room. Entertainment crew are fabulous! Our second time here and will definitely be back!!

Amazing Resort we stayed in the junior suite with a swim pool; the rooms were a good size; the washroom was a bit tight; the beach was very nice; the weather was decent; not a lot of rain; the alacartes were amazing; we went to most of them; steak house, Brazilian, Korean; the buffet both at breakfast and lunch had plenty of choices and were very good; the staff were friendly; the hotel was very clean; overall we had a great experience and I would recommend it;

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: La situation s'est dégradée depuis notre dernière visite

Le personnel était formidable, le buffet et les chariots à la carte étaient incroyables ! Le terrain est toujours parfaitement entretenu. Nous étions ici il y a environ 5 ans et nous avions l'impression qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel 5 étoiles à l'époque. Il n'y a plus de peignoirs dans les chambres, ce qui était très agréable, le mini bar n'a jamais été approvisionné pendant notre séjour, ils laissent 2 bières et 2 boissons gazeuses dans le réfrigérateur, et c'est tout. La machine à café ne foncti [... lire plus]onnait pas et c'était comme arracher des dents pour en obtenir une, le téléphone dans la chambre fonctionnait occasionnellement et était si statique que vous pouviez à peine entendre, la télévision était de mauvaise qualité de son/image. L'entretien ménager était également minimal. C'est un bel endroit, mais il s'agit plus d'un "3 étoiles".

Gone downhill since our last visit Staff was great, buffet and a la carts were amazing! The grounds are always perfectly kept. We were here about 5 years ago and it felt more “5 star” then. They no longer have robes in the rooms, which was just such a lovely thing to have, never had our mini bar stocked once during our stay, they leave 2 beers and 2 pop in your fridge, and that’s it. Coffee machine didn’t work and it was like pulling teeth to get a working one, phone in the room worked occasionally and was so staticky you could barely hear, tv was of poor sound/picture quality. House keeping was minimal as well. It’s a beautiful place but definitely more of a “3 star” feeling.

Such an amazing place The hotel staff are so outgoing and helpful. The grounds are beautifully keep and clean. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Un moment inoubliable au Majestic Colonial

Nous avions entendu d'excellentes critiques sur ce centre de villégiature de la part de nos amis. Après y avoir passé une semaine du 21 au 28 octobre, je comprends pourquoi ils l'aiment tant. Nous avions réservé dans la section Colonial Club (réservée aux adultes) du complexe. À notre arrivée, on nous a emmenés dans une salle privée pour l'enregistrement, où l'on nous a servi du champagne et une sélection d'en-cas. Notre suite n'étant pas prête avant 15 heures, notre majordome, David, nous [... lire plus] a emmenés au salon du Colonial Club, dans la section du même nom. Il y avait des vestiaires, des toilettes, de la nourriture, de l'eau, des boissons gazeuses et un espace pour nous détendre ou nous préparer à aller à la piscine ou à la plage. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre suite, nous avons été ravis. Elle était bien aménagée et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires. De temps en temps pendant notre séjour, il y avait une odeur désagréable dans notre suite, mais lorsque nous l'avons signalé à notre majordome, il s'en est occupé immédiatement. La nourriture au resort était bonne/grande mais pas exceptionnelle. Rien qui ne laisse une impression durable. Nous ne sommes pas tombés malades. Cependant, lors de notre dernier repas au buffet, le poulet de mon mari n'était pas complètement cuit, alors assurez-vous de vérifier cela. La plage est l'une des meilleures que nous ayons connues. Belle plage pour une longue promenade. Ce complexe semble être connu pour ses mariages. Il y en avait plusieurs pendant notre séjour. Le service est ce qui distingue ce complexe des autres. Rien n'est jamais trop demandé. Tous les employés, du gardien à notre majordome, sont très sympathiques et accommodants. Même lorsque nous nous sommes inscrits au buffet un matin, l'hôtesse nous a demandé si nous avions besoin de quelque chose dans notre chambre. Le service est exceptionnel. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe et j'aimerais y retourner un jour.

Awesome Time at Majestic Colonial We had heard great reviews about this resort from our friends. After spending a week here October 21-28, I can see why they love it so much. We had booked in the Colonial Club (Adults Only) section of the resort. When we arrived we were whisked away to a private room for check in where were served champagne and a selection of snacks. Our suite wasn’t ready until 3PM so our Butler, David, took us to the Colonial Club Lounge in the Colonial Club section of the resort. There were change rooms, washrooms, food, water, pop drinks and and area for us to relax or get ready to head to the pool or beach. When we got to our suite, we were pleased. Well appointed with all the amenities. From time to time during our stay there was an unpleasant smell in our suite but when we addressed it with our Butler, her had it tended to right away. The food at the resort was good/great but not outstanding. Nothing that leaves a lasting impressions. We did not get sick at all. Although at our last meal at the buffet, my husbands chicken was not fully cooked, so make sure to check for that. The beach is among the best we have ever been to. Nice beach for a long walk. This resort seems to be know for it’s weddings. There were several while we were there. The service is what sets this resort apart from the others. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Every worker you encountered from the groundskeepers to our Butler were very friendly and accommodating. Even when we registered at the buffet some morning, the hostess would ask if there was anything we needed in our room. Service is above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to return someday.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un voyage extraordinaire !

C'est un endroit extraordinaire ! Le temps était magnifique ; la plage et la piscine étaient fantastiques ! La nourriture était parmi les meilleures que j'ai jamais mangées. Le restaurant MEAT avait le meilleur steak que j'ai jamais mangé de ma vie. Le service était également excellent. Le temps d'attente pour une boisson, même lors d'une soirée très animée, était d'environ 5 minutes. Vous avez également été servi sur la plage et aux tables du hall par le personnel formidable. Amazing Trip! Such an amazing place! The weather was beautiful; the beach and pool were fantastic! The food was some of the best i've ever had. The restaurant MEAT had the best steak I think i've ever eaten in my life. The service was great as well, the longest you had to wait for a drink, even on a busy night, was maybe 5 minutes. You were also served on the beach and at the lobby tables by the awesome staff. The staff were the best! Derlin and Marlon to name names. Would definitely go again.

Riu Republica: Un centre de villégiature et un service exceptionnels !

Mon copain et moi sommes déjà allés deux fois dans ce même centre de villégiature parce que nous l'avons tellement aimé ! Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème car le service est toujours excellent, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, la plage est magnifique, la nourriture et les divertissements sont excellents avec les spectacles tous les soirs ! Il y a toujours quelque chose à faire, des toboggans aquatiques, du ping-pong, du volley-ball, et j'en passe ! Le Riu Republica a tout ce qu'il f [... lire plus]aut !

Amazing Resort & Amazing Service! My boyfriend and myself have been to this same resort twice already because we loved it so much!! We have never had a problem there as the service is always great, rooms are cleaned everyday, beach is amazing, and they have amazing food and entertainment there with the every night shows! Always something to do, water slides, ping pong, volley ball, you name it! Riu Republica has it all!!

Secrets Cap Cana: Séjour agréable

Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine relaxante et rencontré un personnel incroyable. Le point fort de ce complexe est la plage et c'est là que nous avons passé la majeure partie de nos journées. Les restaurants étaient excellents, avec un serveur en particulier, Jorge au Seaside Grill au déjeuner, qui était exceptionnel, et ESTHER au Coco Cafe et, bien sûr, notre concierge Eduar. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe a répondu à nos attentes, à une exception près. Nous avons choisi la chaîne Secrets car [... lire plus] nous aimons les dîners à la carte, nous habiller et profiter de l'atmosphère haut de gamme. Secrets Cap Cana n'a pas respecté le code vestimentaire pendant notre séjour et a autorisé le port de shorts et de tongs dans les restaurants pour le dîner, ce qui a terni la réputation de l'établissement, ce qui est regrettable mais vrai. Nous continuerons à visiter l'hôtel, mais cela pourrait avoir un impact sur l'image de l'hôtel si cela continue.

Enjoyable Stay We really enjoyed a relaxing week and met some incredible staff.The highlight of this resort is the beach and is where the majority of our day was spent. The restaurants were great with one waiter in particular Jorge at the Seaside Grill at lunch was outstanding and ESTHER in the Coco Cafe and of course our concierge Eduar. Overall the resort met our expectations with one exception. We choose the Secrets chain as we enjoy having A la carte dinners, getting dressed up and enjoying the upscale atmosphere. Secrets Cap Cana failed to enforce the dress code during our stay and were allowing shorts and flip flops to be worn and enter the restaurants for Dinner putting a blemish on the reputation , unfortunate but true. We would still visit again however it may impact the optics of being upscale if this continues.

Sauveurs de vies ! Dans les 5 minutes où j'ai dit à quelqu'un que mon mini-frigo était cassé, ils en ont installé un nouveau ! Un grand bravo à Melvin au bar de la piscine et à DJ Lex qui a assuré tous les jours !

Breathless left me speechless! Immaculate upkeep. Wonderful staff. Felt extremely secure. Staff found my cell phone I left at the pool and I recovered it easily. Lifesavers! Within 5 minutes of telling someone my mini fridge broke they had installed a new one! Shout outs to Melvin at the pool bar and DJ Lex who killed it everyday!

Occidental Punta Cana: Pas ce que nous attendions !

Le terrain est magnifique, la plage est magnifique, les bars sont horribles, pas de cohérence, la disponibilité est également très mauvaise à la plage. Je ne recommanderais pas ou ne reviendrais pas dans ce complexe. Pas un 4 étoiles. Impossible d'utiliser 200 lettres pour décrire une expérience hors de prix et de mauvaise qualité.

Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans ce complexe et avons été très satisfaits à chaque fois. Service impeccable, chambres agréables, nourriture délicieuse et piscines superbes. Les restaurants à la carte étaient fantastiques. La plage était très bien entretenue et il y avait beaucoup de chaises longues disponibles, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Great resort@ We've stayed at this resort twice and have been very pleased both times. Great service, nice rooms, yummy food and awesome pools. A la carte restaurants were fantastic. The beach was very well maintained with plenty of available loungers no matter what time of day you go. We would definitely come again. Excellent bang for your buck.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Attention

Ce complexe était magnifique, mais 4 jours plus tard, je suis tombée violemment malade. 2 jours plus tard, mon mari et moi sommes tombés violemment malades. Nous avons passé les 3 jours suivants à l'hôpital... où presque personne ne parlait anglais. On nous a diagnostiqué une gastro-entérite ... Causée par la nourriture selon le médecin. Une semaine et demie plus tard, je ne suis toujours pas complètement rétablie.

Beware This resort was beautiful however 4 days in I got violently ill. 2 days later both my husband and I got violently ill. We spent the next 3 days in the hospital...where almost nobody spoke English. We were diagnosed with gastroenteritis ... Caused by the food according to the doctor. A week and a half later I'm still not fully well.

C'était la huitième fois que je venais à Casa, c'est vraiment ma maison loin de chez moi. Les terrains, les piscines fraîches, la grande piscine sont tous maintenus dans un état impeccable. Les employés sont sortis tôt tous les matins pour nettoyer. J'avais une chambre rénovée au rez-de-chaussée, l'eau chaude n'a jamais été un problème. Les services de nettoyage sont excellents. C'est la basse saison en octobre, donc le resort était plutôt calme. J'étais là en octobre dernier et j'ai trouvé [... lire plus] la nourriture bien meilleure à l'époque. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi cette fois-ci, elle était un peu moins bonne. Je n'ai jamais eu faim mais je me suis retrouvé à manger beaucoup plus en dehors de la station. La ville est sûre, je me suis aventurée seule et je n'ai eu aucun souci La nuit, j'allais avec mon partenaire dans le crime lol Nous nous sommes bien amusés. J'y retourne le 2 avril pour la 9ème fois. N'achetez pas l'internet de l'hôtel, trop cher, achetez une carte sim beaucoup moins chère Données illimitées pendant 5 jours 11 US Le compte à rebours a déjà commencé 157 jours avant mon retour.

Another Amazing Trip This was my 8th time to Casa, it truly is my home away from home. The grounds, the cool pools, big pool are all kept in pristine condition. Workers out early every morning cleaning. I had a renovated room on ground floor, hot water was never an issue. Maid services great. It is if off season in October so resort was rather quiet. I was there last Oct and I found the food much better then. Not sure why this time it was lacking a bit. Never went hungry but I found myself eating off resort much more. Town is safe I ventured out by myself and had no worries Night time I would go with my partner in crime lol We had a blast. Returning April 2nd for my 9th time. Don't buy the resort internet, too expensive, get yourself a sim card much cheaper Unlimited data for 5 days 11 US The countdown has already begun 157 days till I return.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Grand centre de villégiature !

La nourriture était bonne. Très propre. Le complexe est très bien entretenu. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Il s'assurait toujours que tout allait bien. La seule chose qui manquait était un bar de baignade et un peu d'ombre dans la zone de la piscine. A part cela, tout était parfait ! Nous vous remercions ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Great Resort! Food was good. Very clean. Resort is very well kept. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Always making sure everything was ok. Only thing missing was a swim up bar and some shade in the pool area. Other than that everything was great! Thank you! We had a wonderful time!

Riu Republica: Terrible station balnéaire

J'étais un grand fan des vacances à Cuba dans ce centre de villégiature. J'ai visité cet endroit un nombre incalculable de fois au cours des 15 dernières années. Aujourd'hui, cette station a réussi à ruiner toutes les impressions positives précédentes et les vacances actuelles. La nature est fantastique : la mer et la plage sont toujours aussi belles. Le resort est à 2 étoiles maximum. Il est dans un état déplorable et la gestion est également déplorable. Dans certains cas, le service est tout s [... lire plus]implement inférieur aux normes : ignare, impoli, non professionnel et même comportement dangereux. Les touristes ne sont pas les bienvenus ici. Je n'ai pas envie de revenir. Beaucoup d'autres anciens de ce complexe ont le même avis.

Terrible Resort I used to be a big fan of Cuban vacation in this resort. Visited this place countless number of times during last 15 years. Nowadays this resort managed to ruin all the previous positive impressions and this current vacation. The nature is fantastic: still beautiful sea and beach. The resort is at 2 stars maximum. It is in terrible conditions and the management is also terrible. Service in some cases is just substandard: ignoring, rude, unprofessional and even endangering behavior. Tourists are not welcome here. Do not want to come back. Many other old timers of this resort have the same opinion.
