Paradisus Rio De Oro: exceptionnel

La section Royal Service du centre de villégiature était formidable. Excellent service personnalisé, suites magnifiques et spacieuses avec douche extérieure. Bonne plage privée et accès à tous les restaurants à la carte. Étonnamment bien nourri pour Cuba.

Tryp Cayo Coco: Un excellent tryptique

Mon mari et moi avons voyagé au Tryp Cayo Coco du 29 septembre au 6 octobre 2014 pour surprendre nos amis qui sont arrivés le 26 septembre....Dès le début, nous avons fait un excellent voyage avec Sunwing airlines... lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, j'ai demandé que nous ayons une chambre plus près du hall, car le bdlg 14 était trop loin pour que nous marchions régulièrement....la réceptionniste du soir n'a eu aucun problème à nous placer dans le bdlg 6, notre chambre était un peu désuète  [... lire plus]mais avait une belle vue partielle sur l'océan et une vue complète sur la piscine, au deuxième étage....le lendemain, ils nous ont transférés dans la chambre 631... même étage mais une plus belle chambre. Les deux chambres étaient gardées très propres par Evelyn, la femme de ménage, elle est incroyable.....les restaurants du Tryp sont superbes.....le buffet pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, je m'en tiens toujours aux œufs frais pour le petit déjeuner, mon mari adore le pain perdu et les crêpes nous donnons toujours un pourboire aux chefs des buffets et la nourriture est cuite à la perfection Borges au buffet s'assure que vous vous sentez comme une famille tous les jours, le serveur masculin travaille avec Borges, sert également au restaurant de la plage pour le déjeuner, un gars génial, désolé j'ai. C'est son nom. Le vendredi, le restaurant de plage La Picua a ouvert pour le déjeuner....BBQ's à l'extérieur avec du porc rôti et d'autres bonnes choses à l'intérieur du menu avec des pizzas, des hamburgers, etc. et d'énormes homards pour 10 CUC, délicieux, après cela, le restaurant de plage ouvert tous les jours pour le déjeuner.....on m'a dit qu'ils allaient reconstruire ce restaurant dans un proche avenir....nous avons dîné plusieurs fois au restaurant international Lorenzo, qui en est le responsable et qui est incroyable, et la nourriture y est excellente....Le bar du hall principal est très amusant, le personnel y est formidable Osmani, le barman, est très attentif et les serveuses aussi, elles sont formidables, et on y sert du cappuccino toute la journée.j'ai commencé à prendre les tasses de la chambre pour le café du matin afin de ne pas avoir à ramener les tasses en plastique dans la chambre....nous avons réussi à obtenir une réservation dans le restaurant japonais....encore une fois la nourriture était fabuleuse et très rassasiante nous avons pris le poulet et les légumes et c'était beaucoup de nourriture, Brian et moi avons commandé un riz à partager et nous ne l'avons même pas mangé....nous sommes allés au restaurant BBQ tôt avant que les moustiques ne deviennent trop méchants car il est à l'extérieur, encore une fois excellent....le chef nous a entendu demander s'ils avaient de la salade, ce qui n'était pas le cas mais il nous a préparé une excellente salade de tomates et de concombres avec un peu d'huile et de vinaigre... délicieux, la nourriture et le service sont également excellents....nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits du personnel de l'hôtel.....William et Gelly au service à la clientèle à chaque fois que nous avions une question. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est une propriété très attrayante et très propre. J'ai déjà recommandé le Tryp à des membres de ma famille qui y ont voyagé en août

Terrific Tryp My husband and I travelled to the Tryp Cayo Coco Sept.29-Oct.6 2014 to surprise our friends who arrived there Sept.26....from the beginning we had a great trip flying with Sunwing airlines...when we arrived at the hotel I requested that we have a room closer to the lobby as bdlg 14 was too far for us to walk on a regular basis....the evening receptionist had no problems placing us in bdlg 6, our room was a little dated but had a great partial view of the ocean and full view of the pool, second floor....the next day they moved us to room 631...same floor but nicer room. Bith rooms were kept very clean by Evelyn, housekeeping she is amazing.....the restaurants at the Tryp are great.....the buffet for breakfast and lunch lots of choices, I always stick with the fresh eggs for breakfast, my husband loves the French toast and pancakes we always tip the chefs in buffets and food cooked perfectly Borges in the buffet makes sure that you feel like family everyday, male server works with Borges, also serves at beach restaurant for lunch great guy, sorry I did. It get his name. On the Friday beach restaurant La Picua opened for lunch....BBQ's outside with roasted pig and other goodies inside menu with pizza burgers etc. and huge lobsters for 10 CUC, delicious, after that the beach restaurant open everyday for lunch.....have been told they are going to rebuild this restaurant in the near future...we had dinner a few times at the international restaurant Lorenzo is in charge there and he is amazing also the food there is great....the main lobby bar lots of fun, staff there terrific Osmani the bartender very attentive and also the waitress staff there great, they also have cappuccino there all day, as well as down stairs there is a 24 hour snack bar with sandwiches, drinks and cappuccino early in the morning for early risers...I started to take the cups from the room down for morning coffee so wouldn't have to take plastics cups back to the room....we managed to get a reservation in the Japanese restaurant....again the food was fabulous very filling we had the chicken and vegetables and it was a lot of food, Brian and I ordered 1 rice to share and never even ate it....we went to the BBQ restaurant early before the Mosquitos got too bad as it is outside, again great....the chef heard us ask if they had salad, they did not but he made us a great tomato cucumber salad with a little oil and vinegar...delicious, food and service there also great....we were extremely happy with the hotel staff.....William and Gelly in customer service there anytime we had a question. Over all the hotel is a very attractive property and kept very clean. I have already recommended the Tryp to family members who travelled there in August

Melia Las Dunas: Belle station, beau pays !

Le terrain de l'hôtel est magnifiquement entretenu - les jardiniers sont là tous les jours. Les unités sont mises à jour si nécessaire - des peintres sont présents sur le site. Le choix de nourriture est énorme - seuls les mangeurs les plus difficiles auraient des difficultés à trouver quelque chose à manger. Ma fille est cœliaque et n'a eu aucun problème avec la nourriture. Le personnel de cuisine est disponible pour des consultations sur les exigences alimentaires si nécessaire. L'ensemble du  [... lire plus]personnel a toujours été serviable, amical et agréable à traiter. C'était notre troisième visite dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement à tout le monde. Ne vous laissez pas décourager par la distance qui sépare l'hôtel de l'aéroport. Le trajet de 90 minutes est une merveilleuse visite des villes et de la campagne cubaines. J'ai enregistré mon appareil photo à travers les villes. J'ai adoré toutes les couleurs des maisons et le travail du fer sur les fenêtres et les portes. Je recommande vivement les excursions disponibles - excursion à La Havane, visite de Remeidios/Santa Clara, catamaran.

Beautiful resort, beautiful country! Hotel grounds kept up beautifully-gardeners out every day. Units updated as needed-painters on site. Food options tremendous-only the pickiest eaters would have trouble finding something to eat. My daughter is Celiac and had no issues with the food. Kitchen staff available for consultation re: food requirements if necessary. All staff consistently helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone. Don't be put off by the distance of the hotel from the airport. The 90 minute ride is a wonderful tour of the Cuban towns and countryside. I put my camera on record through the towns. Loved all the colurs on the houses and iron work on the windows and doors. Highly recommend the excursions available-day trip to Havana, tour of Remeidios/Santa Clara, catamaran.

Paradisus Varadero: Meilleure plage et piscine partout....

Il n'y a rien de mieux qu'un complexe hôtelier qui possède sa propre plage privée, sur sa propre baie très large. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle de partout et de nombreuses chambres avec vue sur l'océan sont disponibles, ce dont d'autres complexes hôteliers construits derrière des mangroves ne peuvent pas se vanter. La piscine est également la plus belle du monde, avec ses méandres paysagers. Personnel formidable, nourriture décente, chambres confortables et propres. Véritable lieu de déje [... lire plus]uner "sur la plage" (et dans le sable) avec de la musique live.

Best beach and pool anywhere.... You can't beat a resort with its own private deep beach, on its own very wide bay. outstanding sea views from anywhere and many oceanview rooms available; something other resorts which are built behind mangroves can't boast. Also the nicest landscaped, meandering pool anywhere. Terrific staff, decent food, comfortable and clean rooms. True 'on the beach' (and in the sand) lunch spot with live music.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: pas un hôtel 5 étoiles

Je viens de rentrer d'une semaine de vacances avec mon mari et c'est notre 10ème fois à Cuba.Arrivée : Le représentant de Sunwing était médiocre. L'autobus était sale. L'enregistrement n'était pas professionnel. La nourriture était médiocre. Le service était médiocre. Les plages étaient correctes. Le terrain était excellent. La chambre était datée, pas 5 étoiles. Le service de chambre était bon. Nous n'y retournerons jamais car ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles comme on veut nous le faire croire ( [... lire plus]peut-être 3,5 étoiles)

not 5 star hotel Just came back from one week vacation with my husband and this is our 10th time in Cuba.Arrival : Sunwing representative was poor. Bus was filthy. Check in was unprofessional. Food was mediocre. Service was fare. Beaches were OK. Grounds were excellent. Room was dated not 5 star. Room service was good. We will never go back because it is not 5 star hotel as we will let to believe.(May be 3.5 star)

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Déçu

La propriété est magnifique mais le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les restaurants à buffets ont été fermés pendant 3 des 7 nuits que nous avons passées sur place. Nous avons été obligés de manger dans des restaurants dont la cuisine ne nous plaisait pas. Nous avons essayé le restaurant snack de fin de soirée et là encore, ce fut un échec. La nourriture et le service étaient tous deux horribles. Le service d'étage a été une autre déception. Nous avions besoin de bouteill [... lire plus]es d'eau pour prendre nos médicaments et après deux nuits consécutives d'appel et d'attente, nous n'avons pas reçu les bouteilles d'eau promises.

Dissapointed The property is beautiful but the service is not at all what we expected. The buffet restaurants were closed for 3 of the 7 nights that we were there. We were forced to eat at restaurants with cuisines that did not appeal to us. We tried the late night snack restaurant and again it was a failure. The food and service were both awful. Room service was another disappointment. We needed bottled water to take medication with and after 2 consecutive nights of calling and waiting we did not receive the promised bottled waters.

Sol Varadero Beach: 2 stations et demie

Le carrelage de ma chambre est cassé. Ma chambre avait besoin d'être repeinte. Les toilettes ne tiraient pas la chasse d'eau. Pas de pailles pour les boissons toute la semaine. Pas de mohito toute la semaine ! Le mohito, c'est la boisson de Cuba ! La nourriture était la pire que j'ai jamais eue à Cuba ! J'ai été à Cuba 8 fois ! C'est la première fois que je peux dire que j'ai été très déçu !

2 and a half resort Tile in my room broken. My room neede painting.toilet would not flush. No straws for your drinks all week. No mohito all week,! Which is cuba drink! Food was the worst i have ever had in cuba! I have been to cuba 8 times! This is the first time i can say i was very disappointed!

Paradisus Rio De Oro: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

L'hôtel était tout ce que je pouvais imaginer de plus. Il y avait des travaux sur le toit dans le hall, mais cela n'a pas empêché le personnel d'être là pour répondre à tous les besoins. J'ai dit à tous ceux qui voulaient bien m'écouter à quel point cet hôtel était formidable. Le personnel était hors du commun. Je reviendrai bientôt !

Fantastic resort The hotel was all I could image plus. There was some construction on the roof in the lobby but that didn't stop the staff being there for your every need. I have been telling everyone who will listen what a Great resort it us. The staff was out of this world. I will come back again soon!

Paradisus Rio De Oro: station balnéaire romantique et tranquille

Cet hôtel est très propre, calme et confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et bien entretenue, la nourriture était excellente sauf qu'il faudrait plus de choix pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande, nous étions un groupe de personnes et nous avons remarqué que la plupart des serveurs de bar vous ignorent jusqu'à ce qu'ils reçoivent un pourboire, cela change leur humeur comme le jour et la nuit, c'est drôle, mais nous l'avons vérifié à plusieurs reprises.

romantic quiet resort This hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, room is spacious well taking care of, food was great except need more choice for people who don't eat meat, we were a group of people and we notice mist of the bar tender ignore you until they received a tip, it change their mood like day and night its funny but we checked it out over and over.

Tryp Cayo Coco: Excellent

Bon service, bonne nourriture, belle plage et bar de piscine amusant. Les toilettes pourraient être améliorées, de même que les soins apportés aux animaux présents sur le site. J'y suis allé plusieurs fois et j'y retournerai. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Good service, great food, nice beach and fun pool bar. Toilets could use improvment though, so could care of animals found on site. Been there many times and will go back again. Good value for the buck.

SUPERB AND QUIET WE LIKE THIS RESORT FOR ITS FRIENDLY STAFF, SUPERB BEACH, AND GOOD CUBAN FOOD, WITH ITALIAN CHEF IN CHARGE OF KITCHEN. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND GOOD MAINTAINED. A/C IN OUR ROOM WAS FIXED PROMPTLY. WE HAD TOO MANY MOSQITOES IN THE EVENING AND HORSE FLIES ON THE BEACH, BUT THERE IS NOT TOO MUCH THAT STAFF CAN DO EXCEPT SPRAYING, WHICH THEY DO EACH EVENING. TURTLES AND THEIR NESTS ARE UNIQUE. WE WOULD RECCOMEND MORE FIXED UMBRELLAS - PALAPAS, AND EVEN BIG ONES LIKE IN FRONT OF HOTEL PELICANO, ON THE BEACH SO WE CAN HIDE FROM THE SUN BETTER. FREE BICYCLES AND PORTABLE UMBRELLAS ARE GOOD IDEA INDEED. WE LIKED LIVE MUSIC IN THE MORNING, LUNCH AND DINNER PERFORMED BY MIRIAM AND HER BAND, THEY ARE GOOD - CORAZON LATINO. ENTERTAIMENT GROUP I GOOD TOO. MY WIFE WOULD LIKE AFTERNOON TORTAS , SWEETS- BIG CAKES, LIKE WEDDING CAKES WE HAD IN MEXICO EVERY AFTERNOON AROUND FIVE, WITH TEA OR COFFEE. THAT WOULD ADD A NICE TOUCH TO WHOLE DAY. WE KEEP COMING TO THIS RESORT BECAUSE WE FEEL TO BE A PART OF THE FAMILY. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

J'y retournerais demain. Le centre de villégiature offre tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour des vacances. Le personnel était formidable. La nourriture était délicieuse et tout le monde s'est senti spécial. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde.

amazing resort I would go back tomorrow. The resort was everything someone would want in a vacation. The staff was great. The food delicious and everyone was made to feel special. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Melia Buenavista: Belle station balnéaire

Mon mari et moi sommes allés à Cuba une quinzaine de fois. Naturellement, certains des hôtels qui ont été nos préférés vieillissent maintenant, alors nous avons décidé de changer. Et nous sommes ravis de l'avoir fait. À l'hôtel Melia Buenivista, la chambre que nous avons occupée était magnifique. Nous avons adoré la douche extérieure. Le lit était grand et confortable. Et elle était tellement propre. Le personnel était formidable, serviable et amical. Nous avons préféré la grande plage....'est c [... lire plus]omme être dans une île paradisiaque. L'une des piscines était un endroit idéal pour socialiser et jouer au volley-ball. L'autre, un peu plus loin, était délicieusement calme avec un peu d'ombre.....parfait pour se prélasser dans l'eau. La nuit était calme, ce qui était super, car nous ne faisons pas beaucoup la fête. Nous avons plutôt regardé les étoiles. Dans l'ensemble... je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances agréables et tranquilles dans un endroit magnifique....tout en étant merveilleusement pris en charge par le personnel.

Beautiful resort My husband and I have been to Cuba around 15 times. Naturally some of the hotels that have been our favourites are getting older now, so we decided to have a change. And wow, are we glad we did. At the Melia Buenivista, the room we had was beautiful. We loved the outdoor shower area. The bed was big and cozy. And it was soooo clean. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. We preferred the big beach....it is like being in an island paradise. One pool was a great area to socialize and play volleyball. The other a short distance away was deliciously quiet with some shade.....perfect for just lolling in the water. Night-time was quiet, which was just super, because we don't party much. We looked up at the stars instead. All in all...I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, quiet vacation in a beautiful place....all the while being wonderfully cared for by the staff.

Melia Las Dunas: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire...

C'était la troisième fois que nous retournions au Melia Las Dunas. Le personnel a été très accommodant et amical. Aucune déception. L'océan était à couper le souffle, mais la visite des méduses de septembre. Notre but était de nous reposer et mission accomplie. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Awesome resort... This was our third time returning to Melia Las Dunas. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. No disappointments. The ocean was breath taking but September jellyfish visit. Our goal was to get some R & R and mission accomplished. Can't wait to return.

Melia Cayo Coco: Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Les installations de l'hôtel sont plus anciennes, mais le personnel, la nourriture et l'emplacement compensent largement cet âge ! Ce complexe hôtelier compte un grand nombre de clients fidèles et réguliers, si bien que lors de votre visite, il n'est pas rare de rencontrer des clients que vous avez vus lors de la visite précédente. C'est un peu comme si vous aviez un chalet au bord du lac, tout le monde et tout est familier ! Faites connaissance avec le personnel, il vous fera sentir comme chez  [... lire plus]vous.

Great Value / Great Hotel The hotel facilities are older, but the staff, food and location more than make up for its' age! This resort has a huge following of loyal, repeat customers, so when you visit, it is not unusual to meet up with guests you saw on the previous visit. It's a little like having a cottage at the lake, everyone and everything is familiar! Get to know the staff, they make you feel at home.

Tryp Cayo Coco: Voyage de retour, un peu décevant

J'étais retournée au Tryp parce que je l'avais tellement apprécié la première fois... tous les animaux, le super restaurant BBQ, la super plage, le personnel sympathique. (J'attache beaucoup d'importance à la présence d'une cafetière dans la chambre, ce qu'ils ont fait mais ils ont refusé de me fournir du café parce que je n'étais pas un membre VIP. J'ai acheté mon propre café et j'ai fabriqué un filtre avec du papier toilette.) Cette fois-ci, je suis allé dans la classe VIP et il n'y avait plu [... lire plus]s de cafetières, mais seulement des bouilloires pour faire bouillir l'eau. Ils avaient apparemment jeté toutes les cafetières. Les flamants roses étaient toujours là, mais pas de paons ni de canards... quelques chats et chiens, beaucoup de poulets. Je me suis rendu au restaurant BBQ et j'ai été accueilli par un serveur revêche qui ne m'a pas laissé m'asseoir tant qu'il n'avait pas confirmé que j'avais le bon ticket de réservation. J'ai décidé d'essayer le combo saucisse et porc. La viande de porc était bonne, mais la saucisse ressemblait à un croisement entre un hot-dog et de la mortadelle. Une personne d'apparence officielle est entrée dans le restaurant (un membre du personnel) et a commencé à parler avec le serveur, qui a ensuite négligé tous les clients. Après avoir regardé mon assiette que j'avais terminée pendant un certain temps, j'ai décidé de la déplacer à travers la table jusqu'au siège vide pour envoyer un message indiquant que j'avais terminé. Aucune réponse. J'ai jeté ma serviette sur le siège et je suis parti. En sortant, j'ai entendu un autre client dire "c'est bien pour vous". Pour le reste, le personnel a été très aimable, arrangeant et réactif.

Return trip, somewhat disappointing I had gone back to Tryp because I enjoyed it so much the first time...all the animals, great BBQ restaurant, great beach, friendly staff. (I really place importance on having a coffee maker in the room, which they did but refused to supply me coffee because I wasn't a VIP member. I bought my own coffee and fashioned a filter from toilet paper) This time I went VIP class and there were no longer any coffee makers only water boiling kettles. They had apparently thrown out all coffee makers. The flamingoes were still there but no peacocks or ducks...a couple of cats and dogs; lots of chickens. I went to the BBQ restaurant and was greeted by a surly waiter who wouldn't let me sit down until he confirmed I had the appropriate reservation ticket. I decided to try the sausage and pork combo. The pork was fine but the sausage was like a cross between a hot dog and bologna. Someone looking official came into the restaurant (a staff member) who began talking with the waiter who then proceeded to neglect all patrons. After staring at my dinner plate that I was finished with for some time, I decided to move it across the table to the empty seat to send a message that I was done. No response. I threw my napkin on the seat and left. On the way out I heard another patron say "good for you". Other than that the staff were very friendly, accommodating and responsive.

Hotel Camino del Mar: Les chambres étaient horribles !

Vient de rentrer après une semaine de vacances en septembre 2014. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par l'hôtel. Le terrain était charmant et bien entretenu pour la plupart. Les serveurs et le personnel de divertissement ont travaillé très dur… La plage était belle…mais les chambres étaient tout simplement horribles. Notre chambre n'avait rien d'un 2 étoiles. a l'arrivée, dans la première série de chambres qu'ils nous ont donnée, voici ce que nous avons rencontré fourmis sur le comptoir près  [... lire plus]de la cafetière couvre-lit taché - porte patio qui ne se verrouillait pas (le mécanisme était cassé) morceaux de ciment manquants dans le mur - serviettes tachées et usées tableau de tête cassé réfrigérateur rouillé - ne fonctionnait pas miroir de courtoisie partiellement décollé du mur.. comptoirs de salle de bain sales et collants Mes attentes ne sont jamais élevées lorsque nous allons à Cuba, mais cet hôtel était au-delà de tout ce que je pouvais juger acceptable. Je ne m'étais jamais plaint d'un hôtel auparavant... c'est une première. J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à y rester - j'avais hâte de rentrer chez moi. Lorsque nous leur avons demandé de nous changer de chambre, ils nous ont demandé d'attendre jusqu'au lendemain, pour nous mettre dans des chambres à peine meilleures. La chambre de mon père n'avait pas de rideaux occultants (standard pour toutes les autres chambres) et bien que je me sois plaint plusieurs fois qu'il devrait avoir des rideaux pour son intimité, etc. ils n'ont rien fait à ce sujet. Nous avons fini par abandonner et nous avons profité au mieux de nos vacances. Ces vacances ont été très décevantes

Rooms were horrible! Just returned after a 1 week vacation in September 2014. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel. The grounds were lovely and well kept for the most part. The servers and entertainment staff worked really hard… The beach was nice…but the rooms were just horrible. Our room was nothing close to a 2 star…. : upon arrival… at the first set of rooms they gave us… this is what we encountered ants on the counter by the coffee maker stained bedspread - patio door that would not lock (mechanism was broken- cement chunks of wall missing- stained - worn out towels- broken head board- rusted refrigerator - did not work- vanity mirror that was partially pealed from the wall- sticky dirty bathroom counters- My expectations are never high when we go to Cuba…but this was beyond anything I was able to deem acceptable. I have never complained about a hotel before… this is a first. I had a hard time staying there - couldn't wait to come home. When we asked them to switch us… they asked us to wait to the following day… only to move us to rooms that were only marginally better. My dad's room did not have black out curtains (standard for all other rooms) and while I complained several times that he should have the curtains for privacy , etc.. they did nothing about it. We eventually gave up… and made the best of our vacation. This was a most disappointing vacation …

Hotel Camino del Mar: Le meilleur centre de villégiature qui soit !

J'adore ce centre de villégiature ! Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, le personnel a été très aimable et le service excellent. Le complexe est bien entretenu et la plage est magnifique. On peut faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba sous la jetée et il faut absolument déjeuner à la cabane à homards !

Best resort ever! I love this resort! From the time we arrived until the day we left, the staff was so friendly and the service was excellent. The resort is well kept and the beach is stunning. There is great snorkelling under the pier and lunch at the lobster shack is a must!

Tryp Cayo Coco: Un lieu de villégiature accueillant et convivial

C'était mon premier voyage au Tryp Caya Coco {Sept 19- Sept 26. 2014} **La station était belle et bien entretenue et tout à fait invitante **Mon était soigné et propre bien qu'il était un peu daté {on m'a dit qu'ils sont en train de mettre à jour} **Tout le personnel de très amical et rapide pour répondre à tous vos besoins **Les piscines sont toujours bien entretenues **En ce qui concerne les repas, ils étaient meilleurs que ce à quoi je m'attendais, étant donné qu'il s'agissait de Cuba **Les b [... lire plus]oissons coulaient à flot **La plage était FANTASTIQUE ! Elle était toujours nettoyée tôt le matin, les algues et les débris étaient enlevés Je me suis rendu compte que le complexe a besoin d'être modernisé, mais la gentillesse du personnel vous donne envie de revenir. Dans l'ensemble ... J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon premier voyage et je reviendrai !

Welcoming and Friendling Resort This was my 1st trip to Tryp Caya Coco {Sept 19- Sept 26. 2014} **The resort was beautiful and well kept and quite inviting **My was neat and clean although it was a little dated {been told that they are in the process of updating} **All of the staff of very friendly and quick to accommodate all your needs **The pools was always well maintained **In regard to meals...it was better than I expected seeing that it was Cuba **The drinks was always flowing **Wow the beach was FANTASTIC! It was always cleaned in the early mornings, collecting the washed up seaweeds and debris was removed I do realized that the resort needs a lot of updating throughout but the friendliness of the staff makes you want to come back. All in all ... I toughly enjoyed my 1st trip there and I WILL RETURN!

Melia Las Dunas: Superbe station et personnel sympathique

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au centre de villégiature et nous y retournerions volontiers. Tout le monde était très amical et nous avons rencontré beaucoup de gens sympathiques pendant notre séjour. Le personnel était très professionnel et le service et la nourriture étaient très bons.

Great resort and friendly staff We had a great time at the resort and would go back again. Everyone was very friendly and we met a lot of nice people while we were there. The staff were very professional and the service and food was very good.
