Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Bon rapport qualité-prix, pas un 5 étoiles

L'hôtel est un peu désuet et a besoin de quelques rénovations. La nourriture est tout juste correcte, parfois fade et mal cuisinée (par exemple, les pommes de terre "au four" sont presque crues). Le complexe est immense mais très propre. La plage est superbe, beaucoup d'ombre sous les palmiers. Le personnel est amical et serviable. Recommandé pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants car il y a beaucoup de choses à faire tout au long de la journée.

Good value, not a 5 star The resort is a bit outdated and in need of few renovations. Food is just OK, occasionally just bland and not properly cooked (e.g. "baked" potatoes are almost raw) . The resort is huge yet it's kept very clean. Beach is awesome, lots of shade under palm trees. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended for families with smaller kids as there is plenty of stuff to do all day long.

C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre ; l'eau peu profonde est sans danger pour les enfants. Nous y sommes allés en juin, puis fin août, lorsque l'eau était chaude et que la température de l'air était de 31°C. Le restaurant français a l'un des meilleurs chefs. Cependant, tous les restaurants sont excellents. Le buffet est diversifié, même pour les végétariens. Celui du deuxième étage est plus calme que celui du rez-de-chaussée. Best beach, nice people This is a great resort to relax; the shallow water is safe for kids. we’ve been there in June and again in late August when the water was warm, air temperature was 31C. The French restaurant has one of the best chefs. However, all the restaurants are great. The buffet is diversified, even for vegetarians. The one at the second floor is more quiet than the one at the ground level. At the second floor Maria makes the best Spanish coffee. The only problem is the internet as we’ve got disconnected several times a day.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Excellente station

C'est une station extraordinaire pour les familles avec enfants. Les piscines ne sont pas profondes et sont de grande taille. Parc aquatique !!! grand club pour enfants. Les activités pour les enfants sont incroyables de 10 à 18 heures. Les spectacles nocturnes sont merveilleux et à l'excellente heure, 21 heures. Notre fille a eu le virus de la bouche, des pieds et de la bouche les deux derniers jours (comme prévu) mais ce n'était pas grave. J'ai vu que l'hôtel fait de son mieux pour garder tout [... lire plus] propre. Les mains sont levées partout. Mais le grand nombre de clients rend la tâche parfois difficile. Les restaurants à buffet ne sont pas excellents, mais acceptables. Les restaurants pour le dîner avec réservation sont excellents.

Excellent resort It is amazing resort for families with kids. Swimming pools not deep and big size. Water park!!. big kids club. Amazing kids activities from 10 AM to 6 PM. marvelous night shows and at excellent time 9 PM. very good food and amazing variety. Our daougter had mouth, feet and mouth virus last two days (as expected) but was not bad. i saw that the hotel is doing the best to keep everything clean. Hand high everywhere. But big number of guests make it sometimes difficult. Buffet food restaurants not excellent, but acceptable. Dinner restaurants with reservation are excellent.

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Merveilleux centre de villégiature familial !

Le complexe a été rénové très récemment, tout en conservant un magnifique paysage mature. Lors de notre visite, il s'agissait principalement de familles avec enfants et les activités étaient nombreuses pour que tout le monde soit heureux et se divertisse. La nourriture et le service étaient exceptionnels et ont dépassé de loin nos attentes, surtout après avoir lu les critiques d'un site web de voyage populaire. Wonderful Family Resort! The resort has had a very recent facelift yet retains a beautiful mature landscape. During our visit, it was primarily families with children and the activities were plentiful to keep everyone happy and entertained. The food and service was exceptional and went far above our expectations especially after reading reviews from a popular travel website. We were very pleased with the value we received and are looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Riu Republica: Représentant du RIU

Un endroit étonnant et c'était exactement comme l'agent me l'avait dit, comme l'expérience. Surtout avec le superviseur Victor qui était là pour aider, assister et répondre à tous les besoins. On peut dire qu'il est très attentionné et très professionnel. Il a rendu notre séjour (mon ami et moi) très facile, Je n'aime pas le fait que l'hôtel vous demande un supplément lorsque vous avez des amis d'autres hôtels qui vous rendent visite, c'est vraiment injuste et séjourner dans un hôtel est comme  [... lire plus]votre maison, donc vous pouvez avoir des visiteurs comme vous le souhaitez. Je planifie un autre voyage pour décembre, cet hôtel pourrait être mon choix mais ce petit fait pourrait être un problème pour faire ma réservation. En fin de compte, je peux recommander cet endroit, la nourriture est également excellente sauf pour les desserts qui n'ont pas de goût.

RIU Rep AMazing place and it was just like the agent told me, like the experience. especially with the supervisor Victor who was there to help, assist and reply to all the needs. You can tell, he is very caring and very professionnal . He makes our stay ( my friend and i) very easier, I just don t like the fact that the hotel asks you for an extra fee when you have other friends from other hotels visiting you ,,, that s really unfair and staying in a hotel is like your home , so you can have visitor as you wish. Planning another trip for December, this hotel could be my choice but that lil fact could be an issue to make my booking. At the end, i can recommand that place, food also is great except for the desserts who don t have any taste.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Toujours des démangeaisons ðŸ˜

Ma famille et moi avons fait un voyage de 4 jours à Now Onyx. Le complexe est agréable et le personnel sympathique. Ils disent toujours bonjour et plaisantent avec mes enfants. Cependant, j'ai trouvé que le personnel d'entretien n'a pas fait un bon travail de nettoyage de la chambre. Le sol était couvert de fourmis rouges qui rampaient dans la chambre, il y avait du sable et de la poussière dans la chambre même après l'avoir nettoyée. La piscine était pleine d'insectes morts. Le téléphone ne fo [... lire plus]nctionnait pas dans la chambre pour l'entretien ménager et le service de chambre, nous avons dû changer le téléphone 2 fois et cela ne fonctionnait toujours pas, alors nous avons juste appuyé sur 0 pour obtenir le transfert. La nourriture n'était pas mauvaise du tout mais pas géniale. J'espère qu'ils pourront changer. Tous les jours le buffet a la même chose donc ça devient ennuyeux. J'aime l'agencement du Resort et j'adore la plage et la piscine principale. J'y réfléchirai à deux fois avant de revenir car nous avons tous été piqués par des moustiques et ils ont les mêmes plats au buffet tous les jours ðŸ˜'

Still itchy 😁 Me and my family went for a 4days trip at now onyx.The resort was nice with friendly staffs. They alway say hi and joke with my kids. However I find that house keeping didn't do a good job cleaning the room . The floor had lots of red ants crawling in the room, it was sandy and dusty in the room even after room cleaning. The swim up pool had lots of dead bugs. The phone didn't work in the room for house keeping and room service so we had to change the phone 2 times and still didn't work so we just press 0 to get transfer. The foods weren't bad at all but wasnt great. I hope they can change it up. Everyday the buffet has the same thing so it gets boring. I like the layouts of the Resort and love the beach and main pool area.i might think twice about coming back since we all got bitten bad by mosquitoes and they have the same foods in buffet every day 😑

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Moins bien qu'avant

Pour être aussi brève que possible, je dirai que je suis allée 7 fois au Bahia Principe Resort à Punta Cana. J'ai séjourné sept fois au complexe Bahia Principe de Punta Cana. La dernière fois, c'était il y a 5 ans. Je me rends compte que beaucoup de choses ont changé avec l'ajout de l'Ambar et du Fantasia, mais l'Aquamarine (anciennement vert) s'est dégradé à certains égards. Nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes avec notre chambre. La serrure était cassée (la chaîne), notre douche avait un écoule [... lire plus]ment lent et c'était dégoûtant la façon dont l'eau s'accumulait dans la douche. Notre climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas très bien (par rapport à nos amis au bout du couloir) ils nous ont collé face à un autre resort. Je leur avais envoyé un courriel 3 semaines avant notre arrivée. J'ai demandé des réservations pour le dîner (que nous avons reçues), donc c'était génial. La nourriture était aussi bonne que d'habitude. Le nouveau bar sportif était génial. J'ai également demandé une chambre contiguë avec nos amis qui fêtaient leur lune de miel. Je le leur ai rappelé à plusieurs reprises et je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de penser qu'ils n'en avaient pas conscience parce qu'ils sont un couple de même sexe. J'ai fêté mon anniversaire et mon anniversaire de mariage et ils ont reconnu les deux. Une pancarte sur la porte, une baignoire remplie de pétales de roses, mais le problème, c'est que l'eau de la baignoire fuyait, alors ça n'a pas marché. L'idée était sympa. À un moment donné, ils sont allés plus loin et maintenant il semble qu'ils essaient d'encourager les gens à payer pour être surclassés. Ce qui, étant donné que j'avais été là tant de fois, nous aurions dû, à mon avis, être surclassés. 2 hommes que j'ai rencontrés ont été surclassés la première fois qu'ils ont été là ever.... il n'y avait aucune appréciation que nous sommes retournés et pris des amis. La piscine principale était sale. Pas une seule fois je n'ai senti l'odeur du chlore. Je possède une piscine, on peut sentir le chlore. J'ai eu des problèmes avec ça. Une substance noire s'accumule tout autour du périmètre de la piscine. Ils en enlèvent une partie mais pas la totalité. Notre barman Andres était formidable. Les personnes qui travaillent au bar de la piscine, en particulier celles qui se promènent, étaient fantastiques, je les ai adorées ! Je suis allé à la plage une fois. D'habitude, j'adore la plage, mais là, c'était sale. Il y a une odeur d'égout qui flotte dans l'air à différents endroits de la station. Cela ne m'a pas plu. En fin de compte, nous avons passé un bon moment malgré tout L'équipe d'animation était formidable ! Les jeux de piscine étaient tellement amusants (quand ils décidaient de suivre le programme) Dans l'ensemble, j'ai décidé que j'emmènerai mes affaires ailleurs. Il y a de bien meilleures stations.

Not as good as it once was To make it as brief as I can. I have been to the Bahia Principe resort in Punta Cana 7 times. The last time was 5 years ago. I realize a lot has changed with the addition of Ambar & Fantasia but the Aquamarine (previously green) has gone down hill in some ways. We had a lot of issues with our room. The lock was broken (the chain) our shower had a slow drain and it was gross the way the water built up from the shower. Our air conditioner didn’t work very well (compared to our friends down the hall) they stuck us facing another resort. I had emailed them 3 weeks before we were arriving. I requested dinner reservations (which we received) so that was great. The food was Good as it ever was. The new sports bar was awesome. I also requested a adjoining room with our friends who were celebrating their honeymoon. I reminded them of this several occasions and couldn’t help that because they are a same sex couple it wasn’t acknowledged by them. I celebrated my birthday and wedding anniversary and they acknowledged both. Sign on the door, bath tub filled with rose petals but the problem is the tub leaked out the water so that didn’t work out. The thought was nice. At one time they went beyond and now it appears like they’re trying to promote people to pay to upgrade. Which since I had been there so many times we should have in my opinion been upgraded. 2 males I met were upgraded first time there ever.... there was no appreciation that we went back and took friends. The main pool was dirty. Not once did I smell chlorine. I own a pool, you can smell chlorine. I had issues with that. Black stuff builds up all around the perimeter of the pool. They scrub some of It off but not all. Our bartender Andres was amazing. The people working at the pool bar especially the ones walking around were fantastic I loved them! I went to the beach once. Usually I love the beach but it felt dirty. There is a smell of sewage wafting in the air in different spots of the resort. That didn’t set well with me. In the end we had a good Time despite everything. entertainment team was amazing! Pool games were so much fun (when they decided to follow the schedule) Overall I decided that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There’s far better resorts.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Une période merveilleuse

Hôtel bien entretenu. La chambre était bien équipée et propre, la plage très agréable. Attention, vous serez constamment approché par des vendeurs. La nourriture était moyenne. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et très serviable. Mon seul souci est que la piscine principale a besoin d'être rénovée. La piscine a des zones déchiquetées car le ciment s'effrite en raison de son âge. Ma petite-fille s'est coupée le pied au fond de la piscine. C'était ma quatrième visite dans ce compl [... lire plus]exe et j'y retournerai. Tous les animateurs étaient merveilleux.

Wonderful Time Well kept hotel. Room was well stocked and clean, Beach area very nice. Just beware you will be constantly approached by vendors. Food was average. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. My only concern is that the main pool needs to be renovated. Pool has some jagged areas as the cement is crumbling due to its age. My granddaughter cut her foot on the bottom of the pool. This was my 4th visit to the resort and I would return. All the entertainers were wonderful.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

L'hôtel est absolument magnifique. Il y en a pour tous les goûts grâce à sa grande taille. Les chambres sont toujours bien rangées et propres grâce au travail acharné des agents d'entretien. Les piscines sont disponibles presque partout, et il y a une variété de profondeurs différentes. Les restaurants sont tous délicieux, mais certains sont plus variés que d'autres. Les divertissements sont également un élément remarquable du complexe. Il y a un spectacle tous les soirs, sauf le jeudi, où une g [... lire plus]rande fête est organisée dans tout le complexe. Amazing resort! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. There is something for everyone here due to its huge size. The rooms are always tidy and clean due to the hard working cleaning people. The pools are available almost everywhere, and there is a variety of different depths. The restaurants are also all delicious, but some have more variety than others. The entertainment is also an amazing part of the resort. Every night there is a show except for Thursday when they have a huge resort wide party. The people however are what make it worth the visit. The workers are so friendly and caring. They will provide you with the best experience.

Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus: Station extraordinaire, personnel extraordinaire

C'était propre, il y avait beaucoup de divertissements pour les personnes de tous âges. J'y suis allée pour fêter le premier anniversaire de ma fille et ils ont fait en sorte que ce soit spécial. J'ai profité de plusieurs complexes tout compris et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Le personnel était formidable et très amical. La nourriture était bonne aussi. Je me suis sentie en sécurité et j'ai apprécié mon séjour à iberostar !

Amazing resort amazing staff It was clean, lots of entertainment for people of all ages. I went to celebrate my daughter's first birthday and oh they made it special. I have enjoyed a few of the all inclusive resort and this one was by far the best. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Food was good too. I felt safe and.enjoyed my time at iberostar!

Casa Marina Reef Resort: Ce centre de villégiature est une perte d'argent

La plage n'était pas propre et la nourriture n'était pas variée. Les chambres piquaient et le service était très médiocre. Nous étions trois dans la chambre et la femme de ménage ne laissait qu'un petit shampoing et deux petites bouteilles d'eau. Au restaurant, les serveurs ne faisaient pas attention aux clients et ne servaient pas car ils étaient épuisés. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un gaspillage d'argent.

This Resort is Waste of Money The beach was not clean and there was not a variety of food. The rooms stung and the service was so poor. We were three guests in the room and the housekeeper was leaving only one small shampoo and only 2 small water bottles. In the restaurant the waiters didn't pay attention to the guests and serving as they were exhausted. Overall, was waste of money.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un centre de villégiature incroyable !

Le temps passé là-bas a été extraordinaire ! Toutes les personnes qui y travaillaient étaient si amicales et accueillantes ! J'y retournerais sans aucun doute ! Les services étaient de grande qualité et l'environnement était toujours à son meilleur !

Incredible Resort! The time spent there was amazing! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely go back again! The services were of great quality and the environment was always at its best!

Riu Bambu: UN EXCELLENT CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE

beaucoup de petites boutiques dans le complexe, riu bambu est relié à tous les hôtels riu, vous pouvez donc vous promener et voir les différents spectacles. il y a des fêtes au bord de la piscine dans le complexe qui se déroulent pendant la journée et la nuit. la nourriture était très bonne et le service était excellent

AWESOME RESORT alot of small shops in the resort, riu bambu is connected to all riu hotels so you can walk around and see the different shows. there are pool parties in the resort that run during the day and night. food was really good also and service was great

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Belle station balnéaire, bonne nourriture, propre

Nous avions demandé à réserver à Bavaro et nous nous sommes retrouvés à Puntacana. Le personnel a été très gentil et nous a permis de rejoindre le reste de la famille à Bavaro. Mais attention aux objets dans la chambre, le maillot de ma fille a été volé dans notre chambre. Nous avons demandé à vérifier le ménage et le service clientèle pour voir s'il n'avait pas été sorti par erreur avec la blanchisserie. Cependant, après plusieurs appels et une enquête en personne, on nous a dit qu'ils ne pou [... lire plus]vaient pas le trouver. Il a une valeur sentimentale pour ma fille. Je n'irai plus jamais dans ce magasin. Je suis étonné de voir qu'ils n'ont retenu que ce maillot. C'était 49er kaeper Nick maillot elle semble l'avoir avec elle partout où elle va. Happen juste rejoindre le club preivelage le même jour itâ €™s une honte.

Nice resort good food clean We ask to book at Bavaro ended up somehow at puntacana. Staff was nice to accommodate us to join rest of family at Bavaro. But be aware of things in room, my daughter jersey got stolen from our room. We ask to check housekeeping and through guest services to see if it was taken out by mistake with laundry. How ever after several calls and in person inquiry we were told they can’t find it. It has a sentimental value to my daughter. I will never go there again. I m amazed how they single out just that jersey. It was 49er kaeper Nick jersey she seems to have it with her everywhere she goes. Happen to just join the preivelage club same day it’s a shame.

Riu Republica: Superbe station, très propre, avec des restaurants extraordinaires

Le terrain était toujours propre, le personnel agréable, les chambres magnifiques. Bonne situation. Les piscines étaient toujours propres Bon divertissement !!!!! J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel et son emplacement. Clientèle plus jeune. Beaucoup de choix de restaurants à la carte.

Great resort very clean amazing restaurants The grounds were always clean, nice staff beautiful hotel rooms. Good location. Pools were always clean Good entertainment!!!!! I really liked the hotel and location. Younger crowd. Lots of choices for a la carte restaurants.

Riu Republica: Belle plage

Mon fils de 18 ans et moi avons profité de la plage tous les jours. Elle est très propre et il y a beaucoup de chaises longues. Nous avons également visité les piscines et les toboggans aquatiques. Il y a tellement d'endroits agréables pour nager et de la musique différente à chaque piscine. Nous aurions aimé qu'il y ait de la musique sur la plage. Nous avons apprécié le buffet (merci à Lorenzo d'avoir rendu notre table si belle au petit déjeuner et au dîner) et le poulet jerk (sur la plage) éta [... lire plus]it excellent ! Ils vont même emballer votre assiette avec du Saran Wrap pour qu'elle soit facile à emmener à la plage ! Le complexe est très propre dans l'ensemble. Nous étions tristes de partir mais nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Beautiful beach My 18 year old and I enjoyed the beach every single day. Very clean and plenty of loungers to choose from. We did visit the pools and the water slides too. So many lovey places to swim and different music to enjoy at every pool. Wish there was music on the beach. We enjoyed the buffet (thanks Lorenzo for making our table so lovely at breakfast and dinner) & the jerk chicken (on the beach) was great! They will even Saran Wrap your plate so it’s easy to bring to the beach! Very clean resort overall. We were sad to leave but hope to return soon!

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Un voyage extraordinaire

Mon copain et moi avons récemment séjourné ici et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! La nourriture était incroyable et tous les gens l'étaient aussi. Ils sont si gentils et amicaux. Nous avons adoré la piscine et le bar de la piscine. Un jour, nous avons même fait du kayak sur la plage et c'était tellement amusant et je n'ai pas hâte de revenir.

Amazing trip My boyfriend and I recently stayed here and had the best time! The food was amazing and so were all the people. So kind and friendly. We loved the pool along with the pool bar. One day we even went kayaking on the beach and it was so much fun and can not wait to come back.

La nourriture était très bonne. L'hôtel était correct. Les chambres ont un aspect vieillot et ne sont pas très propres. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien et j'ai appelé la réception deux fois. J'ai essayé de changer de chambre mais ils n'ont pas voulu. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre compte tenu de la chaleur extérieure. J'ai trouvé que c'était cher pour le prix.

The food was very good. The hotel was ok. Rooms look dated and was not that clean. The air condition was not working very well and called the reception twice. I tried to change rooms but they would not allow it. It was hot in the room considering how hot it was outside. I found it expensive for the price.

Ocean El Faro: un centre de villégiature esthétiquement agréable et en plein essor

Nous nous sommes efforcés de lire les commentaires afin d'avoir une idée précise de ce à quoi nous devions nous attendre pendant notre séjour. La première chose que l'on remarque en arrivant à l'Ocean El Faro, c'est le hall bien conçu. Après l'enregistrement, on nous a montré où se trouvait notre chambre sur une carte et nous avons refusé le H10. Nous nous sommes rapidement rendu compte que plus d'une poignée de détails avaient été oubliés lors de notre présentation de l'hôtel, comme les restaur [... lire plus]ants que nous pouvions fréquenter, les heures d'ouverture de la piscine attenante à notre suite, les heures d'ouverture du bowling, les heures et les jours d'ouverture des spectacles, l'endroit où nous devions remettre nos cartes de serviettes pour en obtenir, etc. La chambre était bien conçue, à l'exception des douches inondées et de l'unité de climatisation défectueuse qui a été changée trois fois au cours de la semaine. Le service de nettoyage était aléatoire selon les jours, à mon avis cela pourrait être dû au fait que l'hôtel est assez nouveau et qu'il y a une période d'adaptation. Ils arrivaient généralement au bâtiment 12 vers 15 heures, donc si vous voulez faire une sieste, essayez de planifier cela. La température de l'eau dans la partie piscine du maillot de bain était parfaite et si vous trouvez les bons barmans, ils s'approchent de vous et vous livrent vos boissons, vous obtenez donc le meilleur des deux mondes. Il y a une variété de nourriture, la plupart du temps fade au buffet, si vous allez au Margarita ou au Sakura, la qualité de la nourriture dépend du cuisinier. L'océan était superbe, mais il faut faire attention au corail qui recouvre le sol à certains endroits. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons gardé de très bons souvenirs de ce séjour. Certains membres du personnel sont extraordinaires et je vois bien cet hôtel devenir difficile à parier à l'avenir.

aesthetically pleasing up and coming resort We made an effort to read the reviews in order to have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout our stay. The first thing you notice when you arrive at Ocean El Faro, is the well designed lobby. After checking in and beginning shown where our room was on a map and having said no to the H10 people instantly on approach. We had quickly realized that more then a hand full of intricacies had been left out of our introduction to the hotel such as; the restaurants we could attend, hours of operation for the pool attached to our swim up suite, bowling hours, showtime hours and days of Operation, where to hand in our towel cards to get towels and so on. The room was nicely designed expect for the showers that flood and the faulty air condition unit that was changed 3 times throughout the week. cleaning service was a hit or miss depending on the day, in my opinion could have been the hotel is fairly new and theirs an adjusting period. regardless make sure specific with what you want them to do because they don't always change the sheets. They usually got to building 12 around 3pm so if you want to take a nap please try and plan around that. The water temperature in the pool portion of the swim up suit was perfect and if you find the right bartenders they come up to you and deliver your drinks so you get the best of both worlds there. The ocean was great, just be careful because of the coral on the ground in some spots. All in all we made a lot a great memories there. Some of the staff is amazing and I can see this hotel eventually becoming hard to bet in the future.
