Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Très bonne station

Les chambres étaient plus grandes que prévu et nettoyées régulièrement. La nourriture était bonne et le personnel était très poli et arrangeant. Le terrain était bien entretenu. J'ai passé un moment très agréable et je reviendrai certainement.

Very good resort The rooms were larger than expected and were cleaned regularly. Food was good and staff were very polite and accommodating. The grounds were well kept. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would certainly revisit.

Première fois en Jamaïque en mars dernier au Grand Bahia Principe et je ne changerais rien à cette expérience ! De la navette aux bars au bord de la piscine et même aux vendeurs des magasins, le service était impeccable ! La qualité et la variété de la nourriture étaient infinies et les chambres étaient toujours propres et les chambres étaient toujours propres. Une seule plainte, mais mineure à mon avis : les grooms à l'arrivée au resort étaient absents et j'ai dû traîner nos bagages jusqu'à not [... lire plus]re chambre. Dans mon excitation d'être dans ce magnifique complexe, je n'ai pas pris la peine d'en faire un problème (même si je me suis perdue pour trouver ma chambre). Une escapade de printemps parfaite et je prévois de revenir l'année prochaine :-)

Perfect spring getaway First time in Jamaica this past March at the Grand Bahia Principe and wouldn't change a thing about this experience! From the shuttle ride to the poolside bars and even the store vendors, the service was impeccable! The quality and variety of food was endless and rooms were always clean. Only one complaint but minor in my opinion; the bell men upon arrival to the resort were MIA and I ended up dragging our luggage to our room. In my excitement of being at this beautiful resort I didn't bother making an issue of this (even though I got lost finding my room). Perfect spring getaway and plan to return next year:-)

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Belle Jamaïque

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. Cependant, je ne reviendrais pas pour plusieurs raisons. La plage artificielle était très décevante et les chambres (surtout les salles de bains) étaient délabrées. Le personnel était génial et amical. Je retournerais certainement en Jamaïque, mais pas dans ce complexe en particulier.

Beautiful Jamaica Overall we were pleased with our stay. However I would not return for a few reasons. The man made beach was very disappointing and the rooms (especially the bathrooms) were run down. The staff were awesome and friendly. I would definitely go back to Jamaica, just not this particular resort.

Propre, propre, propre. Nombreux choix d'endroits pour manger ! La nourriture est excellente. La plage était amusante (activités) et propre, pittoresque, les chambres grandes. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir passer d'un complexe à l'autre. Excellent service de tramway. On ne peut pas en dire assez sur ces vacances. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr !

amazing experience, gorgeous resort, polite staff Clean, clean, clean. Choices of places to eat abundant! Food excellent. Beach was fun (activities) and clean, picturesque, rooms big. Liked that we could go from one resort to another. Great tram service. Can't say enough about this vaca. Will go back for sure!

L'hospitalité jamaïcaine est excellente. Ce complexe offre une situation exceptionnelle, de belles plages et une nourriture délicieuse. Bien que la propriété soit immense, elle est très bien entretenue et gérée. La sélection de boissons de qualité supérieure et la propreté des lieux sont des atouts supplémentaires. Les endroits à visiter absolument sont les chutes d'eau, le lac Luminous et le café Ricks à Negril.

Jamaican Excellence! Great Jamaican hospitality, This resort offer amazing location, good beaches and delicious food. Although property is huge in size yet very well maintained and managed. Superior drinks selection and cleanliness around is added bonus. Must visit places are Water Falls, Luminous lake and Ricks cafe in Negril.

Superbe séjour, bonne cuisine, belle plage et magnifique Jamica. Nous avons séjourné dans les Bahia Resorts 4 fois maintenant et chaque expérience a été excellente. Continuez à faire du bon travail ! L'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons été satisfaits du service de Don Paublo. Nous avons hâte de revenir à l'automne

Great resort The resort was very nice and very big! The beach a akumal was nice fun looking down and seeing fish swimming in the water . Food was good, service was great and the margaritas were excellent . I would go back again

Nous avons demandé un bloc de l'hôtel où nous souhaitions séjourner et l'hôtel a fait exactement le contraire de ce que nous souhaitions. L'hôtel a fait exactement le contraire de ce que nous souhaitions, puis nous a dit que la chambre que nous voulions était une chambre de catégorie supérieure, ce qui n'était pas le cas d'après le site Internet. La grande plage est agréable mais il y a des rochers très pointus cachés dans l'eau, la nourriture était bonne mais il faut faire attention aux groupes [... lire plus] qui essaient de vous vendre quelque chose. La seule raison pour laquelle je l'ai recommandé à un ami, c'est qu'il est un peu juste pour le prix.

Not Really a 4/1/2 Hotel This was our second visit there and I feel it is loosing ground overall.We request a block of the hotel where we wished to stay . The hotel did exactly the opposite of our wishes.Then told us that the room we wanted was an up grade.According to the website this was not so.The large beach they have was nice but has very sharp hidden rocks in the water. The food overall was good .But very very aware of a group who will try to sell you something. The only reason for recommended this to a friend it is some what fairly priced for the money.

Hôtel charmant avec un personnel serviable et une nourriture délicieuse. Si vous voulez être près de l'océan, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. 10 minutes de petit train jusqu'à la plage et une fois sur place pas de place pour s'asseoir, pas de chaises et des gens mur à mur. Si vous voulez un hôtel tranquille avec de bonnes piscines et un excellent service, vous apprécierez cet hôtel.

great adult only resort Lovely hotel with helpful staff and wonderful food. If you want to be near the ocean this is not the resort to stay. 10 min little train ride to beach and then once there no place to sit, no chairs and wall to wall people. If you want a quiet resort with good pools and great service then you will enjoy this resort.

La vue depuis notre chambre était absolument incroyable ! !! La nourriture était délicieuse, le personnel était sympathique, l'eau de la plage était à couper le souffle, la piscine était également très belle ! Je recommanderais fortement de rester du côté du luxe. C'était paisible et magnifique ! La seule chose que je recommanderais d'améliorer est le service de majordome qui était médiocre. Je ne sais pas qui était notre majordome attitré pendant notre séjour dans ce complexe et il était diffic [... lire plus]ile de faire monter des choses dans notre chambre (ex. boissons, nourriture). A part cela, tout était parfait et je retournerai certainement dans ce complexe un jour ! :)

Heaven on earth resort! The view from our room was absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the water at the beach was breathtaking, the pool was also very nice! I would strongly recommmend staying on the luxury side. It was peaceful and beautiful!! The only thing I would recommend improving is the butler services which were poor. I do not know who was our assigned butler during our stay on this resort and it was challenging to get things brought up to our room (ex. drinks, food). Beside from this, everything was perfect and I will definetely go back to this resort one day! :)

Le centre de villégiature était exceptionnel dans tous les domaines. Le service et le personnel étaient amicaux et très serviables. Nous avons apprécié les différents restaurants et buffets. La nourriture était toujours abondante et variée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos promenades dans les magnifiques jardins et, bien sûr, le long de la plage ! Le complexe était très propre et nos chambres étaient magnifiques ! Les divertissements étaient variés, amusants et divertissants. Nous avons adoré participer aux jeux et danser. Sans aucun doute, l'un de nos lieux de villégiature préférés !

Outstanding Resort!! The resort was exceptional in all areas. The service and staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed all of the different restaurants and buffet themes. There was always a abundance of food and variety. We so much enjoyed our walks around the beautiful grounds and of course along the beach! The resort was very clean and our rooms were lovely!! We had a great time at the different pools and swim up bars and met some wonderful staff and people from all over the world. The entertainment was varied and fun and entertaining. We loved participating in the games and dancing. Definitely, one of our favourite vacation resorts!!

l'hôtel était très bien, j'ai eu du mal à obtenir des serviettes et des gants de toilette propres, j'ai dû appeler tous les jours pour les obtenir, mais à part ça, tout était bien. La piscine était très belle et propre. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que le soir, il fallait sortir pour aller aux divertissements.

very pleasant resort to vacation at the hotel was very nice, had a hard time getting clean towelsand face cloths, had to call everyday to get them, but other than that everything was good. Pool was very nice and clean. did not like the fact that at night you had to walk outside to go to the entertainment.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Le paradis sur terre

Tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur ce complexe hôtelier était excellent. La nourriture dans les ala cartes était incroyable. Le buffet était un peu petit mais je suis sûr que c'est dû au fait que l'AMBAR est un plus petit complexe. La plage est magnifique et je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Heaven on Earth Everything to due regarding this resort was excellent. Food in the ala cartes was amazing. Buffet was a little small but I am sure that was due to the AMBAR being a smaller resort. Awesome beach.Would definitely return.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: J'ai adoré cet endroit

Tout, depuis les chambres immenses et propres, les terrains magnifiquement entretenus, la plage privée propre et l'excellent choix de nourriture, fait de ce complexe un véritable 5 étoiles. L'emplacement est parfait pour de longues promenades dans les deux sens le long de la plage. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient corrects, typiques de n'importe quel complexe des Caraïbes.

Loved this place Everything from the huge clean rooms, beautifully kept grounds, clean private beach and great food selection made this a true 5 star resort. Location is perfect for long walks in either direction along the beach. Entertainment at night was alright, typical of any resort in the Caribbean.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors de notre escapade hivernale, et quelle escapade ! Après avoir expliqué ce que je recherchais en vacances, et surtout ce que je ne recherchais pas, mon agent Trip Central nous a fortement recommandé le Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir suivi son conseil ! Cet endroit était incroyable, les chambres étaient si spacieuses, le lit king magnifique, la baignoire jacuzi, etc. Les bâtiments étaient immaculés, l'aménagement paysager était parfait, [... lire plus] les terrains étaient impeccablement entretenus, les piscines étaient impeccables, et le personnel a surpassé tout cela !!! Depuis le personnel de la réception, les barmans, les serveurs, etc. jusqu'aux gardiens du terrain, tout le monde était incroyablement amical et serviable. La plage était belle et spacieuse, il y avait toujours des chaises et des cabines de bronzage disponibles, et il y avait des patrouilles de sécurité pour s'en assurer, ce qui, à notre avis, valait une tonne ! La nourriture était tout simplement merveilleuse, des samosas au petit-déjeuner pour commencer la journée, du caviar au buffet, tous les plats étaient d'une classe et d'un luxe inégalés, et pour couronner le tout, d'incroyables restaurants à la carte. Faites le saut, faites-vous dorloter, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Luxury at it's finest!! Stayed at this hotel during our winter getaway, and what a getaway it was. After explaining what I was looking for in a vacation, and more importantly what I wasn't looking for, my Trip Central agent highly recommended the Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. Were we ever glad we took her advice!!! This place was amazing, the rooms were so spacious, wonderful king bed, jacuzi tub etc. The buildings were immaculate, the landscaping was perfected, the grounds were groomed immpecably, pools were pristine, and the staff topped all of that!! From the front desk staff, bartenders, waiters etc., right to the grounds keepers, everyone was so amazingly friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and spacious, there were always chairs and sun huts available, and it was patrolled by security to ensure just that, which in our opinion was worth a ton!! The food was simply wonderful, samosas for breakfast to start the day off, caviar in the buffet, every course spelled class and luxury all the way, then top that off with amazing a-la-carte restaurants. Take the leap folks, be pampered, you won't regret it!!

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature est formidable. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. La plage est superbe avec beaucoup d'ombre fournie par les palapas sur la plage. Bon service de boissons sur la plage également. La zone de baignade est très agréable, mais elle n'est pas idéale pour le body surfing. La piscine est également très agréable. De nombreuses chaises longues sont disponibles si vous arrivez tôt à la piscine. Les restaurants sont excellents, la nourriture est bonne, surtout le res [... lire plus]taurant français. Le buffet principal est également très bon. Le salon est très agréable et le service de boissons est bon. Les divertissements nocturnes sont également très bons. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans cet hôtel. Si vous aimez la plongée sous-marine, vous devez aller du côté des Caraïbes, car l'eau est agitée de ce côté. Cependant, j'ai plongé sur l'épave en face de l'hôtel et c'est une bonne plongée, mais l'eau est trop agitée ! La navigation est également possible, mais vous ne pouvez pas aller au-delà du récif.

Great Resort, Great location Everything about this resort is great. The rooms are large and clean. The beach is great with lots of shade provided by Palapas on the beach. Good drink service on the bearch as well. The swimming area is very nice but not good for body surfing. The pool is very nice as well. Lot's of louge chairs available is you get to the pool early. The restuarants are great, food is good, especially the French restaruant. The main buffet is really good as well. Lounge area is very nice and good drink service. The nightly entertainment is pretty good as well. Lots to do at this hotel. If you like scuba diving you have to go to the caribean side as the water is rough on this side. However, i dove the wreck in front of the hotel and it is a good dive, just too rough! Sailing is OK as well but you cannot go out past the reif.

Nous avons séjourné fin mai 2014 et c'était magnifique. La plage était extrêmement propre. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs différents a la carter et certains étaient meilleurs que d'autres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était génial. Des omelettes fraîches faites sur commande et des samosas ! Le personnel de ménage était un peu impoli et avare avec le mini-bar. Nous avons dû appeler la réception pour obtenir des articles que nous étions censés recevoir. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment [... lire plus], très relaxant.

Excellent Resort! We stayed at the end of May 2014 and it was beautiful. The beach was extremely clean. We ate at several different a la carter and some were better than others. Breakfast buffet was great. Fresh omelettes made to order and samosas! Housekeeping staff was a little rude and stingy with the mini-bar. We had to call the front desk for items we were supposed to receive. Overall it was a great time, very relaxing.

C'était la première fois que nous faisions un séjour de 10 jours et nous ne le regrettons pas. Le complexe est tellement grand (y compris Akumal et Tulum) qu'on ne s'ennuie pas. L'enregistrement a été efficace et rapide. La chambre était très propre et le lit de mon fils était déjà fait, ce qui était appréciable. Nous aimons marcher, mais si vous ne le pouvez pas, il y a beaucoup de "chariots" qui circulent en permanence. Encore une fois, c'est très efficace. La plage n'est pas seulement une lon [... lire plus]gue plage de sable, mais certaines parties le sont, d'autres sont plus "ondulées", d'autres sont pour ronfler et sans danger pour les enfants. Je dirais qu'il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les 4 restaurants que nous avons essayés étaient très bons avec un excellent service, en particulier le Gourmet et l'Arlequin. Il y a beaucoup de variété parce qu'on peut utiliser les installations des 3 stations. Comme nous sommes allés à la fin du mois de juin, il faisait chaud et l'air conditionné dans notre chambre était à peine suffisant. Le ventilateur de plafond a fait la différence, mais il aurait pu être plus frais. Un autre petit point négatif est que je n'ai pas aimé le fait que nous devions payer 5 $ US/jour pour utiliser le coffre-fort dans notre chambre. C'est la première fois que nous avons dû payer et nous voyageons une ou deux fois par an. Mais nous y retournerions parce que le séjour a été excellent dans l'ensemble.

Great resort ! This was our first time doing a 10days vacations and we have no regrets. The resort is so big (including Akumal and Tulum) that you don't get bored. The check-in was efficient and fast. The room was very clean and my son's bed was already made which was appreciated. We enjoy walking but if you don't/can't, there are plenty of "carts" going around all the time. Again very efficient. The beach is not only a long sandy beach but some portions are, other are more "wavy", other are for snorekling and safe for kids. I would say something for all taste. The 4 restaurants we have tried were very good with great service especially the Gourmet and Arlequin. So many variety because you can use the 3 resorts facilities. Since we went at the end of June , the weather was hot and the air conditionning in our room was barely sufficient. The ceiling fan made a difference but could have been cooler. Another small negative point is that I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $5 US/day to use the safety box in our room. It's the first time we had to pay and we travel once or twice a year. But we would go back because the overall stay was great.
