Bon endroit, j'y suis allé 4 fois

J'y suis allé environ 4 fois maintenant, j'adore les gens, le service est bon, la plage est superbe, le bar est ouvert 24 heures sur 24, mais si vous avez besoin d'une belle chambre, ne prenez pas la standard lol, mais c'était super pour moi, j'étais à peine dedans. Je recommande d'y aller en janvier ou février :)

Good spot, been 4 times Been about 4 times now, love the people, service is good, great beach, 24 hr. bar, just if you need a nice room, don't get standard lol, but it was great for me was barely in it. Recommend going in January, February :)

Super vacances, je reviendrai une quatrième fois !

La plage et le paysage sont magnifiques, les chambres sont propres, les gens sont gentils, le séjour est excellent, je reviendrai ! Le temps n'était pas très bon, mais ce n'est pas quelque chose que l'on peut reprocher à l'hôtel... Nourriture OK, pas terrible, mais vous ne mourrez pas de faim, bons hamburgers, pizzas, omelettes, fruits, yaourts, jus de fruits...

great vacation, will be back a fourth time! Great beach and scenery, clean rooms, nice people, great stay, will be back! Weather was not great, but that is not something one can blame on the resort... Food OK, not great, but you won't starve, good hamburgers, pizza, omlets, fruits, yogurt, juice..

Grand hôtel

Le temps, la nourriture, le personnel, les divertissements, les équipements étaient tous A1. Superbe marché à côté pour les souvenirs. Faites un tour en buggy pour découvrir les environs et rencontrer les sympathiques habitants. Nous attendons avec impatience notre prochaine visite.

Great hotel Weather, food, staff, entertainment, amenities were all A1. Great market place next door for souvenirs. Take a buggy ride and see the surrounding area and meet the friendly locals. Looking forward to our next vist here.

Tout ce que j'attendais et plus encore

tout était bien, les gens étaient gentils, le terrain était propre, l'aile du soleil était super, le mari a fait de la pêche en haute mer et s'est bien amusé. Le divertissement était bien, j'ai aimé les chaussures noires et blanches, mais j'aimerais entendre plus de chansons anglaises

N'est plus un 3 étoiles

Cette station n'est pas aussi bonne qu'elle l'a été, s'il y a moins de monde la nourriture n'est pas bonne mais quand il y a plus de monde la nourriture s'améliore.J'aime cette station parce que je me suis fait beaucoup d'amis ici, certains sont comme une famille.Je viens ici depuis cinq ans.

not a 3 star anymore This resort is not as good as it has been,if there is less people the food is not good but when more people come to the resort the food gets better.I like this resort because I have made many friends here some are like family.I have been coming here for five years.

Moyennement bon. J'ai passé des vacances agréables.

Belle plage ; longue d'environ 1 km, avec du sable fin. Nombreuses chaises et parasols. La nourriture est moyenne ; le poulet devrait être préparé de différentes manières. Les restaurants de spécialités ne servent pas de spécialités. Pour le steak, on nous a servi des tranches très dures. Le homard n'avait aucune épice et le beurre n'avait pas d'ail. Le service était exceptionnel ; ma femme de chambre était l'une des meilleures que j'aie jamais rencontrées. Le terrain est impeccable, très propre [... lire plus]. Ils ne devraient pas faire payer le réfrigérateur. Ma chambre n'a pas été prête avant 15h30 (je suis arrivé à 12h30). Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé de très bonnes vacances.

Average good. I had enjoyable vacation. Beautiful beach; long about 1km, with nice foft sand. Plenty of chairs and shades. Food is average; chicken should be prepared in some varaiety ways. Speciality restavrants don't serve any specials. For steak was served some slices of very tough. The lobster was without any spices at all; the butter without any garlic. The servicce was outstanding; my chamber made was one of the best I ever met. The grounds are impecable; very clean. They shouldent charge for the fridhe though. My room was not rady till 3:30 PM- (I arrived at 12:30. Over all I had very good vacation.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

C'est mon cinquième séjour au Club Amigo en autant d'années. L'établissement est fiable... la nourriture n'est pas la meilleure, mais elle n'est pas horrible non plus. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. Les chambres avec vue sur la plage sont très belles et valent bien quelques dollars supplémentaires. Tout compte fait, on a l'impression d'être dans une version tropicale de chez soi :)

Excellent Value This is my 5th stay Club Amigo in as many years. The property is dependable... food isn't the greatest, but it's not awful either. Staff are courteous and helpful. Villa beach view rooms are very nice - well worth a few extra dollars. All said, it feels like a tropical version of home :)

Génial à chaque fois !!!!

Mon ami et moi sommes allés en Californie du 26 octobre au 14 novembre. Nous y allons habituellement en janvier, mais nous avons décidé d'y aller aussi en novembre. Fantastique ! Beaucoup de gens formidables et le personnel est merveilleux. Si vous cherchez un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce n'est pas celui-là, mais si vous cherchez des chambres propres, de la bonne nourriture et à vous faire de nouveaux amis durables, c'est l'endroit où il faut aller ! La plage est fantastique et la population locale est é [... lire plus]galement formidable. Nous reviendrons le 9/14 janvier.

Awesome every time!!!! My friend and I went to CA Oct 26 to Nov 1/14. We usually go every January but decided to go in Nov too. Fantastic! Lots of great people and the staff are wonderful. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not it but if you are looking for clean rooms, good food and making new and lasting friends, this is the place to go! The beach is fantastic and the local people are great too. We will be back on Jan 9/14.

Rezort moyen

Très strictement un bel hôtel dans un bon quartier calme, bien situé, comprenant un bon service associé à eux. Parfois, certains (des services) VAM "donnent" - suggère une petite "contribution" - un don pour eux.

Le retour à la maison, c'est toujours ça de pris

Je reviens tout juste du Club Amigo Guardalavaca. C'était mon troisième voyage en 2014. J'y étais en janvier, avril et octobre. Cela en dit long sur l'établissement. J'y suis allé huit fois maintenant. Je séjourne toujours dans les villas. Les villas valent le prix du petit surclassement. Je n'irai plus en octobre. Les équipements sont légèrement réduits. Il fait également trop chaud. J'ai voyagé avec deux enfants de onze et sept ans et ils économisent leurs sous pour que nous puissions repartir [... lire plus] ! Le complexe est impeccable, le personnel est excellent et c'est un endroit très sûr pour les familles et les personnes âgées familles et les personnes âgées. J'entends souvent des voyageurs se plaindre de la nourriture à Cuba. Je n'ai rien à redire. La nourriture est simple (pas épicée) et abondante. Je ne suis jamais rentrée du Club Amigo Guardalavaca en ayant perdu du poids. N'hésitez pas à essayer ce centre de villégiature. Ma cousine et moi y allons chaque année en janvier et elle et moi affirmons qu'il s'agit d'un complexe 3,5 avec une mentalité 5 étoiles.

Home awaw from home every time Just back from Club Amigo Guardalavaca. It was my third trip down in 2014. I was there in January, April and October. This should speak volumes about the resort. I have been eight times now. I always stay in the villas. The villas are worth the small upgrade price. I won't go in October again. The amenities are slightly reduced. It is also too hot. I travelled with two children aged eleven and seven and they are saving their pennies so we can go again! The resort is spotless, the staff is second to none and it is a very safe place families and seniors. I hear travellers complain about the food all the time in Cuba. I have no complaints. It is plain (not spicy) and plenty of it. I have never once came home from Club Amigo Guardalavaca having lost weight. Please try this resort. My cousin and I go every year in January and her and I maintain "this is a 3.5 resort with a 5 star mentality.

Une fois de plus, c'est un bon moment

Le Club amigo guardalavaca est un complexe 3 étoiles typique avec une GRANDE différence. Le personnel est extraordinaire. Même les employés de la réception. Nous sommes arrivés tard (minuit), nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes avec 4 chambres. Notre fils et son ami ont reçu une chambre avec un grand lit. En retournant à la réception, ils ont été changés pour une chambre avec 2 lits. Pas de problème. Les femmes de chambre sont formidables.

Good time once again Club amigo guardalavaca is a typical 3 star resort with one BIG difference.. Staff are amazing. Even front desk people. We checked in late (midnight) we were a group of 6 with 4 rooms. Our son and his friend were given a room with 1 king size bed. Upon returning to front desk they were changed to a room with 2 beds. No problem. Maids are great.

Grand établissement, très propre, bâtiment ancien.

Les terrains et les espaces publics sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Les gens sont merveilleux et très propres. L'accès à la plage est très proche, les plages sont parmi les meilleures que nous ayons connues. Sable blanc pur, propre, belle eau vert émeraude pour nager. Grande variété de nourriture.

Big place, very clean, older building. The grounds and public area are very nice and well kept. Wonderful people and very clean. Access to the beach very close by, beaches one of the best we have been on. Pure white sand, clean, lovely emerald green water to swim in. Great variety of food.

Une plage magnifique

Il y a un local, Miguel, qui nous a offert des services extraordinaires à la plage. Il nous a fait vivre une aventure de plongée avec masque et tuba, avec des photos sous l'eau, c'était une expérience extraordinaire. Le café au deuxième étage " ashley cafe " a un café excellent et vous pouvez faire un don au fonds Ashely.

Amazing beach There is a local "Miguel" provided us amazing services at the beach did a whole snorkelling adventure with pictures under water it was an amazing experience. Also the cafe on the second floor " ashley cafe " has amazing coffee and you can donate to the Ashely fund.

Personnel extraordinaire

Tout le monde sait qu'on ne va pas à Cuba pour la nourriture. Mais la nourriture de l'Ala carte est incroyable. Le personnel était formidable et valait bien l'argent pour un 3 étoiles. Superbe complexe familial. Les locaux sont incroyables et les divertissements sont géniaux.

amazing staff Everyone knows you don't go to Cuba for the food. But the food in the Ala carte amazing. Staff was great well worth the money for a 3 star. Great family resort. Locals are amazing and the entertainment is great.

Beautiful Resort

Première fois à Cuba et c'était incroyable, à commencer par Shanon de Tripcentral, qui m'a beaucoup aidé. L'hôtel était magnifiquement situé, le personnel très sympathique, la nourriture aux restaurants Alacarte était bonne, le buffet était correct car la sélection changeait constamment, mais si vous n'êtes pas difficile, tout ira bien. L'excursion gratuite était excellente et je recommanderai d'acheter l'excursion holiguin plus. Je recommanderai à tout le monde d'y aller si vous l'obtenez pour  [... lire plus]474 $. Je l'ai payé et croyez-moi, cela en valait la peine

First time in Cuba and it was amazing, starting from Shanon at Tripcentral, she helped a lot. The resort was beautifully located staff very friendly food at alacarte Resturants was good buffet was OK as the selection keep s changing but if you r not a picky eater u will be OK. Again the free excursion was great and will recommend to buy the holiguin plus excursion. Will recommend everyone to go if you get it for $474. I paid that and trust me it was well worth it

Endroit merveilleux

L'endroit est magnifique, c'était la deuxième fois que je séjournais ici, j'avais une vue sur l'océan cette fois-ci, je recommande vraiment l'Oceaview, c'est incroyable, le personnel est très amical et serviable, la nourriture est bonne, j'ai hâte d'y retourner, nous adorons cet endroit

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

J'ai trouvé le centre de villégiature très bien. J'y suis allé quatre fois cette année. La principale raison pour laquelle j'y vais est l'amabilité du personnel. J'avais l'impression d'être dans une deuxième maison et de rendre visite à des amis. La nourriture a eu ses bons jours et a été moyenne quelques jours par semaine. Ma chambre était propre et bien entretenue. À l'exception de l'absence occasionnelle d'eau chaude et du fait que le bâtiment principal était trop bruyant tôt le matin (de 6h  [... lire plus]à 8h), j'ai trouvé qu'il était impossible de dormir après 7h. Après avoir discuté avec d'autres clients, j'ai appris que certaines chambres n'avaient qu'une douche et pas de baignoire. À l'avenir, je devrai envisager de prendre une chambre en dehors du bâtiment principal. Le terrain est bien entretenu, avec de très beaux sentiers pour se promener autour du complexe. C'est un endroit populaire avec de nombreux clients réguliers.

Excellent Value I found the resort to be quite good. I've been there four times this year. The main reason I go there is the friendly staff. It felt more like a second home and visiting friends. The food had it's good days and then maybe average a couple of days out of the week. My room was clean and well kept. With the exception of the occasional absence of hot water and finding the main building too noisy early in the morning . ( 6am to 8am) I found it impossible to sleep past 7am. After talking with a few other customers I learned that some of the rooms have shower only no tub. In the future I will have to consider getting a room off of the main building. The grounds are well kept, with very nice paths for walking around the resort. It's a popular place with many repeat customers.

La plage publique est juste en bas des escaliers de la piscine et je me suis sentie en sécurité et les sauveteurs étaient là pour me faire sentir en sécurité et bienvenue

Great time Pool grounds people nice I would recommend for single people and family's the public beach is just down the stairs from pool and I felt safe and life guards were there to make me feel safe and welcome

Un endroit fantastique pour emmener mes enfants adolescents !

Etant donné que nous étions dans les bungalows, nous y retournerions demain. Très confortable et pratique pour accéder au reste de la station. Les animations nocturnes étaient exceptionnelles. La nourriture était fantastique et les plats à la carte étaient encore meilleurs. La plage est magnifique et les services fournis merveilleux.

Fantastic place to take my teenaged children! Given, we were in the Bungalows, would go back tomorrow. Very comfortable and convenient to access the rest of the resort. Nightly entertainment was exceptional. Food was fantastic and the à la cartes were even better. Beach is gorgeous and services provided wonderfully.

Vous aurez envie de revenir

L'hôtel offre de belles vues et de belles plages. Les divertissements nocturnes ont été un point fort, tout comme le dîner de homard offert aux visiteurs de retour. Le quartier de l'hôtel est agréable pendant la journée mais un peu bruyant la nuit, principalement à cause des échos de voix dans le hall.

You will want to visit again The hotel has nice views and beaches. The nightly entertainment was a highlight as was the returning visitor lobster dinner. The hotel area is nice during the day but a little noisy at night mainly due voice echos in the lobby areas.
