l'hôtel a été apprécié dans son ensemble.... les plats à la carte étaient excellents... l'hôtel était immense et il y avait beaucoup de zones de marche.... si vous aimez les massages, vous devez en faire un ici.... c'était le meilleur que j'aie jamais eu....

huge resort, enjoyed the resort over all.... al a carte food was over the top...the resort was huge in size lots of walking areas.... if you like a massage you must get one here....it was the best I have ever had....

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: On n'y retournera pas !

Le terrain est magnifique mais les chambres et les restaurants ont besoin d'un peu de soin. Il se trouve que nous étions là au même moment que 1500 étudiants universitaires, ce qui n'était pas agréable. Ils ont plus ou moins pris le contrôle de la station et lorsque vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants, il y a certaines choses auxquelles vous ne voudriez pas qu'ils soient exposés. Comportement grossier et aberrant partout. Nous avons reçu notre invitation à la fête de bienvenue le jour de notre d [... lire plus]épart, des frais d'activités supplémentaires sur notre facture qu'ils ont fini par supprimer et les plages étaient beaucoup trop fréquentées.

Won't being going back! Grounds are beautiful but rooms and restaurants need some TLC. We happen to be there at the same time ast 1500 university students which was not enjoyable. They more less took over the resort and when travelling with young children, there are certain things you would not want them exposed to. Rude, abnoxious behaviour everywhere. We received our welcome back again party invitation the day we were leaving, extra activity charges on our bill which they eventually removed and the beaches were way overcrowed.

J'ai trouvé le complexe trop grand. Les chambres étaient correctes, la nourriture était bonne, le service était très bon. Le terrain était bien entretenu. La plongée avec masque et tuba était géniale ! J'aimerais qu'il y ait un service de boissons sur la plage car la file d'attente était parfois longue et la qualité de l'alcool était très variable. C'est un long trajet en voiture depuis Cancun.

very big !!! I found the resort too big.rooms were ok, food was good, service was very good. Grounds were kept nice and manicured. The snorkeling was great! Wish they had drink service on beach as que que was long at times and quality of liquor was jit and miss. It's a long drive from Cancun.

Belle station balnéaire ! Belle plage mais il faut y aller très tôt pour avoir une chaise. Nous nous sommes bien amusés même si nous avions des petits insectes dans notre chambre. Le personnel a rapidement changé notre chambre dès qu'il s'est rendu compte de la situation. Nous y retournerions !

Great resort Nice resort! Lovely beach but you need to go very early to get a chair. We enjoyed ourselves even though we had little bugs in our room. The staff quickly changed our room as soon as they were aware of the situation. Would go back!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent centre de villégiature !!!

C'était notre deuxième visite dans ce complexe. Le personnel est toujours prêt à répondre à la plupart des demandes, la nourriture est géniale et très variée ! Le centre Jerk près de la plage propose le poulet le plus délicieux et tous les accompagnements traditionnels et le chef... eh bien, il chante et appelle quand le poulet est prêt ! Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses et joliment décorées....otre jacuzzi n'a pas fonctionné, mais nous avons toujours eu de l'eau chaude et une bonne pression, [... lire plus] une vue fabuleuse depuis notre balcon. La piscine est immense et serpente le long de l'avant de la station, vous pouvez choisir soit le bout tranquille, soit le bout avec de la musique et des jeux etc.....la plage est magnifique avec du sable blanc, beaucoup d'ombre et de chaises et beaucoup de soleil, alors choisissez ce que vous voulez !!! Il y a des toilettes partout et des bars aussi ! Des boissons délicieuses, beaucoup d'activités....attention aux personnes en multipropriété, mais si vous sortez avec quelqu'un, assurez-vous de prendre votre sac de goodies, serviettes, lunettes de soleil, sauce jerk, rhum, tasses etc....économise une tonne sur le shopping de souvenirs !!! Il y a aussi un centre commercial, avec des prix assez intéressants pour les souvenirs typiques ..... Vous pouvez aussi marchander les prix ! J'y retournerais une troisième fois si le prix était correct....ce lieu ne nous a pas encore déçus....merci à notre agent Nicole de tripcentral de nous avoir indiqué cet endroit la première fois... il a été facile de choisir cet endroit une deuxième fois !

Great resort!!! This was our second visit to this resort. Staff are always willing to accommodate most requests, food is awesome, lots of selection!! Jerk centre by the beach has the most delicious chicken and all traditional accompaniments and the chef...well he sings and calls when the chicken is ready!!! Rooms are all spacious and nicely decorated....our jacuzzi didn't work, but we always had hot water and great pressure, fabulous view from our balcony. The pool is huge and meandering along the front of the resort, you can choose either the quiet end, or the end with music and games etc.....the beach is beautiful with white sand, lots of shade and chairs and lots of sun, so choose what you want!!! Bathrooms are everywhere and bars too!!! Wonderful drinks, plenty of activities....careful of the timeshare people, but if you date, than make sure you get your bag of goodies, towels, sunglasses, jerk sauce, rum, cups etc....saves a ton on souvenir shopping!! They have a shopping centre as well, pretty good prices for typical souvenir stuff....you can haggle prices too!! I'd go back for a third time if the price was right....this place hasn't let us down yet....thanks to our agent Nicole at tripcentral for pointing this place out to us our first time around...made it easy to choose this place for a second time!!

Il est très facile de s'y retrouver. Les chambres étaient propres et le service de nettoyage très efficace. Le terrain était bien entretenu. Très bonne nourriture aux buffets et aux restaurants à la carte. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Très bon service.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Magnifique, propre et extraordinaire

Cet hôtel proposait les meilleures boissons, le meilleur buffet et une belle plage avec beaucoup de snorkeling. Les serveurs étaient très gentils, mais ne pouvaient pas bien communiquer avec nous parce qu'ils ne parlent que l'espagnol.

Beautiful, clean, amazing resort This hotel had the best drinks, the best buffet, and a beautiful beach with a lot of snorkeling. The servers were very nice, but could not communicate very well with us because they only speak Spanish.

Superbe lune de miel. La nourriture et le personnel étaient merveilleux. La plage était superbe ! Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les time shares. La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est la vie nocturne. Nous ne sommes pas du genre à vivre la nuit, donc cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Ce furent des vacances fabuleuses !

Great Honeymoon Great Honeymoon. Food and staff were wonderful. Beach was great! Did not get bothered for time shares. The only thing that could be improved was the night life. We are not night life kind of people so did not really mind. It was a fabulous vacation !

Si je pouvais me le permettre, je vivrais ici. Excellents équipements et services. Plage de sable blanc. Eau chaude. Choix de bons restaurants. On peut s'y rendre à pied et le service de navette est pratique. Proche de Tulum, mais je n'ai pas quitté le complexe lors de ce voyage !

Exceptional. If I could afford it I'd live here. Great facilities and service. White sandy beach. Warm water. A choice of good restaurants. Walkable and a convenient shuttle service. Close to Tulum, but I didn't leave the resort on this trip!

Tout était parfait dans ce complexe, les chambres, la nourriture, les piscines et le service. Nous y sommes allés avec un grand groupe, mais l'enregistrement s'est fait très rapidement. C'était la première fois que nous allions dans un complexe réservé aux adultes et nous avons adoré. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Beautiful resort Everything at this resort was perfect, the rooms, the food, the pools and service. We went with a big group but the check in was done very quickly. It was our first time at an adults only resort and we loved it. We will definitely be going back there again.

Ce complexe est absolument magnifique, très propre et les terrains et les bâtiments font l'objet d'un soin constant La plage est également géniale, il y a beaucoup de palapas et de chaises. L'eau de la piscine était chaude, ce qui est très agréable.

Beautiful resort This complex is absolutely beautiful, so clean and constant care is given to the grounds and buildings! The beach is awesome as well, plenty of palapas and chairs. The pool water was warm which is most enjoyable.

J'ai tout simplement tout aimé. J'ai visité plusieurs stations balnéaires dans les Caraïbes et en Europe, mais je n'ai jamais été dans un endroit où la nature incroyable, les gens extraordinaires et les services géniaux sont si bien équilibrés. Sans oublier Mamma Juana :) Je rêve de célébrer notre 30ème anniversaire de mariage au Grand Bahia Principe El Portillo. Je vous remercie.

Dream vacation Well I just simply liked everything. I've been on several Caribbean and Europe resorts but never been on a place where incredible nature, amazing people and awesome services are so well balanced. le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider en cas de besoin. les terrains et les bâtiments sont propres, il y a beaucoup de marche, ce qui nous convient à moi et à ma femme. nous avons principalement pris nos repas dans les buffets qui ont un large assortiment de nourriture pour satisfaire les goûts de chacun.

excellent resort beautiful resort with wonderful staff always smiling and eager to help you out if needed. the grounds and buildings are clean ,there is lots of walking,which is fine by me and my wife. we mainly dined in the buffets which had a wide assortment of food to suit everyones taste.

Mon ami et moi, tous deux dans la trentaine, avons séjourné à l'Esmeralda et nous avons passé un excellent moment. La navette vient souvent, les chambres étaient toujours propres et très grandes, la nourriture était incroyable et le bar sportif et la discothèque étaient toujours un grand moment. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde.

Great resort My friend and I, both in our 30's, stayed at the Esmeralda and it was an awesome time. The shuttle comes often, the rooms were always clean and very large, the food was amazing and the sports bar and disco were always a great time. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Cet hôtel est absolument magnifique ! Notre chambre était immense et la salle de bain était magnifique et nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les insectes ! !! C'était un immense complexe et certains de nos dîners étaient de l'autre côté, mais ils ont des chariots pour vous emmener et ils viennent toutes les cinq minutes. La nourriture était dans l'ensemble assez bonne tout au long de l'année ! Nous n'avons jamais eu faim et nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose que nous aimions ! Qu'il s'agi [... lire plus]sse d'un bar à pâtes ou d'un délicieux steak, ou même d'un snack de frites à minuit. Il n'y a aucun problème pour se rendre à la plage depuis n'importe quel endroit du complexe et il y a tellement de piscines et de bars. Les divertissements étaient excellents et le personnel avait toujours quelque chose à faire en cas de pluie. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été EXTRÊMEMENT satisfaits de ce complexe et nous nous en sommes vantés auprès de tout le monde ! Nous vous recommandons vivement de séjourner ici (et de manger au restaurant japonais hibachi), en espérant que vous apprécierez autant que nous :)

Trip to paradise! This hotel is absolutely beautiful!! Our room was huge and bathroom was gorgeous and we had no problem with bugs at all!! It was a huge resort and some of our dinners were on the other side but they have trolleys to take you and they come every five minutes. The food was overall pretty good the whole time! We never went hungry and always found something we liked! Whether it be a pasta bar or a yummy steak, or even a midnight snack of fries. It's no trouble at all to get to the beach from any part of the resort and there are so many pools and bars. The entertainment was great and the staff always had something to do if it rained. Overall we were EXTREMELY happy with this resort and bragged to everyone about it! Highly highly recommend staying here (and eating at the Japanese hibachi resteraunt) hope you enjoy as much as we did:)

le personnel est très sympathique, la nourriture est bonne. L'hôtel est calme. La nourriture était bonne, mais il y avait des ruptures de stock très rapidement. Notre chambre était située à côté de la route principale menant au complexe et le bruit nous réveillait à 5 heures du matin.

clean and relaxing resort staff are very friendly,food is good. Resort is quiet. Food was good,but they ran out of some items very quickly. Our room was next to the main road leading into the resort and the noise was awakening us at 5 in the morning.

C'est un long chemin à parcourir pour un service indifférent, une nourriture mal chauffée et un hôtel qui ne remplit pas ses obligations. Nous avons payé pour une vue sur l'océan pour 3 adultes. Nous avons dû changer de chambre deux fois et insister pour l'obtenir. Notre vue sur l'océan comprenait également une vue sur l'arrière du restaurant avec le bruit de la climatisation. Je ne ferai plus jamais appel à cette société

Disappointed It's a long way to go for indifferent service, food not properly kept heated & a hotel that doesn't meet obligations. We paid for an ocean view for 3 adults. We had to move rooms 2 times and be very insistent to get it. Our ocean view also included a view of the back of the restaurant complete with sound of the A/C. Never going with this company again

Génial ! Bon hébergement et excellent personnel. Le personnel était très amical et poli. Les chambres étaient très propres et le terrain était magnifique. Excellente situation. Ce centre de villégiature permet de passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.
