HM Playa del Carmen: Charmante oasis en plein centre, toutes les commodités souhaitées...

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. C'est un petit hôtel de charme avec une belle piscine et un beau terrain. La plage n'est pas loin et les serviettes sont incluses tous les jours. Bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre tous les jours et très bon petit déjeuner. Proche de l'action de la 5ème avenue. Beaucoup de bons restaurants dans les environs. Je reviendrais certainement.

Lovely oasis in the center, all amenties you desire... We truly enjoyed are stay here. Cute boutique hotel with nice pool and grounds. Beach not far and towels included daily. Bottles of water in the room every day and really good breakfast. Close to the action of 5th avenue. A lot of good restaurants around. Would definetly return.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Grand centre de villégiature !

C'était une station extraordinaire, très propre, un service excellent et quelque chose à faire pour tout le monde. Les plages sont magnifiques. Nourriture fantastique avec beaucoup de choix ! Les chambres étaient toujours nettoyées chaque jour et le réfrigérateur réapprovisionné. Si vous donnez un bon pourboire, vous obtiendrez un meilleur service à la clientèle. Et de la bière en plus dans le frigo !

Great Resort! This was a amazing resort, very clean, great service and something for everyone to do. Beautiful beaches. Fantastic food with many choices! Rooms were always cleaned every day and fridge restocked. If you tip well you get even better customer service. And extra beer in your fridge!

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Belle station - accès aux deux propriétés

Tout était merveilleux - nous avons séjourné dans les suites Eldorado Seaside. La chambre était superbe, mais pour être honnête, les jeux d'eau sur les balcons étaient agréables mais pas vraiment pratiques - l'eau était un peu fraîche. J'y suis entré une fois pour dire que j'étais dedans mais j'ai passé tout mon temps à la plage. L'hôtel peut être assez bruyant une fois que le bar de la piscine fonctionne. Si vous aimez faire la fête, prenez une chambre au premier étage avec accès à la pisci [... lire plus]ne. J'ai passé la majorité de mon temps dans l'autre hôtel Eldorado qui avait une meilleure plage. A seulement 5 minutes à pied. Le personnel était formidable et amical, la nourriture était délicieuse mais les portions auraient pu être plus grandes.

Beautiful resort - access to both properties Everything was wonderful - stayed at the Eldorado Seaside suites. The room was great but to be honest the swim out water feature off the balconies were nice but not really practical - the water was on the cool side. Went into it once to say I was in it but spent all my time at the beach. The hotel can be pretty noisy once the pool bar gets up and running. If you like to party get a room on the first floor with swim out access to the pool. Spent majority of time at the other Eldorado resort which had the better beach area. Only a 5 minute walk. Staff was great and friendly, the food was delicious but the portions could have been larger.

Bel endroit, idéal pour les familles. La piscine était un peu froide. Je reviendrai certainement. Le personnel était très sympathique, la nourriture est parfaite et les chambres sont très propres. Mes enfants ne voulaient pas rentrer à la maison, ils adorent l'endroit et les grands spectacles.

Great resort Beautiful place, great for families. The pool was little cold. I will definitely go back. Staffs were very friendly, food is perfect and the rooms are very clean. My kids didn’t want to go back home, they love the place and great shows.

La nourriture était excellente. Il n'y a jamais eu de manque de nourriture et de variété. le restaurant et le bar ouverts 24 heures sur 24 proposaient une grande variété de plats, pas seulement des nachos et des petits pains. Rôti de porc, riz, poulet, frites, hamburgers, hot-dogs, fruits et légumes, etc. Très propre. Beaucoup de choses pour les enfants. L'océan est magnifique. La piscine réservée aux adultes est calme et un petit coin de paradis. Food was great. Never a lack of food and variety. 24 hour restaurant and bar had wide variety not just nachos and buns. Pork roast, rice chicken fries burgers hot dogs fruit vegetables you name it. Very clean. Lots for kids. Ocean is wonderful. Adult only pool is quiet and a little piece of heaven. Plenary of purified water at all bars. Staff are not in your face for tips all the time. Close to lots of shops and restaurants

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Propreté et beauté de l'établissement

Le terrain était magnifique et bien entretenu. Nous étions une famille de 6 adultes et deux enfants de 4 et 2 ans. L'hôtel est très grand et il y a beaucoup de voiturettes de golf pour nous aider à nous déplacer. Les chambres étaient grandes, propres et les lits confortables. La nourriture était excellente mais souvent juste chaude, très variée. Les restaurants de spécialités méditerranéennes, italiennes et mexicaines étaient excellents. L'hôtel n'est pas situé sur la plage et il faut prendre u [... lire plus]ne navette pour s'y rendre, ce qui est un peu décevant car il faut s'assurer de préparer toutes ses affaires et de les porter jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour ensuite prendre une navette.

Clean and beautiful resort The grounds were beautiful, and well maintained. We were a family of 6 adults and two children 4 and 2. This hotel was very big, with plenty of golf carts to give you a lift. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable beds. Food was excellent but often just warm, lots of variety. Specialty restaurants Mediterranean, Italian and Mexican was great. This hotel is not on the beach and you have to take shuttle cart to beach which was a little disappointing as you had to make sure you pack all your stuff and carry it to the front lobby to then get on a shuttle.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Beautiful Resort

L'agencement des chambres était fabuleux. Grandes salles de bains et douches superbes. Un peu bruyant pendant la nuit. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante. Serveurs et serveuses aimables et serviables à chaque repas. Les serveurs du bar se sont occupés de nous rapidement. J'avais invité ma famille pour fêter mes 80 ans et nous avons tous les 7 apprécié notre séjour.

The layout of the rooms were fabulous. Large bathrooms and great showers. A bit noisy during the night. The food was delicious and plentiful.. Friendly and helpful waiters and waitresses at every meal. The bar tenders looked after us promptly. I had invited my family to celebrate my 80th and all 7 of us enjoyed our stay.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Décevant

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons fait la queue pendant plus d'une heure pour nous enregistrer. Une fois conduits à notre chambre, on ne nous a pas donné de carte ou d'indications pour le complexe (il est immense), alors nous avons erré (il faisait nuit maintenant) à la recherche de restaurants. Nous avons constaté que les buffets étaient les mêmes tous les jours malgré le fait qu'il y avait des soirées buffet à thème ??? Nous étions 4 personnes à voyager et nous avons tous été m [... lire plus]alades à un moment ou à un autre de nos vacances. Les restaurants sont trop petits pour le nombre de personnes présentes, les listes d'attente étaient donc très longues et il n'est pas possible de réserver. La plage a été la partie la plus décevante ! Elle est tellement rocailleuse qu'il est pratiquement impossible de s'y baigner. La faune de la station (singes, etc.) était agréable à voir et a amusé mes enfants tout au long de la semaine. J'ai trouvé le terrain trop grand et les options de nourriture répétitives.

Disappointing When we arrived at the resort we waited over an hour in line to check in. Once we were driven to our room we were not given any map or directions for the resort ( it is huge) so we wandered around ( it was dark by now) looking for restaurants. We found that the buffets were the same daily despite the fact that they had themed buffet nights??? We were 4 people that travelled and we all got sick at some point on our vacation. The restaurants are too small for the amount of people there so the waiting lists were very long and you can not make reservations. The beach was the most disappointing part! It is so rocky it made it virtually impossible to swim. The wildlife on the resort ( monkeys etc.) were nice to see and kept my kids amused throughout the week. Found the grounds too large and the food options repetitive.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Nous avons vécu une expérience merveilleuse lors de notre séjour au Barcelo. Le complexe est absolument magnifique et très bien entretenu. Les employés sont très aimables et serviables. Beautiful Resort! We had such a wonderful experience during our stay at the Barcelo. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and very well kept. The workers are so friendly and helpful. There is always something to do, and the food is terrific. Such care is taken into the display in the buffets, and the restaurants are top notch. Although a little small, our room was very comfortable, and the cleaning and restocking service was exceptional. We would definitely consider another holiday here, and will recommend the Barcelo to our friends. Thank you!

Grand Riviera Princess: Séjour de Noël 2017 !

C'est la première fois que je viens dans ce complexe, j'ai réservé dans les Laguana Villas, les chambres étaient absolument magnifiques et si grandes, la douche extérieure était magnifique. Le concierge s'est occupé de tous nos besoins et nous a appelés plusieurs fois au cours de la semaine pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. La nourriture était bonne, le terrain était méticuleusement entretenu, le personnel très serviable et amical. Christmas 2017 Stay! First time to this resort, booked in the Laguana Villas the rooms were absolutely stunning and so big, out door shower lovely. Having this upgrade gave us access to everything at the resort, concierge took care of all our needs and called numerous times during the week making sure things were satisfactory. Food was good, grounds were meticulously groomed, staff very helpful and friendly. Beach was nice except ocean rocky and murky when we were there. All in all enjoyed our stay!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellent service

La nourriture est excellente pour l'endroit où l'on se trouve. Service extraordinaire. Un peu loin de Cancun, mais si cela ne vous dérange pas, c'est génial. La plage est à 10 minutes de navette ; les navettes viennent rapidement et ils s'adaptent si vous êtes pressé. Divertissements incroyables. J'ai adoré le fait que nous ayons un accès illimité.

Excellent Service Great food for where your at. Amazing service. A little way from Cancun, but if you don't mind, its great. The beach is a 10 minute shuttle; shuttles come quick and they accomodate if your in a rush. Amazing entertainment. Loved that we have all-access.

Amazing Theo place is amazing we had a great time food was great and people very friendly There was a show every night for the whole family all the restaurants had great choices also We only had one issue with one person when we had to do the check out he made us paid for staying a few extra hours until we wait for our transportation to arrived and we were never offered any other solution so if you go and Rigoberto Aguilar is trying to help you wait for the next available one Other than that’s great place to stay

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Beau complexe

Le personnel était formidable, les terrains bien entretenus. Les piscines étaient cependant FROIDES. La nourriture était bonne et il est bon de pouvoir aller dans les autres restaurants et buffets. La salle de sport est bien, mais il manquait des bouteilles d'eau le matin.

Nice complex The staff were great, grounds well maintained. The pools were COLD though. The food was good & grear that you have the ability to go to the other restaurants & buffets. The gym is good, but the odd morning lacked bottled h20.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Amazing resort Great hospitality with good services, amazing food with the diversity in restaurant types, interesting kid’s drop off program with both indoor and outdoor area facilities but not a luxury room which free internet access was not available. Interesting shopping mall and bowling center with the perfect photo shoot service located in the hotel.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Douillet et confortable

Les voyages peuvent être très mouvementés. C'était un endroit très confortable pour passer la nuit avant notre vol du lendemain. L'hôtel était propre et bien entretenu et la chambre était superbe. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et compétent, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ.

Cozy & Comfotable Traveling can be very hectic. This was a very cozy and comfortable place to spend the night before our flight the next day. The hotel was clean and well kept and the room was amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable which made our check in/out very seamless.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre semaine de vacances à Ocean Coral et Turquesa. Le personnel était sympathique et nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service, en particulier au bar de la piscine. Great Vacation We really enjoyed our week long vacation to Ocean Coral and Turquesa. The staff were friendly and we were treated with excellent service, especially at the swim up bar. The proximity of the resort to the ocean was a definite highlight and the entertainment was great. The only complaint we would have is that we waited 2 hours for the Mexican restaurant, only for the food to be so-so with small portion sizes. Otherwise we enjoyed the rest of our meals and had an overall great experience!

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: 3ème fois et toujours aussi bien

La première fois que nous avons visité ce complexe, il y a environ 6 ans, nous l'avons trouvé superbe. Cette fois-ci, nous avons eu l'impression que de nombreux éléments qui ont fait de cet hôtel un lieu fantastique étaient toujours présents, mais tout semblait avoir 6 ans de plus. Mis à part le sentiment que certaines choses commencent à dater, les attraits qui font de cet hôtel un lieu fantastique sont toujours là. Il s'agit notamment de l'excellente cuisine dans presque tous les restaurants [... lire plus] de l'hôtel. Nous avons quitté tant de dîners en commentant à quel point le repas était bon. La petite taille du complexe nous a également séduits. Personnellement, j'aime rencontrer des gens et lorsque vous croisez presque tout le monde au moins une fois par jour, vous vous sentez à l'aise pour entamer une conversation. Nous avons constaté que les boissons étaient servies avec des marques haut de gamme, ce qui leur donne un meilleur goût, et le personnel continue d'être excellent dans son métier. Ils savent ce qu'est le service à la clientèle et s'en acquittent admirablement. La seule chose que nous avons remarquée et qui était meilleure que les autres années était l'état de la plage. Bien qu'encore un peu rocailleuse, elle est bien meilleure que par le passé et ma seule recommandation est que si vous avez des chaussures d'aqua, apportez-les, et vous serez probablement heureux de l'avoir fait.

3rd time and still great The first time we visited this resort about 6 years ago we thought it was superb, this time we felt that many of the features that made this hotel great were still there, but everything felt 6 years older. Aside from the feeling that some things are starting to look dated the attractions to us that make this resort fantastic are still there. These include the great food at almost every restaurant on the resort. We left so many dinners commenting on how good that meal was. The smallness of the resort was also a great appeal to us. I personally enjoy meeting people and when you end up crossing paths with almost everyone at least once a day you feel comfortable striking up a conversation. The drinks, we found, were served with higher end brands making them taste better and the staff continue to be excellent at their craft. They know what customer service is and do it admirably. The one thing we noticed that was better than other years was the condition of the beach. Although still somewhat rocky it is much better than it has been and my only recommendation is if you have aqua shoes, bring them, and you will likely be glad you did.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Voyageurs trompés.

Agaçant Bonne journée, Nous sommes de retour de notre voyage et j'ai juste quelques commentaires à faire. Nous savons que nous avons été prévenus des travaux en cours dans les piscines et les restaurants. C'était très bien... mais on ne nous a pas dit qu'il y avait des travaux au-dessus de notre chambre ! Historiquement, je ne voyage pas bien avec le mouvement, etc. donc lundi vers 15 heures, j'ai ressenti le besoin de m'allonger. À mon grand choc, le forage au marteau a commencé au-dessus [... lire plus] de notre chambre et je m'attendais à ce que la foreuse perce notre plafond au-dessus du lit. Cela a continué pendant quelques heures, même après que je me sois rendu au bureau des services aux clients dits "privilégiés" pour m'informer. Ils nous ont proposé de nous éloigner de nos amis et du bâtiment que nous aimions pour nous installer dans un autre bâtiment avec deux lits doubles. Ce n'était pas le "King size" qui nous convenait. Le forage s'est poursuivi jusqu'à ce que je doive personnellement me rendre dans la zone de construction (après 17 heures) et demander aux ouvriers d'arrêter le forage au marteau parce que j'avais besoin de dormir. Nous n'avons pas eu de suivi de la part de l'hôtel. Deuxièmement, après avoir passé la journée de jeudi à faire un tour dans la jungle avec AirTransat, nous avions besoin de nous détendre après une journée très mouvementée et le forage a recommencé (après 18 heures cette fois). J'ai crié aux ouvriers d'arrêter et de rentrer chez eux, mais le forage a continué. Je suis retourné au service clientèle "privilégié" et tout ce qu'ils m'ont dit, c'est qu'ils allaient passer quelques coups de fil (encore une fois, pas de suivi) avec le service clientèle "privilégié". (encore une fois, pas de suivi) avec nous. Une fois de plus, j'ai dû me rendre sur le chantier de construction au-dessus de nos têtes, vers 19 heures, et demander aux ouvriers d'arrêter le forage et de rentrer chez eux, parce qu'il se faisait tard et que le forage était si ennuyeux ! Enfin, lors de notre dernière nuit (samedi soir, dimanche matin 3h30), nous nous sommes réveillés avec un bruit de marteau très fort au-dessus de notre chambre, j'ai appelé la réception et je leur ai signalé le problème. Après beaucoup d'attente, j'ai fini par retourner dans la zone de construction et j'ai dû sécuriser une porte qui se fracassait contre un "parpaing" qu'ils avaient placé contre la porte. C'était une nuit d'orage et j'ai dû déplacer des seaux de matériaux de construction contre la porte pour arrêter le choc. Je suis retourné dans notre chambre et j'ai rappelé la réception pour leur faire savoir que j'avais réglé le problème là-haut, alors qu'ils m'avaient assuré qu'ils allaient envoyer la sécurité, etc. Ils n'ont jamais envoyé la sécurité jusqu'à ce que je leur dise que j'étais monté à cette heure de la matinée pour régler le problème. Nous prenions l'avion pour le Canada ce matin-là et cela nous a beaucoup perturbés. Nous pensons avoir été trompés par l'hôtel et Trip central a été trompé dans les informations que vous deviez donner à vos clients (nous). Nous nous sommes sentis ignorés par l'équipe de direction du centre de villégiature et très peu respectés par nos préoccupations "très légitimes". Nous ne sommes donc pas très confiants dans la capacité de Trip Central à fournir à ses clients des informations correctes (mais je pense que vous avez également reçu de mauvaises informations), étant donné que le superviseur auquel j'ai parlé au service clientèle n'avait, ou prétendait n'avoir aucune connaissance de la construction au-dessus de notre chambre

Misled traveler's. Annoying Good day, We are back from our trip and i just have a few comments. We know that we were warned about construction going on with the pools and restaurants. That was fine... however, we were not told about the construction above our room! Historically I do not travel well with the motion etc. so on Monday around 3 pm I felt the need to lie down. Much to my shock, hammer drilling started above our room and I was expecting the drill to pierce our ceiling above the bed. This continued for a cpl hours even after I went to the ' so called Privileged' guest services office to inquire. They offered to move us away from our friends and the building we liked to another building with 2 dbl beds. Not the 'King size' we were happy with. The drilling continued until I personally had to go up to the construction area ( after 5pm) and ask the workers to stop with the hammer drilling because I needed to sleep. We didn't get any follow up by the resort. Secondly, after we spent Thursday on an 'AirTransat' jungle event tour, we needed to unwind after a very eventful day and the drilling started again, ( after 6pm this time). I yelled at the workers to stop and go home, but the drilling continued. I went back to the "Privileged" guest services and all they said is that they will make some calls. (again, no follow up) with us. And once again I had to go to the construction site above our heads, around 7 pm, and ask the workers to stop drilling and go home to their families because it was getting late and the drilling was so annoying! Finally, on our last night there, (Saturday night, Sunday morning 3:30 am) we awoke to a very loud pounding above our room, I called the front desk and alerted them to the issue. After much waiting, I ended up going back up to the construction area and had to secure a door that was smashing against a 'cinder block' they had against the door. It was a stormy night and I had to move building material pails against the door to stop the smashing going on. I went back to our room and called the front desk again to let them know that I fixed the issue up there when they assured me they were sending security etc. They never sent security until I told them that I went up there at that hour of the morning to fix the problem. We were flying back to Canada that morning and it was very disruptive. We feel that we were misled by the resort and 'Trip central' was misled in the information that you were to give to your clients, (us). We felt ignored by the resort management team and very disrespected by our 'very legitimate' concerns. So, we are not very confident in 'Trip Centrals ' ability to provide their clients with the correct information, ( but I feel you were also given bad information), considering the supervisor I spoke to at ' guest services' had or pretended to have zero knowledge of the construction above our room

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Belle station balnéaire

Je suis partie une semaine avec mon mari et mes deux enfants, et j'ai acheté le pass illimité pour le parc Xcaret. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et je vous le recommande. C'était une expérience différente de nos vacances typiques à la plage, mais c'était un changement agréable. Les singes et le décor de la jungle nous ont donné des frissons. Le complexe est magnifique, la nourriture était médiocre et un peu décevante par rapport à notre précédent séjour à l'Iberostar - mais nous avons  [... lire plus]toujours trouvé quelque chose. Le personnel était généralement charmant, à l'exception des concierges qui ont utilisé des tactiques de vente sous pression et qui ont semblé se moquer de nous plus d'une fois - à tel point que nous essayions d'éviter le contact visuel. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une semaine formidable !

Beautiful resort Went with my husband and 2 kids for a week, and bought the unlimited pass to the Xcaret park. We had a great time - and I recommend it. It was a different experience than our typical beach vacation - but it was a nice change. The monkeys and the jungle-style setting were a thrill. The resort is gorgeous, the food was mediocre and a little disappointing compared to our previous stay at the Iberostar - but we always found something. The staff were mainly lovely, with the exception of our concierges which employed high pressure sales tactics and appeared to be mocking us more than once - it got the point where we would try and avoid eye contact. Overall though - a great week!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Vacances familiales en groupe

L'hôtel est grand. Le système de trolley est bon... mais il faut un peu de temps pour s'y habituer. La propriété est bien entretenue. Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées. La plage et les piscines sont agréables. J'aimerais que les piscines soient mieux chauffées. L'eau est froide. La nourriture est abondante mais doit être plus chaude. Le plus gros problème concerne les boissons, en particulier les margaritas, les daiquiris, etc. Le jus de citron ou le sirop simple semble contenir de l'aspar [... lire plus]tame, ce qui rend ces boissons très désagréables. Sinon, l'hôtel est magnifique et parfait pour un grand groupe.

Group Family Vacation The hotel is a large. The trolley system is good... but takes some getting used to. The property is well maintained. Rooms need updating. Beach and pools are nice. Wish the pools were better heated. Water is cold. Food is plentiful but needs to be hotter temperature. Biggest concern is the drinks, specifically the margaritas, daiquiris, etc. The lemon juice or simple syrup seems to have aspartame in it, Which makes these days drinks off -putting. Otherwise resort is beautiful and great for a big group.
