Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Une bonne option pour les familles

Memories splash Punta cana. L'hôtel est très bien agencé, avec une belle piscine et un accès facile au parc aquatique avec de superbes toboggans et une piscine à vagues. La nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne, buffet répétitif mais c'est attendu avec un A.I. Le seul inconvénient était la pression constante par le divertissement et certains employés du bar pour écrire une bonne critique sur tripadvisor à leur sujet. Pour cette seule raison, je ne reviendrais pas.

Good family option Memories splash Punta cana. Great layout nice pool easy access to water park with great slides and wave pool. Food was above average repetitive buffet but that's expected with a A.I. Only downfall was constant pressuring by entertainment and some bar staff to write a good review on tripadvisor of them. For this reason alone would not return.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un lieu idéal pour se marier

Je me suis mariée dans ce centre de villégiature. Ils l'ont organisé très joliment et à temps. C'est un endroit idéal pour séjourner. Attention, ils ne se précipitent pas pour faire les choses. Il a fallu un certain temps pour obtenir ma chambre le premier jour. De plus, les heures de nettoyage de la chambre ne sont jamais cohérentes. 9h30 un jour, 17h le lendemain.

Great place to marry I got married at this resort. They set it up very nicely and on time. Great place to stay. Do note, they will not rush to get things done. Took a while to get my room on the first day. Also cleaning times for the room is never consistent. 9:30am one day, 5:00pm the next.

Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites: Centre de villégiature fiable

C'était la deuxième fois que je séjournais à l'Iberostar Bavaro Resort. Le complexe est plus ancien mais bien entretenu. Le terrain est très propre, des jardiniers s'occupent tous les jours des plantes et des fleurs, y compris des orchidées. La nourriture est bonne et il y a beaucoup de choix. La plage est fabuleuse, c'est le meilleur endroit de Punta Cana. Le personnel est très attentif et désireux de satisfaire ses clients. Je reviendrai encore une fois

Reliable Resort This was my second time at the Iberostar Bavaro Resort. The resort is older but well maintained. Grounds are very clean, every day there are gardeners taking care of all the plants and flowers including orchids. Food is good and there is lots to choose from. Beach is fabulous best location in Punta Cana. Staff is very attentive and eager to please their guests. Will return again

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: De belles plages !

Ce complexe est très propre et les plages sont les meilleures que nous ayons jamais vues. Elles sont entretenues quotidiennement pour enlever les algues et les coraux/roches, de sorte qu'il est facile et sûr d'accéder à l'océan. Le personnel est très amical et serviable. Une semaine n'est pas assez longue pour profiter de tout ce qu'il y a à offrir.

Beautiful beaches! This resort is very clean and the beaches are the best we've ever seen. They are serviced daily to remove seaweed and coral/rocks so it is easy and safe to access the ocean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One week is almost not long enough to enjoy everything there is to offer.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Une belle station balnéaire qui a pris de l'âge

C'est la troisième fois que je visite ce complexe et je suis toujours aussi étonné de sa beauté. Le resort est passé à 7 au total. Ils ont tellement travaillé sur les nouvelles sections (Fantasia, Turquoise) qu'ils n'ont pas fait d'efforts sur le resort original (Punta Cana). Nous y étions du 31 mars au 7 avril pour un mariage. Nous étions 18 personnes au total et il semble y avoir un problème avec toutes les chambres. Comme il s'agissait d'un mariage, on aurait pu penser que toutes les [... lire plus] chambres seraient réunies, mais au lieu de cela, elles étaient éparpillées dans tout l'hôtel. Pour notre chambre, une demande spéciale a été envoyée par e-mail pour nous aider à célébrer notre lune de miel et mon anniversaire et rien n'a été fait pour reconnaître la célébration. Le réfrigérateur de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas du tout correctement et une fois que le problème a été signalé, il a été réparé immédiatement. Malheureusement pour mon frère, son réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas non plus et il a fallu 5 jours pour qu'il soit réparé. Les années précédentes, les clients qui revenaient recevaient un bracelet de couleur différente et avaient la possibilité de prendre leur petit-déjeuner au restaurant Santa Fe au lieu d'aller au buffet principal dans le hall. Ils ne le font plus et devaient se rendre dans le hall principal tous les jours. Un soir par semaine, une soirée Caraïbes est organisée dans la cour principale. Pour y participer, il faut payer un supplément de 15 $ par personne. Cela ne nous a pas plu et nous avons fait demi-tour pour retourner dans le hall. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la baignoire à remous car le bouchon ne fonctionnait pas. La fixation murale à côté du lit était cassée en deux et ne fonctionnait pas.

Beautiful Resort - showing its age This has been my third time visiting this resort and it still amazes me how beautiful it is. The resort has now grown to 7 in total. They have put in so much work into the new sections (Fantasia, Turquoise) that they are not putting any efforts into the original resort (Punta Cana). We were there from March 31 to April 7th for a wedding. In total there were 18 people and there seem to be an issue with all of the rooms. Being there for a wedding we would think that all of the rooms would be together but instead were scattered all over the resort. For our room a special email request was sent to help us celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday and nothing was done to acknowledge the celebration. Our fridge in our room did not work properly at all and once it was documented it was fixed right away. Unfortunately for my brother his fridge also did not work and it took 5 days to get his fixed. In previous years if you were a returning guess you received a different color bracelet and you had the option of eating breakfast at the Santa Fe restaurant instead of going up to the lobby to go to the main Buffet. They are no longer doing this and had to go to the main lobby everyday. One night during the week they have a carribean night in the main court yard. In order to participate in this you have to pay an extra $15.00 per person. We were not happy with this and turned around and went back to the lobby. The resort is starting to show its age and things were constantly breaking. we weren't able to use the whirlpool tub as the stopper wouldn't work. Wall fixture beside the bed was broken in half and did not work.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour au Grand Bahia Principe Resort à Punta Cana. Notre chambre était propre et nous étions proches de la piscine, de la plage et du hall principal pour les repas. Le service de navette était également pratique :) Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe.

Beautiful resort I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Bahia Principe resort in Punta Cana. Our room was clean and we were close to the pool, beach and main lobby for meals. Shuttle service was also handy :) I would definitely recommend this resort.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Excellent voyage !!!

J'ai passé un excellent moment dans ce centre de villégiature ! J'ai adoré la propreté des restaurants, du hall et des toilettes. La propreté des toilettes est très importante et j'en suis très satisfaite ! Je retournerais dans ce complexe et j'ai déjà commencé à planifier mon prochain voyage. Tout était génial, jusqu'au personnel et au service incroyablement amicaux et, bien sûr, à la nourriture savoureuse ! Merci les rêves d'avoir rendu mon voyage d'anniversaire mémorable !

Excellent trip!!! Amazing time at this resort! I loved how clean the restaurants, the lobby and the washrooms were. Clean washrooms are very important and I am very satisfied! I would go back to this resort again and have already started planning my next trip. Everything was awesome down to the amazing friendly staffs and service and of course the tasty food! Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Bon pour le prix

Notre chambre était propre mais elle sentait le renfermé - même en faisant tourner le ventilateur de la salle de bains 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, cela n'a rien arrangé. Les amis qui logeaient au bout du couloir n'ont pas eu ce problème. L'une des portes de notre placard était manquante et la porte de la salle de bain sortait de ses gonds. Le minibar était inclus mais 3 jours sur 7 il n'a pas été réapprovisionné. Le terrain et les parties communes étaient assez bien entretenus, à l' [... lire plus]exception des piscines, sur lesquelles flottait une couche d'écume. La plage était le meilleur endroit - à quelques pas du complexe et avec du sable blanc poudreux. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues certains jours, mais si vous nagez suffisamment loin, vous ne le remarquez pas vraiment. La nourriture était bonne, mais le service au restaurant buffet ne l'était pas - il fallait 45 minutes pour obtenir un café le matin. Les zones VIP et le service semblaient bien meilleurs, mais le surclassement coûte 50 dollars de plus par personne et par jour.

Okay for the Price Our room was clean but it smelled very musty - even running the bathroom fan 24/7 didn't help. Friends staying down the hall didn't have this problem. One of our closet doors was missing and the door in the bathroom was coming off the hinges. The minibar was included but 3 out of 7 days it was not restocked. Grounds and public areas were fairly well maintained, except for the pools, which had a scummy layer floating on top. The beach was the best part - only steps away from the resort and powdery white sand. There was a lot of seaweed on some days but if you swim out far enough you don't really notice. Food was good but service at the buffet restaurant was not - it took 45 minutes to get a morning coffee. VIP areas and service seemed much better but the upgrade costs an extra $50 per person per day.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Belle semaine au soleil !

J'ai passé une bonne semaine dans ce complexe. Il était un peu plus grand que ce que j'aurais préféré, mais il y avait beaucoup de piscines en dehors de la zone principale (bruyante et bondée) où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 12, à proximité d'une piscine et d'un bar. Christian était notre serveur et il était génial. Si amical et joyeux tout le temps - si bon dans son travail. Les autres serveurs du buffet étaient également très bons. Ma préféré [... lire plus]e était Carmen qui travaillait dans le plus petit buffet. Elle avait aussi les meilleures omelettes avec tout ! La plage était belle mais il était presque impossible de trouver une chaise pour s'asseoir. J'ai passé une semaine géniale dans l'ensemble - j'y retournerais si je le pouvais.

Great week in the sun! Enjoyed my week in the resort. It was a bit larger than I would prefer, but there were lots of pools outside the main area (noisy and crowded) where we spent most of our time. Stayed in building 12 close to a pool and a bar. Christian was our server and was awesome. So friendly and cheerful all the time - so good at his job. Other servers in the buffet were very good as well. My favourite was Carmen who worked in the smaller buffet. Also had the best omelettes with everything! Beach was nice but almost impossible to find a chair to sit on. Had an awesome week all in all - would go again if I could.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: De superbes vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce centre de villégiature. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Mon mari a adoré le golf et le jacuzzi sur le balcon. J'ai apprécié le fait que la plage ne soit qu'à une minute de marche. C'est un grand complexe, mais rien n'est trop loin. Surtout si vous prenez le train. Il y a beaucoup de jolis bébés mais il y a aussi une section pour adultes (The Beach) qui est plus calme et tout est proche les uns des autres mais vous pouvez utiliser toutes les commodit [... lire plus]és du Palace. Le temps était parfait et si nous devions nous plaindre de quelque chose, nous dirions que la nourriture était médiocre. Mais les plats à la carte étaient très bons à La Brisa et Hoya. J'aurais également aimé qu'il y ait des endroits pour prendre des collations le long de la plage ou des piscines afin que nous ne soyons pas obligés d'aller toujours au buffet ou au Sportsbar. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon moment et il est possible que je revienne dans ce complexe !

Great vacation We had a great vacation at this resort. There is something for eveyone. My husband loved the golf and the jacuzzi on the balcony. I enjoyed the one minute walk to the beach. It is a big resort but nothing is too far. Especially if you take the train. Lots of cute babies but there is also an adult section( The Beach) that is quieter and everything is close together but you can use all of the amenities in the Palace. The weather was perfect and if we have to complain about anything would say the food was so-so. But the a la cartes were very good at La Brisa and Hoya. I aslo wish there were some places for snacks along the beach or pools so we didn't have to always go to the buffet or Sportsbar. All in all we had a wonderful time and I may visit this resort again!

Nous sommes des habitués de ce complexe. Ce qui nous attire encore et encore, ce sont les grands jardins et les arbres, les clients qui sont plutôt des personnes d'âge mûr et des familles... L'hébergement dans les villas est calme et très agréable. La nourriture est bonne et la plage est fantastique. Le service est rapide, efficace et toujours souriant. Nous l'avons également apprécié parce qu'il s'agit d'un complexe plus ancien, bien établi et décontracté.

We are repeated guests at this resort. What draws us back again and again are great gardens and trees, guests leaning towards mature people and families..The accomoditation in villas is quiet and very nice. The food is good and the beach is fantastic. Service - fast, efficient and always with the smile. We liked it as well because it is an older, established and relaxed resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Une semaine étonnante

L'Ambar Green a dépassé toutes les attentes. Le complexe était incroyablement propre, le personnel était amical et toujours prêt à aider, les chambres étaient magnifiques. La piscine était superbe, il y avait beaucoup de chaises longues et s'il n'y avait plus de parasols, ils allaient en chercher d'autres. Le personnel nettoyait la piscine tous les jours. L'équipe d'animation était très amusante mais ne cherchait pas à faire participer les gens qui voulaient se détendre. La plage est de loin la  [... lire plus]meilleure que j'aie jamais vue. Du sable blanc poudreux et une eau turquoise parfaite. On peut facilement marcher pendant une heure dans les deux sens. La nourriture était incroyablement bonne. C'est la première fois que j'apprécie la nourriture d'un centre de villégiature. Si je devais trouver un point négatif, c'est que je n'ai eu que 7 jours

An amazing week The Ambar Green exceeded expectations. The resort was incredibly clean, staff were friendly and always available to help, rooms were beautiful. The pool was great, plenty of loungers and if they ran out of umbrellas they went and got more. You saw staff cleaning the pool daily. The animation team was a lot of fun but also didn't push to involve people of they wanted to relax. The beach is by far the best I've ever seen. Powdery sit sand and that perfect turquoise water. You could easily walk for an hour in either direction. The food was beyond good. First time I've actually enjoyed resort food. If I had to find a negative it's that I only had 7 days

Occidental Caribe: Occidental caribe punta cana

J'ai trouvé cet hôtel génial pour un 4 étoiles et pour le prix. Bon service, bonne nourriture et bon personnel. Les chambres sont propres et le terrain est toujours bien entretenu. 2 grandes piscines. L'une des meilleures plages de la côte. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I found this hotel was awesome for a 4star and for the price. Good service, good food and good staff. Rooms are clean and grounds are always well maintained. 2 big pools. One of the best beaches on the coast. I highly recommend this resort.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire.

Ce centre de villégiature était excellent à tous points de vue. Il était très, très propre, ce qui est important pour moi. La plage était magnifique. La nourriture était délicieuse et très variée. Le service était impeccable. Où que nous soyons, le personnel avait toujours un grand sourire, il était très courtois et serviable. Le terrain était exceptionnel. Les divertissements étaient absolument géniaux. Je retournerai certainement dans ce centre de villégiature. J'ai passé des vacances  [... lire plus]formidables. J'ai déjà recommandé cet endroit à mes amis et à ma famille.

Amazing resort. This resort was excellent in all aspects. It was very, very clean which is important to me. The beach was beautiful. The food was so delicious with a great variety of different foods. The service was impeccable. No matter where we were, the staff always had such a big smile, very courteous and helpful. The grounds were exceptional. The entertainment was absolutely great. I will definitely go back to this resort. What a great vacation this was. I have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Occidental Caribe: Hôtel génial !

Mon amie et moi avons récemment séjourné dans cette propriété. Nous avons trouvé que c'était une expérience extraordinaire. Le personnel était sympathique, la nourriture était excellente et le terrain et l'aménagement paysager étaient exceptionnellement entretenus. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade agréable.

Awesome hotel! Me and my girlfriend recently stayed at this property. We found it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly ,the food was excellent and the grounds and landscaping were exceptionally maintained. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice get away.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Le paradis !

Un endroit magnifique pour se détendre, boire du vin et dîner. Le personnel est formidable. Le terrain était impeccable. La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel d'animation était merveilleux. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Paradise! Beautiful place to relax and wine and dine. The staff were amazing. The grounds were immaculate. The food was great. The entertainment staff were wonderful. Lots to see and do. Will definitely go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Nous venons de rentrer d'un séjour extraordinaire au Grand Bahia Principe Ambar Green hier (du 30 mars au 6 avril). Il s'agit d'un complexe réservé aux adultes avec un nombre illimité de restaurants à la carte. Nos préférés étaient le Don Pablo et le Japonais Maiko. Avec tous les autres complexes Grand Bahia, c'est énorme, mais cela ne nous dérange pas, nous aimons marcher et les propriétés sont très propres et belles ! La plage est incroyable ! Le personnel est très gentil mais leur anglais est [... lire plus] très limité par rapport à d'autres stations que nous avons visitées. J'aurais aimé apprendre un peu plus d'espagnol pour pouvoir discuter avec eux. C'était notre quatrième séjour dans un complexe Grand Bahia Principe et nous n'avons pas été déçus de notre choix ! 😎😎

Beautiful resort! We just came back from an amazing vacation at the Grand Bahia Principe Ambar Green yesterday( march 30 to april 6). It is an adult only resort with unlimited a la carte restaurants. Our favorites were the Don Pablo and the Japonese Maiko. With all the other Grand Bahia resorts together, it is huge, but we don't mind it, we love walking and the properties are very clean and beautiful! The beach is amazing! The staff are very nice but their english is very limited compare to other resorts we've been too. I wish i could learn a bit more spanish so we could chat with them more. It was our forth vacation at a Grand Bahia Principe resort and we were not disappointed with our choice! 😎😎
