Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Super plage attendue

Tout le monde et tout était fantastique mais la plage pas si bien ou la couleur de l'eau maki beaucoup de pierre pas si agréable pour un resort 5*.ne reviendra pas. Trop de plages de biutifall dans les Carabiniers endroits à visiter .

Super expect beach Everyone and everything was fantastic but beach not so good or the color of the water maki lots of stone not so nice for 5* resort.Will not returned again. To many biutifall beaches in Carabiniers places to visit .

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: C'est la troisième fois que je viens ici. Superbe station tout autour !!!

J'aime beaucoup ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture est bonne et les chambres sont propres. Je prends des vacances seul et j'apprécie vraiment la paix et la tranquillité de ce complexe. Je le recommanderais à tout le monde.

Third time bein here. Great resort all around!! I really enjoy this resort. Love the poll area and not to big. food is good and rooms are clean. I take vacations by myself and really enjoy the peace and quiet of this resort. I would recommend it to anyone.

Le resort est magnifique, mais le service est très inférieur à la norme. Je n'y retournerais pas, même s'ils nous offraient une semaine gratuite. J'y suis allé pour parler de l'organisation de notre mariage. La dame a dit dans l'email qu'elle nous trouverait. J'y ai passé une semaine et je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles.

Terrible service The resort is gorgeous, but the service it's way substandard. Would not go back, if they would offer us a free week. Went there to talk about organizing our wedding. The lady said in the email that she will find us. Spent there a week, never heard from her.

Belle station, mais je suis tombé malade à cause de la nourriture, comme environ 40 ou 50 autres personnes de la station. Je n'y retournerai jamais !!! La plage et les piscines étaient magnifiques. La douche de notre première chambre fuyait sur tout le sol, nous avons donc dû changer de chambre.

Won't Go Back Beautiful resort but became ill from the food along with about 40 or 50 other people at the resort. Won't ever go back!!! The beach and pools were lovely. Ths sower in our first room leaked all over the floor so we had to switch rooms.

l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est formidable. Le terrain était très bien entretenu. la plage était fantastique avec une seule plainte, il ne devrait pas être possible de réserver des chaises pour la nuit. si vous ne vous levez pas à cinq heures du matin, vous risquez de ne pas avoir de chaise. l'eau était très trouble car les locaux draguaient le sable du fond pour faire du ciment pour les futurs condos. lorsque la pompe ne fonctionnait pas (ce qui a été le cas deux jours sur sept), l' [... lire plus]eau commençait à s'éclaircir. le trouble ne provenait pas de la rivière comme on nous l'avait dit avant de réserver. La plongée en apnée n'était pas possible lorsque le dragage était en cours.

nice resort hotel very clean an staff were awesome. Grounds were very well kept. beach was vantastic with one complaint, should not be able to reserve chairs overnight. if you do not get up a five in morning you may not get a chair. water was very cloudy as locals were dredging sand from the bottom to make cement for future condos. when the pump was not running( which was two days out of seven ) the water would start to clear. the cloudiness was not from the river as we were told before we booked. Snorkeling not possible when dredging was going.

C'était magnifique. Le personnel et les animateurs étaient extrêmement sympathiques et serviables. Nous avons apprécié que les animateurs fassent participer nos enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les animations quotidiennes et nocturnes. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Amazing Vacation. Very relaxing. It was beautiful. The staff and entertainers were extremely friendly and helpful. We liked how the entertainers involved our children. We really enjoyed the daily and nightly entertainment. We would definitely go back again.

la chambre et l'emplacement étaient très agréables... presque directement sur la plage... le service de chambre était très lent et la qualité de la nourriture aurait pu être bien meilleure... dans la plupart des cas, la nourriture chaude n'était pas chaude... la barrière de la langue a fait que de nombreuses commandes n'étaient pas exactes... le wifi était trop cher... le personnel était très amical dans la plupart des cas, mais lorsqu'on lui demandait de l'aide, la communication avec le personn [... lire plus]el spécifique pour que les choses soient faites était très mauvaise...

nice resort..could be better.. room and location was very nice...almost right on the beach...room service was very slow and food quality could have been much better...in most cases, hot food was not hot...language barrier led to many orders not being accurate...wifi too expensive...staff was very friendly in most cases but when asked for help, the communication to the specific staff to get things done was very poor...

Le terrain de l'hôtel était impeccablement entretenu. Le personnel était très amical et heureux et pas du tout pressant. Gabriel est un atout extraordinaire pour cet hôtel - il se soucie vraiment de l'expérience des clients. La nourriture était médiocre La plage était décevante - je donnerais un 5 si la plage était bonne. Bizarre que la plage et la piscine soient ensemble sur ce formulaire d'évaluation (ci-dessous) - la piscine était géniale !

Beautiful site & excellent service! Hotel grounds were impeccably kept. Staff were super friendly and happy and not pushy at all. Gabriel is an amazing asset to this hotel - truly cares about guest experience. Food was mediocre Beach was disappointing - would give this a 5 if the beach was good. Strange that beach & pool are together on this rating form (below) - pool was great!
