Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons fait un excellent voyage, nous sommes restés 9 jours, la nourriture était excellente au buffet et dans les restaurants (gourmet était notre préféré), aucune réservation n'était nécessaire pour le dîner du soir, ce qui était un plus, les terrains étaient bien entretenus, le personnel était amical et très serviable, aucun problème lors de ce voyage

Great resort Had a great trip ,stayed for 9 days the food was great at the buffet and in the restaurants (gourmet was our favorite) ,no reservations required for dinner in the evening this was a added bonus ,the grounds were well manicured ,the staff were friendly and very helpful,no issues on this trip

Belle station, terrains bien entretenus, très attrayants sur le plan visuel. Choix impressionnant de piscines et de terrains pour se promener. La plage est trop fréquentée. Service excellent. La nourriture était excellente bien qu'il y ait eu une certaine confusion au niveau des réservations.

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons apprécié toutes les installations du complexe. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Le mariage était charmant et bien organisé. La fête sur la plage a été l'une de mes préférées. La plage était bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture. Notre préféré était le restaurant japonais.

Beautiful resort We enjoyed all of the facilities at the resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The wedding was lovely and well organized. The beach party was one of my favourites. The beach was well looked after. We enjoyed the food. Our favourite was the Japanese restaurant.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Déçu

Les piscines étaient superbes, un peu fraîches mais rafraîchissantes, la plage était surpeuplée, j'y suis allé un jour tôt sous la pluie pour trouver une chaise, la deuxième fois je n'ai pas pu trouver de chaise, la plage est trop petite pour ce grand resort, très décevant, le terrain est magnifique, très bien entretenu, il est difficile de communiquer car ils ne parlent pas couramment l'anglais, le buffet était petit et la nourriture peu variée. Dissapointed The pools were great..a little cool but refreshing.The beach was over crowded...went one day early in the rain to get a chair.second time wasn't able to find chair.the beach is too small for that large resort..very disappointing. The grounds are beautiful ,very well maintained.Difficult to communicate as they are not fluent speaking in english.Buffet was small and poor section in food. Again over crowded...if you don't get there first thing it is cold and picked over.

Punta Cana Princess: un lieu de villégiature idéal

Comme d'habitude, l'hôtel est superbe, le service est excellent et le personnel vous accueille chaleureusement. Nous venons à l'hôtel depuis dix ans et nous avons l'intention d'y retourner l'année prochaine. La nourriture est très bonne, en particulier le poulet et les côtelettes de porc, le bœuf, comme partout sur l'île, est un peu dur. Les fruits et légumes sont abondants et très frais.

perfect resort As usual the resort was great, the service was excellent and the staff make you feel very welcomed.We have been at the resort for the past ten years and intend to go back next year. The food is very good especially the chicken and the pork chops, the beef as everywhere on the island is a bit tough. Fruit and vegetables are aplenty and very fresh.

Catalonia Bavaro Resort: Excellente station

Le Catalonia Bavaro Resort est magnifique. Les terrains sont très bien entretenus et les logements sont charmants. La piscine est la zone de divertissement et le personnel vous fait participer. Le temps en janvier était fabuleux : 27-30 degrés Celsius tous les jours. Le prix en vaut la peine.

Excellant Resort The Catalonia Bavaro Resort was beautiful. Very well kept grounds and the accommodation were lovely. The pool area is the fun zone and the staff keep you engaged. Weather in January was fabulous 27-30 Celsius every day. Well worth the money.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Déçu

Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre, mais j'ai été très déçue. Nous avions été surclassés au Golden Royal et les chambres n'étaient pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Les chambres n'étaient pas fraîches et propres. Il manquait des objets dans notre surclassement et s'ils manquent à la fin de votre voyage, ils vous seront facturés en supposant qu'ils étaient dans la chambre au début de vos vacances. J'ai appelé pour obtenir nos manteaux de maison, ce service les a apportés et les a jetés sur n [... lire plus]otre lit comme du linge tout juste sorti du séchoir, mélangé à d'autres vêtements. Environ 4 jours plus tard, nous en avons finalement reçu de nouveaux. La nourriture n'était pas un cinq étoiles, loin de là, à un moment donné, elle n'était pas comestible et était froide. Le terrain est magnifique, les plages sont belles et les gens sont très sympathiques. Le temps était magnifique mais je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à mes amis qui s'attendent à un hôtel cinq étoiles, alors qu'il s'agit peut-être d'un hôtel trois étoiles.

Disappointed I'm not one for complaining, but I was very disappointed. We had upgraded to the golden royal and the rooms were not what I expected. The rooms did not feel fresh and clean. There were items missing in our upgrade and if they are missing at the end of your trip you would be charged for them with them assuming that they were in the room at the start of your vacation. I called to get our house coats this service brought them and dump them on our bed like laundry just pulled out of the dryer mixed in with other laundry. About 4 days later we finally got new ones. The food was not a five star by any means at some point it was actually not edible and cold. The grounds are beautiful the beaches are Lovely and the people are very friendly. The weather was great but I would not recommend this to my friends who would be expecting a five star resort this may have been a 3.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: OÙ SONT...

C'était notre deuxième visite dans ce complexe et la dernière fois, ma fille s'y était mariée et nous avions réservé 75 invités. Nous sommes revenus car nous avions apprécié notre première visite, mais voici pourquoi nous ne nous voyons pas revenir et nous ne recommanderons pas ce complexe à nos amis. Les terrains sont magnifiques, les nombreux ouvriers travaillent avec diligence. La plage est surpeuplée - est-ce l'ajout du Fantasia Resort qui donne l'impression d'être dans un parc urbain ou u [... lire plus]n festival très fréquenté ? Il n'y a même plus de place pour une promenade relaxante car les nombreux clients jouent au soccer, au frisbee ou au football dans la même zone, ce qui fait qu'une personne se fait écraser. C'est un endroit où les blessures peuvent survenir car les joueurs n'ont conscience de personne d'autre que de ceux qui jouent, mais ils devraient eux aussi avoir de l'espace pour jouer... mais ils n'en ont pas. Le service de buffet au Bavaro et au Punta Cana était inexistant. Il n'y avait personne pour nous asseoir et lors d'un petit déjeuner, nous avons été accueillis et assis, nous sommes ensuite allés chercher notre nourriture et difficile de savoir pourquoi, mais pendant que nous étions au buffet, notre table a été donnée à un nouveau couple, ce qui n'a été déterminé que lorsque j'ai vu un chapeau sur la table qui était la nôtre. Lorsqu'ils sont également arrivés à la table et ont dit que c'était leur table, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un moment embarrassant pour expliquer que nous avions également été assis là, mais comme le serveur et les autres clients parlaient espagnol entre eux, on nous a dit de bouger, mais nous avons dû attendre qu'une table soit prête. Je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi gênée, et lorsque nous avons eu notre table, notre nourriture était froide et il a fallu attendre longtemps avant que l'on nous serve du café ou de l'eau. En fait, nous avions presque terminé avant que quelqu'un ne vienne nous proposer quelque chose et, à ce moment-là, c'était absolument hors de question. Il y a beaucoup d'autres exemples de service épouvantable dans ces deux buffets et j'ai de la compassion pour le personnel qui travaille rapidement, mais soit il y a un manque de personnel, soit ils n'ont tout simplement pas de système. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir que nous pouvions manger au buffet Turguesa et nous avons commencé à faire le plus long trajet vers ce buffet. La nourriture était meilleure et le personnel était là pour offrir de l'eau/des boissons dans les cinq premières minutes après avoir été assis.

WHERE ARE... This was our second visit to the resort and last time my daughter was married at the resort and we had 75 guests book. We returned as we enjoyed our first visit but below is why we can not see ourselves returning and we will not recommend this resort to any of other friends. The grounds are beautiful, the many labourers working so diligently. The beach area is overcrowded - is it the addition of the Fantasia Resort that makes the beach area seem like we are in a busy city park or festival. There isn't any room to even enjoy a relaxing walk as the many guests are also playing soccer, frisbee or football in the same area, so a person gets ran over. Definitely a place where injuries can occur as the players are not aware of anyone but those playing the game but they too should have the space to play...but they do not have anywhere. Buffet service at both the Bavaro and Punta Cana were non existent. There was no one to sit us and at one breakfast we were greeted and sat, we then went to get our food and hard to know why, but while at the buffet our table was given to a new couple which was only determined as I saw a hatin the table that was it ours. when they too arrived at the table and said it was there table, we were left in an awkward moment to explain we also had been sat there but since the waiter and other guests spoke Spanish to one another, we were told to move but had to wait for a table to become ready. I have never felt so embarrassed and when we were given our table our food was cold and it still took a long time to get service for coffee or water. In fact, we were almost done before anyone came to offer and by that time it was absolutely beyond reasonable. There are many other instances of terrible service in both of these buffet areas and I feel compassion to the staff working as they are working quickly but there is either a lack of staff or they just do not have a system. We were so fortunate to figure out we could eat at the Turguesa buffet and started to make the longer trip to that buffet. The food was better and the staff were there to offer water/beverages within the first five minutes of being seated.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Superbe station balnéaire

Notre séjour a dépassé toutes nos espérances. Notre mariage s'est déroulé sans problème. L'hôtel était tout ce qu'il y avait de mieux. Tous nos invités n'auraient pas pu passer un meilleur moment. Le personnel était également formidable

Awesome resort Speachless our stay was more than we could have imagined. Our wedding went off without a glitch. The resort was everything and more. All of our guests could not of had a better time. The staff was amazing as well

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: C'était bien

J'ai trouvé que l'hôtel lui-même et le terrain étaient superbes. Je n'ai pas été satisfait du personnel en ce qui concerne les objets perdus ou volés. De plus, les chambres n'ont jamais été approvisionnées en gants de toilette ou en serviettes et rien n'a été fait pour les pourboires. Le concierge poussant (essentiellement) les time shares a été une grande déception. Contrarié par le fait que le personnel de l'enregistrement n'a pas mentionné qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur dans les bâtiments o [... lire plus]ù vous séjournez, et nous a placés (avec deux enfants de 3 ans et moins) au troisième étage.

It was okay Thought the hotel itself and grounds were great. Was not happy with staff regarding lost/stolen items. Also, the rooms were never stocked with wash cloths or hand towels and nothing extra done with tips. Concierge pushing (basically) time shares was a big turn off. Upset that the check in staff failed to mention that there were no elevators in the buildings where you stay, and placed us (with two children 3 and under) on the third floor.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Un lieu de villégiature charmant et élégant. La chambre était superbe. Nous avons été surclassés par le personnel au Diamond Club. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi, mais c'était une bonne surprise. Quelques avantages supplémentaires dans le Diamond Club. Le service dans certains domaines pourrait être amélioré, mais dans l'ensemble il était excellent. Le buffet était fabuleux. Il y en avait plus qu'il n'en fallait. Je ne suis allée qu'au restaurant Steakhouse. J'ai apprécié, mais pas mon mari. Mais [... lire plus] il a aussi eu un fabuleux steak cuit devant lui au buffet qui était à tomber ! Nous n'avons pas été déçus !

Amazing Resort Lovely, elegant resort. Room was lovely. We were upgraded by the staff to the Diamond Club. Not sure why but it was a nice surprise. A few extra perks in the diamond club. Service in some areas could be improved but overall it was great. The buffet was fabulous. More than you could possibly want. Only went to the Steakhouse restaurant. I enjoyed it, my husband did not. But he also had a fabulous steak cooked fresh in front of him at the buffet which was to die for! We were not disappointed!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Mon expérience à Punta Cana

La nourriture et l'hébergement étaient bons. La piscine et la plage étaient très agréables. Par contre, mon téléphone était en panne et il a fallu 2 jours pour que quelqu'un vienne le réparer. J'ai dû continuer à demander des gants de toilette. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'une femme de chambre soit venue à ma porte à 9h30 le jour où nous devions partir pour nettoyer la chambre alors que nous avions jusqu'à 11 heures pour partir. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'ils aient coupé le service de câble [... lire plus] peu après minuit le mercredi alors que nous avions la chambre jusqu'à 11 heures le jeudi. J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans un hôtel où j'ai la possibilité d'aller au rez-de-chaussée pour l'Internet et la nourriture/les boissons. La villa était une nouvelle expérience mais je ne séjournerais plus dans une villa. Mes voisins dans la chambre adjacente étaient également extrêmement bruyants !

My Punta Cana Experience The food and accomodations were good. Pool and beach were very nice. ON the not so good side, my phone was broken and it took 2 days for someone to come and fix it. I had to keep on asking for facecloths. I did not like the fact that a maid came to my door at 9:30 in the morning on the day we were to check out to clean the room even though we had until 11 am. to check out. I did not like the fact that they cut the cable service shortly after 12 midnight on Wednesday even though we had the room until 11 am on Thursday. I am used to staying in a hotel where I have the convenience of going downstairs for Internet and food/drinks. The villa was a new experience but I would not stay in a villa again. My neighbours in the adjoining room were also extremely noisy!

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Médiocre

A part la plage, nous n'avons pas été très impressionnés par ce complexe. Les piscines étaient beaucoup trop froides. Les souvenirs étaient hors de prix et le personnel de l'ensemble de l'établissement m'a mis mal à l'aise. Je ne me suis pas du tout sentie la bienvenue. Les chambres étaient très moisies et démodées.

Mediocre Aside from the beach we were not overly impressed with this resort. The pools were way to cold. The souvenirs were overpriced and the staff at the whole resort made me feel awkward. I did not feel welcomed at all. The rooms were very musty and way outdated.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Mon paradis

Grand Palladium Punta Cana - c'est notre troisième visite et nous l'appelons la maison loin de la maison - tout ce que vous pouvez demander est là ! Excellent de bout en bout, nous n'avons jamais été déçus. William, le barman, est incroyable ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! La plage est magnifique, la nourriture est incroyable, je pourrais continuer encore et encore, mais vous devez en faire l'expérience par vous-même ! Je recommande vivement le Grand Palladium Punta Cana !!! J'ai hâte d'y ret [... lire plus]ourner !!!!

My Paradise Grand Palladium Punta Cana this is our 3rd visit and we call it home away from home everything you can ask for is there! Excellent through and through we have yet been disappointed. William the bartender is amazing! Excellent value for your money! Stunning beach food is amazing I can go on and on but you must experience it for yourself! Highly recommend Grand Palladium Punta Cana!!! Can't wait to go again!!!!

c'était génial. La nourriture était très bonne, tout comme les piscines et les installations de la plage. Le transport à l'intérieur du complexe était très bien organisé. Le service dans les chambres était excellent. Le programme de divertissement était très bon.

great resort of bahia it was great. The food was very very good, so was the swimming pools and the facilities at the beach. The transport within the resort was very well organised. rooom service was excellent. The entertainment program were very good.

Riu Bambu: Grand complexe. Très propre. Moderne

Le complexe est grand, car il y a plusieurs bâtiments à deux niveaux. J'ai séjourné dans le 714, qui était très bien. C'était plus au milieu, je dirais. Je n'ai pas eu de mal à marcher, ce qui est normal dans ce complexe. Très propre. De belles chambres modernes. J'aurais aimé que la piscine soit plus grande et qu'il y ait plus de zones peu profondes. Le bar de la piscine était malheureusement assez petit et toujours bondé. C'était bien d'avoir la possibilité d'aller dans les différents c [... lire plus]entres de villégiature. Cependant, l'hôtel était tellement grand que je n'ai pas eu le temps de voir les autres stations. La nourriture était incroyable, les buffets avaient beaucoup à offrir, et je ne suis allée qu'aux cartes italiennes et mexicaines (qui étaient aussi des buffets, ce que j'aime).

Large resort. Very clean. Modern The resort was large, as there were several buildings, with 2 levels. I stayed in 714, which was great. It was more in the middle i would say. I didn't mind the walking though, which is expected at this resort. Very clean. Beautiful modern rooms. I wish the pool was bigger, and would have been nice if there were more shallower areas. The swim up bar area was rather small unfortunately and always packed. It was nice to be able to have to option to go to the different resorts also. However, it was so big, I didn't have enough time to even see the other resorts. The food was amazing, the buffets had so much to offer, and I only went to the italian and mexican a la cartes (which was buffet style also which I like).

Riu Palace Punta Cana: Riu Palace Punta Cana - Très bien !!!

Bien qu'il ne soit pas aussi moderne que les autres hôtels Riu, cet hôtel est très agréable, très propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture des buffets était excellente et très variée. Les restaurants à la carte étaient également excellents et il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver, ce qui est souvent le cas dans d'autres hôtels. Nous avons réussi à manger dans les 5 restaurants pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement aux autres hôtels de faire de même, c'est-à-dire de ne pas réserver. Le proc [... lire plus]essus de réservation est souvent problématique et, par conséquent, les voyageurs sont limités à un ou deux restaurants pendant leur séjour. Merci au Riu Palace Punta Cana d'avoir fait ce changement. Le terrain, les espaces publics, la plage... tout est très très bien. Bravo au Riu Palace Punta Cana pour cette semaine agréable.

Riu Palace Punta Cana - Quite Nice!!! Although not as modern as other Riu hotels, this hotel is quite nice, very clean and well maintained. The food at the buffets was excellent with a great variety to chose from. The 'à la carte' restaurants were also excellent with no need to make reservations which is often a problem with other hotels. We managed to eat at all 5 restaurants during our stay. I would highly recommend other hotels to follow suit i.e. no reservations. The reservation process is often problematic and, as a result, travellers are limited to one or two restaurants during their stay. Thank you to Riu Palace Punta Cana for making this change. The grounds, public areas, the beach ... all very very good. Bravo to the Riu Palace Punta Cana for an enjoyable week.

Occidental Caribe: Un centre de villégiature merveilleux et extraordinaire

J'ai trouvé que le complexe avait beaucoup à offrir, il y avait une zone de fête où je voulais me divertir et une zone de piscine tranquille où je pouvais me détendre et m'amuser. J'ai trouvé que le complexe était assez grand pour qu'on puisse se promener et profiter des sites, des bâtiments, des piscines et de la plage, le bar de la plage était assez proche. J'ai pu entrer dans les restaurants et la nourriture y était excellente. J'ai apprécié les divertissements tous les soirs et il y avait qu [... lire plus]elque chose de différent chaque soir. Ma chambre était merveilleuse avec une vue fantastique sur l'océan, et j'ai pu profiter de la vue depuis mon balcon. J'y retournerai et je m'y amuserai.

A wonderful, amazing resort I thought the resort had much to offer, there was a party area when I wanted to be entertained and then there was a quiet pool area were I could relax and enjoy myself. I thought the resort was big enough that you could walk around and enjoy the sites and the building and the pools areas and beach, the beach bar was close enough to get to.. Able to get into the restaurants and they had amazing food. I enjoyed the entertainment every night and it was something different each evening. My room was wonderful with a fantastic ocean view, and I could enjoy looking from my balcony. I would go again and enjoy myself.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Complexe Bahia Principe REsort à couper le souffle

Magnifique aménagement paysager luxuriant, propre et bien organisé. Les piscines étaient impeccables et bien entretenues. Le service était spectaculaire. La nourriture était la meilleure de toutes les destinations. Les repas étaient bien représentés et les buffets étaient innombrables. Notre chambre se trouvait dans le bloc 94, entre les deux piscines et à proximité de tout. La plage était agréable, ma femme l'a adorée.

Breathtaking Bahia Principe REsort Complex Beautiful lush landscaping, clean and well organized. Pools were spotless and well maintained. Service was spectacular. The food was the best at any destination. The meals were well represented and the buffets were endless. Our room was in the 94 block, in between the two pools and close to everything. The Beach was nice, my wife loved it.

Great time The resort was off a post card Soft sand endless beach butler service and staff were nice and always had a smile on their face You have to try the majestic drink I had a blast if go back to punta Cana will Stay at same resort
