Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Station balnéaire déplorable

Nous n'avons pas eu une bonne expérience dans cet hôtel, nous sommes arrivés et la chambre était. Nous avons reçu notre chambre une heure plus tard, elle était très sale avec beaucoup de mouches. Nous nous sommes plaints deux fois et on nous a dit qu'elle serait nettoyée, ils sont venus la première fois et elle n'a pas été nettoyée, nous avons dû nous plaindre à nouveau car la salle de bain avait des toiles d'araignées et toutes ces mouches, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, on nous a dit [... lire plus] que nous devrions attendre un jour, donc le lendemain nous avons changé de chambre et puis le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas, finalement il a été réparé à 11 heures puis chaque nuit après il s'éteignait tout seul pendant la journée et nous revenions et la chambre était à 28 heures. Le réfrigérateur du bar n'a été rempli qu'une fois pendant la semaine où nous étions là et chaque fois que nous avons demandé des choses, les employés étaient impolis. J'ai utilisé Trip Central pour réserver ce voyage et ils ont été incroyables avec de l'aide donc je leur donne 5 étoiles mais ce resort était mauvais dès le premier jour et je n'aime pas que les employés se soient moqués de nous. La nourriture était correcte, la plage et les piscines étaient superbes. La vie nocturne n'était pas très animée.

Awful resort We did not have a good experience visiting this hotel, we showed up and the room was. It ready so they said they upgraded us to the fantasia, we got our room an hour later, it was very dirty with lots of flys. We complained twice and where told it would be cleaned they came the first time and it did not get cleaned, had to complain again since the bathroom had cobwebs and all these flys, asked to be switched rooms told us we would half to wait a day, so next day we switched rooms and than the air conditioner wouldn't work, finally got it fixed at 11 than each night after it would shut itself off during the day and we would come back and the room would be 28. Bar fridge was only filled once the week we where there and anytime we asked for things the workers where rude. I used trip central to book this trip and they where incredible with help so I give them 5 stars but this resort was bad from day one and I don't like that the workers pretty well laughed at us. The food was okay, and beach and pools where great. Night life not much went on.

TRS Turquesa: Excellent centre de villégiature, excellent service

Nous avons voyagé dans les suites royales, du 15 au 22 janvier 2017. C'est notre deuxième fois là-bas, la première fois était il y a environ 5 ans. Le terrain et la plage étaient magnifiques, et les chambres, les zones de lobby et les allées étaient impeccables. Il y a maintenant 2 restaurants exclusifs pour les clients des Royal Suites, et la nourriture était très bonne dans les deux, qui comprenait du homard, des pétoncles, des crevettes, etc, et plusieurs coupes différentes de steaks. Nou [... lire plus]s avons également mangé au restaurant japonais Tappanyaki, qui était également très bon. Nous avons assisté aux spectacles nocturnes dans le petit théâtre, qui étaient très bons, puis nous sommes allés au bar du hall du Royal Suites. Le spectacle y était plus proche d'une scène de bar avec piano, mais très bon. Les barmans, Juan et Mabel, pouvaient préparer toutes les boissons imaginables et étaient très attentifs et sympathiques. Je ne pense pas avoir eu un service aussi bon dans un autre complexe hôtelier. Si j'avais un point négatif, ce serait qu'il fallait se lever entre 5h15 et 5h30 pour poser une serviette sur les chaises et les palapas afin de la réserver avant qu'elle ne soit prise. Si vous alliez à la piscine ou à la plage après 6h00, toutes les chaises étaient réservées, même si des panneaux indiquaient que ce n'était pas possible. Certaines personnes ont réservé des places autour de la piscine et de la plage et ont fait des allers-retours tout au long de la journée, prenant ainsi deux places. Dans l'ensemble, nous pensons que c'est l'un des meilleurs voyages que nous ayons jamais fait.

Excellent resort, great service We travelled to the Royal Suites, Jan 15 - 22, 2017. This is our second time there, first time was about 5 years ago. The grounds and beach were beautiful, and the rooms, lobby areas, and walkways were spotless. There are now 2 exclusive restaurants for the Royal Suites guests, and the food was very good at both, which included lobster, scallops, shrimp etc, and several different cuts of steaks. We also ate at the Japanese tappanyaki restaurant, which was also very good. We went to the nightly entertainment in the smaller theater and it was very good, then to the lobby bar at the Royal Suites. The entertainment there was more of a piano type bar scene, but very good. The bartenders, Juan and Mabel could make any drink you could think of, and were very attentive and friendly. I don't think I have had that good service at any other resort. If I had any negatives for our trip, it was that you had to get up at 5:15am - 5:30am to put a towel down on the chairs and palapa hut to reserve it, before they were taken. If you went to the pool or beach after 6:00am, all of the chairs were reserved, even though there are signs that you couldn't do this. Some people reserved spots around the pool and beach, and moved back and forth throughout the day, taking up 2 spaces. Over all, we think that this was one of the best trips we have ever had.

Tropical Deluxe Princess: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Nous avons adoré le terrain, notre chambre, la nourriture et l'hospitalité. Nous avons trouvé la piscine un peu froide mais la plage était d'un sable blanc magnifique. Les employés du complexe sont très sympathiques et serviables. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Amazing Resort!! We loved the grounds, our room, the food and the hospitality. We found the pool to be a little cold but the beach was a wonderful white sand. The workers on the resort are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Catalonia Bavaro Resort: Absolument merveilleux

Le complexe hôtelier Catalonia Bavaro a dépassé nos attentes. Nous y avons passé une semaine du 18 au 25 janvier. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, très propres, le lit était confortable, il y avait beaucoup de serviettes et le réfrigérateur était bien rempli. Tout dans ce centre de villégiature était merveilleux. Le hall d'entrée, la piscine et la plage disposaient d'un grand nombre de chaises, de sorte qu'il y avait toujours de la place pour s'asseoir. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il n'était pas  [... lire plus]nécessaire de réserver les restaurants de spécialités et qu'il n'y avait aucun problème pour y entrer....nous avons fait les 4 et ils étaient tous incroyables....Je donnerais à chaque endroit un 5 plus à tous points de vue. Enfin, le personnel était le meilleur, toujours amical, poli et prêt à faire tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour rendre notre séjour mémorable... et pas seulement pour obtenir un pourboire. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à toute personne souhaitant se rendre à Punta Cana et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute... Merci pour ces superbes vacances !

Absolutely Wonderful The Catalonia Bavaro resort bypassed our expectations. We spent a week there from Jan 18 to 25th. The rooms were spacious, very clean, bed was comfortable, lots of towels, and fridge was fully stocked. Everything about this resort was wonderful. The lobby, pool area, beach had an abundant of chairs so there was always seating. Love that you did not have to book the specialty restaurants and there was no issue at all getting in to them....we did all 4 and they were all amazing....I would give every area a 5 plus in every way. Last but not least the staff were the best, always friendly, polite and willing to go out of their way to do anything they could to make our stay a memorable one...and not just to get a tip. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone interested in going to a Punta Cana and will definitely return...thanks for a great vacation!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: "Grand" ; a raison !

Le luxueux Grand Bahia Principe Esmeralda est l'un des cinq complexes hôteliers de cette propriété, qui accueille plus de 3 000 personnes et partage le même front de mer. Si votre priorité absolue est la plage, vous n'apprécierez pas ce complexe, car vous y êtes entassés comme des cornichons, sans aucun espace personnel. Si vous préférez une palapa, préparez-vous à vous réveiller vers 6h30 pour en obtenir une. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et très propres, avec de nombreux rangements. "Grand" is right! Luxury Grand Bahia Principe Esmeralda is one of about 5 resorts combined on this property rooming over 3000 people that all share the same beachfront. If your #1 priority is beach, you will not appreciate this resort as you're packed like pickles with zero personal space. If you prefer a palapa, prepare to awaken around 6:30 a.m. to get one. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean with ample storage. Beds are comfortable with a med-firm mattress. Large pools at a comfortable temperature, very clean with pool bar. Every a-la-carte was very good and all restaurants have vegetarian choices.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: De superbes vacances

C'était notre troisième voyage au Majestic Colonial en République démocratique du Congo. C'est le plus ancien des trois complexes reliés entre eux : le Colonial, le Majestic Elegance et le Majestic Mirage (qui a ouvert ses portes récemment). Le fait d'être le plus ancien signifie que les chambres peuvent avoir quelques problèmes de décoration, mais cela signifie aussi que le terrain a eu le temps de se transformer en un paysage magnifique et luxuriant. Nous nous sommes promenés dans les autres c [... lire plus]omplexes et ils sont très beaux, mais le Colonial offre, à notre avis, un meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Nous passons très peu de temps dans notre chambre, si ce n'est pour dormir dans les lits très confortables. Pourquoi rester à l'intérieur quand la piscine et la plage sont si belles ? Il n'est pas nécessaire d'apporter des sèche-cheveux, du shampoing, de l'après-shampoing, du dentifrice, des brosses à dents, etc. car ils sont fournis et réapprovisionnés tous les jours. Ils sont fournis et réapprovisionnés tous les jours. Le réfrigérateur est bien approvisionné en boissons et la cafetière permet de se préparer un café tôt le matin dans la chambre. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits ensoleillés et ombragés pour s'asseoir, pas besoin de se lever tôt pour trouver des chaises longues comme c'est souvent le cas dans d'autres stations. La plage est magnifique, avec du sable poudreux et de l'eau turquoise, et de nombreuses places assises sont disponibles. Nous avons séjourné à la fois dans la section réservée aux adultes du Colonial club et dans la section réservée aux familles. Vous bénéficierez d'avantages supplémentaires (deux piscines privées, service de majordome, accès au Club house, etc.) dans la section réservée aux adultes, mais cette année, nous avons trouvé ces avantages inutiles et nous avons été heureux de nous en passer. La piscine principale est si grande (et si belle) qu'on ne s'y sent jamais à l'étroit. Les piscines réservées aux adultes ont tendance à devenir plus bruyantes en raison de la consommation d'alcool ! Nous avons trouvé que la nourriture était meilleure à chaque voyage, ce qui montre leur volonté d'améliorer leur service et d'écouter les recommandations des clients. Nous avons mangé au buffet la plupart des soirs car il y avait plus d'options et moins de risques de se faire servir des plats que l'on n'aime pas. Nous aimons ce complexe parce qu'il est suffisamment grand pour ne jamais se sentir à l'étroit, mais suffisamment petit pour que l'on puisse se promener partout confortablement. Le personnel est amical, serviable et arrangeant et s'efforce d'assurer votre confort. Je pense que c'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances tranquilles et paisibles. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire si vous le souhaitez, mais si vous recherchez une atmosphère de fête, ce n'est pas votre premier choix. Autre chose ! Mon mari apprécie le fait que le centre de villégiature ne soit pas trop éloigné de l'aéroport (environ une demi-heure). Nous prenons l'avion d'Air Transat et ils fournissent le transport vers et depuis le centre de villégiature, ce qui est très bien.

Great vacation This was our third trip to the Majestic Colonial in the DR. It is the oldest of three connected resorts; the Colonial, Majestic Elegance and the Majestic Mirage (which opened just recently). Being the oldest means that the rooms may have some issues with tired decor but it also means that the grounds have had time to mature into a beautiful and lush landscape. We walked around the other resorts and they are very nice, but the Colonial offers better value for your money in our view. We spend very little time in our room except to sleep in their very comfortable beds. Why be indoors when the pool and beach areas are so beautiful? No need to bring blow driers, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc. as they are provided and replenished daily. There is also a well stocked fridge with beverages and a coffee pot for an early morning brew in your room. There are plenty of sunny and shady areas to sit, no worries about having to get up early to secure lounges as happens often at other resorts. The beach area is beautiful, powdery sand and turquoise water with lots of seating available. We have stayed at both the Colonial club adults only section and on the side for families. You will get some extra perks (two private pools, butler service, access to the Club house, etc.) in the adults only side, but for us this year, we found the extras unnecessary and were happy to do without. The main pool here is so large (and beautiful) that you never feel crowded. The adults only pool areas tended to get noisy as more alcohol was consumed! We found the food to be better on each trip, which indicates their willingness to improve their service and listen to customer recommendations. We ate at the buffet most nights as there were more options and less chance of being served food you might not like. We love this resort because it is large enough to never feel crowded but small enough that you can walk everywhere comfortably. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating and work hard to ensure your comfort. I think it is the ideal place for a quiet and peaceful vacation. There is plenty to do if you are so inclined, but if you are looking for a party-like atmosphere this resort would not be your first choice. One other thing! My husband likes the fact that the resort is not too far from the airport (about half hour away). We fly Air Transat and they provide transportation to and from the resort which is great.

TRS Cap Cana Hotel: Très belle situation

L'hôtel est charmant. Les terrains sont bien entretenus et sont magnifiques. Les vues sur les piscines et le pont vers l'eau sont incroyables. Les piscines sont superbes. La plage est très petite mais très jolie. Les divertissements étaient excellents et se déroulaient principalement à l'Alsol Luxury. Le restaurant était passable, mais pas cinq étoiles. Le personnel d'accueil était sympathique. La chambre était bien, spacieuse et le balcon offrait une belle vue. Le ménage n'était  [... lire plus]pas bon. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel lui-même et le terrain sont très jolis. Le ménage n'est pas fiable, la nourriture est juste correcte.

Beautiful location The hotel is lovely. Grounds are well tended and look beautiful. The vistas looking out over the pools and bridge towards the water are amazing. The pools are great. The beach area is very small but quite pretty. The entertainment was great and mostly at the Alsol Luxury. The dining was passable but not five star. The hospitality staff were friendly. The room was fine, spacious and the balcony had a nice view. Housekeeping was not good. Overall, the hotel itself & the grounds are very pretty. Housekeeping is not reliable, food is just okay.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature magnifique !

Le Level Adult du Melia Caribe Tropical Resort est un endroit idéal pour se détendre pendant les vacances. Le personnel est exceptionnel, en particulier Jose Minaya, notre majordome, qui a fait bouger les choses. Il n'a jamais cessé de nous surprendre. Beautiful amazing resort! The Level Adult at the Melia Caribe Tropical resort is a great place to relax while on holiday. The staff is outstanding especially Jose Minaya our butler he definitely made things happen. He never ceased to amaze us. Jose surprised us with a horse and buggy ride for our special dinner. Ocean Blue and Sand: Une excellente façon de passer notre lune de miel !

C'était notre premier voyage hors du Canada et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et personne n'a jamais demandé de pourboire. Marino, notre barman privilégié sur la plage, était EXTRAORDINAIRE. Toujours prêt à offrir une boisson - il nous a même cherché à mi-chemin sur la plage pour nous apporter de la bière (même si nous n'étions pas dans notre zone Privilege). L'hôtel est agréable et facile à parcourir. La station n'était pas immense, il était d [... lire plus]onc facile de s'y promener. La seule chose qui aurait pu l'améliorer, c'est qu'il y ait plus de spectacles, de bars et de lieux de détente. La nourriture était bonne, à l'exception du Blue Moon - nous étions malades après celui-ci. Enrique (notre concierge) était très sympathique et agréable à discuter. Il nous a même offert un beau cadeau pour notre lune de miel le dernier jour. La plage a besoin d'être améliorée, mais notre chambre était à quelques mètres de l'océan, c'était donc génial. Les vendeurs des boutiques de la station peuvent être un peu envahissants lorsque vous vous rendez sur la plage, mais ils sont toujours sympathiques et pas insistants.

Great way to spend our honeymoon! Our first ever trip out of Canada and we had a blast. The hotel staff was super friendly, never once did anyone ask for a tip. Marino, our beach side privilege bartender was AMAZING. Always ready with a drink - he even hunted us down half way down the beach to bring us beer (even though we were not within our Privilege area). The resort was nice, easy to get around. The resort was not huge so easy to walk around. Only thing That would of made it better was more shows, bars and hang outs. Food was good, with the exception of the Blue Moon - we were sick after that one. Enrique (our concierge) was very friendly and fun to chat with. He even gave us a beautiful gift for our honeymoon on our last day. The beach needs some work but our room was within feet of the ocean so it was great. The shop vendors off the resort could be a little overwhelming when you step on the beach but they are still friendly and not pushy.

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Un centre de villégiature et des terrains magnifiques

Le complexe et le terrain étaient magnifiquement entretenus. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le terrain était bien entretenu. Les piscines étaient équipées de bars et, entre les restaurants et le barbecue de la plage, la nourriture n'était jamais loin. La plage était très propre et dotée de nombreuses chaises longues. Le personnel était attentif, joyeux, très serviable et arrangeant. Le bâtiment principal dispose de deux grandes salles à manger avec un buffet à thème différent chaque jo [... lire plus]ur. La nourriture était délicieuse et le choix très varié. Le complexe est très accueillant pour les familles, certaines zones étant plus conviviales pour les enfants que d'autres, ce qui permet de se retrouver dans une zone plus adulte. Il y avait un spectacle différent pour les enfants à la piscine chaque après-midi et un autre spectacle familial chaque soir. Très bon séjour !

Beautiful Resort and Grounds The resort and grounds were beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. The grounds were well tended. The pools had swim up bars and between the restaurants and beach BBQ, food was never far away. The beach was very clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The staff at every turn were attentive, cheerful and very helpful and accommodating. The main building had two large dining rooms with a different themed buffet every day. The food was delicious and there was a large variety to choose from. Very family friendly resort with certain areas more kid friendly than others so if you wanted to be in a more adult area it was easily possible. There was a different show for the kids at the pool every afternoon and another family show every evening. Great time!

Paradisus Palma Real Golf and Spa Resort: A couper le souffle, paix et solitude

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Il est impeccable. Le personnel ne peut pas en faire assez pour vous. Beaucoup d'activités. Vous pouvez marcher sur la plage pendant des kilomètres. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à choisir ! Le bruit de l'océan nous manquait depuis notre chambre, mais nous avons adoré la vue sur les jardins ! Royalton Splash Punta Cana: C'est amusant !

Ma famille et moi revenons tout juste de vacances à l'hôtel memories splash Punta Cana et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Mon enfant de trois ans a absolument adoré les installations et nous avons été assez satisfaits de l'expérience ! Beaucoup de choix au buffet, pas de file d'attente au restaurant et facile d'obtenir des lits d'enfants en haute saison ! Le personnel était très réactif et nous avons été assez satisfaits !

Fun times! My family and I just got back from a vacation at memories splash Punta Cana and we had a great time! My three-year-old absolutely love the facilities and we were fairly pleased with the experience! Lots of choice at the buffet and no lineups for the restaurant & easy to get cots in high season! Staff was very responsive him we were fairly pleased!

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

L'hôtel était magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable et l'attention portée aux détails était louable. Le service était toujours souriant et la nourriture était absolument délicieuse, très variée et toujours fraîche. Nous avons apprécié le choix de buffets et de restaurants à la carte. La plage était très proche (à 1 minute en trolley) ou à 10 minutes à pied. Le parc aquatique pour les enfants était absolument merveilleux, je n'arrivais pas à les faire partir.

Amazing Resort!! The hotel was beautiful, immaculately clean and the attention to detail was commendable. The service was always with a smile and the food was absolutely delicious, lots of variety and fresh all the time. We appreciated the choice of buffets and the a la carte restaurants. The beach was very close (just a 1 minute trolley ride) or 10 minute walk. The waterpark for the kids was absolutely wonderful, I couldn't get them to leave.

Awesome resort, great food! The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the seaweed in the water and on the beach. The steak house and the carribean were by far my favourite restaurants!!

Les gens sont très sympathiques, la nourriture est excellente et l'agencement de l'hôtel est parfait. Il y a toujours des chaises disponibles à la piscine. Le service clientèle est excellent avec des appels téléphoniques pour savoir si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel

Beautiful resort Best resort we have been to!.The people were so friendly,the food was awesome,and the layout of the resort was perfect.Always chairs available at the pool area.Great customer service with the phone calls to see if we needed anything .We loved this resort😊
