Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

C'est un véritable bijou. L'entrée de l'hôtel est comme une royauté. La nourriture était excellente, en particulier les restaurants buffets, avec tant de choix de plats, de superbes divertissements, des terrains très propres et bien entretenus, pas un seul déchet à voir nulle part. Le personnel est très agréable et respectueux. Mes deux seules suggestions sont que les chambres sont belles mais ont besoin d'un peu de soin, en particulier les carreaux de la salle de bain, les portes de douche et l [... lire plus]a zone désignée pour les fumeurs devrait être déplacée ailleurs. Trop proche de l'endroit où se trouvent les enfants et les non-fumeurs et toute la fumée est inhalée.

Amazing Resort What a Gem of a Resort. The entrance of the Resort is like Royalty. Food was great especially the Buffet Restaurants, so many food choices, great entertainment, the grounds very clean and well kept not a piece of garbage to be seen anywhere. Very pleasant and respectful staff. My only two suggestions is that the rooms are lovely but needs a little tender care especially the tiles in the bathroom, shower doors and the area that is designated for smoking should be moved elsewhere. Too close to where children and non smokers are situated and all the smoke is inhaled.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellentes vacances à Bahia Sian Ka'an

Je sais pourquoi cet hôtel a un taux de retour très élevé ! Avec 4 hôtels en un, il n'y a pas de pénurie de choses à faire et d'endroits où manger. Sian Ka'an est beaucoup plus calme et, d'une manière générale, le public y est plus mûr. Ceci étant dit, un tour de trolley vous emmène aux hôtels frères où il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire. La plage est un peu rocailleuse et je vous recommande de porter des chaussures d'eau pour protéger vos pieds. Le personnel s'efforce de lutter contre les sarg [... lire plus]asses. De nombreux dîners à la carte dans les stations sœurs ne sont pas climatisés et je recommande de s'habiller en conséquence ; portez des tissus respirants, surtout pendant la chaleur estivale ! Je recommande également d'apporter beaucoup de crème solaire et/ou un chapeau, un rash guard, etc. Le soleil mexicain est chaud et ces articles sont assez chers sur la station. La propriété de Sian Ka'an est la plus ombragée, en particulier près des piscines, et offre l'air conditionné dans les restaurants. La plus grande variété d'alcools et de bouteilles de qualité supérieure est facile à obtenir au bar du hall, parfois les bars de la piscine n'ont pas autant de choix. Cela ne m'a pas dérangé, mais certains clients qui voulaient une bouteille spécifique ont été un peu déçus de constater que chaque bar n'avait pas nécessairement toutes les bouteilles. La seule critique que j'aimerais formuler concerne le système de chariots. Les nouveaux ralentisseurs installés du côté de Sian Ka'an, qui vous conduisent aux hôtels frères, aux salles de sport et à la plage, sont un peu brutaux ! Quelle que soit la douceur avec laquelle le conducteur tente de les franchir, et même en se protégeant de l'impact, on peut vraiment sentir les chariots rebondir dans tous les sens ! Ce sont des dos d'âne vissés et j'aimerais vraiment que la station envisage une autre solution plus douce ! De plus, le retour des chariots à Sian Ka'an depuis les autres complexes hôteliers peut parfois prendre un peu de temps, c'est juste une chose à garder à l'esprit. Il y a des divertissements le soir dans le hall, je recommande d'arriver un peu plus tôt pour les places assises. La variété de la nourriture au buffet est vraiment fantastique, avec des thèmes différents chaque soir (par exemple, italien, américain ou mexicain). On nous a également dit que nous pouvions demander au chef de préparer un plat spécifique si nous n'en trouvions pas au buffet. Je n'ai jamais trouvé cela nécessaire étant donné la grande variété et l'assortiment de plats. L'application Bahia était également très utile, pour commander le service en chambre ou communiquer toute demande spéciale dans la chambre (plus d'oreillers, de bouteilles d'eau, etc.) Le personnel du hall, en fait tout le personnel ici, est vraiment si gentil et attentif. Même en pleine chaleur, tout le monde était souriant, agréable et très accueillant ! Le Mexique et Bahia me manquent déjà !

Great holiday at Bahia Sian Ka'an I know why this hotel has a very high return rate! With 4 hotels in one there is no shortage of things to do and places to eat. Sian Ka'an is a lot quieter and generally speaking is a more mature crowd. That being said, a trolley ride takes you to the sister hotels where there are plenty of activities to partake in. The beach is a bit rocky and I would recommend water shoes to protect your feet. The staff also work so diligently to deal with the sargassum. Many of the a la carte dinners on the sister resorts are not air conditioned and I would recommend dressing accordingly; wear breathable fabrics especially in the summer heat! I also recommend bringing lots of suncream and /or a hat, rash guard etc. that mexico sun is hot and these items are quite pricey on the resort. The Sian Ka'an property hosts the most shade, especially by the pools, and offers the a/c in the restaurants. The most variety of alcohol and premium bottles are easy to get at the lobby bar, sometimes pool bars don't have as much selection. Definitely didn't bother me, but some guests wanting a specific bottle were a bit disappointed to find that each bar didn't necessarily have every bottle. The one criticism I would comment on, is the trolley system. The new speed bumps installed on the Sian Ka'an side which take you to the sister hotels, gyms and beach are a bit brutal! No matter how gentle the driver attempted to take them, and even when bracing for the impact of them, you can really feel the trolleys being bounced around! These are the screw in speed bumps and I really wish the resort would consider another more gentle solution! Also, sometimes getting a trolley back to Sian Ka'an from the sister resorts can be a bit time consuming, just something to keep in mind. There's evening entertainment in the lobby area, I do recommend getting there a bit early for seating. The variety of food at the buffet really is fantastic, with different focuses each night (ie. Italian, American or Mexican themed nights). We were also told, we could ask the chef to prepare a specific item if we didn't find items at the buffet. I never found this necessary with the large variety and assortment of dishes. The Bahia app was really helpful also, great for ordering room service or communicating any special requests inside the room (more pillows, water bottles etc.) The lobby staff, in fact all of the staff here are genuinely so kind and attentive. Even in the heat everyone was smiling, pleasant and very inviting! Missing mexico and Bahia already!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre. Les restaurants offrent une diversité de plats de grande qualité avec un service impeccable. L'endroit est parfait pour se déconnecter et se détendre. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre première expérience dans ce complexe et nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Amazing experience end-to-end We had a wonderful time at the Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurants offer a diversity of great quality food with impeccable service. Perfect location to disconnect and relax. We truly enjoyed our first experience at this resort and we can’t wait to go back.

Belle station balnéaire, propre, bonnes chambres, des gens sympas mais le GROS PROBLEME était la mer... très sale, sombre et avec des méduses Parce que la rivière se jette dans la mer Je n'arrive pas à y croire ! Nous voulons profiter de la mer mais nous ne pouvons pas !

Nice Resort but The Sea is dark Nice resort, clean, good rooms, nice people’s but the BIG PROBLEM was the sea... very dirty, dark and jellyfish Because the river flows into the sea I can’t believe that ! We want enjoy the sea but we can’t!

Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa: Bon centre de villégiature

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très bon. En lisant les commentaires avant notre séjour, nous nous sommes demandés si c'était un bon séjour. Il s'est avéré être excellent ! Je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour relaxant et qui en valent le prix.

Good resort Overall our stay in the resort was very good. Reading the reviews before made us question if this is a good stay. It turned out to be great! I recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay, worth the price.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Bahia Pincipe Akumal

Les services d'Edilzar et de son équipe au restaurant Katok étaient phénoménaux ! Nous avons toujours été accueillis comme si nous étions à la maison ! Toujours prêt à nous aider pour toute demande que nous pourrions avoir pendant les repas... Son manager Julian nous a également offert d'excellents services... Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très agréable, à l'exception de quelques petits bémols... 1- La douche de notre première chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien (ce qui est surprenant pour [... lire plus] un hôtel de luxe comme celui-ci). Nous avons signalé la situation à notre arrivée le vendredi et jusqu'au mardi, elle n'était toujours pas réparée. On nous a finalement changé de chambre et tout s'est bien passé. 2- Nous sommes abonnés à l'internet haut débit premium, et bien que cela se soit bien passé pour le premier appareil, cela a été un véritable cauchemar pour ajouter le second appareil et nous avons eu besoin de l'aide d'un technicien sur place pour l'ajouter. Mais franchement, nous n'avons pas vu beaucoup de différence par rapport à l'accès internet gratuit normal en ce qui concerne la vitesse et la stabilité. Est-ce que le technicien nous ajoute vraiment au plan premium ? Il devrait y avoir une amélioration pour intégrer les abonnements Internet Premium et la possibilité d'ajouter un appareil supplémentaire avec l'application Bahia pour faciliter la tâche des clients. De plus, il semble que lorsque l'on sélectionne l'accès gratuit, il n'y a pas de moyen facile de s'abonner au plan Premium. 3- 2 des 7 spectacles du soir étaient payants si vous voulez y assister. En ce qui concerne les autres aspects positifs, nous avons remarqué qu'il y a eu des rénovations dans certains restaurants à la carte et au buffet et dans les chambres (bien que nous ayons été dans la chambre la plus ancienne). Il semble également qu'ils aient augmenté l'équipe chargée d'enlever les algues qui devenaient très problématiques dans la région, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de l'eau de mer avec un minimum d'algues. En guise de conseil, vous pouvez faire votre réservation 10 jours à l'avance via l'application et lorsque vous le faites, vous pouvez réserver vos restaurants à la carte dès que possible via l'application, car les plus populaires sont remplis très rapidement. N'attendez pas de réserver lorsque vous êtes dans les stations pour réserver parce que vous pourriez avoir des choix très limités. Edilzar and his team sevices from restaurant Katok was phenomenal ! We always been welcome as we were home! Always willing to help with any request we may have during meals... And also had great services from his Manager Julian... Overall experience during the stay was really great except for some minor caveat... 1- Our first room shower was not working good (which is surprising for an deluxe hotel like this one). We have reported the situation on our arrival Friday and up to Tuesday it was still not fixed. They finally moved us to a different room and everything was good there. 2- We subscribe to the premium high speed internet, and although it went well for the first device, it been quite a nightmare to add the second device and needed help from a onsite tech to add it. But frankly, we have not see much difference compare to the normal free internet access as for the speed and stability. Is the tech really add us to the premium plan?? They should be improvement to integrate the Internet Premium subscriptions and possibility adding extra device with Bahia App to make it easier for guests. Also, it looks like when selecting Free access, there is no easy way to to subscribe to the Premium plan. 3- 2 out of the 7 evening show entertainment were chargeable if you want to attend. As for other positives aspects, we notice there is been renovation improvement for some of a la carte and buffet restaurants and rooms (although we were in the older model room). It also seems they increase the team to remove the Sea Weeds that become very problematic in the region and therefor we could enjoy to go in sea water with very minimal weeds. As a side note Tip, you can pre-checking your reservation 10 days in advance via the app and when you do you may want to reserve your a la carte restaurants as soon as possible via the app as the most popular one getting filled very rapidly. Do not wait to reserve when at the resorts to reserve because you may have very limited selections. Thank you Thank you Martin

Will definitely visit again The resort property is huge and it is connected to other Bahia resorts as well. You can eat/use pools in other resorts which gives you more choice for your meals and daily activities. Everyone was kind and I definitely want to come back!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Ne choisissez pas le Bavaro Resort

Le complexe comprend environ 7 stations, ne choisissez pas celle de Bavaro. Le service clientèle y est terrible, ils vous regardent de travers tout le temps et ne parlent que l'espagnol. Le buffet a également une odeur épouvantable qui vous donne la nausée lorsque vous mangez. Choisissez celui de Punta Cana ou n'importe lequel des autres resorts. Les divertissements étaient bons et nous avions toujours accès à d'autres stations, ce qui nous a permis de nous amuser.

Don’t pick the Bavaro Resort The compound had about 7 resorts, don’t choose the Bavaro one. The customer service there is terrible, they give you dirty looks the whole time and they only speak spanish. The buffet also has a terrible smell that makes you nauseous when you eat. Pick the Punta Cana one or any of the other resorts. The entertainment was good and we still had access to some other resorts so we were able to enjoy ourselves.

D'habitude, nous allons au Mexique, mais à cause des algues que nous avons eues lors de nos derniers voyages dans la région de Playa del Carmen, nous sommes allés cette fois à Punta Cana. Malheureusement, nous avons eu 4 jours sur 7 avec beaucoup d'algues. La bonne chose est qu'il n'y avait pas de rochers sur la plage ou dans l'océan. La chambre était très bien. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin et propre. Un jour nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude et nous avons demandé plusieurs jours pour des vêteme [... lire plus]nts, mais nous ne les avons pas eus. Petites choses. La nourriture était bonne. Suffisamment de choix au buffet et beaucoup de restaurants à la carte. Parce qu'il y a 6 ou 7 hôtels Bahia les uns à côté des autres et que vous pouvez aller dans la plupart des restaurants. Il n'y avait pas d'internet à la plage. Il y avait des routeurs sur des poteaux à la plage mais ils ne fonctionnaient pas. Le Wifi dans le reste de l'hôtel était correct. Une piscine principale avec de la musique forte, une piscine "tranquille" et au milieu une piscine avec des bains à bulles. Les trois piscines étaient un peu chaudes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré et avons fait un bon choix pour cet hôtel.

Bahia Principe luxury Esmeralda PUJ Usually we go to Mexico but because of the seaweed we had all of our last travels in the Playa del Carmen area we went this time to Punta Cana. Unfortunately we had 4 of the 7 days again a lot of seaweed. The good thing is that there wasn’t any rock on the beach or the ocean. The room was great. Everything you need and clean. One day we didn’t had hot water and asked several days for was clothes but didn’t get them. Minor things. The food was good. Enough choices at the buffet restaurants and a lot of a la carte restaurants to choose from. Because there are 6 or 7 Bahia hotels next to each other and you can go to most of the restaurants. There was no internet at the beach. They had those routers on poles at the beach but they didn’t work. Wifi on the rest of the hotel grounds was okay. One main pool with loud music, a “quiet “ pool and in the middle a pool with bubble tubs. All three pools were kinda warm. Overall we loved it and made a good choice for this hotel.

La chambre était fantastique ! Toujours propre. Le personnel était très gentil et toujours serviable. Les restaurants et la nourriture étaient excellents, il y avait beaucoup de variété ! Les activités étaient excellentes. La vie nocturne était géniale et les artistes excellents ! Je prévois déjà d'y retourner !

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: J'ai adoré chaque seconde de ce voyage !!!!

Ce complexe est la perfection. Je suis une personne pointilleuse et j'ai donc besoin d'une station très propre. Ce complexe était très propre ! Des chambres aux terrains, en passant par le buffet et la piscine, tout était bien entretenu. Certaines choses étaient un peu désuètes mais ce n'était pas grave, c'était très propre. La nourriture était excellente ! Nous n'avons mangé qu'à l'une des cartes à la carte (parce que nous aimons avoir le choix au buffet) et c'était bon aussi. Les gens son [... lire plus]t très amicaux et serviables. C'est un complexe réservé aux adultes, ce que j'ai adoré. Même si c'était réservé aux adultes, il y avait quand même des activités près de la piscine tous les jours. Les spectacles du soir étaient parmi les meilleurs (en particulier le spectacle de feu autour de la piscine). Nous retournerons absolument à l'Aquamarine !

Loved every second of this trip!!!! This resort is perfection. I am a picky person so need a very clean resort. This resort was very clean! From the rooms to the grounds, to the buffet to the pool area, everything was well maintained. Some things were a little dated but it didnt matter it was very clean. The food was great! We only ate at one of the a la cartes (because we like having choices at the buffet) and it was good as well. The people are very friendly and helpful. It was an adults only resort which I loved. Even though it was adults only they still had activities by the pool every day. The evening shows were some of the best (especially the fire show that was around the pool). We will absolutely be going back to the Aquamarine!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand centre de villégiature

Le resort était magnifique, les boissons étaient bonnes, le personnel était bon. Malheureusement, il faisait extrêmement chaud et les piscines étaient chaudes, tout comme l'océan. Il n'était donc pas facile de se soulager de la chaleur. La température des chambres ne devait pas descendre en dessous de 25 pour éviter les problèmes de moisissure, ce qui est compréhensible. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Le resort est un peu comme un labyrinthe et il est difficile de trouver les [... lire plus] chambres plus loin. Si vous n'aimez pas marcher beaucoup, il y a des petits chariots qui passent régulièrement aux arrêts de bus couverts. Bon pour visiter In et vous rendre à la plage aussi. Les spectacles et événements nocturnes sont également très intéressants.

Huge Resort The resort was beautiful, drinks were good, staff was good. Unfortunately it was extremely hot and the pools were warm as well as ocean. So getting relief from heat was not easy to find. Rooms Temps were set no lower then 25 for mold issues understandable. Food and drinks were great. Resort is some what of a maze and confusing to find rooms further out. So if you don't like walking alot there is little carts coming through regularly at covered bus stops. Good for touring In amd getting you to the beach too. Great nightly shows and events too.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un lieu de villégiature magnifique et propre

Mon séjour au Bahia Principe Grand Coba a été merveilleux, les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses, le terrain est bien entretenu et propre, la nourriture était excellente, il y avait beaucoup d'options pour les végétariens et les non végétariens, la plage était bonne, je recommande fortement de porter des chaussures de lac pour entrer dans l'eau à cause des rochers la plage était bonne, je recommande fortement de porter des chaussures de lac pour entrer dans l'eau à cause des rochers, une  [... lire plus]fois que nous sommes arrivés dans la zone de baignade, l'eau était excellente !

Beautiful and clean resort My stay on Bahia Principe Grand Coba was wonderful , the rooms were clean and spacious really nice, the grounds are well kept and clean the food was great there were lots of options for those on a vegetarian diet and non vegetarian diet the beach was good I highly recommend wearing a lake shoe to get into the water due to the rocks, once we got into the bathing area the water was excellent!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Station balnéaire agréable.

Le centre de villégiature est bien entretenu et nécessite des réparations mineures. Les chambres surclassées sont très agréables. La plage du côté Grand est belle et claire, mais ne vous attendez pas à du sable doux. La nourriture est FANTASTIQUE ! Les boissons sont correctes ... pas de prime incluse ? L'enregistrement était très mal organisé. Idéal pour les familles !

Nice resort. Resort is well kept with minor repairs required. Upgraded rooms are very nice. Beach on the Grand side is lovely and clear but dont expect soft sand. Food is FANTASTIC !! Drinks are okay .. no premium included ? Check in was very unorganized. Great for families!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Pas de retour

C'était la deuxième fois que nous venions dans ce complexe, nous avons été déçus par les services fournis, nous étions ravis de revenir mais malheureusement ce sera la dernière fois. Le service d'étage a échoué, nous avons payé pour le luxe et avant ils les gardaient séparés mais maintenant ils ne semblent pas se soucier du fait qu'il y a des brassards bleus au bord de la piscine, pourquoi payer plus quand vous pouvez simplement faire comme chez vous.

Not returning This was the second time to this resort ,disappointed with services that where provided, was so happy to return but unfortunately this will be our last.room service gas failed big time ,paid for luxury and before the kept them separated but now they don't seem to care tgat have of the pool has blue arm bands taking over ,why pay more when you can just make yourself at home .

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Ce n'est pas grave

Les terrains sont très sûrs, éclairés et accessibles à pied. Il y a des transports en train, mais il faut parfois attendre. Le mois de mai est extrêmement chaud. Don Pablo et Tequila sont tous deux d'excellents restaurants Ala Carter, mais vous pouvez aussi en essayer d'autres à Coba ! Les boissons sont faibles, certains barmen meilleurs que d'autres. Pas de serveurs à la piscine ou à la plage. Seulement dans les bars principaux. Ne s'est pas rendu compte de notre anniversaire jusqu'au 5ème jou [... lire plus]r. La direction a été très serviable. Il a dit que ce n'était pas sur le compte. Les chambres sont propres. Le ménage est excellent Le buffet était correct, mais certains aliments étaient extrêmement gras, ce qui m'a rendu malade. Beaucoup d'algues en mai, et de gros camions sur la plage pour les enlever.

It's okay Grounds are very safe, lit and walkable, have train transportation, but sometimes have to wait. May is extremely hot. Don Pablo, and tequila both excellent Ala Carter restaurants can try others at coba too! la gourmet is excellent. Drinks are weak, some bartenders better than others. No servers at pool or beach. Only in main bars. Didn't recognize our anniversary until 5th day. Management was very helpful. Said was not on account. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping excellent Buffet was okay, but some foods extremely greasy, made me sick. Lots of seaweed in may, and big trucks on beach to clear it away.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

La nourriture et l'atmosphère étaient excellentes ! Il y avait tellement d'endroits à découvrir que nous avons trouvé qu'une semaine était trop courte ! Le personnel travaille sans relâche pour créer des vacances parfaites. La chambre au rez-de-chaussée était très confortable et très propre. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci pour ce séjour mémorable.

Wonderful Resort! The food and atmosphere was great! There were so many places to discover, we found a week was too short! The staff work tirelessly to create a perfect holiday. The room on the main floor was very comfortable and kept very clean. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Le centre de villégiature n'est pas bon

Le terrain était propre, mais un serpent boa et un autre serpent étaient présents à proximité de notre séjour, ce qui m'a terrifiée après que les serpents aient été capturés immédiatement. Notre anxiété était grande ! Nous avons payé 500 $ de plus pour une chambre supérieure avec une terrasse jacuzzi et nous n'avons pu utiliser le jacuzzi qu'une seule fois car nous avons dû faire appel au technicien pour le réparer et il n'a été réparé que les deux derniers jours de notre séjour, notre chambre é [... lire plus]tait grande ce qui était un plus mais nous devions constamment appeler pour réapprovisionner le café du matin, les bouteilles d'eau, les tasses de crème et de sucre. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été agréablement accueillis, nous avons reçu du champagne et une serviette rafraîchissante. Quand il s'est agi de réserver nos dîners à notre arrivée, ils n'avaient qu'un créneau horaire de 21 heures, ce qui était trop tard pour manger. La station était calme et les divertissements s'adressaient à des personnes plus âgées. Les vendeurs de l'hôtel ont essayé de nous faire participer à des vacances privées pour bénéficier d'une hospitalité supplémentaire, mais nous devions y consacrer 90 minutes de notre temps, mais on nous a dit que nous pouvions utiliser le privilège de la plage pour y aller pendant notre séjour. Nous sommes allés directement à la réception, sans excuses, puis un jeune homme nous a informés qu'il voulait s'assurer que c'était seulement pour les couples et seulement ceux qui étaient intéressés à payer pour ce privilège. Nous avons reçu des messages contradictoires et nous avons été agacés par le fait qu'ils nous harcelaient. Vente sous pression.

Resort Not Good The grounds were clean, but a boa snake and another snake was present near our stay which had me terrified after the snakes were captured right away. Our anxiety was high! We paid $500 more for an upgraded room superior with a jacuzzi terrace and the jacuzzi we got to use once as we had to get the service guy to fix it and was not fixed until the last 2 days of our trip, our room was big which was a plus but we were constantly calling for restocking for coffee for morning, bottles of water, cream sugar cups. When we arrived there it was nice to receive a nice greeting a champagne and a refreshing towel. When it came to booking our dinners when we arrived they only had 9 pm time slot which was too late to eat. Not happy about that…the resort was quiet and entertainment was geared to older people. The sales people for resort were trying to have us engage in a privledge holiday to have extra hospitality given to us but would have to spend 90 min of our time but was told we could use beach privledge for just going during our stay, then arranged a time for us to be picked up they didn’t show up. We went right to desk, no apologies then a young guy informed us he wanted to make sure that it was only for couples only and only ones who were interested in paying for this privilege. We were getting mixed messages and annoyed at them hounding us. Pressure sales.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Déçu

Notre chambre a été inondée, l'eau s'est écoulée par le toit et notre fille d'un an a glissé sur l'énorme flaque d'eau au sol et s'est fracassée la tête. J'ai demandé une nouvelle chambre car l'eau passait par le plafond et ils ont commencé à dire que quelqu'un serait bientôt là avec une serpillière et un seau. Ils ont placé une famille de 4 personnes avec deux petits bébés au troisième étage et ont dû monter 3 étages avec des poussettes et du matériel de plage. Ma fille a de graves allergies et [... lire plus] souffre d'anaphylaxie. J'ai envoyé un courriel à l'hôtel avant et ils m'ont dit d'aller au service à la clientèle pour obtenir une carte spéciale à remettre au chef (je me suis donc sentie en confiance au moment de la réservation) quand je l'ai fait, le chef ne pouvait rien confirmer, qu'il y avait des œufs dans les plats ou du lait ou des noix, trois allergies très graves.

Disappointed Our room flooded water pouring through the roof our 1 year old daughter slipped on the huge puddle on the floor smashing her head hard. Requested a new room as water was coming through the ceiling and they began to say someone will be up with a mop and bucket soon. Again I insisted NO I’d like another room and they were annoyed at my request it’s 9pm now and I’m waiting for a new room they placed a family of 4 with two small babies on the third floor having to hike 3 flights of stairs with strollers and beach/ poor gear. My daughter had sever allergies with anaphylaxis I emailed the hotel prior and they said go to guest services for a special card to give the chef.. (so I felt confident when booking) when I did the chef couldn’t confirm anything is there was egg in dishes or milk or nuts all three very severe allergies .. my poor daughter ate hardly anything all week I felt awful.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Tout était excellent ! Les chambres sont propres. La plage est magnifique. Le service est très bon partout dans le resort. La nourriture est délicieuse au buffet et dans les restaurants à la carte. Les divertissements sont très bons ! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Amazing resort! Everything was excellent! Rooms are clean. Beach is amazing. Service is very good everywhere in the resort. Food are delicious in buffet and in A la cart restaurants. Entertainment is very good! We definitely coming back.
