Grand Palladium Kantenah: Une expérience étonnante !

Nous avons passé le meilleur moment de notre vie dans le groupe d'hôtels Grand Palladium. Le fait d'avoir accès aux quatre hôtels de la chaîne a rendu ce séjour si spécial. Chaque hôtel avait un aspect et une atmosphère différents. Il y a tellement de restaurants, de piscines, de bars et d'activités ! Il y avait également beaucoup de chaises de plage et de parasols. Quel que soit le type de vacances que vous recherchez, vous le trouverez ici. Les enfants sont les bienvenus, mais des sections son [... lire plus]t réservées aux adultes afin de répondre aux besoins de chaque client.

Amazing experience! We had the time of our lives at the Grand Palladium group of hotels. Having access to all 4 hotels underneath the chain is what made it so special. Each hotel had a different look and feel. So many restaurants, pools, bars and activities! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrella's as well. No matter what type of vacation you are looking to experience you will find it here. It is kid friendly but they also reserve sections for adults only so that they meet the needs of every customer.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful Resort

L'hôtel est très bien, mais j'ai personnellement trouvé qu'il était beaucoup trop grand, la plage de Tullum était trop rocheuse et la plage de Si-an Kaan était agréable, mais la plage n'est qu'à hauteur de la taille et n'est donc pas idéale pour la baignade.Nous avons été surclassés à Si'an Kaan, c'était charmant, mais nous avons vécu dans nos valises car il n'y a pas de commode et une armoire avec 6 cintres, ce qui n'est pas idéal pour deux personnes.Après 7 jours de notre visite de 10 jours, o [... lire plus]n nous a dit que nous serions renvoyés à Coba.le jour venu, nous avons demandé et on nous a dit que nous pouvions rester à Si'an Kaan, les managers nous ont dit qu'on s'en occupait, mais nous sommes revenus dans notre chambre le lendemain et on nous a enfermés dehors, on nous a dit que nous devions déménager, nous avons eu 15 minutes pour faire nos bagages et déménager à Coba, nous avons perdu nos réservations pour le dîner, les chambres sont beaucoup plus belles à Coba, nous aurions aimé rester à Coba pour notre séjour de 10 jours, mais nous ne savons pas si nous y retournerions, c'est magnifique, mais trop grand

The Hotel is great, however I personally found it was much too big , Tullum beach was too rocky and Si-an Kaan beach was nice however ,the beach is only waist high An therefore not great for swimming.We were upgraded to Si'an Kaan it was lovely,but lived out of our suitcases as there is no dressers,and a closet with 6clothes hangers,not great for two guests.Aftrr 7 days of our 10 day visit we were told we would be moved back to Coba.when the day came,we asked and were told we could stay at Si'an Kaan managers told us it was taken care of ,only to come back to our room next day and locked out told we were suppose to move,had 15 minutes to pack and move to Coba,lost our dinner reservations,Rooms are much nicer at Coba wish we had stayed at Coba for our 10 day stay,but don't know if we would go back,beautiful,but too big

Grand Sunset Princess: A VISITER ABSOLUMENT

L'hôtel était incroyable ! Les gens pourraient être un peu plus amicaux, mais la propreté de la chambre, du terrain et de la nourriture l'a emporté. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient INCROYABLES ! Ils ont fait un travail fantastique avec les spectacles ! J'ai visité de nombreux endroits au Mexique et dans le monde entier, et je recommanderais vraiment cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un bon endroit pour passer leurs vacances. A MUST VISIT The hotel was Amazing! People could be a little friendlier but the cleanliness of the room, grounds and food superseded. Nightly entertainment was AMAZING!! They did a fantastic job with the shows! I have been to many places in Mexico and around the world, I would really recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good place to vacation. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand Bahia Principe Coba

Notre première journée au centre de villégiature a été très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés vers l'heure de la nuit et nous sommes allés manger au buffet au buffet. Il y a un grand choix de différents types de nourriture au buffet, du pain aux pâtes en passant par le poulet et le poisson. Le personnel du buffet était merveilleux et offrait un excellent service, ils étaient tous très sympathiques. Les deux jours suivants, nous sommes allés visiter le complexe et l'endroit lui-même est très spac [... lire plus]ieux. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer et explorer. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la plage à plusieurs reprises et avons mangé au bord de la piscine la plupart du temps. Il y avait un snack-bar juste à côté de notre chambre et de la piscine, ce qui est très bien si vous voulez juste manger un morceau rapidement. Il n'y a pas autant de choix au snack bar qu'au buffet, mais c'est compréhensible. Le guacamole et les chips étaient parfaits pour se détendre au bord de la piscine. Nous avons pris 2 chambres pour 2 personnes chacune, soit 4 personnes au total. Les chambres sont très belles et assez grandes pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très arrangeant lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose (mouchoirs, sachets de thé, etc.) Le seul inconvénient que je qualifierais de "CON" est que ma fille a eu une intoxication alimentaire à cause d'un des restaurants à la carte où nous avons mangé. Je crois qu'il s'agissait du restaurant français situé près du hall. Nous avons soupçonné qu'il s'agissait d'un agneau non cuit ou d'un dessert qu'elle avait mangé, nous ne savons pas exactement, mais elle s'est sentie TRÈS malade après avoir mangé dans ce restaurant et je ne le recommanderais pas. Elle a vomi plusieurs fois et nous avons dû lui acheter du Gatorade dans la boutique de souvenirs située dans le hall d'entrée Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était charmant et l'endroit lui-même est parfait si vous aimez les grands centres de villégiature et que vous voulez vous détendre. Je lui donne un ✰✰✰✰/5.

Our first day at the resort was really nice. We got there around night time so straight away we went to eat at the buffet. There is a great selection of different types of foods at the buffet ranging from breads to pastas to chicken and fish. The staff at the buffet was wonderful and gave great service, they were all very friendly. The next couple days we went to check out the resort and the place itself is very spacious. Lots of room to move around and explore. We enjoyed the pool and beach a couple times and ate pool side most times. There was a snack bar right beside our room and pool area which is great if you just want a quick bite to eat. Not as much selection at the snack bar as the buffet but understandable. The guacamole and chips were great while chilling by the pool. We got 2 rooms for 2 people each so 4 people in total. The rooms are very nice and big to fit quite a few people. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating when we needed something (Tissue, tea bags, etc) The only downside I would right as a 'CON' was when my daughter had food poisoning from one of the A La Carte's we ate at. I believe it was the French restaurant located near the lobby. We suspected it might be 'Uncooked Lamb' or the dessert she ate, we don't know exactly but she definitely felt VERY sick after eating there and I would not recommend it. She puked a couple times so we had to buy Gatorade for her in the gift shop located at the lobby, always be prepared for those things! Overall, the staff was lovely and the place itself is great if you like big resorts and want to relax. I give it a ✰✰✰✰/5.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful Resort

Ma famille est venue ici lors d'un voyage de groupe du 17 au 24 avril 2017. C'est magnifique et j'aime que la nature soit tout autour avec les singes et les iguanes et les cerfs partout. Cependant notre chambre n'était pas la bonne car nous sommes un couple et voulions 1 lit et non 2. Il n'a pas été possible de la changer mais nous en avons profité au maximum. Il y a beaucoup de marche et d'escaliers. Ma mère a deux hanches remplacées et c'était beaucoup pour elle. Il a plu quelques jours et c'é [... lire plus]tait incroyablement glissant. Ils ont mis beaucoup de temps à poser des tapis pour éviter les chutes. J'ai fini par tomber plus d'une fois et je me suis fait très mal au pied. La plage est magnifique. Les piscines sont superbes mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y en ait plus d'une avec un bar de nage. Les plats à la carte sont excellents mais le buffet devient un peu ennuyeux au bout d'un certain temps. De plus, dans de nombreux endroits du complexe, il y a une odeur épouvantable. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'eaux usées ou de fumier, mais c'est assez accablant. De plus, pendant notre séjour, le toit d'un des bâtiments s'est effondré sur le balcon situé en dessous. Très effrayant. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très bien. Les employés étaient très sympathiques et serviables. Il y a juste quelques petites choses qui auraient fait de cet hôtel un endroit presque parfait.

My family came here on a group trip from April 17-24th, 2017. It is beautiful and I love that nature is all around with the monkeys and iguanas and deer everywhere. However our room was wrong as we are a couple and wanted 1 bed not 2. It was unable to be changed but we made the most of it. There is tons of walking and stairs. My mom has 2 replaced hips and it was a lot for her. It rained a couple of days and it was insanely slippery. It took them a long time to put down mats to keep from falling. I ended up falling more than once and actually hurt my foot pretty bad. The beach is beautiful. The pools are great but I wish there was more than one with a swim up bar. The a la cartes are great but the buffet gets a bit boring after a while. Also in many areas of the resort there is a terrible smell. I dont know if it's sewage or manure but it is fairly overpowering. Also while we were there one of the buildings roof collapsed onto the balcony below it. Very scary. Overall though it was great. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Just a few things would have made this a near perfect resort.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Un voyage extraordinaire

Ce centre de villégiature était si grand et si beau. Tout était très organisé, propre et bien géré. Le personnel était si sympathique et si gentil. Il n'y a que des bonnes choses à dire à ce sujet. L'enregistrement était très lent, mais à part cela, il y avait tellement de gens et de choses à faire qu'on ne s'est jamais ennuyé ! De plus, la plage est magnifique !

Amazing trip This resort was so big and beautiful. Everything was very organized, clean and well managed. The staff was so friendly and nice. Nothing but great things to say about it. The check in was very slow but other than that there we're so many people and things to do we were never bored! Also gorgeous beach!!

Excellent terrain, bonne nourriture, personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont également bien nettoyées, tous les jours. Les piscines et les restaurants étaient excellents. Il faut beaucoup marcher car le complexe est grand, mais c'est un bon exercice. Je reviendrai certainement.

Great rrsort Excellent grounds, great food, friendly staff. Also well cleaned rooms, done daily. Pools n restaurants were great. Lot of walking as resort is large, however, good exercise. Definitely would return.

Catalonia Yucatan: Des vacances formidables !

Ce complexe était très propre, la nourriture était excellente. Nous nous sommes bien amusés avec la suds party ! Nous avons marché jusqu'à la marina presque tous les jours. Beaucoup de choses à voir ! La seule chose que nous n'avons pas aimée, c'est qu'il fallait se lever à 6 heures pour avoir une chaise longue ombragée sur la plage ou autour de la piscine.

Awesome holiday! This resort was very clean, food was great. We had fun with the suds party! We walked to the marina almost everyday. Lots to see! A great place to go if you just want to relax.the only thing we didn't like was having to get up by 6 to get a shaded lounges on the beach or around the pool.

Ce complexe est de loin le meilleur que j'aie connu. J'ai voyagé partout, j'ai même vécu aux Bermudes pendant 6 ans. Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes et nous avons tous ressenti la même chose. La nourriture était délicieuse (buffet et restaurants) et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Les chambres étaient toujours très bien nettoyées, la pression de la douche était idéale. Pour la première fois en formule tout compris, nous n'avons même pas assisté aux spectacles nocturnes car il y avait toujour [... lire plus]s beaucoup de choses à faire, avec de nombreux divertissements. Je donnerais à ce complexe une note de 10/10 et j'y reviendrai ðŸ˜

Phenomenal Resort! This resort was by far the best resort I have been too. I have travelled all around, even living in Bermuda for 6 years. There was a group of 7 of us and we all feel the same. From the delicious food (Buffett & restaurants), we never had a disappointing meal. The rooms were always cleaned very well, the shower pressure was ideal. For the first time on an all inclusive we never even made it to many of the night time shows because there was always so much to do, with lots of entertainment. I would rate this resort 10/10 and will be visiting again 😁

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Mauvaise expérience

Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience lors de la réservation d'une excursion avec le personnel des cabanes à serviettes. Il pleuvait fort, avec du tonnerre, des éclairs et de fortes pluies. L'excursion aurait dû être annulée car nous avions réservé un catamaran et les conditions n'étaient pas sûres. Nous aurions dû être remboursés mais le personnel s'est moqué de nous et nous a dit que nous étions au Mexique et que nous nous moquions de nous pour faire quelque chose de stupide. La nourriture n'é [... lire plus]tait pas très bonne non plus, seuls les sushis étaient bons. Le personnel de divertissement et le personnel du bar de la piscine étaient excellents. La vie nocturne est également très pauvre et si vous y allez avec plus de 4 personnes, trouvez un autre endroit où aller car vous ne pourrez jamais manger ensemble puisqu'ils ne prennent pas de réservations et ne veulent pas vous accommoder. Il y aura des tables vides qu'ils pourront réunir mais ils ne le feront pas. Tout notre groupe a été très déçu.

Bad experience We had a bad experience with booking an excursion with the staff in the towel huts. It was raining hard with thunder and lightning and heavy rain. The trip should have been cancelled as we booked a catamaran and the conditions were unsafe. We should have been refunded but the staff was laughing at us and told us we're in Mexico and we're taunting us to do something stupid. The Food wasn't very good either only the sushi was good. The entertainment staff and pool bar staff were excellent though. Nightlife is very poor as well and if you are going with more than 4 people find a new place to go because you will never be able to eat together since they don't take reservations and don't want to accommodate you. There will be empty tables they could put together but they just won't do it. Our whole group of was very disappointed.

Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Fête très bruyante toute la nuit !

Station propre et amusante avec une nourriture fabuleuse ! MAIS la soirée piscine/plage qui dure toute la nuit le samedi n'est pas une blague. Notre chambre se trouvait dans le bâtiment 5000 du côté de la piscine et la musique a retenti TOUTE LA NUIT jusqu'à 7 heures du matin. Même avec des bouchons d'oreille, c'était comme dormir à côté d'un haut-parleur. Il n'y avait qu'une poignée de personnes à la fête, alors je ne sais pas pourquoi ils avaient besoin d'avoir la musique aussi forte toute la [... lire plus] nuit !... Je peux comprendre si nous étions les seuls à ne pas être à la fête, mais il n'y avait presque personne. D'autres personnes qui avaient des chambres autour de cette piscine ont déclaré avoir dormi sur le sol dans la salle de bain, en espérant que la porte ajoutée isolerait du bruit... ce qui n'a pas été le cas ! Le personnel de l'hôtel était en fait assez impoli et ne semblait pas se préoccuper des plaintes qu'il recevait... il se contentait de rire et/ou de vous ignorer. On nous a dit que la fête était également destinée à la population locale venant d'autres régions, qui avait payé une petite somme pour venir faire la fête dans notre hôtel pour la nuit. Nous avions réservé une excursion pour le lendemain matin avec une heure de prise en charge à 7h, que nous avons demandé au personnel de l'hôtel de changer à 4h30, car nous n'avions pas encore fermé l'œil à ce moment-là. La plage n'est pas géniale. Elle est dure (presque comme du béton avec un peu de sable sur le dessus). Des haies bloquent partiellement la vue depuis les chaises de plage et l'eau est parsemée de rochers. Le terrain de l'hôtel et la piscine sont très propres. Le service au bord de la piscine est bon... il y a toujours quelqu'un qui se promène et vous demande si vous voulez un verre... mais il y a aussi de nombreux bars, vous pouvez donc facilement prendre un verre vous-même. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont très propres et confortables. La nourriture et le service dans les restaurants à la carte sont très bons et aucune réservation n'est nécessaire... premier arrivé, premier servi. Les boissons alcoolisées sont toutes de première qualité. Nous avons passé 10 jours à l'hôtel (du dimanche matin au mardi soir) et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour jusqu'à la soirée de la piscine... le manque de sommeil a gâché les derniers jours de notre voyage et le manque d'intérêt du personnel a été décourageant. Le personnel d'animation était très sympathique, mais le reste du personnel du hall, du café et de certains bars était très impoli. Nous ne retournerions pas dans ce complexe.

Very loud all night party! Clean, fun resort with fabulous food! BUT the all night pool/beach party on Saturdays is no joke. Our room was in the 5000 building on the party pool side and the music blared ALL NIGHT until 7am. Even with earplugs it was like sleeping next to a loud speaker. There were only a handful of people down at the party, so not sure why they needed to have the music that loud all night long!...I can understand if we were the only ones not at the party, but there was barely anyone. Other people who had rooms surrounding this pool reported sleeping on the floor in the bathroom, hoping the added door would insulate from the noise...it did not! The hotel staff were actually quite rude and didn't seem to care much about the complaints they were receiving...just laughed and/or ignored you. We were told that the party is also for local people coming in from other areas, who paid a small fee to come party at our resort for the night. We had a tour booked for the next morning with a 7am pickup time, which we went up to the lobby and had the hotel staff change at 4:30am, since we had not yet had a wink of sleep at this point. The beach isn't great. It is hard (almost like concrete with a bit of sand on top). There are hedges that partially block the view from the beach chairs and the water has quite a few rocks. The hotel grounds and pool areas are very clean. The service by the pool is good...always someone walking around asking if you want a drink...but there are also many bars so you can easily grab a drink yourself. The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food and service in the a la carte restaurants is very good and no reservations are required...first come, first serve. The alcohol is all premium brands. We were there for 10 days (arrived Sunday morning and departed Tuesday evening) and really enjoyed our stay up until the pool party night...the lack of sleep threw off the last few days of our trip and the lack of concern from the staff was off-putting. The entertainment staff were very friendly, but the rest of the staff in the lobby, coffee shop and some bars were very rude. We would not go back to this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Magnifique centre de villégiature

L'établissement offre tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un centre de villégiature tout compris. Des gens très sympathiques, une nourriture délicieuse et somptueuse et des divertissements animés. Nous avons également apprécié les visites guidées à vélo et les excursions écologiques. Nous prévoyons déjà un autre voyage en juin de cette année.

Beautiful expansive resort The property has everything you would desire at an all inclusive resort. Very friendly people, delicious sumptuous food and lively entertainment. We also enjoyed the guided bicycle and eco tours. We are already planning another trip in June of this year.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: S'amuser au soleil

les plages ne sont pas celles de Cancun, il faut donc prendre une suite avec baignoire. C'est mon deuxième séjour ici et je suis un peu déçu par la nourriture. Absolument sans saveur. frais mais sans goût. La nourriture était incroyable avant et une grande partie de la raison pour laquelle je suis revenu.

Fun in the sun grounds are beautiful. very clean. beaches are not Cancun so get a swim out suite. This is my second stay here and I am a little disappointed in the food. Absolutely flavorless.fresh but no taste. The food was amazing before and a big part of why I returned.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Station balnéaire exceptionnelle-Grand Bahia Principe Tulum Mexique

Ce complexe est incroyable, la nourriture est fabuleuse, depuis les crevettes, les crabes, les homards, le poisson, le poulet et les ailes de poulet qui se détachent de l'os, jusqu'au bœuf qui met l'eau à la bouche. Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de ce complexe. Le lit California King size. La propreté des chambres et du complexe. Le terrain et les jardiniers qui nous ont offert des noix de coco. La plage, toujours une chaise de plage ou des palapas. Les restaurants et les gens sont incroyabl [... lire plus]es. Les chambres de grande taille. Les piscines sont très grandes et très propres. Pas de moustiques, je n'en ai pas vu un seul. Pas de moustiques, pas de mouches non plus. Les salles de bains sont impeccables et tout fonctionne. Ils ont des trolleys qui vous emmènent autour de la station, des chambres au hall ou à la plage et ils vous emmènent d'une station à l'autre ou pour faire du shopping, tout cela gratuitement. Il y a 4 complexes hôteliers sur le terrain très sécurisé et ils sont tous incroyables. Je les recommande tous les 4 pour leurs excellents services, Luxury Grand Bahia Principe Akumal, Grand Bahia Principe Tulum, Grand Bahia Principe Coba et Grand Bahia Principe Sian Ka An.

Amazing Resort-Grand Bahia Principe Tulum Mexico This resort is amazing, the food is so fabulous, from the prawns, crabs lobsters, fish, fall off the bone chicken and wings, to the mouth watering beef. I cannot say enough about this resort. the California King size bed. The cleanliness of the rooms and resort. The grounds and gardeners they got us coconuts. The beach always a beach chair or palapas. The restaurants and the people are so amazing. Great size rooms. The pools are very large and very clean, No mosquitos did not see a single one. No flies either. Bathrooms around the resort very spotless and everything working. They have trollys that take you around the resort from rooms to lobby or beach and they take you from one resort to another or shopping all for free. There's 4 resorts on the very secured grounds and they are all amazing I recommend all 4 of them for their great services, Luxury Grand Bahia Principe Akumal, Grand Bahia Principe Tulum , Grand Bahia Principe Coba and Grand Bahia Principe Sian Ka An.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Le terrain est agréable mais la nourriture est juste correcte

Belle station, un peu grande à mon goût. Le secteur de la plage était agréable, idéal pour les enfants en bas âge. La nourriture n'était pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais puisque j'ai entendu dire par beaucoup de gens que le Mexique a toujours une bonne nourriture. Je ne retournerai pas dans ce complexe. Les chambres étaient belles et propres.

Nice Grounds but Food is just OK Nice resort, a little big for my taste. The beach area was nice, great for small kids. The food was not at all what I expected since I heard from many people that Mexico always has good food. I will not be going back to this resort. The rooms were nice and clean.
