Nécessité d'une refonte

Je sais qu'il s'agit d'un trois étoiles, mais c'était en fait pire que prévu. Le papier peint de notre chambre était dégoûtant, c'est-à-dire très sale, avec des taches où l'on a peut-être recouvert les pires taches Le matelas était dur et n'était pas un oreiller, comme on le voit habituellement dans les hôtels. Le personnel était sympathique et l'hôtel est bien situé, et la piscine était magnifique, mais il faut vraiment que les chambres soient rénovées.

Needs a makeover While I know it was a three star, it was actually worse than expected. The wallpaper in our room was disgusting, as in really dirty with patches where maybe they covered the worst stains? Mattress was hard and not a pillow top, like you usually see in hotels. Staff was friendly and it is in a convenient location, and the pool was beautiful, but they really need to update the rooms.

C'était un bon centre de villégiature

La partie chambre était agréable, le personnel très sympathique et serviable, l'étage principal trop de fumée, tout est si cher. Les machines à sous ne rapportent pas beaucoup, j'ai joué plus de 1000$ et le plus que j'ai gagné était 100$, pas très impressionnant/

It was alright resort The room part was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful the main floor too much smoke, everything's so expensive. The slots didn't pay much, played over $1000.00 and the most i won was $100.00, not too impressive/

Séjour agréable

C'était un bel hôtel, rien d'extraordinaire, mais mes amis et moi avons apprécié notre séjour ! La salle de bain était belle et propre, les lits étaient confortables, la chambre double que nous avions était assez grande. Le personnel était super serviable et amical :)

Nice stay It was nice hotel..nothing fancy but my friends and I enjoyed our stay! Bathroom was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, the double bed room we had was big enough. Staff were super helpful and friendly :)

Des vacances extraordinaires

Le Bally's est excellent. Emplacement parfait, vue imprenable sur le strip (réservez la tour Jubilee), connexion avec Paris, accès facile aux transports. La seule chose qui manque est un espace pour s'asseoir dans le hall d'entrée. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous asseoir pour prendre un café ou le petit déjeuner, mais il n'y a pas de place pour cela. Les non-fumeurs trouveront que l'air du hall est très lourd. Dans l'ensemble, excellent choix, nous séjournerons à nouveau au Bally's lors de notre  [... lire plus]prochaine visite à Vegas. Amazing vacation Bally's is excellent. Perfect location, amazing view of the strip ( book Jubilee tower), connected to Paris, easy access to transportation. Only thing missing is sitting space in the lobby area. We would have liked to be able to sit for a coffee or for breakfast, but there is no place for this. Non smokers will find the air in the lobby is very heavy. Overall, excellent choice, we will stay at Bally's again when will visit Vegas next time. We highly recommend it!

Meilleure offre pour la destination - Las Vegas

J'ai décidé d'aller à Las Vegas pour mes vacances et j'ai cherché différentes offres sur différents sites de voyage. J'ai trouvé l'offre la moins chère sur Tripcentral.ca parmi tous les sites que j'ai cherchés, y compris la date du vol et l'hôtel que je souhaitais. Best deal to destination - Las Vegas I decided to go to Vegas for my holidays so looked for different deals while searching on different travel websites I found the cheapest deal on Tripcentral.ca among all the websites I searched for including the flight timing and the hotel I wanted. I booked the trip just two days before my trip and trip central guys sent me all the details and itinerary details immediately also can confirmed about the details with me with two phone calls . I had excellent fun filled trip to Vegas. Trip central will be the1st site I will search for while booking my next vocation. I have already recommended about this website to my fiends .

La chambre manquait de nombreux équipements essentiels, comme un ventilateur dans la salle de bains, un réfrigérateur et Internet. Le casino était très enfumé, plus que les autres hôtels. Le concierge était serviable mais il fallait attendre longtemps avant de pouvoir lui parler.

Get what you pay for! The room lacked many essential amenedies ...ie fan in the washroom, fridge and Internet. The casino was very smoky, more so than other hotels. The concierge was helpful but it took a long wait before speaking to him.

Séjour de 4 nuits. Emplacement parfait aux 4 coins. Personnel sympathique de la réception à l'enregistrement jusqu'à mon départ. La chambre était très grande et confortable. Casino grand et beaucoup de machines à sous. Connecté par une passerelle au Bellagio. Le bazar devant l'hôtel a de nombreux magasins et Starbucks

Un hôtel extraordinaire !

Dès que nous sommes entrés, le Bally's a été extraordinaire. Le personnel est si amical et serviable que nous savions que nous avions fait le bon choix en séjournant ici. La chambre était grande et propre ! Nous n'avons jamais eu de problèmes pendant notre séjour et nous n'aurions pas pu demander un meilleur service à la clientèle. Je reviendrai certainement ici.

Amazing Hotel! From the moment we walked in, Bally's was amazing. Their staff are so friendly and helpful we knew we made the right choice in staying here. The room was big and clean! We never had any issues during our stay and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. I'll definitely stay here again.

Grand centre de villégiature

C'était la première fois que je venais à Las Vegas et je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre, mais j'ai été très impressionné par l'hôtel Ballys. Le personnel est très amical, compétent et serviable. L'hôtel possède deux grandes tours de 26 étages chacune. Nous avons séjourné dans la Jubilee Tower. La chambre était de taille confortable, propre, mais je la qualifie d'usée. La moquette était décolorée, usée et sale par endroits. Le mobilier était également usé. Les lits étaient confortables et propre [... lire plus]s. La chambre aurait certainement besoin d'un nouveau changement. La salle de bain était assez grande et également très propre. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était correcte. Le reste de l'hôtel était bon. La meilleure caractéristique de l'hôtel est son emplacement. Il se trouve au milieu du strip, avec tous les moyens de transport à l'hôtel ou à proximité.

Large Resort Being my first time in Las Vegas and not knowing what to expect , I was very impressed with Ballys Hotel. Very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff. The hotel has two large towers, each one 26 floors. We stayed in the Jubilee Tower. The room was a comfortable size ,clean, but I call it WORN. the carpet was faded, worn, and dirty in spots. The furniture was worn as well. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room could certainly use a new change. The bathroom was large enough, and also very clean. Over all the room was ok . The lest of the hotel was good. The best feature of the Hotel was location. It is in the middle of the strip with any form of transportation at the hotel or very near by.

Vacances moyennes

Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre King Std, mais au moment de l'enregistrement, il n'y en avait pas. Ils nous ont donné une chambre Queen deluxe à la place (qui, à part le lit, n'est pas différente selon les descriptions sur le site web). Nous avons demandé que l'on fasse quelque chose pour remédier à la situation, par exemple que l'on compense quelques repas ou que l'on organise un spectacle, mais ils ont refusé en disant qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Nous n'avons pas pris de repas au Bal [... lire plus]ly's, mais nous avons mangé dans quelques endroits du Paris Paris qui est attenant. La chambre était propre, le casino sentait la fumée et la zone d'enregistrement est encombrée la plupart du temps

So-so vacation We had reserved and paid for a King Std room, but when we check in they didn't have one for us. They gave us a Queen deluxe room instead, (which other than the bed is no different according tothe descriptions on the website. We asked for something to be done about it, maybe comp a couple meals, or a show - they refused saying 'There's nothing we can do'. We didn't eat any meals at Bally's, but we di eat at a few of the places in Paris Paris which is attached. The room was clean, the casino smelled of smoke, and the check in area is congested most times

Good base for all. The hotel was within walking distance for most things on the Strip and for the bus or monorail to take you to any part of the strip.The rooms are good and the staff are eager to help,I would recommend this hotel to anyone,

Excellente situation !

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L'emplacement est difficile à battre, au centre de tout. Les chambres et les installations étaient très propres. Malheureusement, la piscine était fermée car hors saison, mais c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Great location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat, central to everything. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Unfortunatly pool was closed due to it being out of season but a great value for your money!

Ballys, un emplacement parfait !

Balllys est situé dans un endroit parfait sur le strip. Notre séjour y a été très agréable. Les employés sont très sympathiques et nos chambres dans la tour Jubilee étaient propres et spacieuses. Le Ballys est rattaché au Paris, ce qui était pratique pour aller et venir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Ballys, perfect location! Balllys is located in a perfect location on the strip. Our stay there, was very pleasant. Employees very friendly and our rooms in the Jubilee tower were clean and spacious. Ballys is attached to Paris, which was convenient to go back and forth. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Un service exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et le service de l'hôtel était excellent. Les chambres étaient propres et lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec un robinet qui fuyait, le service d'entretien a réparé le problème en quelques heures, même si c'était la veille du Nouvel An et qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde. Ils ont également veillé à ce que nous soyons informés des restrictions concernant l'interdiction de porter des verres pour le réveillon du Nouvel An, afin d'assurer notre sécurité. Amazing service Had a great time the hotel service was great. Rooms were clean and when we had a problem with a leaky faucet they had maint up to fix it within hours even thou it was New Years Eve and very busy. They also made sure that we were aware of the restrictions for no glass wear for New Years Eve for our safety. Had a great time

Séjour à Vegas

Le Ballys de Las Vegas disposait de belles chambres bien entretenues. Il était également situé au centre de la ville. Nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service. Cet hôtel dispose également d'excellentes installations. Accès aux boutiques, aux restaurants et aux spectacles. Il est également relié aux principaux casinos.

Amazing Vegas Stay Ballys in Las Vegas had beautiful, well-kept rooms. It was also centrally located. We received excellent service. This hotel also had wonderful facilities. Access to shopping, dining and shows. Connected to all major casinos as well.

FANTASTIQUE ! !!!

Nous avons surclassé notre chambre pour la Jubilee Tower, ce qui valait bien le coût supplémentaire (pas tant que ça), une belle grande chambre avec vue sur la tour Eiffel à Paris, qui est reliée à Ballys, De plus, vous pouvez utiliser la piscine de la station de Paris, magnifique.

FANTASTIC !!!! Upgraded our room to the Jubilee Tower, well worth the extra cost (not that much) lovely big room looking into the eiffel tower at Paris which is connected to Ballys, Also, you can use the pool in the Paris resort, beautiful.

Vacances

J'ai adoré la chambre très bien entretenue. La chambre était de taille parfaite. Le personnel était très serviable et extrêmement amical. J'y retournerai. Le casino était génial, bien éclairé et très facile à parcourir, avec de bonnes boutiques. La piscine était belle et paisible, je l'ai beaucoup appréciée.

Vacation I loved the room very well kept. The room was perfect size. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Will go back. The casino was great well lit and very easy to get around good shopping. The pool was beautiful and peaceful enjoyed it very much.

GRAND LIEU

L'hôtel était mieux que prévu. J'ai lu quelques commentaires et j'étais inquiet, mais tout ce que j'espérais s'est produit. L'emplacement était parfait. L'hôtel était en travaux mais rien qui n'ait affecté mon séjour. Le prix était à peu près le prix courant.

GREAT PLACE Hotel was better than expected. Read some revews and was conscerned but everything I hoped for. Location was perfect. Hotel was under some outside construction but nothing that affected my stay. Price was about the going rate.

Excellent séjour

L'hôtel était standard. Le personnel d'accueil a été extrêmement serviable. Les chambres étaient propres et faisaient l'affaire. La seule chose dont je pourrais me plaindre, c'est que le service de nettoyage se présentait aux heures les plus aléatoires. Mais sérieusement, l'hôtel était parfait pour ce que nous voulions. Nous n'y avons pas passé beaucoup de temps et l'emplacement était parfait.

Great Stay The hotel was standard. The greeting staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and did the trick. The only thing I could complain about is that the maid service showed up at the most random times. But seriously, the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We didn't spend much time there and the location was perfect.

La chambre que nous avons obtenue était plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très poli et arrangeant. La piscine extérieure était un endroit agréable pour se détendre et rencontrer des gens ! Les restaurants étaient délicieux. Hautement recommandés.

More than I expected! The room we got was more than what we were expecting. The hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. The outdoor pool was a nice place to hang out and meet people! Restaurants were delicious. Highly recommended.
