J'ai adoré !

L'Excalibur était un excellent hôtel situé à l'extrémité sud du Strip. Nous avons rencontré un problème à notre arrivée parce que nous étions trois et qu'ils nous ont donné une chambre "king" alors que nous avions réservé deux lits "queen". Ils ont gracieusement offert de nous surclasser "gratuitement". Nous avons également demandé une chambre avec vue sur les montagnes et on nous a dit qu'aucune chambre n'offrait cette possibilité. On nous a alors donné une chambre qui donnait sur un mur de bri [... lire plus]ques. Nous sommes retournés au bureau d'enregistrement et avons demandé une autre chambre. Le gentil monsieur de la réception (Su-Hal) nous a donné une superbe chambre avec une vue fantastique. Le problème suivant concernait les piscines. Nous avions choisi l'Excalibur pour ses 4 piscines. Nous avons découvert à notre arrivée que 2 des piscines étaient fermées pour la saison. Allez, il faisait 32 degrés dehors. Ensuite, nous avons découvert que nous devions payer 10 $ pour la piscine réservée aux adultes. Quelle connerie ! Du côté positif, les chambres étaient superbes. Le buffet à l'étage était fabuleux (merci à Kristin d'avoir été une hôtesse si formidable). Le dîner du Tournoi des rois était exceptionnel. Jessica, au bureau des réservations, a été formidable. Très bon repas et excellents divertissements. Le tramway pour le Luxor et le Mandalay Bay était pratique et gratuit. Je reviendrais certainement dans cet hôtel, mais je m'assurerais que toutes les piscines sont ouvertes au moment de la réservation.

Loved It!! Excalibur was a great hotel at the south end of the strip. We hit a road bump upon arrival due to the fact that there were 3 of us and they gave us a king room even though we booked 2 queen beds. They graciously offered to upgrade us "for free". We also asked for a room with a mountain view and were told that none of the rooms offered this. We were then given a room that looked at a brick wall. We went back down to the registration desk and asked for a different room. The nice gentleman at the front desk (Su-Hal) gave us a great room with a fantastic view. The next issue was the pools. We specifically liked Excalibur for the 4 pools. We found out upon arrival that 2 of the pools were closed for the season. Come on, it was 32 degrees out. Then we find out that we had to pay $10 for the adults only pool. What a crock!! On the good side, the rooms were great. The upstairs buffet was fabulous (thanks Kristin for being such a great hostess). The Tournament of Kings dinner was outstanding. Jessica, on the booking desk, was great. Very good meal and great entertainment. The tram to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay was handy and it was free of charge. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure that all the pools were open when booking.

Notre première impression n'a pas été positive, la réceptionniste essayant de nous réserver une chambre king size pour trois d'entre nous (un homme). Elle nous a donc "surclassé" en 2 queen, ce que nous avions réservé. C'était une chambre avec vue sur le château, qui n'était qu'un mur blanc. Nous avons attendu une heure et sommes allés parler à un autre réceptionniste (Su Hal) qui nous a changé pour une chambre au 25ème étage avec vue sur le Tropicana, et la vue était spectaculaire ! Au cours de [... lire plus] la semaine, nous avons eu de merveilleuses expériences au buffet (Kristen), à la piscine pour adultes (Jordan) et nous avons réservé le dîner-spectacle "Tournament of Kings" au bureau du concierge (Jessica). Et le dîner-spectacle était génial ! Oui, nous recommandons cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient très propres et les lits très confortables. Comme la plupart des autres, l'hôtel est très grand, mais il est relié au Luxor qui est relié au Mandalay Bay. En temps normal, vous pouvez également emprunter la passerelle vers New York New York, mais elle est en cours de réparation. L'inconvénient est qu'il n'y avait que deux piscines ouvertes, les autres étant fermées pour la basse saison. Il faisait 90 degrés, alors je ne sais pas ce que Vegas définit comme étant la basse saison. Nous, les Canadiens, nous nageons dans une eau à 70 degrés... lol.

The Knights are awaiting your arrival! Our first impression was not a positive one, with the desk clerk trying to book 3 of us (1 male) into a king size room. So she "upgraded" us to 2 queen, which is what we had booked. It was a castle view, which was only a white wall. We waited an hour and went a spoke to another desk clerk(Su Hal) and he changed us to a room on the 25th floor facing the Tropicana, and the view was spectacular! Over the week we had wonderful experience at the buffet (Kristen), the adult pool (Jordan), and booking the Tournament of Kings dinner show at the concierge desk (Jessica). And the Dinner show was great! Yes we would recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were supper comfortable. Like most others is very large, but is linked to Luxor which is linked to Mandalay Bay. Under normal situations, you could also take the walkway over to New York New York, but the walkway is being repaired. On the downside, there was only 2 pools open, as the others are closed for the off season. It was 90 degrees out, so I'm not sure what Vegas defines as off season. We Canadians swim in 70 degree water..lol.

Grand Hôtel !!!

Nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire à Las Vegas. Tout à grande échelle. Des gens formidables. De la bonne nourriture et beaucoup de plaisirâ¤Un endroit à voir absolument est Fremont Street... de vieux casinos... une variété de gens et de restaurants... un endroit idéal pour faire la fête.

Grand Hotel!!! We had an amazing time in Las Vegas. Everything on a grand scale. Awesome people. Great food and lots of fun❤An absolute to go and see is Fremont Street...old casinos...variety of people and restaurants...great party place.

D'accord

C'était correct... l'attrait typique d'un casino à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Trop d'enfants à l'intérieur. Nous n'étions pas au courant qu'il y avait des frais de séjour que nous devions payer à l'avance, ce qui nous a découragés. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était bien. Je ne suis pas sûr de vouloir retourner dans cet hôtel.

Okay It was ok...typical casino appeal inside the hotel. Too many kids in there. There was a resort fee we were unaware of that we had to pay up front which was a turn off. But overall it was okay. Not sure I will go back to that particular hotel again.

Station balnéaire décente

Bonne nourriture et commodités à proximité. Beaucoup de restaurants et quelques boutiques dans l'enceinte de l'Excalibur. Le casino était bien. Les piscines étaient géniales, il y en a 4 au total, dont une que vous pouvez payer 10 $ et qui est réservée aux adultes. Les boissons à la piscine sont chères mais correctes.

Decent resort Had good food and amenities close. Lots of restaurants and some shopping right in the Excalibur. Casino was good. Pools were awesome they have 4 pools in total 1 you can pay $10 and its adults only. Drinks at pool expensive but decent.

Génial

Tout était parfait. Le mini-réfrigérateur n'était pas inclus et il fallait 30 $ par jour pour en avoir un. Le parking n'est pas non plus inclus. Les lits et les serviettes étaient propres tous les jours. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à manger dans l'Excaliber.

Awesome Everything was great. Mini fridge not included though and they wanted $30/day for one. Parking is also not included. Beds and towels were fresh everyday. There is lots of things to do and eat right there in the Excaliber.

Les frais de séjour sont exorbitants. Lorsque j'ai demandé à la personne chargée de l'enregistrement ce que ces frais comprenaient, elle n'en avait absolument aucune idée. En fait, j'ai payé deux fois le prix de la nuit parce que je n'ai RIEN utilisé en plus pour couvrir les frais de séjour.

okay. The resort fees are outrageous. When I asked the lasy checking us in what the resort fees included she had absolutely no idea. Basically I paid a price per night twice because there was NOTHING extra that I used for the resort fees to cover.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Excalibur a été excellent

L'hôtel est situé au sud du strip et offre un excellent accès à tous les autres hôtels ainsi qu'aux tramways et aux arrêts de bus... La chambre est étonnamment bonne et nous n'avons rien à redire. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été un jeu d'enfant... tous les employés ont été très aimables et serviables... je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel... le prix était excellent... en fait, les gens n'arrivaient pas à croire que nous avions fait une bonne affaire... j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon voy [... lire plus]age à Vegas avec ma fille, c'était pour mon 60ème anniversaire et j'en garderai de bons souvenirs pour les années à venir..

Our stay at Excalibur hotel was excellent It was on south side of the strip and great access to all other hotels and access to the trams and bus stops...for run of the house room it was surprisingly good had no complaints. Check in and checkout was a breeze...all the employees were very friendly and helpful..would definitely stay there again...the price was excellent...actually people could not believe what a great deal we received...I throughly enjoyed my trip to Vegas with my daughter, it was for my 60th birthday and will have fond memories for years to come

Bel hôtel

Les chambres sont simples mais d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les salles de bains étaient également très propres. La piscine était géniale ! Et c'était bien qu'ils vous permettent d'apporter votre propre eau. Les personnes qui travaillaient dans ce complexe étaient très agréables et arrangeantes.

Nice hotel The rooms were simple but good for what you pay. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Pool area was awesome! And it was nice they allowed you to bring your own water in. The people who worked at this resort were very pleasant and accommodating.

Excellent centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel était très bien ! L'heure de départ était 11 heures mais notre vol n'était pas avant 23 heures. L'hôtel a gardé nos bagages jusqu'à cette heure-là mais il aurait été bien qu'ils nous donnent un pass pour la piscine pour la journée. Nous n'avions rien d'autre à faire et il y aurait dû y avoir plus de places assises pendant que nous attendions nos amis qui jouaient encore aux machines à sous... Il aurait aussi été bien d'avoir une cafetière dans la chambre

Great resort! Hotel was great! Checkout time was 11am but our flight wasn't till 11pm. The hotel kept our luggage till then but would have been nice if they had given us a pool pass for the day. We had nothing else to do and there should have been more seating while we waited for our friends that were still playing the slots...also would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room

Merveilleuse expérience

Tout le monde était très amical, toujours prêt à nous aider et à répondre à toutes nos questions. Notre chambre était très propre et les lits ont été faits en temps voulu. Les spectacles organisés à l'hôtel étaient fantastiques. C'était bien d'avoir beaucoup de restaurants à choisir dans notre hôtel et de belles boutiques à visiter. Je recommanderais sans hésiter l'Excalibur.

Wonderful Experience Everyone was very friendly, always willing to help and have answers to all our questions. Our room was very clean and beds made in a timely fashion. The shows at the hotel were fantastic. It was nice that we had lots of restaurants to choose from in our hotel and great shops to browse around in. I would definitely recommend the Excalibur.

Excellent centre de villégiature !

Cet hôtel était très propre, les lits étaient confortables et il était très bien situé ! Il est facile de se rendre à pied partout et d'accéder au monorail si vous préférez. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité ! A recommander pour un séjour agréable !

Great resort! This hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was in a great location! Easy walk to everything and access to the monorail if you prefer. There's a lot of great restaurants close by as well! Would reccomend for a pleasant stay!

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'Excalibur, dans la tour récemment rénovée. Nous aimons voyager dans les Caraïbes deux fois par an et séjourner dans des centres de villégiature tout compris où nous dépensons $$$ pour nos chambres. C'était notre premier voyage à Vegas et nous cherchions quelque chose d'économique pour pouvoir dépenser notre argent en dîners, boissons et spectacles. Notre chambre était propre et confortable. Nous avons passé très peu de temps dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel. [... lire plus] L'emplacement était vers le bas du strip. Nous avons beaucoup marché et lorsque nous étions fatigués, nous prenions un taxi. Nous étions prêts à dépenser de l'argent pour les taxis et cela a bien fonctionné pour nous. Les piscines étaient fermées, je ne sais pas comment était la piscine de l'Excalibur. Je préférerais garder le temps de la piscine et de la plage pour des vacances dans le sud. Je séjournerais à nouveau à l'Excalibur - bien sûr, mais seulement si le prix était similaire à celui que nous venons de payer. Pour moins de 500 dollars canadiens, vol compris, oui. Si le prix était plus élevé, je commencerais à chercher d'autres options.

Good Budget Value We stayed at the Excalibur for three nights in the newly refurbished tower. We like to travel to the Caribbean twice a year and stay in all inclusive resorts where we spend $$$ on our rooms. This was our first trip to Vegas and we were looking for something economical so we could spend our money on dinner, drinks and shows. Our room was clean and comfortable. We spent very little time in the room and hotel. The location was towards the bottom of the strip. We walked a lot and when we got tired we jumped in a cab. We were prepared to spend money on cabs and it worked well for us. The pools were closed, not sure what the Excalibur pool was like. I would prefer to save pool / beach time for a vacation down south. Would I stay at the Excalibur again - sure, but only if it was the similar to what we just paid. For under $500 Canadian including flight, yes. If it was higher, I'd start to see what other options there were.

Abordable et bien situé

Pour le prix que nous avons payé, cet hôtel était fantastique ! L'emplacement était génial, juste à côté de New York New York qui a des restaurants et des bars extraordinaires, tout près de l'aéroport donc pas trop cher de prendre un taxi et juste en face du bus qui s'y rend. La chambre était parfaite, pas du tout luxueuse (pas de baignoire, seulement une douche debout) mais très propre, des lits confortables, une télévision à grand écran (pas de cafetière, nous avons apporté la nôtre) et le w [... lire plus]i fi gratuit qui fonctionnait vraiment ! Il y a des restaurants et une aire de restauration pour les personnes soucieuses de leur budget et je suis sûre que si la piscine avait été ouverte, elle aurait été tout aussi agréable. En hiver, vous pouvez utiliser la piscine du Luxor, juste à côté.

Affordable and great location For what we paid, this hotel was fantastic! The location was great right beside New York New York which has amazing restaurants and bars, very near the airport so not to expensive to take a cab and right across from the bus that goes there. The room was perfect, not luxury by any means (no tub, only a stand up shower) but very clean, comfy beds, big screen tv (no coffee maker, we brought our own) and free wi fi that actually worked! There are restaurants and a food court for the budget conscious and I'm sure if the pool had been open, it would have been just as nice. In the winter you can use the Luxor pool next door.

Clean and great service This hotel is great value for the money in a clean room with excellent access to the buses to take you anywhere on the strip. The staff were very lheloful with any requests we had about the strip and town.

Station balnéaire agréable pour le prix

Les chambres sont anciennes mais propres, tout comme l'ensemble du complexe. Lorsque le prix est comparable à celui de l'option la plus basse du strip...., il en vaut tout à fait la peine. Je ne séjournerais pas ici si le prix était comparable à celui d'un Treasure Island, d'un Linq, etc.

Nice resort for the price The rooms are older but clean and so is the whole resort. When it's priced as the lowest strip option.... it's completely worth the money. I wouldn't be staying here if it was priced comparable to a treasure island, linq, and so on.

Chambre confortable

La chambre était rénovée, confortable et propre. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien dans la chambre ! C'était calme, je n'ai pas entendu de bruit dans le couloir. Il aurait été bien d'avoir une cafetière, un micro-ondes et un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois !

Comfortable Room The room was updated, comfortable and clean. The wifi worked great in the room! It was quiet, didn't hear any noise in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker, microwave & small fridge in the room. I would stay here again next time!

Les chambres sont propres mais très délabrées, les chaises déchirées, les tapis de bain effilochés, les meubles fatigués, etc... La piscine est accueillante mais fermée pour la saison. Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable... La restauration est très bonne au buffet pour un ticket valable toute la journée.

nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois à l'Excalibur au fil des ans et nous avons toujours trouvé qu'il s'agissait d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, l'emplacement étant un atout majeur. La pression constante exercée par les vendeurs de multipropriétés peut être agaçante, mais une fois que l'on a dépassé ce stade et que l'on a accepté qu'ils ne font que leur travail, ils vous ignorent, donc tout va bien. Ce qui pourrait être un ENORME plus serait la vente de billets, s'ils proposaient réellement des bi [... lire plus]llets de spectacle pour le Strip à un meilleur prix, ou au moins égal à celui des lieux de réduction sur le Strip, alors vous pourriez gagner du temps et du stress en les achetant directement à l'hôtel et vous épargner l'ennui, le temps et le stress d'essayer de maximiser vos dollars en allant en ligne, ou en faisant des allers-retours vers les points de vente de billets pour trouver des billets de spectacle. Donnez aux gens l'impression que Vegas essaie de vous soutirer le dernier centime de votre poche en permanence. De même, les offres de Mlife, lorsqu'on est loin de Vegas, semblent toutes intéressantes, mais une fois sur place, les meilleures offres semblent s'être taries... franchement, c'est un peu une perte de temps. C'est dommage car on pourrait s'amuser davantage. dans l'ensemble, un bon hôtel, un bon personnel, un bon emplacement et un bon rapport qualité/prix

we've stayed at the Excalibur several times over the years and have always found it to be good value for the money, with a big plus being the location. The constant pressure from the time share sales can be annoying but once you get past that and accept that they are just doing their jobs, they just ignore you so it's ok. What could be a HUGE plus would be their ticket sales, if they genuinely offered Strip show tickets at a better price, or at least equal to the discount places on the Strip, then you could save time and stress by buying them right at the hotel and save the bother, time and stress of trying to maximize your bucks by going on line, or trudging up and down to the ticket outlets to find show tickets. Give people the straight goods rather than the feeling that Vegas is trying to get that last dime out of your pocket all the time. Also the Mlife deal that they offer, when you're far from Vegas the deals all sound so good, but once you're there, the best deals seem to have dried up...frankly it seems a bit of a waist of time. Pity as it could be more fun. all in all though, good hotel, good staff, great location and value
