L'hacienda mexicaine typique (bien que plus grande) et la décoration intérieure appropriée donnent une impression de confort. Le terrain est une oasis où l'on peut explorer la flore et la faune mexicaines. La piscine de taille décente et le jacuzzi servent bien les vacanciers. Les chambres spacieuses avec balcon donnant sur la cour permettent de se détendre en toute intimité et de savourer le café du matin, ou de passer un moment tranquille avec un livre. La variété des choix au buffet et au res [... lire plus]taurant à la carte était bonne. Le personnel aimable et désireux de faire plaisir a contribué à la bonne expérience et à l'impression générale. Une amélioration pourrait être apportée au snack-bar de la plage. La variété des aliments disponibles était médiocre et limitée.

Intimate The typical (although larger then) the Mexican hacienda with the appropriate interior decor gives a cosy feeling. Grounds provide an oasis to explore native mexican flora and fauna. Decent size pool and the jacuzzi serve the vacationers well. Spacious room with balcony facing the court yard gives opportunities to relax in private and enjoy the morning cofee, or a quiet time with a book. Variety of choices with buffet style, and a la carte restaurant was good. Friendly staff, eager to please added to overall good experience and impression. One improvement can be in the beach snack bar. Variety of available food was poor and limited.

Excellent service

ce petit complexe offre un excellent service et est très propre. Le buffet et la nourriture de la plage étaient très bons, mais la nourriture du restaurant à la carte m'a beaucoup déçu. Le personnel était exceptionnel. Les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité doivent être averties, car la chambre à elle seule comporte trois niveaux.

great service this smaller resort offers great service and is very clean. The buffet and the beach food was very good but very disappointed in the food at the al carte restaurant. The staff was exceptional. Anyone who has mobility issues should be warned, the room alone had 3 levels.

Excellente situation

Employés sympathiques. Chambre spacieuse. Mangues suspendues au balcon. Calme, propre. Bon emplacement juste à côté du terminal des ferries. Les clients sont sympathiques aussi. Proche de l'aéroport également. Dans la chambre, il y a un coffre-fort, ce qui est très bien.

Great location Friendly employees. Spacious room. Mangos hanging on your balcony. Quiet, clean. Good location right beside ferry terminal. Guests are friendly too. Close to airport too. Inside room there is safe, which is great.

Cauchemar de vacances

En arrivant sur place, on se dit d'abord "joli centre de villégiature authentiquement mexicain". Cette idée s'évanouit rapidement lorsque l'on voit le reste de l'endroit. La chambre était convenable, mais le terrain de l'hôtel était très petit. La piscine était extrêmement petite et le carrelage cassé. L'un des autres clients nous a prévenus que des gens se coupaient les pieds et avaient besoin de points de suture. Le bar de la piscine était entouré de jeunes garçons locaux qui restaient là à bo [... lire plus]ire toute la journée. Je ne peux qu'imaginer où ils allaient aux toilettes. La nourriture était dégoûtante. Mon mari n'a pas supporté l'odeur de la nourriture et il n'est pas du tout difficile, ce fut donc un choc pour moi. La soi-disant plage se trouvait à quelques pas de l'hôtel, dans des ruelles et devant des bâtiments louches où traînaient les gens du coin. Je ne me sentais pas du tout en sécurité. Le "club de plage" était censé disposer d'un snack-bar où les touristes pouvaient se procurer des en-cas et des boissons. On aurait dit que ce bâtiment n'avait pas été utilisé depuis des décennies. Personne n'y travaillait et il n'y avait rien à manger ni à boire. La seule chose positive que je puisse dire, c'est que Nolitours a été très arrangeant et nous a aidés à trouver un autre hôtel en urgence le lendemain. De là, nous sommes allés au Royal Decameron et c'était incroyable en comparaison. Je ne recommanderais pas l'Hacienda Bueneventura. Je ne le dirai jamais assez.

Holiday Nightmare At first when you get there, you think "nice Authentic Mexico resort". That is quickly shattered when you see the rest of the place. The room was adequate, but the resort grounds were very small. The pool was extremely small and had broken tile and one of the other guests warned us that people were getting their feet cut and needing stitches. The swim up bar was surrounded by local young boys who stayed there, drinking All day. I'm only imagining where they went to the washroom. The food was disgusting. My husband was unable to handle the smell of the food and he is not fussy in the least, so this was a shock to me. The so called beach was quite a walk from the resort through some back alleys and past some sketchy buildings where the locals were hanging out. It did not feel safe at all. The "beach club" was supposed to have a snack bar for tourists to get snacks and drinks. It looked like that building had not been used in decades. There was no one working there and no food or drinks to be had. The only positive thing I can say is that Nolitours was very accommodating in helping us find another resort in a hurry the next day. From there, we went to the Royal Decameron and it was Amazing in comparison. I would not recommend the Hacienda Bueneventura. I cannot express that enough.

Les chambres étaient propres et toujours faites tôt tous les jours. La nourriture était bonne et toujours variée. La station de nourriture chaude était la meilleure Le personnel était formidable, les boissons étaient correctes mais pas excellentes. La plage était étonnamment bonne, avec du sable et pas de rochers, contrairement à la plupart des autres stations balnéaires que nous avons visitées. Nous y retournerons

3 STAR BUT WAY BETTER Rooms were clean and always made up early everyday . Food was good always had a variety. Hot food station was the best Staff was amazing, drinks were ok not great. Beach was surprisingly good had sand no rocks unlike most of the other resorts we walked by. Will go back again
