Sympathique et propre.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. Le terrain était très propre, la nourriture était fraîche et chaude, les chambres étaient belles et propres et le personnel était serviable et amical. Coffre-fort dans la chambre, réfrigérateur approvisionné tous les jours. À quelques pâtés de maisons du malecon. Proche de l'épicerie, de la laverie, etc.

Friendly and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds were kept very clean, food was fresh and hot, rooms were nice and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. In room safe, stocked fridge daily. A few blocks from the malecon. Close to grocery store, laundry etc.

Excellent hôtel et emplacement !

les chambres et l'ensemble de l'hôtel étaient très propres et bien entretenus. le personnel très sympathique. bon emplacement, juste à côté de la plage et des deux piscines pour plus de commodité. la nourriture était excellente et le personnel toujours sympathique. excellent emplacement, très proche de la ville, à environ 10-15 minutes à pied, ce qui était agréable. la foule était un peu plus âgée cependant et les choses se sont arrêtées assez tôt, car le groupe avec lequel j'étais avait entre 2 [... lire plus]3 et 29 ans et voulait faire des choses un peu plus tard que 22h00. il pourrait être un peu cher, mais cela pourrait être dû à la période à laquelle j'étais là. dans l'ensemble, bonne expérience pour la première fois au Mexique !

great hotel & location! the rooms and whole hotel were very clean and well kept. very friendly staff. good location right on the beach and the 2 pools for convenience. the food was excellent and the staff were always friendly. great location very close to town about a 10-15 minute walk which was nice. the crowd was a little older however and things shut down pretty early as the group I was with between 23-29 and wanted to do things a little later than 10:00pm. could be a little pricy but that could have been the time I was there. overall great experience for first time in Mexico!

Hôtel Buenaventura

Nous sommes allés à Buenaventura plusieurs fois et nous ne pouvons imaginer qu'il faille améliorer le service, l'hospitalité, la présentation de la nourriture, l'entretien du terrain, l'emplacement et le personnel heureux, l'accueil est si chaleureux et nous nous sentons comme une famille, beaucoup de membres du personnel sont là depuis plusieurs années. J'adore cet hôtel et je prévois d'y retourner très bientôt - nous avons 81/83 ans.

Buenaventura Hotel We have been to Buenaventura several times and can't imagine any improvement is needed in the service, hospitality, food-presentation, grounds-keeping, location and happy staff, the welcome is so warm and we feel like family, many of the staff have been there for several years. I just love this hotel and plan another trip there very soon--we are 81/83 yrs.

Grand centre de villégiature !

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Buenaventura, Puerto Vallarta. L'emplacement est 5 étoiles, à distance de marche du centre-ville et situé sur la plage. Le terrain et la plage sont d'une propreté exceptionnelle et le personnel de l'hôtel, en particulier les serveurs et les barmans, est fantastique. La nourriture était excellente et d'une qualité digne d'une croisière dans les restaurants Ala Carte. Le restaurant de la plage, ouvert à l'heure du déjeuner, proposait une cuisine de qualité et tr [... lire plus]ès variée. La note de quatre étoiles est due au manque de cohérence dans l'offre des bars. Nous aimons le champagne, mais la disponibilité était aléatoire. J'y retournerai....un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un super service !

Great Resort! I really enjoyed my trip to Buenaventura, Puerto Vallarta. The location is 5 star, walking distance to downtown and located on the beach. The grounds and beach are kept exceptionally clean, and the staff at the hotel, particularly the servers and bartenders are fantastic. The food was super and up to cruise quality in the Ala Carte restaurants. The beach restaurant open at lunch time was good food with lots of variety. The four star rating is due to the lack of consistency in bar offerings. We like champagne but availability was hit and miss. I will go back....great value and super service!
