Grand hôtel

J'ai adoré la chambre et les installations. Mon problème était les frais cachés pour chaque jour du séjour pour le WiFi, etc. Ce fut une surprise. Je n'aime pas non plus le fait de fumer dans le casino, je pouvais le sentir au 18ème étage. En tant que non-fumeur, cela m'a vraiment dérangé. Ils ont besoin d'un meilleur système de ventilation pour se débarrasser de la fumée.

Great hotel I loved the room and the facilities. My issues was the hidden fees for each day of the stay for WiFi etc. That was a surprise. I also dislikec0the smoking in the casino I could actually smell it on the 18th floor. As a non smoker that really bothered me. They need a better ventilation system to get rid of the smoke.

Hôtel génial !

L'un des meilleurs hôtels du Strip. Il est littéralement au milieu de tout. L'intérieur de la chambre d'hôtel était incroyable. Tout était beau et neuf. Nous avions non seulement une vue sur les fontaines de Bellagio, mais aussi sur la Tour Eiffel. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel si j'ai l'intention de retourner à Vegas :)

Awesome Hotel!! One of the best hotels to stay at on the Strip. It is literally in the middle of everything. The interior of the hotel room was amazing. Everything was nice and new. Had not only the view of the Bellagio fountains, but of the Eiffel Tower. Will definitely stay here again if planning to return to Vegas :)

Planet Hollywood

Excellente situation pour profiter de la strip.... personnel très sympathique et chambre très bien équipée ( Ultra Hip ). Nous y retournerons certainement. Le casino avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin... nous avons même gagné un peu. C'est bien d'avoir le centre commercial à côté de l'hôtel... beaucoup d'endroits à choisir pour les repas ou les collations.

Great location for enjoying the strip....really friendly staff and a very well equipped room ( Ultra Hip ). Will go back for sure. The casino had everything we needed...even won a little. Nice to have the mall attached to the hotel...lots of places to choose from for meals or snacks.

Dès l'entrée dans le hall, nous avons senti que le personnel était là pour faire de notre séjour la meilleure expérience possible. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Lorsque nous avons regardé par la fenêtre, nous avons vu la partie du Bellagio, les fontaines, une partie du strip. C'est tout à fait impressionnant. l'hôtel se trouve à distance de marche de tous les grands hôtels, restaurants et magasins. Met our expectations Right from the moment we walked into lobby we felt that the staff was there to make our stay would be the best experience possible. Our room was spacious and well appointed. When we looked out the window view of the part of the Bellagio, the fountains, part of the strip . Totally stunning. .This hotel was within walking distance all the major hotels and restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed eating at Planet dailies and PF Chang's; both were priced well and the quality was excellent

l'enregistrement a été efficace, le check out encore plus et serviable la chambre était incroyable, spacieuse et calme. la douche aurait pu avoir plus de pression d'eau nous ne pouvions PAS nous connecter au Wi-Fi car il était si lent... et il était stipulé que nous ne pouvions utiliser que deux appareils ? La piscine n'avait pas assez de chaises longues, nous n'avons donc pas pu utiliser la piscine ou le patio ouvert

hotel stay check in was efficient, check out even more so and helpful room was amazing, spacious and quiet. shower could have had more water pressure resort frees...ridiculous - it was supposed to be for Wi-Fi and pool use. we could NOT log on to Wi-Fi or it was so slow...and it stipulated only on 2 devices? Pool area did not have enough loungers so we weren't able to use the pool or the open patio area

Grand hôtel

C'est la quatrième fois que je viens à Vegas, j'ai été au mom, au Trump Tower, au Hard Rock Hotel et au Planet Hollywood. Le PH est au milieu de tout, les chambres sont super propres, les lits sont très confortables, c'est un super hôtel pour le prix. La piscine est un peu petite, mais dans l'ensemble c'est un très bon hôtel.

Great hotel It's my fourth time in Vegas, been to the mom, trump tower, hard rock hotel and the Planet Hollywood. The PH is in the middle of everything, rooms are super clean, beds are very comfortable, it is a great hotel for the price. The pool is a bit small, but overall a really great hotel.

Bonne situation, chambre horrible

Emplacement de premier choix, mais les chambres sont horribles, vieux meubles et même pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Il faut absolument recommander Paris pour un petit supplément. Cet hôtel se fait vieux et a besoin d'être rénové au plus vite..............

Good location, horrible room Premium location, but rooms are horrible, old furnitures and not even a fridge in the room. Definitely recommend Paris for little extra. This hotel is getting old and need renovation asap..............

Le casino est agréable, la chambre était correcte.

Le casino et le centre commercial étaient agréables et offraient de nombreuses options. La chambre elle-même était médiocre. Rien de spécial et des frais de 35 $ par nuit au moment du départ, dont personne ne vous avertit. Je n'aurais pas hésité à changer d'hôtel la prochaine fois.

Casino is nice, room was OK. The casino and shopping mall was nice and had lots of options. The room itself was mediocre. Nothing special and a random $35 resort fee per night when you check-out that nobody warns you about. Wouldn't mind checking a different hotel next time.

Planet Hollywood

Cet hôtel est une bonne affaire pour le prix, il est propre et bien entretenu. L'emplacement est central et il y a beaucoup de magasins et de bons restaurants à apprécier. Les machines de casino pourraient être mises à jour avec des versions plus récentes et elles semblent manger votre argent très rapidement. Dans l'ensemble, je séjournerais à nouveau au Planet Hollywood car j'aime beaucoup son emplacement, proche et en face des hôtels de luxe tels que le Bellagio et le Caesars Place.

This hotel is a good deal for the price its clean and well maintained. Locations is central and has lots of stores and good food to enjoy. The casino machines could be updated to newer versions and they seem to eat you money very quickly. Overall I would stay at the Planet Hollywood again as I really like the location as it is close and across the street from the very luxury Hotels such as the Bellagio and Caesars Place.

Nous nous sommes enregistrés à l'hôtel vers 23 heures et la procédure a été assez rapide et courtoise. Le personnel était amical et serviable. Notre chambre était propre et correspondait exactement à ce que j'attendais. Nous avions une vue sur la piscine, ce qui était parfait car nous ne passons pas beaucoup de temps dans notre chambre de toute façon. Le personnel de nettoyage a été formidable en faisant le ménage dans la chambre tous les jours. Je trouve que l'emplacement de l'hôtel est  [... lire plus]excellent. En plein milieu du strip. Il a également l'avantage d'avoir les magasins Miracle Miles à proximité, où vous pouvez trouver beaucoup de bonne nourriture à un très bon prix, et une tonne de shopping. Nous avons mangé au PF Chang et au Planet Dailies qui se trouvent dans le casino. Les deux étaient très bons. Nous sommes allés chez PF Chang pendant l'happy hour et avons pu déguster différentes petites assiettes. Très bon repas. Au Planet Dailies, j'ai pris la côte de bœuf, qui ne coûtait que 16 $ pour une grande portion. C'était très bon. Nous avons également mangé au Earl of Sandwich, qui était excellent. Le casino était propre et amusant. Nous avons passé peu de temps à jouer car nous voulions explorer plus que jouer. Nous avons demandé un départ tardif car notre vol ne partait qu'à 23h30 et pour environ 50 dollars, on peut partir à 16 heures. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens à Las Vegas et j'ai séjourné ici deux fois. Je ne vois aucune raison d'aller ailleurs la prochaine fois.

July 4-7 2016 We checked in to the hotel at around 11pm and it was a fairly quick and courteous process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and exactly what I was expecting. We had a pool view which was fine as we don't spend a lot of time in our room anyway. The cleaning staff were great at making up your room every day. I find that the location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of the strip. It also has the advantage of having the Miracle Miles shops attached, where you can find lots of great food at a very good price, and a ton of shopping. We ate at PF Chang and Planet Dailies which are located in the casino. Both were very good. We went to PF Change during happy hour and were able to enjoy different small plates. Great meal. At Planet Dailies I had the prim rib, which was only $16 for the large portion. It was good. We also ate at Earl of Sandwich which was great. Casino was clean and fun. We spent a minimal amount of time actually gambling as we wanted to explore more than gamble. We asked for a late checkout as our flight was only leaving at 11:30pm and for about $50 you can checkout at 4pm. This is actually my second time to Las Vegas and I have stayed here twice and I see no reason to go anywhere else next time.

Très bon hôtel, mais pas de frais de dossier.

Le Planet Hollywood était très propre et le personnel sympathique. Les spécialités pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. J'ai été très déçu par les frais de séjour. C'est la seule raison pour laquelle je séjournerai ailleurs la prochaine fois. En discutant avec d'autres personnes, nous avons constaté que de nombreux complexes hôteliers renonçaient à ces frais sur demande.

Really good resort, humbug to the resort fees. Planet Hollywood was very clean, staff friendly. The breakfast and dinner specials were a good value. Very disapppinted about the resort fees. This is the only reason I will stay elsewhere next time. Talking with others, we found many of the resorts waive the fees upon request.

Légèrement déçu.

-Nous avons payé pour une chambre Hip King et avons reçu deux lits doubles jusqu'au deuxième jour où nous avons dû attendre toute la journée jusqu'à 3h30 pour une chambre avec un lit king. - une fois dans la nouvelle chambre, la douche était cassée et il n'y avait que de l'eau froide. Appelé pour réparer et n'était toujours pas réparé lorsque nous avons quitté le jour 4.

Slightly disappointed. -Paid for a Hip King Room received two double beds until day two which we had to wait around all day until 3;30 for a room with a king bed. - once in the new room shower was broken only cold water. Called to fix and still wasn't fixed when we left on day 4.

Agréable.

L'emplacement était génial mais l'hôtel était très sombre. Le buffet est surestimé. J'aime beaucoup le fait que l'hôtel soit rattaché à un centre commercial, il y a donc beaucoup de boutiques. Le casino était très enfumé. Pour le prix, il en valait la peine. Dans l'ensemble, c'était amusant !

Pleasant. The location was great but the hotel was very dark. Buffet is over rated. I really like that the hotel is attached to a mall so there are lots of shops. Casino was very smoky. For the price it was well worth it. All in all it was fun!

Comme prévu

Le Planet Hollywood était un lieu de séjour décent. Très bien situé sur le strip. La chambre était correcte. La salle de bain était grande, mais la douche avait besoin d'être rénovée (la poignée de la porte de la douche est tombée et le robinet grince lorsqu'on le tourne). Earl of sandwich est juste en dessous, ce qui est génial si vous avez besoin d'un repas rapide, bon marché, mais très décent. L'enregistrement a été difficile. Nous sommes arrivés vers 15 heures et il nous a fallu 30 minutes p [... lire plus]our faire la queue au comptoir d'enregistrement. Le départ a été beaucoup plus facile. J'ai payé mes frais de séjour la veille de notre départ et j'ai quitté l'hôtel par téléphone le matin. Le personnel était sympathique (sauf le type du bureau du concierge... complètement inutile et avec une mauvaise attitude pour un concierge....il ne savait même pas où se trouvait le théâtre pour un spectacle dans la propriété). A part ce type, toutes les personnes avec qui nous avons eu affaire à l'hôtel ont été très agréables.

as expected Planet Hollywood was a decent place to stay. Great location on the strip. Room was It ok. Bathroom was big, but the shower needed some updating (shower door handle fell off, and the faucet would squeal when turned). Earl of sandwich is right downstairs, which is awesome if you need a quick, cheap, but very decent meal. Checking in was tough. We arrived around 3pm, and the line-up at the check-in desk took us about 30 minutes to get through. Checking out was much easier. I paid my resort fees the night before we left, and checked out over the phone in the morning. Staff were friendly (except the guy at the concierge desk...completely useless and bad attitude for a concierge....he didnt even know where the theater was for a show at the property). Other than that guy, everyone we dealt with at the hotel was quite pleasant.

Séjour OK

Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le spectacle de la fontaine du Bellagio depuis le 35ème étage du Planet Hollywood Resort, mais des rénovations étaient en cours juste au-dessus de nous à 6h30 du matin et nous étions juste derrière les ascenseurs, ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas pu dormir tranquillement pendant tout le temps que nous avons passé dans la chambre. L'enregistrement a été assez rapide, mais vérifiez bien où se trouve votre chambre par rapport aux ascenseurs. Le restaurant est ouve [... lire plus]rt 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, ce qui permet de se restaurer à tout moment. Le casino est très fréquenté la nuit et il est difficile de trouver une table ou une machine à laquelle on veut jouer. Dans l'ensemble, à part la vue magnifique, rien ne se démarque des autres endroits où nous avons séjourné sur le Strip.

OK Stay Had a great view of the Bellagio Fountain show from the 35th floor of the Planet Hollywood Resort, but there were renovations going on right above us at 6:30 am and we were right behind the elevators, so not much quiet sleeping time for the time we were in the room. Check in was fairly fast, but just check where your room is in relation to the elevators. Great location on the strip, with the restaurant open 24/7 makes it handy to get something to eat anytime. The casino floor gets really busy at night and it makes it hard to find a table or machine that you want to play. Overall other than the great view, nothing stands out over the other places we have stayed on the strip.

Planet Hollywood n'en vaut pas la peine

Je ne séjournerai plus jamais au Planet Hollywood ! Les chambres étaient dégoûtantes avec de la moisissure sur la pomme de douche ! Nous avons placé le panneau "NE PAS déranger" sur notre porte, laissé tous nos vêtements sur le lit et sommes partis pour la journée. À notre retour, les femmes de chambre étaient passées et avaient déplacé tous nos vêtements, y compris les sous-vêtements, et fait les lits. Nous nous sommes plaints et avons obtenu un surclassement gratuit de la chambre et la douche  [... lire plus]avait encore de la moisissure, sans compter que le personnel a été extrêmement impoli en nous disant que les femmes de chambre n'étaient pas censées déplacer les vêtements des clients et en nous accusant d'avoir menti. C'est un hôtel festif et si c'est une fête que vous voulez, c'est ce que vous obtiendrez, de la musique forte entendue à travers les murs 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Il y avait des taches collantes sur la moquette et des taches brunes sur les draps. Très dégoûtant ! Très déçu ! La pire partie de mon séjour à Vegas a été le Planet Hollywood ! La prochaine fois que j'irai, je dépenserai certainement l'argent supplémentaire et je resterai au Bellagio ! Le Bellagio est magnifique et HAUTEMENT recommandé.

Planet Hollywood Not Worth the Money I would never stay at Planet Hollywood again! The rooms were disgusting with mold on the shower head! We placed the DO NOT disturb sign on our door and left all our clothes on the bed and left for the day when we came back the maids had come in and moved all our clothing, underwear included, and made the beds. We complained and got a free room upgrade and the shower still had mold, not to mention the staff were extremely rude telling us that the maids aren't supposed to move the guests clothing and accusing us of lying. This is a PARTY hotel and if its a party you want that's what you will get, loud music heard through the walls 24/7. There were sticky spots on the carpet and brown stains on the sheets. Very disgusting! Very disappointed! Worst part of going to Vegas was Planet Hollywood! Next time I go I will definitely spend the extra money and stay at the Bellagio!! Bellagio is beautiful and HIGHLY recommended.

Personnel sympathique. emplacement parfait sur le strip

le personnel d'entretien était phénoménal. l'emplacement est en plein cœur du strip. les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. le choix de nourriture était excellent dans l'hôtel et tout le personnel et les clients étaient très amicaux et ont fait de notre expérience à vegas la meilleure !

friendly staff. perfect location on the strip the housekeeping staff were phenomenal. the location is right in the heart of the strip. the rooms we're nice and spacious. food selection was great in the hotel and all of the staff and guests were very friendly and made our vegas experience the best!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix sur le strip

Le PH est un bel hôtel. J'ai eu une chambre Hollywood Hip, rien de spécial mais tout de même agréable. Je reviendrais ici ou je regarderais d'autres hôtels pour un meilleur rapport qualité/prix. J'ai été ennuyé par le fait qu'une vis à liège et des verres à vin coûtaient 8,00 $ de plus

great value on the strip PH is a nice hotel. Had a Hollywood Hip room, nothing special bit still nice. Would stay here again or look at other hotels/value. I was annoyed that a cork screw and wine glasses would be extra $8.00

EMPLACEMENT IDÉAL

Premier voyage à Las Vagas, Planet Hollywood Resort Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très serviable et informatif. La chambre était un peu démodée mais confortable et propre. Avec le temps plus frais, l'accès aux centres commerciaux intérieurs, aux restaurants et aux spectacles a été bénéfique. Il y a tellement de choses à faire à Vegas que j'ai hâte d'y retourner. Un grand merci à Tripcental pour ses suggestions.

GREAT LOCATION First trip to Las Vagas .Planet Hollywood Resort Hotel staff were very helpful and informative. The room was a little outdated but comfortable and clean. With the cooler weather having access to the indoor malls, restaurants and shows had its benefits. So much to do in Vegas can't wait to return. Special thanks to Tripcental for there suggestion .

Grand lit

Trip central a réservé exactement ce que nous avions demandé. La chambre était propre, le lit et la vue sur la fontaine étaient fantastiques. Le seul point négatif est que la chambre donnait l'impression qu'ils étaient en train de changer de vieux meubles avec des pièces plus récentes et qu'ils n'avaient pas encore terminé. Un grand espace où un bureau aurait pu se trouver a été laissé ouvert avec des fils visibles.

Great bed Trip central booked exactly what we asked for. The room was clean and the bed and view of the fountain was fantastic. The only negative was the room looked like they were changing some old furniture with newer pieces and had not completed it yet. A large space were a desk might be was left open with wires visible.
