Dans l'ensemble, une excellente expérience

Je suis allé au Wyndham Alltra pour rencontrer des membres de ma famille pour un voyage de cinq jours. L'enregistrement est très facile, j'ai fini par payer un supplément à la moitié de mon voyage et j'ai obtenu des chambres au bord de la piscine. Je le recommande vivement car vous n'avez pas à essayer de trouver une chaise de jardin tôt le matin, car elles partent vite. Avec les chambres au bord de la piscine, vous pouvez entrer et sortir de votre chambre facilement et vous avez vos propres ch [... lire plus]aises de jardin. La piscine est infinie. Vous pouvez marcher de long en large et nager tout en faisant de l'exercice. Les cours d'aquagym à midi étaient formidables. À la carte, l'attente peut être longue, en particulier pour le steakhouse et l'italien, mais l'italien valait bien l'attente. Je ne suis jamais allée au steakhouse. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le restaurant mexicain à la carte. Les pizzas étaient excellentes au snack-bar en milieu d'après-midi. Mon frère avait le forfait VIP hello et c'est très pratique de pouvoir aller prendre un café et une collation au salon VIP à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Il est cependant très difficile d'obtenir un forfait VIP et une chambre au bord de la piscine. Il n'y a jamais eu de pénurie de nourriture et nous avons été très satisfaits après chaque visite au buffet. Le personnel est très accommodant et très amical. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel !

Overall A Great Experience I went down to the Wyndham Alltra to meet family members for a five day trip. Check-in is very easy, I ended up paying extra halfway through my trip and upgrading to the poolside rooms. Highly recommend it because you don’t have to try and nab a lawn chair early in the morning as they go fast. With the poolside rooms you get to stroll in and out of your room easily and you have your own lawn chairs. The pool goes forever. You can walk up and down and swim and hey plenty of exercise. The water aerobics classes at noon were wonderful. À la cart can be a long wait, specifically for the steakhouse and the Italian, but the Italian was well worth the wait. I never did go to the steakhouse. I really enjoyed the Mexican Al La Carte. The pizzas were great at the snack bar as a mid afternoon snack. My brother had the VIP hello package and it is very convenient to be able to go for a coffee and a snack at the VIP lounge at any time during the day. It is very difficult to get a VIP package and poolside room though. There was never a shortage of food and we were very pleased after every buffet visit. The staff are very accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend!

Un super hôtel

La nourriture et la variété sont au rendez-vous, tant au buffet que dans les restaurants à la carte. La plage est bien plus agréable qu'à Bavaro : elle est beaucoup plus large et en pente douce, avec des palmiers qui offrent de l'ombre si on le souhaite. Le complexe est propre et bien entretenu. Les animations sont correctes : certains spectacles sont vraiment bons, d'autres sont moyens.

Great Hotel Food and variety is good at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Beach is much nicer than Bavaro - much wider and easy grade, with palm trees which offers shade if desired. Resort clean and well maintained. Entertainment is decent - some shows are really good and some so-so.

Moule

La moisissure dans les chambres a imprégné nos vêtements d'une odeur nauséabonde et m'a rendu malade. J'ai été malade pendant mon séjour et mon état s'est gravement aggravé à mon retour. Nous avons senti cette odeur tout au long de notre séjour et nous avons empuanti l'avion sur le chemin du retour. Nous avons demandé autour de nous car dès le deuxième jour, nous voulions changer de chambre, mais toutes les personnes à qui nous avons parlé vivaient la même situation et s'en plaignaient. Je souf [... lire plus]fre d'une allergie chronique à la moisissure et de problèmes de santé préexistants, qui se sont aggravés pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel. Allez-y à vos risques et périls !! Cela ne vaut pas le coup de mettre votre santé en danger. Je retourne chez le médecin lundi pour un nouveau bilan. Et nous avons payé 5 200 $ CAD pour une semaine :( Et le service n'était pas bon. Tout le reste était parfait.

Mould Mould in the rooms made our clothes smell and made me sick. I was sick during my trip and got very ill upon my return. We smelled the entire time and we stunk up the airplane on the way home. We asked around because by day 2 we wanted another room - but everyone we spoke to was experiencing and complaining about the same thing. I have a lifelong allergy to mold and pre-existing health conditions, which were exacerbated during my time at the resort. Please go at your own risk!! It isn't worth your health. I am back at the doctors on Monday for another check up. And we paid $5200 CAD for one week :( And the service was not good. Everything else was perfect.

Médiocre

La chambre sentait très mauvais et il y avait de la moisissure noire. Notre douche ne s'écoulait pas et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude (problème résolu). Le parc aquatique est un atout formidable. Le fait qu'il ne soit pas possible de réserver dans les restaurants est tout simplement ridicule. Cookie est adorable (le perroquet).

Mediocre Room smelt very bad and there was black mould. Our shower wouldn’t drain and had no hot water (resolved). The water park is a great feature. No reservations for restaurants is absolutely ridiculous. Cookie is cute (the parrot)

Excellent!

C'était un magnifique complexe hôtelier. Des jardins et de la verdure partout. Comme la piscine s'étendait sur tout le complexe, il n'y avait pas de foule autour d'une piscine centrale. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Bonne variété de plats au buffet central. Chambres propres et bien entretenues.

This was a beautiful resort. Gardens and greenery everywhere. Because the pool stretched throughout the resort, there were no big crowds around a central pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good variety of food at the cental buffet. Rooms clean and well looked after.

Magnifique complexe hôtelier

Complexe très propre, avec une belle piscine, un parc aquatique sympa, proche de la plage, avec un personnel sympathique, une cuisine correcte et de belles chambres. Il n'y avait pas assez de transats pour tout le monde, donc si vous en voulez un, préparez-vous à vous lever à 7 heures du matin pour réserver votre place tous les jours.

Beautiful resort Very clean resort, with nice pool, fun water park, close to the beach, with friendly staff, decent food and nice rooms. There were not enough pool loungers for everyone, so if you want one, be prepared to get up at 7am to claim your spot every day.

Excellent séjour au Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Wyndham Alltra ! Le complexe est très propre et magnifique, avec une piscine incroyable. Les plats proposés au buffet étaient toujours frais, bien préparés et en quantité plus que suffisante. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine et recommanderons ce complexe à nos amis. Merci à tous !

Great stay at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Alltra! The resort is very clean and beautiful with amazing swimming pool. The food in buffet was always fresh, well-prepared and more than enough. Will be back next year and will recommend this resort to our friends. Thanks to everyone!

Elle n'a pas déçu !

Quelle fantastique expérience de vacances. Le terrain était parfaitement aménagé. La longue piscine était accueillante, avec suffisamment de chaises longues et de parasols pour accueillir une foule nombreuse. La plage était également superbe, mais l'eau était normalement assez agitée et ondulée. Le buffet, ainsi que les restaurants à la carte, offraient une variété savoureuse ; le restaurant de steaks Brasas pourrait cependant faire mieux avec son entrecôte. Le personnel était excellent, notamme [... lire plus]nt Cavel, Luis, Julio, Ricardo et Tomas du service de restauration, et bien sûr Sewander du bar de la piscine. Ce complexe vaut vraiment la peine d'être visité à nouveau.

Definitely did not disappoint! What a fantastic holiday experience. Grounds were so perfectly landscaped . The long pool was welcoming with enough lounge chairs and umbrellas to accommodate a large crowd. The beach was as well great, but the water was normally fairly rough and wavy. The buffet, as well as the a la carte restaurants provided tasty variety; the Brasas steak restaurant could do better with their rib eye steak though. The staff was excellent, notably Cavel, Luis, Julio, Ricardo, and Tomas from food services, and of course Sewander from the pool bar. This resort is definitely worth a repeat visit.
