Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Escapade hivernale

Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Le buffet offre un large choix et des plats délicieux. La machine à café propose des boissons raffinées comme le cappuccino. Les animations en soirée étaient sympas. Les trois restaurants à la carte étaient super, avec plein de choix et un personnel sympa. Les jardins étaient bien entretenus. L'établissement est proche de la plage. Les lieux sont propres. C'est un peu vieillot et ça aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf.

Winter get away The staff are accommodating and pleasant. The buffet offers a large selection as well delicious food. The coffee machine offers fancy coffee drinks like cappuccino, The nightly entertainment was good. All 3 al carte restaurants were amazing, many choices served by pleasant staff. The grounds were well manicured. The facility is close to the beach. The premise is clean. It’s a bit dated and can use a facelift.

Le complexe hôtelier est simple, propre et le personnel est attentionné et serviable. Les jardins et les chambres sont bien entretenus, tout comme la piscine et la plage. Nous sommes déjà venus deux fois dans ce complexe hôtelier, simplement pour sa simplicité. Le choix de plats est bon, nous n'avons jamais eu à nous plaindre et la fraîcheur et l'utilisation de produits locaux sont appréciables.

Simple, Clean, Friendly Resort The resort is simple, clean and the staff are attentive and helpful. The grounds and rooms are well maintained as well as the pool and beach areas. We have come to this resort twice now just for it's simplicity. The food selection is good, we never had a concern and the freshness and using local products is cool.

Secrets La Romana: Superbe complexe hôtelier

Nous sommes rentrés après avoir passé 9 jours au Secrets La Romana. C'est un grand hôtel relié au Dreams. L'hôtel et son personnel sont de premier ordre et la nourriture dans les différents restaurants était excellente, tout comme le buffet. Nous avions le statut « Preferred », qui nous donnait accès à un salon privé avec un personnel de bar excellent, à des buffets toute la journée et à un enregistrement privé. Oui, je retournerais dans ce complexe.

Great resort We have got back after spending 9 days at Secrets La Romana. This is a big hotel which is connected with Dreams. The hotel and its staff are first rate and the food in the various restaurants was excellent along with the buffet. We had the preferred status which gave access to a private lounge with excellent bar staff and an all day buffets and private check in. Yes I would go back to this resort

Nous avons séjourné en tant que clients privilégiés. Cela vaut vraiment la peine de séjourner sous les palapas dans la zone privilégiée de la plage. Avoir un majordome à votre disposition pour répondre à tous vos besoins est également un avantage supplémentaire. La plage mérite une note de 10/10. Sable blanc et eau claire et calme. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel parmi tous ceux où j'ai séjourné à Punta Cana.

Wonderful time at Dreams Dominicus We stayed as Preferred guests. Definitely worth it to stay under the palapas in the preferred beach area. Having a butler to meet all your needs is a bonus as well. The beach is 10/10. White sand and clear calm water. The food was very good. Loved the idea of no reservation needed for restaurants. The buffet had a lot of choices. The beef was a bit tough but otherwise all meals well prepared and presented. Quite a few bars with lots of drink choices. Overall definitely recommend this resort over many others I stayed at in Punta Cana.

HM Alma De Bayahibe Hotel: Superbes vacances relaxantes

Nous venons de rentrer et n'avons rien à redire. L'emplacement, la nourriture, les piscines, tout était parfait. Les jardins étaient très propres et la chambre était superbe. Un autre escalier ou un toboggan pour accéder à l'océan serait appréciable. Surtout un toboggan.

Great relaxing vacay We just got back and have no complaints. Location, food, pools were all good. Grounds were very clean and room was great. Another set of stairs or a slide into the ocean would be great. Especially a slide.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel... C'était notre deuxième séjour là-bas. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. La nourriture était excellente. Le golf était un peu cher, mais nos golfeurs ont apprécié le parcours. L'enregistrement a été horrible ! Il a fallu une heure et demie avant que nous puissions nous enregistrer, alors que notre navette ne comptait que six personnes. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à la piscine tranquille, qui était parfaite pour notre groupe. Nous avons appris après [... lire plus] notre arrivée que nous aurions pu réserver nos restaurants à la carte avant de partir. Cela aurait été utile de le savoir ! Il n'y avait AUCUN représentant WestJet disponible à aucun moment pour nous. Nous avons dû trouver nous-mêmes comment nous rendre à l'aéroport, avec l'aide du personnel du service clientèle.

A perfect holiday Loved this hotel… it was our second visit there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Golf was a bit expensive but our golfers enjoyed the course. Check in was terrible! It was a full hour and a half before we were checked in and there were only 6 people on our shuttle. Spent a lot of time at the quiet pool which was perfect for our group. We learned after we arrived there that we could have booked our a La carte restaurants before we left home. That would have been helpful to know! There was NO WestJet rep available at any time for us. We had to figure out getting to airport on our own with some help from the staff at guest experience.

L'hôtel était propre, bien entretenu et bien géré. Le personnel travaille très dur, il est très sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Il y avait un choix raisonnable de plats si vous n'avez pas de restrictions alimentaires (par exemple, viande ou produits laitiers). Comme je suis allergique à la viande et aux produits laitiers, l'alimentation était très difficile pour moi. Même s'ils proposaient des options adaptées à mon régime alimentaire, ils ne séparaient pas les plats végétariens des plats  [... lire plus]contenant de la viande ou des produits laitiers. Les pinces utilisées pour les produits laitiers et la viande étaient donc les mêmes. En raison de mes allergies, j'ai dû éviter la plupart des plats proposés au menu. Lorsque les chefs étaient disponibles, ils me préparaient des plats spéciaux en cuisine, ce dont je leur étais toujours reconnaissante. Avec autant d'allergies, il serait plus sûr de séparer certains produits et de les étiqueter correctement pour les clients.

Great resort! The hotel was clean, well maintained and kept. The staff work super hard, they are very friendly and always willing to help. There was a decent amount of food options if you don’t have dietary restrictions (e.g., meat or dairy). Because I have a meat and dairy allergy the food was very challenging for me. Although they had options for me to eat they did not separate veggie options from the meat or dairy products. This resulted in tongs being used in the dairy and meat products. Due to my allergies I had to avoid most dishes on the menu. When the chefs were available they would prepare something special for me in the kitchen which I was always grateful for. With so many allergies around it would be safer to separate certain products with the correct labels for guests.

Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un vaste complexe, il est très facile de s'y déplacer après une journée grâce à la voiturette de golf fournie. La nourriture est incroyable dans tous les restaurants. C'est de loin la meilleure nourriture que nous ayons mangée. La plage est un peu petite, mais elle est claire et calme. Exactement ce que nous voulions. Nous avons fait de l'équitation une fois au centre équestre et l'avons visité deux fois de plus. On sent que cet endroit prend soin de ses chevaux, ce qui éta [... lire plus]it très important pour nous. Ma seule suggestion serait de trouver un système de bracelets pour le all inclusive, car il est fastidieux d'attendre de signer sa facture pour qu'elle soit créditée dans sa chambre. Il faut aussi avoir sa carte d'identité sur soi en permanence. Oh ! la seule chose que j'ai trouvée un peu nickel, c'est les boissons dans le frigo. Si vous en consommez, vous êtes facturé. Nous avons opté pour la formule tout compris, mais si je voulais un coca ou de l'alcool, je devais conduire la voiturette de golf jusqu'au bar ou payer la boisson dans le réfrigérateur de notre chambre. Il s'agit d'un all inclusive onéreux, je trouvais donc mesquin de faire payer les boissons de la chambre. Dans l'ensemble, on ne peut pas se tromper dans ce complexe. Nous avons l'habitude de faire attention à la nourriture en République Dominicaine, mais pas ici ? Nous reviendrons absolument. Le fait de conduire et de voir tous les terrains et les belles maisons était un bonus. Le personnel se surpasse pour répondre à tous les besoins !

Such a marvellous place!! Although such a massive compound, after a day it’s really easy to get around with the supplied golf cart. The food is incredible at all restaurants. By far the best food we have had anywhere. The beach is on the smaller side but it’s clear and calm. Exactly what we wanted. We rode once at the Equestrian centre and visited twice more. U can tell this place cares for their horses which was sooo important to us. My one suggestion would be to figure out a bracelet system for all inclusive as waiting to sign ur bill only to have it credited to ur room was tiresome. U also have to remember ur ID card on u at all times. Oh! The one thing I thought a bit nickel and dime is ur drinks in ur fridge. If u use any of it ur are charged. We went all inclusive but if I wanted a coke or alcohol I had to drive the golf cart to the bar or pay for the drink from our room fridge. This is a pricey all inclusive so I thought charging for ur room drinks petty. All in all u can’t go wrong at this resort. We usually have to use caution on food in Dominican but not here? We would absolutely return. Driving and seeing all the grounds and beautiful homes was a bonus. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate what ever u want!!

C'était mon premier voyage en solo et cet endroit était parfait. Je cherchais des vacances tranquilles et relaxantes et Bouganville a rempli toutes ces conditions. Plus petite station, pas trop occupée. Hautement recommandé pour quelqu'un qui cherche des vacances tranquilles, pas beaucoup de vie nocturne. C'est la plus ancienne des Bahia de l'île, elle n'a donc pas la meilleure plage mais elle est bien entretenue. Pour le petit-déjeuner, je vous recommande de vous rendre du côté de La Romana  [... lire plus]pour le buffet, qui est plus grand et offre plus d'options. Mais pour le déjeuner et le dîner, il y a 2 buffets du côté de Bouganville, celui du Lobby étant le plus grand des 2.

Great Solo Trip This was my first solo trip and this location was perfect. I was looking for a nice quiet and relaxing vacation and Bouganville checked all these boxes. Smaller resort, not to busy. Highly recommend for someone looking a chill vacation, not much of a night life. This is the oldest of the Bahia's on the island so it doe not have the best beach but it is well maintained. For breakfast I recommend Popping over to the La Romana side for the buffet as it is bigger and had more options. But for lunch and dinner there are 2 buffets the Bouganville side the one in the Lobby being the larger of the 2.

L'hôtel disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires à une famille. La piscine était immense et mes petites-filles et leur père y étaient tous les jours, avec un bar au bord de la piscine pour les boissons. Les eaux de la plage étaient un peu difficiles à pénétrer car il y avait de petits cailloux et ensuite des creux d'environ 2 pieds, ce qui rendait le retour au rivage un peu difficile. Les chaussures d'eau sont recommandées. Nos chambres étaient côte à côte, elles étaient grandes et le [... lire plus]s lits confortables. La nourriture était très variée et satisfaisait tous les palais. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient formidables !!!!

Great Family Vacation Resort had all the amenities that a family would enjoy. Pool was huge and my granddaughters and their father were in the pool everyday, with a poolside bar for drinks. Beach waters were a little difficult to enter as there were small pebbles and then dips down about 2 feet, which made it a little difficult to walk back to shore. Water shoes recommended. Our rooms were side by side, and room was large, comfortable beds. Food too much to select from that would satisfy any pallet. Nightly entertainment was awesome!!!!

Le domaine était si paisible. J'ai adoré me promener le matin dans les grandes allées, bordées de palmiers de chaque côté. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les promenades nocturnes, lorsque tous les palmiers étaient éclairés par le bas. Le hall d'entrée était magnifique et comportait de nombreuses tables et chaises où l'on pouvait s'asseoir pour regarder les spectacles ou jouer aux cartes avec un verre à portée de main. Les toilettes publiques étaient toujours entretenues et propres. Les sall [... lire plus]es à manger et le buffet étaient toujours propres, la propreté étant une priorité absolue ici, dès qu'un client quittait sa table, celle-ci était nettoyée immédiatement. La piscine était immense et il y avait suffisamment d'espace pour trouver une chaise et nager. Il y avait des animations toute la journée à la piscine, et si vous vouliez quitter la piscine, il y avait une plage de sable propre avec du volley-ball, du football et de nombreuses chaises sous les parasols des palmiers. La plage est un peu trouble à cause du sable qui bouge en permanence, mais l'eau est claire, ne vous y trompez pas. L'eau descend rapidement jusqu'à 3 pieds. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à marcher sur la plage ou à la piscine, et pas beaucoup de temps dans l'océan. L'avantage de cette plage est qu'elle se trouve dans une baie et qu'il y a peu de vagues et qu'elle était généralement calme.

Amazing Resort The grounds were so peaceful. I loved my morning walk through the grounds and the big walkways, lined with palm trees on either side. I especially loved walking the grounds at night where all the palm trees were lit up from the bottom. The lobby was beautiful and had plentiful amount of tables and chairs where you could sit and watch the entertainment or play a game of cards with a drink on hand. The public rest rooms were always maintained and clean. The dining rooms and the buffet were always clean, cleanliness was top priority here, as soon as a guest left the table it was cleaned immediately. The pool was huge and plenty of space to find a chairs and room to swim. There was entertainment all day at the pool, and if you wanted to leave the pool there was a clean sandy beach with volleyball, soccer and plenty of chairs under the palm tree umbrellas. The beach is a little murky because of the sand that is always moving, but the water is clear so don't be fooled. It drops off quickly and goes down to 3' right away. Most of the time we spent either walking the beach or at the pool, not too much time in the ocean. The good thing about this beach is that it is in a bay and there are few waves and was mostly calm.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: Magnifique mais un peu désordonné

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce complexe. Le seul problème est que nos enfants sont tombés malades (probablement une intoxication alimentaire) le troisième jour, puis je suis tombée malade (à nouveau une intoxication alimentaire) le cinquième jour. Tout cela a mis un frein à nos vacances et nous avons dû manquer toutes nos excursions.

Beautiful but a little messy We really liked so much about this resort. The only problem was that our kids both got sick (presumably food poisoning) on day three, then I got sick (again assumed food poisoning) on day five. So all of that put a big damper on our vacation and we had to miss all of our excursions.

Il n'y avait rien à désirer. La nourriture était fantastique, fraîche, et les boissons abondantes. Les restaurants de spécialités étaient exceptionnels. Le personnel était très amical et attentif. L'une de mes meilleures vacances.

Top Tier Resort! There was nothing to want for. The food was fantastic, fresh, and the drinks were plentiful. The specialty restaurants were outstanding. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One of my best vacations.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: un centre de villégiature incroyablement propre

Les employés sont omniprésents et veillent à ce que tout soit propre. Avant d'entrer dans un restaurant, les clients reçoivent du désinfectant pour les mains. Le sable de la plage est blanc et l'eau turquoise. Dans les eaux plus profondes, on avait coulé une ligne de grosses boules de récif en béton, utilisées pour faire pousser le corail et attirer les poissons. Chaque jour où j'ai fait de la plongée avec masque et tuba, j'ai remarqué des poissons différents. Si vous ne supportez pas la musique forte, jouée jusqu'à 23 heures, demandez une chambre calme. J'apprécie particulièrement le restaurant italien. Le service était excellent et la nourriture très bonne.

amazingly clean resort Employees were everywhere, ensuring that everything was clean. Before entering any restaurant, guests were given hand sanitizer. The beach sand was white and the water turquoise. In the deeper water, they had sunk a line of large concrete reef balls, used to grow coral and attract fish. Every day that I snorkelled, I noticed different fish. One is able to walk a long stretch of beach, but every beach has a hotel established on the property. If you don't have a tolerance for loud music, played until 11, be sure to ask for a quiet room. I particularly like the Italian restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was very good.

Les bâtiments de l'hôtel et l'aménagement paysager sont tout à fait charmants. La nourriture était très bonne, en particulier le restaurant de gournet français. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. La chambre était grande et assez confortable. Les piscines étaient propres et pittoresques. La plupart des jours, il y avait des places libres aux piscines le matin, mais seulement quelques-unes plus tard dans la journée. La plage était très belle mais l'eau était trouble en raison du débit [... lire plus] de la rivière voisine et n'était donc pas idéale pour la plongée avec masque et tuba, à moins d'être à l'extrémité est de la baie où l'eau était plus claire. Il y avait beaucoup de poissons variés, mais le fond n'était pas très beau. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous envisagerions certainement d'y retourner. Voici quelques points qui auraient pu rendre nos vacances encore meilleures : 1. Le ménage n'était pas toujours régulier. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée un jour et a été nettoyée deux fois un autre jour. 2. Les restaurants avaient des petits panneaux en anglais et en espagnol pour identifier les plats. Le problème est que, très souvent, ils n'indiquent pas le bon aliment à l'endroit où ils sont placés ou indiquent deux choses, mais une seule est à cet endroit. Certains aliments n'étaient pas signalés du tout. Il serait utile que ces panneaux soient plus cohérents et plus précis. 3. Les réservations spéciales dans les restaurants étaient disponibles pour les personnes qui étaient au courant avant le début des vacances, de sorte que certains restaurants étaient complets pour la semaine lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Ceux qui n'étaient pas au courant des réservations anticipées se sont retrouvés avec un choix limité. Il serait plus juste que les réservations ne soient accessibles qu'à partir de l'enregistrement physique à l'hôtel.

Very nice vacation The hotel buildings and landscaping are quite lovely. The food was very good especially the French gournet restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and quite comfortable. The pools were clean and picturesque. Most days there were open seats at the pools in the morning but only a few later in the day. The beach was very nice but the water was cloudy due to the nearby river flow so not great for snorkelling unless you were at the east end of the bay where the water was clearer. There were lots of varied fish there although the bottom was not particularly pretty. Overall, we had a very nice vacation and would definitely consider returning again. Here are a couple of points that would have made our vacation even better: 1. Housekeeping was occasionally inconsistent. The room was not cleaned on one day and cleaned twice on another day. 2. The restaurants had small signs in English and Spanish to identify the foods. The problem was that, quite often, they were not indicating the correct food where they were placed or indicated two things but only one was at that location. Some things had no sign at all. It would help if this was more consistent and accurate. 3. The special restaurant reservations were available to people who knew before the start of the vacation so some restaurants were fully booked for the week when we arrived. Those who did not know about the early booking were left with limited choices. It would be fairer if the booking was only available to people starting when they check-in physically to the hotel.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Paradis

Mon ami et moi n'étions jamais allés en République dominicaine. Nous avons vécu une expérience incroyable au Bahia Principe. Le personnel est incroyable, les chambres et le complexe sont impeccables et la nourriture est incroyable. Les animations quotidiennes au bord de la piscine et les animations nocturnes font de cet hôtel un lieu de villégiature parfait.

Paradise My boyfriend and I had never been to the Dominican Republic. We had the most unbelievable experience at the Bahia Principe. The staff are unbelievable, the rooms and resort spotless and the food was incredible. Daily entertainment pool side and nightly entertainment make this the perfect resort.

Dès que nous sommes entrés dans le hall, l'atmosphère était luxueuse. La nourriture était exceptionnelle et le personnel a fait tout son possible pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus. La plage aurait pu être un peu plus claire, mais dans l'ensemble, ce fut un voyage fantastique et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Excellent resort and staff! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere felt luxurious. The food was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While the beach could have been a bit clearer, overall it was a fantastic trip, and we would absolutely return.

Excellente situation après un trajet de 80 minutes depuis l'aéroport de Punta Cana. Belle propriété, tout à proximité à proximité. Personnel serviable et amical, le buffet et les restaurants à la carte étaient également très bons. La piscine près de la plage a été un succès avec le bar de natation. Great location after a 80 minute ride from Punta Cana airport. Beautiful property, everything close by. Helpful and friendly staff, Buffet and the A La Carte restaurants were also very good. Pool by the beach was a hit with the swim up bar. The only drawback was the sea…(unfortunately a river runs into the bay and turns the water murky.) More like a lake. Secrets La Romana: Superbe station balnéaire

L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel était formidable. Le club préféré valait bien le supplément. Tous les restaurants étaient bons. Le buffet devrait être mieux choisi et la nourriture était généralement froide. La plage était belle et l'eau claire. Les piscines étaient superbes ! Les chambres étaient satisfaisantes.

Awesome resort The resort was very clean and staff were amazing. The preferred club was well worth the extra . All restaurants were good. The buffet needed to be better as far as choices and the food was usually cold. The beach was lovely and clear water. Pools were great! The rooms were satisfactory.
