Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Belle escapade

C'est un très beau complexe, très propre, avec un personnel exceptionnellement attentif. Nous avons été traités comme des invités de marque tout au long de notre séjour Nous n'avons qu'une seule préoccupation qui doit être mentionnée. Il y a deux bâtiments dans ce centre de villégiature. À notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas su que nos chambres se trouvaient de l'autre côté de la route, à quelques pas du hall d'entrée. De ce bâtiment à la plage, il y a environ un kilomètre. Heureusement, ma mère [... lire plus] et moi avons pu être relogées dans le complexe principal, car il aurait été impossible pour ma mère de faire l'aller-retour. Mon frère, quant à lui, a dû rester sur l'autre site. Ceci mis à part, la nourriture était très bonne avec un accès illimité aux restaurants à la carte. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe, mais insistez pour obtenir une chambre dans le complexe principal

Beautiful Getaway This is a beautiful resort, very clean with exceptionally attentive personnel. We were treated like VIP guests the whole time We have only one concern which needs to be mentioned. There are two buildings to this resort. Upon arrival we were nor aware that our rooms where across the road a short ride from the lobby. From this building to the beach is roughly a kilometer. Fortunately my mother and I were able to be relocated to the main complex as it would be impossible for my mother to go back and forth. My brother however had to stay at the other site. This aside, the food was very good with unlimited access to the a la carte restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort but insist on a room in the main complex

Ma mère et moi avons adoré le Now Onyx Punta Cana. Les installations et la plage sont magnifiques, le personnel est exceptionnel et très amical. Best Resort! My mother and I loved the Now Onyx Punta Cana. The facilities and the beach were beautiful, the staff were exceptional and so friendly. We both found the food delicious, especially the a la carte restaurants. Very relaxing trip. We would definitely go back to this hotel! 10/10

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons trouvé ce complexe très propre et le personnel était excellent. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes ainsi que les divertissements. La plage était propre et peu fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas apprécié d'être pris au dépourvu par le discours commercial d'Unlimited Vacation Club.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Merveilleux lieu de vacances !

Nous venons de rentrer d'un séjour de 7 jours au NOW Larimar à Punta Cana. Nous n'avons que de bonnes choses à dire sur ce complexe. C'est notre cinquième séjour ici. Nous avons séjourné dans l'ancien NOW Garden ainsi que dans le complexe principal. Nous avons été exceptionnellement bien traités. La nourriture est excellente et très variée, que ce soit au buffet ou dans les restaurants à la carte. Vous n'aurez pas faim ! La plage est exceptionnelle et les algues sont enlevées [... lire plus] tous les jours. Vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres et la vue ne se dément pas. Les piscines permettent de se détendre ou de participer à des activités. Le personnel de service et l'équipe de divertissement travaillent dur pour satisfaire tout le monde. Le terrain est spacieux, bien entretenu et magnifique. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, même si rien n'a beaucoup changé ces dernières années. Nous devons dire que nous nous sentons comme à la maison et qu'il est bon de revoir certains membres du personnel.

Wonderful Vacation Spot! We have just returned from a 7-day stay at the NOW Larimar in Punta Cana. We have nothing but good things to say about this resort. This is our 5th stay here. We stayed in the former NOW Garden as well as the main resort. We were treated exceptionally well. The food is great with a lot of variety at the buffet and a-la-carte restaurants. You won't go hungry! The beach is outstanding and the seaweed is removed daily. You can walk for miles, the view never gets old. The pool areas offer relaxation or pool activities if you want to participate. The serving staff and Entertainment Team work hard to keep everyone happy. The grounds are spacious, well maintained and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable although nothing changed too much in the last few years. We have to say it feels like home and it's good to see some of the same staff again.

Nous sommes allés à Punta Cana plusieurs fois et avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels différents et je dois dire que je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit (maintenant Larimar) pour les personnes âgées. Nous étions à peu près sur la longueur de 5 terrains de football à l'extérieur du hall, puis sur au moins 3 ou 4 autres terrains de football entre le hall et la plage. C'est beaucoup de marche pour ceux qui ont mal aux genoux ou aux hanches, ce qui est le cas de beaucoup d'entre nous (les plus d [... lire plus]e 60 ans). J'ai fini par avoir de grosses ampoules en marchant jusqu'à la plage. Nous avons bien sûr demandé à changer de chambre, mais on nous a dit que l'hôtel était complet (ha ha ), mais je suis sûr que beaucoup de gens dans cette section ont fait la même chose. Les chambres étaient très petites par rapport aux autres chambres. Nous étions définitivement dans la section de 2ème classe bien que nous ayons payé le prix habituel. Ils nous ont dit que nous pouvions passer au "Preferred Club" pour 60,00 USD par nuit ! Le "Preferred Club" est l'essence même de l'hôtel. Ils avaient 2 piscines, des salles de réception privées, des équipements améliorés et ce que j'ai trouvé pas très sympa, un grand restaurant au bord de la plage pour eux seulement. Tous les autres devaient monter au buffet principal pour le déjeuner ou manger dans un petit snack-bar à l'extérieur. L'hôtel lui-même a beaucoup d'avantages, très propre, bonne nourriture, beaucoup de cartes à la carte, service rapide, etc. Si nous n'avions pas été coincés dans le no man's land, ce serait plutôt bien. A l'avenir, vous pourriez dire aux plus de 60 ans qu'ils devraient aller dans un autre hôtel où l'on peut marcher une bonne distance mais pas des kilomètres.

Terrible Room Location We have been to Punta Cana many times and stayed at many different hotels and I would have to say I would not recommend this place (Now Larimar) for seniors. We were approximately the length of 5 football fields outside the lobby, then at least another 3 or 4 football fields from the lobby to the beach. It is a lot of walking for anyone with sore knees or hips that a lot of us have ( the over 60 crowd). I ended up with large blisters walking to the beach. We did of course ask for a room change but were told the hotel is full (ha ha ) , however I am sure a lot of people in this section did the same thing. The rooms were very small compared to other rooms. We were definitely in the 2nd class section though we paid the usual price. They did say we could upgrade to the "Preferred Club" for $60.00 USD a night!!! The preferred club is what the hotel is all about. They had 2 pool, private reception rooms, upgrades amenities and what I thought was not very nice, a big restaurant by the beach for them only. Everyone else had to go up to the main buffet for lunch or eat at a small out door snack bar. The hotel itself has a lot going for it, very clean, good food, a lot of a la cartes, prompt service , etc. If we hadn't been stuck in no mans land , it would be pretty good. In the future you might tell the over 60 crowd they should probably go to a different hotel where you might walk a good distance but not miles.

Maintenant Onyx Ce centre de villégiature est absolument magnifique. À l'arrivée, on vous tend un linge froid pour vous rafraîchir le visage. Le processus d'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème. Le personnel est toujours enthousiaste et amical. Les chambres et le terrain sont entretenus méticuleusement. La nourriture est 5 étoiles. Je recommande ce complexe pour les familles et les couples.

Luxurious resort Now Onyx This is an absolutely beautiful resort. Upon arrival you are handed a cold cloth to refresh your face. The check in process went flawlessly. The personnel is always upbeat and friendly. The rooms and grounds are upkept meticulously. The food is 5 star. I would recommend this resort for both family and couples.

L'hôtel était extrêmement propre. Chambres de belle taille. Douche à l'italienne, jacuzzi sur chaque balcon. Miroirs lumineux. Les piscines sont juste à côté de votre porte coulissante. Le personnel de l'hôtel était excellent. La nourriture et les boissons étaient incroyables. Beaucoup de parasols sur la plage. Le sable était doux. J'aime avoir la liberté d'aller dans les resorts breathless et dreams. Pas besoin de bracelets. Juste un endroit vraiment magnifique !

So beautiful! Hotel was extremely clean. Nice sized rooms. Walk in shower, jacuzzi on every balcony. Light up mirrors. Pools just outside your sliding door. Hotel staff were excellent. Food and brinks were amazing. Lots of umbrellas on the beach. Sand was soft. Love having the freedom of going to the breathless and dreams resorts. No wristbands required. Just a really beautiful place!

À quatre reprises, nous avons informé quatre personnes différentes que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. À aucun moment, personne ne nous a contactés pour faire réparer le jacuzzi. Il était cassé lorsque nous sommes partis. Notre télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement ; pour une raison quelconque, elle n'arrêtait pas de s'allumer la nuit. Ce problème a finalement été résolu, mais il a perturbé notre séjour les deux premières nuits. Vous annoncez que nous avons un bar dans notre chambre qu [... lire plus]i est vérifié et réapprovisionné chaque jour. Notre bar n'a pas été réapprovisionné de toute la semaine. On nous a demandé de nous rendre à une réunion sans savoir qu'il s'agissait d'une réunion de 90 minutes pour vendre du temps partagé. Nous pensions assister à une réunion pour obtenir des informations sur notre retour. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis intimidés. Notre vol a été retardé en raison de problèmes techniques avec l'avion, ce qui n'était pas la faute du centre de villégiature, mais j'ai attendu 90 minutes pendant que le représentant de Transat était en train de déjeuner pour entendre qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous aider à réserver une chambre à Halifax pour le soir même et qu'il fallait vérifier auprès du représentant de l'hôtel. Les représentants de Now Laminar m'ont regardé et m'ont dit que ce n'était pas leur problème et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Nous avons eu du mal à obtenir une place à la piscine, car la plupart des places étaient réservées en plaçant des serviettes sur les chaises et étaient vides la majeure partie de la journée. Nous avons également demandé un surclassement à notre arrivée le mardi et on nous a dit que, peut-être dimanche soir, le prix serait de 40 ou 80 dollars selon l'endroit où nous étions placés, ce que nous étions prêts à payer, mais cela n'aurait vraiment été que pour un seul jour, le lundi. Je comprends que le centre de villégiature était plein, mais il ne semblait pas y avoir de problème pour obtenir un surclassement si nous achetions votre multipropriété illimitée pour 27 000 $. Cette expérience a été bonne à bien d'autres égards.

Disappointed On four occasions we advised four different individuals that are jacuzzi did not work. At no time did anyone contact us to have this fixed. It was broken when we left. Our television did not work properly; for some reason it kept coming on at night. This was eventually fixed, but did disrupt our stay the first couple of nights. You advertise that we have a bar in our room that is checked and restocked each day. Our bar was not restocked the entire week. We were asked to go to a meeting not realizing it was a high-sell time share 90 minute meeting. We thought we were attending a meeting to find out about our return information. We really felt intimidated. Our flight was delayed due to technical problems with the plane which was not the resorts fault, however, I waited 90 minutes while the transat representative was on lunch only to hear, nothing they could do about helping us book a room in Halifax for that night to check with the hotel representative. The representatives from the Now Laminar looked and me and advised not their problem and nothing they could do and went to the next person about their concerns. We found it difficult to get a seat at the pool, as most were reserved by placing towels on the chairs and empty most of the day. We also asked about an upgrade upon our arrival on Tuesday and were advised, maybe Sunday night, the price will be $40 or $80 depending on where were placed which we were willing to pay, But, this would really only have been for one day, Monday. I understand the resort was full, but there did not seem to be a problem of getting upgraded if we bought your unlimited time share for $27,000. This experience was good on many other fronts.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Station agréable et confortable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce complexe. Tout est situé au centre et il est facile de s'y rendre à pied. La nourriture est excellente. La meilleure nourriture et le meilleur vin que nous ayons mangés dans un centre de villégiature. Le service a toujours été excellent, y compris le service à la piscine et à la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits sont confortables et l'hôtel est propre. La seule chose qui manque est une piscine tranquille.

Nice, comfortable resort We really enjoyed this resort. Everything is centrally located and easy to walk to. The food was excellent. The best food and wine we've had at any resort. Service was always excellent, including pool & beach service. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable and resort is kept clean. The only thing lacking is a quiet pool.

Excellent divertissement, nourriture et hospitalité ! Chaque personne travaillant dans le complexe semble sincèrement enthousiaste et ce fut un plaisir absolu une fois de plus ! Très propre, la nourriture était incroyable au Castaways et Capers ainsi qu'au buffet et la chambre était si confortable. La musique live dans le hall était la façon la plus agréable de finir la journée ðŸ'ðŸ½

4th visit and would return for more Excellent entertainment, food and hospitality! Every person working at the resort seems genuinely enthusiastic and it was an absolute pleasure once again! Very clean, food was amazing at Castaways and Capers as well as the buffet and room was so comfortable. Live music in the lobby was the most enjoyable way to finish off the day 👍🏽

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre de luxe avec vue tropicale et nous avons énormément apprécié cette chambre qui est superbement située par rapport à la plage, aux restaurants et au hall d'entrée. Le terrain est impeccable et on peut le voir partout où l'on se promène. Les restaurants ne sont pas réservés, ce qui est équitable pour tout le monde. Les chambres sont spacieuse [... lire plus]s et très confortables. Les divertissements en soirée sont de première classe et ne se répètent pas. Très agréable pour tout le monde. Nous sommes allés à Punta Cana de nombreuses fois et avons trouvé que celui-ci était notre préféré.

Favourite resort so far This resort is one of the most elegant properties in Punt cana. The surroundings are outstanding where ever you look. We stayed in deluxe tropical view and enjoyed the room immensely with its superb location to the beach , restaurants and lobby area. The grounds are immaculate and are in full view wherever you decide to walk. Restaurants are not reserved so its fair for everyone. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The evening entertainment is first class and non repetitive. Very enjoyable for everyone. We have been to Punta Cana many times and found this one to be our favourite.

The Hotel is 5 star,incredibly clean,all staff incredibly friendly. The food is amazing, the grounds are impeccable! Every thing is 5 star about this resort except this year they were having a terrible time wit seaweed.

Cet endroit était tout ce que nous souhaitions et plus encore. Monsieur O'Neil nous a suggéré cet hôtel dont nous n'avions jamais entendu parler auparavant. Il était tout ce qu'il nous avait dit : propre, beau, service impeccable, nourriture impeccable, et bien plus encore. Mon mari et moi savons ce que nous voulons. Et nous avons reçu 10 fois plus que ce que nous attendions. Le personnel est formidable, la plage est à couper le souffle, la station est calme, l'architecture est magnifique. L'hôt [... lire plus]el est récent, tout est donc neuf et propre. Non seulement nous recommandons cet endroit à notre famille, mais c'est officiellement l'endroit de prédilection de tous les membres de notre famille. C'est un endroit qui ne pose pas de problème. Si vous voulez avoir l'esprit tranquille, c'est ici qu'il faut aller. Merci encore à O'Neil de nous avoir présenté ce centre de villégiature, nous ne pourrons jamais être assez reconnaissants !

7 stars hotel!!!! This place was everything we wished and more. Mister O'Neil suggested us this hotel that we had never heard of before. It was everything he told us; clean, beautiful, impeccable service, impeccable food, and so much more. My husband and I know what we want. And we received 10 fold what we expected. The staff is amazing, the beach is breathtaking, the resort is quiet, the architecture is wonderful. The hotel is new of few years, so everything is new and clean. Not only we recommend this place to our family, but it's officially the go-to place to all our family members. A no brainer place. If you want a peace of mind, this is the place to go. Thank you again O'Neil for presenting this resort to us, we cannot be thankful enough!!!

Nous arrivons tôt et les chambres ne sont généralement pas prêtes avant 15h, le temps que nous mangions, ils avaient notre chambre prête avant 15h, ce qui était agréable. Excellent service du début à la fin, le complexe était propre et bien entretenu, les équipes ont travaillé dur pour garder la plage propre. La nourriture était très bonne aussi, la seule chose est qu'ils pourraient utiliser plus de chaises longues de plage.

Great resort We arrive early and rooms usually aren’t ready until 3pm, by the time we ate they had our room ready before 3pm which was nice. Great service from start to finish, resort was clean and well kept, Crews worked hard to keep the beach clean. Food was very good too, the only thing is they could use more beach loungers.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Punta Cana 2018

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Larimar Resort. La nourriture était bonne, mais pas de vraie nourriture des Caraïbes. Il y avait un restaurant réservé aux adultes pour les 19 ans et plus, puisque nous avons payé le prix adulte pour notre enfant de 15 ans, nous pensons que nous aurions dû avoir accès à ce restaurant. Soit cela, soit il y avait un prix pour les jeunes. Les portions de café étaient petites, comme la moitié d'un petit partout dans le resort. Le Teen's club n'était pas ce qu'i [... lire plus]l avait été annoncé... c'était un bar sportif avec quelques jeux pour les adolescents. La Xbox et la Playstation étaient toutes les deux cassées. Le bar qui se trouvait dans le "club des ados" était un bar à alcool, de sorte que les hommes restaient assis à regarder le match et à boire, alors que c'était censé être un endroit où les ados pouvaient aller se détendre et prendre un smoothie. Il était annoncé en ligne qu'il y avait une structure gonflable flottante pour escalader les icebergs dans l'océan, mais il n'y en avait pas. Les chambres étaient très propres, les salles de bains très propres partout dans le complexe, les terrains très bien entretenus. La plupart de la semaine, nous avons reçu des articles de toilette, mais environ 4 jours après le début du séjour, nous avons dû les demander sans cesse car ils n'en avaient plus dans notre chambre et c'était vraiment pénible de devoir appeler sans cesse pour cela et aussi pour que notre réfrigérateur soit approvisionné. Sans adhérer au club privilégié, il aurait été agréable d'avoir accès à plus d'une piscine principale au Now Larimar. Le club privilégié avait 3 piscines et nous en avions 2, mais l'une d'entre elles était un swim up bar et la plupart des gens y étaient ivres. L'autre n'était pas dans ce complexe mais au bout de la rue. La plage était propre, les algues nettoyées en permanence, mais les personnes à la piscine qui vendaient des excursions en permanence étaient très ennuyeuses, tout comme les personnes qui vendaient leurs produits sur la plage. Vous ne pouviez pas vous asseoir et vous détendre sans être harcelé.

We had a great time at the Larimar resort. Great entertainment team really engaging, great activities, food was good, but no real Caribbean food. There was an adults only restaurant that was 19 +, since we paid adult price for our 15 year old we feel we should have had access to this restaurant. Either that or have a youth price. Coffee portions were small, like 1/2 of a small everywhere in the resort. Teen's club was not what it was advertised to be... was a sports bar with some games for teens.The Xbox and Playstation were both broken. The bar that was in the "teens club" was an alcohol bar so men would be sitting around watching the game and drinking when it was to be a place teens could go and hang and grab a smoothie. It was advertised on line that there was a floating iceberg climbing inflatable in the ocean however it was not there. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms very clean everywhere in the resort, grounds very well looked after. Most of the week we received toiletries however about 4 days in to the stay we had to keep asking for them as they stopped stocking our room with them and it was really a pain to have to keep calling for that and also to have our fridge stocked. Without buying into the preferred club it would have been nice to have access to more than one main pool at the Now Larimar. The preferred club had 3 pools and we had 2, however one was a swim up bar one so most people in there were drunk. The other one was not at that resort but down the street. Beach was clean, seaweed cleaned up constantly, however the people at the pool selling excursions constantly were very annoying and the people selling their goods on the beach were as well. You couldn't just sit and relax without being harassed.

Notre expérience a été extraordinaire ! Tout le personnel (en particulier Edwin) a été formidable ! Nous avons cependant été un peu contrariés par la présentation commerciale qui nous a été faite et nous recommandons à tout le monde de l'éviter. À part cela, nous avons passé des vacances spectaculaires !

Amazing Experience Out experience was amazing! All the staff (especially Edwin) were so great! We were a little upset at the sales presentation given to is though and would recommend everyone avoid it. Other than that, we had an spectacular holiday!!

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel avec un personnel fantastique !

C'était notre 6ème visite au resort et comme toujours, nous avons trouvé que c'était des vacances merveilleuses. Domyray Nunez a été fidèle à sa parole et nous avons eu une chambre très bien située et nous nous sommes bien occupés de nous. Mention spéciale à Ronny (barman au salon préféré), Altagracia (serveur autour de la piscine), Fraudicio et Alejandro (barmans à la piscine préférée), et Modesto (serveur au buffet). Les seuls problèmes que nous avons rencontrés étaient dus aux client [... lire plus]s eux-mêmes. Il y avait tellement d'enfants en bas âge qui n'étaient pas surveillés ! Les parents semblaient penser que quelqu'un d'autre s'occuperait de leurs enfants alors qu'ils couraient autour du bar et sautaient dans la piscine devant nos chaises. Nous avons eu la chance, en tant que clients réguliers, d'être surclassés par la direction de l'hôtel. Cependant, pour ceux qui paient un supplément substantiel pour être surclassés, il serait bon d'avoir au moins une zone réservée aux adultes. Nous n'en revenions pas non plus du nombre de personnes qui mangeaient autour de la piscine et même à l'INTÉRIEUR de celle-ci ! Allez, un peu de bon sens et respectez le règlement de la piscine !

Great Resort with fantastic staff! This was our 6th visit to the resort and as always, we found it to be a wonderful vacation. Domyray Nunez was true to her word and we had a great room location and were well looked after. Special mention to Ronny (bartender in preferred lounge), Altagracia (server around the pool), Fraudicio and Alejandro (bartenders at preferred pool), and Modesto (server in buffet). The only problems we found were owing to the guests themselves. There were so many small children not being supervised!. Parents seemed to assume someone else would look after their kids as they ran amok around the bar and jumped into the pool in front of our chairs. We were fortunate as repeat guests to have been upgraded by the resort management. However, for those who pay substantially extra to upgrade, it would be nice to have at least one area for Adults only. We also couldn't believe the number of people eating around and even INSIDE the pool! Come on people, use some common sense and follow the pool rules!
