Nouveau centre de villégiature agréable

le seul inconvénient est qu'il y a des escaliers du hall à la piscine et au buffet, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. A déconseiller aux personnes en fauteuil roulant ou avec un déambulateur et qui ne peuvent pas monter de longues marches. On peut dire qu'il n'y a pas assez de nourriture à Cuba

Nice new resort everything was great, grounds, rooms etc. only draw back there is stairs from lobby to pool area & buffet the elevator was not working would not suggest to anyone with wheelchair, walker and cannot climb long stairs. Can tell shortage of food in Cuba

Le temps et la plage ont été les meilleurs moments du voyage. Le service et la nourriture étaient tout simplement horribles. Des mouches partout dans les restaurants, sur toute la nourriture. Le buffet n'était pas très varié. Beaucoup de pommes de terre bouillies et de courges. Le personnel n'était pas très amical ou serviable. Ã ne pas recommander !

Nothing special The weather and beach were the best part of the trip. The service and food were jus awful. Flies everywhere in the restaurants, all over the food. Not much variety in the buffet. Lots of boiled potatoes and squash. Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. Do not recommend!

Le Pullman est un très bel hôtel. C'était mon deuxième séjour. Les piscines et leurs alentours sont superbes. Belle plage. Le bar de la réception de l'hôtel est agréable, mais il est malheureusement situé à l'étage et difficile d'accès pour un certain nombre de clients âgés. Il y a un petit ascenseur mais 80% du temps il est hors service. Merveilleux animateurs au bord de la piscine. Les bars au bord de la piscine et de la mer sont bons. Très bon restaurant buffet. Bon service et grand choix de  [... lire plus]plats. Les animations nocturnes étaient moyennes. Ma chambre était de bonne taille. Pas de problème d'eau. La garantie d'une bonne douche à chaque fois. La femme de chambre était formidable. Beau balcon. L'équipement de la chambre n'était pas très impressionnant. Par exemple, il y avait un radio-réveil fantaisiste qui ne fonctionnait pas, une cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus et un téléphone qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Le terrain était correct mais il y avait des poulets en liberté partout, ce qui était mignon pour certains mais effrayant pour d'autres.

Really Nice Resort The Pullman is a very nice hotel. This was my second stay. Pools and pool area is great. Lovely beach. Nice Hotel Reception bar area which unfortunately is upstairs and difficult to get to for a number of their many older clients. There is a small elevator but 80% of the time it is out of service. Wonderful poolside entertainers. Pool and Sea side bars are good. Really good Buffet Restaurant. Good service and plenty of food choices. Night time entertainment was average. My room was a good size. No water problems. Guaranteed a good shower every time. The Maid was great. Nice Balconey. Not so impressive by the room facilities. For instance there was a fancy radio alarm clock that didn't work. A coffee maker that also didn't work and, it turned out, a phone that also wasn't working. The grounds were okay but there were free range chickens everywhere which were cute to some but scary to others.

Pullman, collections, Cuba

Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était très gentil et arrangeant La plage était magnifique, nous avons fait de longues promenades le long de la plage. Les chambres étaient propres et bien rangées. Nous avons également passé du temps au bord de la piscine. C'était impressionnant Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

No complaints, enjoyed our stay. Staff was very kind and accommodating Beach was amazing, enjoyed nice Long walks along beach . Rooms were kept tidy and clean . Spent some time by the Pool also . Was impressive We would definitely return

Pullman, Cayo Coco -- Première visite -- J'ai passé un excellent moment !

Covid nous a fait attendre trois ans pour ce voyage ! Nous attendions avec impatience l'occasion de visiter, une fois de plus, une île qui a été notre destination 6 fois au cours des 20 dernières années. Pullman nous a été recommandé par notre agent de voyage, et il ne nous a pas déçus. Le temps était chaud et ensoleillé la plupart du temps. De temps en temps, des brises de mer nous ont permis de nous prélasser au bord de la piscine plutôt qu'à la plage. Mais il ne neigeait pas ! Le personnel  [... lire plus]était formidable : chaleureux et accueillant, joyeux et serviable. Leur attitude a surmonté les limitations résultant des problèmes de chaîne d'approvisionnement causés par Covid. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture. Les buffets étaient abondants et les différentes variétés de paella étaient nos préférées. Deux restaurants spécialisés - Cubano et Italiano - proposaient des repas délicieux et un personnel encore plus formidable. D'ailleurs, au Cubano, tout le personnel s'est joint à nous pour prendre un selfie afin de célébrer le repas. J'apprécie Cristal et Bucanero, et j'ai été ravi de voir une bière canadienne traditionnelle, Moosehead, dans le minibar de notre chambre. Nous vous recommandons vivement de louer une voiture classique pour vous rendre au marché local. Quatre d'entre nous ont partagé l'aventure d'une promenade dans une Ford bleue décapotable pour seulement 5 dollars par personne, aller-retour. Ce fut l'un des moments forts de la semaine. Pullman est un lieu de villégiature que nous visiterons à nouveau et que nous recommanderons à nos amis.

Pullman, Cayo Coco -- First Visit -- Had a great time! Covid made us wait three years for this trip! We eagerly anticipated the opportunity to visit, once again, an island that has been our destination 6 times in the last 20 years. Pullman was recommended by our travel agent, and it did not disappoint. The weather was warm and sunny most days. Occasionally, onshore breezes made lounging by the pool a better choice than the beach. But it wasn't snowing! The staff were great -- warm and welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Their attitude overcame any limitations resulting from supply chains issues caused by Covid. We enjoyed the food. It was plentiful at the buffet, and the several varieties of paella were a personal favourite. Two specialty restaurants -- Cubano and Italiano -- provided delicious meals and more great staff. In fact, at Cubano, all the staff joined us for a selfie to celebrate the meal. I enjoy Cristal and Bucanero, and was pleased to see a traditional Canadian beer -- Moosehead -- in our room mini-bar. We highly recommend hiring a classic car for a trip to the local market. Four of us shared the adventure of a ride in a baby blue Ford convertible for just $5 per person, return. It was one of the highlights of the week. Pullman is a resort we would visit again, and recommend to friends.

Merveilleux voyage en solitaire !

Le Pullman Collections est une escapade paisible extraordinaire ! C'est ma quatrième visite aux collections et elles n'ont pas déçu. Je suis venue seule cette fois-ci pour une semaine. Je me suis sentie en sécurité et j'ai passé un moment très relaxant. La nourriture et les boissons étaient merveilleuses et tout le personnel était accueillant comme d'habitude. J'ai hâte de retourner dans ce magnifique complexe en décembre !

Wonderful solo trip! The Pullman Collections is an amazing peaceful getaway! This is my 4th visit to the collections and did not disappoint. I came alone this time for a week away. Felt totally safe and had a very relaxing time. Food and drinks were wonderful and all the staff were welcoming as usual. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful resort in December!

Grande déception !

Tout d'abord, les gens/le personnel étaient extraordinaires et je leur tire mon chapeau pour avoir fait de leur mieux avec ce qu'on leur a donné ! Le complexe lui-même a grand besoin de réparations et d'entretien. Il n'y avait pas d'eau à certains moments, et très peu d'eau chaude. Pas de glace pour les boissons, etc. Le choix de nourriture était très limité. Très déçu par le resort, la plage était la seule grâce salvatrice, elle était magnifique, sable blanc, eaux chaudes et des promenades [... lire plus] à n'en plus finir. Le resort pourrait être quelque chose de très spécial ou l'a été à un moment donné, mais il ne l'est plus du tout !!!! Ne vaut pas l'argent dépensé !!!

Big Disappointment!! First off, the people/staff were amazing and hats off to them for making the best with what they are given!!! The resort itself is in dire need of repairs and upkeep. There was no water at times, and very little hot water. NO ice for drinks etc. There were very limited food choices. Very disappointed with the resort, the beach was the only saving grace, it was beautiful, white sands, warm waters and endless walking. The resort could be something very special or was at one point but definitely not anymore!!!! Not worth the money spent!!!

L'hôtel était merveilleux et nous avons été accueillis chaque jour avec le sourire. Le terrain était toujours propre et le personnel s'occupait de nos besoins en cas de problème. Le wifi fonctionnait bien dans le hall et parfois même en dehors de la zone wifi. Il y avait toujours des chaises disponibles à la piscine et à la plage. Les restaurants à la carte étaient bons et le français était notre préféré (La Perla). J'y retournerais et je recommanderais cet hôtel à d'autres personnes. Amazing resort with the kindest staff The hotel was wonderful and we were greeted each day with smiles. The grounds were always clean and the staff attended to our needs if there was an issue. Wifi worked well in the lobby area and sometimes even further out of the wifi zone. There were always chairs available at the pool and beach area. The a la carts were good and the French was our favorite ( La Perla). I would go back and would recommend this resort to others. Thank you Pullman Cayo Coco for making our vacation memorable and fun.

De superbes vacances au Pullman

Le personnel était excellent. La nourriture était étonnamment bonne. Le terrain est bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient propres. Nous étions à Cuba l'année dernière et nous avons constaté une très nette amélioration dans tous les domaines cette année. L'année dernière, la nourriture n'était pas assez variée, mais les divertissements étaient bien meilleurs.

Great Vacation at Pullman Staff were excellent. Food was surprisingly good. Grounds well taken care off. Room was clean. We were in Cuba last year and we saw a very significant improvement in all areas this year. Last year there was a lack in variety of food although entertainment last year was much better.

Great service, beach, and overall food. Although Hotel needed some Renos (as many Cuban resorts do), the rooms were very clean. Beaches were beautiful and maintained, great snacks and a la carte food (which says a lot because I am a huge critic for food). Buffet was alright, but we got slightly bored of it after a while. Beach BBQ was delicious!! Overall we had a lovely vacation for the price.

Pullman

Belle plage, personnel sympathique, chambres propres. Nourriture abondante. Le meilleur que l'on puisse offrir compte tenu de la situation de Cuba. Ne donnez pas de pourboire avec des pièces canadiennes. Les Cubains ne peuvent pas les utiliser. Si vous le pouvez, donnez un pourboire en monnaie américaine.

Beautiful beach, friendly staff, clean rooms. Plenty of food. Best that can be provided given Cuba's circumstances. Don't tip with Canadian coins. Cubans can't use them. If you can tip with American money.

Un séjour extraordinaire au Pullman Resort

Le personnel sympathique nous accueille toujours avec le sourire. L'hébergement était parfait et je recommanderais ce complexe à tous ceux qui prévoient de passer des vacances à Cuba. La piscine et la terrasse ont été maintenues propres, de même que la plage qui était immaculée, ce qui a contribué à des vacances parfaites. Sue Snider avait raison de dire "vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec Pullman".

Amazing time at the Pullman Resort The friendly staff greeting with “Olah” all the time with a smile. Accommodations were just perfect and would recommend this resort to anyone planning a vacation in Cuba. Pool and deck were kept clean as well as the beach being pristine were all part of a perfect vacation. Sue Snider was correct in saying “ you can’t go wrong with Pullman.

Amazing Resort The resort is beautiful and clean and well layed out. The staff is amazing and helpful. The food was good and there was plenty of choice. The beach is well maintained and beautiful! Many services available and wi-fi. Can’t wait to go back!!

Tout juste correct

L'ascenseur était démonté et hors d'usage. Si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité ou simplement vos bagages. Si vous avez une poussette, il faut la porter jusqu'au hall et au bar principal. J'ai vu des gens porter des enfants dans des poussettes en descendant de nombreux escaliers pour atteindre leur chambre. Le complexe est très propre. Nous avons séjourné du côté de la collection. C'est agréable et calme. Au restaurant gastronomique, le menu ne change pas pour le dîner. Ce n'est pas un très bo [... lire plus]n menu et on s'ennuie vite. Personne n'a faim, vous pouvez marcher 1,5 km jusqu'au buffet du côté du resort et vous aurez l'embarras du choix. Beaucoup de marche et d'escaliers jusqu'au lobby bar si vous restez dans la collection côté adulte seulement, c'est le plus éloigné. C'est un endroit calme et tranquille. Le complexe est très étendu. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés tard, nous avions faim et il n'y avait aucune information sur ce qui était ouvert et aucune carte de notre chemin autour de la station. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, il faisait nuit et il y a eu une coupure de courant dans tout le complexe pendant 20 minutes. Nous avons fini par trouver notre chemin et nous avons mangé dans un snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7, c'était délicieux. Si vous voulez une belle plage, c'est magnifique!!!!Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment. Nous irons ailleurs qu'à Cuba lors de notre prochain voyage.

Just Okay The elevator was dismantled out of order. If you have mobility issues or simply your baggage. If you have a stroller it has to be carried up to the lobby and main bar. I saw people carrying children in strollers down many stairs to get to their room. The resort is kept very clean. We Stayed in the collection side. Nice and quiet. In the gourmet restaurant the menu never changes for supper. Not a great menu to begin with and gets boring fast. No one goes hungry you can walk a mile to the resort side to the buffet and have plenty to choose from. Alot of walking and stairs to the lobby bar if you stay in the collection adult only side it is the furthest away. Nice quiet and tranquil. The resort is so spread out. When we arrived late we were hungry and there was no information as to what was open and no map of our way around resort. When we got to our room it was dark and then power went out in the whole resort for 20 minutes. We eventually found our way around and food at a snack bar that was open 24-7 it was tasty. If all you want a beautiful beach this is beautiful!!!!Over all we had a okay time. We are going to go somewhere different then cuba next trip.

Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Cet hôtel était magnifique ! L'emplacement était magnifique ; il y avait toujours une place sur la plage et tout était toujours impeccable. Le personnel était incroyable et toujours si gentil, il a vraiment rendu le séjour si agréable pour moi. La nourriture était excellente dans les restaurants à la carte, mais pas fantastique au buffet - il fallait y aller dès l'ouverture des portes si l'on voulait avoir un choix. Wonderful Resort!! This hotel was beautiful! The location was stunning; there was always a spot on the beach and everything was always spotless. The staff were amazing and so kind always, they truly made the stay so enjoyable for me. The food was great at the a la cart restaurants but not fantastic at the buffet - you had to go right when the doors opened if you wanted a selection. Overall the stay was wonderful and I would certainly recommend it.

Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai adoré ce centre de villégiature. La plage est magnifique ; il y a beaucoup de chaises longues quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle vous arrivez. La nourriture est abondante et nous n'avons jamais eu faim, même si certaines choses étaient rares. Superbe animation tous les soirs. Bon service. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le resort dans son ensemble peut avoir besoin d'un lifting bientôt, mais dans l'ensemble, je’d certainement le recommander.

Great resort Loved this resort. Beach is magnificent; lots of lounge chairs no matter what time you get there. Good is plentiful and never went hungry even if a few things were in short supply. Great entertainment st night. Good service. Rooms are large and comfortable. The resort as a whole may need a facelift soon but overall I’d definitely recommend it.

C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier bien entretenu à Cuba. Le personnel est formidable... toujours en train de nous demander si tout va bien ou si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Les chambres sont assez grandes. La nourriture était assez bonne avec beaucoup de choix. J'ai essayé 2 cartes à la carte qui étaient aussi très bonnes. Divertissement amusant aussi pendant la journée.

Great resort This is a very nice well kept resort in Cuba.Beautiful location. Staff are amazing.. always asking if we are ok or need anything. Rooms are quitelarge too. Food was pretty good with lots of choices. tried 2 a la cartes which were alos very good. Entertainment fun too during the day.

Voyage exceptionnel

Depuis la réservation de notre voyage jusqu'à notre vol de retour, nous (tous les 14) avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Pullman. En gardant à l'esprit la situation économique mondiale et l'embargo, les Cubains le ressentent profondément et malgré cela, ils restent joyeux et là pour vous aider dans la mesure du possible. Des pénuries sont constatées mais il y a toujours quelque chose de disponible pour satisfaire les goûts de chacun. Les plages sont splendides et comptent parmi les plus  [... lire plus]belles des Caraïbes. Il y a eu très peu de problèmes et le personnel a été très serviable pour les résoudre rapidement.

Exceptional Trip From our trip booking to our return flight, we ( all 14 of us) truly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. Keeping in mind the world’s economic situation and embargo’s , Cubans are feeling it deeply and despite that, they remain joyful and there to assist you in anyway they can. Shortages are noticed but there’s always something available to satisfy anyone’s taste. The beaches are splendid and some of the greatest in the Caribbean. Very few hick-ups and staff was very helpful to address and resolve quickly.

Nous étions tous enthousiastes à l'idée de passer 7 jours dans un hôtel de bonne qualité, ma femme et ma fille de 6 ans. 5/7 jours pas d'eau pour la douche Mauvais café et lait Restaurant à la carte terrible Belle plage Alcool en abondance Ils sont si pauvres Je n'y retournerai jamais

Je comprends pourquoi ce complexe aurait été 5 étoiles dans le passé, et avec un peu d'attention il devrait l'être à nouveau. J'ai cru comprendre qu'il avait été vendu ces dernières années et qu'il était malheureusement tombé en ruine. Le personnel est charmant et travaille dur, les piscines et la plage sont incroyables. Les chaises de plage et l'espace pour s'étendre ne manquaient pas. Le buffet était correct et varié. Mais les chambres ont besoin d'attention. Je suis une femme qui voyage seul [... lire plus]e et ma chambre n'avait pas de serrure sur la porte du patio et le téléphone pour contacter la réception ne fonctionnait pas. Qu'aurais-je fait en cas d'urgence ? Je l'ai immédiatement signalé à l'hôtel qui n'a rien fait. Le troisième jour, une charmante femme de chambre a trouvé un agent d'entretien qui a immédiatement mis un verrou sur la porte. Je me suis renseignée sur les vestiaires, mais il n'y avait rien de disponible. Il y a eu un problème sur l'île avec l'absence d'eau pendant 4 jours, mais le complexe a très bien géré la situation. En dehors des douches limitées, tout s'est déroulé normalement. J'ai eu besoin de soins médicaux et un médecin a été à mes côtés en quelques minutes et il a été formidable. J'espère que les nouveaux propriétaires feront de l'entretien une priorité car cet endroit est un joyau. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une bonne expérience. Je ne suis pas du genre à stresser pour des choses que je ne peux pas contrôler.

A beautiful location I can see why this resort would have been 5 star in the past, and with a bit of attention it should be again. I understand it was sold in the past few years and unfortunately has fallen into some disrepair. The staff is lovely and hard working, the pools and beach are amazing. There were no shortage of beach chairs or space to spread out a bit. The buffet was decent and varied. But the guest rooms need attention. I am a woman who traveled alone and my room had no lock on the patio door and the phone to contact the front desk didn't work. What would I do in an emergency? I reported it to the hotel right away and nothing was done by them. On day 3 a lovely maid tracked down a maintenance worker who put a lock on the door right away. I enquired about changing rooms but nothing available. There was an issue on the island with no water for 4 days but the resort handled it really well. Other than limited showers things carried on. I had the need for medical attention and a doctor was at my side in minutes and he was great. Hoping the new owners make upkeep a priority because this location a gem. Overall I had a good experience. I'm not one to stress about things I can't control.
