J'ai’ été dans ce resort une fois auparavant il y a environ 6 ans et c'était incroyable. Malheureusement, tout a changé. La nourriture était horrible, le service était horrible et préparez-vous à vous faire voler lors de vos excursions. Bahia principe J'ai été dans plusieurs complexes hôteliers, j'espère que vous vous en sortirez à nouveau.

Not impressed I’ve been to this resort once before about 6 years ago and it was amazing. Unfortunately everything has changed…. The food was horrible , the service was horrible and prepare your self to get robbed on you excursions. Bahia principe I’ve been to multiple resorts I hope you guys pull it together again.

La chambre était très propre mais il faut la mettre à jour. les ascenseurs n'ont pas de circulation d'air et sont chauds. la nourriture était très bonne et délicieuse. le personnel est très amical et très serviable. ils sont vraiment responsables. les divertissements étaient très bons. Le wi-fi fonctionnait par intermittence, nous devions nous connecter au wi-fi plusieurs fois par jour. dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel et je le recommande.

Amazing resort Room was very clean but need to update. elevators don't have air circulation and are hot. food was very very good and delicious. staff are very friendly and very helpful. they are really responsible. entertainment was very good. Wi-fi was on and off, we had to login to wi-fi several times a day. overall it's very good resort and I recommend it.

Nous y avons passé des moments inoubliables. Si je veux pointer la meilleure chose à propos de cet endroit, je dirai le meilleur personnel jamais. J'ai visité tellement d'endroits, mais j'ai trouvé cet endroit avec un personnel professionnel, poli, respectueux et très amical à tous les niveaux. Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel. La chambre n'était pas 5 étoiles, en particulier la salle de bain et la douche. Les piscines, la plage, les divertissements et la nourriture étaient si bons.

Amazing resort We had an amazing time there. If i want to point the best thing about this place I will tell the best staff ever. I’ve been in so many places but I found this place with professional, polite and respectful and very friendly staff in any position. I want to say thank you to all staff there. Room wasn’t 5 star , specifically washroom and shower. I was expecting more nice things from there.pools, beach , entertainment and food were so good.

Ocean Coral Spring: Ne pas y aller ! Pas comme annoncé.

Notre famille de 3 personnes (parents et enfant d'un an et demi) a réservé cet hôtel avec de grandes attentes et sur la recommandation d'amis qui l'avaient visité il y a un an et demi. Malheureusement, cet hôtel a de nombreux problèmes à résoudre et semble s'être dégradé au cours des derniers mois. Le resort est nouveau (ouvert en 2019), mais quand vous le visitez, on dirait que cet hôtel a 20 ans (à part le lobby) et qu'il a manqué d'entretien. C'est choquant. Mis à part la rivière paress [... lire plus]euse qui est géniale, et quelques employés sympathiques sélectionnés, un massothérapeute génial - le bien s'arrête là. Détails ci-dessous : 1) Le service laisse à désirer, il n'y a aucun sens de l'urgence ou du service à la clientèle pour un complexe 5* annoncé. Cela inclut le service au bar/restaurant, le service en chambre, le service de serviettes, le service de la réception 2) Les chambres ne sont pas bien entretenues. Beaucoup de problèmes avec la plomberie, les fuites de douche, les tuiles, etc. 3) Les ascenseurs des bâtiments sont minuscules et en mauvais état ! Non seulement les ascenseurs sont minuscules et conviennent à peine à une poussette, mais il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur pour chaque section du bâtiment. 4) Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un patio sur le toit et un jacuzzi. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas. Un agent d'entretien nous a dit que tous les jacuzzis sur le toit étaient tombés en panne peu de temps après l'ouverture de l'hôtel. Au lieu de les réparer correctement, ils ont contourné et "bidouillé" les jacuzzis de sorte que vous devez appeler la maintenance si vous voulez les utiliser. Ils entrent, ouvrent une vanne sous la baignoire et celle-ci se remplit par le drain ! L'eau chaude arrive alors parce qu'ils ont fait passer les tuyaux d'alimentation par le drain et vous devez les rappeler une deuxième fois pour fermer la valve. L'eau devient alors froide car c'est de l'eau qui reste dans la baignoire (et non de l'eau chaude qui coule en permanence à travers les jets). Enfin, lorsque vous avez fini de profiter de votre jacuzzi froid, vous devez les rappeler pour vider le jacuzzi. Il est absolument ridicule d'annoncer que l'on dispose de jacuzzis en état de marche alors qu'il s'agit d'une procédure normale. La direction est priée de réparer les jacuzzis ou de les retirer du toit et de réduire le prix des chambres ! Annoncer à tort des jacuzzis en état de marche ne vous rend pas service et, surtout, c'est escroquer vos clients. Sans compter qu'ils ne sont pas sûrs en raison de la façon dont ils sont câblés, avec un interrupteur qui n'est pas relié à la terre. 5) Le manque de serviettes à l'hôtel est un problème. A plusieurs reprises, vous allez chercher une serviette et on vous dit qu'il n'y en a plus 6) Il n'y a souvent plus de bière dans les bars ou la bière n'est pas fraîche. 7) Les mini-réfrigérateurs dans les chambres ne sont pas froids et ne gardent pas la bière ou les boissons au frais. 8) La nourriture dans les restaurants n'est pas excellente. Le buffet principal est bon (Martha's Market) mais au-delà, ils ont du travail à faire. Le service est lent et il est souvent impossible d'obtenir une table à moins de se présenter dès l'ouverture. 9) Le choix du carrelage autour des terrasses de la piscine a été un mauvais choix. Beaucoup d'entre eux se sont cassés et c'est très glissant pour les enfants et les adultes plus âgés. J'ai vu plusieurs enfants glisser et 2 enfants se blesser en glissant autour de la piscine pour enfants et du parc aquatique 10) La plage est assez rocailleuse (gros rochers déchiquetés qui se trouvent dans l'océan mais qu'on ne peut voir que lorsqu'on marche dessus). Il y a des parties plus agréables, mais ce n'est pas terrible. Il y a certainement de bien meilleures plages dans d'autres stations balnéaires

Don't go! Not as advertised. Our family of 3 (parents and 1.5 year old toddler) booked this hotel with high expectations and at the recommendation of friends who visited 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, this hotel has many issues they need to work through and seemingly has gone downhill in recent months. The resort is new (opened in 2019), but when you visit it looks like this hotel is 20 years old (apart from the lobby) and has lacked maintenance. It's shocking. Apart from the lazy river which is great, and some select nice employees, a great massage therapist - the good ends there. Details below: 1) Service is lacking, no sense of urgency or customer service for an advertised 5* resort. This includes bar/restaurant service, room service, towel service, front desk service 2) Rooms are not maintained well. Lot's of issues with plumbing/shower leak/tiles, etc. 3) Elevators in the buildings are tiny and in disrepair! Not only are the elevators tiny and barely fit a stroller, but they only have 1 elevator for each section of the building. 4) We booked a room with a rooftop patio and hot-tub. Hot-tub does not work. Was told by a maintenance guy that all the rooftop hot-tubs broke within a short period of hotel being opened. Instead of fixing them properly, they bypassed and "jerry-rigged" the hot tubs so that you need to call maintenance if you want to use them. They come in and turn on a valve from under the tub and it fills up through the drain! Then hot water comes in as they ran the supply lines the drain and then you have to call them back a 2nd time to turn off the valve. The water then get's cold as it's just water sitting in a tub (not constant hot water coming through the jets). Finally when you are done with your cold hot tub, you need to call them back again to empty the tub. This is absolutely ridiculous to advertise that you have working hot-tubs with this being the standard operating procedure. Word to management, either fix the hot-tubs or remove them from the rooftop and reduce your pricing on the rooms! Falsely advertising working hot-tubs is not doing you any favours and more importantly it's ripping off your clients. Not to mention they are unsafe with how they are wired in a with a switch that is not grounded. 5) Lack of towels at the resort is an issue. Multiple times you go to get a towel only to be told they are out 6) Often out of beer at the bars or the beer is not cold. 7) Mini fridges in room are not cold and do not keep the beer or drinks cold. 8) Food at the restaurants is not great. The main buffet is good (Martha's Market) but beyond this, they have work to do. Service is slow, and often you cannot get a table unless you show up right when they open. 9) Choice of tile around the pool decks was a poor choice. A lot of them have broken and it's very slippery for children and older adults. I saw multiple children slip and 2 children inuure themselves slipping around the kids pool and waterpark 10) Beach is quite rocky (large jagged rocks that are in the ocean but you cannot see them until you step on them). Some nicer parts, but not great. Certainly much better beaches at other resorts are available

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les familles

Nous sommes arrivés après 20 heures et l'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème. Le personnel du bureau d'enregistrement était sympathique et amusant. Nous avions une chambre standard dans la villa 27 et nous étions au centre de tout. Le terrain était bien entretenu, tout comme la plage. La nourriture était phénoménale, les spectacles étaient bons mais répétitifs. Cependant, je sais que l'équipe de divertissement travaille très dur pour offrir un spectacle chaque soir. L'hôtel lui-même a q [... lire plus]uelque chose pour tout le monde, parc aquatique, piscine, plages, mini-golf, tir à l'arc, sports nautiques, casino, club pour enfants avec diverses activités tout au long de la journée, vie nocturne. La piscine principale était superbe, avec de nombreuses chaises de plage à tout moment de la journée. La plage n'était pas très grande, mais elle était belle et suffisamment grande pour en profiter. Il y a deux sections de la plage, l'une près de la piscine principale et l'autre cachée dans une baie près du restaurant Poséidon (sunset cove). Les options à la carte étaient nombreuses, mais attention, ils encouragent la réservation via l'application, mais si vous réservez pour plus d'une chambre, réservez à l'avance auprès des services à la clientèle. Nous avons réservé un sous nos chambres respectives avec une note pour nous asseoir ensemble, ce qui était un groupe de 7 d'entre nous (l'application indique de ne se rendre au service à la clientèle que si plus de 7 personnes). En arrivant au restaurant et en expliquant que nous voulions être assis ensemble, ils ont été froids et dédaigneux. Nous avons fini par nous asseoir de part et d'autre du restaurant (même avec une table vide à côté de la nôtre qui pouvait accueillir 4 personnes) mais nous avons essayé d'en tirer le meilleur parti. Notre dîner a été excellent, mais le service a été terriblement médiocre. Le café-bar et le bar des sports ont été des points forts. Le bar des sports est un joyau caché avec de bonnes options alimentaires, des tables de billard, du ping-pong, beaucoup de télévisions et tout simplement agréable en général. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un temps magnifique, nous avons mangé des plats délicieux, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de nouvelles personnes, nous avons nagé, bu et nous nous sommes bien amusés ! Malgré quelques petits problèmes de service, je recommande vivement ce centre de villégiature.

Great Resort for families We arrived after 8pm and our check-in was seamless. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and fun. We had a standard room in villa 27 and we were central to everything. The grounds were well maintained as was the beach. The food was phenomenal, the shows were good but repetitive. However, I know the entertainment staff work so hard to put on a show each night. The hotel itself has something for everyone, waterpark, pool, beaches, mini golf, archery, water sports, casino, kids club with various activities throughout the day, nightlife. Main pool was great, lots of beach chairs at any point in the day. Beach wasn't large but beautiful and big enough to enjoy. There are two sections of the beach, one by the main pool and another hidden in a bay by the poseidon restaurant (sunset cove). A la carte options were plenty but beware, they encourage booking through the app but if you are booking for more than 1 room, book early through guest services. We booked one under our respective rooms with a note to seat us together, which was a group of 7 of us (app states to only go to guest services if more than 7 ppl). Upon arriving at the restaurant and explaining that we wanted to be seated together, they were cold and dismissive. We ended up sitting on different sides of the restaurant (even with an empty table beside ours that seated 4) but tried to make the best of it. Our dinner there was great but our service was terribly poor. The coffee bar and sports bar were definite highlights. The sports bar is a beautiful, hidden gem with great food options, pool tables, ping pong, lots of tvs and just nice in general. Overall, we had amazing weather, ate great food, met a lot of new people, swam, drank and had fun! Despite some small service issues, I would highly recommend this resort.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Hyatt Zilara Jamaïque

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce centre de villégiature et c'était incroyable ! L'enregistrement s'est fait directement à l'aéroport, ce qui nous a évité de faire la queue à l'hôtel à notre arrivée. Nous avons été surpris de recevoir un surclassement substantiel d'une chambre avec baignade à une suite avec baignade d'une chambre à coucher. Le personnel était incroyablement poli et serviable. Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois en Jamaïque au fil des ans, mais nous n'avions jamais rencontré [... lire plus] un personnel aussi incroyable partout où nous sommes allés. Le complexe lui-même était impeccable, tout comme les chambres. Les restaurants et les bars étaient tous très bons. Il y avait d'excellents divertissements tous les soirs ! Dans l'ensemble, ce complexe est le meilleur que nous ayons visité en Jamaïque ou dans toute autre île des Caraïbes. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !ðŸ'-

Hyatt Zilara Jamaica We spent two weeks at this resort and it was amazing!! Check in took place right and the airport which saved us from waiting in lines at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel. We were surprised to be given a substantial upgrade from a swim up room to a one bedroom swim-up suite. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We have been to Jamaica many times over the years, but have never experienced such incredible staff everywhere we went. The resort itself was spotless as were the rooms. The restaurants, bars were all very good. They had great entertainment nightly!! All in all this resort was the overall best we have been to in Jamaica or any other Caribbean Island that we have stayed at. We would definitely go back there in a heartbeat!!💕

Riu Negril: Riu Negril

L'hôtel était un peu vieillot mais propre et beau. La plage était belle et très bien entretenue, mais il n'y avait pas assez d'endroits ombragés. Le personnel était sympathique. Les magasins étaient très chers mais propres. Nous avons été surpris de voir à quel point tout était cher, la plupart des devises USD étaient acceptées. La nourriture était très bonne et les piscines étaient bien entretenues et propres.

The hotel was alittle dated but clean and beautiful. The beach was lovely and kept very well groomed but not enough shady spots. The staff was friendly. The shops were very expensive but clean. We were suprised at how expensive everything was, pretty much all USD currency was most accepted. Food was very good and pools were well cared for and clean.

Ocean Coral Spring: Grand centre de villégiature !

Le complexe était très propre et les gens très sympathiques. Il y a un bowling, une petite discothèque et un petit casino (sans jeux de table). Il serait bon d'avoir plus d'options "à la carte" pour diversifier les repas, mais sinon la nourriture était bonne. Ce serait également mieux s'il y avait plus de divertissements à l'extérieur, car cela rassemblerait plus de monde et créerait une expérience plus vivante.

Great Resort! The resort was very clean and the people were very friendly. They have bowling, a small disco, and they also have a small casino (without table games). It would be nice to have more 'a la carte' options for diverse dining, but otherwise the food was good. It would also be better if there was more entertainment outdoors as that would bring more people together and create a more lively experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Station familiale

Très bon service, très propre, le personnel est sympathique, la nourriture était incroyable, le poulet jerk... délicieux. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine japonaise et le restaurant italien. Les piscines sont chaudes et propres. Nous avons adoré le club pour enfants et ses programmes. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un complexe extraordinaire.

Family resort Great service, very clean, staffs are friendly, food was amazing, jerk chicken..delicious. We enjoyed the Japanese cuisine and the Italian restaurant. The pools are warm and clean. We loved kids club and their programs. Overall, it is an amazing resort.

Le RIU Negril est un très bon hôtel. Mais l'établissement a besoin d'être rénové, en particulier la salle de bain et les toilettes. La nourriture est excellente. Le service aux clients est excellent. Les restaurants de spécialités n'ont pas un très bon menu. Les restaurants de spécialités n'ont pas un très bon menu et les réservations doivent être faites dès l'arrivée. La plage est fantastique. Good Resort RIU Negril is very good Resort.. But property needs Renovations specifically Bath and Toilet. Food is Excellent. Costumers Service excellent. Specialty restaurants not very good menu. Reservations need to do as soon as u arrived. BEACH 🏝️ IS FANTASTIC. You do get tired of eating same Food for a week even though the variety of Dishes plenty. No Room service

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Merveilleux moment

C'est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. La nourriture était bonne. Belle plage, beaucoup d'animations, de jour comme de nuit. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. J'ai aimé le fait qu'il y ait un petit village avec des spectacles, une boîte de nuit et des magasins à des prix raisonnables. Il y a aussi plusieurs restaurants sur le site, pour ceux qui veulent quelque chose de différent et d'un peu plus formel.

Wonderful time It's an amazing resort. Food was good. Lovely beache, lots of entertainment, day and night. I thoroughly enjoyed. I liked that it has it's own little village with live entertainment, a night club and shops with reasonable prices. Along with several restuarants on the resort, for those who want some thing different and a bit more formal.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Mon expérience étonnante

Le Bahia Principle Grand Jamaica est un complexe magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec des boissons et une grande hospitalité. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite junior supérieure qui était très spacieuse et bien entretenue. Grand balcon avec vue sur le jardin. La nourriture était délicieuse et très variée. Décevant qu'on ne puisse réserver que 3 dîners à la carte et que le reste du temps on doive manger au buffet. Les plages étaient magnifiques, la piscine était  [... lire plus]propre et le personnel était toujours gentil et serviable.

My Amazing Experince Bahia Principle Grand Jamaica was a beautiful resort. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with drinks and great hospitality. We stayed in the junior superior suite which was very spacious, and well kept. Big balcony with a garden view. The food was delicious and there was lots of variety. Disappointing that can only book 3 al-a-carte dinners, and the rest of the time you must eat at the buffet. Beaches were beautiful, pool was clean, and staff were always kind and helpful.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: LE PARADIS À NEGRIL AU RIU PALACE TROPICAL BAY

Ce centre de villégiature est absolument magnifique ! Du terrain impeccable à la nourriture délicieuse servie au buffet et aux restaurants à la carte. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite junior avec vue sur l'océan. Se réveiller au son des eaux pures et admirer les couchers de soleil le soir était à couper le souffle (les plus beaux couchers de soleil que j'ai jamais vus). La meilleure partie de nos vacances a été la plage. Nous avons passé des heures dans les eaux claires et chaudes de l'océ [... lire plus]an. Le personnel est très sympathique. Un grand merci à Christopher pour avoir organisé notre excursion en catamaran au Rick's Cafe et à Sharon qui prépare les meilleures boissons tropicales et sert le meilleur cheesecake au bar à daiquiri. PARADISE IN NEGRIL AT THE RIU PALACE TROPICAL BAY This resort is absolutely beautiful! From the impeccable grounds to the delicious food served at the buffet and at the a la carte restaurants. We stayed in an ocean view junior suite . Waking up to the sounds of the pristine waters and admiring the sunsets in the evenings was breathtaking(most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen). The best part of our vacation was the beach. Spent hours on end in the clear warm ocean waters. The staff are all so very friendly. A shout out to Christopher for organizing our catamaran trip to Rick's Cafe and to Sharon who makes the best tropical drinks and serves the best cheesecake at the daiquiri bar. I will miss you guys :)

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Toujours incroyable

Nous nous sommes mariés ici il y a 5 ans et nous sommes revenus pour revivre les souvenirs. Avec un personnel incroyable, mon préféré Dorrett dont nous sommes tombés amoureux dès le début ! Le complexe est génial ! J'aimerais que les visiteurs soient les mêmes. Il faut savoir apprécier les gens et l'endroit.

Always amazing Got married here 5 years ago and came back to relive the memories. With in incredible staff, my favourite Dorrett who we fell in love with from the start ! The resort is awesome! Wish the visitors were the same. People need to appreciate the people and place.

Riu Montego Bay: Purement brillante et mortelle

le resort est fantastique. il est impeccable et les chambres sont impeccables et modernes. les bars et les restaurants sont excellents, la nourriture est bonne, à l'exception du Steak House qui est terrible. nous sommes sortis au milieu de notre repas, c'était si mauvais. le personnel est fantastique et amical, et ne demande qu'à aider pour tout. la piscine du swim up bar était toujours occupée et chargée, comme on pouvait s'y attendre, mais elle a dû être évacuée trois fois pendant notre séjou [... lire plus]r parce que quelqu'un avait vomi à deux reprises et une fois parce que quelqu'un avait eu la diarrhée dans la piscine,

Pure dead brilliant the resort is fantastic. it is spotless and the rooms are spotless and modern. the bars and restaurants were excellent, the food was good, with the exception of the Steak House which was terrible. we walked out halfway through our meal it was that bad. the staff were fantastic and friendly. and only to happy to help with anything. the swim up bar pool was always busy and load as to be expected. but had to be evacuated 3 times during our stay due to someone throwing up in two occasions and once someone had diarrhea in the pool. pick one of the other 3 pools to be safe,

Riu Montego Bay: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

1) Nous avons passé de très bons moments grâce au personnel qui nous a traités avec beaucoup d'hospitalité - personnel de la réception, serveurs dans les salles à manger, barmans, sauveteurs et personnel de nettoyage. 2) Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur le personnel de divertissement qui a été FABULEUX en nous divertissant jour et nuit. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leurs spectacles. 3) La nourriture était excellente et très variée. 4) Notre suite familiale était très bien, sauf que la chambr [... lire plus]e avait un lit king-size qui était deux lits doubles poussés ensemble comme un lit king-size. 5) NOUVEAU - Adults Only Resort - changement agréable. 6) NOUVEAU - plus de piscines (au lieu de 2 seulement comme par le passé), ce qui est très bien, plus une zone d'eau vive avec des toboggans, ce qui était amusant. 7) NOUVEAU - rénovation du hall d'entrée. Nous ne l'avons pas trouvé aussi attrayant qu'avant. Avant, il y avait une grande table sur laquelle était placée une grande composition florale qui mettait vraiment en valeur le hall d'entrée. Avec la rénovation, il y a aussi des tapis sous les tables basses dans le coin salon qui semblent très fades, peu coûteux (même si ce n'est pas le cas) et peu attrayants. Nous espérons que ce problème sera résolu, car nous avons constaté que d'autres clients avaient fait le même constat.

Amazing Resort 1) Lovely time thanks to the staff there who treated us with great hospitality - reception staff, servers in dining areas, bartenders, lifeguards and house cleaning staff. 2) Can't say enough about the Entertainment staff who were FABULOUS in entertaining us day and night. Thoroughly enjoyed their shows. 3) Food was great and lots of variety. 4) Our family suite was great, except that the room has a king-size bed which was 2 double beds pushed together as a king-size bed. 5) NEW - Adults Only Resort - nice change. 6) NEW - more swimming pools (instead of only 2 as in the past) which is great plus a splash water area with slides which was fun. 7) NEW - renovations to lobby area. We didn't find it as appealing as the lobby area before. Before there was a large table on which was placed a large floral arrangement which really enhanced the lobby area. Also with the renovation, there are some area rugs under the coffee tables in the seating area which look very bland, inexpensive (even if that is not the case) and not attractive. Hopefully this will be looked at as we gather other guests had the same assessment.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Un endroit magnifique avec une nourriture et des boissons excellentes

La plage est extraordinaire. La nourriture et les boissons sont les meilleures que j'aie jamais mangées dans un complexe hôtelier. Le complexe est propre et récemment rénové. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le complexe n'est pas aussi grand que d'autres et mes parents âgés ont pu s'y déplacer facilement.

Gorgeous Spot with Great Food and Drinks The beach is amazing. The food and drinks were the best I've had at a resort. The resort is clean and newly renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is not huge like others, and my senior parents could get around easily.
