Nous ne savions pas à quoi nous attendre. Complexe très propre et bien entretenu. Nous passions un bon moment jusqu'à ce que nous devions manger au buffet. Les serveurs ont tout gâché, surtout Raúl. Les serveurs ont tout gâché, surtout Raºl, ainsi que le personnel du bar de la piscine, qui s'occupait des Blancs turbulents.

Okay for our first time We didn't know what to expect. Very clean, well maintained resort. We were having a great time until we had to eat at the buffet. Waiters ruined it especially Raúl. Along with the poolbar staff, who catered to the rowdy white people.

L'entretien ménager et le service à la clientèle étaient excellents. Par contre, les serveurs du buffet sont terribles, surtout Raul. Ainsi que le personnel du bar de la piscine.

Alright for first a first vacation The whole resort was lovely. It was our first time going to a resort and wasn't sure what to expect. Housekeeping/rm service top notch. However, the waiters in the buffet area, Terrible especially Raul. As well as the pool bar staff.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Grand centre de villégiature avec une exception.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est poli, arrangeant, gentil. Il y a neuf restaurants, tous excellents. 6 piscines, j'en ai essayé 2, mais l'une d'entre elles était tellement grande qu'elle ressemblait plus à un grand étang avec des îles. Comme l'hôtel accueille des enfants, si vous souhaitez une expérience tranquille, vous ne l'obtiendrez pas dans les parties communes. J'ai adoré la fiesta mexicaine du samedi soir. C'était très amusant. J'ai adoré le massage au spa. Une chose que je  [... lire plus]n'ai pas aimée est le prix du spa, il m'a été donné en dollars américains, puis il a été converti en pesos et débité sur ma carte de crédit. En fait, le prix du spa change tous les jours en fonction du prix du dollar américain.

Great resort with an exception. The Hotel is beautiful, staff are polite, accommodating, kind. There are nine restaurants, every single one is great. 6 pools, tried 2, really one of them was so big, it was more like a big pond with islands. As the hotel accommodates children, if you want a quiet experience, you will not get it in the public areas. I loved the Mexican fiesta Saturday night. I was so much fun. Loved the massage at the spa. One thing I did not like was the pricing of the spa, it was given to me in US Dollars, then it was converted to pesos, and charged to my credit card. So basically the prices for the spa change according to the price of US Dollars every day.

L'hôtel Riu Palace est un lieu de villégiature magnifique et élégant. Ma famille et moi sommes allés à Los Cabos pour échapper à la réalité. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde. Il était propre et le personnel était courtois et efficace.

L'hôtel était bien, le service était excellent. Le personnel sympathique s'est efforcé de rendre l'hôtel très confortable pour les clients. Les chambres avaient besoin d'un peu de rénovation mais ce n'était pas un problème. Les restaurants offraient un grand choix de plats de qualité.

Great Vacation The hotel was good, service was amazing. Friendly staff that worked hard to make it very comfortable for the guests. Rooms were in need of a little updating but really not a problem at all. Restaurants offered a great selection of quality food.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Un service et un emplacement incroyables !

Le service est extraordinaire. Les piscines sont superbes et la vue est superbe. Les excursions sont faciles à trouver et sûres. Il y a tant à faire. Les gens et l'architecture font vraiment de leur mieux pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Le théâtre de nuit est incroyable. Ils travaillent tous très dur dans la chaleur.

Amazing service and location! The service is amazing. The pools are great and the view is superb. The excursions are easy to find and safe. There is so much to do. The people and the architecture really does its best to make your stay perfect. The night theater is incredible. They all work so hard in the heat.

J'ai passé un bon moment, les chambres étaient excellentes et propres. Les buffets étaient bons, avec beaucoup de choix. Terrain bien entretenu. Service amical aux bars et au buffet. Les piscines sont très amusantes, mais il faut savoir que les deux petits bars de la piscine à l'avant du bâtiment 7 ont tendance à être bruyants et pleins de fêtards, et qu'à l'occasion, les personnes bizarres ont tendance à devenir incontrôlables. L'autre bar de la piscine, au milieu du complexe, est plus relaxant [... lire plus]. Sachez également que seul le bâtiment 7 est équipé d'ascenseurs. Les étages supérieurs des autres bâtiments sont à quatre étages....Plusieurs escaliers.....Ne vous baignez pas dans l'océan, car il y a du ressac. Sinon, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Great time. Fun resort but.... Had a great time, rooms excellent and clean. The buffets were good lots of selection. Grounds well maintained . Friendly service at bars and buffet. Pools are lots of fun but..be aware the two small pool bars at front of building 7 tend to be loud and full of partiers occasionally the odd person (s) tend to get out of hand. The other pool bar in middle of resort tends to be more relaxing. Also be aware only building 7 has elevators. Top floors in other buildings are four stories high....Lots of stairs.....Don't swim in ocean bad undertow. Otherwise a great bang for your buck otherwise

Riu Santa Fe: Absolument incroyable !

Nous sommes allés ici pour notre lune de miel en mai 2016 et nous avons passé un merveilleux moment de détente ! Dès notre départ de Vancouver Canada, notre vol était excellent, le service de navette de l'aéroport de Los cabos était vraiment facile et clair à trouver, notre enregistrement était très lisse et direct et notre chambre était belle, propre et climatisée. Les lits étaient fermes et confortables. Le personnel de l'hôtel est formidable ! J'ai été très impressionnée par leur travail et l [... lire plus]eur professionnalisme. Les boissons étaient excellentes et la nourriture était également très bonne ! Je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre car je n'avais jamais été dans un all inclusive auparavant, mais c'était bien mieux que ce que j'imaginais. Le restaurant mexicain était notre préféré ! Le mérou a été notre plat préféré et les entrées du restaurant mexicain étaient absolument délicieuses. Le bar de la piscine était incroyable ! Nous sommes reconnaissants d'être restés dans une partie tranquille du terrain, je pense que nous étions dans le bâtiment 2. Dans l'ensemble, notre section était plutôt calme et non bruyante, ce dont nous étions très reconnaissants. Il y avait une section plus loin de nous que nous appelions woo-land où les gens faisaient vraiment la fête ! Donc si vous cherchez cela, c'est une option... J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y ait un peu de séparation ! Nous avons très bien dormi, bu et mangé. Les divertissements étaient également incroyables. Il y avait tellement de cœur et de passion ! Nous avons adoré. Nous voulons déjà y retourner ! Nous sommes si reconnaissants d'avoir passé une lune de miel relaxante et indulgente !

Absolutely amazing!! We went here for our honeymoon in may 2016 and had an amazing wonderful relaxing time! From the moment we left from Vancouver Canada our flight was great, the shuttle service from the airport in Los cabos was really easy and clear to find, our check in was very smooth and straight forward and our room was lovely, clean and air conditioned. The beds were firm and comfy. The staff here is so wonderful! I was so impressed with their hard work and professionalism. The drinks were great, and the food was actually really good as well! I didn't know what to expect as I had never been to an all inclusive before but it was wayyy better than I imagined. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite! The grouper was our top favourite meal, and the appetizers at the Mexican place were absolutely delicious. The swim up bar was amazing!!! We were thankful to have stayed in a quiet part of the grounds, I think we were building two . Overall our section was actually pretty mellow and not rowdy, which we were really grateful for. There was a section further down fromus that we called woo-land where people were really partying hard! So if you looking for that it's an option.. I appreciated that it seemed a bit separated! We had great sleeps, great drinks and food. The entertainment was also amazing. So much heart and passion in it!! We just loved it. We already want to go back!! We are so thankful for a relaxing and indulgent honeymoon!!

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Petit, amical et paisible

J'ai réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute et je n'en attendais pas grand-chose. Il a dépassé mes attentes. C'était petit, amical et paisible. Il n'y avait pas de pression pour acheter quelque chose ou donner un pourboire, ce qui a fait une énorme différence pour moi. Les pourboires sont cependant les bienvenus. Si vous voulez un hôtel simple et convivial, c'est un endroit pour vous. Je l'ai vraiment apprécié.

Small, friendly, and peacful I booked this hotel last minute, and did not expect much. It exceeded my expectation. It was small, friendly, and peaceful. There was no hussle and pressure to buy something, or to tip someone, and that make a huge differeence for me. Tips are welcomed though. If you want simple and friendly hotel, this is a place for you. I certainly enjoyed it.

Riu Santa Fe: Superbe station pour les adultes de 20 à 30 ans

Dans l'ensemble, le RIU Santa Fe était un hôtel amusant, optimiste, avec beaucoup de gens qui voulaient s'amuser. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, elle était médiocre (les séjours tout compris deviennent redondants après le troisième ou le quatrième jour). Les bars de la piscine étaient superbes et il y avait toujours du monde autour d'eux. En raison de la forte demande, il était parfois difficile de se faire servir, mais c'était compréhensible vu le nombre de personnes. Les chambres étaient  [... lire plus]bien, assez spacieuses, avec un réfrigérateur réapprovisionné tous les jours et de l'alcool gratuit dans la chambre. Je ne recommanderais PAS ce complexe aux familles ou à ceux qui cherchent à se détendre, car il y a des gens ivres partout. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon moment et je le recommanderais à ceux qui ont entre 20 et 30 ans.

Great resort for adults from 20s-30s Overall the RIU Santa Fe was a fun, upbeat hotel with a lot of people that wanted to have a good time. In terms of the food, it was mediocre (all inclusives all get redundant after the 3rd or 4th day). The pool bars were great with people always around them. With the high demand, it was hard to get service sometimes, but understandable with the amount of people. The rooms were good, spacious enough with the fridge restocked daily and complimentary alcohol in the room. I would NOT recommend this resort for families or those looking to relax, there are drunk people everywhere. Overall, it was a good time and I would recommend it for those in their 20s and 30s.

Tout était exceptionnellement propre. Le service était généralement de premier ordre ! La salle de musculation était exceptionnelle ! La nourriture était généralement de grande qualité ! Une seule suggestion - comme il n'y a pas de baignade dans l'océan à proximité, les piscines devraient être ouvertes plus longtemps ; elles ne devraient pas être fermées à 19 heures MST. Merci beaucoup !

Amazing Resort Everything was exceptionally clean. Service was generally top notch! Weight room was exceptional! Food was generally high/gourmet quality! Only 1 suggestion - as there is no ocean swimming nearby, pools should be open longer ; not closed at 7 PM MST. Thanks!

Riu Santa Fe: Très bien, le centre de villégiature.

Hôtel et terrain très propres, nourriture excellente et personnel merveilleux et amical. La foule est plus jeune, mais cela a donné à notre foule un peu plus âgée de bons divertissements. Le deuxième étage est mieux, moins de bruit. Les fruits de mer dans les restaurants étaient un régal.

Very nice, resort. Hotel and grounds very clean, Great food, and wonderful friendly staff. Younger crowd, but it gave our slightly older crowd some good entertainment. Second floor is better, less noise. The seafood at the restaurants was a nice treat.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: RIU Fabulous

Le Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas était fabuleux. Le personnel est excellent, l'hôtel est propre, la nourriture est variée, les divertissements sont nombreux, on ne s'ennuie jamais. Asseyez-vous à la piscine tranquille les jours calmes, puis à la piscine d'action lorsque vous êtes prêt à faire la fête. Une telle variété de boissons à savourer au bar de la piscine ou simplement en s'asseyant. L'excursion à dos de chameau était amusante, sans parler de la dégustation de Tequila pendant notre authentiqu [... lire plus]e déjeuner mexicain. Le personnel est formidable. Préparez-vous à payer cher pour les photos sur le chameau. Sunquest a pris grand soin de nous et nous y retournerions en une minute. J'ai adoré ! !!

The Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas was fabulous. Beyond excellent staff, so clean, variety of foods, entertainment, never a boring moment. Sit at the quiet pool on a slow day and then the action pool when you are ready to party. Such a variety of drinks to enjoy at the poolbar or just sitting around. The Camel ride excursion was fun not to mention the Tequila tasting during our authentic Mexican lunch. Great staff there. Be prepared to pay large for pictures on the camel though. Sunquest took great care of us and we would go back in minute. Loved it so much!!!

LE RIU PALACE A ÉTÉ EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Le RIU Palace était incroyable ! Pas un seul aspect négatif. La nourriture, l'hôtel, la propreté, le personnel, le temps, l'alcool et les excursions étaient tous parfaits. Ma fille de 18 ans et moi y sommes allées pendant une semaine et nous avons rencontré tant de gens et fait tant de souvenirs inoubliables. Trip of a Lifetime! WOW! The RIU Palace was amazing! Not one negative aspect. The food, resort, cleanliness, staff, weather, booze & excursions were all so perfect. My 18 yr old daughter and I went for a week and we met so many people and made so many unforgettable memories. To win a trip would be perfect, our last getaway before she attends college. Excellente nourriture, bonnes chambres, terrain fantastique. L'hôtel est très bien situé et il est facile de se rendre à pied à Cabo par la plage si on le souhaite. La seule chose qui serait mieux, c'est une douche à l'italienne au lieu d'un combiné douche/baignoire.

Great resort Great food, rooms good grounds fantastic. Great location with easy walk to cabo by beach if you wanted. Short cab ride if needed, only thing that would be better is a walk in shower instead of shower/tub combo.

Dreams Los Cabos: Rêves

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce complexe. Tout le monde a été très serviable depuis l'enregistrement jusqu'à notre départ. La chambre que nous avons occupée était une suite et elle était magnifique, et le personnel de nettoyage a été exceptionnel pour la garder propre. Nous avons adoré la piscine, qui ne semblait jamais occupée. Regarder les vagues sur la plage était étonnant et magnifique. Nous savions qu'il n'était pas possible de se baigner sur la plage, ce qui n'était pas un problème.

Dreams We loved our stay at the resort. Everyone was very helpful from the time you checked in until we left. The room we had was a suite and was beautiful and the cleaning staff were exceptional with keeping it clean. We loved the pool and it never seemed busy. Watching the waves at the beach was astonishing and beautiful. We knew you couldn't swim in the beach which was not a problem.

J'ai adoré séjourner dans ce centre de villégiature ! Il était constamment propre, ce qui est un atout majeur pour moi. J'ai séjourné avec ma fille et nous avons eu un plaisir fou. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à tous ceux qui prévoient de visiter le Mexique.

Amazing Resort Loved staying at this resort!! It was constantly clean, which is a major plus for me. I stayed with my daughter and we had an absolute blast, would recommend this hotel for anyone planning on visiting Mexico.

Royal Solaris: Une semaine formidable au Royal Solaris

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au centre de villégiature. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et le personnel est très sympathique. Notre chambre a été surclassée avec vue sur l'océan sans frais supplémentaires. Le personnel de l'hôtel qui s'occupe de la multipropriété peut être un peu trop pressant. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard dans la nuit et ils étaient déjà partis pour la journée. Ma plus grande plainte est qu'il n'y a pas assez d'ombre sur la plage et la piscine. Si vous ne vous levez p [... lire plus]as assez tôt, ils étaient tous partis. On ne peut pas se baigner dans l'océan, mais la piscine se trouve juste à côté de la plage. La nourriture était bonne et abondante. Ce complexe se trouve à environ 30 minutes de Los Cabos. Il y a un bus qui vous emmène en ville pour 3 $ US par personne. Dans l'ensemble, ce complexe hôtelier offre un bon rapport qualité-prix

Awsome week at the Royal Solaris We had a wonderful week at the resort. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Our room was upgraded to ocean view with no additional fee. They do have a timeshare staff that can be quiet pushy. We arrived later at night and they had already left for the day. My biggest complaint is that there is not enough shade on the beach and pool. If you did not get up early enough they were all gone. You cannot swim in the ocean; however the pool is right on the beach. The food was good and plentiful. This resort is about 30 minutes from Los Cabos. They have a bus for $3 US a person that will take you into town. Overall this resort is good value for the money
