Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Vacances en famille !

Ce centre de villégiature était magnifique depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ ! Notre famille comptait 13 personnes qui ont séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature et le personnel a été formidable pour s'adapter à chacun d'entre nous. Mariel et Ayleen du club des enfants ont été fantastiques avec nos deux plus jeunes filles qui ont 3 et 4 ans. Tout le personnel était très amical et toujours prêt à nous aider de quelque manière que ce soit. Les restaurants du complexe sont délicieux et  [... lire plus]le buffet est également excellent. Le meilleur était d'avoir le snack bar et le sushi bar juste à côté des piscines et de la plage. Nous n'avions même pas besoin de sortir de nos suites de bain. L'océan à cet endroit de la plage était incroyable ! L'eau est claire et il n'y a pas beaucoup de rochers et d'algues. Il n'y avait pas non plus d'odeur bizarre dans l'eau. Lorsque nous nous sommes promenés le long de la plage, l'eau des autres complexes sentait mauvais. Nous avons fait de la plongée avec masque et tuba et nous avons vu des tortues, des raies, de nombreux types de poissons et du corail. C'était incroyable ! Il y a toujours quelque chose à faire ici. Le centre de villégiature organise des événements tout le temps, c'était GÉNIAL ! Toute notre famille a adoré ce complexe et espère y retourner bientôt !

Family Vacation! This resort was so beautiful from the time we arrived to the time we departed! Our family had 13 people stay at this resort and the staff was amazing at accomedating all of us. Mariel and Ayleen from kids vlub were fantastic with our 2 youngest girls who are 3 and 4. All the though were super friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. The restaraunts on the resort were delicious and the buffet was great too. Best was having the snack bar and sushi bar right by the pools and beach. We didnt even have to get out of our swim suites. The ocean at this part of the beach was amazing! Clear water and not alot of rocks and seaweed. Also didn't smell weird at the water. When we went for walks along the beach other resorts had a smell at the water. We went snorkeling and saw turtles, stingrays, many types of fish and coral. It was amazing! There is always something to do here. The resort has scheduled events all the time, it was GREAT!!! Our entire family loved this resort and hopes to go back soon!

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Paisible et relaxant

Le complexe est très bien entretenu et le personnel offre un service exceptionnel. Amber a désormais accès à la ville, aux plages et aux piscines sans avoir à marcher longtemps pour se rendre aux commodités. La ville offre également des coûts de transport raisonnables pour explorer tout ce que la région de Puerto Vallarta a à offrir, comme la tyrolienne, les excursions dans la jungle, la plongée avec masque et tuba, etc.

Peaceful and Relaxing The resort was very well-maintained and the staff exceptional in delivery of service. Now Amber has great access to the city, beaches, and pools without having to take long walks to amenities. The city is also has reasonable transportation costs to explore all that the Puerto Vallarta area has to offer, such as zip lining, jungle tours, snorkelling, etc.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Station tranquille/nombreuses stations

Station très calme. La nourriture était excellente. J'ai été contrarié par le fait que nous ne pouvions pas apporter de la nourriture dans notre chambre. J'aimerais que l'on puisse apporter la nourriture du buffet et du snack bar dans les chambres. J'aimerais aussi que le snack-bar soit mieux ventilé pour éviter les moustiques et qu'il y ait un peu de climatisation. J'aimerais aussi qu'il y ait une salle de sport. Nous avons également eu des insectes dans notre chambre, mais dans l'ensemble,  [... lire plus]notre séjour s'est bien passé. Nous avons pu nous rendre dans trois autres centres de villégiature et utiliser leurs services, ce qui est un avantage. Nous voulions aussi du Bailey's mais le bar et la carte ne proposaient pas de Bailey's, ce qui a gâché notre expérience/

Quiet resort/many resorts Very quiet resort. Food was amazing. I was upset that we couldn't bring food to our room. Wish we could bring food from the buffet and snack bar to the rooms. Also wish the snack bar was better ventilated to avoid mosquitos and have some AC. I also wish it had a gym. We also had bugs in our room but overall our stay was okay. We were able to travel to three other resorts and use their amneties which is a plus. We also wanted Bailey's but the bar and a la carte did not carry Bailey's which ruined our experience/

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Un centre de villégiature génial !

C'était notre quatorzième séjour dans ce complexe. Nous aimons l'ambiance mexicaine que ce complexe nous procure. Les couleurs vives, les thèmes mexicains et la sensation de chaleur et de confort qui s'en dégage. Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu. La plage est également agréable. Il y a des vendeurs qui se promènent et vendent des vêtements, des chapeaux et des bijoux. Il est toujours agréable de faire du troc avec eux lorsqu'on achète leurs produits. Le personnel est formidable et  [... lire plus]toujours poli. Nous avons été très impressionnés par notre serveur Vidal et notre barman Ruban. Ce sont des gens formidables ! Nous avons hâte de revenir l'année prochaine !

Awesome Resort! This was our fourteenth time to this resort. We love the Mexican feel that this resort gives to us. The bright colors, the Mexican themes, and the warm and comfortable feeling of staying there. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The beach is nice as well. There are vendors that walk around selling clothes, hats and jewellery. It is always fun to barter with them when buying their products. The staff is great and always polite. We were very impressed with our waiter Vidal and our bartender Ruban. They are awesome people! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Viva Maya by Wyndham: Absolument incroyable !

Tout d'abord, permettez-moi de dire que le personnel qui travaille dans ce complexe est absolument incroyable. Nous sommes restés sept jours et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison (mais en mieux). Nous envisageons d'y retourner l'année prochaine !

Absolutely Incredible! First off, let me just say that the staff who work at this resort are absolutely incredible. We stayed for seven days and felt like we were at home (but better) we are looking at going again next year!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: La plage n'est pas bonne

C'est un hôtel très décent avec des chambres propres, une bonne nourriture, un personnel accueillant. Mais ce n'est pas pour les amateurs de plage. L'eau de mer était nauséabonde. On m'a dit que de septembre à novembre, elle devenait mauvaise à cause des algues. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai dû passer 5 jours sur 7 dans la piscine avec des produits chimiques, comme dans mon appartement à Toronto. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient très bruyants, mais ne pouvaient pas rivaliser avec les spectacles cubai [... lire plus]ns. Les mêmes artistes jouaient les mêmes performances pendant les 3 programmes différents, comme le Circus de Soleil, Michale Jackson et les spectacles d'Aladding, en changeant juste leurs vêtements.

Beach is not good This is a very decent hotel with a clean rooms, good food, welcoming staff. But it's not for a beach lovers. Water in the sea was stinky. I was told that from September to November it gets bad because of sea weeds. Anyway, I had to spend 5 says out of 7 in the pool with cemicals, the same as in my condo in Toronto. Night shows were boaring, couldn't compete with Cuban shows. The same artists played the same performances during the 3 different programs lkie Circus de Soleil, Michale Jackson and Aladding shows just changing their wearings.

Royal Hideaway Playacar: Taille et emplacement parfaits

C'est un très beau complexe, bien entretenu et très propre. Notre chambre était belle et bien aménagée. Le décor de l'ensemble de l'hôtel était d'influence espagnole ancienne et les meubles étaient partout de très bonne qualité. Le personnel était excellent, poli et très arrangeant. La meilleure partie était la magnifique piscine avec de nombreux sièges confortables et de l'ombre pour tout le monde. La nourriture était très bonne, même si je n'aime pas devoir réserver. La plage est magnifique [... lire plus] mais la distance entre la piscine et l'océan est trop grande et il n'y a pas d'ombre plus près de l'eau. L'heure d'enregistrement est rigoureusement contrôlée à 15 heures. C'est un point final. Pas d'exception. Ce n'est pas acceptable pour un hôtel cinq étoiles. Cela dit, ce fut une expérience agréable et nous reviendrons.

Perfect size and location This is a beautiful, well maintained, very clean resort. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. The decor throughout the resort was old Spanish influenced and furniture everywhere was very fine quality. The staff were excellent, polite and very accommodating. The best part was the magnificent swimming pool with plenty of comfortable seating and shade for everyone. The food was very good although I personally do not like having to make reservations. The beach is beautiful but the distance from the pool to the ocean is too far with no shade closer to the water. Check in time is rigidly monitored at 3:00 pm. Period. No exceptions. Not acceptable for a five star resort. However, having said that it was a lovely experience and we would return.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Excellent centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était très propre. Il y avait un certain nombre de restaurants spécialisés avec de très bons plats et les buffets offraient également de nombreux choix délicieux. Les terrains et la plage étaient propres et bien entretenus. Les chambres haut de gamme bénéficiaient d'un excellent service à la clientèle. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent complexe hôtelier.

Excellent Resort The hotel was kept very clean. There was a number of Specialty Restaurants with very good food and the buffets had lots of delicious choices as well. The grounds and beach were clean and well maintained. Premium rooms had excellent customer services. All in all it was a great resort.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Belle station balnéaire

J'ai aimé dans ce resort les chambres et le service. Les piscines sont très belles. Sur la plage, il y avait parfois beaucoup d'algues. Le resort est très bien pour les familles et a beaucoup de programmes pour les enfants. Il y a aussi une belle piscine et un parc aquatique pour les enfants.

Beautiful resort I liked in this resort the rooms and service. The pools are very beautiful.on the beach some days was a lot seaweed. The resort is very good for families and has a lot of programs for children. There is also a beautiful pool and water park for children.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est le meilleur complexe dans lequel j'ai séjourné à Cancun, la nourriture est supérieure à la moyenne et cela vient d'un mangeur pointilleux, les piscines sont géniales mais la plage est bonne aussi, les employés sont aussi géniaux et font tout leur possible pour que vous passiez un bon moment

Great resort This is the best resort I have stayed at yet in Cancun, Food is above average and thats coming from a picky eater, also the pools are awesome but beach is good too, The employees are also awesome and go out of their way to ensure you have a great time

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand centre de villégiature.

Belle et grande station. Très agréable pour se promener. Endroit calme. La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée est l'appel de rappel reçu par west jet pour la réunion afin de confirmer le transfert de retour à la maison était trop tôt

Great resort. Nice and big resort. Very nice for walking around. Quiet place. Only thing that I did not like was the reminder call received by west jet for the meeting to confirm return transfer back home was too early

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Une semaine étonnamment ensoleillée

Mon mari, mon fils de 3 ans et moi-même avons passé la première semaine de septembre dans cet hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Personnel et emplacement fantastiques. Belle plage, et les piscines sont adaptées aux enfants en bas âge. Notre chambre était spacieuse mais il y avait une odeur de moisissure dans l'air. La douche pourrait être améliorée et la télévision pourrait être en HD. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été positive.

Amazing sunny week My husband, 3yo and I spent the first week of Sep in this hotel. We had a great time. Fantastic staff and location. Nice beach, and pools are suitable for toddlers. Our room was spacious but there was a mold smell in the air. The shower could be improved and tv could be in HD. Overall was a positive experience.

TRS Coral: Le luxe !

Nous avons adoré le luxe, le service, les belles piscines et la plage de ce complexe. La nourriture était excellente, sauf le service en chambre qui n'était pas fiable. Excellente équipe de divertissement. Le personnel est très bien formé et vous pouvez voir qu'il cherche à anticiper vos besoins et à vous fournir tout ce qu'il peut.

Luxury! We loved the luxury, service, and beautiful pools and beach at this resort. The food was great except room service was unreliable. Excellent entertainment team. Staff is very well trained and you can tell they are looking to anticipate your needs and also to provide anything extra that they can.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Très belle

Nous sommes arrivés et la salle de bain a commencé à fuir l'eau du plafond. Après un technicien est venu commencer à couper le plafond et le réparer, mais à 17 heures Nous sommes allés voir notre chambre et un grand trou sur le plafond toujours là avec le désordre partout et seulement à 20 h 30 la nuit J'ai gentiment demandé à changer de chambre personne ne m'a offert cela. Payé pour Ocean view chambre complètement bloqué par un palmier nous ne pouvions’t voir l'océan du tout. Les chambre [... lire plus]s étaient un peu vieux et rien à voir avec les photos en ligne. Baignoire noircie avec le temps et semblait pas aussi propre. Il y avait des jours où nous devions demander à venir nettoyer notre chambre même si nous avions quitté la chambre à 8 heures et que nous étions revenus à 14 heures. Lorsque nous avons visité l'hôtel, je suppose qu'il était en construction - personne ne nous a rien dit - et à 2 ou 3 heures de l'après-midi, alors que nous avions 2 bébés qui essayaient de dormir, nous avons entendu des bruits de forage et des compresseurs partout... impossible de dormir. A part cela l'hôtel était bien situé avec beaucoup d'activités et de spectacles pour les enfants la piscine avait une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La nourriture - buffet - et les boissons étaient très bonnes. Les restaurants étaient très agréables et professionnels avec un excellent service. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une bonne expérience.

Very nice Checked in and the bathroom started leaking water from the ceiling. After a technician came start cutting the ceiling and fixing it but at 5 pm We went to see our room and a big hole on the ceiling still there with mess everywhere and only at 830 pm at night I kindly asked to change the room nobody offered me that. Paid for Ocean view room completely blocked by a palm tree we couldn’t see the ocean at all. The rooms were a bit old and nothing to do with the pics online. Bathtub blacked out with the time and seemed not as clean. They were days that we had to ask to come to clean our bedroom even if we had left the room at 8 and come back at 14:00 o clock. When we visited the hotel was I guess under construction “nobody told us anything” and at 2-3 pm while with 2 babies trying to sleep drilling noises and compressors everywhere... impossible to sleep. Beside all that hotel was in good location with many activities and shows for the kids swimming pool view amazing you could see the ocean. Food “buffet “and drinks were very nice. Restaurants were very nice and professional with excellent service. Overall experience it was good.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: L'hôtel était bien

La chambre d'hôtel n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Lorsque j'ai porté ce problème à l'attention des réceptionnistes, ils n'ont pas pris ma plainte au sérieux. C'était la deuxième fois que je venais dans ce complexe, car nous y avions séjourné l'année dernière. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était très bien, la plage était propre et le personnel était formidable.

Resort was okay The hotel room was not very clean when we arrived. When I brought this to the front desks attention they didn't take my complaint seriously. This was my second time at the resort, as we stayed there last year. Overall the hotel was very nice, beach was clean and the staff were awesome.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: La troisième fois est la bonne !

Secrets Akumal est un complexe splendide dont nous aimons tout, depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Nous passons nos journées à la plage et nous nous rendons à la piscine tranquille (que nous appelons notre piscine spa) en fin d'après-midi. Nous adorons faire un saut au Coco Cafe pour prendre un thé et déguster des pâtisseries sucrées. Le restaurant Seaside est notre préféré, car il propose un bar à salades et c'est ce que j'aime manger. Mon mari ne tarit pas d'éloges sur les plats de via [... lire plus]nde et de gazon et dit que la façon dont ils sont cuits sur le gril à charbon de bois les rend si tendres. Avec les compliments du chef, bien sûr ! Les stations balnéaires situées le long de cette partie de la plage ont tendu des filets flottants pour attraper les algues avant qu'elles n'atteignent le rivage, ce qui a eu un impact considérable sur la quantité d'algues qui atteignent le rivage. Moins de travail pour les ouvriers et moins d'algues dans les eaux. J'ai envie d'y retourner encore et encore, car chaque jour est un paradis lorsque nous y sommes.

Third times’s a charm! Secrets Akumal is such a splendid resort and we love everything about it from the time we arrive until our departure. We spend our days at the beach and head over to the quiet pool (we call it our spa pool) for the late afternoon. We love dropping in at the Coco Cafe for our tea and sweet pastries. The Seaside restaurant is our favourite as they have a salad bar and that what I love to eat. My husband raves over the turf/meat options and says the way they are cooked over the charcoal grill leaves them so tender. Compliments to the chef of course! The resorts along this stretch of beach have strung floating nets to catch the seaweed before it reaches the shoreline and this has made a great impact on the amount of it which reaches the shore. Less work for the workers to take up now and less of it in the waters too. I just want to go back again and again as each day is heaven when we’re there.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Belle station - Mauvaise expérience

Le Secrets Maroma est un bel hôtel dont le personnel est sympathique et attentif. Lors de l'enregistrement, on nous a dit que notre chambre n'était pas prête et qu'il fallait laisser les bagages au personnel de la réception. Au bout d'une heure, je suis retournée dans le hall principal pour prendre un maillot de bain dans ma valise. J'ai trouvé nos bagages à l'extérieur des portes principales de l'hôtel, derrière un mur. Ils étaient sans surveillance. J'ai récupéré mon maillot de bain. Une f [... lire plus]ois la chambre prête et en défaisant ma valise, j'ai remarqué qu'il manquait un sac à main dans mes bagages. J'ai prévenu la réception/le directeur. On m'a rappelé pour me dire qu'ils avaient visionné les images de sécurité et que les sacs n'avaient pas été touchés. J'ai dit à la personne que c'était faux car j'avais accédé aux bagages. Le directeur a ajouté que les vols sont fréquents à l'aéroport et que c'est probablement ce qui s'est passé. Cela a jeté un voile sombre sur les vacances.

Nice Resort-Bad Experience The Secrets Maroma was a lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Upon check-in, we were told our room was not ready and to leave the bags with the bell staff. After about an hour, I returned to the main lobby to get a swim suit from my suitcase. I found our luggage outside the main doors of the hotel and behind a wall. They were unattended. I retrieved my bathing suit. Once the room was ready and while unpacking, I noticed a purse was missing from my luggage. I notified the front desk/manager. I received a call back to say they reviewed the security footage and the bags were not touched. I told the person this was untrue as I accessed the bags. The manager went on the say that theft is common at the airport and it probably happened there. This put a dark cloud over the vacation.

TRS Coral: TRS Coral, Luxe absolu

C'est probablement le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous ayons séjourné, et nous avons visité de nombreuses stations balnéaires au Mexique. Nous avions l'intention de réserver un autre hôtel au Mayan, mais Dieu merci, notre agent de voyage Marnie m'a contacté alors qu'elle venait de rentrer et nous a demandé d'envisager le TRS Coral. Il s'agit de la section réservée aux adultes du groupe hôtelier Palladium dans la région de Playa Mujeres à Cancun. L'ensemble du complexe était magnifique, la nourrit [... lire plus]ure était fantastique et nous avons pu aller dans tous les restaurants de la section familiale de Palladium et de la section Coral. Le personnel était toujours disponible pour nous aider ou pour discuter. Je recommande cet hôtel !

TRS Coral, Absolute Luxury This is most likely the best hotel we have stayed at, and we have been to a lot of resorts in Mexico. We were planning to book another hotel in the Mayan, but thank goodness our travel agent Marnie got in touch with me as she had just returned and asked us to consider the TRS Coral. It is the adults only section of Palladium hotel group in the Playa Mujeres area of Cancun. The whole resort was beautiful, the food was fantastic and we were able to go to all the restaurants in Palladium family section and the Coral section. The staff were always available to help or just to chat. I would recommend this hotel!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Client très satisfait

Je suis originaire des Caraïbes et le voyage à Puerto Vallarta était ma première expérience du côté Pacifique du beau Mexique. Je n'ai rien regretté du tout ! Superbe endroit, super nourriture, super trucs et super plage. Je pense y retourner pour explorer davantage. Merci à tout le monde pour l'excellent travail !

Very satisfied customer I'm a Caribbean guy and the trip to Puerto Vallarta was my first experience with the Pacific side of beautiful Mexico. No regrets what so ever! Great place, great food, great stuff and great beach. Thinking to go back for exploring more. Thanks to the stuff for the excellent job!

J'ai passé une semaine merveilleuse avec ma famille au centre de villégiature. Propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est génial et répond immédiatement à vos besoins. Grande plage de sable. Nombreuses activités. La nourriture est très bonne. Honnêtement, j'ai été surpris d'obtenir ce que j'ai eu pour le prix que j'ai payé. Que excelente trabajo, amigos !!! Muchas gracias.

Excellent place for a family Spent a wonderful week with my family at the resort. Clean and very well maintained. Stuff is awesome and they respond to your needs immediately. Great sandy beach. Lots of activities. Food is very good. Honestly I was surprised to get what I got there for the price I had paid. Que excelente trabajo, amigos!!! Muchas gracias.
