Nous y étions pour le mariage de nos amis ! L'hôtel était absolument magnifique ! Le personnel était formidable, en particulier la directrice générale Maria ! La nourriture était incroyable avec un grand choix ! Les piscines et les terrains étaient de premier ordre ! Tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter dans un complexe hôtelier ! Nous le recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons !

Amazing resort We were there for our friends wedding! Resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff were amazing especially the General Manager Maria! Food was amazing with a large selection! Pools and grounds were top notch! Everything you'd want in a resort! Would highly recommend and we will return!

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Un centre de villégiature formidable !

La chambre était propre, confortable, calme et spacieuse. La nourriture était excellente, tant dans les buffets que dans les restaurants. Nous avons tellement apprécié le restaurant japonais avec son animation et sa bonne cuisine que nous y sommes retournés une deuxième fois. Excellent service dans tout le complexe, très propre.

Awesome resort! Room was clean comfortable,quiet surroundings,spacious. Food was excellent in both buffets and restaurants. Enjoyed the Japanese restaurant so much with its great entertainment and good food that we went back a second time. Great service throughout the resort, very clean.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était magnifique, le personnel était génial. La plage était magnifique et il y avait beaucoup de places assises. J'ai apprécié leur politique de ne pas économiser de places, ce qui devrait être le cas partout. J'ai fait de la plongée sous-marine juste à côté de la plage où il y a une épave de bateau assez cool à environ 300 mètres au large. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que le bar du hall soit ouvert après 22 heures et qu'il y ait beaucoup de monde et qu'il soit impossible d'obtenir une boiss [... lire plus]on, ni le fait que la bière dans le réfrigérateur ne soit pas remplie tous les jours. Il y en avait le premier jour et plus rien ensuite. Le complexe est immense et nous n'en avons pas vu la plus grande partie, mais la zone principale où se trouve la discothèque était géniale. Bonne musique, bonne ambiance de boîte de nuit. Les chambres étaient propres, la nourriture était bonne et le choix des boissons était excellent.

Beautiful resort The hotel was beautiful, the staff was awesome. The beach was beautiful and had lots of seating and I like they're no savings seats policy which is how it should be everywhere. I went scuba diving just off the beach where they have a pretty cool shipwreck about 300 metres offshore. A few things I didn't like was they had one bar in the lobby open after 10ish which could get crowded and make it impossible to get a drink and also that the beer in the fridge wasn't stocked daily. It was stocked on the first day and nothing after that. It was a huge resort and we didn't see most of it but the main area that housed the disco was a blast. Good music, good nightclub atmosphere. The rooms were clean, food was good, and drink selection was excellent.

Le complexe est immense ! La nourriture était excellente, le personnel était sympathique, j'y retournerais sans hésiter ! Nous sommes restés jusqu'au golden sweet qui comprenait le service de chambre 24/7 et le check in/out privé. Si je devais séjourner à nouveau, je resterais sans aucun doute dans la section royale dorée, le coût supplémentaire en vaut la peine !

Perfect resort! Resort is huge! Food was great, staff was friendly, I would go back in a heart beat! We stayed until he golden sweet which included 24/7 room service and private check in/out. If I were to stay again I would definitely stay in the Royal golden section, the extra cost is worth it!

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Une lune de miel géniale

Première fois à Punta Cana. Je reviendrais certainement dans ce complexe. La plage était à couper le souffle. Le terrain était bien entretenu. Toutes les salles à manger (buffet et à la carte) étaient bien disposées et offraient un grand choix de plats. Réponse rapide du service à la clientèle. Les agents de Sunwing au centre de villégiature ont été extraordinaires pour toutes les demandes.

Awesome honeymoon First time in Punta Cana. Would definitely return to this resort. Beach was breath taking. Grounds were well maintained. All dining areas (buffet and al la cartes) were well layed out with lots of food choices. Quick response from guest services. Sunwing agents at resort were amazing for all requests.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Belle station, propre !

C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai fréquenté jusqu'à présent. La chambre était plus grande et mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. La salle de bain est digne d'un spa. Le seul inconvénient est qu'ils ont égaré nos bagages en arrivant à l'hôtel et que les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes pour certains d'entre nous. Ils ont retrouvé nos bagages peu de temps après. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était très propre et le séjour a été très agréable :) Je le recommanderais sans hésiter.

Beautiful, clean resort! This has been one of the best hotels I have been to so far. The room was bigger and better than i expected. Very spa like bathroom. The only con i would say was the fact that they misplaced our luggage upon arriving to the resort and the rooms weren't ready for some of us. They did find our luggage shortly after. All in all it was kept very clean and was a great stay overall :) I would def recommend it.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: 10e séjour au Barcelo Bavaro Palace Resort !

Nous venons de rentrer la semaine dernière... ma femme et moi allons dans ce complexe depuis 9 ans, il a la meilleure plage avec des eaux calmes et peu profondes. Le complexe est grand, neuf et très propre et propose de nombreux restaurants, un casino, une discothèque, une grande aire de jeux, des boutiques, un parc aquatique pour les enfants, de grandes piscines et bien d'autres choses encore. 10th Time at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Resort! Just returned last week...my wife and I have been going to this resort for the past 9 years, it has the best beach with calm clear shallow water. The resort is large new and very clean offering lots of restaurants, a casino, disco, great games area, shopping, waterpark for kids, large swimming pools and so much more. If you are looking for a relaxing and fun trip don't hesitate to book your vacation at this resort. It's great for singles, couples and families. Highly recommended!!!

Occidental Punta Cana: Un centre de villégiature formidable !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous visitons l'Occidental, et notre expérience a été merveilleuse, et nous reviendrons. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 23, au deuxième étage, et bien que nous ayons entendu quelques plaintes de la part de personnes résidant dans d'autres bâtiments, le nôtre était merveilleux. La chambre et le balcon étaient magnifiques, le mini-frigo était réapprovisionné tous les jours, il y avait beaucoup de bouteilles d'eau, et notre femme de ménage était formidable et gardai [... lire plus]t tout très propre. La salle de bains aurait besoin d'être rénovée, car l'eau de la douche s'écoulait sur le sol, même si l'on faisait attention, mais c'est le seul reproche que j'aurais à faire à la chambre. Le lit king size est très confortable. Le terrain est magnifique, la nourriture est excellente, que ce soit dans les buffets ou les cartes à la carte. La plage est magnifique, de sable blanc, et très propre (la seule chose que je pourrais suggérer, étant donné que nous sommes allés au Transat preference club et que nous étions censés avoir une section de la plage spécifiquement pour ce club, serait de mieux délimiter la zone. Nous n'avons jamais pu obtenir une place sous l'une des cabanes car elle était toujours réservée par des personnes qui n'auraient pas dû être là, avec des brassards de couleurs différentes. Ils réservaient avec leurs serviettes tôt le matin, et n'arrivaient peut-être même pas à la plage avant la fin de l'après-midi. Lors de notre orientation, on nous a dit de prévenir la sécurité si cela se produisait, mais nous avons vraiment pensé qu'il s'agissait d'erreurs honnêtes de leur part, car la plage n'était pas bien indiquée, et nous ne voulions pas les mettre dans l'embarras. Une corde séparant la plage et une meilleure signalisation auraient permis d'éviter cela). Les spectacles nocturnes étaient une grande amélioration par rapport aux années précédentes, avec même un spectacle en direct pour les enfants, qui a été très apprécié. Le personnel, partout, était très amical, heureux et agréable. C'était vraiment un plaisir d'interagir avec eux. Je n'aurais pas pu apprécier notre séjour plus que nous ne l'avons fait.

Awesome resort! This is our 2nd time to visit the Occidental, and our experience was wonderful, and we will return again. We stayed in building 23 on the 2nd floor, and although we heard a few complaints from some in other buildings, ours was wonderful. The room and balcony were beautiful, and the mini fridge was restocked daily, plenty of bottled water, and our housekeeper was amazing, and kept everything very clean. The bathroom could use updating, as the water from the shower would leak onto the floor, no matter how careful you were, but that would be the only complaint I would have about the room. I found the king size bed, very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing, in the buffets and at the a la' cartes. The beach is beautiful white sand, and kept very clean. (the only thing, I might suggest, as we went on the Transat preference club and were supposed to have a section of the beach specifically for this club, would be to have the area marked off better. We could never get a place under one of the huts as it was always reserved by people who shouldn't have been there, different color arm bands. They would reserve with their towels early in the morning, and maybe not even get to the beach until late afternoon. We were told at our orientation, to let security know if this happened, however, we really felt it was honest mistakes by them, as it wasn't well marked, and didn't want to embarrass them. A rope dividing to closer to the beach with a better sign would have prevented this). The night shows were a great improvement, over last years, even having an early live show for the children, very much enjoyed. The staff, everywhere, were very friendly, happy and pleasant. Truly a pleasure to interact with them. I couldn't have enjoyed our stay, any more then we all did.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Haute énergie

Le centre de villégiature était génial ! Tout le monde était très serviable et il y avait beaucoup d'énergie. Le centre de vacances était un peu vieux, mais les employés compensaient. Il y avait toujours des activités et ils ont fait en sorte que tout le monde participe et s'amuse.

High Energy The resort was great! Everyone was very helpful and it was high energy. The resort was a bit older but the workers made up for it. There was always activities happening and they got every to participate and have a good time.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Une expérience extraordinaire du début à la fin !

Merveilleux hôtel avec des terrains bien entretenus, de belles chambres et de nombreux équipements. La nourriture était excellente et il y avait tellement de choix ! Dans l'ensemble, des vacances en famille fantastiques. C'est un endroit idéal pour les enfants aussi ! Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel à d'autres personnes.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Wonderful hotel with well kept grounds, nice rooms and plenty of amenities. Food was great and there were so many choices! Overall, fantastic family vacation. This is a great place for kids as well! I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Punta Cana Princess: Bon centre de villégiature

Bon complexe, bonne nourriture, personnel sympathique, propre et calme. Nous avons visité le Punta Cana Princess avec un groupe d'amis et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Plusieurs personnes de notre groupe ont eu des maux d'estomac, mais nous n'avons rien eu, peut-être à cause du Dukerol que nous avons pris à la maison. Le complexe était propre, le personnel sympathique et les problèmes réglés rapidement. Tout était à proximité, ce que nous recherchions. Il fallait être à la plage tôt [... lire plus] à 5h45 pour avoir une bonne place, ce qui était un peu un inconvénient, mais il y avait beaucoup de chaises. Nous avons volé avec Sunwing et nous n'avons pas été impressionnés par eux. La garantie de baisse de prix est un peu comme une méduse, difficile à saisir et Sunwing n'a pas essayé de résoudre notre problème, ce qui me laisse penser qu'ils ne soutiendraient pas leur produit. Ils n'ont même pas reconnu nos préoccupations !

Good resort Good resort, good food, friendly staff, clean and quiet. We visited Punta Cana Princess with a group of friends and we really enjoyed our stay. Several people from our group experienced stomach upset but we were fine, maybe due to the Dukerol we took at home. The resort was clean, the staff friendly and problems dealt with promptly. Everything was in close proximity which was something that we were looking for. It was necessary to be at the beach early 5:45, in order to get a good spot, that was a bit of a draw back, but lots of chairs. We flew with Sunwing and we not impressed with them. The price drop guarantee is a bit like a jelly fish,, hard to nail down and Sunwing made no attempt to resolve our issue which leads me to believe they would not stand behind their product. They didn't even acknowledge our concerns!

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana: Encore une fois excellent

Nous venons de rentrer de notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Nous avons à nouveau passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est très aimable et poli. La nourriture est également incomparable. La seule chose que nous avons trouvée cette fois-ci, c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup trop de moustiques dans la chambre.

Excellent again Just came back from our second trip to this location. Had an amazing trip again, the staff are all very friendly and polite. The food is also second to none. The only thing we did find this time around was there were far too many mosquitos in the room.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana: Complexe luxueux et moderne "Vegas" sur la plage A1

Cet hôtel a littéralement déchiré... des souvenirs musicaux disséminés dans tout le complexe, de la musique géniale jouant dans les piscines, une cuisine raffinée avec des plats délicieux et de nombreuses options (aucune réservation n'était nécessaire dans les restaurants, ce qui était un changement agréable), un personnel amical et attentif, de superbes boissons, des chambres magnifiques avec des jacuzzis, le tout situé sur une plage magnifique. La plupart des spectacles étaient également d'exc [... lire plus]ellente qualité. Je recommande vivement le spectacle Fire, le spectacle Michael Jackson et la fête sur la plage. Les autres (spectacle de magie, spectacle des années 70 et 80) étaient tout juste corrects et ne valaient pas la peine qu'on s'y attarde. L'hôtel propose également une vie nocturne animée avec de nombreux bars, des tables de billard, un karaoké et un casino. Les restaurants préférés sont le japonais, le Pizziate, le Torro (nous y sommes allés deux fois, nous avons pris le steak de New York et le poulet BBQ, tous deux incroyables) et le LPanema (une façon amusante de goûter à de nombreux types de viandes cuisinées selon vos préférences). Je dis à ma famille et à mes amis que c'est un hôtel de qualité Vegas situé sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde avec des vagues agréables pour la baignade. Je n'ai pas grand chose de négatif à dire... quelques considérations : - la propriété de l'hôtel est vaste et il faut environ 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour se rendre à la plage ou dans une autre partie de l'hôtel. Il y a plusieurs chariots qui circulent dans l'hôtel toutes les 10 minutes. - Les vagues étaient grosses (ce que nous considérons comme amusant) ; cependant, il y avait un fort courant et un dessous de verre. Nous avons l'habitude de nager dans ces conditions et sommes prudents dans l'eau. L'océan a été fermé aux nageurs deux jours durant notre séjour. Je vous conseille vivement d'être prudents et de ne pas dépasser vos épaules si vous n'êtes pas familiers avec les sous-pieds.

Luxurious & Modern "Vegas" resort on A1 Beach This hotel literally rocked...music memorabilia scattered throughout the resort, awesome music playing at the pools, fine dining with delicious food and plenty of options (no reservations required at any of the restaurants which was a nice change), friendly and attentive staff, great drinks with gorgeous rooms with hot tubs and all situated on an amazing beach. Most shows were excellent quality as well. I would highly recommend the Fire show, Michael Jackson show and the beach party. The others (magic show, 70s & 80s show) were just ok, not worth our time. The hotel also has quite the night life with multiple bars, pool tables, Karaoke and casino. Fav restaurants included the Japanese, Pizziate, Torro (went twice had the NY steak and the BBQ chicken, both were incredible) and the LPanema (fun way to sample lots of types of meat cooked to your preference). I tell all my family and friends that it was a Vegas quality hotel located on one of the nicest beaches in the word with fun waves for swimming. I do not have much negative to say... some considerations: - hotel property is large and it is about a 10-15 walk to the beach or to another area of the resort. There are multiple trollies that circulate the resort every 10 mins. - Waves were large (which we consider fun); however, there was a strong current and an undertoe. We are used to swimming in these conditions and are cautious of the water. The ocean was closed to swimmers two days while we were there. I would strongly suggest being cautious and not going out above your shoulders if you are not familiar with undertoes.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

J'ai séjourné dans la section colonial club. J'ai adoré le majordome et le club lounge. Très propre partout. Merveilleux personnel poli et amical. Plage et piscines magnifiques. La nourriture et les boissons sont excellentes. La maison et les soirées très bien.

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Vraiment plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

La chambre que je partageais avec ma sœur était immense ! Le réfrigérateur de notre bar était rempli quotidiennement d'eau, de boissons gazeuses et de bière. Le terrain et les piscines étaient magnifiques. L'océan était proche, avec une belle plage de sable. Je n'avais jamais été dans un hôtel tout compris en 25 ans, j'étais donc un peu hésitante quant à ce que le buffet pouvait offrir. J'ai été stupéfaite par la qualité et la quantité de nourriture. J'ai adoré tout ce qui nous a été présenté. L [... lire plus]e personnel ne peut pas en faire assez pour vous. J'ai passé des vacances extraordinaires et la seule chose qui m'a déplu, c'est que cela n'a duré qu'une semaine. J'ai hâte de revenir !

Truly more than what I expected. The room I shared with my sister was enormous! Our bar fridge was stocked daily with water, pop & beer. The grounds & pools were amazing. The ocean was close with a lovely sandy beach. I've never been to an all inclusive in 25 years, so I was a little hesitant as to what the food buffet might have to offer. I was amazed at the quality & quantity of food . I loved every thing that was presented to us. The staff could not do enough for you . This was an amazing vacation for me & the only thing wrong was it was only for a week. Can't wait to return again !

TRS Turquesa: merveilleuse escapade à Punta Cana

Nous avons séjourné au Royal Suites Turquoise pendant une semaine en avril. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était supérieur à la moyenne (4+), mais pas 5. Avantages : Notre chambre, qui était standard, était très bien ; double lavabo, douche séparée, lit confortable. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient vraiment bons. Chaque hall avait un groupe de musique, on ne s'ennuyait jamais. La piscine principale était très calme, ce qui était parfait pour se détendre. J'ai apprécié que les deux restaurants pr [... lire plus]oposent un petit buffet et un menu à la carte sans qu'il soit nécessaire de réserver. Inconvénients : le service dans les restaurants était médiocre. Souvent, je n'ai jamais obtenu ce que j'avais demandé. Par exemple, un verre d'eau au petit déjeuner pour que je puisse prendre mes médicaments. J'ai finalement commencé à me munir d'une bouteille d'eau pour le petit déjeuner. J'ai également renoncé à faire réparer notre coffre-fort. Obtenir un parasol à la piscine ou à la plage était un défi. Après notre deuxième jour, mon mari a dû se lever tôt le matin, vers 7 heures, pour trouver des chaises avec un parasol (il n'en restait plus beaucoup).

wonderful getaway in Punta Cana We stayed at the Royal Suites Turquoise for a week in April. The resort overall was above average 4+ but not a 5. Pros: Our room which was standard was very nice; double sink, separate shower, comfortable bed. The nightly entertainment was really good. Each lobby had a live band, it was never boring. The main pool was very quiet which was great for relaxing, the quality of the food was great. I liked that both restaurants offered a small buffet and a la carte without having to make reservations. Cons: Service at the restaurants were poor. Lots of times I never got what I asked for. For example a glass of water for breakfast so that I can take my medicine. I finally started carrying around a bottle of water when I went to breakfast. I also gave up getting our safe fixed. Getting an umbrella at the pool or the beach was a challenge. After our second day my husband had to rise early in the morning around 7 am to get chairs with an umbrella (there weren't too many left).

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Excellent choix !

Station très propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nombreux restaurants au choix et buffets toujours bons. La piscine était superbe et la plage belle et propre. On s'y sentait en sécurité et le personnel et les animations étaient également excellents. La seule chose qui rendrait ce complexe un peu meilleur serait d'offrir le wifi gratuit dans certaines zones. Cependant, il est agréable de faire une pause avec le téléphone et de rester en contact avec les photos.

Great Choice! Very clean resort inside and out. Many restaurants to choose from and buffets were always good. Pool area was great and beach nice and clean. Felt very safe there and staff and entertainment was also great. Only one thing would make this resort a little better would be to offer free wifi in certain areas. However, nice taking a break from the phone, it is also nice to stay in touch with pictures as well.

La nourriture était excellente et le personnel était sympathique. C'est plus un endroit relaxant mais si vous voulez faire la fête, l'un des autres complexes attaqués par la chaîne a une piscine pour les plus de 18 ans. Plage magnifique pour nager ou se promener.

Food was great and the staff were friendly defiantly would go back. It is more of a relaxing spot but if you are looking to party one of the other resorts attacked to the chain has a 18 plus pool. Amazing beach to swim or walk.

L'hôtel et le personnel sont exceptionnels. Ils ont répondu à tous nos besoins et n'ont pas hésité à nous dire qu'ils n'étaient pas disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes ou à nos besoins. La nourriture était délicieuse et il y avait une grande variété de choix. Avec tous les al-a-carts disponibles, il n'y avait aucune raison pour que quelqu'un ait faim. Les buffets étaient fabuleux et si vous vouliez quelque chose de différent, le chef était là pour vous le préparer. Le parc de l'hôtel est tr [... lire plus]ès pittoresque et la piscine était toujours propre, tout comme nos chambres. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un hôtel fabuleux qui nous a permis de passer des vacances inoubliables et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner ou à le recommander à d'autres personnes. Un cinq étoiles à nos yeux.

Beyond ones Expectations The hotel and staff were outstanding. They attended to every need and would not tell you it was not available for any enquiry or need we had. The food was very delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. With all al-a-carts available there was no reason whatsoever for anyone to go hungry. The buffets were fabulous and it you wanted something different the chef was there to cook it for you. The grounds of the hotel area are very picturesque, and the pool was always kept clean, as were our rooms for accommodation. Overall just a fabulous hotel and that made it a worth while vacation and we would not hesitate to return or recommend to others. A five star in our eyes.
