La propriété était magnifique et propre. La nourriture était bonne. Pas toujours chaude/fraîche. Les animations nocturnes étaient correctes. La chambre était agréable malgré les fuites dans les plafonds. Les boissons étaient excellentes. Le pire, c'est le personnel. Impoli et peu intéressé à servir les clients

Le Grand Aquamarine est un complexe extraordinaire, désolé de n'avoir réservé que pour une semaine, la prochaine fois ce sera pour plus longtemps. Le personnel de la réception, Annabell, a été absolument merveilleux et a sauvé nos vacances. Nous avions réservé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits auprès de notre agent de voyage, mais nous n'avons pas compris qu'on nous avait donné une chambre au deuxième étage avec un seul lit. Cependant, ils nous ont fourni un lit simple supplémenta [... lire plus]ire avec un bon matelas. Mon amie est incapable de monter les escaliers et souffrait beaucoup le premier jour de nos vacances. Nous avons rencontré Annabell à la réception, elle nous a trouvé une chambre, l'a fait réparer et nettoyer, nous a aidés à nous installer dans la nouvelle chambre et nous a rapprochés du hall et du buffet, elle a été géniale et très serviable et a sauvé nos vacances. Nous avons également eu affaire à Yudelka à la réception et elle était également très gentille et serviable, toujours joyeuse et souriante. Alba, qui nettoyait notre chambre tous les jours, était une belle âme, si serviable et amicale, elle s'assurait que notre suite était en parfait état tous les jours et fournissait un excellent service. Eddie, au bar du hall, était toujours souriant et heureux et nous faisait rire, très attentif et amical, le personnel était également très bon. Nous avons essayé trois des restaurants à la carte et ils étaient bons, mais un grand coup de chapeau au personnel du buffet qui a fait de nos repas les meilleurs. Edwin et le personnel qui travaillait avec lui étaient les meilleurs et nous ont fait rire et s'amuser tous les jours. Le centre de villégiature, les animations tous les soirs étaient géniales, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de personnes et de personnel très sympathiques. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel.

This resort is amazing. The Grand Aquamarine is an amazing resort, sorry I only booked for a week, next time it will be for longer. Front desk staff Annabell was absolutely wonderful and saved our vacation. We booked a ground floor room with our travel agent with two beds, we did not get that we were given a room on the second floor with one bed. However, they did provide a extra single with a good mattress. My friend is unable to navigate the stairs and was in great pain by the first full day of our vacation. We met Annabell at the front desk and she checked for a room for us and had it fixed and cleaned and helped us move to the new room and brought us closer to the lobby and the buffet, she was awesome and so helpful and saved our vacation. We also had some dealings with Yudelka at the front desk and she was also very nice and helpful, always cheerful and smiling. Alba who cleaned our room everyday was a beautiful soul and so helpful and friendly, made sure our suite was great everyday and provide great service. Eddie at the lobby bar was always smiling and happy and made us laugh, very attentive and friendly, the staff there was also very good. We tried 3 of the ala carte restaurants and they were good, but a big shout out to the buffet staff that made our meals there the best. Edwin and the staff that worked with him were the greatest and made us laugh and have fun every day. The resort the entertainment every night was great, we met a lot of really nice people and staff there. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un endroit très agréable

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce complexe. Nous y sommes allés 4 fois. L'ambiance est agréable et familiale. Le service est de première classe. En particulier dans les restaurants à la carte. Ils ont des serveurs professionnels. Le terrain est très propre et les jardins bien entretenus. Notre chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours et nous avons toujours eu des serviettes fraîches. Nous avons participé à plusieurs activités, nous avons joué aux fers à cheval, le jeune homme nommé Gerardo était  [... lire plus]très enthousiaste et très gentil. Mon mari a fait de la course en kayak dans la piscine, j'ai suivi un cours d'aquaforme et un cours de Pilates avec Abigail. Nous avons été très reconnaissants à Andres, le capitaine, pour son service personnalisé pendant notre dîner. Nous aimons cet endroit qui offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous le recommandons et espérons y retourner.

A very nice place We enjoyed 10 days in this resort. We have been here 4 times. The ambiance is nice and family oriented. The service was first class. Specially in the a la cart restaurants. They have professional waiters. The grounds are very clean and the gardens well tended. Our room was cleaned daily and left us fresh towels always. We participated in several activities, we played horse shoes the young man named Gerardo was very enthusiastic and very nice. My husband raced in a kayak in the pool, I did an aqua fit class and a Pilates class with Abigail. We were very grateful to Andres the Captain for his personalized service during our dinner. We love this place is good value for your money. We recommend it and we hope to return.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Mon coin de paradis ?

C'était ma deuxième visite à Ambar et c'était encore mieux que la première. Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu, la nourriture est délicieuse, le personnel est extraordinaire et travaille tous très dur. La piscine principale est très amusante et la plage est magnifique. Le seul problème que j'ai rencontré les deux fois est qu'il n'y a pas assez de chaises longues (ou alors des personnes égoïstes en gardent des supplémentaires) et pas assez de cabanes pour faire de l'ombre sur la plage. I [... lire plus]l y aurait aussi besoin de meilleurs vins, comme un pinot grigio, mais il y avait beaucoup à boire. Je reviendrai l'année prochaine :)

My Happy Place ?? This was my 2nd visit to Ambar and it was even better than the 1st. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained, the food is delicious, the staff are amazing and they all work so hard. The main pool is so much fun and the beach is beautiful. The only issue i have had both times is there is not enough loungers (or selfish people are holding extra ones) and not enough huts for shade on the beach. Could also use some better wines such as a pinot grigio but there was plenty to drink. I will be back again next year :)

Le trajet en bus de l'aéroport à l'hôtel est long mais l'hôtel est magnifiquement entretenu. La nourriture dans les restaurants était incroyable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Le personnel est très sympathique et son anglais est bon pour la plupart. Je recommanderais certainement ce complexe à d'autres personnes.

Great resort Bus ride from airport to resort is long but Beautifully kept resort. Food in restaurants were amazing. Will definitely return. Staff are so friendly and their English is good for the most part. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

La chambre que nous avons occupée sentait le renfermé, n'avait pas d'eau chaude et la porte-fenêtre ne se fermait pas. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et on nous a donné satisfaction, même s'il a fallu faire quelques allers-retours et revenir plus tard pour récupérer la clé lorsque la chambre était prête. Le sol était magnifique, le personnel était extrêmement amical et agréable. Même ceux qui vendaient des excursions et des bibelots étaient polis et pas insistants. La concession d [... lire plus]u food truck était un peu désorganisée et le système informatique est tombé en panne. Je pense que la confusion et la congestion auraient été mieux gérées si le coordinateur avait pu donner des instructions et appeler les commandes en anglais. Malgré tout, et les nombreuses frustrations exprimées par les clients en attente, le personnel s'est montré agréable et professionnel.

Bahia Principe Bavaro Grande Review from a First Timer Room we checked into was musty smelling, didn't have hot water and the patio door would not lock. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated in our request although it took and bit of back and forthing and coming back later to pick up the key when the rooms was ready. Ground were beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Even those who were selling excursions and trinkets were polite and not pushy. The food truck concession was a little disorganized and the computer system went down. I believe that the confusion and congestion would have been better managed if the coordinator was able to provide instructions and call out the ready orders in English. Through it all and there were many frustrations expressed by the waiting customers, the staff was pleasant and professional.

Ce centre de villégiature était merveilleux. La chambre et les toilettes sont très propres. C'était parfait pour nous. Le service, la nourriture, la piscine, la salle de sport et la plage étaient merveilleux. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était très propre. Le personnel était merveilleux. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y avait beaucoup d'escaliers à monter à l'hôtel. Il faut descendre pour aller aux repas, à la piscine et à la plage. Mais  [... lire plus]c'est un bon exercice. Il y avait 2 restaurants pour prendre les repas et aussi à la carte. Hôtel très calme. Animation dans le hall/réception/bar tous les soirs. Nous reviendrons dans ce complexe.

Amazing Resort This resort was wonderful. Very clean room and washroom. This was great for us. The service, the food, the pool the gym and beach was wonderful. In all the resort was very clean. The staff were wonderful. We spent most of our time at the pool. The only downfall is there was lots of stairs to climb at the hotel. Going downstairs for the meals,the pool and the beach. But it's good exercise. There was 2 restaurants to have meals and also à la carte meals. Very quiet hotel. Entertainment in the lobby/reception/bar every night. We would go back to this resort.

Tout a répondu à nos attentes, voire les a dépassées. Des chambres propres, approvisionnées quotidiennement en boissons non alcoolisées et en bière. Même notre petit bar à café. Belle piscine et même la plage était invitante. Grande variété et abondance de nourriture. Serveurs très polis et agréables. L'inconvénient pour certains serait les escaliers. Si vous avez des problèmes de si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, cela peut être un problème. Et 1 heure de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport [... lire plus].

Great resort Everything met or surpassed our expectations. Clean rooms stocked daily with soft drinks, beer. Even our little coffee bar. Nice pool area and even the beach was inviting. Great variety and plenty of food. Servers very polite and pleasant. Downside for some would be stairs. If you have mobility issues, this may be a problem. And 1 hour bus ride to airport.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Grand centre de villégiature !

Il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature exceptionnel. L'aménagement paysager est le plus beau que j'aie jamais vu. Les plus beaux palmiers luxuriants, les arbustes et l'ensemble du jardinage. L'ensemble du complexe était très propre et les chambres étaient également bien entretenues. Le service était exceptionnel et le personnel est merveilleux ! J'adore le DR pour cela ! !! La nourriture était également très bonne dans l'ensemble. Bon choix au buffet. Le seul plat à la carte que je ne recomma [... lire plus]nderais pas est l'italien. L'océan n'est pas un océan venteux typique puisqu'il est situé dans une baie, ce qui peut être une bonne chose pour certains, mais peut-être pas pour d'autres. Il y a aussi une rivière qui traverse la baie, ce qui fait que l'eau n'est pas à 100 % de l'océan. On a plutôt l'impression d'être au bord d'un lac que d'être au bord de l'océan. L'eau n'est pas très claire, mais la baignade était excellente. Ce n'est pas un bon endroit pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba, mais vous pouvez toujours faire une excursion ou vous rendre dans une autre zone de l'océan.

Great Resort! This is a great resort. The landscaping is the nicest I've ever seen. The most beautiful lush palm trees, shrubs and overall gardening. The entire resort was very clean, & rooms were also well maintained. The service was outstanding and the staff are Wonderful!! Love the DR for this!! Food was also very good overall. Good selection at the buffet. The only a la carte I wouldn't recommend is the Italian. The ocean is not your typical windy ocean since it's situated in a bay so for some this might be a good thing but for others maybe not. There's also a river running through this bay so it's not 100% ocean water. It's more like it's situated on a lake rather than the ocean. Water is not so clear but swimming was great. Not a good area for snorkelling but you can always do an excursion or drive to another area on the ocean.

Les terrains entourant ce centre de villégiature étaient impeccablement entretenus. L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové, mais il est bien entretenu. Le service est partout exceptionnel. La réception, les salles à manger, les bars et les piscines vous accueillent comme si vous étiez le seul client. Tout le monde a été très agréable à tout moment.

Amazing resort! The grounds surrounding this resort were impeccably maintained. The hotel needs some updating but well kept. The service is outstanding everywhere. The front desk, the dining areas, the bars and the pools greeted you as if you were the only guest there. Everyone was very pleasant at all times.

Magnifique établissement ; immense. Nombreux choix de restaurants à la carte et de buffets. L'une des plus belles plages du monde. L'inconvénient est que si vous aimez la plage, il n'y a pas assez d'ombre couverte. Vous devez en trouver un avec vos serviettes avant l'aube !

Our 9th stay at Ambar. Ambar was beautifully renovated during Covid. Beautiful facility; huge. Lots of a la carte restaurant choices plus buffet restaurants. One of best beaches you will find anywhere. One drawback is that if you are a beach person there is a shortage of covered shade. You need to secure one with your towels before dawn!

Tout était très bien dans ce centre de villégiature. Les cartes à la carte étaient très bonnes. Les terrains étaient bien entretenus, le personnel était amical et serviable. La seule chose négative serait que le ménage n'était pas à la hauteur. Principalement les salles de bains n'étaient pas nettoyées correctement. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait.

Great resort! We'll be back! Everything was very good about this resort. The a la cartes were so good. Grounds were nicely kept, personmel were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing would be the housekeeping wasn't up to par. Mainly the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. But other than that, everything was great.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleuses vacances

Ce complexe est petit et facile à parcourir. La chambre, le terrain et la salle à manger étaient très propres et bien entretenus. La nourriture était délicieuse et très variée. Les navettes permettaient de se rendre facilement dans les trois autres complexes. Le personnel était très amical et professionnel. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous reviendrons dans ce complexe.

Wonderful Vacation This resort was small and easy to get around. The room, grounds and dining areas were very clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and there was a great variety. The shuttles made it easy to get around to the other 3 resorts. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a wonderful vacation and will return to this resort.

Cet hôtel était bien entretenu. Le terrain était bien entretenu. Le personnel était toujours en train d'y travailler. La salle à manger était très bien gérée compte tenu du nombre de clients qu'elle devait accueillir. La salle à manger était fermée à 15 heures afin de pouvoir préparer le dîner. Mais il y a deux autres endroits pour déjeuner sur place si vous avez d'autres horaires. Les chambres sont exactement comme sur la photo. Propres et équipées du nécessaire. Bien qu'il arrive parfois qu' [... lire plus]ils oublient. Il suffit donc de demander et de recevoir. Les divertissements étaient décents, peut-être 3 étoiles sur 5. Le service de trolley était génial ! Nous sommes arrivés assez tard dans la soirée et, à notre grand désarroi, nous avons été placés dans le mauvais type de chambre : nous avions réservé deux lits doubles et on nous a attribué un lit King. Nous avons donc dû le prendre pour 2 nuits et avons été transférés dans la bonne chambre 2 jours plus tard. Nous n'avons pas pu déballer nos affaires. Tout s'est ensuite bien passé jusqu'à ce que, la veille de notre départ, nous retournions dans notre chambre pour découvrir qu'ils avaient changé notre clé et que nous étions enfermés à l'extérieur. Je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié cet incident. J'ai dû retourner dans le hall et faire la queue pendant plus de 15 minutes dans la chaleur où ils m'ont dit qu'ils étaient désolés et qu'ils allaient programmer de nouvelles clés pour vous. Cela dit, dans l'ensemble, ils se sont montrés très conciliants. C'est un endroit idéal pour les familles, mais je ne dirais pas que les couples qui veulent du calme et de la détente se sentiraient à l'aise au Coba. En revanche, l'Akumel ou le Tulum conviendraient mieux.

Large Resort This hotel was well kept. The grounds were nicely manacured. The staff was always working on them. The dining room was very well run considering the amount of guests they had to accomodate.The dining room was closed at 3pm so that they could prepare the the dinner crowd. But there are 2 other places to eat lunch on the premises if you are on a different time table. The rooms are just as pictured. Clean and stocked with the necessities. Although Sometimes they forgot . So you just ask and you will receive. The entertainment was decent maybe 3 out of 5 stars. The trolly service was great ! We arrived quite late in the evening and to our dismay we were booked in the wrong type of room we booked 2 double beds and were assigned a King bed. So we had to take it for 2 nights and were moved to the right accomodation 2 days later. A matter of inconvience as we could not unpack our things. All went reasonably well after that until the day before we were to check out we went back to our room at the end of the day to find that they had changed our key and we were locked out. they had mistakenly checked us out of the room. Not really happy over that incident. It meant that I had to go back to the Lobby and wait in line for more than 15 minutes in the heat where they said sorry about that we will program new keys for you. All that said overall they were very accomodating in the end. Great place for families, I wouldnt say couples who want quiet and relaxation would be comfortable at the Coba. But the Akumel or Tulum may be a better fit.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. C'était un très grand complexe, le personnel était très amical et ouvert. La piscine était propre et le terrain magnifique. Il y avait beaucoup de nourriture aux buffets et aux chariots. Les animations nocturnes étaient incroyables, spectacles, musique. La plage où nous avons séjourné n'était pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Les clés de porte ont besoin d'être améliorées ainsi que la télévision. Un peu plus d'explications sur l'utilisation de la con [... lire plus]nexion wiffi, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerai, mais j'essaierai peut-être l'Amber

Truly Amazing complex We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very big complex, the staff were very friendly and open. Pool was kept clean, and the grounds beautiful. Plenty of food at the buffets and at the al carts. Entertainment at night was amazing, shows, music. The beach where we stayed was not what we expected. The door keys need an upgrade along with the TV. A little more explanation as to use the wiffi log in, but managed All in all I'd go there again, maybe try the Amber

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Le meilleur centre de villégiature

Le Bahia Principe Ambar nous a tout de suite séduits, depuis le hall d'entrée jusqu'aux chambres, à la piscine et à la plage. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et très propres. La piscine est incroyable avec ses cascades, son bar de nage et son équipe d'animation formidable. La plage est parfaite pour une longue promenade et l'océan est parfait pour nager quand on veut profiter des vagues et s'éloigner un peu de la piscine.

The very best resort Bahia Principe Ambar wowed us right away from the lobby straight down the pathway to the rooms, the pool and the beach. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and so clean. The pool is amazing with its waterfalls and swim up bar and awesome entertainment crew. The beach is perfect for a long walk and the ocean is perfect for swimming when you want to enjoy some waves and a little time away from the pool.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Grand voyage

Les chambres nouvellement rénovées sont très belles, mais nous avons dû payer un supplément pour obtenir la même chambre que celle dans laquelle nous séjournons habituellement. Nous ne savions pas qu'ils étaient en train de rénover et qu'ils le sont toujours.... Nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour car nous aimons ce complexe. L'équipe de divertissement est la meilleure ! Ils sont géniaux ?

Great Trip The newly renovated rooms are very nice but we did have to pay extra to get the same room we usually stay in . We had no idea they were renovating and still are…. We still enjoyed our stay as we love the resort. They entertainment crew are the best !!! They are awesome ??

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Idéal pour les enfants

Le complexe lui-même était propre, il y avait des maîtres-nageurs à chaque piscine, plage et aire de jeux pour enfants, les employés de l'animation étaient formidables. Les chambres étaient grandes et propres. Les commentaires précédents mentionnaient que le centre de villégiature était vieillot, oui, mais on ne l'a pas remarqué. Difficile d'entrer dans les restaurants spécialisés, un groupe de 7 personnes n'a pas pu. Il a fallu se lever tôt pour obtenir des chaises de piscine, il n'y avait [... lire plus] pas de chaises longues après 9h00. Le complexe était plein. Enfin, la nourriture n'était jamais chaude, jamais ! La même nourriture au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner et au dîner au buffet.

Great for Kids The resort itself was clean, lifeguards at every pool, beach and kids play area, Entertainment employees were great. The rooms were large and clean. Previous reviews mentioned dated resort, yes but hardly noticed. Hard to get into speciality restaurants, group of 7 could not. Had to get up early to get pool chairs, there were no lounge chairs after 9:00 am. The resort was full. Lastly the food was never warm or hot, ever! Same food every breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Belle plage

Ce complexe est situé sur une plage magnifique. C'est l'une des plus belles plages que nous ayons jamais visitées. La nourriture était moyenne et il y avait beaucoup de fumeurs sur la propriété. Jenn est un excellent agent de voyage et nous apprécions toujours son aide dans la planification des vacances.

Beautiful beach This resort is situated on a beautiful beach. It’s one of the nicest beaches we have ever been to. The food was average and there was a lot of smoking on the property. Jenn is a great travel agent and we always appreciate her help in vacation planning.
