C'est un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Certaines parties de l'extérieur de l'hôtel avaient un aspect un peu usé, mais cela n'a pas du tout affecté notre séjour. La plage était propre et l'eau claire !

Great resort for families with young kids! This was a great resort for families with young children. Some parts of the hotel exterior were a little worn looking, but that didn't affect our stay at all. The beach was clean and the water was clear!

Hotel Bella Costa: Tout ce dont nous avions besoin !

Un excellent complexe hôtelier qui a fourni tout ce que nous recherchions et plus encore ! Personnel serviable et amical, chambre propre, grande variété de nourriture, divertissement nocturne, chambre près de la plage, grande plage avec beaucoup de chaises et beaucoup d'informations disponibles pour les excursions d'une journée, etc. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce complexe !

Everything we needed!! A great resort that provided everything we were looking for and more! Helpfull and friendly staff, clean room, great variety of food, nightly entertainment, room close to beach, great beach with plenty of chairs and lots of information available for day trips etc. We would definitely go back to this resort!

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Un lieu étonnant

Nous avons apprécié le fait que l'hôtel soit situé directement sur la plage et qu'il n'y ait pas trop de monde. Personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner continental de base pourrait être plus sain. Hôtel et chambres agréables. Proche du centre ville à 2 km (à pied). Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et assez sûr de se promener sur la plage le soir, beaucoup de resto sur la plage. pas vraiment un resort pour les enfants, pas d'activité. Je recommanderais vivement cet hôtel

Amazing place We like the fact that it was directly on the beach, not too crowed. Nice staff. Basic continental breakfast could be healthier. Nice hotel and rooms. Close to downtown 2 km ( walk). lots of restaurant nearby and pretty safe to walk the beach at night, lots of resto on the beachtoo. not really a resort with kids , no activity. Would hightly recommend this resort

Sunscape Curacao Resort: L'une de nos meilleures vacances !

Nous partons au moins une fois par an et nous avons adoré le Sunscape. C'était plus petit et plus personnel que certains des grands centres de villégiature où l'on se rend habituellement. La nourriture et le personnel étaient merveilleux ! Un centre de villégiature et une île tout à fait uniques. Nous y retournerions volontiers !

One of our best vacations ever! We go away at least once a year and absolutely loved the Sunscape. It was smaller and more personal then some of the really big resorts people typically go to. The food and staff were wonderful! A very unique resort and island. Would go back again!

Hotel Los Cactus: Excellent centre de villégiature

Ma femme et moi, ainsi que nos cinq enfants adultes, sommes allés au Breezes à de nombreuses reprises et n'avons jamais eu de mauvaise expérience. Le personnel est excellent et nous nous sommes fait beaucoup de bons amis au centre de villégiature. En fait, nous venons de passer le long week-end de juillet dans notre chalet à parler du Breezes à l'occasion. Les chambres sont bien, mais dans les Caraïbes, il faut s'attendre à quelques insectes. La nourriture est correcte, voire bonne, mais gardez  [... lire plus]l'esprit ouvert car tout ne sera pas pareil qu'au Canada. L'alcool est gratuit, le golf est inclus, l'internet est correct mais souvent hors service. La meilleure partie est le personnel, très accommodant tant qu'il est traité avec respect. La plage, il n'y en a pas beaucoup de meilleures. Faites le voyage, vous apprécierez vraiment l'endroit !!!!

Excellent Resort My wife and I along with ou r 5 grown children have been to the Breezes many times and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is excellent and we have made many good friends at the resort, As a matter of fact we just spent the July long weekend at our cottage talking about the Breezes on occasion. The rooms are good but in the caribbean you can expect a few insects. The food is adequate to good but keep an open mind as not everything will be the same as in Canada. Free booze, golf included, internet okay but frequently off. The best part is the staff, very accomadating as long as they are treated with respect. The beach well there are few better. Take the trip you will really enjoy the place!!!!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Plus si grand que ça....

Propriété fatiguée qui, j'en suis sûr, était autrefois excellente. Certainement pas un 5 étoiles comme indiqué. Je suis resté une nuit, puis j'ai changé pour le Riu à côté. Les chambres étaient fatiguées (les salles de bains ont été rénovées) et sentaient le renfermé. La nourriture avait l'air douteuse.

Not so Grand anymore.... Tired property that I am sure was once excellent. Certainly not a 5 star as rated. Stayed one night then switched to the Riu next door. Rooms were tired (bathrooms very updated though) and smelled very musty. Food looked sketchy.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: Plage magnifique, hôtel un peu vieillot mais réel

Ne croyez pas toutes les mauvaises critiques. J'ai été très satisfait de notre choix de séjourner à Sunscape, mais nous n'avons pas d'attentes déraisonnables. Était-ce le meilleur hôtel tout compris dans lequel nous ayons jamais séjourné ? Non, mais c'était quand même très bien. Personnellement, je pense que les gens ont des attentes trop élevées, ce qui explique les mauvaises critiques. La vie sur une île est tout simplement différente de la vie en Amérique du Nord - c'est un rythme plus lent e [... lire plus]t oui, parfois, c'est désorganisé, mais bon, vous êtes en vacances :) En bref : Pour : - plongée en apnée phénoménale - plage extraordinaire, immense pour la taille de l'hôtel et sans vendeurs de plage - personnel très sympathique - très sécurisé - pas de bracelets - j'ai adoré ça - pas de cartes de serviettes - chaises longues toujours disponibles - l'alcool n'est pas dilué - pas de réservation pour les restaurants (ce qui peut être un avantage ou un inconvénient selon le point de vue) - départ rapide et facile Inconvénients : - l'enregistrement peut être un peu chaotique car la plupart des gens arrivent en navette de l'aéroport avec un grand groupe de personnes - le service au buffet est irrégulier - certaines chambres sont un peu vieillottes - pas de centre d'affaires - il faut prendre le surclassement premium ou acheter une carte internet pour avoir accès au wi-fi/à l'internet - pas de réservation pour les restaurants (ce qui peut être un avantage ou un inconvénient selon le point de vue)

Amazing beach, hotel a little dated but still real Don't believe all the bad reviews. I was very happy with our choice to stay at Sunscape but then we don't have unreasonable expectations. Was this the best all-inclusive we've ever stayed at? No, but it was still really good. Personally I think people have expectations that are too high which is why they give bad reviews. Life on an island is just different than life in North America - it's a slower pace and yes, at times, it is disorganized but hey you're on vacation :) In short: Pros: - phenomenal snorkelling - amazing beach which is huge for the size of the hotel and no beach vendors - very friendly staff - very secure - no wristbands - loved that - no towel cards - loungers always available - liquor not watered down - no reservations for the restaurants (could be a pro or con depending on how you look at it) - quick and easy check out Cons: - check in can be a bit chaotic since most people arrive by shuttle bus from the airport with a large group of people - service at the buffet is spotty - some rooms are kind of dated - no business centre - you have to take the premium upgrade or buy an internet card to get wi-fi/internet access - no reservations for the restaurants (could be a pro or con depending on how you look at it)

La plage est magnifique, l'hôtel est propre et le personnel est sympathique. La nourriture était très bonne et bien préparée (n'oubliez pas de réserver cependant), c'était encore cuba though.......mais je n'ai jamais eu faim. Près d'une heure pour se rendre à l'aéroport.

Beautiful beach resort! Beach is amazing, resort was clean and staff were friendly. Food was very good and well prepared (remeber to make reservations though), it was still cuba though.......but never went hungry. Almost an hour to the airport.

Memories Jibacoa: Grand voyage

Notre 10ème visite, c'est comme si nous rentrions à la maison. Les gens de la station sont formidables, les chambres sont propres, la nourriture est bonne, le temps était fantastique, les boissons étaient bonnes, nous y retournerons. Nous avons fait un bon voyage à La Havane et nous avons apprécié l'hôtel Ernest Hemingway.

Great trip Our 10th visit,it is like coming home.The people at the resort are great,rooms clean,food good,weather was fantastic,drinks were good,we will be going back. Has a great trip to Havana, we enjoy the Ernest Hemingway Hotel.

Breezes Bahamas: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

J'ai passé un très bon moment au centre de villégiature. Le personnel était sympathique et la nourriture était étonnamment bonne ! Le seul inconvénient était qu'il n'y avait pratiquement pas d'ombre pour s'allonger. Je retournerais sans hésiter au Breezes.

Amazing Resort Had a great time at the resort. The staff were friendly and the food was surprisingly good! The only draw back was the fact that there were hardly any shade to lie under. I would definitely go back to the Breezes again.

J'ai séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature avec mon mari et mes deux enfants et nous l'avons vraiment apprécié ! Le personnel était formidable ! La station était très propre ! Il y avait beaucoup de variété dans la nourriture et nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose à manger ! J'ai adoré leur pizza ! La nourriture est aussi bonne que possible à Cuba. Je le recommande sans hésiter et j'y retournerai probablement !

Had a great time!! I stayed at this resort with my husband and 2 kids and we really enjoyed it!! The staff was amazing! The resort was very clean!! There was a lot of variety when I tame to food so we always found something to eat! I loved their pizza!! The food is as good as it gets for Cuba. I would definitely recommend it and would probably go back!

Le resort était très propre et le terrain était bien entretenu.Les chambres étaient très spacieuses.Le personnel était très sympathique.La plage était magnifique.La nourriture était assez bonne.Le restaurant italien était mon préféré.

Le terrain était impeccable et le personnel était très amical et toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions. Notre chambre était très propre et nous avons adoré notre emplacement, à mi-chemin entre la plage et la piscine. Ce voyage était notre 20ème (oui 20) à Cuba. Nous avons visité plusieurs établissements et je dirais que celui-ci est l'un des meilleurs. Si vous cherchez une plage avec un fond de sable dans l'eau qui s'étend à l'infini, ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut. En revan [... lire plus]che, c'est une plage où l'on peut faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. Vous pouvez sortir de l'eau et à deux pieds de profondeur, vous pouvez déjà voir le corail, les rochers et les poissons colorés. Je vous recommande de porter des chaussures d'eau si vous voulez juste faire trempette. Il y a toujours la piscine qui a une atmosphère très relaxante et la vue sur la montagne depuis le bord de la piscine est à couper le souffle. Les divertissements nocturnes sont typiquement cubains, mais l'action se déroule dans le salon avec un pianiste qui joue tous les soirs. Vous pouvez boire dans le salon ou dans le patio. Vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre ou vous joindre aux autres clients et chanter avec le pianiste. C'est très amusant ! L'hôtel est situé à mi-chemin entre La Havane et Varadero, il faut donc prévoir une heure de trajet pour se rendre à l'aéroport et en revenir. Nous avons loué un taxi pour aller rendre visite à un ami à La Havane et le coût était de 60 pesos convertibles pour un aller-retour. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre, manger de la bonne nourriture, profiter de la compagnie d'autres personnes partageant les mêmes idées ou simplement passer du bon temps avec votre conjoint/partenaire, c'est l'endroit que je vous recommande. Si vous recherchez une atmosphère de fête sauvage et folle, je ne pense pas que vous apprécierez ce complexe. Ce complexe réservé aux adultes était exactement ce que mon mari et moi recherchions et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Great Food...Great Snorkelling...Very relaxing The grounds were impeccable and the staff were very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. Our room was very clean and we loved our location which was half way between the beach and the pool. This trip was our 20th (yes 20) to Cuba. We have been to various properties and I would say this is one of the best. Now if you are looking for a beach that has a sandy bottom in the water that goes on forever, then this might not be the place for you. It is definitely a beach for snorkeling. You can step out into the water and 2 feet in, you are already able to view the coral, rocks and colourful fish. I recommend water shoes if you're just going in for a dip. There's always the pool which has a very relaxing atmosphere and the view of the mountain from poolside is breath taking. The entertainment at night is your typical Cuban flare but the action is up in the lounge with a nightly piano player. Here you can drink in the lounge or take it out on the patio. You can just sit and relax or join in with the other guest and sing along with the piano player. So much fun! The resort is halfway between Havana and Varadero so plan on a one hour ride to and from the airport. We rented a cab and went into visit a personal friend in Havana and the cost was $60 convertible pesos for a return trip. If you're looking for a place to just relax, eat good food, enjoy the company of other like-minded people or just simply spend good quality time with your spouse/partner then this is the place I would recommend. If you looking for a wild and crazy party atmosphere then I don't think you would enjoy this resort. This adults only resort was just what my husband and I were looking for and we would return here in a heart beat.

Une machine bien huilée, tout a été fait à l'heure, la nourriture était délicieuse ainsi que les desserts Je recommanderais ce ressort à tout moment à mes amis.

Awe inspiring facility A well oiled machine,this was,everything was done to sched,food wareat as were desserts.The grounds  were prun and spotlessrs Sponotless and the rooms were well looked after.I would recomend this ressort anytime to friends.

Nous étions dans une villa au sol, le service était excellent mais la villa aurait pu être meilleure. Villa aurait pu être meilleure. L'air conditionné gouttait de l'eau. Les gens étaient formidables et toujours prêts à vous aider. Tout le monde aime la plage. J'y retournerais volontiers

Le terrain est magnifique, bien entretenu et le personnel de l'hôtel fait tout son possible pour vous mettre à l'aise. Nous avons apprécié la promenade jusqu'à la plage et la promenade sur le rivage, ainsi que les boissons rafraîchissantes qui nous ont été servies.

Awesome resort The grounds were just beautiful-nicely kept and the hotel personnel went out of their way to make you very comfortable. Every day was a beautiful experience.We enjoyed the walk to the beach and the walk on the shoreline and the refreshing drinks served us.

Breezes Bella Costa est l'une de nos destinations préférées. Comme nous faisons beaucoup d'escapades en hiver, c'est toujours celui que nous choisissons. L'atmosphère et le personnel sont les MEILLEURS. La nourriture est très bonne comparée à d'autres à Cuba. Nous avons essayé beaucoup d'autres hôtels et nous revenons toujours ici. Le prix est juste ! Il est peut-être plus ancien mais il est propre et c'est ce qui compte. J'aime leur dîner spécial et leur soirée de divertissement pour les client [... lire plus]s qui reviennent. Les moustiques sont très peu nombreux par rapport à ce qui se passe plus loin sur la flèche, où l'on peut se faire dévorer tout cru. Séjourner dans un petit complexe a certainement des avantages. Les plages sont superbes.

One of the best! Breezes Bella Costa has been one of our most favourites. As we take a lot of get aways in the winter we always seem to fall back to this one. The atmosphere and the staff are the BEST. Food is very good compared to others in Cuba. Have tried a lot of others resorts and seem to come back here. The price is right! It might be older but is clean and that is what matters. Love their special dinner and entertainment night for return guests. The Mosquitos are very few compared to further out the spit where you can get eaten alive. Staying at a smaller resort certainly has it's benefits. The beaches are great.

Nous avons voyagé en République Dominicaine, au Mexique, en Jamaïque et à Cuba, mais nous ne retournerons pas à Cuba pour plusieurs raisons.Tout d'abord, je n'ai pas eu à me plaindre de la propreté de l'hôtel, le personnel était très amical pour la plupart.Ma seule plainte concernant le personnel est qu'à notre arrivée, on nous a donné nos numéros de chambre et on nous a indiqué la direction de nos chambres, mais le groom plus âgé n'a pas proposé de nous aider à porter nos bagages :{.Le directeu [... lire plus]r était très sympathique et a fait tout son possible pour nous aider.La nourriture était la pire que j'ai eu dans mes voyages, Dieu merci pour les choux de Bruxelles lol.La plage était très petite et rocheuse et la mendicité était implacable.La piscine était très peu profonde et il n'y avait pas d'animation.J'ai demandé au personnel pourquoi il n'y avait pas de musique ou d'animation pendant la journée et ils ont dit qu'ils gardaient la musique basse car le complexe était plein de personnes âgées et ils n'aimaient pas la musique forte, eh bien il était si bas que je ne pouvais pas l'entendre !J'ai fait une excursion d'une journée dans la ville et j'ai mangé dans un restaurant qui s'appelait, je crois, La Casa, fade et hors de prix à mon avis.Un pays très sale et frustrant, pour l'amour de Dieu, assurez-vous de prendre assez d'argent, trop long à raconter notre histoire d'horreur avec leur version de la banque, mais disons simplement qu'obtenir mon argent de leur système d'escroquerie de ITMs a pris 4 heures, préparez-vous à vous faire prendre à l'aéroport aussi, on nous a dit que nous avions trop de bagages quand nous sommes partis même si nous avons volé en classe premium, nous avions moins de poids au départ de Toronto, nous avons laissé la moitié du poids là-bas en cadeaux pour le personnel, oui elle s'est contentée de nous escroquer pour $60.si je n'en avais pas eu assez de tout ce voyage, j'aurais insisté pour voir son superviseur, cela valait bien les 60 dollars pour sortir du pays, mais je n'y retournerai certainement pas !

Not what we expected First time in Cuba and not what we are use to when winter vacationing.Traveled to Dominican,Mexico,Jamaica and Cuba ,will not be returning to Cuba for a few reasons.Firstly I had no complaints of the cleanliness of the resort,the staff was very friendly for the most part.My only complaint as far as staff goes was that upon our arrival we were given our room numbers and pointed to the direction of our rooms,older bell hop did not offer to help us with our luggage :{.The manager was very friendly and went out of her way to help us out.The food was the worse I had in my travels,thank god for brussel sprouts lol.The beach was very small and rocky and the begging was relentless.The pool was very shallow and no entertainment,I asked the staff why there was no music or entertainment during the day and they said they keep the music low as the resort was full of elderly people and they did not like the music loud,well it was so low I could not hear it!Took a day trip into the city and ate at I believe it was called La Casa,bland over priced in my opinion.Very dirty and frustrating country,for god sake make sure you take enough money,too long of a tale to tell of our horror story with their version of banking but lets just say getting my money from their scam system of ITMs took 4 hours,be prepared to get taken at the airport as well,told we were over on our luggage when we were leaving even though we flew premium class,was under on our weight departing Toronto,left half of weight there in gifts for the staff,yeah she settled for scaming us for $60.00 Canadian and said she was doing us a favor!If I were not so fed up with entire trip I would of insisted on seeing her supervisor,worth the $60.00 to get out of the country,definately will not be returning!

Memories Jibacoa: Superbe escapade hors des sentiers battus

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine au Breezes Jibacoa. Notre chambre, bien que peu élaborée, était très confortable et tranquille, à quelques pas de la plage. La plongée avec masque et tuba était excellente, mais il est préférable d'apporter son propre masque. La navigation était incluse et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre visite guidée de la baie. Notre guide Sun Wing nous a proposé plusieurs excursions intéressantes dans la région et de l'autre côté de l'île, où la plong [... lire plus]ée avec tuba était encore meilleure. Nous sommes tous deux végétaliens et nous avons trouvé que la nourriture était abondante, variée et excellente pour nos goûts. Le divertissement au dîner était une touche agréable. Les animations du soir commençaient vers 22 heures, un peu tard pour nous avec notre emploi du temps chargé. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon moment dans cet hôtel et avons apprécié le fait qu'il soit à l'écart de l'agitation de Veradero. Il y avait un hôtel à côté de nous sur la plage. Notre plage était gardée très propre par le personnel. Nous aimerions certainement retourner dans ce complexe à l'avenir.

Great out of the way get-away We very much enjoyed our week long stay at Breezes Jibacoa. Our room although not elaborate was very comfortable and quiet and just steps from the beach. The snorkeling was terrific although you might want to bring your own mask. The sailing was included and we really enjoyed our guided sail around the bay. Our Sun Wing guide hooked us up with several great tours of the area and the other side of the island were the snorkeling was even better. We are both Vegans and we found the food to be plentiful, varied and excellent for our tastes. The entertainment at dinner was a nice touch. The evening entertainment started at about 10 pm, a bit late for us with our busy schedule. We really had a great time at this hotel and appreciated the fact that is was away from the busyness of Veradero. There was one hotel next to us on the beach. Our beach was kept very clean by the staff. We would certainly love to go to this resort again in the future.

Le terrain était luxuriant et tropical. La nourriture était correcte et les boissons étaient bonnes. Les animations en soirée étaient un peu amateurs mais divertissantes. Les chambres étaient confortables et propres. Le prix en valait la peine. Je reviendrai certainement.

Relaxing Resort Grounds were lush and tropical. Food was ok and drinks were good. Evening entertainment was a bit amateurish but entertaining. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Worth the money. Definitely would return.
