Le personnel était formidable et très accommodant. Les piscines étaient animées et amusantes lorsqu'il y avait des concours. La plage n'était pas terrible - petite et rocheuse. L'hôtel devrait avoir plus d'options à la carte. A recommander !

Nice resort Staff were amazing and very accomodating. Pools were live and fun when they were having contests. Beach wasn't that great -small and rocky. Resort should have more a la carte options. Would recommend!

L'hôtel était propre, mais il y avait beaucoup de chats sauvages. Le complexe est extrêmement grand et bondé, même pendant les mois d'été. Cependant, il est très élégant. Nous faisions partie du groupe VIP, avec Internet gratuit, ce qui était à peu près le seul avantage.

elegant but crowded Hotel was clean, had many wild cats on it though. The resort is extreamly large and crowded even in the summer months. However, very elegant. We were part of the VIP, free internet, pretty weel the only perk.

Merveilleux, merveilleux !

Mon mari et moi avons apprécié chaque centimètre carré de ce complexe ! Nous avons apprécié TOUT le personnel. La nourriture, la plage, les piscines et le service A++++. Le restaurant jerk chick beach est le meilleur, nous y sommes presque deux fois par jour. C'est le plus bel endroit pour profiter de la nourriture, de l'océan et des gens de la Jamaïque. Nous avons tout aimé !

Wonderful wonderful ! My husband and I enjoyed every square inch of this resort ! We enjoyed ALL the staff. Food , beach , pools and service A++++. The jerk chick beach restaurant was the best we are there almost twice a day. Most beautiful area to enjoy Jamaica's food , ocean and people. We loved everything !

S'amuser en Jamaïque-Royal Golden Club

La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Les gens sont très amicaux et serviables. Le terrain et la piscine sont très propres. Le bain à remous dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la télévision (demandée 3 fois, jamais obtenue). Les cartes ont été réservées à l'avance et trop tard.

Fun Times in Jamaica-Royal Golden Club Food and drinks were amazing. People are very friendly and helpful. Grounds and pool very clean. Whirlpool in room didn't work and no remote for TV (asked 3 times, never got one). A la cartes were pre-booked and booked too late.

Un centre de villégiature très solide

Nous avons apprécié les vastes terrains de l'hôtel, la bonne nourriture et le service raisonnable. La qualité du sable de la plage n'est pas aussi bonne qu'on pourrait l'espérer et la population de l'hôtel est largement concentrée autour de l'impressionnante piscine, mais vous ne vous languirez pas de la mer !

Very Solid Resort Enjoyed the hotels expansive grounds, nice food, reasonable service. Beach sand quality isn't as nice as you'd hope and the hotel populace is largely centered around the impressive pool, however you won't find yourself longing for the sea!

C'était notre deuxième visite dans ce complexe. Le personnel est toujours prêt à répondre à la plupart des demandes, la nourriture est géniale et très variée ! Le centre Jerk près de la plage propose le poulet le plus délicieux et tous les accompagnements traditionnels et le chef... eh bien, il chante et appelle quand le poulet est prêt ! Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses et joliment décorées....otre jacuzzi n'a pas fonctionné, mais nous avons toujours eu de l'eau chaude et une bonne pression, [... lire plus] une vue fabuleuse depuis notre balcon. La piscine est immense et serpente le long de l'avant de la station, vous pouvez choisir soit le bout tranquille, soit le bout avec de la musique et des jeux etc.....la plage est magnifique avec du sable blanc, beaucoup d'ombre et de chaises et beaucoup de soleil, alors choisissez ce que vous voulez !!! Il y a des toilettes partout et des bars aussi ! Des boissons délicieuses, beaucoup d'activités....attention aux personnes en multipropriété, mais si vous sortez avec quelqu'un, assurez-vous de prendre votre sac de goodies, serviettes, lunettes de soleil, sauce jerk, rhum, tasses etc....économise une tonne sur le shopping de souvenirs !!! Il y a aussi un centre commercial, avec des prix assez intéressants pour les souvenirs typiques ..... Vous pouvez aussi marchander les prix ! J'y retournerais une troisième fois si le prix était correct....ce lieu ne nous a pas encore déçus....merci à notre agent Nicole de tripcentral de nous avoir indiqué cet endroit la première fois... il a été facile de choisir cet endroit une deuxième fois !

Great resort!!! This was our second visit to this resort. Staff are always willing to accommodate most requests, food is awesome, lots of selection!! Jerk centre by the beach has the most delicious chicken and all traditional accompaniments and the chef...well he sings and calls when the chicken is ready!!! Rooms are all spacious and nicely decorated....our jacuzzi didn't work, but we always had hot water and great pressure, fabulous view from our balcony. The pool is huge and meandering along the front of the resort, you can choose either the quiet end, or the end with music and games etc.....the beach is beautiful with white sand, lots of shade and chairs and lots of sun, so choose what you want!!! Bathrooms are everywhere and bars too!!! Wonderful drinks, plenty of activities....careful of the timeshare people, but if you date, than make sure you get your bag of goodies, towels, sunglasses, jerk sauce, rum, cups etc....saves a ton on souvenir shopping!! They have a shopping centre as well, pretty good prices for typical souvenir stuff....you can haggle prices too!! I'd go back for a third time if the price was right....this place hasn't let us down yet....thanks to our agent Nicole at tripcentral for pointing this place out to us our first time around...made it easy to choose this place for a second time!!

Excellent centre de villégiature

le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider en cas de besoin. les terrains et les bâtiments sont propres, il y a beaucoup de marche, ce qui nous convient à moi et à ma femme. nous avons principalement pris nos repas dans les buffets qui ont un large assortiment de nourriture pour satisfaire les goûts de chacun.

excellent resort beautiful resort with wonderful staff always smiling and eager to help you out if needed. the grounds and buildings are clean ,there is lots of walking,which is fine by me and my wife. we mainly dined in the buffets which had a wide assortment of food to suit everyones taste.

Génial ! Bon hébergement et excellent personnel. Le personnel était très amical et poli. Les chambres étaient très propres et le terrain était magnifique. Excellente situation. Ce centre de villégiature permet de passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

Un endroit idéal pour se détendre !

C'était notre premier voyage tout compris ! Nous avons pris un vol Air Transat au départ de Toronto et sommes arrivés au resort juste au moment où le soleil se couchait. Nous étions dans la section Royal Golden et avons eu un enregistrement séparé avec un cocktail de bienvenue, ce qui était génial. Notre chambre était située à trois étages et donnait sur le milieu de la piscine. Il y avait plusieurs buffets à choisir en plus des buffets à la carte. L'endroit le plus populaire pour manger à midi  [... lire plus]est la baraque à salades située sur la plus grande plage (la plage devant le complexe est caillouteuse, la plus grande à l'ouest est la meilleure plage). Les sports nautiques et les activités ne manquent pas pour vous divertir. Il suffit de se rendre à la cabane de plage et le personnel se fera un plaisir de vous aider. La chambre était propre (nous avons également eu droit à un magnifique art de la serviette tous les jours), le personnel était amical et serviable et l'atmosphère était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin : CHILL ! Nous retournerons à Bahia pour nous marier en mai 2015 et nous emmènerons 40 personnes avec nous... J'ai hâte ! :)

Great place to relax! This was our first all inclusive trip! We flew with Air Transat out of Toronto and got to the resort just as the sun was setting. We were in the Royal Golden section and had a separate check in with a welcome cocktail which was great. Our room was 3 floors up overlooking the middle of the pool. There were a couple of buffet's to choose from aside from the a-la-carte's. The most popular place to eat for lunch is at the jerk shack located on the larger beach (the beach in front of the resort is pebbly, the larger one to the west is the better beach). There are plenty of water sports and activities to keep you amused. Just head down to the beach hut and the water staff will happily help you out. The room was clean (we also had amazing towel art every day), staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed-CHILL! We are going back again to Bahia to get married in May 2015 and we are bringing 40 people with us...Can't wait! :)

Négatifs : Pas de climatisation dans les restaurants ; la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas toujours dans la chambre ; les femmes de chambre ont volé des vêtements dans notre chambre (et d'autres articles à d'autres clients, d'après ce que nous avons entendu) ; il n'y avait jamais de serviettes de plage fraîches disponibles ; le service en chambre a pris PLUS de 2 heures pour être livré (alors qu'ils annoncent un temps d'attente maximum de 45 minutes). Points positifs : La plage et la piscine é [... lire plus]taient superbes, l'emplacement du gazebo était parfait pour notre mariage. Pour mon troisième séjour en Jamaïque, j'ai été très déçue par cet hôtel et je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai un jour.

Disappointing Negatives: No A/C in the restaurants; A/C didn't always work in the room; maids stole articles of clothing from our room (and other items from other guests, from what we heard); there were never any fresh beach towels available; room service took OVER 2 hours to deliver (when they advertise a 45 minute max. wait time). Positives: Beach and pool were great, the wedding gazebo location was perfect for our wedding. Being my third time to Jamaica, I was pretty disappointed with this resort and I honestly don't know that I will ever go back.

Good resort Wasn't thrilled with the different LEVELS of AlI Inclusive. Certainly had the typical Jamaican hospitality which I love and the weather was second to none Plenty to do however as I mentioned not everything and everywhere available to all guests which left a bit of a us and them feel to it

Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les couples et les familles

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature en octobre 2013. C'est un excellent centre de villégiature et nous envisageons notre retour cet automne à ce centre de villégiature ou un autre en Jamaïque. Pendant notre séjour de deux semaines à cette station, les 2 seules plaintes que nous avons est le restaurant de steak et les barmans au patio extérieur sur le niveau principal de l'hôtel. Nous avons trouvé que les personnes qui géraient ce restaurant étaient impolies et que la no [... lire plus]urriture était médiocre. Les barmans du bar principal extérieur étaient moins qu'aimables. Si vous leur donniez un pourboire, vous auriez pu bénéficier d'un meilleur service, mais n'y comptez pas. La chambre que nous avons occupée était superbe et toujours propre. Nous avons donné un pourboire à la femme de chambre tous les jours ainsi qu'à de nombreux autres employés de l'hôtel. Apportez beaucoup de dollars américains pour les pourboires, bien que l'hôtel soit censé être tout compris. Nous ne sommes allés qu'une seule fois au spectacle extérieur du soir que nous avons trouvé correct. Nous sommes allés avec le Golden Club et ces personnes ne peuvent pas en faire assez pour vous aider à résoudre vos problèmes. Il y a aussi l'internet gratuit au Golden Club. Les vendeurs de time share ou de ce qu'ils vendent sont une plaie et une nuisance. L'hôtel est accessible depuis n'importe quel point du 3ème niveau, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu'il pleut. Vous pouvez accéder à n'importe quel endroit à ce niveau et il y a des ascenseurs à votre disposition. Il n'est pas nécessaire de monter les escaliers, sauf si l'on en a vraiment envie. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un excellent complexe hôtelier et il ne faut pas avoir peur d'y séjourner. La plage est rocheuse et il y a beaucoup de chaises et de parasols pour tout le monde.

Great Resort for couples and families My Wife and I were at this resort in Oct 2013. This is a great resort and we are contemplating our return this fall to this resort or another one in Jamaica. During our two week stay at this resort, the only 2 complaints that we have is the steak restaurant and the bartenders at the outside patio on the main hotel level. We found that the people who managed this restaurant were rude and the food mediocre. The bartenders at the outside main bar were less than friendly. If you tipped them there was a possibility for better service but don't count on it. The room that we had was great and always clean. We tipped the maid daily as well as numerous other places around the resort. Bring lots of US dollars for tipping although the hotel is supposed to be all inclusive. We only went once to the evening outdoor show which we found Ok. We went with Golden Club and these people cannot do enough for you to resolve any complaints. There is also free internet at the Golden Club. The people selling time share or whatever they are selling are a pain and a nuisance. The hotel can be accessed from anywhere on the 3rd level and is great when it is raining. You can get to anywhere on this level and there are elevators for your use. No need to walk up stairs unless one really wants to. All in all, this is a great resort and one should be unafraid to stay at this resort. The beach area in rocky and there are lots of chairs and umbrellas for everyone.

Wow, nous l'adorons !

Tout était merveilleux. Le personnel était très sympathique. La nourriture était excellente. La plage était propre. Nous nous sommes fait de bons amis. La chambre était super propre avec les dames du jour et du soir. Je recommande ce complexe.

Une escapade fantastique

Après l'un des hivers les plus rudes qu'ait connu le Nord-Est depuis plus d'un demi-siècle, une évasion s'imposait ! Quelques amis et moi avons trouvé Gran Bahia Principe par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central.ca et c'était tout simplement génial. Un prix vraiment intéressant, pas de frais cachés, des descriptions précises, des photos, des commentaires honnêtes et un site de voyage digne de confiance ! L'hôtel lui-même était grand, mais très beau et propre, et situé au bord de l'océan d'une maniè [... lire plus]re classique et sereine ! La piscine enveloppante qui serpente tout autour de l'hôtel était si longue et si belle pour nager ou se prélasser. Nous avons nagé dans l'océan tous les jours et l'eau est si belle et chaude avec une plage magnifique avec de nombreuses cabanes, des parasols et des boissons, des snacks à proximité ainsi que des toilettes ! Le temps en mars est parfait : ensoleillé tous les jours, environ 32 dans la journée et encore chaud toute la nuit, environ 25 ! Les chambres sont belles et propres avec un bon service ! La nourriture est excellente, très variée, avec le meilleur buffet et un bon choix de restaurants à thème, mais la nourriture du buffet est de premier ordre et constitue une cuisine raffinée en soi ! Beaucoup d'activités, de navettes ou de taxis privés pour aller à des endroits comme Dunn River Falls et MargaritavIlle. Le temps est superbe, l'hôtel est magnifique, la nourriture et le service sont excellents Vue fantastique sur l'océan et les plages, beaucoup d'activités et de divertissements, ou classe et assez calme pour se détendre ! L'évasion parfaite d'un hiver canadien brutal ! Trip Central.ca vous a facilité la tâche et c'est une entreprise à laquelle vous pouvez faire confiance et sur laquelle vous pouvez compter pour vos vacances tant attendues et méritées.

Fantastic Getaway After one of the hardest winters in the entire North East in over half a century a much needed escape was required! A few friends and I found Gran Bahia Principe through Trip Central.ca and it was just great. Really good price and no hidden fees, accurate descriptions, pictures, honest reviews and trustworthy travel site! The hotel itself was big but very beautiful and clean and right on the ocean in a classic and serene way! The wrap around pool winding all around the hotel was so long and beautiful to swim or lounge in. We swam in ocean every day and water is so nice and warm with a gorgeous beach with lots of huts, umbrellas and drinks, snacks nearby as well as washrooms! The weather in March is perfect: sunny everyday about 32 in day and still warm all night about 25! The rooms are nice and clean with good service! The food is great with lots of variety and the best buffet and good choice of theme restaurants but the food at the buffet is top notch and is fine dining in itself! Lots of activities, shuttles or private taxis to go to places like Dunn River Falls and MargaritavIlle. So great weather, beautiful hotel with amazing food and service! Fantastic ocean view and beaches and lots of activity and entertainment or classy and quiet enough to relax! The perfect escape from a brutal Canadian winter! Trip Central.ca made it easy and is a company you can trust and rely on for your much needed and deserved vacations.

Ma sœur a séjourné une semaine au Gran Bahai Principe Jamacia. Nous avions des attentes très élevées, basées sur tout ce que nous avions vu et lu et, à notre grand plaisir, nous n'avons pas été déçues. Tout était là : des divertissements amusants, de belles piscines et plages, des activités amusantes étaient coordonnées pour ceux qui le souhaitaient. Il est très agressif et compétitif et peut être accablant. Les restaurants privés étaient incroyables, en particulier le steakhouse. Very special place, very special sweet people My sister stayed a week at the Gran Bahai Principe Jamacia. We had very high expectations, based on everything we had seen and read and to our delight we were not disappointed. everything was there fun entertainment, beautiful pools and beaches, Fun activities were coordinated for those wanting it. shopping right on the resort was a surprise and I would not recommend going into the towns to shop. It is very aggressive and competitive and can be overwhelming . The private restaurants were unbelievable especially the steakhouse. we were not impressed with Italian one as much. Most importantly the people are so kind, friendly and accomodating. going back for sure and so will you

Merveilleuses vacances

J'ai voyagé au Gran Bahia Principe en mars 2013 pour trois nuits et quatre jours de vacances. Je voyageais pour la première fois seul donc j'ai décidé de faire court. J'ai trouvé que le Gran Bahia Principe était un moment merveilleux. Le personnel était sympathique, la station très bien entretenue, propre, la nourriture était bonne, la plage était belle. Je recommanderais ce complexe et j'aimerais y retourner pour y passer une semaine la prochaine fois.

Wonderful Vacation Traveled to the Gran Bahia Principe in March 2013 for a three night four day vacation. I was traveling for the first time alone so I decided to keep it short. I found the Gran Bahia Principe to be a wonderful time. The staff was friendly resort very well kept, clean, food was good beach was nice. I would recommend this resort and would like to go back and spend a week next time.
