Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Merveilleuse semaine de détente.

Le temps chaud de 30 degrés et beaucoup d'humidité ont fait que nous avons eu de mauvais jours de cheveux, mais de bonnes excuses pour nous allonger autour de la piscine, lire et regarder les gens. Nous avons surtout traîné dans la piscine pour enfants car l'autre était trop chaude ! Mes cappuccinos matinaux dans le hall nous ont manqué cette semaine... délicieux. Les plages de Coba et de Tulum par contre... tellement d'algues. Ils travaillent dur pour les ramasser, les empiler et les évacuer [... lire plus], mais nous ne sommes pas allés dans l'eau du tout. L'odeur est assez nauséabonde. La plage d'Akumel semblait claire mais nous n'y sommes jamais allés. Nous avons cependant bénéficié d'un massage avec vue sur l'océan à Tulum, ce qui était génial. Les buffets étaient corrects... un peu répétitifs comme d'habitude. Les cartes italiennes et françaises étaient plutôt médiocres... Le Mikado à notre table de teppanyaki était génial. Essayez le dessert au tapioca. Beaucoup de musique à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du hall de Coba nous a diverti après le dîner. Nous avons assisté à un spectacle de magie un soir, qui était très bien. La chambre était agréable et fraîche avec des toilettes qui fuyaient un peu mais le réfrigérateur était rempli tous les jours avec nos 2 eaux et 2 bières.

Wonderful relaxing week. Hot 30 degree weather and lots of humidity made for bad hair days but good excuses to lay around the pool, read and people watch. We mostly hung out at the pool by the kids pool as the other one was too warm! Missing my morning cappuccinos in the lobby this week... delicious. The Coba and Tulum beaches though... sooo much seaweed. They work hard to gather, pile and haul away but we didn't go in the water at all. Pretty foul smelling too. Akumel's beach looked clear but we never got down there. We did however have a ocean-view massage at Tulum which was awesome. Buffets were okay... a bit repetitious as usual. Italian and French ala cartes were kinda meh... Mikado at our teppanyaki table was awesome. Try the tapioca dessert there. Lots of music entertainment in and outside of the lobby at Coba kept us entertained after dinner. Watched the magic show one night which was pretty good. Room was nice and cool with a slightly leaky toilet but fridge was refilled daily with our 2 water and 2 beer.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Un endroit formidable

L'hôtel était magnifique et le personnel très serviable. La nourriture pour le dîner était excellente avec beaucoup de choix de restaurants, mais le déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner étaient plus semblables. La plage était rocailleuse mais tout de même magnifique !

Great place The hotel was amazing, and the staff were so helpful. The food for dinner was great with lots of restaurant choices, however lunch and breakfast were more of the same. Beach was rocky but still beautiful!

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Superbe station balnéaire

Le terrain était très bien entretenu. Très pittoresque. Les restaurants étaient très propres et offraient une grande variété de plats et de choix. Les fruits étaient excellents, en particulier les mangues et les sèves acides. Les stations où l'on commande étaient également très bonnes. Comme les crêpes et les pâtes aux fruits de mer, etc. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment apprécié le buffet et l'alacart français était incroyable

Awesome resort The grounds were very well kept. Very picturesque. The restaurants were very clean and had lots of different food and choices. The fruits were awesome especially the mangos and sour sap. Also the stations where u order were very good. Like the crepes and seafood pastas etc. Overall I really enjoyed the buffet and the French alacart was amazing

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: J'y retournerais

Cet hôtel était extraordinaire. De l'agencement aux employés, la nourriture offrait de nombreuses options, d'excellents plats à la carte et des piscines amusantes ou relaxantes - à vous de choisir ! Ils ont eu beaucoup d'activités en cours aux piscines, ce qui a définitivement compensé ma seule plainte - rien qu'ils peuvent vraiment réparer - la plage d'algues. Il sentait et nous ne pouvions pas passer du temps à profiter de la belle plage qu'ils avaient. C'était un problème pour toute la côte e [... lire plus]st, peut-être que c'est mieux à différents mois de l'année, j'en ai fait l'expérience à la fin du mois d'avril. Tout le reste était incroyable - il y a toujours quelque chose à faire ici, et assez proche des attractions au nord et au sud de la station.

Would go back This hotel was amazing. From the layout, to the workers, the food offered many options, excellent el a cartes and fun or relaxing pools- you choose! They had lots of activities going at the pools which definitely made up for my one complaint - nothing they can really fix- the seaweed beach. It smelt and we couldn’t spend time enjoying the nice beach they did have. It was a problem for the whole east coast, maybe it’s better different months of the year, I experienced this end of April. Everything else was amazing- always something to do here, and close enough to attractions north/south of the resort.

Unico 20 87 Hotel Riviera Maya: Belle station balnéaire

Le complexe Unico 20.87 est réservé aux adultes. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait qu'il y ait des piscines séparées pour différents types d'activités. Par exemple, si vous êtes plus jeune et que vous voulez jouer au volley-ball dans la piscine, la "Party Pool" est faite pour vous. Comme je suis plus âgée, j'ai adoré la piscine plus calme située à l'autre bout de la station. Le complexe n'étant pas très grand, il ne faut pas plus de 5 minutes pour se rendre à la piscine. Les deux piscines sont  [... lire plus]équipées de bars et de toilettes impeccables. Le service à la piscine était excellent : on vous apportait des bouteilles d'eau et des serviettes dès que vous entriez dans la zone de la piscine. Il y avait plus de chaises qu'il n'en fallait dans toutes les piscines. Il n'est pas nécessaire de se précipiter tôt le matin pour réserver. L'APP que nous avons téléchargé avant de partir nous a également permis de réserver nos dîners un mois à l'avance. Là encore, pas besoin de réserver à l'arrivée - c'est déjà fait à l'avance et vous avez l'heure à laquelle VOUS souhaitez manger, pas ce qu'il reste. Service en chambre - les plats sont toujours chauds et livrés dans un délai raisonnable. Nous en avons profité quelques matins pour prendre notre petit-déjeuner sur notre balcon qui donnait sur la mer des Caraïbes. Il n'y a rien de mieux ! Les restaurants étaient bons, même si le restaurant japonais pour le dîner Teppanyaki était un peu trop assaisonné (Teryaki peut-être). Nous avons adoré le restaurant 20.87, où nous sommes allés le plus souvent, et qui était très proche de notre piscine. Le bâtiment principal, le hall d'entrée et les couloirs où se trouvent les magasins sont très parfumés. La boisson de bienvenue (mélange de romarin, de jus de citron vert, de sirop simple et d'eau pétillante) était divine et a été commandée tous les jours au bar de la piscine. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps - peut-être 10 jours - mais je ne crois pas que cela soit offert au Canada, mais ça l'est si on vient d'Angleterre. Je recommande vivement ce séjour à tous ceux qui recherchent un coin de paradis sur terre.

Beautiful resort The Unico 20.87 resort is an adult only resort. I really love that they had separate pools for different types of activities for example, if you are younger and want to participate in pool volleyball then the "Party Pool" is more for you. Since I am older, I absolutely loved the quieter pool on the far end of the resort. The resort is not large so within 5 minutes you are at the pool. Both pools had swim-up bars and washrooms that were immaculate. The service at the pool was excellent as they brought you bottled water and towels soon after entering the pool area. There were more than enough chairs to choose from at all the pools. No need to rush early in the morning to reserve. Another feature was their APP that we downloaded before leaving and we were able to book our dinners a month in advance. Again, no need to make reservations when you arrive - already done in advance and you get the time YOU wish to eat, not what is left over. Room service - food always hot and delivered within a reasonable time-frame. We took advantage a few mornings and had breakfast on our balcony which faced the Caribbean sea. Can't beat that! The restaurants were good, although the Japanese restaurant for the Teppanyaki dinner it was a little too much seasoning (Teryaki perhaps). Loved Restaurant 20.87 and went there most and it was very close to our pool. Beautiful fragrance throughout the main building, lobby, hallways where the stores are. The welcome drink (mix of rosemary, lime juice, simple syrup and bubbly water) was heaven and was ordered every day at the swim up bar. Wish we could have stayed longer - perhaps 10 days but I don't believe this is offered in Canada, but is if coming from England. Would very much recommend to anyone looking for a piece of heaven on earth.

Très beau complexe. La chambre correspondait exactement à la description faite en ligne. La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel était tous agréable ! Le photographe "Santos" à Tulum était très sympathique et professionnel. Il a fourni à ma famille de magnifiques photos de nos expériences.

Riu Cancun: La station balnéaire de nos rêves

Ce centre de villégiature avait tout pour plaire ! Les piscines étaient propres et peu fréquentées. 4 piscines avec 4 ambiances différentes, toutes avec un bord à l'infini face à l'océan. La nourriture et les boissons étaient fantastiques ! La plage est parfaite ! 10/10

Resort of our dreams This resort had it all! Pools were clean & not over crowded. 4 pools with 4 different vibes, all with an infinity edge facing the ocean. Food & drink were fantastic! Beach is picture perfect! 10/10

J'ai vraiment apprécié le service, l'aspect "écologique" était une touche très agréable. C'était incroyable de voir toute la faune et la flore. Les piscines étaient magnifiques et la nourriture excellente ! J'y retournerai certainement et j'y emmènerai mon fils !

Very good resort I really enjoyed the service, the feature of “eco” was a very nice touch. It was amazing to see all the wildlife. The pools were beautiful and food amazing! Definitely would go back and bring my son!

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Chez soi loin de chez soi

Mon mari et moi avons visité le Bahia Principe Tulum pour la 5ème fois en 5 ans. Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, mais nous ne sommes pas là pour passer nos vacances dans notre chambre. Cela dit, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous sommes toujours heureux de revoir nos vieux amis (le personnel) et de nous en faire de nouveaux. Nous avons toujours apprécié les buffets, à tel point que nous nous privons souvent de nos plats à la c [... lire plus]arte. Nous trouvons le Bahia Tulum tout simplement incroyable et le service à la clientèle est ce qui nous fait revenir. Nous avons hâte d'être en avril prochain !

Home away from home My husband and i visited Bahia Principe Tulum for the 5th time in 5 years. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms are a bit dated, but we're not there toc spend our vacation in our room. That being said, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We are always happy to see our old friends (staff) and make new ones. We've always enjoyed the buffets, so much in fact we often miss out on our ala cartes. We find Bahia Tulum simply amazing and customer service is what keeps us going back. Cant wait for next April!

Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé nos attentes. Mes deux enfants, mon mari et moi-même avons adoré les expériences que nous avons vécues dans la nature. Le centre de villégiature était magnifique. Notre chambre était toujours nettoyée et notre réfrigérateur rempli. Le service était incroyable et le personnel était si gentil ! Le restaurant méditerranéen offrait un service fantastique. Merci à Fransico et Pedro (du restaurant méditerranéen) pour leur excellent service et pour avoir rendu notre  [... lire plus]séjour encore plus agréable. Le complexe propose des activités gratuites pour tous les âges, toutes axées sur la nature (j'adore ça). Mon seul reproche est que le service au club pour enfants laisse à désirer. Les deux dames à qui j'ai eu affaire n'ont pas été d'une grande aide et ont été impolies avec moi. Je suis pourtant une personne très amicale. Lorsque j'ai posé une question (parce que je n'avais aucune idée du fonctionnement du club), elles ont semblé ennuyées de m'aider et ont fait un commentaire sur le fait qu'elles ne m'aimaient pas en espagnol. Je ne savais pas que je savais parler espagnol. Autre chose, l'eau fournie dans la chambre était tiède, de l'eau froide aurait été super ! Sinon, la nourriture était bonne, la station propre, le temps fantastique ! !!!! J'y retournerai !!!

Wow! What a great place This resort Exceeded our expectations. My two children, husband and I loved the nature experiences we had. The resort was beautiful. Our room was always cleaned and our fridge stacked. The service was amazing and the staff were so kind! The Mediterranean Restaurant had fantastic service. Thank you to Fransico and Pedro (From the Mediterranean restaurant) for their Excellent service and making our stay that much better. The resort offers free activities for all ages and are all geared around nature (loves them). My only complaint is the service at the kids club is lacking. The two ladies i Dealt with were not helpful and rude to me. Mind you I am a very friendly person. When I had question (bc I had no clue of how their club worked) they Seemed annoyed to help me and made a comment that they didn’t like me in Spanish. Not knowing I know how to speak Spanish. Another thing was their water provided in the room was warm, cold water would have been great! Other then that food was good, resort clean, fantastic time !!!!! I will be going back!!!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Riu Vallarta: Un centre de villégiature absolument extraordinaire

Nous avons passé le meilleur voyage de notre vie dans ce complexe. Tout était phénoménal. Les divertissements étaient de premier ordre, chaque nuit et chaque jour il y avait quelque chose de nouveau et d'excitant. Les boissons étaient préparées à la perfection et toute la nourriture était absolument délicieuse, en particulier le petit déjeuner ! Merci au personnel qui a rendu notre voyage si spécial, ils méritent tous le meilleur !

Absolutely AMAZING resort We had the best trip of our lives at this resort. Everything was phenomenal. The entertainment was top notch, every single night and day there was something new and exciting. Drinks were made to perfection and all the food was absolutely delicious especially breakfast!! Thankyou to the staff who made our trip so special, they all deserve the best!

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Étoile brillante.

Ce complexe se surpasse pour satisfaire ses clients, du lever du soleil jusqu'aux dernières notes de musique le soir.Excellentes options de restauration.Les piscines étaient incroyables.Les plages étaient moins que souhaitables en raison de la quantité d'algues, mais les travailleurs n'ont jamais cessé d'essayer de nettoyer les plages.

Shining star. This resort goes above and beyond to satisfy their customer from sunrise to the last strains of music at night.Excellent dining options.Pools were amazing.The beaches were less than desirable with the amount of seaweed but the workers never stopped trying to clear the beaches.

Mon copain et moi y sommes allés du 27 avril au 4 mai et nous avons passé un excellent moment. C'était la première fois que nous allions au Mexique. Tout était bien organisé, depuis le moment où nous avons débarqué de l'avion jusqu'à celui où nous avons repris l'avion une semaine plus tard ! L'hôtel : Magnifique, plein de vie sauvage ! Il y avait tellement d'arbres et d'animaux partout. Il y avait des endroits pour se détendre, des endroits pour partir à l'aventure et tout ce qu'il y avait en [... lire plus]tre les deux ! Je recommande vivement la promenade romantique en bateau - Nestor, l'homme qui s'occupe de la promenade en bateau, est merveilleux et plein de connaissances, il nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur l'histoire des Mayas et c'était un plaisir de parler avec lui ! La plage était pleine d'algues, ce que le personnel de l'hôtel ne peut pas aider - cette saison était particulièrement chargée en algues, mais ils ont fait de leur mieux. Piscines : Propres, mais la piscine près de la plage était très fréquentée et il était impossible d'y boire un verre avec les enfants qui faisaient du boulet de canon et éclaboussaient vos boissons. Je recommande de trouver l'une des nombreuses autres piscines de la propriété car elles étaient beaucoup moins fréquentées. Si vous êtes un adulte sans enfants, la piscine réservée aux adultes est très agréable. Chambre : La chambre était charmante. Elle était propre, le lit était confortable et il y avait toujours les articles de toilette nécessaires. Il y avait aussi un thermostat que nous pouvions contrôler pour choisir si la chambre était chaude ou froide ! Et le balcon donnait sur la jungle ! La nourriture : EXTRAORDINAIRE. Il y avait tellement d'options de nourriture différentes à choisir et toutes étaient excellentes. Le buffet était bon et la nourriture à la carte était incroyable. Rien à redire. (Je recommande vivement le Surf and Turf au Riviera et le Saumon et le Rib eye steak au Los Lirios) La seule plainte concernant la nourriture est qu'aucun des desserts n'est excellent. Boissons : Les meilleures boissons que nous ayons jamais eues. Nous recommandons vivement le Mojito ! Le personnel : Le personnel a toujours été amical et serviable. S'ils ne pouvaient pas nous aider eux-mêmes, ils nous dirigeaient vers quelqu'un qui pouvait le faire. Wifi : Nous n'avions pas de wifi dans notre chambre, il n'y en avait que dans le hall. Je ne sais pas si c'est le cas dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel ou si c'est parce que nous avions l'une des chambres les moins chères ! Mais le wifi dans le hall était très bien - il y a juste eu quelques problèmes une ou deux fois. Nous avons pu nous enregistrer pour nos vols grâce au wifi et les employés de la conciergerie ont imprimé nos cartes d'embarquement pour nous, ce qui était très bien. Nous n'avons même pas pu profiter de tout ce que le complexe avait à offrir car nous sommes restés une semaine et avons fait deux excursions - Coba et Isla Mujeres. Cela aurait été parfait si nous avions réservé quelque chose comme 9 jours ! Mais l'expérience était géniale, les excursions étaient géniales, et nous reviendrons dans ce complexe sans aucun doute !

Wonderful Resort! Highly recommend My boyfriend and I went April 27-May 4 and we had a wonderful time. It was our first time in Mexico. Everything was well organized from the time we got off the plane to the time we boarded a plane again a week later! Resort: Beautiful, full of wildlife! So many trees and animals everywhere. There were places to relax, places to adventure and everything in between! I highly recommend the Romantic Boat Ride - Nestor who is the man doing the boat ride is wonderful and so full of knowledge he taught us a lot about Mayan history and was just a joy to talk to!! The beach was full of seaweed which can't be helped by the resort staff - this season was particularly seaweed filled but they did their best. Pools: Clean, but the pool by the beach was quite busy and it was impossible to keep a drink in those pools with the children cannon balling around splashing the water in your drinks. I recommend finding one of the many other pools on the property as they were much less busy. If you are an adult without children then the adult only pool is lovely. Room: The room was lovely. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was always stocked with necessary toiletries. It also had a thermostat that we could control so we chose how cold/warm the room was!! And the balcony view was right into the jungle! Food: AMAZING. There were so many different food options to choose from and all of them were great. The buffet food was good and the a la carte food was incredible. No complaints. (Highly recommend the Surf and Turf at the Riviera and both the Salmon and the Rib eye steak at Los Lirios) The only complaint about food is that none of the desserts are that great. Drinks: The best drinks we've ever had. Highly recommend the Mojito! Staff: The staff were always friendly and helpful. If they couldn't help us themselves they would direct us to someone who could. Wifi: We did not have wifi in our room it was only in the lobby. I am unsure if that's a resort wide thing or just because we had one of the cheaper rooms! But the wifi in the lobby was great - just got a bit glitchy once or twice. We were able to check in to our flights with the wifi and the people at the concierge desk printed our boarding passes for us so that was great. We didn't even get to experience everything that the resort had to offer because we were there a week and had two excursions - Coba and Isla Mujeres. It would have been perfect had we booked something like 9 days! But the experience was great, the excursions were great, and we WILL be returning to this resort without a doubt!!

Grand Sunset Princess: Un séjour et une excursion formidables.

Ce fut un excellent voyage. Nous avons tous deux apprécié le centre de villégiature et le climat mexicain. La seule plainte concerne les avions de Sunwing, qui sont exigus et inconfortables. Moyennant un supplément, ils ont fourni des services supplémentaires pour notre amie et ses béquilles. Ils ont inclus une excursion shopping à Playa Del Carmen. Nous avions déjà visité une distillerie, une fabrique de cigares et une bijouterie. Nous avons donc renoncé à cette excursion. Il y a un service [... lire plus] de navette programmé pour Playa Del Carmen et c'est juste à côté de la station. Lorsque vous faites du shopping à Playa Del Carmen, vous devriez faire du troc avec les magasins... même les grandes surfaces. J'ai pu marchander toutes sortes de choses et je n'ai jamais payé le prix demandé. Par rapport aux prix pratiqués dans le centre de villégiature, j'économisais 30 à 50 %. Le trajet en bus Sunwing entre l'aéroport et le centre de villégiature était amusant et instructif. Le guide touristique parlait très bien et connaissait bien la région et le centre de villégiature. Sunwing a organisé une bonne réunion d'orientation. Le présentateur était très bon et a fourni beaucoup d'informations utiles. Le Princes Resort était formidable. Les terrains et les chambres sont impeccables. La nourriture est incomparable. Nous sommes allés à Cuba et en République démocratique du Congo, mais la qualité de la nourriture est incomparable. Les chariots à la carte sont également excellents. Aucun problème d'estomac, pas un seul. Je ne peux pas en dire autant de Cuba, que j'aime visiter pour ses habitants et son climat. ma petite amie s'est déplacée avec des béquilles pendant ce voyage. Le personnel n'a pas ménagé ses efforts pour l'aider. Du personnel du buffet à celui de l'entretien du terrain, tout le monde lui demandait s'il pouvait faire quelque chose pour elle. Il faut deux jours pour faire réparer quelque chose à Cuba. La lumière de la salle de bain était éteinte. J'ai vu le réparateur dans le hall et j'ai demandé à ce qu'il la répare. Il est allé chercher une échelle et une ampoule dans son chariot et l'a réparée sur-le-champ.

Great resort and trip. This was a great trip. We both enjoyed the resort and the Mexican weather. The only complaint was Sunwing's planes. they are cramped and uncomfortable. For a fee, they provided extra services for girlfriend and her crutches. they did include a shopping excursion to Playa Del Carmen. We have already been to a distillery and a cigar factory, and jewelry shop. So we skipped it. There is a scheduled shuttle service to Playa Del Carmen and its right off the resort. When shopping in Playa Del Carmen. you should barter with the shops...even the big stores. I was able to barter for all kinds of stuff and I never paid the asking price. Compared to the prices of the resort, I was saving 30-50 %. The Sunwing bus ride from the airport to the resort was fun and educational. The tour guide was very well spoken and knowledgable of the area and resort. Sunwing did put on a good orientation meeting. the presenter was very good and offered plenty of good information. The Princes Resort was great. The grounds and rooms are kept impeccable. The food is second to none. We have been to Cuba and the DR. there is no comparison in the quality of the food. The A La Carts are great too. No stomach issues. not one. I can't say the same for Cuba. which I love to visit for the people and the weather. my girlfriend was on crutches for this trip. The staff couldn't do enough to help her. From the buffet staff to groundskeepers. everyone was asking her if they could do anything for her. It would take 2 days to get something fixed in Cuba. The bathroom light was out. I saw the repair guy in the hall and asked to have it fixed. He asked me to show him which light. he went out to his cart and got a ladder and a bulb and did it right on the spot. that is good service.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Station relativement calme, bonne nourriture, lits confortables et excellent service de la part du personnel. Il est toujours possible d'obtenir une chaise de plage, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Nombreux choix de restaurants. Il est facile de se rendre en taxi ou à pied à Playa Del Carmen. Le seul inconvénient était les algues sur la plage. Great resort! Relatively quiet resort, good food, comfy beds, and great service from the staff. Could always get a beach chair, no matter what time of day. Restaurant choices are plentiful. An easy taxi ride or walk into Playa Del Carmen. Only downside was the seaweed on the beach. Not the resorts fault obviously, but they need to invest in some mechanized removal, since three guys with wheelbarrows doesn't have enough of an impact.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Le meilleur centre de villégiature au monde !!!

Ce centre de villégiature était absolument extraordinaire. De la nourriture aux piscines, en passant par les activités pour les enfants. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux centres de villégiature et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. J'ai voyagé avec mon petit-fils de 5 ans et il y avait tellement de choses à faire qu'il ne s'est jamais ennuyé. Une expérience vraiment extraordinaire.

The Best Resort Ever!!! This resort was absolutely amazing. From the food, to the pools, to the activities for kids. I have stayed at many resorts and by far this was the best value for your money. I traveled with my 5 year old grandson and there was so much for him to participate in that he was never bored. Truly amazing experience.

Cet hôtel offre un excellent service, de l'arrivée au départ. Le personnel est formidable et très serviable. L'hôtel est propre et très accueillant. Il y a 3 piscines bien entretenues et un beau terrain. C'est un hôtel de catégorie supérieure. Je pense que les meilleures chambres sont celles avec vue sur l'océan, vous pouvez voir l'océan et c'est à couper le souffle. Il y a des spectacles tous les soirs et c'est très agréable à voir. This hotel has excellent service from the time you get there still you leave.The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very welcoming. They have 3 well kept pools and beautiful grounds.This is a superior category hotel. I think the best rooms are the ocean view you can see the ocean and it's breath taking. They have shows every night and great to see. It's in a great location and very safe to go out at night.

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Une station extraordinaire !

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce complexe, je ne peux pas en dire assez sur le service, la nourriture et la propreté du complexe. Le directeur, Ricardo, se surpasse pour que tout soit parfait, jusqu'à nous obtenir des chambres avec vue sur l'océan et sur l'une de leurs piscines. Le seul inconvénient est la présence d'algues sur la plage, ce qui n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Il semble que ce soit un problème sur toute la côte cette année.

Amazing resort!! We had an amazing week at this resort, I can't say enough about the service and food and how clean the resort is. The manager Ricardo goes above and beyond making everything perfect, from getting us ocean view rooms over looking one of their pools. The only downfall was the all the seaweed on the beach, which is really not the resorts fault. It seems to be an issue all over the coast this year.

L'hôtel reste miraculeux ! Un personnel fabuleux et super sympathique partout, sans exception ! L'hôtel, les terrains, les piscines et l'océan sont magnifiques. La plage est assez petite mais très bien entretenue. La variété et la qualité de la nourriture sont 5 étoiles !
