Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Beau complexe touristique !

J'ai aimé la plage et les piscines. Les chambres et le service n'étaient pas extraordinaires, mais la nourriture était bonne et le personnel était sympathique. Je recommande ce complexe à tous ceux qui veulent se détendre car c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix et une bonne détente après quelques mois de dur labeur.

Nice Resort! I liked the beach and pools. The rooms and service were not that great but the food was good and the staff were friendly. I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax as it's a good value for the money you pay and a good relaxation after few months hard work.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Grand centre de villégiature

Près de la plage. Personnes étonnantes et très accueillantes. Pas beaucoup de jeunes dans la station. Le cappuccino à la station était incroyable. Les techniciens de service ont été formidables aide tout problème ils sont venus tout de suite.

Great resort Close to the beach. Amazing very welcoming people. Not many young people at the resort. The cappuccino at the resort was amazing. The service technicians were great help any problems they came right away.

Nous revenons d'un séjour d'une semaine à Princesa Del Mar. C'est un très beau complexe, très ouvert, avec une plage magnifique et un personnel sympathique. La nourriture est très bonne et les tables situées à l'extérieur de la salle à manger principale permettent de manger dehors avec plaisir. Les fauteuils de relaxation, qui étaient auparavant entassés au bord de la piscine, ont été dispersés sur l'herbe parmi les palmiers, ce qui donne beaucoup d'ombre. J'avais quelques petites plaintes à  [... lire plus]formuler. L'un d'entre eux est que notre chambre a été nettoyée après 15h30, ce qui interrompt le repos de l'après-midi. L'Internet dans le hall était frustrant, tombant en panne trois ou quatre fois en une heure. De plus, la salle de bains n'avait pas de ventilation intégrée et donnait une odeur de moisi à la chambre. Un maillot de bain n'avait aucune chance de sécher en 24 heures. L'eau était agréable et chaude, et n'a été un peu fraîche qu'une seule fois, à 3h30 de l'après-midi. Le restaurant Hilltop était spectaculaire, et les autres assez bons. Les Japonais ont offert un spectacle spectaculaire. En résumé, 4 à 5 étoiles cubaines pour cet hôtel.

A Wonderful Experience We just returned from a week's stay at Princesa Del Mar. It's a lovely resort, wide open, with a magnificent beach, and friendly staff. The food is very good, and the tables outside the main dining room make eating outside a pleasure. The recliners, which previously were crammed in by the pool, have been scattered on the grass among the palm trees, giving plenty of shade. I had a couple of minor complaints. One was that our room was cleaned after 3:30, which interrupts an afternoon rest. The internet in the lobby was frustrating, going down three or four times in an hour. Also the bathroom had no built-in ventilation, and gave a musty smell to the room. A swimsuit had noi chance of drying in 24 hours. The water was nice and hot, and only once ran a little cool, at 3:30 in the afternoon. The Hilltop restaurant was spectacular, and the others quite good. The Japanese provided a spectacular show. All in all, 4 - 5 Cuban stars for this hotal.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Palma Real à Varadero du 7 au 14 novembre 2016. L'hôtel n'est pas situé directement sur la plage mais ce n'était pas un problème, nous avons apprécié les 3-5 minutes de marche. La plage est magnifique. Les 3 premiers jours, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de chaises de plage, nous avons donc dû payer pour avoir des chaises et un abri (10 $ cuc )sur une autre station sur la plage.(pas sûr que nous aurions dû payer car c'était la première fois que quelque chose comme  [... lire plus]cela s'est produit depuis nos voyages à Cuba. Nous avons donc commencé à nous lever tôt et à marquer nos chaises (7h30). Il n'y a jamais eu de problème par la suite. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 1, proche de la piscine, du hall principal et des chariots de service. Le terrain est bien entretenu. Il y avait un bar au niveau principal de notre bâtiment et le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre avait un grand lit. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème d'eau chaude, elle était toujours disponible. Les chambres sont de bonne taille. L'hôtel est proche des marchés, du Beatles Bar, de la boîte de nuit Havana Club et du magnifique parc. Nous avons aimé nous promener à Varadero, c'est très sûr même la nuit et il y a tant de choses à voir et à faire. Notre seul problème avec ce complexe est la nourriture au buffet. C'est très répétitif. Il n'y a pas de bacon le matin et la nourriture proposée au dîner était déjà là le matin. Je prenais généralement quelque chose qui était grillé par le chef. La crème glacée est la MEILLEURE. Il y a toujours beaucoup de gâteaux, de desserts et de fruits. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la station et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Le personnel est formidable.

Location Location Location. We stayed at The Hotel Palma Real in Varadero Nov 7-14 2016. The resort is not located directly on the beach but that wasn' t a problem ,we enjoyed the 3-5 min walk . The beach is beautiful . The first 3 days were unable to get beach chairs so we had to pay to have chairs and a shelter ($10 cuc )over to another resort on the beach.(no sure if we should have paid as this was the first time anything like this happened since our travels to Cuba. So we started to get up early and mark our chairs(7:30). Never any problems after that. The resort was very clean and well laid out .We stayed in building 1 it is close to everything pool ,main lobby ,a la carts .The ground are well cared for . There was a bar on the main level in our building and the staff are very friendly . The room had a king sized bed . We never had any problems with hot water it was always available . Rooms are a good size. The resort is close to the markets ,The Beatles Bar, Havana Club nightclub and the beautiful park . We enjoyed walking Varadero it is very safe even at the night and so much to see and do . Our only issue with this resort is the food at the buffet . It is very repetitive . Its good but it needs to offer a better selection .There is no bacon offered in the mornings and the food that was offer at supper was there in the morning . I usually had something that was being grilled by the chef . The ice cream is the BEST . There was always lots of cakes ,desserts and fruit . Overall we enjoyed our stay at the resort and would go back in a heartbeat . The staff are awesome .

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Excellent séjour ... pas sûr que ce soit un 5 étoiles

Tout d'abord, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La plage était l'une des meilleures de l'île et la chambre était extrêmement propre et confortable. Nous avons également profité d'une merveilleuse excursion d'une journée à La Havane (qui en vaut la peine, à condition que votre guide touristique vous fasse faire le tour) ... mais ce fut une longue journée. La piscine, le terrain et l'hôtel étaient très bien entretenus et propres... et le fait d'être réservé aux adultes était très apais [... lire plus]ant (je ne suis pas sûr que les jeunes adultes aimeraient le calme). Et les divertissements étaient de première qualité ... pas d'imitateurs de Michael Jackson ringards. Du côté négatif, nous avons trouvé que le choix de nourriture de cet hôtel était très limité (parmi les 4 hôtels où nous avons séjourné à Cuba). Bien que les restaurants à la carte étaient bons, le buffet était fade et manquait de variété... mais le poisson était très bon. Une petite chose, mais les serviettes de chambre semblaient repousser l'eau au lieu de l'absorber ... très étrange ; et il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes de plage à échanger. Quant au personnel, certains étaient superbes et d'autres manquaient cruellement d'enthousiasme. Alors que certains se sont démenés et ont travaillé pour s'assurer que vous disposiez de tout ce dont vous aviez besoin (et ont reçu des pourboires à cet effet), d'autres semblaient s'ennuyer (malgré tout ce qu'il y avait à faire) et manquer d'intérêt (la plupart des employés du bar du hall semblaient avoir cette attitude). En ce qui concerne Transat, les représentants à l'hôtel (Mai-Ling et Margarita) étaient excellents et les transferts à l'hôtel et à l'aéroport se sont déroulés sans problème. Les sièges de l'avion étaient très serrés et le personnel s'ennuyait un peu... mais ce n'était qu'un vol de 3 heures et ce n'était donc pas un problème (sauf, j'en suis sûr, si vous êtes grand). En conclusion, un temps magnifique, un bon complexe hôtelier, d'excellents divertissements mais un personnel et une nourriture en dents de scie. Un solide quatre étoiles, mais nous nous interrogeons sur le cinq étoiles.

Excellent Stay ... not sure about 5 star First, we enjoyed our stay very much. The beach was one of the best on the island and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Havana (well worth it as long as your tour guide walks you around) ... but it was a long day. The pool, grounds and hotel were very well kept and clean ... and being an adults only was very calming (not sure if younger adults would like the quiet). And the entertainment was first rate ... no cheesy Michael Jackson impersonators. On the negative side we found this hotel's food selection to be very limited (of all 4 resorts we stayed at in Cuba). Although the "a la carte" restaurants were good, the buffet was bland and lacked variety ... but very good fish. A little thing but the room towels seemed to repel water instead of absorb ... very odd; and there weren't enough beach towels to exchange. As for the staff, some were superb and others severely lacked enthusiasm. While some hustled and worked to make sure you had all you needed (and got tips to relfect this), others seemed to be very bored (despite all that needed doing) and uninterested (most of the lobby bar staff seemed to have this attitude). As for Transat, excellent reps at the resort (Mai-Ling and Margarita); and the transfers to the hotel and airport went without a hitch. The plane seats were very tight and the staff a little bored ... but it was only a 3 hour flight so not too much of an issue (except I am sure if you are tall). In conclusion, great weather, good solid resort, excellent entertainment but "hit and miss" staff and food. A solid four star but we question the five star rating.

Palma Real: Plutôt bien :)

Les gens ici étaient super gentils et accommodants ! La chambre d'hôtel dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était un peu démodée et miteuse, mais elle était toujours propre. On ne peut pas s'attendre à grand-chose à Cuba. J'ai entendu dire que toutes les chambres n'étaient pas comme ça. L'hôtel était magnifique à l'extérieur, avec de superbes piscines et un bar de nage ! Super proche du centre ville pour le shopping local et aussi de la plage, qui était magnifique !

Pretty good :) The people here were super nice and accommodating! The hotel room we stayed in was kind of outdated and dingy, but always kept clean. Can't expect too much in Cuba. I heard that not all the rooms were like that though. The hotel was gorgeous on the outside, awesome pools and a swim up bar! Super close to downtown for local shopping and also to the beach, which was gorgeous!

Barcelo Solymar: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

La chambre est toujours nettoyée par les femmes de ménage. Bien qu'il y ait des choses à réparer comme la lampe, le siège des toilettes, le sèche-cheveux dans la chambre où nous avons séjourné. A part cela, le service est assez bon. La nourriture est correcte. Mais dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été fantastique et je reviendrai certainement et recommanderai l'hôtel à mes amis et à ma famille

Amazing resort The room always gets cleaned by housekeepers. Although there were some things that need fixing such as the light fixture, toilet seat, hair dryer at the room we stayed. Other than that service is pretty good. Food is alright. But my overall experience has been fantastic and I would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and family

Muthu Playa Varadero: Au milieu de la route.

La plage, le terrain et les divertissements sont excellents. La nourriture est meilleure que la normale pour les standards cubains. En revanche, les chambres ne répondent pas aux normes. Le personnel est très gentil et n'attend pas de pourboire. Si les chambres sont réparées, ce resort sera 4*.

Middle of the road. Beach, grounds and entertainment are excellent. Food is better then normal for Cuba standards . Rooms however are substandard . The staff are very nice and do not expect tips. If the rooms get fixed up this resort will be 4*.

Los Delfines: Excellente situation

Je pensais que cet hôtel avait beaucoup de potentiel mais qu'il était très mal entretenu. La liste serait trop longue..... sièges de toilettes cassés, luminaires manquants, et certains jours les femmes de ménage ne changeaient même pas les draps.... Certains membres du personnel extérieur restaient assis toute la journée au lieu de ramasser les mégots de cigarettes, les vieilles tasses et les verres, etc. Il serait très facile pour cet hôtel d'être spécial si la direction encourageait le person [... lire plus]nel à exceller. Peut-être qu'ils ne les paient pas beaucoup. Les serveurs et les cuisiniers de la salle à manger étaient très bons et faisaient tout pour vous. La nourriture était raisonnable.

Great location I thought that this hotel has a lot of potential but was very poorly maintained. The list would be too long.....broken toilet seats, missing light fixtures, and some days the housekeepers did not even change the sheets.... Some of the outside staff just sat around all day instead of picking up the cigarette butts, old cups and glasses, etc. It would be very easy for this hotel to be special if management encouraged the staff to excell. Maybe they don't pay them much. The dining room waiters and cooks were very good and would do anything for you. The food was reasonable.

Rooms were big and very nice and clean , all the staff were friendly and accommodating , the pool and beach was also great , very happy that we chose this resort for our trip . Palma Real: encore un excellent séjour à l'hôtel palma real

c'était mon 5ème séjour à l'hôtel. c'est de loin le meilleur 3 étoiles de varadero. le personnel est formidable et me traite toujours comme un roi. quelques pourboires quotidiens font beaucoup dans ce complexe. le complexe est propre et le terrain est bien entretenu. le buffet est répétitif mais qui va à cuba pour la nourriture. le petit déjeuner est mon préféré. il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à quelques pas du complexe. il y a 3 clubs à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons. le club Havana sur le si [... lire plus]te si vous aimez les discothèques, le calle 62 à un pâté de maisons plus bas pour une soirée salsa en plein air si vous préférez et mon préféré, le club Beatles, à deux pâtés de maisons du calle 62. Vous y entendrez de la musique rock en direct des années 60 aux tubes modernes d'aujourd'hui. la plage se trouve à 3-5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel et vous pourrez profiter de l'une des meilleures plages du monde ! Arrêtez-vous au bar de la plage et demandez des boissons fraîches à Kierena, elle aura toujours un sourire chaleureux pour vous. Quand vous pouvez aller dans un pays magnifique pendant 2 semaines pour 1200 dollars tout compris, pourquoi ne pas essayer ce 3 étoiles amusant !

another great stay at hotel palma real this was my 5th stay at the hotel. it is by far the best 3 star in varadero. the staff is great and always treat me like a king. a few tips daily goes a long way at this resort. the resort is clean and the grounds are kept nice. the buffet is repetitive but who goes to cuba for the food. breakfast is my favorite. there are many fine restaurants within walking distance of the resort. there are 3 clubs within 3 blocks. havana club on site if you are in to discos and calle 62 one block down for an outdoor salsa party if you prefer and my personal favorite the beatles club which is 2 blocks down from calle 62. there you will hear live rock music from the sixties to todays modern hits. the beach is a short 3-5 minute walk from the resort there you will enjoy one of the best beaches in the world! stop at the beach bar and get some cold drinks from kierena, she will always have a warm smile for you. when you can go to a beautiful country for 2 weeks for 1200 dollars all inclusive why wouldn't you give this fun 3 star a try!

Melia Marina Varadero: confortable.

L'hôtel Melia Marina était calme, confortable, propre et tranquille. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. Il y avait plusieurs piscines au choix, mais nous devions traverser un pont pour aller à la plage, mais il y avait toujours des chariots motorisés pour emmener les clients dans les zones nécessaires.

comfortable. The hotel Melia Marina was quite, comfortable, clean and quite. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of pools to choose from though we had to walk across a bridge to get to the beach, however not to worry there was always motorised carts taking guests to and from the necessary areas.

Roc Arenas Doradas: Grandes vacances

C'est un très bon hôtel, le terrain est propre ainsi que la piscine, la salle à manger et notre chambre était très propre. Les chambres sont basiques mais l'air conditionné fonctionne très bien et nous avions beaucoup d'eau chaude. La nourriture était bonne et bien meilleure que lors de notre séjour il y a deux ans. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours souriant. Milady et son partenaire au bar de la plage sont très sympathiques. Giorgio et Rudy au bar du hall sont géniaux. Daisy au bar de la [... lire plus] piscine était également très sympathique. Les spectacles du soir étaient bons, le Rock and roll show et le spectacle de magie étaient très divertissants. Nous aimons beaucoup ce complexe car le personnel se souvient de vous et vous accueille à nouveau. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Great Holiday This is a great hotel, the grounds are kept clean as is the pool, dining room and our room was very clean. The rooms are basic but the a/c works great and we had lots of hot water. The food was good and much better than when we were here two years ago. The staff are friendly and always smiling. Milady and her partner at the beach bar are super friendly. Giorgio and Rudy at the lobby bar were awesome. Daisy at the pool bar was also very friendly. The evening shows were good, the Rock and roll show and the magic show were very entertaining. We really like this resort because the staff remember you and welcome you back.. We are already looking forward to going back next year.

Muthu Playa Varadero: Un centre de villégiature cubain typique avec des avantages et des inconvénients

Ce complexe est probablement plus proche d'un 3 étoiles. Le personnel est toujours aimable et serviable. Notre chambre datée avec un lit très inconfortable a été gardée impeccable par notre merveilleuse femme de chambre Teresa. Les plages sont magnifiques. Les terrains bien entretenus. La nourriture est horrible, toujours froide même si vous arrivez au buffet dès son ouverture. Même la nourriture des "restaurants de spécialités" était épouvantable. J'ai été à Cuba plusieurs fois et je sais que l [... lire plus]a nourriture n'est pas toujours la meilleure, mais là, c'était plus que mauvais.

Typical Cuban Resort with pros & cons This resort is probably more like a 3 star. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our dated room with a very uncomfortable bed was kept spotless by our wonderful maid Teresa. The beaches beautiful. The grounds well kept. The food horrible, always cold even if you got to the buffet right as it opened. Even the "specialty restaurant" food was terrible. I have been to Cuba several times so I know the food isn't always the best but this was beyond bad.

Melia Marina Varadero: Un grand moment

Ma fiancée et moi avons passé un excellent moment ici. Excellent service, belles chambres, proche de la plage, bonnes boissons. Le buffet était très bon pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. La nourriture dans les restaurants formels n'était pas aussi bonne et je recommanderais de s'en tenir au buffet ou d'explorer Varadero pour des options locales de temps en temps

Great time My fiancee and I had a great time here. Excellent service, nice rooms, close to the beach, good drinks. The buffet was very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food at the formal reataurants was not as good and I would recommend sticking with the buffet or exploring Varadero for local options once in a while

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Le centre de villégiature était très chic. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel était très serviable et amical. La plage était magnifique ! Une bonne variété de choix de nourriture. Ils vous attribuent un majordome personnel qui vous aide à réserver vos restaurants et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les divertissements étaient excellents ! Ce fut une merveilleuse semaine de détente. J'aimerais beaucoup y retourner !

Beautiful Resort! Resort felt very classy. Everything was very clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach was amazing! A good variety of food choices. They assign you a personal butler who helps you with all of your restaurant bookings and anything else you may need. Entertainment was great! It was a wonderful relaxing week. Would love to return!

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: 1ère fois à Cuba

Propriété : beaux jardins/terrains... très bien entretenus Nourriture : décente... pas de la haute gastronomie, mais assez de choix et la qualité était bonne Piscines : bonnes, beaucoup sur la propriété adjacente, le jacuzzi n'est que chaud Plage : belle quand il n'y a pas trop de vent Chambres : bonnes, confortables Service : incroyable... ils font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour s'assurer que le client est utile... Melissa était de loin la meilleure !

Starfish Jibacoa: Nice Resort

Ma femme et moi avons apprécié ce centre de villégiature. La plongée avec masque et tuba est excellente. La plage est magnifique. La Havane n'est qu'à une heure et quinze minutes. Cependant, ce n'est pas pour tout le monde. Si vous voulez du luxe, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. Pas de comptoirs en marbre, pas de concierge et pas de sauce. Mais ce qui manque au luxe, il le compense par son caractère.

My wife and I enjoyed this resort. The snorkeling is great. The beach is beautiful. It's only an hour and fifteen min. to Havana. However, it's not for everyone. If you want luxury - this is not the resort for you. No marble counter-tops, no concierge and no gravy. But what it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in character.

Cet hôtel était absolument parfait ! Les gens étaient gentils, ils vous traitaient comme des membres de la famille. La nourriture n'était pas mal du tout, les divertissements étaient incroyables tous les soirs. La distance de marche jusqu'à la plage était à couper le souffle. Le service était bon. La seule plainte serait l'accès au WiFi, il est très médiocre et un peu difficile, mais ce n'est pas le plus gros problème. Mon expérience globale dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement incroyable et j'y [... lire plus] reviendrai !

The walking distance to the beach was breathtaking. The service was good. The only complaint would be the access to WiFi, it's very poor and a little tricky, but not the biggest problem. My overall experience at this hotel was just amazing and would come back again!
