Riu Playacar: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe est magnifique, le personnel est très aimable et serviable, la nourriture était vraiment bonne mais pas très chaude sous les lampes chauffantes. Les piscines sont superbes. La chambre était très bien, bien que je ne sois pas fan de la salle de bain ouverte, car je voyage avec ma sœur. Eliana Anton était mon agent et j'ai été très satisfaite d'elle, elle a été très serviable et rapide.

Great resort The resort is beautiful, staff are very friendly and helpful, food was really good but not very warm under the heat lamps. Pools were great. Room was very nice although I'm not a fan of the open concept washroom as I travel with my sister. Eliana Anton was my agent and I was very pleased with her, she was very helpful and prompt.

Riu Santa Fe: le meilleur séjour que j'ai jamais fait

J'ai séjourné à Los Cabos il y a quelques années. Cet hôtel dépasse mes attentes. Tout est bon, y compris la nourriture, la propreté, le quartier, l'atmosphère, le personnel sympathique. La seule chose que je suggère est que la chambre a besoin d'une table et d'une chaise. Le canapé est trop mou et trop bas pour s'asseoir. Je suis sûr que je reviendrai quand je reviendrai à Los Cabos. Je ne sais pas si d'autres hôtels ont ce niveau ou non.

the best one I have ever stay I have been in Los Cabos a few years ago. This hotel is over my expectation. Every thing is good Including food , cleanness, area, atmosphere, nice staff. the only thing I suggest is the room need a table and chair. The couch is too soft an low to sit on. I am sure I will come back when I come to Los Cabos again . I don't know other hotel will have this level or not.

Cela dit, le service, le choix des plats, la qualité de la nourriture et les divertissements ne sont plus ce qu'ils étaient. Ma femme et moi avons la soixantaine. Lors de la réservation avec Tripcentral, nous avons demandé une chambre calme. À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre à côté d'une machine à glaçons très bruyante, près des ascenseurs, no [... lire plus]n loin de la rotonde de l'hôtel et de la scène de divertissement. De plus, le coffre-fort de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir demandé une nouvelle chambre, on nous a dit que Tripcentral n'avait pas fourni à RIU notre demande de chambre calme, que l'hôtel était complet et que le mieux qu'ils puissent faire serait de nous fournir une autre chambre tard le lendemain. Pour changer de chambre, nous devions avoir quitté notre chambre à 11h00 le lendemain matin, mais nous ne pouvions pas prendre possession de notre nouvelle chambre avant 15h00. Cela signifiait non seulement une interruption d'au moins 3 heures sans chambre, à attendre dans l'hôtel avec tous nos effets personnels, mais aussi l'immobilisation et la perte d'une journée entière de notre séjour de 7 jours. Ce n'est qu'après avoir porté l'affaire devant un responsable de RIU que nous avons finalement été surclassés dans une chambre située dans une partie plus calme de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, la climatisation de la nouvelle chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Un technicien s'est présenté avec une échelle et a pris quelques heures pour réparer l'unité de climatisation située au plafond de la chambre. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en début de soirée et le temps de changer de chambre, de faire réparer la climatisation, etc. il était plus de minuit. Ce fut un début de vacances très stressant et irritant. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture et le service dans les différents restaurants étaient plutôt bons. Nous avons remarqué que le choix, la qualité et le service au buffet n'étaient pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avons connu dans les hôtels RIU précédents. Le café était horrible, le choix de nourriture était insuffisant et le service était lent, même si ma femme et moi sommes généreux en pourboires. Dans les anciens RIU, une personne préparait de délicieuses omelettes fraîches, ce qui n'était pas le cas la plupart du temps. Ce n'était pas le cas la plupart des matins et lorsque quelqu'un faisait des omelettes, les œufs étaient prélevés dans un grand récipient contenant un mélange d'œufs précassés au lieu d'ouvrir des œufs frais. La station d'omelettes était un peu sale et les omelettes étaient très décevantes.

When booking with Tripcentral, we specifically requested a quiet room. Upon our arrival, we were assigned a room beside a very loud ice maker next to elevators not far from hotel rotunda/entertainment stage. Also, the safe in the room did not work. After asking for a new room, we were told that Tripcentral did not provide RIU our request for a quiet room, the hotel was fully booked and that the best they could do would be to provide us another room late the next day. To switch rooms, we would have to have all of our belongings out of our room by 11.00am the next morning but couldn't check into our new room till 3pm. Not only would this mean having a gap of at least 3 hours with no room waiting around the hotel with all of our belongings it would basically tie-up / waste 1 entire day or our 7 day stay. Only after escalating the matter to a RIU Manager were we finally upgraded to a room in a quieter section of the hotel. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the new room did not work. A technician did show up with a ladder and took a couple of hours to fix the air conditioning unit which was located in the rooms ceiling. We arrived at the hotel to check in in the early evening and by the time we changed rooms, had our air-conditioning fixed, etc. it was after midnight. This was a very stressful and irritating start to our holiday. Overall, the food and service at the various restaurants was pretty good. We did notice that the selection, quality and service at the buffet was not up to what we experienced at past RIU resorts, The coffee was awful, selection of food was lacking and service was slow, even though my wife and I are generous tippers. Past RIU's used to have a person making fresh delicious omelets. This was not the case most mornings and when there was someone making omelets the eggs were scooped out of a big container of a pre-cracked egg mixture vs cracking open fresh eggs. The omelet station was somewhat dirty and the omelets were very disappointing.

Riu Montego Bay: Bon centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était grand et disposait de toutes les commodités nécessaires. La nourriture était bonne, personne n'a été malade. Le personnel était amical dans la plupart des cas. Les représentants de Sinwing étaient tous horribles. Le vol a été retardé de près de 3 heures et nous a quand même emmenés à l'aéroport à l'heure prévue pour rester assis à l'aéroport pendant 5 heures. Bonnes piscines.5 au total. La plage est bonne mais l'océan n'est pas très bon. Sable boueux avec des algues. Les spec [... lire plus]tacles nocturnes sont bons, sauf 2 rui resorts adjacents qui font la fête la nuit à notre rui montego. Je donnerais une note de 4 sur 5.

Good Resort Hotel was large had all emmebties required. Food was good nobody got sick. Stafg where friendly at most. Sinwing reps all horrible at resort. Flight delayed almost 3 hours an d still took us to airport at scheduled time only to sit at airport for 5 hours. Good pools.5 in total. Beach good .ocean not very good. Muddly sand with algae. Nightly shows good.ecept 2 adjacent rui resorts party at night at our rui montego. Would rate a 4 out 5.

Riu Reggae: UN CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE EXTRAORDINAIRE

Si vous recherchez un complexe hôtelier divertissant, ne cherchez pas plus loin que RIU Reggae. Le personnel très sympathique, la nourriture excellente avec de nombreuses options, les divertissements nocturnes et la possibilité de visiter RIU Montego Bay ont rendu ce voyage très agréable. Je recommanderais une chambre avec vue sur l'océan pendant votre séjour. La réservation par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central a été facile et sans stress. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ! 5+ étoiles pour sûr !

AMAZING RESORT If you are looking for an entertaining resort then look no further than RIU Reggae. Very friendly staff, great food with plenty of options, nightly entertainment and the ability to also visit RIU Montego Bay, made this trip very enjoyable. Would recommend an ocean view room during your stay. Booking through trip central was easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend! 5+ stars for sure!

Riu Palace Jamaica: Un personnel et un service extraordinaires

Le Rui Palace est un merveilleux hôtel, presque une boutique, avec le meilleur service et le meilleur personnel de tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné. Les chambres ont été récemment rénovées et sont toujours propres et accueillantes. La nourriture est délicieuse et variée pour satisfaire les différents palais et appétits. Le seul inconvénient est que la plage n'est pas bonne et que le bruit des avions de l'aéroport est parfois gênant.

Amazing staff and service The Rui Palace is a wonderful almost boutique like hotel with the best service and staff of any hotel I have stayed. The rooms are newly renovated and alway clean and welcoming. The food is delicious and diverse to satisfy different palettes and appetites. Only downside is the beach is not good and the airplanes noise from the airport is annoying at times .

Riu Palace Jamaica: TRÈS BON DIVERTISSEMENT

Quelle semaine extraordinaire ! Divertissement et personnel 20/10, c'est la meilleure partie de ce complexe ! Spider-Man, Bravo, Sparkie, Dr fun fun, starfire et même Paul, le barman du bar de la piscine, ont absolument rendu notre semaine inoubliable. Certains s'assoient même et discutent avec vous et vous font vraiment sentir les bienvenus tout en créant une véritable amitié. Boissons 10/10. Nourriture 8/10, nous n'avons pas essayé beaucoup de restaurants à la carte mais le buffet était toujou [... lire plus]rs excellent. Plage 8/10, pas très claire mais agréable. Chambres 8/10, rien d'extraordinaire mais belles avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et un balcon dans chaque chambre ! A recommander si vous cherchez à passer un bon moment avec des amis ou un partenaire. Le fait de pouvoir aller dans les RIU voisins était un énorme avantage, mais honnêtement, nous sommes restés dans notre station la plupart du temps parce que nous l'aimions ! Le parc aquatique et le club du Montego étaient superbes, tout comme certains spectacles au Reggae. C'est génial parce qu'on peut aller dans leur resort mais ils ne peuvent pas venir au Palace. Allez voir mon homme, Spider-Man, et dites-lui que c'est Paige qui vous envoie !

ENTERTAINMENT VERY GOOD What an amazing week! Entertainment & Staff 20/10, this is the best part of this resort! Spider-Man, Bravo, Sparkie, Dr fun fun, starfire and even our pool bar bartender Paul absolutely made our week. Some even sit and chat with you and really make you feel welcome while creating a true friendship. Drinks 10/10. Food 8/10, didn’t try too many of the al a carte restaurants but the buffet was still great. Beach 8/10, not crystal clear but still nice. Rooms 8/10, nothing fancy but still nice with everything you need and a balcony in every room! Would recommend if you’re looking for a great time with friends or a partner. Being able to go to the neighbouring RIUs beside us was a huge plus but honestly we stayed at our resort most of the time because we loved it! The waterpark and club at the montego were great and some of the shows at the reggae were great. It’s great because you can go to their resort but they can’t come to the Palace. Go see my man Spider-Man and tell him somersault Paige sent you!

Riu Guanacaste: 3-Jan. 17

Riu Montego Bay: De la pure magie morte

j'y étais en octobre et j'y suis retourné en janvier, c'est dire à quel point nous avons aimé l'endroit. les chambres étaient grandes et très propres. les piscines étaient superbes, les bars et les restaurants offraient un grand choix de plats et de boissons. la plage était bonne, avec beaucoup d'espace. enfin, le personnel était fantastique. mention spéciale à Chevelle et Patricia dans la salle à manger principale le matin. elles étaient toutes deux formidables et nous attendaient à notre table [... lire plus] tous les matins, avec du café et des mimosas. Elles nous ont toutes les deux reconnues lors de notre voyage en octobre, ce qui était vraiment agréable. Je n'ai pas pu trouver un seul défaut à ce complexe, qui se trouve en outre à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport. J'ai hâte de revenir.

Pure dead magic was there in October and back again in January, that's how much we loved the place. the rooms were large and very clean. the pools were great, the bars and restaurants had great selections of food. and drink. beach was good, plenty of room. finally the staff were fantastic. special mention to Chevelle and Patricia in the main dining room in the morning. both were great and had our table for us every morning ready with coffee and mimosas. Both recognized us from our October trip, which was really nice. could not find one fault with the resort, and also only 10 mins from airport. Cant wait to return.

Riu Playa Blanca: Wow

C'est le quatrième Rui où nous séjournons et ils ne nous ont jamais déçus. La nourriture est excellente et le personnel est amical et serviable. Le temps était fantastique et cela valait vraiment la peine de faire le voyage. La plage est publique mais l'hôtel n'a aucun contrôle là-dessus. Les vendeurs étaient sympathiques et pas vraiment insistants. J'ai vu pire.

This is the forth Rui we have stayed at and they have never disappointed us. Food is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. Weather was fantastic and it was really worth the trip. Beach is public but the hotel has no control over that. The vendors were friendly and not really pushy. Have seen worse.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Excellent centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel était très accueillant et avait une belle vue. Nous avons eu un problème en milieu de semaine avec notre chambre et ils nous ont trouvé une nouvelle chambre et nous ont donné quelques extras pour notre problème. La vue depuis l'hôtel est magnifique. La nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne pour un hôtel de villégiature, mais ce n'était pas la meilleure. Nos enfants âgés de 5 et 7 ans ont adoré le club pour enfants et le parc aquatique à côté de l'hôtel Santa Fe (ne réservez pas l'h [... lire plus]ôtel Santa Fe avec des enfants car c'est un endroit où l'on fait la fête).

Great resort! The hotel was very accommodating and had a lovely view. We had a problem mid week with our room and they found us a new room and gave us some extras for our trouble. The view from the hotel is amazing. The food was above average for resort food but still not the best. Our kids aged 5 and 7 loved the kids club and water park next door at the Santa Fe (don’t book the Santa Fe with kids as it’s a party resort).

Riu Playa Blanca: Excellent centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel, la nourriture, le service et les divertissements étaient excellents ! La plage est chaude à cause du sable noir. Nous avons nagé dans l'eau tous les jours, c'était génial. Elle n'est pas bleue comme celle des Caraïbes mais elle est quand même géniale. Je réserverais certainement à nouveau !

Excellent resort! The hotel , food, service entertainment were great ! The beach is hot because of the black sand. We swam in the water everyday it was great. It’s not blue like the Caribbean but it’s still awesome. I would definately book again !

Riu Palace Aruba: Séjour fantastique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture était excellente. La chambre était propre et le service excellent. Nous avons apprécié chaque minute de notre séjour. Nous avions une chambre avec le balcon de Cendrillon, nous aurions aimé que l'on puisse sortir des chaises pour s'asseoir dehors mais ce n'était pas un gros problème pour moi. L'air doit rester allumé avec la porte fermée ou la chambre va transpirer et se sentir encore plus humide. Je recommanderai [... lire plus]s certainement ce complexe et j'ai l'intention d'y retourner un jour. Nous recevons un service constant à RIU qui ne déçoit jamais.

Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time at this resort. The food was amazing. The room was clean and service was great. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a room with Cinderella balcony would have liked one we can out chairs to sit outside but that wasn’t a big deal for me. The air needs to stay on with door closed or the room will sweat and feel even more damp. I would definitely recommend this resort and intend go back sometime. We get consistent service at RIU never disappoints.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: J'adore le Riu Palace Costa Mujeres

Nous avons absolument adoré cet hôtel, notre première fois dans un Riu et nous y retournerons ! Le personnel était extrêmement serviable et amical, l'hôtel était très propre, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La nourriture au buffet était abondante et les choix à la carte étaient excellents. Le fait d'avoir le choix entre 5 piscines était un bonus.

Love the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres We absolutely loved this hotel, our 1st time at a Riu & we will ? return! The staff was extremely helpful & friendly, the hotel was very clean & inside and out. The food in the buffet was plentiful & the choices at the A la carte were great. Having 5 pools to choose from was a bonus.

Riu Montego Bay: Belle

Définitivement retourner à ce resort personnel sympathique, bonne nourriture, chambres propres Avoir cinq piscines était incroyable. Vous aviez le choix entre le calme et l'animation, avec des divertissements tous les jours. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été un jeu d'enfant !

Beautiful Definitely go back to this resort friendly staff, great food, clean rooms Having five pools was amazing. You had your choice of quiet or busy great fun and entertainment every day. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Riu Dunamar: Moyenne

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était correct, la plage, le terrain et les chambres étaient incroyables. J'ai trouvé que la nourriture à la carte n'était pas bonne du tout. Le buffet était correct, je l'ai trouvé très fade. Je suis très déçu par les représentants de Sunwing, Joshua et Jose. Nous avons eu un problème avec une excursion et ils ont fait des promesses qui n'ont jamais été suivies d'effet, nous ne réserverons plus avec Sunwing. Je crois aussi qu'ils devraient avoir des employés bilingues au [... lire plus] centre de villégiature, personne ne comprenait ce qu'on lui disait. Je dirais qu'il s'agit plutôt d'un centre de villégiature 3 étoiles.

Average Overall the hotel was okay , the beach and grounds and rooms were amazing. I found the food at the La carte were not good at all. The buffet was okay, I found it very bland. I am very disappointed with the Sunwing Reps Joshua and Jose. We had an issue with excursion and they made promises and never followed through, we won’t book with Sunwing anymore. I also believe they should have bilingual employees at resort, no one understood what was being said. I would rate this more of a 3 star resort.

Nous n'avons pas reçu de room service pour faire nos lits la deuxième nuit avant notre départ, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions prolonger notre check-out d'une heure ou deux mais la réponse a été un NON catégorique en raison d'une surréservation, m'a dit le manager Joseph. J'avais demandé un masque car j'avais peut-être attrapé un rhume pendant le vol vers la République tchèque à cause d'une femme assise juste derrière moi à 7C qui ne cessait de tousser, j'avais donc demandé à l'hôtesse de l' [... lire plus]air de lui offrir un masque et elle a refusé de le porter. Je pense que les personnes qui toussent ou qui sont potentiellement porteuses d'un virus du rhume devraient porter un masque dans l'avion, pas par choix. L'hôtel m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas eu de masques au cours des deux dernières années. Mais j'ai appris qu'une famille avait été rapatriée par avion car elle avait attrapé le COVID lors de son séjour au Riu. À mon retour, le dimanche matin, je me suis soumis au test rapide de dépistage de l'antigène du COVID - et devinez quoi ! Le résultat était positif ! J'ai refait le test, il était encore positif ! J'ai donc fait des tests à la maison et j'ai porté un masque lorsque j'ai pris l'avion pour rentrer chez moi, et je me suis déplacée du siège 6C à l'arrière du bus. J'aurais certainement profité davantage de mes vacances si je n'avais pas eu les symptômes du Covid le 5 après mon arrivée à Guanacaste. La salle de bain n'avait pas d'aération, de sorte que la seule façon de sécher la baignoire était de garder la porte ouverte. La pomme de douche était faible et obsolète. La nourriture était assez grasse mais les fruits frais étaient incroyablement délicieux.

Updating badly needed, hotel servers not terribly friendly or helpful We did not receive room service to make our beds 2nd night before we left, had asked if we could extend our check out by an hour or two but the answer was a flat NO due to overbooking the manager Joseph told me. I had asked for a mask as I might have caught a cold from the flight coming down to CR due to a woman sitting right behind me at 7C who was hacking all the time so I had asked the air hostess to offer her a mask and she declined to wear it. I think ppl who are coughing or potentially carrying cold virus should be wearing a mask on the plane, not by choice. The hotel told me that they haven’t had masks for the past 2 years. But I found out a family was flown home as they had caught COVID while staying at Riu. When I got home on Sunday morning I tested my self with the rapid antigen test for Covid - guess what?! I tested positive! I tested again, it was positive again!! So I’ve been testing at home and I was wearing a mask when I flew home as well as moved myself to the back of the bus from 6C seat. I definitely would have enjoyed my vacation more if I didn’t come down with the Covid symptoms on the 5th after an arrived in Guanacaste. The bathroom had no venting so the only way to dry the bath area was through keeping the door open. Shower head was weak and outdated. Food was quite greasy but the fresh fruits were amazingly delicious.

Riu Palace Costa Rica: Bon

Ce que nous pensons de l'hôtel Riu Palace : le terrain était bien entretenu, c'est-à-dire l'herbe, les arbres, les parterres de fleurs, etc. Quant aux piscines, elles devraient être nettoyées plus souvent. Les débris quotidiens laissent des insectes et souvent du sable et des pierres. Les toilettes du Papago/Steak House étaient propres (mais il vaut mieux qu'elles le soient étant donné que ce sont les seules toilettes autour de la piscine en dehors de celles du hall ou de vos chambres individuel [... lire plus]les). Les salles à manger étaient propres et le service rapide. Cependant, nous pensons que les personnes qui manipulent les aliments devraient porter des gants, car nous les avons souvent vus toucher les aliments à mains nues. Une fois, mon mari a commandé des pâtes et la cuisinière a pris les pâtes avec ses mains et les a placées dans la casserole pour être servies. L'animation au bord de la piscine était bonne. Les animations en soirée étaient bonnes.

Good Our thoughts on the hotel Riu Palace: the grounds were well kept that being the grass trees flower beds etc etc. As for the pools they needed to be cleaned more often. Daily debris leaves bugs and often sand & rocks. The washrooms at Papago/Steak House was kept clean (but it better be given its the only washroom around the pool area outside of the one back in the lobby or your individual rooms). Dining areas clean prompt service. However, we feel the individuals handling the food should be wearing gloves, often we saw them touching the food with there bare hands. One time my husband ordered pasta and the cook took the plain pasta with her hands and placed it in the pan to be served. Entertainment by the pool was good. Entertainment in the evening was good.
