Petit hôtel. Calme sauf pour la construction d'un nouveau bâtiment. Le menu était très limité. La nourriture était très bonne mais le fait de rester une semaine a fait que l'on a mangé le même repas plus d'une fois. Impossible de nager dans l'eau (océan). Les piscines étaient adéquates.

Small hotel. Quiet except for the construction of a new building. Menu was very limited. Food was very good but staying for a week resulted in having the same meal more than once. Cannot swim in the water (ocean). Pools were adequate.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Hôtel et terrain magnifiques. Extrêmement bien entretenu et propre. La nourriture était excellente. Le gros inconvénient pour nous était le bruit pendant la nuit. Nous avons eu du mal à dormir à cause des portes qui claquaient, des conversations et des cris tout au long de la nuit.

Beautiful resort! Gorgeous hotel and grounds. Extremely well kept and clean. Food was wonderful. Big downside for us was the noise during the night. We had trouble sleeping due to doors slamming, conversations and yelling all through the night.

Le terrain, le service de restauration et les employés étaient exceptionnels. La seule amélioration que j'ai vue concerne les matelas des lits, notre lit était creux et je n'aime pas les draps en caoutchouc qu'ils mettent sur les lits, ils donnent très chaud pour dormir.

The grounds, food service and workers were exceptional. The only improvement I seen was the mattresses on the bed, our bed had a hollow in it and I do not like the rubber sheets they put on the beds, they make it very hot for sleeping.

Bonne nourriture, bons moments et soleil tous les jours. Je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'une meilleure semaine au soleil pour l'anniversaire de ma copine. L'hôtel lui a offert une bouteille de tequila le jour de son anniversaire. Certains soirs, il y avait un peu trop de fêtards, ce qui était le seul inconvénient. Mais il s'agissait de deux heures de bruit tout au plus. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup affectés. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Essayez d'ignorer les vendeurs de la plage. Nous sommes restés  [... lire plus]la plupart du temps à la piscine mais les vendeurs de la plage étaient parfois agaçants.

Better than expected! Good food good times and sun everyday. Couldn't have asked for a better week in the sun for my girlfriends birthday. The resort delivered her a complimentary bottle of tequila on the day of her birthday as well. Some nights had a few too many partiers which was its only downfall. But it was maybe two hours at most of noise. It didn't affect us very much. I would go back in a heartbeat. Try to ignore the beach vendors too. We mostly stayed at the pool but the beach vendors were annoying at times.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Tout simplement génial

Tout était fantastique. Le terrain, la plage, les chambres, tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Le seul problème était de ne pas utiliser la mer dangereuse. Les piscines sont superbes. Le personnel était très très bon. La nourriture était abondante et très agréable. J'ai passé un très bon moment.

Just great Everything was fantastic. Grounds beach, rooms all very clean and well kept. The only issue was no use of the dangerous sea. Pools great. Staff were very very good. Food was plentiful and very nice. Had a great time.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Merveilleux voyage, vivement recommandé

Excellent complexe, bien aménagé, personnel sympathique, nourriture délicieuse. Le seul bémol est que les gens qui marchent dans les couloirs à 2h30, 3h30, 4h30 et même 5h30 du matin sont bruyants et on pourrait croire qu'ils se tiennent à côté de notre lit et qu'ils hululent.

Wonderful Trip, highly recommend Excellent resort, well laid out, friendly staff, wonderful food. The only down fall I would say is people walking down the halls at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, and yes even 5:30 in the morning are LOUD, and you would think they are standing next to your bed hooting and hollering.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: De superbes vacances !

L'hôtel, bien qu'un peu plus ancien, était très bien entretenu. Le personnel était toujours visible, balayant, nettoyant, passant la serpillière, etc. Le service et le personnel étaient formidables. La nourriture était également bonne. Les piscines étaient agréables. Ce n'est pas l'endroit où aller si vous aimez nager sur la plage ou dans l'océan. Le ressac est fort et dangereux. Dans l'ensemble, un voyage génial !

Great vacation! The hotel, despite being a little older was very well maintained. Staff were always visible sweeping, cleaning, mopping etc. The service and staff were awesome. The food was good as well. The pools were nice. Not the place to go if you like beach and ocean swimming. The undertow is strong and dangerous. Overall an awesome trip!

Riu Santa Fe: Grand centre de villégiature

Ma femme et moi nous sommes rendus dans ce centre de villégiature pour fêter notre anniversaire. Le terrain est impeccablement nettoyé et le complexe est bien organisé. La chambre, la nourriture et les boissons étaient toutes excellentes. Nous ne sommes pas fumeurs et bien qu'il soit interdit de fumer dans la plupart des zones de restauration, cela reste une nuisance dans d'autres zones. Bien qu'ils aient dit que vous n'aviez droit qu'à 90 minutes d'Internet par jour dans le hall, nous avons con [... lire plus]staté que vous pouviez utiliser Internet toute la journée partout et même sur notre balcon (mais pas dans notre chambre). La puissance de l'Internet était faible pour le streaming et certains sites semblaient bloqués (Instagram). Les divertissements étaient corrects et se répétaient si vous restiez 2 semaines, ce que nous avons fait. Les hôtels canadiens ont beaucoup à apprendre de leur système d'enregistrement et de départ simplifié. Les bus locaux peuvent vous emmener presque partout à une courte distance de marche. Nous avons passé de bons moments.

Great Resort My wife and I traveled to this resort to celebrate our anniversary. The grounds are immaculately cleaned and the resort was well planned out. The room, food and drinks were all excellent. We are not smokers and although there is no smoking in most eating areas it is still a nuisance in other areas. Although they said that you were only allowed 90 minutes of internet in the lobby per day we found that you could use the internet all day everywhere and even on our balcony (but not in our room). Internet strength was weak for streaming and some sites seemed blocked (Instagram). Entertainment was OK and repeated if you stayed for 2 weeks which we did. Canadian hotels can learn a lot from their very streamlined check in and checkout. Local buses can take you almost anywhere within a short walking distance. We had a great time.

Riu Santa Fe: Superbe vue sur l'océan depuis la piscine à débordement

Les piscines et le terrain étaient très bien entretenus. La piscine à débordement et la vue sur l'océan étaient impressionnantes ! La vue sur la formation rocheuse de Land's End dans l'océan est superbe. L'hôtel était présent lors d'une tempête tropicale après l'ouragan Sandra, et tout a été très bien géré. Incroyable de voir la plage emportée par les flots sur une longueur de 10 à 15 mètres ! Les maîtres-nageurs nous ont empêchés d'aller dans l'océan lorsque c'était dangereux, ce qui était très [... lire plus] bien. La nourriture était correcte, la plupart des buffets étant assez gras, comme d'habitude. On nous avait promis un nombre illimité de restaurants, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avons pu réserver que pour nos deux derniers jours. Après quelques jours, nous avons pu obtenir une réservation pour deux jours supplémentaires, mais deux des restaurants étaient de toute façon très décevants - la même nourriture que le buffet ou presque. Le restaurant italien était le meilleur. Nous avons dû demander que le climatiseur et le coffre-fort de notre chambre soient réparés à notre arrivée, mais ils l'ont été rapidement. Il est assez facile de trouver des places assises aux piscines, même en milieu de journée.

Great ocean view from infinity pool The pools and grounds were very well kept. The infinity pool and ocean view were awesome! The view of the Land's End rock formation in the ocean is great to see. Was there during a tropical storm after Hurricane Sandra, and everything was dealt with very well. Amazing to see 20-30 ft of beach washed away! Lifeguards kept us out of the ocean when it was dangerous, which was great. Food was okay, most of the buffet food is pretty greasy, as usual. Restaurants were promised to be "unlimited" but when we arrived we could only book for our last two days. After a few days, we were able to get a reservation for two additional days, but two of the restaurants were very disappointing anyway - same food as the buffet almost. The Italian restaurant was the best. Had to ask for the air conditioner and safe in our room to be fixed upon arrival, but they were fixed promptly. Fairly easy to find seating at the pools, even mid-day.

Riu Santa Fe: Un centre de villégiature amusant, propre et génial !

L'hôtel était très amusant, très propre et le personnel très sympathique. La nourriture et les boissons étaient également délicieuses ! Je me suis beaucoup amusée et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute ! Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l'agencement du complexe était bien pensé. Il est également très proche de la ville.

Fun, clean and awesome resort! Resort was super fun, it was very clean and had friendly staff. Food and drinks were tasty too! I had a lot of fun and will definitely be going back! Rooms were spacious and the layout of the resort was well planned out. It's very close to the city too.

Riu Santa Fe: Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Les équipements de l'hôtel étaient de premier ordre : 2 superbes piscines, de nombreux bars, une nourriture excellente à la carte et au buffet, un personnel amical et serviable. Les seuls inconvénients étaient plusieurs guêpes pendant la journée autour du bar et les vagues à la plage étaient agitées avec un puissant bateau en remorque.

Great resort for the price The resort amenities were top notch; 2 amazing pool areas, ample bars, excellent food at the a la carte & buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Only draw backs were several wasps during the day around the bar and the waves at the beach were rough with a powerful under tow.

Riu Santa Fe: Superbe complexe hôtelier, personnel formidable

Nous avons séjourné au Riu Santa Fe et nous nous sommes tous beaucoup amusés, dans un environnement si énergique ! Nous avons également fait des excursions avec Cabo Aventures, une entreprise fantastique. Ils avaient une excellente organisation et s'assuraient toujours que tout le monde était satisfait. Je recommande vivement cette société.

Great resort wonderful staff We stayed at the Riu Santa Fe and we all had so much fun, such an energetic environment! We also did some excursions with cabo adventures what a fantastic company. They had great organization and and always made sure everyone was satisfied. I definite recommend their company.

Riu Santa Fe: Beautiful Resort

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était propre, les piscines étaient agréables et le personnel était sympathique ! Les points négatifs pour moi étaient sans aucun doute la nourriture et l'alcool. Ils avaient une variété, mais personnellement je n'étais pas fan. Je ne me sentais pas bien pendant la majeure partie de la semaine. Un autre point négatif que j'ai trouvé est la plage. Les gens sont autorisés à vendre des souvenirs et sont assez agressifs, ce qui fait qu'il est difficile de se promener et de pr [... lire plus]ofiter de la vue sans se faire crier dessus et sans se sentir en danger.

Overall the hotel was clean, pools were nice and the staff was friendly! Negatives for me was definitely the food/alcohol. They had a variety however personally I was not a fan. I didn't feel good the majority of the week. one other negative I found was the beach. People were allowed to sell souvenirs and are quite aggressive making it hard to walk and enjoy the view without being shouted at and feeling unsafe.

Cet hôtel est très bien entretenu et propre. Les chambres sont superbes. Le service était excellent et le personnel très heureux et serviable. Il s'agit cependant d'une très grande propriété, il faut donc se préparer à marcher beaucoup pour se déplacer dans la propriété.

this is a beautiful resort This hotel is very well kept and clean. The rooms were great. The service was excellent with a lot of very happy and helpful staff. It is a very big property though, so be prepared to do a lot of walking just to get around on their property.

Riu Santa Fe: Station de loisirs.

Très propre, bons divertissements, personnel sympathique et bonne nourriture. Je reviendrai certainement. C'était une belle promenade sur la plage jusqu'au bar du centre-ville, mais après la vie nocturne, je devais prendre un taxi pour rentrer au complexe. Je ne recommanderais pas de rentrer à pied sur la plage le soir, c'est tout simplement trop loin quand on est ivre.

Fun resort. Very clean, good entertainment friendly staff and good food. I will definitely be going back. It was a nice walk on the beach to the down town bar, but after the night life I would have to take a taxi back to the resort. I wouldn't recommend walk home on the beach at night, simply to far when your drunk.

Riu Santa Fe: Merveilleux voyage !

Nous aimons Cabo. Le Riu Santa Fe est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons voyagé fin septembre. Un jour de pluie et très chaud. Le complexe n'était rempli qu'à 55%. Beaucoup de chaises et les réservations de restaurants étaient faciles. J'y retournerais certainement !

Wonderful Trip! We Love Cabo. Riu Santa Fe is great value. Travelled end of September. One day of rain and very hot. Resort was only 55% capacity. Plenty of chairs and restaurant reservations were easy. Would go back for sure!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Pas mal mais pas un cinq étoiles comme annoncé

Les chambres étaient correctes mais on pouvait entendre tous les bruits des chambres du dessus et d'à côté ainsi que du couloir. Très gros cafards dans tout le complexe. Il n'y a pas assez de toilettes dans le complexe et elles ne sont pas bien placées. La nourriture était correcte, le restaurant japonais était assez bon, le restaurant mexicain était horrible, tout comme le restaurant fusion français. Le buffet était probablement le meilleur choix. La plage était inutilisable en raison d'un très [... lire plus] mauvais contre-courant.

Not bad but not a five star as advertised The rooms were ok although you could hear every noise from rooms above and beside as well as the hallway. Very large cockroaches throughout the grounds. Not nearly enough washrooms on the resort and not well placed. Food was ok, Japanese restaurant was pretty good, Mexican was awful as was the French fusion. Buffet was probably the best choice. Beach was unusable due to the very bad undercurrent.

L'hôtel est grand et bien entretenu. Il n'y avait pas un jour où l'on ne voyait pas un employé travailler. Le complexe était propre. La chambre était propre, même s'il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bain près du lavabo, ce qui ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés. Le réfrigérateur était bien rempli et il était possible de demander des boissons supplémentaires. Mon seul reproche concernant la chambre est que la femme de ménage n'a pas fait d'essuie-mains. Nous n'avons pas demandé, mais cela devr [... lire plus]ait être fait automatiquement. Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient excellentes. La piscine à débordement et la piscine tranquille étaient également agréables. Nous n'avions pas d'autre choix que d'utiliser la piscine, car la plage n'est pas praticable à la nage. Il y a une remorque qui peut vous tirer jusqu'à la piscine. La nourriture était correcte, pas la meilleure. C'était à peu près la même chose tous les jours. Il faudrait changer de temps en temps. Le personnel était sympathique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce complexe et pour le prix, nous y reviendrons certainement.

Fun time in Cabos! Hotel was big and maintained. There was not a day when you didn't see an employee working. The resort was clean. The room was clean, although there were ants in the bathroom by the sink, which didn't really bother us. The fridge was stocked, and you were able to request for more drinks. My only complaint about the room was that the housekeeper didn't do towel arts. We didn't ask, but it should be done automatically. The entertainment by the pool was great. The infinity and quiet pool were nice also. We had no choice but to use the pool, b/c the beach is not swimmable. There's an under tow that can pull you in. Food was ok, not the best. It was basically the same every day. They should change it up sometime. Staff were friendly. We really enjoyed this resort and for the price would definitely come back.

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos: Au-delà des attentes !!!!

Une oasis extraordinaire ! Nous ne pouvions pas rêver de meilleures vacances. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été traités avec dignité et nous nous sommes sentis honorés en tant qu'invités ! Le personnel a fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour nous aider à répondre à nos besoins ou à nos demandes.

Beyond expectations!!!! Amazing oasis! We couldn't for ask for a better holiday. From the minute we arrived we were treated with dignity and felt honoured as guests! Staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed or requested.

Station balnéaire très propre, chambres agréables. La nourriture était correcte, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Le barbecue au bord de la piscine était excellent. Très bonne équipe de divertissement. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine à débordement. Le personnel fait un excellent travail en fermant les piscines de fête tôt pour faire sortir les ivrognes et les ramener dans leur chambre. Ils sont également rapides pour arrêter le tapage tard dans la nuit. Nous y retournerions  [... lire plus]volontiers. Sunwing a assuré un vol très confortable et le toast au champagne était un bonus que l'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs.

Great Resort Very clean resort, nice rooms food was ok a lot to choose from. Barbq by the pool was excellent. Great entertainment staff. Spent most of our time at infinity pool. Staff does an excellent job shutting down party pools early to get drunks out and back to room. They are also quick in stopping rowdiness late at night. Would go back again. Sunwing very comfortable flight and champagne toast was a bonus you don't get anywhere else.
