Les chambres sont spectaculaires Le hêtre est rocheux et très petit La nourriture n'était pas aussi bonne que nous l'attendions steak house le t-bone steak était trop mince et beaucoup de graisse Le restaurant italien spigetty était une petite portion et pas de goût pour les boulettes de viande. La piscine et le bar étaient agréables L'ensemble du complexe est trop grand et il y a trop de marche à faire

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Tout simplement parfait !

nous avons adoré ce centre de villégiature ! Le terrain est impeccable et les chambres sont confortables et modernes. Chaque chambre dispose d'un bain à remous sur le balcon et nous avons adoré le fait que toutes les chambres de ce complexe aient une vue sur l'océan. La nourriture était fantastique ! Le service était rapide et le personnel était si attentionné, heureux et gentil. Nous avons essayé les 4 restaurants de spécialités. Notre préféré était le French fusion (nous y sommes allés deux f [... lire plus]ois) mais ils étaient tous délicieux. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient généralement de la musique live et certains soirs, la piste de danse était pleine tellement c'était bon. Certains soirs, il y avait des groupes des années 70, 80 et 90... difficile de rester assis et de ne pas danser. La plage est magnifique. Le sable blanc et doux et le personnel de la plage la garde exempte d'algues qui s'échouent pendant la nuit. Ces gars ont travaillé très dur tôt tous les matins. Les filles qui apportent les boissons sur la plage travaillent dur elles aussi. Elles passent régulièrement pour vous servir. Nous avons nagé avec des tortues et vu de nombreuses variétés de poissons lorsque nous avons fait de la plongée avec masque et tuba dans l'eau, tout près de l'hôtel. L'ambiance générale de ce complexe est reposante et apaisante. Nous l'avons adoré et l'avons déjà recommandé à de nombreux amis et membres de notre famille depuis notre retour. Merci à l'Akumal Bay beach and wellness resort pour ces 10 jours de vacances fabuleuses !

Simply perfect! we loved this resort! The grounds are kept pristine and the rooms are comfortable and modern. Every room has a hot tub on the balcony and we loved that all the rooms in this resort have an ocean view. The food was fantastic! The service was fast and the staff were so thoughtful,happy and kind. We tried all 4 of the specialty restaurants. Our favorite was French fusion ( we went twice) but they were all delicious. The nightly entertainment was usually live music and some nights the dance floor was full because it was so good. Some nights was 70's 80's and 90's bands...hard to stay in your seat and not dance. The beach is amazing. White soft sand and the beach staff keep it free of seaweed that washes up overnight. Those guys worked really hard early every morning. The girls who bring drinks on the beach work hard too. They are regularly coming by to serve you. We swam with turtles and saw so many varieties of fish as we snorkelled in the water very close to the hotel. The overall feel of this resort is restful and calming. We loved it and have recommended it to many of our friends and family already since we returned home. Thank you Akumal Bay beach and wellness resort for a fabulous 10 day vacation!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: fabuleux centre de villégiature

Le terrain était magnifique et bien entretenu. La chambre était superbe, même si la salle de bains était petite et ne comportait qu'un seul lavabo. Le service était exemplaire. Restaurants excellents. j'ai été très déçu par les vacances d'air canada. nos sièges d'avion étaient dans des rangées différentes sur le chemin de toronto. pas d'instructions pour savoir où trouver la navette vers l'hôtel. j'ai attendu une heure avant qu'une navette n'arrive. j'ai dû appeler air canada pour réserver d [... lire plus]es sièges alors que nous étions à toronto pour la nuit. pas d'informations à cancun pour savoir où prendre l'autobus pour aller à l'hôtel. j'ai passé de nombreuses vacances avec westjet et transat où tout était pris en charge du départ à l'arrivée et au retour. je ne recommanderais pas cette compagnie.

fabulous resort Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Room was great although the bathroom was small with only one sink. Service was exemplary. Restaurants excellent. was very disappointed with air canada vacations. our plane seats were in different rows on the way to toronto. no instructions as to where to find the shuttle to hotel. waited an hour before a shuttle came. had to call air canada to book seats back while we were in toronto overnight. no info at cancun where to catch bus to hotel. have been on many vacations with westjet and transat where everything was taken care of from the departure to arrival and back. would not recommend this company.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: VOUS NE MANQUEREZ DE RIEN !

Nous voyageons au Mexique depuis plus de 20 ans et n'avons jamais séjourné deux fois dans un même complexe. L'année dernière, nous avons séjourné dans un établissement très haut de gamme situé juste à côté de ce complexe et nous pensions que nous ne trouverions pas mieux, mais l'Iberostar Grand Paraiso nous a fait changer d'avis. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été pris en charge au-delà de nos espérances. Le personnel est fantastique, de l'équipe de terrain aux responsables de la réception, vo [... lire plus]tre confort et votre plaisir sont vraiment une question très importante pour eux. La nourriture du buffet est irréelle, vous n'avez pas besoin de manger dans les restaurants. Queues de langoustes, steaks, crabes et tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer sont disponibles tous les jours au buffet. Ce complexe hôtelier nous a fait repenser à notre habitude de ne jamais séjourner deux fois dans un même complexe hôtelier, nous y retournerions sans hésiter. ce ne sont pas les vacances les moins chères que nous ayons jamais eues, mais vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir séjourné ici, alors faites-vous plaisir et passez des vacances que vous n'oublierez pas de sitôt. YOU WILL WANT FOR NOTHING!! We have been travelling to Mexico for over 20 years and have never stayed at any resort twice,last year we stayed at a very high end location just up the highway from this resort and had thought we would not find a better Resort, but the Iberostar Grand Paraiso has changed our minds. From the moment we arrived we were taking care of beyond our expectations, the staff is fantastic, from the grounds crew to the desk managers, your comfort and enjoyment is really a very important issue for them. The food at the buffet is unreal, you do not need to eat at the restaurants. Lobster tails, steaks crab and everything else you can imagine are available daily at the buffets. This resort has made us rethink our never stay at a resort twice thinking, we would go back here without a thought. it is not the cheapest vacation we have ever had, but you will not regret staying here, so treat yourself and have the vacation that you will not soon forget. Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Beautiful Resort

Le terrain, la plage et la piscine étaient fabuleux, surtout la piscine. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant japonais. Le service était excellent. La faune et la flore du complexe étaient vraiment intéressantes. Les paons et les perroquets étaient magnifiques.

The grounds, beach and pool were fabulous especially the pool. We enjoyed the Japanese resturant. The service was excellent. The wildlife on the resort were really interesting. The peacocks and parrots were beautiful.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Incroyable !!!!

Nous avons adoré chaque minute. Le personnel, l'hébergement, la nourriture, les piscines et l'océan. J'y suis allée avec ma fille de 2 ans et elle a adoré l'espace enfants. Tout était simplement incroyable. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe à tout le monde. 😊

Incredible!!!! We loved every minute of it. The staff, the accomadations, the food, the pools, and the ocean. I went with my 2 yr old daughter and she just loved the kids area as well.Just everything was simply amazing. I would most definetly recommend this resort to anyone. 😊

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach Hotel / Endroit étonnant /

Nous avons eu une grande expérience la première fois dans cet hôtel et nous avons eu un temps incroyable, le personnel était gentil et amical, la nourriture était excellente et nous y retournerons à tout moment nous avons visité plusieurs hôtels à Mayan, mais celui-ci était le meilleur de tous de tous les autres.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Beautiful Resort

C'était un excellent centre de villégiature. Je n'ai aucune raison de me plaindre. Le service était exceptionnel, la nourriture excellente, la plus belle piscine de toutes les stations que j'ai visitées, très propre (ils frottent et lavent même les trottoirs), les chambres étaient superbes et la plage magnifique. Il y a aussi beaucoup de paons pour égayer votre journée. Que demander de plus ?

This was a great resort. I can't think of anything to complain about. The service was exceptional, the food great, the nicest pool of any resort I have visited, very clean ( they even scrub and wash the sidewalks). the rooms were great and a beautiful beach. Also lots of peacocks to brighten your day. What else could you ask for?

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Un voyage extraordinaire dans son ensemble.

Cet endroit était immense, je n'ai pas tout vu, il faudra revenir. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et traite son lieu de travail comme s'il s'agissait du sien. La nourriture est excellente, il n'y a pas de pénurie. Propreté jamais de désordre nulle part les zones publiques propres. Un peu de route depuis l'aéroport mais visite gratuite.

Amazing all round trip. This spot was huge haven't seen it all so will just have to return. Staff friendly helpful treat there work place as there own. Food great no shortage of anything. Clean never mess anywhere public areas clean. Bit of drive from airport but free tour.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Le luxe dans toute sa splendeur !!!!

C'était la première fois que nous allions au Mexique et nous avons adoré tout ce qui concerne le Royalton Cancun Riviera all inclusive resort. De l'impressionnant hall d'entrée à l'incroyable service fourni, nous reviendrions en un clin d'œil. Les restaurants étaient incroyables. Le personnel était très amical et serviable et le café/glacier était un plaisir pour nous pendant les journées chaudes ! Les multiples piscines et les jeux pour enfants étaient très pratiques. Les plages étaient propres [... lire plus] et bien entretenues. Tout le monde avait l'air heureux et satisfait, ce qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour !!!!

Luxury at its finest!!!! It was our first time in Mexico and we loved everything about Royalton Cancun Riviera all inclusive resort. From the impressive lobby to the amazing service provided we would return in a heartbeat. The restaurants were incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cafe/ice cream parlour was a great treat for us on the hot days! The multiple pools and kids play were so convenient. The beaches were clean and well kept. Everyone there seemed happy and content which made for a pleasant trip!!!!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Une surprise très agréable !

Le Barcelo Maya Beach Resort est un endroit fabuleux. De nombreuses piscines, bars, restaurants et sentiers à explorer. Notre petit-fils de 2 ans s'est éclaté dans les piscines pour enfants. Le personnel est très serviable. Le terrain est bien entretenu. Les chambres sont superbes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une excellente expérience et nous prévoyons de revenir à l'avenir.

A very pleasant surprise! The Barcelo Maya Beach Resort is a fabulous place. Many pools, bars, restaurants, and paths to explore. Our 2 year old grandson just had a ball in the children's pools. The staff was very helpful. The grounds are well groomed. The rooms were great. Overall a great experience and we are planning a return in the future.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Voyage parfait

C'est notre 4ème fois au Bahia Sian Ka'an. Heureux de voir Carlos (barman), Rigo et Simone (personnel d'animation à la piscine). Piscines : nous préférons la piscine d'activités et avons apprécié les journées que nous y avons passées. Nourriture : il y a tellement d'options pour manger. Nous n'avons jamais eu faim et nous avons aimé tout ce que nous avons mangé. Chambre : moderne, propre et réfrigérateur réapprovisionné tous les jours. Nous avons passé quelques jours à Akumal resort  [... lire plus]et au bord de l'océan. C'est également un très beau complexe. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Nous vous remercions !

Perfect Trip This is our 4th time at Bahia Sian Ka'an. Happy to see Carlos (bartender), Rigo and Simone (activity staff at pool). Pools: we prefer the activity pool and enjoyed the days we spent there. Food: so many options to eat. We were never hungry and loved everything we had. Room: modern, clean and fridge restocked everyday. We spent a couple days at Akumal resort and by the ocean. This is also a beautiful resort. We will be retuning soon. Thank you!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Détente de luxe !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique au Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an ! Le complexe, la nourriture et le service étaient incroyables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les divertissements et la tranquillité d'être un peu à l'écart du reste du complexe, tout en profitant de toutes les commodités. Nous serions ravis de revenir à tout moment !

Luxury relaxation! We enjoyed a fantastic time at Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an! The resort, food and service were amazing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and the peace and quiet being a bit removed from the rest of the complex, while still enjoying all the amenities. We would love to come back anytime!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: De superbes vacances

Nous venons de rentrer de notre premier voyage au Mexique. Le Grand Pallidium Kantenah a été un excellent moyen de passer notre première semaine au Mexique. Nous avons séjourné dans une Junior Suite et avons été très surpris par la taille de la chambre. La chambre était toujours nettoyée et le réfrigérateur était réapprovisionné tous les jours Le personnel était toujours aimable et prêt à nous aider. C'est un très grand complexe hôtelier et il faut beaucoup marcher, mais cela n'a pas été un pr [... lire plus]oblème pour nous. La nourriture était incroyable. Le meilleur buffet que j'aie jamais vu dans un complexe hôtelier. Il y a toujours beaucoup de nourriture, il n'y a jamais de rupture de stock et les plats sont toujours propres et appétissants. Les piscines sont toujours propres et il y a toujours beaucoup de chaises disponibles. Chaise très confortable. Honnêtement, je n'ai qu'une seule plainte à formuler. Chaque matin nous sommes allés pour le petit déjeuner, le serveur / la serveuse a apporté du café et chaque matin ils ont dû aller chercher des cuillères parce qu'ils ont mis les tables avec des couteaux et des fourchettes seulement. La direction, si vous lisez ceci, épargnez à votre personnel toute cette course à la recherche de cuillères afin qu'ils puissent mieux servir leurs tables, et mettez des cuillères sur toutes les tables. Cela semble être une chose mineure mais c'est fou quand tous les matins vous devez demander une cuillère pour votre café. Nous avons adoré chaque minute de nos vacances et nous prévoyons de revenir l'année prochaine. Je recommande vivement ce complexe. L Bennett Woodstock

Great vacation We just returned from our first trip in Mexico. The Grand Pallidium Kantenah was a great way to spend our first week in Mexico. We stayed in a Junior Suite and were quite surprised with the size of the room. Room was always cleaned and fridge was restocked every day Staff were always friendly ready to help with anything. This is a very big resort and there is a lot of walking but for us that was not a problem. The food was amazing. The best buffet I've ever been to on a resort. Always lots of food never running out and and always clean and appetizing looking dishes. Pools always clean and always lots of chairs available. Very comfortable chair. Honestly there is only one complaint I can think of. Every morning we went for breakfast the waiter/waitress brought coffee and every morning they then had to go looking for spoons cause they set the tables with knifes and forks only. Management if you read this please save your staff all that running around looking for spoons so they can better serve their tables,and put the spoons on every table. This seems like a minor thing but it's crazy when every morning you need to ask for a soon for your coffee. Loved every minutes of our vacation and are planning a return next year. Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Superbe station balnéaire malgré l'étroitesse de la plage

Situation - L'hôtel est suffisamment proche de l'aéroport pour que les taxis coûtent environ 30 dollars américains par trajet. Nourriture - Les restaurants étaient tous très bons, en particulier le surf and turf special au French Rest. Piscines - Le resort était très rempli la première semaine de décembre et les chaises longues au bord de la piscine étaient difficiles à obtenir si vous ne vous leviez pas tôt du côté "famille". Le côté préféré dispose d'une piscine réservée aux adultes où le [... lire plus]s chaises longues étaient beaucoup plus faciles à obtenir. Personnel - Tout le personnel était amical et courtois et appréciait sincèrement les pourboires. Chambres - Elles étaient spacieuses et très propres (vue sur l'océan - côté non privilégié). Les lits étaient très confortables. Les amis avaient une chambre préférée avec jacuzzi sur le balcon. Cette chambre était très grande, avec des équipements plus agréables et également très propre. Conseil de réservation - Réservez une chambre préférentielle lorsque vous réservez vos vacances en ligne, car c'est seulement quelques dollars de plus qu'une chambre non préférentielle. Si vous attendez le comptoir d'enregistrement de la station pour passer à la catégorie préférentielle... c'est environ 400 $ de plus pour la semaine et c'est trop cher. S'il y a beaucoup de monde, vous voudrez avoir accès à la piscine préférentielle et les chambres sont très belles. J'ai remarqué lors de la réservation que certaines chambres préférentielles étaient en fait moins chères que les chambres non préférentielles sur Trip Central. J'aurais aimé réserver une chambre préférentielle à ce moment-là. Les divertissements étaient aussi bons qu'au Mayan. Dans mon esprit, il s'agit d'un complexe quatre et demi à cinq étoiles, mais la plage étroite a nui à la qualité des promenades qui auraient pu rendre mes vacances beaucoup plus agréables. Ils travaillent dur pour enlever les algues nauséabondes chaque jour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de plage pour le volley-ball de plage et d'autres activités ... mais ils ont joué au volley-ball sur le toit sur un court de tennis. On m'a dit que les récentes tempêtes avaient rendu la plage plus étroite qu'elle ne l'était auparavant.

Great resort despite narrow beach Location - Its close enough to the airport for taxi cost about $30 US one way. Food - Restaurants were all very good, especially the surf and turf special at the french rest. Pools - The resort was very full in the first week of december and pool side lounge chairs were hard to get if you weren't up early on the 'family side". The preferred side has an adults only pool where lounge chairs were much easier to get. Staff - All staff were friendly and courteous and genuinely appreciative when tipped. Rooms - were spacious and very clean (oceanview - non-preferred side) . The beds were very comfortable. Friends had a preferred room with balcony jacuzzi. This room was very large, with nicer ammenities and also very clean. Booking tip - Book preferred when you book your vacation on line when its only a few bucks more than non preferred. If you wait until at the resort check-in desk to upgrade to preferred... its around $400 more for the week and too expensive. If crowded, you'll want access to the preferred pool and the rooms are very nice. I noticed when booking that some preferred rooms were actually cheaper than non-preferred on trip central. Wish I had booked preferred then. The entertainmnet was was as good as it gets in the Mayan. In my mind, this is a four and half to five star resort but the narrow beach took away from the quality of walks that could have made my holiday much more enjoybale. They work hard to remove the smelly seaweed every day. Too Bad there isn't enough beach for beach volleyball and other activities ... but they played volleyball on the roof on a tennis court. I was told that recent stormy weather caused the beach to become narrower than it once was.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beaucoup de bonnes choses

Nous apprécions toujours la nourriture dans ce centre de villégiature. Les sushis étaient excellents, tout comme la sélection mexicaine. Les salades étaient fraîches et variées, et nous avons adoré les énormes crevettes et le saumon fumé. Le service au buffet était rapide et amical. Nous ne sommes pas allés dans les restaurants à la carte lors de ce voyage, car nous avons beaucoup apprécié le buffet. Les chambres étaient propres et, dans notre quartier, très calmes. Les animations en soiré [... lire plus]e étaient parfois excellentes, d'autres fois sans intérêt pour nous. Les trois ténors qui ont chanté un soir étaient remarquables. Visitez la piscine à débordement de la plage d'Akumal. Nous nous y sommes baignés le soir et avons observé un éclair spectaculaire dans un nuage lointain. Pour nous, le seul inconvénient de ce complexe est le bruit de l'air conditionné dans le bar du hall, qui rendait difficile une conversation tranquille. Nous sommes particulièrement sensibles à ce genre de bruit, ainsi qu'à la musique bruyante. Lorsque cela commence, nous passons à autre chose. Enfin, un autre avantage : vous ne serez pas importuné par des gens qui essaient de vous vendre une multipropriété. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour bien manger et boire, danser, se promener, nager, se détendre.

Many good things We always enjoy the food at this resort. The sushi was excellent, as was the Mexican selection. The salads were fresh and varied, and we loved the huge prawns and smoked salmon. The service in the buffet was fast and friendly. We didn't go to any of the a la carte restaurants on this trip, as we were enjoying the buffet so much. The rooms were clean and, in our area, very quiet. The evening entertainment was sometimes excellent, other times not of interest to us. The three tenors who sang one evening were outstanding. Make a visit to the infinity pool at the Akumal beach. We had an evening swim there and watched a spectacular lightning storm in a distant cloud. For us, the only down side to this resort was the noise of the air conditioner in the lobby bar, which made it difficult to have a quiet conversation. We are particularly sensitive to this kind of noise, as well as to loud thumping music. When this starts, we move on. Finally, another plus: You won't be bothered by people trying to sell you a time-share. Overall, this is a good place to eat and drink well, dance, walk, swim, relax.

ALTHOUGH THE MODERN AND SPOTLESS ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, IT OVERLOOKED A HEAVILY FORESTED AND SWAMPY AREA . THE BALCONY WAS NOT ABLE TO BE ENJOYED DUE TO A PUNGENT ODOR RISING FROM THE SWAMP. MORNING COFFEE ON THE BALCONY WAS VERY MUCH OUT OF THE QUESTION. WE SUGGEST THAT EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS A DELUXE ROOM, BOOK AND PAY EXTRA FOR THE UPGRADED BEACH VIEW. AGAIN, THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED WITH MODERN AND IMPECCABLE TOUCHES. VERY COMFORTABLE. A REQUEST WAS MADE FOR A MOVE TO A DIFFERENT ROOM, BUT INFORMED THAT THAT WAS INDEED THE DELUXE VIEW. L'hôtel était au top de sa forme. La nourriture, le service et la propreté. C'est notre deuxième année d'affilée et l'hôtel nous a toujours impressionnés. On ne peut pas se tromper. Le personnel est au top. Il est serviable et amical.

Great Times The resort was on top of everything. Food ,service and cleanliness. It's our second year back to back and the resort still has impressed us. Can't go wrong. The staff are on top of it all. There helpful and friendly.

Notre famille (de 6 à 60 ans) passe la dernière semaine de novembre à Paraiso Lindo depuis 2012. Cette année encore, nous avons passé un moment fantastique. La nourriture était encore meilleure que les années précédentes. J'ai fait du yoga sur la plage tous les matins et c'était divin. Nos petits enfants ont apprécié le club pour enfants et notre grand enfant était à l'aise pour participer aux activités plus adultes (c'est-à-dire le basket-ball et le volley-ball dans la piscine).

We LOVE Paraiso Lindo Our family (ages 6-60) has been spending the last week of November at Paraiso Lindo since 2012. We had a fantastic time again this year. The food was even better than previous years. I did yoga on the beach every morning and it was heavenly. Our small kids enjoyed the kids club and our big kid was comfortable taking part in the more adult activities (ie. pool basketball and volleyball).
