Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Un centre de villégiature décent sans beaucoup d'avantages

C'était un bon complexe propre mais il manquait de l'eau en bouteille dans la chambre, un réfrigérateur ou le WiFi partout dans le complexe. Attitude médiocre du personnel. La plage, la piscine et les restaurants étaient excellents. Pour le prix, cela vaut vraiment la peine, mais n'en attendez pas trop.

Decent resort without many perks It was a good clean resort that was missing bottled water in the room, a fridge or WiFi anywhere on the resort. Mediocre staff attitude. Beach, pool and restaurants were excellent. For the money definitely worth it, just don't expect too much.

Park Royal Beach Huatulco: Grand voyage

Nous avons séjourné au Park Royal pendant deux semaines en février et avons apprécié chaque minute de nos vacances. Le temps était chaud et ensoleillé tous les jours. Il y a toujours un drapeau rouge sur la plage (alors que les autres hôtels n'en ont pas), mais nous avons nagé dans l'océan presque tous les jours. Il est plus facile d'entrer dans l'eau un peu plus loin sur la plage. Les deux piscines étaient belles et propres et nous n'avons jamais eu de difficulté à trouver des chaises avec de  [... lire plus]l'ombre. La nourriture était bonne au buffet (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner), mais nous avons souvent mangé au restaurant à la carte parce qu'il y faisait si bon. Les plats principaux du dîner étaient médiocres, ce qui était décevant car le service et l'atmosphère étaient fantastiques. Partout dans l'hôtel, le service était de premier ordre ! Nous n'avons jamais séjourné dans un hôtel, où que ce soit dans le monde, qui soit aussi propre ! L'endroit est impeccable. Le personnel est assidu et sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Great Trip We stayed at the Park Royal for two weeks in February and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The weather was hot and sunny everyday. They always have a red flag at the beach, (although the other hotels don’t) but we swam in the ocean almost everyday. It is easier to get in the water a little further down the beach. Both pools were nice and clean and we never had difficulty finding chairs with shade. The food was good at the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner), but we often ate at the a la carte restaurant because it was so nice there. The main courses at dinner there were poor, which was disappointing because the service and atmosphere were fantastic. The service everywhere at the hotel was top notch! We have never stayed at any hotel, anywhere in the world that was this clean! The place is spotless. The staff are hardworking and friendly. We will definitely return.

TRS Coral: TRS Coral

Ma femme et moi étions invités au nouveau TRS Coral à Cancun, au Mexique, à partir du 25 mars 2019. Nous étions en lune de miel et c'était incroyable ! La chambre, le service et nos majordomes Angel et Chris étaient les meilleurs.

My wife and I were guests at the new TRS Coral in Cancun, Mexico starting March 25th,2019. We were on our Honeymoon and it was amazing! The room, service and our Butler's Angel and Chris were the best.

Nous espérons revenir au Paradis.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Un lieu de villégiature absolument magnifique !

Cet hôtel a été magnifiquement conçu. Chaque espace a été bien pensé pour le rendre extraordinaire ! La plage était si belle, le sable blanc et la plongée avec masque et tuba avec les tortues ! Le service était excellent et la nourriture délicieuse. Je recommande vivement de visiter cet hôtel et j'y retournerai volontiers.

Absolutely Beautiful Resort! This hotel was beautifully designed. Each space was well thought out to make it amazing ! From the marble floors to the water features everywhere you walked.Beach was so pretty , white sand and snorkeling with turtles ! Service was great, food was delicious. I highly recommend visiting here .I would go back again.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Iberostar

Avantages : Magnifique terrain, chambre propre, personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La piscine avait toujours des chaises disponibles. Les divertissements étaient bons. Inconvénients : Comme beaucoup d'autres hôtels "tout compris", la nourriture était au mieux médiocre. Il y avait des options pour les végétariens/végétaliens, mais lorsque le concierge m'a assuré que les restaurants "à la carte" avaient des "options", il voulait dire que tous avaient le "bar à salade" typique. Croy [... lire plus]ez-moi, les végétariens et végétaliens se lassent vite du "bar à salades". Les boissons mélangées étaient des mélanges déjà préparés avec de l'alcool, ce qui est fait pour des raisons de rapidité et de commodité (je comprends cela). Les prix des excursions organisées par les voyagistes étaient excessifs. Connaissant le prix de l'essence, le coût de la nourriture et des salaires... une excursion de 200 USD pour une personne m'a semblé un peu exorbitante. Je retournerai au Mexique pour explorer d'autres régions.

Pros: Beautiful grounds, room was clean, staff were welcoming and always willing to help. Pool area always had available chairs. Entertainment was good. Cons: Like many other "all inclusive" hotels the food was mediocre at best. There were options for vegetarians/vegans however when the concierge assured me that the "a la carte" restaurant had "options" she essentially meant that all of them had the typical "salad bar". Trust me when I say that vegetarians/vegans get tired pretty quick of the "salad bar". Mixed drinks were pre-made blends mixed with alcohol which is done for speed and convenience (I understand that). Tour company for excursions were over priced. With the knowledge of the price of gas, the cost of food and of wages...a 200 USD excursion for one person seemed a bit exorbitant. Will be returning to Mexico again to explore other areas.

Binniguenda Huatulco: Superbe petite station !!!

Je recommanderais - bien que le club de plage de l'autre côté de la rue ait besoin d'une mise à jour, la nourriture proposée au club de plage est très basique, mais il y a tellement d'options pour essayer la nourriture locale au bord de la plage que cela n'a pas eu d'importance pour nous. Le parc de l'hôtel est charmant, tout comme le personnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner était bon. Les clients étaient à 90% mexicains - aucun problème - des gens merveilleux - nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Le seul vrai reproche est le surclassement proposé par l'hôtel. A mon avis, cela ne vaut pas l'argent pour ce qui est offert. Mais tout le reste était mieux que prévu !

Great little resort!!! The resort is well situated. Would recommend- although the beach club across the street could use an update, the food that is offered at the beach club is very basic however there is so many options to try local food by the beach so it did not matter to us. The hotel grounds are lovely as well as the staff- Food for breakfast and dinner buffet was good. We did the French A La Carte (1 per week) it was OK- not great. The guests were 90% Mexican- no issues-wonderful people- will definitely go back. The only real complaint is the upgrade being offered at the hotel. In my opinion not worth the money for what is being offered. But everything else was better than expected!

Such a lovely Resort The Grand Sunset Princess is a beautiful, clean, hospitable resort. The beaches were clean with lots of comfy seating and entertainment. I wish the main eating facilities were a bit closer to the center of the resort but the walk was pleasant from our room to the lobby The food was delicious and plentiful The service was fast and friendly We would love to stay with this resort again some day it is 100 out of 100 for us

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire, magnifique à tous points de vue !

Le complexe Sandos Playacar était incroyable à tous points de vue ! Nous avons adoré les plages et les piscines magnifiques ! Les zones pour adultes étaient supérieures et le personnel était si amical et professionnel. Les restaurants étaient également incroyables et chaque repas était délicieux ! Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre. Nous avons adoré et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Amazing resort, beautiful in every way! Sandos Playacar resort was amazing in every way!! We loved the gorgeous beaches and pools! The adult areas were superior and the staff were so friendly and professional. The restaurants were amazing too and every meal was so delicious! Not one complaint here. We loved it and cannot wait to go back!!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Bon rapport qualité/prix

La nourriture était juste moyenne, mais le terrain était magnifique, les chambres étaient propres (mais plus anciennes), le personnel était amical et professionnel et l'emplacement était génial. Les divertissements étaient vraiment bons et très amusants. Je reviendrais certainement ici.

Good value Food was just average, but grounds were beautiful, rooms were clean (but older), staff was friendly and professional and location was great. The entertainment was really good and lots of fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradisus Cancun: Une station qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire

Nous commencerons par les points positifs... la vue était magnifique, les chambres étaient propres et le personnel était aimable et serviable. Les inconvénients... par où commencer... les boissons étaient arrosées, il fallait se lever à 6 heures du matin pour obtenir une chaise longue, ce qui n'était pas garanti car le personnel ou d'autres clients prenaient la chaise longue si vous la laissiez sans surveillance pendant un certain temps. Le buffet était épouvantable. Mon mari et moi souffrons e [... lire plus]ncore de diarrhée et de troubles gastriques. Souvent, la viande n'était pas complètement cuite. Un jour, au déjeuner, il n'y avait plus de nourriture au buffet, seulement de la glace dans les plateaux. Il y avait un stand de gelato qui n'a jamais été ouvert. Notre chambre se trouvait juste au-dessus de l'Avenue Bar et du Red Lounge. Ce n'est pas un bon endroit pour une chambre. La musique sonnait comme si elle était dans notre chambre. Nous ne pouvions donc pas nous endormir jusqu'à ce que la musique s'arrête. Les restaurants à la carte étaient corrects, rien de spécial. Le resort était trop grand avec trop d'enfants que nous avons vu mettre leurs mains dans la nourriture. Nous ne retournerons plus jamais dans ce complexe.

Not an amazing resort First we will start with the pros... our view was amazing, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Cons... were do we begin...drinks were watered down, had to get up at 6:00 am to get a lounger which was no guarantee as either the staff or other guests would take the lounger if you left it unattended for any length of time. The buffet was terrible. My husband and I are still suffering from diarrhea and gastric upset. Many times the meat was not completely cooked. One day at lunch the Buffett ran out of food.. only ice in the trays. There was a gelato stand that was never opened. Our room was right above the Avenue Bar and Red Lounge. Bad place for a room. The music sounded like it was in our room. So we unable to get to sleep until the music stopped. The a la carte restaurants were ok nothing special. The resort was too large with too many kids that we watched stick their hands in the food. We will never go back again to this resort again.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Les vacances les plus extraordinaires

Nous avons adoré ce complexe. La plage, la nourriture, le personnel, les piscines, les chambres, etc. Nous avons surtout adoré notre majordome Gustavo. Quel homme agréable et serviable. même chose l'année prochaine ! !! D'ailleurs, le "Diamond Club" est le seul moyen d'y aller !!!

The most amazing vacation We loved this resort. The beach, the food, the staff, the pools, the rooms, on & on & on. Mostly we loved our butler Gustavo. What a pleasant & helpfull man. “Same time next year”!!! By the way the “Diamond Club” is the only way to go!!!

Allegro Playacar: Un endroit idéal pour se détendre !

Belle station balnéaire, propre et tranquille. La plage est magnifique. Beaucoup de bonne nourriture. Ambiance agréable. Si vous recherchez des vacances relaxantes, c'est l'endroit idéal. L'hôtel est également bien situé et permet de faire des excursions d'une journée pour voir les ruines de Tulum et de Coba.

A great place to relax! Beautiful, clean, quiet, resort. Beach is lovely. Lots of good food. Lovely atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place. Also has a good location that is within easy distance to do day trip to see ruins at Tulum and Coba.

Grand Sunset Princess: Un lieu de villégiature agréable - Pas de plaintes !

Dans l'ensemble, c'était un lieu de séjour très agréable. Deux complexes en un - le Sunset et le Riviera - qui se font face. Les gens se promènent de l'un à l'autre en utilisant les piscines, les plages et les restaurants. La nourriture au buffet est bonne - assez variée chaque jour pour trouver quelque chose d'appétissant et de rassasiant. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Les bars font rarement la queue et je n'ai pas remarqué de différence entre eux. Les piscines sont agréables et  [... lire plus]atteignent une température chaude en milieu d'après-midi. Il ne s'agit pas de piscines traditionnelles (pas de longueurs), mais plutôt de cours d'eau qui serpentent dans tout le complexe. Il y a également de petites pataugeoires pour les plus petits. Il n'y avait pas d'insectes lorsque j'étais là. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages - dommage que certains visiteurs ne puissent pas lire les panneaux et les nourrir. Ma chambre était très bien, elle avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin et était nettoyée tous les jours. Il y avait des divertissements nocturnes - spectacle à 20h30 dans le théâtre et musique live vers 21h30.

Nice Resort - No Complaints! Overall this was a very nice place to stay. Two resorts in one - the Sunset and the Riviera - facing each other. People wander from one to the other using pools, beach areas, and eating establishments. The food at the buffet is good - enough variety on a daily basis to find something appetizing and filling. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bars rarely had lineups and I did not notice a difference between them. The pools are nice and get to a warm temperature by mid-afternoon. They are not traditional pools (no laps) but rather meandering waterways throughout the resort. There are small wading pools as well for the little ones. No bugs when I was there. Lots of wildlife - too bad some visitors cannot read the signs and feed them. My room was great, had everything I needed and was cleaned every day. Had nightly entertainment - show at 8:30 in theatre and live music around 9:30.

Paradisus Cancun: Superbe voyage - Très belle station balnéaire

Ce voyage était des vacances en famille, qui étaient nécessaires et attendues depuis longtemps. Lorsque vous réservez des vacances, vous espérez et priez pour qu'elles ressemblent à toutes les photos que vous avez regardées pendant des semaines, et le Paradisus Cancun était certainement tout cela et plus encore ! Les magnifiques jardins intérieurs vous donnent l'impression d'être plus vivants et plus frais que jamais. L'accueil était formidable ! Les concierges de la piscine, Micheal et Vi [... lire plus]ctor, ont été très serviables et ont rendu notre expérience 10 sur 10. (merci encore les gars). La serveuse Laura était elle aussi à la hauteur, toujours souriante et enthousiaste, la vie ne pouvait pas être plus belle ! Nous avions aussi le "Family Concierge Package", les majordomes nous aidaient pour les excursions et les dîners, ce qui était très utile. Nous avons reçu des friandises dans notre chambre tous les soirs (pour les adultes et les enfants), ce qui a été un vrai plaisir. Je recommanderais ce service également. Nous avons commandé le service de chambre tous les matins pour le petit-déjeuner, afin de pouvoir profiter de la magnifique vue sur l'océan (cela valait bien le prix) et il était toujours délicieux (chaud) et à l'heure ! Notre expérience aurait été de 12 sur 10, MAIS je suis désolé de dire que l'expérience de la nourriture autre que notre petit déjeuner du matin et les collations du midi au bord de la piscine était terrible. La nourriture des restaurants de l'hôtel n'était pas très satisfaisante, mais le service était bon. Nous avons essayé plusieurs restaurants et tous nous ont laissé un mauvais goût. Pour finir sur une bonne note, notre agent de réservation chez Tripcentral a été très serviable et il a été facile de travailler avec lui, je tiens donc à remercier Nicole Deforest pour toute son aide. merci !

Great Trip - Beautiful Resort This trip was a family vacation, which was long overdue and needed. When you book a vacation you hope and pray that it looks the same as all the pictures you have been looking at for weeks before hand, and the Paradisus Cancun certainly was all that and more!!! The beautiful indoor gardens made you feel beyond alive and fresh. The welcoming was terrific! The pool concierge's Micheal and Victor were very helpful and made our experience 10 out of 10. (thank you guys again). The server Laura was right up there as well, always a smile and a bevy, life could not get any better!! We also had the "Family Concierge Package" the Butlers helped with excursions and dinner, which was quite helpful. We had goodies in our room every evening (for the Adult's and Children) this was a treat for sure. Would recomend this service as well. We ordered room service every morning for Breakfast, so we could capture the beautiful ocean view (well worth the price) and it was all ways delish (hot) and on time! Our experience would of been 12 out of 10, BUT I'm sorry to say the food experience other than our morning breaky and lunch snacks by the pool was terrible. The restaurant food in the resort was quite unsatisfactory, but the service was good. We tried several restaurant's and all of them left a bad taste with us. To end on a good note our booking agent with tripcentral was very helpful and easy to work with, so I want to thank Nicole Deforest for all her help. thank you!!

Grand Sunset Princess: Un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Le complexe se trouve à moins d'une heure de l'aéroport. Il est méticuleusement entretenu. Le service est excellent. Les files d'attente sont très courtes dans les bars et les restaurants. Nous avons adoré le fait que la promenade menant à la plage soit bordée d'animaux sauvages qui chantent dans les arbres, y compris des singes.

Excellent Bang for the Buck The resort is less than an hour from the airport. It's meticulously maintained. Service is great. Very short line ups at the bars and restaurants. We loved how the boardwalk to the beach typically had wild life singing in the trees including monkeys.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Un endroit magnifique !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda. La première chambre qu'ils nous ont attribuée était horrible. Il n'y avait qu'un seul lit alors que nous avions réservé pour deux lits. La chambre était remplie de moustiques et sentait la moisissure. Nous sommes arrivés tard et avons dû rester dans cette chambre pendant une nuit jusqu'à ce qu'ils puissent nous changer de chambre le lendemain. Cette nuit-là, le climatiseur a fui sur le sol toute la nuit et nous nous sommes réveillés d [... lire plus]ans une chambre inondée. Ce n'était pas une bonne première impression. Le lendemain, nous avons été transférés dans le bâtiment 5, et nous n'avons plus eu de problèmes. Notre chambre était bien et nous étions satisfaits de l'emplacement. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances et nous envisagerions de retourner à cet endroit. La nourriture était excellente au buffet principal et au buffet près de la piscine. Certains des restaurants à la carte n'étaient pas les meilleurs, mais cela n'avait pas vraiment d'importance.

Beautiful spot! We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda. The first room they put us in was terrible. There was only one bed despite the fact that we booked for two beds. The room was filled with mosquitoes and smelled very moldy. We arrived late and had to stay in this room for one night until they could switch us the next day. That night the air conditioner leaked onto the floor all night and we woke up to a flooded room. It wasn't an awesome first impression. The next day we got moved to building 5, and we had no more problems. Our room was good, and we were happy with the location. We genuinely enjoyed our vacation and would consider going back to this spot again. The food was great in the main buffet, and in the buffet down by the pool. Some of the a la carte restaurants weren't the best, but it didn't really matter.

Grand Oasis Riviera: Grand Oasis Tulum

L'hôtel était propre. Belle région, mais la plage avait beaucoup d'algues. Comme ce complexe est un complexe familial, ce n'était pas le meilleur pour 3 femmes célibataires voyageant ensemble. On annonce de la danse tous les soirs... à 23 heures, désolé, mais personne ne dansait. Le buffet a fermé deux soirs pendant la semaine, ce qui a provoqué de longues files d'attente pour le dîner dans les trois restaurants. Le personnel était très accommodant à toutes les demandes. Je ne recommande cet hôt [... lire plus]el qu'aux familles.

Hotel was clean. Beautiful area, but beach had alot of algae. Since this resort is a family resort, it was not the best for 3 single ladies travelling together. It announces dancing every night...at 11 pm sorry but no one there dancing. Buffet closed 2 nights during the week, so it caused long line ups for supper for the 3 restaurants. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone but families.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Très bonne expérience

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une très bonne expérience dans ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture du buffet principal était bonne, sans être excellente. Les restaurants spécialisés dans lesquels nous avons mangé étaient très bons. Bien que ce complexe n'ait pas de plage, vous pouvez accéder à la plage des autres complexes grâce à des navettes gratuites qui circulent presque continuellement entre les trois complexes. Les piscines sont grandes et propres. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les divertis [... lire plus]sements organisés avant les spectacles principaux. Nous n'avons assisté qu'au seul spectacle principal (Michael Jackson) et c'était correct. Le meilleur aspect de ce complexe est le personnel. Tout le monde était très amical et semblait toujours heureux.

Very good experience Overall, we had a very good experience at this resort. The food in the main buffet was good, without being great. The speciality restaurants we ate in were very good. Although this resort does not have a beach, you get access to the beach at the other resorts in the complex via free shuttles than run almost continuously between the 3 resorts. The pools are large and clean. We liked a lot of the entertainment that was put on before the main shows. We only attended the one main show (Michael Jackson) and it was okay. The best aspect of this resort is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and always seemed to ne happy.

C'est le meilleur centre de villégiature où nous ayons jamais séjourné. Nous prenons généralement des vacances une fois par an, mais c'est seulement la deuxième fois que nous amenons nos enfants (8&4yo) Nous nous sommes tous éclatés, cela a dépassé toutes vos attentes. Les piscines étaient parfaites et il y avait beaucoup de zones à choisir. Les aires de jeux pour enfants étaient parfaites. La station était très fréquentée, mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place pour la journée. La plage étai [... lire plus]t également magnifique et le sable était doux. Nous n'avons réservé aucune des cartes à la carte (bien que nos amis l'aient fait et se soient vantés de leur qualité), mais nous nous en sommes tenus aux buffets et nous sommes très satisfaits de la variété et de la qualité. Nous avons beaucoup marché, ce qui nous a permis de travailler sur nos gros repas. Comme si l'essentiel d'un séjour tout compris ne suffisait pas, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la quantité d'extras proposés par le complexe. Les enfants ont adoré le bowling et la salle d'arcade. Nous avons observé les dauphins et les enfants se sont fait tatouer au henné. Nous prévoyons de refaire le voyage avec toute notre famille élargie dans les prochaines années. C'était excellent à tous points de vue.

The best vacation spot ever!! This was the best resort we have ever stayed at. We typically vacation once a year, but it’s only our second time bringing our kids (8&4yo) We all had a blast, it exceeded all of your expectations. The pools were perfect and there were a lot of areas to choose from. The kids splashpads were perfect. The resort was busy, but we always found a spot for the day. The beach was beautiful as well and the sand was soft. We didn’t book any of the a la cartes, (although our friends did and bragged about how good they were) but we stuck to the buffets and we’re very happy with the variety and quality. There was a lot of walking so we definitely worked our big meals off. As if the basics of an all inclusive weren’t enough, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of extras around the resort. The kids loved the bowling ally and the arcade. We watched the dolphins and the kids got henna tattoos. We are planning on making the trip again with our entire extended family within the next few years. It was top notch in every single way.
