Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Station balnéaire agréable, personnel formidable

Nous avons séjourné au BP Grand Jamaica pendant 14 jours à la fin du mois de février dans le bâtiment 21 avec une chambre Oceanview au 5ème étage. Nous fêtions notre 50ème anniversaire et ils ont mis une bannière sur notre porte, nous ont offert une bouteille de champagne et des chocolats. La chambre était superbe, avec un grand lit et un excellent service de ménage. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était amical et serviable. Les serveurs des restaurants à la carte étaient compétents e [... lire plus]t professionnels. Un coup de chapeau à Zenroy au Don Pablo et à Andrew au Picasso, qui ont assuré un excellent service. Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient incroyables - nous avons adoré les soirées mousse, l'aqua fit, les jeux et les défis - bravo à Dericia pour ses pas de danse énergiques. Le restaurant buffet Orquidea était décevant, sombre et très bruyant comme une cafétéria - nous avons toujours pris nos repas sur le pont pour avoir un peu de solitude. Nous avons mangé à l'adorable Round Island pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner : malheureusement, il n'était pas ouvert pour le dîner - cependant, il est ouvert de 23h00 à 5h00 du matin pour les fêtards de fin de soirée. Le spectacle de Bob Marley était bon, mais il aurait dû comporter plus de ses succès.

Nice resort, great staff We were at the BP Grand Jamaica for 14 days at the end of February in building 21 with an Oceanview room on the 5th floor. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and they put a banner on our door, gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates.The room was great, with a king bed and excellent housekeeping. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The wait staff at the à la carte restaurants were knowledgeable and professional. A shout out to Zenroy at Don Pablo and Andrew at Picasso.- great service. The poolside entertainment was amazing - loved the foam parties, aqua fit, games and challenges - shout out to Dericia for his energetic dance moves. The Orquidea buffet restaurant was disappointing, dark and very noisy like a cafeteria - we always took our food to the deck area for some solitude. We ate at the lovely Round Island for breakfast and lunch: unfortunately it was not open for dinner - however it is open from 11:00pm to 5:00am for late night party goers. The Bob Marley show was good but should have had more of his hits.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était très propre, la nourriture était bonne et le service était excellent ! Nous avons été accueillis à bras ouverts et avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour - Roberto et Armando s'en sont assurés. Le personnel du bar était excellent, très amical et attentif. Nous n'avons jamais eu à attendre longtemps pour un service. Le golf est un must et le massage maya était le meilleur !

Wonderful resort The hotel was very clean, food was good, and service was excellent! We were greeted with open arms and all the information needed to have a great stay - Roberto and Armando made sure of that. The bar staff were excellent and very friendly and attentive. We never had to wait long for any service. The golf is a must and the Mayan massage was the best!!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce centre de villégiature. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Nous avons adoré les restaurants Ambar et Esmeralda. La plage était magnifique et il y avait beaucoup de chaises pour tout le monde. Nous avons adoré les bars, en particulier le Limbo bar. Merci à tout le personnel qui nous a offert un excellent service, en particulier les serveurs du bar Limbo. Nous attendons avec impatience nos prochaines vacances dans ce complexe. Elle a toujours répondu à nos questions dans les meilleurs délais. Wonderful vacation We had a great vacation at this resort. The resort offered something for everyone. We loved the restaurants as Ambar and Esmeralda. Beach was beautiful and lots of chairs available for everyone. Loved the bars especially Limbo bar. Thank you to all the staff that provided such great service especially the bar tenders at Limbo. Looking forward to our next vacation at this resort. Also want to thank our travel advisor Louise Endean. She is wonderful and provided us with excellent service. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Fabulous Resort

Nous avons été très satisfaits de tous les aspects de ce que le complexe avait à offrir. La nourriture, la chambre, le personnel, les services et les divertissements étaient fabuleux. Nous avons rencontré des gens merveilleux et il y avait tant à faire. La plage était très propre et bien entretenue.

We were very happy with all aspects of what the resort had to offer. Food, room, staff, services and entertainment were fabulous. We met wonderful people and there was so much to do. The beach area was very clean and well kept.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Le centre de villégiature était génial !

Le terrain était impeccable et bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient vraiment propres et bien équipées. La piscine était propre et magnifique le soir. Grande animation à la piscine du côté du luxe dans l'après-midi ! Il était possible de trouver des chaises dans l'après-midi. La plage du côté Grand était meilleure pour la baignade et seulement à quelques minutes de marche. Il faut arriver tôt pour avoir de l'ombre et de bonnes places. Le côté luxe est mieux pour la paix/le calme/l'absen [... lire plus]ce d'enfants, mais nous sommes allés à la plage Grand side tous les jours. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et la nourriture est excellente. Réservez le restaurant italien pour le coucher du soleil (magnifique). Si vous avez l'application Bahia, enregistrez-vous tôt et réservez vos plats à la carte quelques jours avant votre départ. Les bars étaient super, le service était rapide et ils ont fait beaucoup de boissons différentes (piscine, hall et plage). Le personnel était si amical et serviable. Les quelques problèmes mineurs que nous avons eus ont été réglés par le personnel assez rapidement. Nous n'avons pas fait beaucoup de divertissement en soirée, trop fatigués la plupart du temps et nous nous sommes couchés tôt.

Resort Was Awesome! Grounds were imaculate and well kept. Rooms really clean and well stocked. The pool was clean and looked beatiful at night. Great pool entertainment on Luxury side in the afternoon! Able to find chairs in the afternoon. Grand side beach was better for swimming and only short walk away. Must be there early to get shade and good seats. Luxury side better for peace/quiet/no kids but we went to Grand side beach daily. Lots of restaurants and great food. Book the Italian restaurant around sunset (beautiful). If you have the Bahia app, check in early and book your A La Carte's a few days before you go. Bars were great, service was fast and they made lots of different drinks (Pool, lobby and beach). Staff were so friendly and helpful. The few minor issues we had were fixed by staff pretty quickly. We didn't do much on the evening entertainment, too tired most nights and in bed early.

On nous a menti encore et encore. Je n'ai jamais été aussi mal traité. La chambre de nos amis fuyait du plafond. Personne n'a voulu nous aider. Nous avons payé des excursions pour lesquelles on nous a menti. We were lied too over and over again. Never ever have I been treated so bad. Our friends room was leaking from their ceiling. Nobody would help us. We paid for excursions that we were lied to about. We waited 3.5 hours to check in and the manager refused to get us water !! They just don't care at all !

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Un lieu de villégiature magnifique ! Meilleure nourriture !

Je n'ai rien à redire sur ce centre de villégiature ! La nourriture était absolument phénoménale Le terrain, la chambre, la piscine et la plage étaient magnifiques et propres. On n'avait pas l'impression d'être dans un centre de villégiature surpeuplé. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute !

Gorgeous resort! Best food! I have zero complaints about this resort! The food was absolutely phenomenal The grounds, room, pool and beach were so beautiful and clean. It didn’t feel like a crowded resort. Will definitely go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: C'était un très beau centre de villégiature

Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était propre et bien entretenu. Le front de mer est magnifique mais l'eau est trouble. Il faut utiliser les piscines. Les insectes sont pulvérisés tous les jours. (Ils devraient le faire la nuit.

It was a very nice resort Overall the resort was clean and well maintained The ocean front is beautiful but the water is murky You have to use the pools.Insect spraying happens daily. (Not nice) They should do this at night.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Bon centre de villégiature

Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était agréable. Il était très grand, ce qui donnait beaucoup d'options pour le dîner. L'inconvénient est que la plage était un peu loin, mais ils ont offert le transport aller-retour. La propreté de la chambre et du terrain était excellente. Les chaises longues de la piscine et de la plage n'étaient pas très confortables et étaient trop basses. Le matelas était également inconfortable. La chambre elle-même était très belle et spacieuse. En ce qui concerne la nourritu [... lire plus]re, les buffets étaient corrects. Les restaurants italiens ont besoin d'une amélioration de la qualité. Le steak house brésilien était le meilleur restaurant, suivi du péruvien et du japonais. Je recommanderais ce complexe à quelqu'un qui cherche un grand endroit avec beaucoup d'options.

Good resort The resort overall was nice. It was very big, so that gave you many options for dinner. The draw back is beach was a little far but they did offer transportation back and forth. The cleanliness of the room and grounds was great. A few issues were that the loungers at the pool and beach were not very comfortable and were too low. Also the mattress was uncomfortable. The room itself was very nice and spacious.As for the food, the buffets were decent. The Italian restaurants need an upgrade in quality. The Brazilian steak house was there best restaurant , followed by Peruvian and Japanese.I would recommend this resort for someone who is looking for a big place with lots of options.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Très bonne station

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois dans ce complexe et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Cette année, nous y sommes allés plus tard que d'habitude et, en raison de la période, il y avait beaucoup de jeunes en raison de la semaine de vacances des étudiants américains. Nous aimons la variété des restaurants Ala carte. Les Dominicains sont des gens très gentils et heureux, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.

Very good resort We have been to this resort many times and we were not disappointed. This year we went later than usual and because of the timing there were a lot of young people due to US student break week. We like the Ala carte restaurant variety. The Dominican people are very gentle and happy people which makes it so enjoyable.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Notre deuxième voyage au luxueux Bahia Principe. Ce centre de villégiature est extraordinaire. Les terrains sont bien entretenus, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel est formidable et très amical. Le seul inconvénient était l'avion d'Air Transat. Ce n'était pas un avion normal mais un avion "Smartwing". L'un des pires avions que nous ayons eu l'occasion de prendre. J'ai toujours aimé voyager en Jamaïque et j'ai hâte d'y retourner l'année pr [... lire plus]ochaine !

Amazing Resort!! Our second trip to the Luxury Bahia Principe. This resort is amazing. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are spacious and clean. The food top notch. The staff amazing and so friendly. Only downfall was the plane that Air Transat had. Was not a normal plane but a "Smartwing" plane. One of the worst planes we have ever been on. Always love travelling to Jamaica and cant wait to go back again next year!

Ce complexe est incroyable. Il est très grand et comprend de nombreux hôtels. Le personnel semble avoir une bonne maîtrise de la gestion, malgré la taille de l'établissement. La nourriture était assez bonne. Il y a eu des hauts et des bas, mais la plupart du temps, c'était très satisfaisant. Le café pourrait être amélioré. J'adore mon café le matin et tout au long de la journée. Peut-être ajouter le décaféiné comme option. Dans l'ensemble, c'est très relaxant. Great Resort This resort is incredible. Very big with many hotels. The staff seem to have a good grasp on running things, despite its size. The food was pretty good. There were ups and downs, but for the most part very satisfying. They could improve on the coffee. I love my coffee in the am and throughout the day. Maybe add decaf as an option. All and all, very relaxing. Super friendly staff and very interactive.

La chambre Aquamarine était datée et avait besoin d'être rénovée. Pas de prises dédiées pour les chargeurs de téléphone, etc., en fait il fallait débrancher les lumières pour recharger son téléphone. Pas de bouchon dans l'évier. La fourniture de serviettes et de gants de toilette était sporadique. La poignée de l'évier était presque cassée et la douche était mal fixée. La porte de la chambre n'était pas bien scellée car on pouvait clairement voir la lumière briller autour du cadre de la porte. L [... lire plus]e réfrigérateur de la chambre n'était pas toujours réapprovisionné. Absence d'une bonne climatisation dans le hall. Pas facile de se rafraîchir après une journée au soleil. Les tables du hall n'étaient pas nettoyées et étaient toujours collantes. Très difficile de trouver des chaises à la piscine et à la plage. Le bar des sports ne pouvait pas diffuser les matchs de la LNH sur ses téléviseurs. La nourriture était bonne, les restaurants à la carte étaient bons et pas bondés, mais il était difficile d'obtenir des réservations à l'heure souhaitée. Les bars étaient également en rupture de stock et ne semblaient pas s'en préoccuper. Dans l'ensemble, l'Aquamarine n'est pas un complexe 5 étoiles et il ne le sera pas tant que les chambres n'auront pas été rénovées.

Not So Good Aquamarine room was dated and in need of a refurbishing. No dedicated outlets for phone chargers etc, in fact you had to unplug lights just to charge your phone. No stopper in sink. Towel and face cloth supply was sporadic. Handle on sink was almost broken and shower set up was loose. Room door was not sealed properly as you could clearly see the light shining around the door frame. In room fridge was not always replenished. Lack of good air conditioning in our lobby. Not easy to cool down after a day in the sun. Lobby tables were not cleaned and were always sticky. Very difficult to find chairs at pool and beach. Sports Bar could not get NHL games on their TVs. Food was good, a la carte restaurants were good and not packed, but it was difficult to get reservations at the time you wanted. The bars also ran out of supplies and didn’t seem to care. No gin, no champagne, no Rose wine etc and the quality of of their alcohol was not up to standard.Overall the Aquamarine is not a 5 star resort and it won’t be until they refurbish the rooms.

Le terrain est magnifique mais a besoin d'être entretenu. La chambre est agréable mais a besoin d'être entretenue mais elle est très confortable. La nourriture était bonne mais répétitive. Trop de moustiques, j'ai été piqué partout sur les pieds. Le service pourrait être amélioré au buffet

Grounds were beautiful but needs maintenance.Room was nice but needs maintenance but very comfortable. Food was good but repetitive. Too many,mosquitoes I got bitten all over my feet . Service could improve at the buffet

Carol s'est occupée de tout... elle s'est assurée que tout se passait bien... tous les documents disponibles étaient fantastiques... je réserverais avec elle encore et encore... merci d'avoir rendu mes vacances géniales. La nourriture était incroyable, l'endroit était si bien entretenu... et le personnel était formidable

Best vacation ever!!! Carol took care of everything…made sure it was a very smooth process….all document available it was fantastic…would book with her again and again…thanks for making my vacation awesome. The food was amazing, the whole place was so well kept…and the staff were amazing

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un cadre magnifique

Cet hôtel était mieux il y a 10 ans. 1 personne sur 15 peut-être parlait anglais. Pas assez de personnel, longues attentes pour le buffet, les boissons, les questions auxquelles il faut répondre, lorsqu'une plainte a été déposée RIEN n'a été fait à ce sujet, pas de wifi dans ma chambre, la veste de mon mari a été prise, la piscine et les plages étaient comme dans une boîte à sardines. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans ce complexe.

Beautiful surroundings This hotel was better 10 years ago. 1 out of maybe 15 staff spoke English. Not enough staff, long waits for buffet, drinks, questions to be answered, when a complaint was lodged NOTHING was done about it, no wifi in my room, husband's jacket was taken, pool and beaches was like being in a sardine can. Will never come back to this resort.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Superbe terrain et plage

L'hôtel était agréable, les restaurants excellents, la plage belle et propre, tout comme la piscine. Personnel sympathique. Cependant, notre chambre, bien que propre, était infestée de moustiques chaque soir et nous sommes rentrés à la maison avec des piqûres sur tout le visage, etc.

Great Grounds and Beach The hotel was nice, restaurants great food, beach nice and clean, as was pool. Friendly staff. However, our room, although clean, was infested with mosquitos every nite and we came home with bites all over our face, etc.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Belle station balnéaire

Ce complexe est très agréable. Il y a quelques petites choses à réparer, mais la plupart du temps, il est magnifique. Le personnel est formidable et toujours prêt à donner un coup de main. C'est un grand complexe et il faut beaucoup marcher. Heureusement qu'il y a des ascenseurs pour ne pas avoir à monter les escaliers.

Beautiful resort This resort is very nice. There is a few things that need repair, but mostly it is beautiful. The staff is great and always willing to lend a hand. It is a big resort and there is a lot of walking. Thank goodness there are elevators so that you don't always have to climb the stairs.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Vacances amusantes

L'hôtel était très propre. Les employés de l'hôtel s'efforçaient de maintenir tout en ordre et en fraîcheur. Le service de ménage était excellent. Le personnel d'animation était formidable. Marily était très sympathique. La nourriture était excellente, en particulier la soirée Galla. Les Ali-carts étaient également très bons, en particulier le service.

Fun Holiday The hotel was very clean. The grounds people were working at keeping everything fresh and tidy. Housekeeping was great. The entertainment staff was great. Marily was fun to talk with. Really enjoyed the silent disco.The food was great. especially Galla Night. The Ali-carts were also very good, especially the service.
