Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Magnifique complexe hôtelier / Personnel merveilleux

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous n'avons rien à redire. La nourriture était excellente comme d'habitude et il y avait une telle variété de choix. Le terrain est propre et bien entretenu. Tout le monde est amical et prêt à aider. Les animateurs sont incroyables, on ne s'ennuie jamais ! Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Beautiful Resort/ Wonderful Staff This is our second time at this resort and we have no complaints. The food was excellent as usual and such a variety to choose from. The grounds are clean and so well maintained. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The entertainers are amazing, never a dull moment.! We are looking forward to returning.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Terrible ! Ne gaspillez pas votre argent

Le centre de villégiature a réservé des clients alors qu'il était en construction. Il a fermé la plage, les piscines et les restaurants alors qu'il continuait à accueillir de nouveaux clients. Le personnel était visiblement bouleversé lorsqu'on lui a annoncé qu'il était sur le point de perdre son emploi. Des cafards ont été trouvés dans la chambre. Terrible! Don't waste your money The resort booked guests in while they were under construction. They closed the beach, pools, restaurants while they had kept bringing in more guests. The staff were visibly upset as they were told that they're about to lose their jobs. Found cockroaches in the room. Changed rooms and there were still cockroaches. Once construction started on the beach there was a disgusting odor. Don't waste your money.

Je reviens tout juste du majestic elegance que j'ai quitté en juin, j'y suis resté 10 jours et je suis revenu en août pour deux semaines, je viens d'arriver et j'ai mon billet pour revenir en octobre. C'est dire à quel point j'aime ce resort et je tiens à remercier mon majordome Rafael et Henry. Vous avez dépassé toutes les attentes, ce qui a rendu mon séjour tellement plus facile. Je veux remercier tous les travailleurs, les divertissements, le chocolat GiGi, vous avez rendu ma journée à la pis [... lire plus]cine tellement amusante avec vos danses et vos chants, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre au bord de la piscine, vous êtes uniques en un million. La nourriture est allée au-delà du service que j'ai reçu, c'était au-delà de ce que j'avais imaginé. Les tables étaient décorées pour moi quand j'allais manger, des fleurs sur mon lit, le service de chambre était toujours à l'heure, je ne peux pas en dire assez sur ce centre de villégiature. C'est ma famille maintenant, je vous reverrai dans quelques semaines. Tout mon amour du Canada est envoyé à ma famille au Majestic elegance.

Best resort Just returned from the majestic elegance just left there in June was there for 10 days returned again in August for two weeks just arrived and I have my ticket to return again in October. This is how much I love this resort I wanna tank my Butler Rafael and Henry. You guys went above and beyond any expectations that that made my stay so much easier I wanna tank all the workers, the entertainment stuff, GiGi chocolate you guys made my day at the pool so much fun with your dancing you’re singing just making of me me so relaxed by the pool you guys are one in 1 million. The food went above and beyond the service that I’ve received it was beyond what I ever imagine tables being decorated for me when I went to eat flowers on my bed room service was always on time I cannot say enough about this resort. It’s my family now I will see you guys again in a few weeks all my love from Canada being sent to my family at Majestic elegance.

Mon séjour au Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort a été tout simplement extraordinaire et a vraiment dépassé mes attentes à tous points de vue. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été impressionnée par la propreté et l'entretien de l'ensemble du complexe. Les terrains, les bâtiments et les chambres étaient impeccables - pas de déchets nulle part - et tout avait l'air moderne, frais et à jour. J'ai également été agréablement surprise de n'avoir rencontré aucun problème de moustiques pendant mon séjour.  [... lire plus] Les vues sur l'ensemble du complexe sont magnifiques et l'atmosphère est à la fois relaxante et dynamique. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse : fraîche, savoureuse et magnifiquement préparée. Il y avait plusieurs options de restauration, et chaque repas que j'ai pris était impressionnant. Les boissons étaient tout aussi fantastiques, avec une grande variété et une excellente qualité. Le personnel du Serenade a vraiment rendu l'expérience encore plus spéciale. Toutes les personnes que j'ai rencontrées étaient amicales, respectueuses, gentilles et incroyablement serviables. Grâce à leur hospitalité authentique, je me suis sentie la bienvenue et bien entourée à tout moment. Les divertissements étaient animés et amusants, ce qui a ajouté un niveau de plaisir supplémentaire à l'ensemble de l'expérience. Que vous souhaitiez participer ou simplement regarder, il se passait toujours quelque chose de divertissant. Bien qu'il y ait eu pas mal d'algues sur la plage, j'ai été très impressionné par la diligence avec laquelle le personnel a travaillé chaque jour pour la nettoyer. Leurs efforts constants ont fait une grande différence et ont permis à la plage de rester aussi agréable que possible. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience au Serenade Punta Cana a été parfaite (10/10). Je recommanderais absolument ce complexe à toute personne à la recherche d'une escapade relaxante, amusante et de grande qualité. J'ai déjà hâte de revenir !

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire resort was. The grounds, buildings, and rooms were spotless—no garbage anywhere—and everything looked modern, fresh, and up to date. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn’t experience any mosquito issues during my stay. The views throughout the resort are stunning, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. There were multiple dining options, and every meal I had was impressive. The drinks were equally fantastic, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The staff at Serenade truly made the experience even more special. Everyone I encountered was friendly, respectful, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome and well cared for at all times. Ma réservation initiale était pour un prix assez décent mais quand je suis arrivé sur place, on m'a proposé un surclassement dans une chambre plus récente que j'ai d'abord refusé, mais quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre assignée, j'ai vu pourquoi on m'avait dit de me surclasser. Je l'ai fait immédiatement et j'ai dû payer, ce qui était très décevant ! La chambre plus récente était bien meilleure que celle qui nous était proposée. Cependant, c'était aussi la norme pour ce que vous vous attendez [... lire plus] à obtenir lorsque vous réservez une chambre tout compris pour une semaine avec vos enfants ! Ou tout simplement en général. Ces autres chambres ne devraient même pas se trouver sur la propriété. C'est une honte absolue !

Costly upgrades My initial booking was for a fairly decent price but when I got on location I was being offered upgrades to a newer room which I initially declined, but when I got to assigned room I saw why I was being told to upgrade. I did so immediately and had to pay which was very disappointing! The newer room was way better compared to what we offered. However, it was also standard for what you expect to get when booking an all inclusive for 1 week with your children! Or just in general. Those other rooms shouldn’t even be on the property. They are an absolute disgrace!

The resort she recommended was impressive with the layout of resort and not over sized. The resort was amazing. The hospitality was great and the hotel was clean. Friendly staff and good food. Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort and Spa: Un lieu de villégiature charmant, mais qui présente quelques faiblesses

Le complexe est esthétiquement magnifique, si frais et moderne et visuellement très agréable. Les chambres, les piscines, la salle de sport, les restaurants, etc. sont magnifiques. La plage est assez ondulée et peu fréquentée, ce qui donne l'impression d'avoir la plage pour soi. D'un autre côté, il semble qu'en se dépêchant d'ouvrir le complexe au public, une certaine attention à la construction ait été portée au hasard. Par exemple, la garniture autour de la porte de la chambre s'est détach [... lire plus]ée et l'une des lampes de la salle de bains accumulait de l'eau. Le personnel est très agréable, mais un certain nombre d'employés des restaurants ne comprennent pas l'anglais, de sorte que le service n'était pas toujours à la hauteur. En général, la nourriture était bonne, certaines choses étant meilleures que d'autres. Il y a cependant une bonne variété de choix, ce qui est un avantage. Par ailleurs, de nombreux événements figurant dans le programme d'activités n'ont pas eu lieu du tout ou ont été organisés en retard. Cependant, les activités qui ont eu lieu étaient merveilleuses et gérées par une équipe de divertissement énergique et sympathique (bravo à Yailin). Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit formidable avec beaucoup de potentiel. Je mets les faiblesses sur le compte des " douleurs d'ouverture " d'un nouveau complexe.

Lovely resort with some wrinkles to be ironed out The resort is aesthetically beautiful, so fresh and modern and visually very pleasing. Lovely rooms, pools, gym, restaurants, etc. The beach is quite wavy, with few people, so it feels like you the beach to yourself. On the flipside, it seems that in rushing things to open the resort to the public, it looks like some attention to construction might have been done haphazardly. For example, the trim around the door room popped off, and one of one potlights in the bathroom was accumulating water. The staff are very pleasant, however, a number of the workers in the restaurants do not understand English, so service was not always up to par. In general, the food was good, some things better than others. There is a good variety though to choose from, which is a plus. As well, many of the events listed on their activities schedule did not take place at all and/or ran late. However, the activities that took place were wonderful, and were run by an energetic and friendly entertainment team (shoutout to Yailin). Overall, a great place with a lot of potential. I chalk up the weaknesses to the « opening pains » of a new resort.

Fernando pour notre enregistrement et Jesus pour nous avoir aidés à réserver notre sortie shopping à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, pour les pièces de monnaie dominicaines que vous nous avez données pour notre collection. Amazing Resort This hotel is second best to None! The moment you step foot on the lobby you are greeted with a warm Welcome Home and I felt that vibe of you’re a family member they had been waiting! Our first dinner at the buffet my daughter already bond with Keila and every single worker is warm and accommodating and wanted to do anything that would make your stay relaxing pleasant and memorable. Thanks to Tony, Darleny of See and Sea, Jorge , Juan , Jose Bierlin , Jesus, Pedro , Anna Milagro, Miriam, Elba( if I got right her name) Carlos of El Asadito and Flavours. Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai adoré le Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. L'environnement est très relaxant. Le personnel est formidable, gentil, serviable. La chambre est propre, la nourriture est excellente, les divertissements sont excellents. J'ai passé de très bons moments pendant mon séjour. C'est un endroit accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement à mes amis. Il n'y a eu qu'un seul incident. Cela n'a pas d'incidence sur mon sentiment général à l'égard de cet endroit. J'allais chercher des serviette [... lire plus]s pour aller à la plage, le personnel m'a demandé combien de serviettes, j'ai dit trois et le personnel a répété que TROIS SERVIETTES S'IL VOUS PLAÎT. J'ai été choquée et j'ai essayé de comprendre pourquoi il avait cette attitude parce que j'avais gentiment dit trois. Il cherche peut-être un pourboire mais j'ai donné le pourboire la veille à son collègue et je n'avais pas mon portefeuille sur moi et j'ai plus de 50 ans et le personnel était jeune. Il n'avait pas son badge, j'ai marché 20 mètres et j'ai décidé de revenir en arrière et de lui demander son nom. Je lui ai demandé son nom, il était avec son collègue à ce moment-là, il a sorti sa carte d'identité de sa poche et l'a montrée, son nom est ALEXANDER FRASER. Il y a beaucoup d'employés qui travaillent dur et cette personne a besoin d'une formation plus poussée en matière de service à la clientèle. Il est peut-être fatigué à ce moment-là, mais nous avons travaillé toute l'année et économisé de l'argent pour ces vacances et nous avons besoin de nous détendre et de prendre du bon temps. Dans l'ensemble, tout était parfait.

Great Resort I loved Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. Very relaxing environment. The staff is great, kind, helpful. The room is clean, food is great,entertainment is great. I had great time during my stay. It is welcoming place. I definitely recommend this place to my friends. There is only one incident happened. This doesn't effect overall my feeling to this place. I was getting towels to go beach, the staff asked my how many towels, I said three and the staff repeat that THREE TOWELS PLEASE. I shocked and try to understand him why he has attitude because I was kindly said three. He may looking for tip but I gave the tip a day before to his colleague and I didn't have my wallet with me and I am over 50 years old and the staff was young. He didn't have his badge and I walked 20 meters and decided to go back and ask his name. I asked his name, he was with his collegue at that time, he took his id from his pocked and showed it, his name is ALEXANDER FRASER. There are many employees working hard and this person need to get some more costumer service training. He may be tired at that moment but We worked all year and saved money for this vacation and need to relax and have good time also. Overall everything was great.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Le terrain est magnifique. Les enfants ont adoré le parc aquatique ! La piscine principale proposait diverses activités tout au long de la journée, ce qui était très amusant ! La plage était décevante à cause des algues. Je pense que la plage aurait été magnifique à une autre période de l'année. Les boissons étaient bonnes et il y avait plusieurs boissons différentes chaque jour. Il y a beaucoup d'options pour les dîners. Nous avons souvent pris le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner au buffet. Le buf [... lire plus]fet n'était pas très varié tout au long de la semaine, mais il était tout de même assez bon. Le bar à glaces était notre préféré. Mes enfants ont mangé entre 8 et 10 glaces par jour ! Le café était également très bon. Il y a beaucoup d'options intéressantes ! Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été merveilleuses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Je retournerai certainement dans un autre hôtel de rêve, mais pas en août.

Beautiful Resort! The grounds were beautiful. The kids loved the water park! The main pool had various activities throughout the day, which were fun! The beach was disappointing with the seaweed. I believe that the beach would have been gorgeous at a different time of year. The drinks were good and they had various different drinks of day. Lots of dining options for dinners. We often had Breakfast and lunch at the buffet. Not a tone of variety throughout the week at the buffet but still pretty good. The gelato bar is was our favourite. My kids had about 8-10 ice creams a day lol! The cafe was very good as well. Lots of great options in there! Overall, it was a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend this resort to families with young children. I will for sure go back to another dreams resort again just not in august.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Un centre de villégiature correct pour ce que nous avons payé

L'hôtel était propre, un peu délabré, quelques rénovations s'imposent. Le buffet était correct, les restaurants à la carte bien meilleurs. Des vendeurs pressants essayant de vendre des multipropriétés. Très frustrant ! Les membres du Diamond club sont favorisés par rapport à ceux qui ne le sont pas en ce qui concerne l'application pour réserver les restaurants. Karina a été très utile . Donnez-lui une augmentation. Plus de travail nécessaire pour nettoyer les algues sur la plage .

Fair resort for what we paid The hotel was clean , a bit run down, some renos required. Buffet was ok, a la carte restaurants much better . Pushy salespeople trying to sell timeshares . Very frustrating! Diamond club members favoured over non- diamond club regarding the app to book restaurants. Karina was very helpful . Give her a raise. More work required to clean seaweed on the beach .

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Un lifting et moins de harcèlements sont nécessaires

Terrain propre et agréable. Les piscines ont besoin de personnel pour nettoyer les tasses/la nourriture à l'intérieur. La plage a besoin d'être nettoyée. Terrible problème d'algues qui n'est pas traité tous les jours. Attention à certains membres du personnel du service clientèle. Yaqui - très mauvais harcèlement sur le service de vente en temps partagé. La seule personne que nous avons aimée et appréciée est Carina. Carina étonnante et attentionnée qui nous a aidé à réserver des restauran [... lire plus]ts. L'application qu'ils ont fournie ne nous a donné qu'un dîner à 21 heures. J'ai été dans plusieurs Royalton resorts et celui-ci a besoin d'une cure de jouvence. Tout, y compris le bâtiment, tombe en ruine. Ce Royalton spécifique favorise le Diamond Club et les autres sont traités différemment.

Needs facelift and less harassments Resort grounds clean/ nice. Pools need staff cleaning cups /food inside. Beach needs cleaning. Terrible seaweed issue not dealt with every day. Watch out for some guest services personnel. Yaqui - very bad harassment on time sharing selling service. The only person we loved and appreciated was Carina. Amazing and caring Carina who helped us book restaurants. The App they provided only gave us a 9 pm dinner time line. I have been to several Royalton resorts and this one needs a facelift. Everything including building falling apart. This specific Royalton favours Diamond Club and others are treated differently.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Excellent service de la part du personnel de l'hôtel, installations très propres tout autour de l'établissement, accueillant pour les familles et soucieux du détail, très bonnes options de restauration pour tout le monde et programme d'animation très intéressant tous les soirs. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très agréable.

El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Nice Resort

Le centre de villégiature lui-même était agréable. Le service n'était pas très bon. Les chambres n'étaient pas vraiment propres, nous avons dû demander à ce qu'elles soient nettoyées. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes fraîches, ce que nous avons également demandé. La nourriture n'était pas très bonne non plus. Nous n'avons pas été bien servis dans les restaurants, nous avons dû attendre notre nourriture pendant environ 2 heures. Même au buffet, nous n'avons pas eu d'attention de la part des serveu [... lire plus]rs.

The resort itself was nice. The service was not really great. The room were not really clean, we had to request to get it cleaned. No fresh towels, that was also requested. The food was also not that great. we got no proper service at the restaurants, we had to wait for our food like 2 hours. Even on buffet we did not get any attention from the servers.

Amazing resort Overall, our experience at Majestic Colonial was awesome. The food quality and service were excellent, and it’s worth highlighting how attentive and cordial the staff were. they were always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the fresh fish and fruits. One minor concern was with the housekeeping service. Although we requested our room to be cleaned before 11 a.m., it was usually done in the afternoon. My only recommendation for the resort would be to offer HALAL meat options for guests who are interested

Riu Palace Bavaro: Paradis

Cet endroit me manque déjà. Deux semaines de paradis. L'hôtel était très beau. Christian d'Elite était une personne extraordinaire. Il a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions très spéciaux. Un grand merci à Christian. La nourriture était très bonne, les chambres toujours propres. Il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire et deux semaines n'étaient pas suffisantes. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et certains endroits sentaient vraiment mauvais. A part cela, j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Paradise I miss this place already. Two weeks of paradise. Hotel was very beautiful. Christian from Elite was amazing person. He made us feel very special. Big thanks to Christian. Food was very good, room was always clean. There were a lot to do and two weeks was not enough. The beach did have a lot of seaweed and some areas did really smell bad. Beside that I cant wait to go back.

Ocean Blue est un excellent complexe hôtelier. Le terrain est très propre, la nourriture est délicieuse et il y a plusieurs options et variations de restaurants. Le service était excellent, en particulier notre femme de ménage, Odalisa, et les serveurs Rafael et le jeune Martin. La piscine et les divertissements sont excellents. J'ai passé un moment fabuleux et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Amazing Resort Ocean Blue is an excellent resort. The grounds are quite clean, the food is delicious with several restaurant option and variations. The service was great, especially our housekeeping lady, Odalisa and waitors Rafael and young Martin. The pool and entertainment great. I had a fabulous time and would definitely go back.
