Resonance Blu Varadero: un grand moment !!!

Ce centre de villégiature était génial, beaucoup de gens sympathiques y travaillent, et pour Cuba... l'hôtel était propre et bien rangé ! La nourriture était décente, nous aurions aimé avoir plus de plats à la carte, au lieu de 2. Il aurait fallu plus de variété dans les repas, puisqu'il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant buffet où manger.

great time!!! This resort was great!, Lots of nice people working there, and for Cuba...hotel was clean and tidy! Food was decent, wish we would have been able to have more a-la-cartes, instead of just 2. needed more variety in the meals, since there is only 1 buffet restaurant to eat at.

Muthu Playa Varadero: Superbe station, excellent prix

Notre séjour à la Playa De Oro a été formidable. La piscine était grande et divisée en sections, de sorte qu'il y avait beaucoup d'espace pour nager ou simplement flotter. J'ai remarqué que tout l'hôtel était très propre - ils l'entretiennent très bien, ce qui est agréable. Nous avons mangé dans 2 des 3 restaurants et la nourriture était bonne. Il y a 4 bars et deux d'entre eux proposent également de la nourriture. J'ai été surprise car tout le monde dit "on ne va pas à Cuba pour la nourriture", [... lire plus] mais dans ce cas, tout était très bon. La plage n'est qu'à 2 minutes de marche et c'est une grande plage avec beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols. Varadero possède l'une des plus belles plages et le tronçon de plage de Playa De Oro la met merveilleusement en valeur. Il y a également un restaurant et un bar sur la plage. Le barbecue au restaurant de la plage était excellent ! Un groupe cubain jouait à certains moments de la journée et de la soirée, il y a un spectacle le soir (des danseurs incroyables !), et il y a un club à l'hôtel appelé La Bomba pour danser plus tard dans la soirée. J'ai visité de nombreux hôtels à Cuba et je dois dire que cet hôtel vaut la peine d'être visité. Tout le monde était amical et serviable. Le prix était excellent et je vais certainement séjourner ici à nouveau.

Great resort, great price Our stay at la Playa De Oro was great. The pool was large and sectioned so there was plenty of room to swim or just float around. I noticed how clean the whole hotel was – they maintain it very well, which is nice. We ate at 2 of the 3 restaurants and the food was good. There’s 4 bars and a couple of them have food too. I was surprised because everyone says “you don’t go to Cuba for the food” – but in this case, everything was very good. The beach is only a 2 minute walk and it’s a large beach with lots of lounges and umbrellas. Varadero has one of the nicest beaches and the stretch of beach at Playa De Oro shows it off wonderfully. There’s also a restaurant and a bar at the beach. The barbeque at the beach restaurant was excellent! They had a Cuban band playing at times during the day and evening, there’s a show at night (incredible dancers!), and there’s a club at the hotel called La Bomba for dancing later in the evening. I’ve been to many different hotels in Cuba and I must say, this hotel is worth checking out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price was great and will definitely be staying here again.

Los Delfines: Nice Resort

Bel endroit mais animation beaucoup trop bruyante. La nourriture est vraiment mauvaise mais les boissons sont bonnes et le bar à café est incroyable. Le personnel est inégal, certains sont très gentils d'autres sont des d***. L'endroit est bien situé au centre ville et la plage est vraiment merveilleuse comme peut l'être Cuba.

Beautiful place but animation way to loud. Food is really bad but drinks are good and coffe bar is amazing. Staff is unequal, some are really nice other are such a d***. It's a good spot downtown and the beach is really wonderfull as cuba can be.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Tout autour de 5 étoiles

L'hôtel et le personnel sont merveilleux. J'ai séjourné à Cuba au moins 8 fois et cet endroit a de loin le meilleur service et la meilleure nourriture que j'ai jamais eus. Le prix en valait la peine. J'ai acheté ce voyage par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central et les taxes s'élevaient à 1039 $. Prix incroyable !!!!!

All around 5 Star The hotel and staff are wonderful. I have stayed in Cuba at least 8 times and by far this place had the best service and food I have ever had. Well worth the money. I purchased this trip through trip central and taxes in was $1039. Incredible price!!!!!

Memories Jibacoa: SOUVENIRS JIBACOA

C'EST LA DEUXIÈME FOIS QUE JE PASSE DES VACANCES DANS CE CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE. C'EST LE PARADIS. J'AIME LES CUBAINS ET LEUR HOSPITALITÉ. LA PLAGE EST MAGNIFIQUE. J'AI HÂTE D'Y RETOURNER. LA VIE EST SIMPLE : TRAVAILLER, ÉCONOMISER ET RETOURNER AUX SOUVENIRS DE JIBACOA !

MEMORIES JIBACOA THIS IS MY 2ND VACATION AT THIS RESORT. IT IS PARADISE. l LOVE THE CUBAN PEOPLE AND THEIR HOSPITALITY. THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK. LIFE IS SIMPLE: WORK, SAVE, AND GO BACK TO MEMORIES JIBACOA!

Muthu Playa Varadero: La station était correcte.

C'était notre deuxième séjour à l'hôtel. Nous avons demandé une chambre face à la piscine et ils nous ont donné une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Nous étions au troisième étage et nous avons à peine vu l'océan avec tous les arbres et les plantes qui couvraient la vue. Nous étions à proximité d'un ascenseur qui bipait toute la nuit et les chambres étaient très froides. Ils nous ont donné une petite bouteille de rhum gratuite parce que c'était notre deuxième séjour et un dîner de homard complément [... lire plus]aire qui était très frais et salé. Bien que nous ayons apprécié ces petits avantages, nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel n'était pas aussi bien cette fois-ci. La nourriture n'était pas aussi bonne, le bar de la piscine n'avait pas de variété de rhum et les hamburgers du snack-bar n'avaient pas du tout bon goût. Lorsque nous voulions être à la piscine, il n'y avait jamais assez de chaises de plage et à la plage, il n'y avait jamais assez d'ombre. Nous avons tout de même profité de notre séjour et nous sommes toujours allés au bar du hall d'entrée car c'était le seul à avoir du bon rhum et des barmans très sympathiques. Je pense que la prochaine fois nous essaierons un autre hôtel, à moins que je n'obtienne un très bon prix avec playa de oro.

Resort was okay. This was our second time at the hotel. We requested room facing the pool and they gave us a room with ocean view. We were on the third floor and barely saw the ocean with all the trees and plants covering the view. We were nexy to an elevator that beeped all night and the rooms were very cold. They gave us a small free rum bottle because this was our second time staying and a complementry lobster dinner that was very chard and salty. Although we appreciated these little perks we found that the hotel was not as great this time around. The food was not as good, the pool bar had no veriety for rum and the snack bar burgers did not taste good at all. When we wanted to be at the pool there were never enough beach chairs and at the beach there was never enough shade. We still made the best of our stay and always went to the bar at the lobby as this was the only one that had good rum and very nice bartenders. I think next time we will try another hotel, unless I get a very good price with playa de oro.

Grand Memories Varadero: Ma troisième fois à grand memories

En ce qui concerne les chambres, je leur donne quatre étoiles. Les piscines sont incroyables, il y a une piscine tranquille et une belle piscine active où toutes les activités ont lieu. Les deux sont très agréables à nager et très propres. Le personnel est très gentil, en particulier le personnel du club pour enfants et les représentants de Sunwing à Varadaro. A mon avis, une personne n'a pas été très gentille, mais cela n'a pas changé mon expérience. Les choses à améliorer le bar de la piscine  [... lire plus]n'avait pas de glace la plupart du temps, et il n'y avait plus de café au snack bar et à l'entrée. La plage n'est pas propre, trop étroite ! J'aurais aimé qu'ils nettoient mieux Si vous allez à Cuba, vous devez voir les divertissements nocturnes, les divertissements pour enfants étaient très étonnants pour les enfants et ils adorent participer aux divertissements pour adultes, certains soirs sont meilleurs que d'autres, mais dans l'ensemble, j'aimerais y retourner.

My 3rd time at grand memories In terms of rooms I give it four stars . Pools are in amazing there is a quite pool and and nice active pool were all activities . And they both are very nice to swim in and very clean . Overall of food has some flavor and there was food that you eat and find at any restaurant you go to. staff is very very kind and specially the kids club staff and the Sunwing reps in varadaro. To my relation one person was very not nice but that didn't reuin my experience. Things to be improved the bar at the quite pool had no ice most of the time, and run out of coffee at snack bar and the front entrance. The beach not clean too narrow ! Wished they cleaned better If you go to Cuba you must see The night entertainment the kids entertainment was very amazing for the children and they love to participate adults entertainment some nights are better than others but overall I love to go back again .

Club Tropical: L'expérience cubaine

L'expérience de la plage était stupéfiante ... ce petit complexe a un sentiment confortable et familial avec un accès à pied aux marchés, aux restaurants et à la vie nocturne. Il y a cependant de la place pour l'amélioration... même la meilleure de nos chambres (3 dans notre groupe) avait des problèmes d'entretien... siège de toilette cassé, rideaux de douche qui ne restent pas en place, et un climatiseur qui cognait et vous empêchait de dormir. La pire chambre avait de la moisissure noire dans  [... lire plus]la plupart des salles de bains et sur la moitié des murs et quand on a attiré l'attention du personnel, il n'a rien fait. Il n'y avait qu'une seule piscine à l'hôtel et la profondeur maximale était de 2 mètres, ce qui m'a un peu déçu. Heureusement, la plage a compensé ce manque. 5 Nous avons pris l'avion à 22 heures et devions donc quitter l'hôtel à 19 heures. Nos agents de réservation nous ont dit que même si nous devions quitter l'hôtel à midi, on nous donnerait une chambre de courtoisie pour que nous puissions prendre une douche avant de partir pour l'aéroport. Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a malheureusement dit que ce n'était pas le cas et qu'il n'y aurait pas d'endroit où nous pourrions prendre une douche, mais que si nous voulions quitter l'hôtel plus tard, ils nous feraient payer un supplément. Plus que tout, ce dernier point m'a laissé un sentiment de frustration et j'ai l'impression que les agents de réservation ont été trompeurs dans la façon dont ils ont présenté ce que nous achetions. Un dernier point : il serait utile que le personnel puisse mieux indiquer comment éviter les piqûres de puces de sable, car je suis rentrée chez moi avec des piqûres très douloureuses et enflées sur les deux jambes, du genou jusqu'en bas. J'ai utilisé un insectifuge avec du DEET mais cela n'a pas semblé dissuader cet insecte sournois, invisible mais très insistant.

Cuban experience The beach experience was stunning .. this small resort has a comfy homey feel with walking access to Markets, restaurants and night life. There is room for improvement however... even the best of our rooms (3 in our group) had maintenance issues... broken toilet seat, shower curtains that won't stay up, and air conditioner that banged and kept you up at night. The worst room had black mold theoughout most of the bathrooms and halfway up the walls and when brought to the staffs attention, they did nothing. There was only one pool at the hotel and the maximum depth was 4 feet so I was a bit dissappointed by this. Fortunately the beach made up for this. 5 We flew out at 10pm so needed to leave at 7pm from the hotel. We were told by our booking agents that even though we were to check out by 12 noon that we would be given a courtesy room so we could have a shower before leaving for the airport. The staff at the hotel unfortunately, so that was not the case and there would be no place for us to have a shower but if we wanted to have a late check-out they would charge us an additional charge. More than anything else this last item has left me feeling very frustrated and I feel that the booking agents were deceitful in how they portrayed what we were buying. One last item his it would be helpful if staff at some point could better Direct how to avoid sand flea bites as I came home with very painful swollen bites all over both legs from the knee down. I did use insect repellent with DEET but this did not seem to deter this sneaky, unseen but very insistent insect.

Brisas Del Caribe: grand centre de villégiature

le complexe était agréable mais trop grand pour le rendre personnel. La plupart du personnel était formidable, même si certains auraient pu être plus agréables, après tout, nous étions en vacances ! Nous n'avons pas payé pour qu'on nous aboie dessus ! !! La nourriture était bonne, la chambre agréable et la femme de chambre très plaisante.

large resort the resort was nice but too big to make it personal. Most of the staff were great, although a couple of them could have been more pleasant, after all, we were on vacation!! We did not pay to be barked at!! Food was good, room nice and maid was very pleasant.

Palma Real: Un centre de villégiature décent pour l'argent dépensé

Je pense que ce centre de villégiature correspondait parfaitement à ce que je recherchais. Je ne pars pas en vacances pour me faire dorloter comme une reine, je pars pour les vacances. La qualité était bonne par rapport à d'autres où j'ai séjourné à Cuba. La chambre était décente pour poser ma tête quand j'en avais besoin et le terrain 23 parfait. Pas trop grand mais juste assez.

Decent resort for our money spent I feel this resort was great for what I was looking for. I don't go on vacation to get pampered like a queen, I go for the vacation. Good was good compared to others I stayed at in Cuba. Room was decent to lay my head when need be and the grounds 23rd perfect. Not too large but jus enough.

Resonance Blu Varadero: Station médiocre

Pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais...très grand, 15 min à pied de la plage. Travailleurs impolis (attendaient un pourboire ou parfois n'offraient pas leur aide) Lorsque le service de ménage était effectué, les draps ou les serviettes n'étaient jamais échangés. La nourriture n'était pas impressionnante - je pense que j'ai perdu du poids dans un complexe tout compris Le personnel du bar de la piscine tranquille était extraordinaire, de loin le point fort de l'hôtel. Les jardins de l'hôtel ont be [... lire plus]soin d'être réaménagés, ils commencent à avoir l'air délabrés La plage était sale et de nombreux locaux payaient le personnel de l'hôtel pour pouvoir manœuvrer autour des cabines de plage et essayer de vendre des marchandises locales. 2 cartes à la carte pour un séjour de 7 nuits ont rendu le buffet très répétitif.

Mediocre Resort Not what I expected at all..very large, 15 min walk to the beach. Rude workers (expected a tip or sometimes wouldn't offer help) When maid service was carried out, sheets or towels were never exchanged. Food was not impressive - I think I lost weight on an all inclusive resort Bar staff at the quiet pool were amazing, by far the highlight of the resort. Hotel gardens need work, starting to look "run down" Beach was dirty, and had lots of locals paying off hotel staff so they can manoeuvre around the beach huts and try and sell local merchandise. 2 a la Cartes for a 7 night stay made the buffet very repetitive.

Punta Peninsula Varadero: Blau Marina Varadero

L'hôtel était bien, les chambres et le terrain étaient bien entretenus. Certaines chambres sont toutefois décrépites et pourraient nécessiter une mise à niveau - il a fallu demander un changement de chambre en conséquence. Le personnel était courtois, poli en général et réactif aux demandes

Resort was good, with rooms and grounds kept quite clean . Some of the room are quite decrepit though and may require upgrading - had to request change of room as a result. Staff was courteous, polite generally and responsive to request

Resonance Blu Varadero: Une expérience hôtelière étonnante

L'hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La barrière de la langue n'est pas un problème. Chaque jour était rempli d'activités dans le complexe. La vie sur la plage était géniale : volley-ball de plage, parachute ascensionnel, sommeil et bronzage. La piscine était géniale, avec un énorme toboggan. J'avais l'impression de n'avoir jamais quitté le Canada, tant il y avait de Canadiens au centre de villégiature. Le temps est clément.

Amazing Hotel Experience Hotel is very clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Language barrier is not a problem. Every day was packed with many activities at the resort. Beach life was great, beach volleyball, parasailing, sleeping and tanning. Pool side was awesome, with a huge tube slide. Felt like I never left Canada, so many Canadians at the resort. Weather is blessed.

Roc Barlovento: BELLE SITUATION ET NOURRITURE EXCELLENTE

AU BORD DE L'OCÉAN. PISCINES AMOUREUSES. LA VILLE EST FACILEMENT ACCESSIBLE À PIED POUR LES ACHATS, LES VISITES ET LES AUTRES RESTAURANTS. LA NOURRITURE ÉTAIT EXCELLENTE DANS LES RESTAURANTS MEXICAIN, MÉDITERRANÉEN ET SHUSI. IL Y AVAIT DES BARBECUES DANS LE PATIO EXTÉRIEUR À L'HEURE DU DÉJEUNER, AVEC DES VIANDES DÉLICIEUSES.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION & FOOD WAS GREAT RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. LOVELY POOLS. EASY WALK TO THE TOWN FOR SHOPPING, SIGHTSEEING & OTHER RESTAURANTS. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT IN THE MEXICAN, MEDITERRANEAN AND THE SHUSI RESTAURANTS. THERE WERE BBQ'S AT THE OUTSIDE PATIO EACH LUNCH HOUR WHICH HAD DELICIOUS MEATS.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

C'était un très bon hôtel, le personnel est fantastique, il se surpasse vraiment pour les clients. J'y suis allé pour un mariage avec un groupe de 27 personnes, j'ai passé une semaine formidable, je recommande et je reviendrai pour d'autres vacances.

Amazing resort Was a great hotel the staff are fantastic, truly go above and beyond for the guests. Went down for a wedding with a group of 27 had a great week, would recommend and would return for another vacation.

Gran Caribe Sun Beach: motos ????

les employés de la réception sont impolis, impolis, impolis !!! ils ne levaient même pas la tête lorsque nous voulions leur parler ! la nourriture et le service étaient à peine passables. si vous aimez les motards, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. en cuir et en couleurs sur leurs motos autour de la piscine et dans le hall d'entrée. nous avons également pu voir la maman motarde s'épiler les sourcils tout en sirotant son expresso dans le hall d'entrée !!! de mauvais goût de mauvais goût !!! plus j [... lire plus]amais ça !!!

motorcycles??? front desk people rude. rude,rude!!! would not even look up when we went to speak to them! the food and service were barely passable. if you like bikers,this is the place for you. in full leathers and colors on their bikes around the pool deck and in the lobby as well. we also got to watch the biker mama pluck her eyebrows while sitting sipping her espresso in the front lobby!!!tacky tacky!never again!!

Playa Caleta: des gens formidables

J'ai adoré notre séjour au bellvue palma real. Mes attentes n'étaient pas élevées, surtout dans un pays aussi pauvre, mais j'ai adoré ! Le Palma real était très bien situé et notre femme de chambre était merveilleuse. J'ai perdu quelques kilos, ce qui est génial ! La nourriture était correcte, mais j'y retournerais sans aucun doute. .

great people I loved our stay at the bellvue palma real. My expectations were not high especially going ro such a poor country.. but I loved it!!! The Palma real was a great location and our maid was wonderful. I did loose a few pounds there which was great!! Food was okay.. I would defiantly go back. .

Punta Peninsula Varadero: un plaisir pour la famille

personnel sympathique, l'établissement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Matelas durs comme des pierres. La nourriture est correcte. Difficile d'obtenir des serviettes de piscine, alors une fois qu'on les a, il faut les garder. Le service était excellent dans tous les bars. La plage était correcte.

fun for family friendly staff, resort could use a freshning up. Mattresses as hard as rocks. Food is ok. Hard to get pool towels so once you get them hold onto them. Bar service was great at all the bars. Beach was ok.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: très belle station

le terrain est bien, sauf les voies d'eau autour du complexe, qui auraient besoin d'une couche de peinture, ce qui les améliorerait beaucoup. Le service était bon et la plage la plus belle que j'aie jamais vue. Je ne peux pas me plaindre de la nourriture, comme certains le font, il y avait toujours quelque chose de bon à manger. Les majordomes sont une touche agréable.

very nice resort the grounds are good except the water ways around and about the resort, they could use a coat of paint, would improve them a lot. Service was good, and the best beach that I have ever seen. Can't complain about the food, as some do, there was always something good to eat. The butlers are a nice touch.

Muthu Playa Varadero: Hébergement dans un centre de villégiature épouvantable

Le complexe a accès à une belle plage, mais cela s'arrête là. Les chambres ne sont pas bonnes et la nourriture est épouvantable. J'ai trouvé des cheveux dans le plateau d'ananas et le personnel qui vous sert est impoli. Le personnel de la réception est le pire qui soit.

Terrible resort accomodations The resort has access to a beautiful beach but it ends there. The rooms are not good and the food is terrible. I found hair in the pineapple tray and the staff that serve you are rude. The front desk staff are the worst ever.
