Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Plage magnifique et service médiocre

Bonjour, donc... L'hôtel propose deux dîners dans les deux restaurants. Qu'est-ce que je peux dire ? Nous avons vu un rat au dîner ! Tous les plats des deux restaurants ont un goût épouvantable. La nourriture comestible était dans le buffet et celle qui était immédiatement cuisinée pour nous (viande, omelettes, poisson). Le repas cuisiné était auparavant immangeable. Le café délicieux et la crème glacée dans un café-bar étaient très savoureux. Nous sommes allés dîner dans un restaurant de p [... lire plus]lage (à 20 minutes en taxi de l'hôtel). Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Les trucs de l'hôtel ne’t pas lever le petit doigt sans pourboire. La plage et l'océan sont très beaux et compensé toutes les autres choses pas parfaites. C'est vraiment 3 étoiles hôtel suite à mon observation.

Amazing beach and poor service Hello, so...The hotel offers two dinners in the two restaurants. What can I say? We saw a rat at dinner ! All dishes in both restaurants have a terrible taste. Edible food was in the buffet and the one that was immediately cooked for us (meat, omelettes, fish). The cooked meal was previously inedible. Delicious coffee and ice cream in a cafe-bar were very tasty . We went for dinner to a beach restaurant (20 minutes by taxi from hotel). I highly recommend this restaurant. The stuff at the hotel don’t lift a finger without tips. The beach and the ocean are very beautiful and compensated all the other not perfect things. It’s really 3 star hotel following my observation.

Resonance Blu Santa Maria: De très bonnes vacances !

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel. Nous restons fidèles principalement pour les gens fantastiques et le hêtre. L'hôtel a besoin de plus d'entretien, mais nous reviendrons. bon pour les enfants, mais pas pour les personnes handicapées. La rampe d'accès à la plage a besoin d'être réparée.un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

A very good vacation! We have been to this hotel several times. We keep to be loyal mainly for fantastic people and beech. The hotel needs more maintenance, but we will be back.Good for children,but not for people who are disable . The ramp to the beach needs repair.An excellent value for the money.

Valentin Cayo Cruz: Un temps que vous ne retrouverez jamais. Horrible

N'envoyez jamais personne dans ce complexe. Ce sont les pires vacances que j'ai jamais eues. La nourriture n'était même pas mangeable. Le service était inexistant - personne ne s'en soucie. Les chambres étaient humides. Ils ont pulvérisé de l'insecticide diesel tous les soirs dans tout le centre de villégiature. L'air conditionné m'a rendu très malade. Les serviettes et l'eau étaient rationnées. Les restaurants ouvraient toujours en retard. Un seul était ouvert. Pas d'eau chaude dans ma chambr [... lire plus]e.

Time you will never get back. Horrible Never ever ever send anybody to this resort. This was the worst vacation I have ever had. Food was not even edible. Service was non existent- no body cares. Rooms were damp. They sprayed diesel bug spray every night throughout the resort. Air conditioning made me very sick. They rationed towels and water. Restaurants were always late opening. Only one was open. No hot water in my room.

Starfish Jibacoa: Un endroit magnifique

Mon mari et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. La plage est magnifique et très relaxante. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. Nous reviendrons certainement. Je recommande vivement Eddie pour une visite guidée de La Havane dans une voiture classique.

Beautiful place My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful beach and very relaxing . The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. The rooms were not updated but they were clean and comfortable.I highly recommend Eddie for a guided tour in a classic car to Havana.

Sol Palmeras: Voyage d'agrément

L'enregistrement avec Gonzales a été très rapide. Il était sympathique et professionnel. La climatisation de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai demandé une autre chambre et ils ont été très obligeants. Ma chambre était nouvellement rénovée et donnait sur la piscine... c'était génial ! Le restaurant était bon. Le service était bon. Yedeil, l'un des serveurs, était très sympathique et génial ! Nous sommes allés au restaurant chinois et au restaurant italien al me cartes. Ils étaient corrects. [... lire plus] La piscine était superbe et la plage agréable. L'eau était assez agitée à cause de la tempête. Nous avons malheureusement eu 3 jours de pluie. Le séjour a tout de même été agréable. Au fil du temps, le personnel est devenu plus sympathique et le service s'est amélioré. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié le centre de villégiature et le voyage.

Fun trip Our check in with Gonzales was very quick. He was friendly and professional. The AC in my room did not work. I requested a different room and they were very obliging. My room was newly renovated and a walk out to the pool area.. it was great!! The restaurant was good. Service was good. Yedeil, one of the servers was very personable and great! We went to the Chinese and Italian al me cartes. They were ok. The pool was great and beach was nice. Water was fairly rough due to storm coming in. We experienced 3 days of rain unfortunately. The stay was still good. As time went on staff became more personable and service improved. Overall enjoyed the resort and the trip.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Santa Maria: Station balnéaire exceptionnelle, le seul inconvénient est la présence d'insectes

Le terrain est bien entretenu et les piscines sont très propres. Nos majordomes Lestor et Dayana ont été formidables et se sont occupés de nous toute la semaine. Notre chambre était excellente et tout allait bien sauf la télévision et nous ne sommes pas des téléspectateurs. Nous avions une Junior Suite avec un balcon sur lequel on ne pouvait pas s'asseoir car on se faisait manger tout cru par les insectes et aucun spray ne fonctionnait. Personnellement, je n'opterais pas pour une chambre avec  [... lire plus]vue sur l'océan, car la seule chose que l'on peut voir, c'est le buisson qui entoure le complexe et qui fait 30 pieds de haut. La plage est l'une des meilleures que nous ayons jamais vues, car nous avons voyagé à Cuba dans plusieurs autres centres de villégiature. Le buffet est 2,5 le meilleur très bruyant. L'ala carte était un peu mieux mais encore une fois très bruyant et leur donne une note de 3,5

Outstanding Resort the only BAD thing is the BUGS The Grounds are well-groomed and the pools are very clean. Our butlers Lestor & Dayana were Great and looked after us all week. Our room was excellent and everything ok except the TV and we are not TV watchers away. We had a Junior Suite with Balcony that you could not sit out on as you get eaten alive with BUGS no Spray works. I personally would not upgrade to the ocean view room as the only thing you can see the bush around the resort is 30 feet high. Beach is one of the better ones we have ever seen as we traveled to Cuba several other resorts. Buffet is 2.5 the best very noisy. Ala carte was a bit better but again very noisy and score them 3.5

Gran Caribe Sun Beach: Une époque étonnante

Nous sommes russes et vivons à Toronto. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans ce centre de villégiature parce que notre frère et notre femme y ont fait des voyages. Heureusement, je n'ai pas vu de grande différence avec un hôtel cinq étoiles, et les économies réalisées sont évidentes. La seule chose que je ne conseillerais pas, c'est de s'asseoir dans le hall, parce qu'il y a des puces dans les fauteuils qui m'ont mordu. Pour le reste, tout était bien

Amazing time We are Russian and live in Toronto. ended up in this resort because brother and wife took trips here. Fortunately, I did not see a big difference from a five-star hotel, and the money savings are obvious. The only thing I would not advise is to sit in the lobby, because there are fleas in the armchairs that bit me. And everything else was cool

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Merveilleuse destination de vacances

Les employés sont tous très gentils et heureux de vous aider dans vos démarches. Ils ne s'attendent pas à ce que vous donniez un pourboire, mais ils l'apprécient. Ils proposent également de nombreuses activités, le matin sur la plage, l'après-midi à la piscine et le soir des spectacles. La nourriture est correcte, exactement ce à quoi on s'attend, les boissons sont bien servies, même s'il faut expliquer ce qu'elles contiennent. Une boisson que j'ai trouvée incroyable était le sweet baby, je l'ai [... lire plus] fait préparer de 5 façons différentes et à chaque fois c'était génial. En fin de compte, c'est une station balnéaire géniale, avec beaucoup de choses à faire si vous voulez vous impliquer, de la danse à la voile, le tout gratuitement ! Le seul bémol est le trajet d'une heure et demie pour se rendre à l'aéroport et en revenir.

Wonderful Vacation Destination The workers were all very wonderful happy to help in anything you need. They dont expect you to tip but they do appreciate it. They also have many activities, morning activities by the beach, afternoon by the pool and in the evening shows. The food is okay exactly what you would expect, the drinks are poured well, although they need to explain what's in it. One drink that I found was amazing was sweet baby, I had it made 5 different ways and each time was great. In the end great resort lots of things to do if u want to get involved from dancing to sailing all for free! The only down fall is the 1.5hr drive to and from the airport.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Cool

Gran Muthu Imperial: Le lieu a dépassé les attentes

Je dois commencer par dire que j'ai passé un moment fantastique au Gran Muthu Imperial. L'endroit est très propre et bien aménagé. Ce n'est pas un très grand complexe, ce que j'apprécie. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 9, chambre 9109. Deuxième étage. Vue sur l'océan. L'eau est absolument magnifique. Grand lit king. Le réfrigérateur du bar était toujours rempli de boissons gazeuses, de bières et d'une grande bouteille d'eau. Le service de ménage était exceptionnel. Il y avait toujours une s [... lire plus]erviette dans la baignoire et dans le lit. Les douches avaient toujours de l'eau chaude. Un gros avantage pour moi. Le snack-bar est ouvert 24 heures sur 24, ce qui est toujours pratique. Un bon hamburger Imperial muthu avec des frites fait toujours l'affaire. Le terrain est bien entretenu et propre. 3 piscines sur 3 niveaux pour satisfaire l'appétit de chacun. La piscine à débordement du bas surplombe l'océan. Vous n'aurez jamais à vous soucier des chaises ou des cabanas. Il y en a pour tout le monde. Le bar du hall d'entrée fait d'excellents expressos pour un café après le dîner et il y a toujours une forme d'animation. Il y a toujours un chanteur, un piano ou une flûte dans le hall. Les animations nocturnes sont bonnes. Le buffet n'est pas très grand, mais il y en a assez pour satisfaire la palette de chacun. Le vendredi est le jour de Cuba. L'hôtel est décoré de feuilles de palmier et de drapeaux. Le personnel s'est mis sur son trente-et-un et commence à faire rôtir un cochon à la broche pour le dîner. L'ensemble du personnel que nous avons rencontré était excellent. Professionnel, courtois et désireux de plaire. Je dois remercier tout particulièrement le monsieur qui, je crois, est le directeur de l'établissement. Je le voyais le matin aider le personnel au buffet, l'après-midi planifier des activités extérieures avec d'autres membres du personnel et le soir surveiller les plats à la carte. Ce type était une machine. Les boissons étaient très bonnes. Les barmans étaient très compétents. Le café espagnol a fait fureur auprès de nombreux vacanciers. La plage est située à côté du bâtiment 4. A 5 minutes à pied du bâtiment 9. Belle plage de sable. Un peu rocailleuse près du bar de la plage, mais un peu plus loin, pas de problème. Playa Pilar est à 5CUC en taxi. Il vous déposera et vous reprendra quand vous le souhaitez. Demandez simplement à la réception d'appeler le taxi. Playa Pilar est une plage extraordinaire qu'il faut absolument voir. Que dire d'autre ? Un grand merci à Jennifer, notre conseillère en voyages, qui nous a obtenu ce que nous voulions. Place exceeded expectations Just have to start with had a fantastic time at the Gran Muthu Imperial. The place is very clean and nicely laid out. Not a very large resort which I like. We stayed in building 9 room 9109. Second floor. Ocean view. Absolutely beautiful water. Large king bed. Bar fridge always stocked with a couple of pops, beer and a large bottle of water. The maid service was exceptional. Always a towel figure in the bath and bed. Showers always had hot water. A big bonus for me. The snack bar open 24 hrs which was always convenient. Nice Imperial muthu hamburger with fries always hit the spot. Grounds are well kept and clean. 3 pools on 3 levels to satisfy anyone's swimming appetite. The bottom infinity pool overlooks the ocean. Never have to worry about chairs or cabanas. Plenty for everyone. The front lobby bar makes excellent espresso for an after dinner coffee and there's always some form of entertainment. Either a singer, piano or flute at the lobby. Nightly entertainment is good. The buffet is not overly large but has enough to fulfill anyone's palette. Fridays is Cuba day. Place is adorned with palm leaves and flags. The staff is dressed up and they start spit roasting a pig for dinner. The entire staff we met were excellent. Professional, courteous and eager to please. Have to give a special thanks to the gentleman I believe is the manager of the place. I would see him in the morning helping staff at the buffet afternoon planning outside things with other staff and evening looking in on the A la carte's. The guy was a machine. Drinks were very good. Bartenders were good at what they did. The Spanish coffee was a hit down there with many vacationers. The beach is located beside building 4. A 5 minute walk from building 9. Nice Sandy beach. A bit rocky near the beach bar but a little further down and no problem. Playa Pilar is a 5CUC cab ride away. He'll drop you of and pick you up when you want. Just ask the front desk to call the taxi. Playa Pilar is an amazing bit of beach that needs to be seen. What else can I say? Special thanks to Jennifer our travel rep that got us what we wanted. The place exceeded my expectations and at a price point that really can't be beat. Will definitely be back. 👈🤠👉

Valentin Perla Blanca: Besoin d'un Re Do !

Difficile d'évaluer cet hôtel car dès la deuxième nuit, je me suis cassé la cheville et je n'ai pas pu voir la plage, ni nager dans l'océan ou dans la piscine, ni participer aux activités quotidiennes. Mes activités quotidiennes consistaient simplement à lire près du snack-bar/piscine jusqu'au soir où j'ai profité des divertissements dans le hall depuis le confort de ma vieille chaise roulante branlante ! J'y retournerai absolument l'année prochaine avec mes deux jambes en bonne santé et je f [... lire plus]erai une évaluation plus complète à ce moment-là. Je peux cependant dire que la nourriture était très bonne à la carte et que les divertissements étaient excellents !

Need a Re Do!! Hard to review this hotel as second night there I broke my ankle, and was unable to see the beach nor swim in the ocean nor pool, nor engage in any of the daily activities. My daily activities were simply reading by the snack bar/pool until evening where I enjoyed the entertainment in the lobby from the comfort of my rickety old wheelchair ! I will absolutely go back with two healthy working legs next year and will provide a more thorough review at that time. I can say however that the food was very good at the A la cartes, and the entertainment was excellent!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Un voyage relaxant

J'ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans ce centre de villégiature et j'ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience par le passé. Le personnel est très aimable et accommodant, les chambres et les terrains sont généralement bien entretenus, les options alimentaires sont nombreuses et la plage est phénoménale. Cette fois-ci, les choses n'ont pas été aussi simples, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter de notre voyage. Notre vol a été retardé de trois heures en raison de problèmes de moteur, c [... lire plus]e qui, je le comprends, arrive. Ce qui est frustrant, c'est que j'ai payé 100 $ de plus par personne pour le vol plus tôt et que je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 18 h 30 au lieu de 11 h. J'ai l'impression de m'être fait arnaquer. J'ai l'impression de m'être fait arnaquer. Deuxièmement, lors de l'enregistrement, un très grand groupe d'excursionnistes s'est enregistré en même temps. Personne n'a pu nous aider pendant 45 minutes (sans exagération). Nous étions fatigués et affamés à cause du retard (avec un enfant en bas âge) et tout ce que nous voulions, c'était nous asseoir et manger quelque chose, mais nous n'étions pas autorisés à le faire jusqu'à ce qu'ils nous enregistrent, alors nous avons fait la queue pendant plus de 45 minutes. Nous sommes allés dans notre chambre et l'air conditionné était cassé, nous avons donc appelé la réception et ils nous ont très rapidement mis dans une nouvelle chambre sans poser de questions. Ils ont très bien géré cette situation ! Enfin, quelque chose s'est mal passé à l'hôtel et nous n'avons eu qu'une serviette de plage propre les deux premiers jours. Par la suite, personne dans l'hôtel n'a eu de serviettes de plage propres à sa disposition. Nous avons dû réutiliser nos serviettes existantes pendant 5 jours d'affilée. En fin de compte, le but de notre voyage était de nous détendre et de profiter de la plage, et c'est exactement ce que nous avons fait !

Still a relaxing trip I have been to this resort a few times already and was quite pleased with my experience in the past. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the Rooms and grounds are generally well kept, the food options are plentiful and the beach is phenomenal. This time things were not as smooth with the trip in general but it did not prevent us from still enjoying our trip. Our flight was delayed 3 hours due to engine problems which I understand it happens. What was frustrating was the fact that I paid $100 more per person for the earlier flight only to arrive at the hotel at 6:30pm instead of 11am. I feel like I got ripped off. Secondly, when checking in a very large tour group was checking in at the same time. No one was able to help us for 45 min (no exaggeration). We were tired and hungry from the delay ( with a toddler ) and all we wanted to do was sit and eat something but we were not allowed to do so until they checked us in so we stood in line waiting for over 45 min. We went to our room and the ac was broken so we called to the desk and they very quickly put us in a new room without question. They handled that very well! Last, something went wrong at the hotel and we only had a clean beach towel the first two days. After that no one in the resort had clean beach towels available to them. We had to re use our existing towels for 5 days straight. At the end of the day, the purpose for our trip was to relax and be beach bums which was exactly what we accomplished!!

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Des vacances fabuleuses !

Memories Trinidad est un excellent centre de villégiature. Cette année, nous y sommes allés avec notre fille et notre gendre et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le complexe lui-même est incroyable, il est propre et le personnel est très dévoué à rendre vos vacances sans souci. Les chambres étaient confortables et très propres, la pression de l'eau était normale, l'air conditionné fonctionnait et les lits étaient très confortables. Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur le personnel, ils sont am [... lire plus]icaux, professionnels et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour répondre à nos attentes. Idalmis et Jose au bar du hall sont très amusants et se surpassent. Frank s'occupe des divertissements et a coordonné une "fête blanche" à laquelle tout le monde dans l'hôtel a participé et qui a été une excellente soirée. Osmany, qui s'occupe des relations publiques, est très serviable si vous avez des questions. S'il ne sait pas, il s'efforcera de trouver la réponse ou de vous aider du mieux qu'il peut. La nourriture est très bonne. Nous venons en vacances dans ce complexe depuis de nombreuses années et mon mari a déclaré que la nourriture de cette année n'avait jamais été aussi bonne. Trinidad est une ville étonnante, nous y sommes allés deux fois cette année, 10 CUC en taxi ou un bus qui vient vous chercher au centre de villégiature pour 2 CUC. Il y a un restaurant appelé "La Botija" à Trinidad, qui vaut la peine d'être visité, les prix sont excellents, le service est super et la nourriture est excellente ! Allez les voir sur Facebook ! La plage est magnifique ! Le temps était parfait. Un chauffeur de taxi nous a dit que Varadero était sous la pluie et qu'il faisait froid. Trinidad était chaude et ensoleillée pendant toute la semaine où nous y étions ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé des vacances absolument merveilleuses. J'y retournerai en janvier pour profiter d'une autre semaine formidable ! Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tous ceux qui voyagent à Cuba ! Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Fabulous Holiday! Memories Trinidad is a great resort. This year we went with our daughter and son-in-law and we had an excellent time. The resort itself is amazing, it is clean and the staff is very dedicated to making your holiday worry free. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean the had normal water pressure, the air conditioner worked and the beds were very comfortable. I cannot say enough about the staff, they are friendly, professional and do everything they can to meet our expectations. Idalmis and Jose at the lobby bar are a lot of fun and they go above and beyond. Frank is the entertainment and coordinated a "white party" most everyone at the resort participated and it was a great evening. Osmany is public relations and he is very helpful if you have any questions, if he doesn't know, he will make every effort to find the answer or help you any way he can. The food was very good. We have vacationed at this resort for many years and my husband commented that the food this year was the best it has ever been. Trinidad is an amazing city, we went in to the Trinidad twice this year, $10 CUC by taxi or there is a bus that will pick you up a the resort for $2 CUC. There is a restaurant called "La Botija" in Trinidad, worth the visit, the prices are excellent, the service is super and the food is great! Check them out on Facebook! The beach is stunning! The weather was perfect. We had a taxi driver tell us that Varadero was raining and chilly. Trinidad was hot and sunny the whole week we were there! All in all we had an absolutely wonderful holiday. I am going back in January to enjoy another great week! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Cuba! You will not be disappointed.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Playa Cayo

C'était notre premier séjour à Cuba et notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel. C'était tout juste correct. Le plus gros problème pour moi était la propreté. Notre salle de bain était dégoûtante, avec une odeur épouvantable et des éclaboussures sur les murs provenant des locataires précédents. La manipulation de la nourriture n'était pas la meilleure, il y avait une contamination croisée avec des ustensiles contenant du poulet cru. Dans l'ensemble, il y a beaucoup à faire pour améliorer l'hygiène du [... lire plus] buffet. Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes et 8 d'entre elles ont eu une diarrhée sévère.

This was our first time in Cuba and first time at this hotel. It was just okay. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness. Our bathroom was disgusting with a terrible smell and bathroom matter splattered on walls from previous tenants. Food handling was not the best saw cross contamination with utensils with raw chicken. Overall much could be done to improve the buffet hygiene. We were a group of 10 and 8 had severe diarrhea.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Meilleur complexe hôtelier de Cayo Santa Maria

Nous avons séjourné au Playa Cayo Santa Maria. Tout était parfait, de l'ambiance détendue dans le hall à l'équipe de divertissement qui a rendu les vacances extraordinaires. La nourriture était bonne. Les chambres étaient bien. Beaucoup de piscines et une plage magnifique. Merci à Natasha de Trip Central, elle a été géniale.

Best resort in Cayo Santa Maria We stayed at the Playa Cayo Santa Maria. Everything was top notch from the relaxed vibe in the lobby to the entertainment team who made the vacation amazing. Food was good. Rooms were good. Lots of pools and amazing beach. Thanks to Natasha at trip central she was great.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: Restauration pour adultes

C'est vrai, la nourriture est réservée aux adultes. Un gros cafard a été trouvé dans la salle de bain, il a dû sortir de l'évacuation. Je suis allé à la réception pour mettre des lumières sur le balcon, mais il a fallu presque 2 jours pour qu'ils viennent et il a fallu leur rappeler 1x par téléphone. Comme il s'agit d'un complexe pour adultes, ils devraient mettre plus de lumières le long de la promenade car les personnes âgées en général n'ont pas une bonne vue, surtout la nuit, en particuli [... lire plus]er sur la promenade menant au théâtre. L'évacuation de l'évier ne se faisait pas correctement et la femme de ménage nous l'a dit alors que j'étais sur le point d'aller à la réception pour le signaler... elle s'est présentée pour signaler le problème mais je suppose qu'elle a oublié de le dire jusqu'à ce que je me rende compte que ce n'était pas fait et que je le signale moi-même... Quelqu'un est venu tout de suite après et j'étais content que ce soit fait rapidement... Ma leçon est la suivante : .... signalez le problème vous-même mais par bonté d'âme, la femme de ménage s'est présentée pour le faire. Le restaurant de la plage manque de choix, il vaut mieux aller au DR principal.

Catered to adults This is true.Food is catered to adults only. Big cockroach found in bathroom.I guess must have came out from the drainage. Went to the reception to put lights in the balcony but took almost 2 days for them to come and needed to be reminded 1x by phone. Since it is an adult resort they should put more lights along the walk way as seniors in general does not have good eyesight especially at night particularly the walkway going to the theater. Sink drainage was not properly draining and cleaner told us when I was about to go to the reception to report ..she presented herself to report the problem but I guess she forgot to tell till I realized it was not done and reported it my self.Someone came right away after and I was glad it was done in promptu.My lesson is.... report it yourself but out of the goodness of her heart the cleaner presented herself to do it. The beach restaurant lacks choices..better to go to the main DR.

Playa Luxury Cayo Las Brujas: Grand centre de villégiature

Je viens de rentrer de mes premières vacances en solo à Cuba. J'ai séjourné à Angsana, le complexe qui répond à toutes les exigences de vacances relaxantes. J'avais une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une immense salle de bain avec une douche à effet de pluie et une énorme baignoire. J'avais une vue sur le jardin mais je pouvais encore entendre l'océan la nuit, ce qui était agréable. La nourriture était excellente. J'ai apprécié la plage où l'on vous apportait les boissons. Le terrain était très [... lire plus] bien entretenu, avec un beau jardin. Les toilettes publiques étaient bien décorées et propres. Je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature aux personnes qui veulent passer un bon moment de détente. C'est plus sur le site calme, mais c'est ce que j'ai besoin. Il y avait des animations nocturnes, un jour un défilé de mode ou un spectacle de Michael Jackson. L'autre jour, il y avait un spectacle aquatique très divertissant. Je reviendrai certainement dans ce complexe. J'ai beaucoup aimé.

Great resort Just came back from my first solo vacation from Cuba. I stayed at Angsana the resort that checking all the boxes that a nice relaxing vacation means. Very nice resort I had a cabana main floor room with huge bathroom with rain shower head and huge bathtub. I had a garden view but I could still hear the ocean at night which was nice.The staff was excellent friendly. The food was great. I enjoyed the beach they brought the drinks to you. The grounds were very well kept nice gardening. The public washrooms nice decorated clean. I would recommend this resort to people who wants nice relaxing time. It’s more on the quite site but that’s what I need it. There was some nightly entertainment one day fashion show or Michael Jackson show. The other day they had pool aquatic show was very entertaining. I will definitely return to this resort. I enjoyed it.

Sirenis Tropical Varadero: Une plage magnifique !

L'hôtel était mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Notre première chambre était std au 4ème étage et n'était pas ce que nous espérions. Elle était petite, délabrée et les robinets de la salle de bains laissaient échapper de l'eau avant même que nous ayons eu le temps de demander une autre chambre. On nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre et nous avons été très heureux d'être surclassés en chambre avec vue sur l'océan, également au 4ème étage. Cela a fait toute la différence pour notre séjour. [... lire plus] Mes seuls reproches concernent les oreillers et le réfrigérateur du bar. Les couvertures étaient propres, mais les oreillers sentaient très mauvais et j'aurais préféré apporter les miens. J'ai évité de les utiliser. Le réfrigérateur du bar n'a jamais été approvisionné, à part une bouteille d'eau par jour. On nous a donné du café un jour, mais pas assez d'eau pour faire un pot et avoir de l'eau pour boire ou se brosser les dents. Je ne suis pas un buveur de café, donc je m'en moquais. De plus, on m'a dit que le bar de la piscine faisait le meilleur espresso. Le seul autre point négatif est la vie nocturne. La discothèque n'est ouverte que les week-ends. Nous sommes allés à la casa de melia qui était une discothèque dans un autre complexe. La bière est à 2cucs l'unité, plus pour les boissons mélangées. Cela aurait pu être correct, mais l'énorme groupe d'étudiants ivres que notre bus a ramené a un peu ruiné l'expérience pour moi. Ils étaient incontrôlables et très agaçants. A part cela, le buffet était correct et la plage extraordinaire. Le personnel a également fait en sorte que nous passions un bon moment. Zuyami au bar de la piscine était un amour. David au bar de la plage était un gars très gentil. Alexi, le présentateur, était une personne très positive. Le dj de la discothèque était lui aussi très bien. Il y en a tellement qui méritent d'être mentionnés, mais malheureusement je ne me souviens pas de tous leurs noms. Nous avons pris le bus pour la ville de Varadero, qui coûte 5cuc par personne pour la journée. J'aurais aimé y aller plus tôt dans la semaine pour pouvoir le refaire. Malheureusement, le dernier bus est à 20 heures, nous n'avons donc pas pu rester pour voir le groupe au club Beetles. La Casa del chocolate était délicieuse ! Nous avons mangé du poulet du vendeur ambulant, également délicieux. J'ai partagé le mien avec un chat affamé. Aucun de nous n'a été malade. J'ai été à Cuba 3 fois maintenant. Les deux premiers voyages à Cayo Coco, qui était charmant. Mais Varadero est l'endroit où se passe l'action si vous voulez quitter le resort. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai aimé le complexe et j'y retournerais avec mon propre oreiller pour des vacances à un prix raisonnable. Je le classerais dans la catégorie 3,5 étoiles par rapport au 5 étoiles où j'étais allée auparavant. C'était un voyage d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, 729 $ CAD réservé 2 jours à l'avance. Si vous êtes gâté et avez de grandes attentes, dépensez plus et allez ailleurs. Mais comme partout, votre attitude fait une grande différence dans la façon dont vous êtes traité. Je ne peux pas faire de commentaires sur les piscines, car je ne pense qu'à l'océan.

Gorgeous Beach! The resort was better than expected. Our first room was std on the 4th floor and not what we hoped for. It was small, run down and the pot liģhts in the bathroom were leaking water before we had a chance to ask for another room. We were offered a new room and were very happy to be given an upgrade to oceanview, also on the 4th floor. It made all the difference for our stay. My only complaints were the pillows and bar fridge. The covers were clean, but the pillows smelled pretty rank making me wish I had brought my own. I avoided using them. We also never had our bar fridge stocked aside from a bottle of water per day. We were given coffee one day, but not enough water to make a pot and have water to drink/brush teeth. I'm a non coffee drinker, so clearly I didn't care. Also, I'm told the pool bar makes the best espresso.The only other negative is the nightlife. The disco is only open on wknds. We took a trip to casa de melia which was a disco at another resort. Beer is 2cucs each, more for mixed drinks. It would have been ok, but the huge group of drunk college kids our bus picked up kinda ruined it for me. They were out of hand and very annoying. Aside from that, the buffet food was decent and beach amazing. The staff also made it a great time for us. Zuyami at the pool bar was a sweetheart. David at the beach bar was such a nice guy. Alexi the announcer was such a positive person to be around. The disco dj was a great guy as well. There were so many that deserve a mention, but sadly I can't remember all of their names. We took the bus to Varadero city, which is 5cuc per person for the day. I only wish we had gone earlier in the week so we could have done it again. Sadly the last bus is at 8pm so we couldn't stay to watch the band at the Beetles club. Casa del chocolate was yummy! We had chicken from the street vendor, also yummy. I shared mine with a hungry cat. Neither of us were sick at all. I've been to Cuba 3 times now. The 1st 2 trips in Cayo Coco, which was lovely. But Varadero is where the action is of you want to leave the resort. All in all, I liked the resort and would go again with my own pillow for a reasonably priced vacay. I would rate it a 3.5 star compared to the 5 star I had been to before. It was a good value trip, $729pp CAD booked 2 days in advance. If you're spoiled and have high expectations, spend more and go elsewhere. But as with anywhere, your attitude makes a big difference in how you are treated. I can't comment on the pools as I am all about the ocean.

Très grande station et la ligne de plage est massive et magnifique incroyable lever et coucher de soleil à regarder très ouvert pour se promener a un phare pour grimper et regarder l'océan très sympathique beaucoup d'endroits pour manger
