Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: BeLive : de belles vacances

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille, nous avons adoré la taille parfaite du complexe, tout était à une courte distance de marche ! La plage était géniale, beaucoup de chaises longues, mais il fallait se lever tôt pour avoir une palapa 😎 La nourriture était excellente, le buffet était très varié et le restaurant de la plage proposait de bons choix pour le déjeuner en petites portions (la crème glacée molle en cône de sucre était incroyable) Le Brésilien et le Japonais étaient [... lire plus] les seuls plats à la carte que nous avons mangés, mais ils étaient tous les deux fantastiques ! Les chambres étaient agréables, nous avions une suite junior et notre chambre était donc au bord de l'une des piscines, ce qui était un vrai plaisir ! La seule plainte que j'ai est que le personnel de la réception n'était pas très amical ou facile à traiter, mais traiter avec eux n'était qu'une courte période de notre séjour. Les spectacles étaient bons mais ils ne commençaient pas avant 9h45 donc c'était un peu tard pour les enfants et les lève-tôt mais c'était de bons spectacles. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un super complexe !

BeLive beautiful vacation We had a wonderful family vacation loved the perfect size of the resort everything was a short walk to get to!! The beach was awesome lots of loungers, but had to get up early to get a palapa 😎 the food was excellent the buffet had lots of variety and the beach restaurant had great lunch choices in small portions(soft ice cream in sugar cones was amazing) Brazilian and Japanese were the only a la cartes we done but they were both fantastic!! Rooms were nice we had a jr suite so our room was on one of the pools which was a real treat! The only complaint I have is the front desk staff were not very friendly or easy to deal with but dealing with them was only a short amount of our stay. The shows were good but they didn’t start till 945 so was a bit late for kids and early risers but they were good shows. Overall a great resort!!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: superbe station

Cet hôtel et ce centre de villégiature étaient impeccables ! Le personnel n'a jamais cessé de travailler pour que tout, des chambres aux terrains, soit d'une propreté étincelante. J'ai été très impressionné ! J'aimerais également mentionner à quel point les animations à la piscine étaient amusantes. Nous n'avons jamais cessé de rire ! L'aquagym était un vrai plaisir ! Cela nous manque déjà. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

superb resort This hotel and resort was immaculate! The staff never stopped working to keep everything from the rooms to the grounds sparkling clean. I was very impressed! I would also like to mention how much fun the entertainment was at the pool. We never stopped laughing! Water aerobics was a blast! We miss it already. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Des attentes follement dépassées !

Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre au Majestic Elegance, mais ils n'ont pas pu répondre à notre demande spécifique. Ils nous ont donc offert un surclassement gratuit au Majestic Mirage, avec un accès VIP aux trois complexes, y compris à tous les restaurants et spectacles. Nous avons également bénéficié d'une chambre avec jacuzzi sur le toit et d'un majordome pour la semaine - incroyable ! Sans parler de tous les avantages gratuits liés à la chambre au Mirage, notamment du champagne et  [... lire plus]d'autres alcools assortis, que nous étions encouragés à rapporter chez nous si nous ne les utilisions pas, ainsi que de magnifiques chemises et chapeaux de golf. Nous avons mangé comme des rois et des reines tous les jours - la nourriture était superbe ! Ce qui a fait la différence, c'est le personnel qui s'est surpassé pour rendre notre séjour aussi confortable et divertissant que possible. C'était notre premier voyage dans un complexe tout compris et nous ne sommes pas du genre à nous prélasser sur la plage, mais nous avons été époustouflés par les excellents moments que nous avons passés grâce au travail acharné du personnel du complexe. Merci à tous - c'était un voyage fantastique que nous aimerions refaire !

Wildly exceeded expectations!! We were originally booked in at the Majestic Elegance but they were unable to meet our specific room request so they gave us a free upgrade to the Majestic Mirage with VIP access to all 3 resorts including all restaurants and shows. This also came with a room with a rooftop Jacuzzi and a butler for the week - amazing!! Not to mention all the free perks with the room at the Mirage including complimentary Champagne and other assorted alcohol which we were encouraged to bring home any we did not use, beautiful golf shirts and hats. We ate like kings and queens every day - the food was superb!! What we found made the difference, was the people/staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and entertaining as possible. This was our first trip to an all-inclusive resort and we are not really lay on the beach kind of travelers but we were blown away by the excellent time we had thanks to the hard working folks at the resort. Thank you to all - it was a fantastic trip we would love to do again !!!

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Belle

Tout était très bien mais il faudrait un miroir en pied dans les chambres, c'était difficile de se préparer pour un mariage sans savoir de quoi on avait l'air. La plage était magnifique, à l'exception des algues, mais ils ont travaillé très dur pour la nettoyer. Je n'ai pas aimé les gens qui vous suppliaient de venir dans leur magasin pour acheter quelque chose.

Beautiful Every thing was very nice but they need a full length mirror in the rooms it was hard getting ready for a wedding not knowing what you looked like.The grounds were very well keeped up. The beach was beautiful all but the seaweed but they were working very hard to keep it cleaned up you could walk for miles on it and we walked every day . I didn’t care for the people begging you to come to there shop to buy all the time.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Grand centre de villégiature

La nourriture était excellente ! Le terrain était magnifique ! Lorsque nous avons appelé la réception pour un problème, ils étaient là pour le résoudre. Très bien aménagé ! J'ai adoré le restaurant japonais. Nous n'avons jamais manqué de serviettes, ce qui a toujours été un problème dans les autres hôtels où j'ai séjourné. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Great Resort The food was awesome! The grounds were beautiful! When we called reception with a problem they were right there to fix. Very well laid out! Loved the japenese restaurant. Never ran out of towels which was always a problem at other resorts I have stayed at. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Barcelo Bavaro Beach Input

Terrain bien entretenu. Hôtel également bien entretenu et très propre. Excellente nourriture dans tous les restaurants. Personnel attentif et respectueux. Bon service à la clientèle et axé sur le client. La circulation des bateaux au large est quelque peu irritante. Superbe plage.

Grounds well maintained. Hotel also well maintained and kept quite clean. Excellent food at all restaurants. Attentive and respectful staff. Good customer service area and client focused. Offshore boat traffic somewhat irritating. Great beach.

Secrets Cap Cana: Station, vacances et personnel géniaux !

Ce fut l'une des meilleures expériences de vacances jamais vécues. Le personnel du Secrets Cap Cana vous donne vraiment l'impression d'être de la famille et d'être dans votre maison loin de chez vous. Le personnel semble vraiment heureux et toujours chaleureux et amical. Nous avions une fabuleuse chambre avec vue sur l'océan - je n'ai pas assez de mots pour décrire l'excellent service que nous avons reçu de notre merveilleux majordome Narciso, toujours à l'affût, courtois, professionnel et fiabl [... lire plus]e, il a fait en sorte que les choses se passent bien ! Excellent service de la part de l'ensemble du personnel. Excellent entretien et propreté. Belle plage bien entretenue. Nous recommandons vivement d'opter pour le club privilégié. Café et chocolat délicieux. La nourriture était globalement bonne, certains restaurants étant meilleurs que d'autres ; le buffet était bon mais quelque peu limité, il serait bon d'élargir les options. Nous avons reçu un service exceptionnel de la part de Seferino au Rose Water et de Maycol au bar du Preferred Club. Nous vous remercions pour votre expérience exceptionnelle et votre gentillesse et nous nous réjouissons de vous revoir. Le meilleur personnel qui soit, merci encore à Narciso, Seferino et Maycol ! Awesome resort/vacation/staff! This was one of the best vacation experiences ever- the staff at Secrets Cap Cana truly make you feel like family and that you are at your home away from home. Staff seem truly happy and always warm and friendly. We had a fabulous swim-up room with ocean view preferred club- I don't have enough good words to describe the excellent service we received from our wonderful butler Narciso, always thinking ahead, courteous, professional, and reliable, he made things happen! Excellent service overall from all staff. Excellent housekeeping and cleanliness. Beautiful beach that was well-maintained. We highly recommend getting preferred club. Lovely coffee and chocolate. Food was overall good with some restaurants being better than others; buffet was good but somewhat limited, could benefit from expanding options. We received exceptional service from Seferino at Rose Water and Maycol at the Preferred Club bar. Thank you for the amazing experience and friendliness and we look forward to seeing you again. Casa Marina Reef Resort: S'en aller

J'ai passé un excellent moment ! La propriété de l'hôtel était grande et il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire. La nourriture était excellente et la chambre était agréable. L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas bien, il faisait donc très chaud dans la chambre. Je recommanderais cet hôtel

Get away Had a great time!! The hotel property was large with a lot of things to do. Food was great and room was nice. Air conditioning did not work well so it was really hot in the room. I would recommend this hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Super vacances

Mon mari et moi avons partagé une suite dans la section Esmeralda du complexe et nous avons été très satisfaits de tout. La chambre était belle et propre. Les draps étaient propres et repassés. Il y avait une sélection d'oreillers qui pouvaient être parfumés si vous le souhaitiez. La salle de bains était pourvue d'articles de toilette, de gants de toilette et de serviettes propres et blanches tous les jours. La nourriture était abondante et intéressante ; il y avait tellement de choix. Nous avo [... lire plus]ns essayé deux des restaurants à la carte pour le dîner et, bien que nous ne recommandions pas le brésilien (ou un dîner à 21 heures), l'italien était délicieux. Nous avons apprécié le fait que du désinfectant pour les mains ait été pulvérisé sur toutes les mains entrant dans la salle à manger....une excellente précaution. Tout le personnel de ce centre de villégiature était très amical et serviable. Nous avons demandé à l'homme qui taillait la haie s'il pouvait prendre notre photo. Il l'a soigneusement alignée et a fait une sélection. Nous avons profité des piscines chaudes et de la magnifique plage. Nous avons marché pendant des kilomètres. Ce furent des vacances merveilleuses à tous points de vue.

Super holiday My husband and I shared a suite in the Esmeralda section of the resort and we were very happy with everything. The room was beautiful and clean. The sheets were crisp and ironed. There was a selection of pillows which could be scented if you so chose. The bathroom was supplied with toiletries and clean white face cloths and towels daily. The food was abundant and interesting; so many choices. We tried two of the a-la-carte restaurants for dinner and although we would not recommend the Brazilian (or dining at 9pm) the Italian was lovely. We appreciated that hand sanitizer was squirted into all hands entering the dining area....a great precaution. All staff at this resort were very friendly and helpful. We asked the guy trimming the hedge if he would take our picture. He carefully lined it up and took a selection. We enjoyed the warm pools and the magnificent beach. We walked for miles. It was a wonderful vacation in every respect.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Iberostar est le meilleur !!!

Ce complexe en a pour son argent. Manuel, mon ami au lobby de l'hôtel, est incroyable ! La nourriture est de loin la meilleure. Et les ala carts sont une véritable expérience. Je vous remercie Gina de Trip Central, je vous reverrai bientôt quand j'irai à Cuba

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: FABULOUS Resort

Le Cofreshi Palm Spring Resort and Spa est un complexe magnifique ! Il y a beaucoup de piscines, la plage est idéale pour se promener, la nourriture est incroyable et notre chambre était immaculée ! Le service était de premier ordre ; très amical et accommodant. Il faut beaucoup marcher dans le complexe car il est immense et vallonné.

Cofreshi Palm Spring Resort and Spa is a beautiful resort! Lots of pools, beach is great for walking, food is incredible, and our room was immaculent! Service was top notch; very friendly & accommodating. Lots of walking at the resort as it is huge and hilly.

Occidental Punta Cana: Bien entretenu !

Bien entretenu ! L'accidentel était un très joli complexe quatre étoiles. Le terrain était très bien entretenu. C'est une station de taille agréable, pas trop de marche pour se rendre où l'on veut. Les plages sont magnifiques ! Nous avons eu le meilleur repas Ala cart que nous ayons jamais eu dans un tout-inclus au steakhouse ! Nous n'avions pas d'air conditionné dans la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée et il a fallu deux jours pour que nous soyons déplacés, mais une fois que nous [... lire plus] l'avons été, cette chambre est fabuleuse !

Nicely kept! Nicely kept! The accidental was a very lovely four star resort. The grounds were kept up very nicely. This is a nice size resort not too much walking to get to where you want to go. The beaches are gorgeous! We had the best Ala cart meal we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive at the steakhouse ! Definitely a family resort as there were lots of small children but this did not cause a problem we did not have any air conditioning in the first room we were assigned to and it took two days for us to be moved but once we were that room is fabulous !

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Nombreuses piscines, personnel formidable !

Ce centre de villégiature est immense et comporte des tonnes d'escaliers. Les chambres standard sont petites avec des lits King, mais si vous passez aux suites junior, elles sont magnifiques et immenses, il est fortement recommandé de réserver les suites junior ! Vous payez 20 dollars américains par semaine pour l'accès à l'hôtel. Vous payez 20 dollars américains par semaine pour le coffre-fort de votre chambre, que vous ouvrez avec une clé. Si vous voulez de la bière dans votre chambre ou n'i [... lire plus]mporte quel type d'alcool, vous devez l'acheter au magasin du hall. L'eau est bien stockée dans les chambres. Les chambres sont très propres, les lits confortables. Joli balcon et chaises dans chaque chambre. La plage n'est pas longue, les eaux de l'océan sont calmes en raison d'un récif brisé en face de la plage, ce qui est agréable. Cabanas et chaises longues partout, mais pas de cabanes ou de chaises longues sur la plage en raison des marées hautes. La restauration est bien meilleure dans la partie Tropical du complexe. Le buffet de Cassablanca y est bien meilleur que celui de The Pearl du côté de Cofresi. Le personnel est amical partout et très sûr grâce à la sécurité qui parcourt constamment les terrains et les zones de la piscine. Si vous avez du mal à marcher ou si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant, vous devriez éviter ce complexe en raison des escaliers étroits partout et du fait qu'il est construit sur une colline très escarpée. Cependant, le temps est magnifique et ensoleillé. Je lui attribuerais trois étoiles et demie.

Lots of pools, great staff! This resort is massive and tons of stairs. Standard rooms are small with King beds however, if you upgrade to the junior suites they are beautiful and huge, highly recommended to book the junior suites!! You pay $20. U.S. Currency a week for the safe on your room which you open with a key. If you want beer in your room or any kind of liquor you must purchase at the lobby store. Water is well stocked in your rooms. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. Nice balcony and chairs for every room. Beach is not long, ocean waters are calm due to a break reef in front of the beach which is nice. Cabanas and lounge chairs everywhere however no huts or loungers on the beach due to the tides come in high. Dining is much better at The Tropical side of the resort. Cassablanca buffet there is much better than The Pearl on the Cofresi side. Staff friendly everywhere and very safe due to security constantly walking the grounds and pool areas. If you are a person who has a hard time walking or in a wheelchair you may want to avoid this resort due to the narrow stairways everywhere and it's built on a hill very steep. However, the weather is beautiful and sunny. I would rate it a three and a half star.

Coral Costa Caribe: un grand centre de vacances, pas trop grand, juste parfait

L'endroit était toujours super propre, les employés étaient formidables, les chambres étaient belles, un petit problème de plomberie parfois, la plage était propre, les piscines étaient également excellentes, le service était excellent, la carte était très bonne, la nourriture était bonne, dans l'ensemble, un excellent endroit où aller, nous y retournerons.

great resort not to big just perfect The place was always super clean the workers there were great the rooms were nice a little problem with plumbing sometimes.the beach was clean pools were also great service excellent a la carte were very good food was good overall a great place to go we would go back.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Superbe station balnéaire

Les terrains sont impeccables et il y a toujours quelqu'un pour nettoyer, tailler, réparer, etc. Le personnel est pour la plupart professionnel et très amical. La nourriture est bonne et il y a beaucoup de choix, même pour les mangeurs difficiles. Les plats à la carte sont excellents et l'attention portée aux détails est supérieure. Les bars proposaient des boissons de qualité supérieure qui étaient incluses dans notre forfait. La piscine était chaude et propre. Le service en chambre était excel [... lire plus]lent. La pression de l'eau n'était pas très bonne, mais nous étions en vacances, alors au lieu d'une douche de 5 minutes, nous avons eu une douche de 10 minutes. Lol Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et en bon état. Le service au buffet était lent voire inexistant, nous partions souvent sans qu'on nous demande si nous voulions de l'eau, du jus ou du café, nous ne mangions là qu'au petit déjeuner. Nous avons déjeuné au buffet de l'océan et le service y était bien meilleur. Le seul véritable inconvénient est que l'eau de l'océan n'est pas de qualité caribéenne. Nous étions dans une baie où se déversait une rivière qui remuait le limon, ce qui rendait l'eau trouble, mais nous avons tout de même utilisé l'océan tous les jours. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un hôtel 4 étoiles que je recommanderais à tout le monde, mais j'insisterais sur la clarté de l'eau de l'océan.

Awesome resort The grounds are impeccable there is always someone cleaning, trimming,fixing and so on. The staff for the most part are professional and very friendly. The food is good and plenty of choices even for the fussy eater.The A La Cartes were excellent with superior attention to detail. The bars had premium drinks that was included in our package. The pool was warm and clean. The room service was top notch. The water pressure was not real good but we were on vacation so instead of a 5 minute shower we had a 10 minute shower. Lol The rooms are very comfortable,clean and in good condition. The service in the buffet area was slow to non existent we often left without being asked if we would like water,juice or coffee we only ate there at breakfast. We had lunch at the ocean buffet the service there was much better. The only real drawback was that the water in the ocean was not of Carribean quality. We were in a bay with a river dumping into it which caused silt to be stirred up therefore the water was murky but we still used the ocean daily. Overall this is definitely a 4 star resort and would recommend it to anyone but I would disclose the fact of the clarity of the ocean.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Station balnéaire de charme

Ce nouveau complexe est tout à fait charmant et s'adresse à tous les groupes d'âge - il y a de nombreuses piscines et des activités pour chaque âge de la famille. La nourriture y est excellente. Cependant, le service est bon, mais il n'est pas rapide - il y a souvent de longues attentes dans les bars ou lorsque vous avez besoin de votre chambre et il était difficile d'obtenir des chaises longues au bord de la piscine et de la plage. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon moment et nou [... lire plus]s reviendrons probablement dans ce complexe.

Lovely Resort This new resort is quite lovely and appeals to all age groups - there are many pools and activities for each age in the family. The food at this resort was excellent. However, the service at this resort is good, but it is not speedy - often long waits at bars or when you have a need for your room and it was challenging to get loungers by the pool and beach. Overall, we had a lovely time and would likely return to this resort again.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Certainement pas un 5 étoiles

Le complexe est situé dans un endroit magnifique, près de l'eau et le temps est magnifique. La station est plus ancienne, les endroits sont délabrés, la nourriture n'est pas très bonne, ce n'est pas une station amusante pour les adultes et la piscine principale est remplie de familles et n'est pas du tout adaptée aux adultes

Definitely not a 5 star The resort is on a beautiful location, close to the water and the weather is amazing. The resort was older, run down in locations, the food was not very good, was not a fun resort for adults and the main pool was full of families and not adult friendly in any way

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Une excellente destination de vacances !!!

Le personnel était si agréable, poli, toujours heureux, et travaille si dur pour s'assurer que vous passez un moment merveilleux dans ce complexe. La nourriture était excellente, il y avait toujours quelque chose à manger avec des tonnes d'options, du buffet principal, du buffet au bord de la piscine, des restaurants du soir (japonais, mexicain, méditerranéen), vous ne resterez certainement pas sur votre faim. L'hôtel est magnifique dès l'entrée. Les suites sont un peu désuètes, mais soyons hon [... lire plus]nêtes, combien de temps passez-vous vraiment dans votre chambre ? Qui le voudrait avec un bar de piscine bien approvisionné en alcool qui coulait à flot (merci Miguel). Great vacation destination!!! This resort was fantastic, I was thoroughly satisfied on all aspects of this resort. the staff were so pleasant, polite, always happy, and work so hard to ensure you have a wonderful time at this resort. Food was great always something to eat with tons of options, from the main buffet, pool side buffet, evening restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Mediterranean) you definitely will not go hungry. Its a beautiful resort from the moment you walk in. The suites are a little dated but lets be honest how much time do you really spend in the room. who wants to with a swim up bar well stocked with descent alcohol witch flowed continuously (thanks Miguel). all in all this resort is great and will definitely see me there again. Punta Cana Princess: Pour nous, c'est un peu comme si nous étions chez nous.

C'était notre huitième visite au Punta Cana Princess, il est donc évident que nous l'aimons. L'hôtel est assez petit et tout est à proximité. Le personnel est très amical, serviable et joyeux. Les chambres, le terrain, la piscine et la plage sont propres et bien entretenus. La nourriture est variée et il y a quatre restaurants à la carte en plus du buffet principal. L'accès au grand complexe voisin est un plus et diverses excursions/tours/activités sont disponibles. Lors de cette visite, l [... lire plus]es insectes et les moustiques étaient très présents et de nombreux clients, dont nous, ont été gravement piqués. Le Wi Fi pourrait être mis à jour. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit idéal pour une escapade hivernale.

Almost like home to us. This was our eighth visit to the Punta Cana Princess, so it is obvious we like it. The Hotel is fairly small so everything is close by. The staff are very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The rooms, grounds, pool and beach area are clean and well kept. The food has variety and there are four a la carte restaurants to choose from as well as the main buffet. Access to the large resort next door is a bonus and various excursions/tours/activities are available.. On this visit the 'no see um' bugs and mosquitoes were quite bad and many guests, including us, were badly bitten. The Wi Fi could be updated. However, overall it is a great place for a winter getaway.
