La nourriture était moyenne, le service était excellent, les animateurs étaient fantastiques, Fernando est le meilleur et Antonio le serveur était génial ! Les animateurs devraient tous être sur la même longueur d'onde en ce qui concerne les règles et les directives, ils disaient tous quelque chose de différent. Les chambres étaient correctes, l'entretien devrait être plus rapide et le dessous des lits devrait être nettoyé. A recommander pour une famille uniquement. Good time The food was average, service was great, activity people were fantastic, Fernando is the best and Antonio the server was great! Activity people all need to be on the same page about rules and guidelines, they would all say something different. Rooms were ok, maintenance needed to come faster and under the beds need to be cleaned out. Would recommend for a family only. No nightlife for young people.

Crown Paradise Golden: De superbes vacances

Service et emplacement excellents. Le complexe est ancien mais propre et bien entretenu pour l'essentiel. Le personnel s'efforce toujours d'assurer un excellent service à la clientèle. Les piscines sont un peu trop chaudes à mon goût mais la vue depuis la piscine sur le toit est fabuleuse ! La nourriture est très bonne et très variée. Si vous ne trouvez pas ce que vous aimez manger ici, peut-être ne devriez-vous pas voyager ! Les restaurants japonais, mexicain et méditerranéen ont tous bénéficié [... lire plus] d'un service supérieur à la moyenne et la nourriture était excellente. Nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose à notre goût au buffet, et quand tout va bien, il y a toujours la station d'omelette. Nous pensons que le complexe pourrait avoir plus de parasols et de palapas, mais beaucoup d'autres clients l'ont déjà dit. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité et nous sommes sortis du complexe à plusieurs reprises. Il y a un centre commercial à proximité avec de nombreux magasins. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille avec nos enfants adultes.

Great vacation Great service and location. The resort is older but clean and well maintained for the most part. The staff are always working hard to ensure great customer service. The pools are a little too warm for my liking but the views from the rooftop pool is fabulous! The food was very good and the variety plentiful. If you can't find anything you like to eat here then perhaps you should not travel lol!! The Japanese, Mexican and mediteranian all had above average service and the food was great. We always found something to our liking at the buffet, and when all else fails there's always the omelette station. We would suggest the resort could use more umbrellas and palapas, but many other guests have stated this. We always felt safe and walked off the resort a few times.Theres a mall close by with many stores.All in all a great family vacation with our adult children.

Riu Flamingos: beau centre de villégiature

Pour un complexe 4 étoiles, il a certainement besoin d'améliorations et d'un bon nettoyage. Dans notre chambre, le ventilateur de plafond aurait eu besoin d'un bon dépoussiérage, les rideaux auraient dû être lavés et le réfrigérateur nettoyé. Si l'on fait abstraction de tout cela, c'est un beau complexe hôtelier. La nourriture était correcte. Les chaises longues ont besoin d'être nettoyées ou remplacées, elles sont très inconfortables. Il n'y a pas assez de petites tables. Le complexe semb [... lire plus]le manquer de personnel. La plage n'était pas aussi propre que les autres plages où nous sommes allés. Il y a un problème d'oiseaux qui doit être résolu car ils sont partout sur les tables et les chaises dans les parties en plein air des restaurants. Beaucoup d'enfants dans ce complexe. Le toboggan de la piscine 2 toboggans étaient fermés. Il y avait une piscine pour enfants mais la plupart des enfants étaient dans la plus grande piscine. Les toilettes du complexe ont besoin d'être améliorées, soit les toilettes ne tirent pas la chasse d'eau, soit les éviers ne se vident pas, soit les sèche-mains ne fonctionnent pas.

nice resort For a 4 star resort it certainly needs upgrades and a good cleaning. In our room the ceiling fan could have used a good dusting, the curtains needed a wash and the fridge needed cleaning. If you look past all that it is a nice resort. The food was okay. The loungers needed cleaning or replacing, very uncomfortable. Not enough little tables. The resort seemed to be short staffed. The beach was not as clean as other beach we have been to. There is a bird problem that needs to be addressed because they are all over the tables and chairs in the open air parts of the restaurants. Lots of kids at this resort. The slide in the pool 2 slides were closed off. There was a kids pool but most of the kids were in the bigger pool. The washrooms around the resort need help, either the toilets would not flush or the sinks would not drain or the hand dryers did not work.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Bel hôtel !

C'était un bel hôtel. Il est très étendu, donc beaucoup de marche et d'escaliers. La nourriture était bonne, les boissons aussi. Le personnel était sympathique. Mon plus gros reproche serait le manque de chaises longues près des piscines et de la plage, ce qui pourrait être facilement résolu en en installant d'autres. Il y a beaucoup de place pour en installer d'autres. La sécurité chronométrait en fait la durée de votre absence de votre salon.

Nice hotel! It was a nice hotel. It is really spread out, so lots of walking and lots of stairs. The food was good, drinks were also good. The staff was friendly. My biggest complaint would be the lack of lounges by the pools and the beach which could easily be solved by bringing out more. Lots of room for more. Security actually was timing how long you were gone from your lounge.

Plaza Pelicanos Club: Excellent centre de villégiature !

J'ai absolument adoré mon expérience au plaza pelicanos club beach resort. L'hôtel est moderne et très propre. Il y a deux piscines et la plage à proximité. Il est très bien situé, à proximité du malecon et d'autres attractions touristiques. Le buffet était standard, mais le restaurant à la carte était phénoménal. L'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités telles que le kayak, le yoga et des divertissements nocturnes. Marco est le responsable des activités et fait un excellent travail pour s'assure [... lire plus]r que les clients se divertissent. Le personnel est formidable, très amical et serviable. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Great resort! I absolutely loved my experience at plaza pelicanos club beach resort. The Hotel is modern and very clean. There are 2 pools and the beach nearby. It is in a great location, very close to the malecon and other tourist attractions. The buffet was standard however the a la carte restaurant was phenomenal. There are many activities that can be done at the hotel such as kayaking, yoga and nightly entertainment. Marco is the activities manager and does a great job at ensuring guests are entertained. The staff is amazing here, very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel in a heart beat!

Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta: Un centre de villégiature formidable

Le terrain était très bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Le personnel était incroyable, si amical ! !! La nourriture était délicieuse et les cartes à la carte que vous n'avez pas eu à réserver ce qui était génial. La plage était propre et bien entretenue et l'océan était propre. Plus petite plage comme la station est plus petite, mais c'était extrêmement relaxant et dans l'ensemble un temps merveilleux. Si vous’recherchez le soleil toute la journée sur la plage/au bord [... lire plus] de la piscine, vous ne l'obtiendrez pas avant environ midi en raison de la façon dont le bâtiment est situé et où le soleil se lève. Notez également qu'aucun alcool n'est servi avant 11 heures (pas de Baileys dans votre café). Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce centre de villégiature.

Awesome Resort The grounds were very well kept. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were amazing, so friendly!! The food was delicious and the a la cartes you didn’t have to reserve which was awesome. The beach was clean and well kept and the ocean was clean. Smaller beach as the resort is smaller, but it was extremely relaxing and overall a wonderful time. If you’re looking for sun the entire day in the beach/poolside you won’t get it until about noon because of how the building is situated and where the sun rises. Also note that no alcohol is served until 11am(no Baileys in your coffee). Would definitely recommend this resort.

Krystal Puerto Vallarta: 3 étoiles au mieux

Tout n'était pas mauvais, cependant, je ne pense pas qu'il devrait être commercialisé comme un 4 étoiles. À notre arrivée (midi), nos chambres n'étaient pas prêtes, les responsables ont gentiment entreposé nos bagages et nous ont fourni des bracelets. Nos chambres ont été prêtes vers 15 heures. Notre chambre était dans la tour 2, vue sur l'océan. La chambre est magnifique et très propre. Il n'y a pas de linge de toilette fourni et seulement deux serviettes et un essuie-mains. Les problèmes qu [... lire plus]e j'ai trouvés dans la chambre étaient que les murs étaient très fins, ce qui signifie que vous pouviez entendre tout, même les conversations dans la chambre voisine. De plus, l'hôtel aurait tout intérêt à mettre des protections sur le bas des chaises afin d'éliminer l'écho constant du traînement des chaises. Le complexe était très beau et bien entretenu. La piscine était glaciale, il y a eu de nombreuses plaintes concernant la température de la piscine et le manque d'espace autour de la piscine principale. Il n'y a qu'un seul bar à la piscine, alors bien sûr, vous voulez être près. La nourriture... La PIRE partie du voyage. Il s'agissait principalement d'aliments mous. Les deux buffets étaient exactement les mêmes. Très fade, sans goût et sans options. Mon mari est loin d'être difficile et il a eu du mal. Seuls deux des quatre restaurants a’carte étaient ouverts. Il s'agissait du restaurant japonais et du restaurant italien. Le japonais était bon mais pas authentique dans ses plats - il n'y avait pas de saké ou de wasabi. Le restaurant italien était essentiellement composé de plats du buffet mieux présentés avec du fromage fondu sur le dessus. Le snack bar pendant la journée était composé de hot-dogs, hamburgers, calamars, fruits, chips tortilla et burritos. Par burritos, j'entends des tranches de hot-dogs enveloppées de fromage comme un burrito. Même si la nourriture de type américain aurait été un plaisir, elle est restée toute la journée dans des buffets sous une hutte et n'a pas été préparée à la demande. De plus, il fallait éloigner les oiseaux qui se nourrissaient à partir de là. Les divertissements étaient corrects, leur propre personnel a fait un spectacle aquatique le lundi qui était vraiment bien, mais la musique le mercredi et le jeudi était terrible. Les employés sont tous formidables et sympathiques !

3 Star at best Not everything was bad, however, I don’t feel it should be marketed as a 4 star. Upon arrival (noon) our rooms were not ready, the kindly stored our luggage and provided us with wrist bands. Our rooms became ready around 3pm. Our room was in tower 2, ocean view room. The room is gorgeous and very clean. There is no face clothes provided and only two towels and one hand towel. The issues I found in the room was the walls were very thin, meaning you could hear eeeeeverything, even talking in the next room. Also, the hotel could benefit greatly from putting protectors on the bottom of the chairs to eliminate the constant chair dragging echoing. The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The pool was freeeezing, there were many common complaints about the pool temperature and lack of space around the main pool. There is only one pool bar so of course you want to be close. The food... WORST part of the trip. It was mostly mushy items. The two buffets were exactly the same as one another. Very bland, tasteless and lacked options. My husband is far from picky and he had a tough time. Only two of the four a’carte restaurants were open. They were Japanese and Italian. Japanese was good but not authentic in its dishes- didn’t have sake or wasabi. The Italian was basically dishes form the buffet better plated with melted cheese ontop. Then the snack bar during the day consisted of hot dogs, hamburgers, squid, fruit, tortilla chips and burritos. By burritos I mean slices of hot dogs wrapped with cheese like a burrito. Although having American type food would of been a nice treat- it sat out all day in buffet trays under a hut, wasn’t made fresh to order. Also you had to shoe off the birds as they fed from there too. The entertainment was ok, their own staff did a water show on the Monday which was really good but the music on Wednesday and Thursday was terrible. The staff are all amazing and friendly!

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Un centre de villégiature, un personnel et un lieu extraordinaires

C'était notre 14ème visite dans ce complexe et nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. Le personnel est extraordinaire et très attentionné : Eduardo, Gustav, Fausto, Isidro, Pedro, Omar et bien sûr Dahlia. La nourriture au Sunset est excellente. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable grâce à Elena. Félicitations à Caesar, directeur, excellent travail et vous êtes très respecté par le personnel. Le terrain et la piscine sont très propres.

Amazing Resort/Staff/Location This was our 14th visit to this Resort and we will return next year. The staff is amazing and very caring I.e., Eduardo, Gustav, Fausto, Isidro, Pedro, Omar and of course Dahlia. Food in the Sunset is awesome. Room was immaculately kept clean by Elena. Congrats to Caesar, Manager, awesome job and u are very well respected by staff. Grounds and pool very clean.

Crown Paradise Golden: Station balnéaire relaxante.

Terrain joliment entretenu, chambres spacieuses, belle plage. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant. Salles à manger agréables et vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil. Restaurant à la carte un peu trop climatisé à mon goût.

Relaxing resort . Nicely kept grounds, generous rooms, lovely beach front. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Pleasant dining areas and great view of the sunset. A la carte dining a little too air condtioned for my liking.

le terrain est très bien entretenu, les chambres sont propres et le personnel de nettoyage était excellent. Nous étions là l'année dernière et nous avons adoré cette année, nous n'avons pas été très impressionnés, une grande partie du personnel n'était pas le même et n'était pas très amical, l'équipe de divertissement était totalement différente et parlait très peu d'anglais et la nourriture n'était pas très bonne, trop mexicaine, j'ai trouvé cette fois-ci qu'ils s'adressaient aux Espagnols.

royal decameron complex the grounds are very well maintained, the rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. We were there last year and loved it this year not very impressed, a lot of the staff were'nt the same and not to friendly the entertainment crew total different and spoke very little english and the food not great to much mexican I found this time around they catered to the spanish.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Je suis d'accord, c'est une station extraordinaire !

J'apprécie particulièrement l'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel partout où je vais, et j'ai trouvé la majorité du personnel ici ainsi. J'ai particulièrement apprécié mon séjour ici cette fois-ci en raison du balcon donnant sur la piscine/la zone océanique, car j'ai pu obtenir un balcon lors de ma première visite en 2019. J'aime la proximité du malecon et la possibilité de se rendre à pied à de nombreux endroits. J'ai aimé les divertissements le soir à l'hôtel.

I agree amazing resort! I especially enjoy the friendliness and helpfulness of staff anywhere I go, and I found majority of staff here so. I especially enjoyed my stay here this time around due to the balcony facing pool/ocean area as I was able to attain balcony during my first visit in 2019. I like close proximity to malecon and walking distance to many places. I liked the entertainment in the evening at the hotel.

Le service a baissé, on a l'impression qu'il se prépare à accueillir plus de clients latins. Beaucoup de personnel de service parlant anglais ont disparu. Pas de travail là comme l'année dernière avant a été dit il changer les propriétairesl'emplacement près de beaucoup de bons restaurants reviendra à cause de cela. Spectacle de nuit a diminué un peu.

A good place Be here before great location service has gone down, it felt like it gearing for more Latin guest. Many English speaking service personnel gone. Not working there like last year before was told it change ownersit location near many good restaurants will return because of that. Night show gone down a bit.

Krystal Puerto Vallarta: Un lieu et un personnel merveilleux

Les chambres étaient très propres et confortables et j'ai adoré ma vue sur l'océan. Le personnel était formidable, toujours aimable, compétent et serviable. J'ai adoré la salle à manger face à l'océan, en particulier pour le petit-déjeuner.

Wonderful place and staff The rooms here were very clean and comfortable and I loved my ocean view. The staff were amazing; always friendly and competent and helpful. I loved the oceanfront dining room especially for breakfast.

Très bel hôtel ! Bonnes installations, piscine, océans et nourriture. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes. Personnel très sympathique. Emplacement idéal entre la ville de surf et Puerto Vallarta. Les Mexicains y passent aussi leurs vacances et il y a beaucoup de Canadiens !

Crown Paradise Golden: Un grand moment

Excellente situation par rapport au centre-ville et à l'aéroport. La plage était superbe et le temps parfait. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très accommodant. Le buffet était nettement meilleur dans la partie du complexe réservée aux non-adultes et les restaurants à la carte sur place étaient moyens. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un excellent moment et j'y retournerais.

Great time Excellent location to downtown and the airport. The beach was great and the weather was perfect. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. The buffet food was definitely better at the the non adult side of the resort and the al a carte restaurants on site were average. Overall a great time and I would go back.

Non seulement le service était excellent, mais l'atmosphère du complexe était unique et accueillante. Les couleurs rendent tout un peu plus amusant et tout est toujours propre ! Vous apprenez également à apprécier la culture mexicaine grâce aux activités et aux soirées à thème proposées par la cuisine et les divertissements. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire.

Did not want to leave! Not only was the service amazing but the atmosphere of the resort was unique and welcoming. The colours make everything a tad more fun and everything was always clean! You also learn to appreciate the Mexican culture through the activities and themed nights brought to us by the food and entertainment. Overall an amazing resort.

Secrets Vallarta Bay: Secrets Vallarta BAy

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, le personnel était excellent, le terrain magnifique et on ne peut pas se plaindre du temps qu'il fait ! Le ménage doit être plus régulier. Un jour, nous recevions des serviettes propres, le lendemain, seules quelques unes étaient remplacées. De même, les draps doivent être changés plus régulièrement, surtout pour les longs séjours. Les verres et les tasses sales n'étaient pas remplacés mais semblaient être lavés par le personnel de ménage. Pas sûr que ce soi [... lire plus]t très hygiénique ! Nous n'étions jamais sûrs de savoir qui entrait dans la chambre et à quel moment - par exemple, l'extinction des feux le soir ne semblait pas non plus régulière.

Enjoyed the stay very much, For the most part, the staff was excellent, the grounds gorgeous and who can complain about the weather!! Housekeeping needs to be more consistent. One day we would get clean towels, the next day only a few would be replaced. As well, the sheets need to be changed more regularly, especially for long stays. The dirty glasses and cups were not replaced but seemed to be washed by housekeeping. Not sure how sanitary that is! We were never sure who was coming into the the room and when - for example, the turn down at night didn't seem to be consistent, either.

Bon centre de villégiature avec un personnel formidable. Beaucoup d'escaliers et un temps magnifique. Vous pouvez voir des baleines depuis la plage, si vous avez de la chance. Le complexe est dispersé mais pas trop loin de toutes les piscines, restaurants et plages. Je recommanderais ce complexe aux personnes valides

Beautiful sun sets Good resort with great staff. Lots of stairs and great weather. You can see whales from the beach, if your lucky. The resort is spread out but not too far from all the pools, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this resort for able bodied travellers
