Grand Palladium Palace: Magnifique complexe hôtelier avec d'excellents restaurants à la carte

Nous avons adoré notre chambre loft, le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu, les restaurants sont propres et la plupart du personnel est amical, attentif et parle assez bien anglais. David, un serveur des buffets, était extraordinaire et très attentif. La nourriture des buffets pourrait être améliorée, mais elle était meilleure que celle des buffets de notre voyage à Cuba. Les restaurants à la carte étaient vraiment bons, le japonais, le brésilien, le steak house et le bambou étaient mes pr [... lire plus]éférés. La plage est magnifique, les piscines sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons certainement. J'ai passé un excellent moment !

Beautiful Resort with great a la cart restaurants We loved our loft room, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, restaurants are clean and most staff friendly, attentive and speak fairly good english. David, a waiter at the Buffets was amazing and very attentive. The food at the buffets could use some improving but was better than the buffets on our trip to Cuba. The a la carts were really good, the Japanese, Brazillian, Steak House and the Bamboo were my favorites. The beach is beautiful, the pools were very nice. We would definitely return again. Had a great time!

Occidental Caribe: Pas impressionné

- Tout a commencé par un retard de 6 heures dans le vol vers Punta Cana - Le lit était si mauvais que nous avons dû placer des oreillers sur les côtés pour nous empêcher de rouler au milieu du lit. Nous avons fini par dormir sur le côté - La porte du balcon était cassée et ne se verrouillait pas. Nous étions au deuxième étage et avons utilisé le coffre-fort de la chambre - L'eau froide s'est arrêtée pendant la douche - L'eau fuyait du luminaire dans la salle de bain au-dessus de l'évier - L [... lire plus]e réveil dans la chambre n'avait pas de cordon d'alimentation. J'en ai demandé un mais il n'est pas venu - Le porte-savon dans la douche était à un angle de 45 degrés. Cassé - Les machines à glaçons étaient en panne ( 2 ) les plus proches de notre chambre - L'ascenseur était en marche et à l'arrêt. environ 50 - 50 - Ma femme est tombée malade la première nuit et a passé 4 jours et 3 nuits à l'hôpital de Bavaro. (ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel) - Le personnel du Barcelo Punta Cana était 4 sur 5 - Médecin 5 sur 5 - Nourriture 3 sur 5 - 2 sur 5 nous reviendrons

Not Impressed - Started with a 6 hr delay in the flight to Punta Cana - The bed was so bad that we had to stuff pillows at our sides to stop us from rolling into the middle. We ended up sleeping on the bed sideways - Balcony door was broken and would not lock. We were on the second floor and used the room safe - Cold water cut out while taking a shower - Water was leaking from the light fixture in the bathroom above the sink - Alarm clock in the room had no power cord. I asked for one but it didn't come - Soap dish in shower was on a 45 deg angle. Broken - Ice machines were out of order ( 2 ) closest to our room - Elevator was on again off again. about 50 - 50 - My wife got ill the first night and spent 4 days and 3 nights in the Bavaro Hospital. ( no fault of the hotel ) - Staff at the Barcelo Punta Cana were 4 out of 5 - Doctor 5 out of 5 - Food 3 out of 5 - 2 out of 5 we return

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Fabulous Resort

Station extrêmement propre. Le service est impeccable. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est satisfait. Le terrain était beau, propre et agréable. La piscine est très belle, les animations sont très amusantes. Toute l'équipe du Grand Bahia était fantastique ! La nourriture, vous ne mourrez jamais de faim ici, elle était incroyable et très savoureuse ! Un séjour à ne pas manquer et j'y retournerai.

Extremely clean resort. Service was impeccable. Whatever you need they comply. Grounds were Beautiful, clean and enjoyable. Pool area very nice, entertainment was allot fun. The whole Team at Grand Bahia was Fantastic! Food, you will never starve here, it was incredible and very tasty! A must stay and will go back.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Merveilleuse section des adultes

Tout était parfait dans ce complexe, le personnel était très amical et toujours souriant. Le terrain est très propre. Les parents avaient un peu d'algues sur la plage chaque matin, mais ils étaient en train de nettoyer. Un peu déçu par le transport aérien.

Wonderful adults section Everything was great about the resort, all staff was very friendly, always smiling. The grounds are kept very clean. Parents bit of seaweed on the beach each morning but they were out cleaning. A little disappointed with air transit.

Occidental Caribe: Magnifique terrain !

Le terrain était absolument magnifique, la nourriture au buffet était bonne mais la nourriture et le service du restaurant à la carte étaient encore meilleurs. Les chambres n'étaient pas très belles, dépassées et le congélateur du réfrigérateur était cassé ainsi que le miroir de la salle de bain. Il n'y avait pas assez de chaises de plage et de piscine pour tous les clients de l'hôtel. À part cela, nous avons vécu une expérience formidable ! L'escalade et le trapèze étaient amusants ! Les massag [... lire plus]es au spa étaient excellents. La plage est magnifique et on peut marcher pendant des kilomètres !

Beautiful Grounds!! The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the food at the buffet was good but the a la carte restaurant food and service was even better. The rooms were not very nice, outdated and the freezer in the fridge was broken and the mirror in the bathroom was also broke. There were also not enough beach/pool chairs to accommodate all the guests at the resort. Aside from that we had a great experience! The rock climbing and trapeze was fun! The massages at the spa were excellent. The beach is amazing and you can walk for miles!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Il s'agit d'un très grand complexe, qui ne conviendra donc pas à tout le monde. Cependant, il nous a parfaitement convenu En séjournant dans la section Ambar réservée aux adultes, vous bénéficiez du confort d'un complexe plus petit, mais vous êtes à quelques minutes (en tramway) de la sélection de restaurants et de divertissements qu'offrent les propriétés adjacentes. Nous avons séjourné dans la section Ambar 1 et nous recommencerions. Nous étions proches de la plage et de la piscine, ainsi que [... lire plus] du hall et d'une bonne sélection de restaurants. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, nous étions à l'aise et satisfaits. La nourriture était très bonne. Mieux que prévu en fait. La plage était magnifique, on pouvait y nager. Nous avons suivi les conseils d'autres personnes et avons envoyé par courriel nos demandes de dîner environ deux semaines avant notre voyage. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, quatre restaurants avaient été réservés pour nous. Nous nous sommes rapidement rendus au service clientèle car nous voulions un dîner à la carte pour les sept nuits et ils ont été plus qu'heureux de nous accommoder pour les trois autres nuits. Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé nos attentes et nous y reviendrons !

Great resort! This is a very large complex so it may not be for everyone. However it was a fantastic "fit" for us Staying in the adults only Ambar section gives you the coziness of a smaller resort but you are minutes away/tram ride away from the selection of restaurants and entertainment that the adjoining properties offer. We stayed on the Ambar 1 section and would do so again. We were close to the beach and pool as well as the lobby and a good selection of restaurants to eat at. The room was spacious and clean and we were comfortable and happy with it. The food was very good. Better than expected actually. The beach was beautiful, great swimming. We took the advice of others and emailed our dinner requests about two weeks ahead of our trip. We we arrived they had booked four restaurants for us. We quickly went to guest services as we wanted a la carte dinner for all seven night and they were more than happy to accommodate us with the other three nights. This resort exceeded our expectations and we would return again!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Un grand centre de villégiature

Magnifique terrain et toutes les installations. Le terrain est impeccable. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues avec un personnel souriant et serviable et de nombreuses options pour la nourriture, les boissons, les divertissements, etc... Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons trop mangé et pris un peu plus de soleil que nous n'aurions dû.

A Great Resort Beautiful grounds and all the facilities. The grounds are immaculate. The beach area is great for sunning and for beach walks .There are mini buses for the poor walkers.The rooms are clean and well serviced with helpfull smiling staff and lots of options for food drink entertainment etc.We enjoyed our stay and ate too much and got a little more sun than we should have.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Très beau centre de villégiature.

Belle propriété, belle plage avec beaucoup d'espace. Personnel sympathique avec un bon service de bar à la plage et à la piscine. La seule déception concerne la chambre, nous avions demandé l'étage supérieur, vue sur la piscine, avec un grand lit. On nous a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, vue sur le jardin, avec 2 lits doubles et une porte communicante avec la chambre adjacente où un bébé a pleuré pendant la plus grande partie de la première nuit. En toute honnêteté, nous avions réservé à  [... lire plus]la dernière minute et ils nous ont transférés à l'étage supérieur, vue sur la piscine, après 3 nuits. Essayez d'obtenir une chambre sans porte communicante si possible

Very nice resort. Beautifull property, nice beach with lots of room. Friendly staff with good bar service at the beach and pool. Only dissappointment was with the room, we requested upper floor , pool view, with 1 king bed. We were given a ground floor , garden view with 2 double beds and a connecting door to the adjacent room where a baby cried most of the first night. In fairness we had booked last minute and they moved us to an upper floor, pool view after 3 nights. Try to get a room without the connecting door if possible

Occidental Punta Cana: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour le soleil et le sable.

L'Occidental à Punta Cana était parfait à tous points de vue. De grandes chambres propres avec des lits king size confortables. Des buffets extraordinaires et quatre excellents restaurants à la carte. Des terrains immaculés et une plage "plus que magnifique". J'ai adoré chaque minute passée au soleil. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très amical et serviable. Les extras de Transat Plus valaient la peine d'être payés en plus. Nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur notre merveilleuse semaine en Républ [... lire plus]ique Dominicaine. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cet hôtel à nos amis.

Awesome Resort for Sun & Sand. The Occidental in Punta Cana was perfect in every way. Large clean rooms with comfortable king size beds. Amazing food buffets with four excellent a la carte restaurants. Immaculate grounds and a "beyond beautiful" beach. Loved every minute in the sunshine. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Transat Plus extras were worth the extra money.Can't say enough about our awesome week in the Dominican. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Réservé aux adultes, calme, chambres propres et améliorées avec wi-fi gratuit et excellent service. L'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant avec Edwin (service client extraordinaire), pas de jeu de serviettes à jouer, il suffit de les changer quand vous en avez besoin avec un bar en bord de piscine ou un excellent service en bord de piscine pour les boissons. Marchez à gauche pour une longue promenade sur le sable blanc ou allez à droite pour faire du shopping sur la plage, mais préparez-vous à s [... lire plus]ubir les désagréments habituels du shopping. Les stations balnéaires voisines disposent toutes de services de navette par trolley ou train sur une base fréquente. Il faudrait un peu plus de "panneaux", car nous avons fait quelques boucles supplémentaires en marchant, à la recherche d'endroits. Les réservations à la carte ont été faciles. Le spa est un moyen agréable de passer la fin de la journée ou de se mettre à l'abri du soleil pendant un certain temps. Dites bonjour à Rubin au bar de la piscine ! Nous sommes restés une heure de plus et avons pris un taxi pour l'aéroport pour 35 $ US.

I'll be back! Adult only, peaceful, clean upgraded rooms with free wi-fi and excellent service. Check in was a breeze with Edwin (amazing customer service), no towel game to play, just change them when you need to with a swim up bar or great poolside service for drinks. Walk to the left for a lovely long walk on white sand or go to the right for some beach side shopping, but be prepared for usual shopping annoyances. The adjoining resorts are all available with shuttle services by trolley or train on a frequent basis. They could use a few more "signs", as we did a few extra loops walking, looking for places. Booking a la cartes was easy. The spa is a lovely way to spend the end of the day or get out of sun for awhile. Say hi to Rubin at the pool bar! We stayed an extra hour and took a taxi to airport for $35 US.

Grand Palladium Palace: De superbes vacances

Nous avons été surclassés en Royal Suites et les chambres étaient exquises. Le WiFi gratuit était inclus, mais il était souvent lent et ne fonctionnait pas sur tous nos appareils. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et le terrain était bien entretenu. Les repas étaient tous bons, en particulier le restaurant japonais. Nous avions déjà séjourné au Palladium et nous n'avons pas été déçus par ce voyage.

Great vacation We were upgraded to Royal Suites and the rooms were exquisite. Free WiFi was included but was often slow and it didn't work on all of our devices. Staff were extremely friendly and the grounds were well kept. Meals were all good, particularly the Japanese Restaurant. We've stayed at the Palladium before and were not disappointed with this trip.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana: une escapade étonnante

L'hôtel est grand mais il y a beaucoup à faire. Les chariots de l'hôtel vous emmènent d'un bâtiment à l'autre. Idéal pour les enfants. Ma fille a 2,5 ans et elle avait des tonnes de choses à faire à la plage, à la piscine pour enfants et au club pour enfants. C'est la deuxième fois que je reviens et je recommanderais définitivement cet hôtel.

amazing getaway Hotel is big but lots to do. Carts on the hotel take you from building to building. Great for kids. My daughter is 2.5 and she had tones to do from the beach, kids pool and kids club. Second time back and would definelty recommend this hotel.

Occidental Punta Cana: Un endroit absolument génial

Le terrain est magnifique, les chambres sont très propres. La nourriture était d'excellente qualité et la variété était bonne. La plage était géniale. Beaucoup de chaises à la plage et la piscine était excellente pour tous les âges. J'y retournerai certainement :)

Absolutly great place Grounds beautiful, rooms very clean. Food was excellent quality and variety was good. Beach was awesom. Lots of chairs at the beach and the pool area was excellent for all ages. Would go back againfor sure:)

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Magnifique station ! !!

J'ai tout aimé dans ce complexe, à l'exception de la nourriture. Le surclassement VIP a été une bonne décision car il nous a permis d'accéder à tous les bars qui proposaient des alcools de qualité supérieure, à un snack-bar et à notre propre réserve de serviettes de bain. Le personnel était très amical et serviable, en particulier le personnel (Ramiro et Irwin) de l'espace VIP. plusieurs très bien mais il y a vraiment besoin d'amélioration dans la catégorie de la nourriture ! Beautiful resort !!! I loved everything about the resort except the food. The VIP upgrade was a good decision as this gave us access to all bars which had premium liquor and to a snack bar and our own supply of towels.The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the staff (Ramiro and Irwin)in the VIP area. The resort had lots of fun activities. 0veral very good but there really needs to be improvement in the food category ! We ate lots of fruit !!!

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Bon hôtel, mais la vue de la chambre est épouvantable

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était très bien. Très déçu d'avoir dépensé autant d'argent et d'avoir été mis dans une chambre face à une clôture verte et d'entendre les travailleurs conduire et marcher dans l'allée près de la clôture verte tout le temps jour et nuit.

Good hotel, room view terrible Overall the hotel was great. Very disappointed spending the amount of money we did and was put in a room facing a green fence and hearing the workers driving and walking down the lane by the green fenced all the time day and night.

Catalonia Bavaro Resort: Destination moyenne de vacances

Le resort était agréable, les chambres un peu vieillottes et mériteraient d'être rafraîchies. La nourriture n'était pas excellente et nous devions demander des choses dont ils n'avaient plus besoin, comme du bacon, du sirop, etc. Le service était moyen et rien d'exceptionnel. Il y avait bien quelques personnes qui semblaient vraiment aimer leur travail, mais pour la plupart, rien de spécial. Le pire, c'était les incitations constantes à "venir à leur réunion et recevoir un cadeau gratuit", qui p [... lire plus]ortait sur des offres de type "time share". Ces personnes étaient omniprésentes dans le complexe et toujours sur vos talons. Je pourrais demander une fois, peut-être deux, et ils ne devraient être autorisés que dans une certaine zone, pas dans tout le centre de villégiature. Nous avons dû nous montrer impolis à plusieurs reprises pour que ces personnes nous laissent tranquilles. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et la baignade n'était pas agréable. Heureusement qu'il y a des boissons alcoolisées gratuites !

Average vacation destination The resort was nice, the rooms a bit dated and could use a refresher. The food wasn't the greatest and we had to ask for things they kept running out of like bacon, syrup, etc. The service was average and nothing outstanding. There was the odd person who appeared to really enjoy their work but for the most part, nothing special. The worst part was the constant badgering to "come to their meeting and recieve a free gift" which was all about time share type deals. These people were everywhere in the resort and always on your heels. I could see asking once, maybe twice and they should only be allowed in a certain area, not throughout the resort. We actually had to be rude a few times to get these people to leave us alone. The beach had a lot of seaweed and swimming was not enjoyable. Thank goodness for the free alcoholic drinks!

Occidental Punta Cana: Hôtel Nice

Magnifique hôtel avec un hall d'entrée magnifique et de superbes piscines. Le terrain est bien entretenu et propre. Proche de nombreuses attractions, l'hôtel propose des excursions quotidiennes. Le service du personnel de l'hôtel était impeccable.

Nice Hotel Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous lobby and stunning pools. The grounds were well manicured and clean. Close to many attractions, hotel provided daily excursions to enjoy. Service by hotel staff was impeccable.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Le site est bien situé, le personnel est bon, la nourriture est bonne, on ne peut pas s'en passer

nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans l'alacarte sans une longue attente beaucoup de problèmes avec le ménage les draps n'ont pas été changés tous les jours Jacuzzi cassé signalé le premier soir rien n'a été fait Mr Coffey n'a pas très bien représenté Air Transit il n'a pas expliqué les parties de l'hôtel que nous avions besoin de connaître il était seulement intéressé par la vente de forfaits il ne nous a pas aidé avec les problèmes dans notre chambre comme demandé à plusieurs reprises j'étais très f [... lire plus]atigué du harcèlement constant de la vente des marchandises des vendeurs nous a fait sentir mal à l'aise Hasa et Pedro dans la salle à manger étaient géniaux ainsi que le reste du personnel de service ils nous ont traité avec beaucoup de respect et ont fait leur travail très professionnellement hasa et Pedro dans la salle à manger étaient géniaux, tout comme le reste du personnel de service. Good resort some good staff good food couldn't ge couldn't get into alacarte without a long wait lots of problems with housekeeping sheets not changed daily Jacuzzi broken reported on the first night nothing done Mr Coffey did not represent Air Transit very well did not explain areas of the hotel we needed to know was only interested in selling packages did not assist us with the problems in our room as asked on several occasions got very tired of the constant harassment of the selling of vendors goods made us feel very uncomfortable Hasa and Pedro in the dinning room were awesome as were the rest of the service staff treated us with great respect and did their jobs very proffesionally thumbs up guys would return but would see to our needs right from the beginning in order to get what we deserve and what we paid for overall a 6 1/2 out of 10 Thank you to all of you who did take the time to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Des vacances réussies

Ma femme et moi avons fait ce voyage avec un autre couple et je peux dire que le jeu en valait la chandelle, le service est excellent, la nourriture est excellente, il n'y a pas de réservation dans les restaurants premium, il y a beaucoup de tiki huts sur la plage pour se détendre, il y a même eu un service de bar extraordinaire sur la plage, rien que de la détente. Pour un peu plus de cent dollars par jour, vous pouvez disposer d'un endroit idéal pour vous détendre avec un service haut de gamme [... lire plus]. Une cabane est suffisamment spacieuse pour deux couples, le réfrigérateur du bar, la nourriture et le service du bar sont apportés directement à la cabane. La meilleure partie de ces cabanas est le personnel de service qui y travaille, si vous décidez de prendre le Caban ou même si vous voulez une visite des cabanons et des services offerts, demandez Algenis et/ou Junior, ces deux gars se sont vraiment mis en quatre pour faire de nos vacances un moment mémorable. Quelques points qui mériteraient d'être pris en compte : - Les bars ont manqué de fruits et de liqueurs, de sorte que certaines boissons n'étaient pas disponibles tout le temps - Le resort devrait investir dans une sorte de tracteur ou autre appareil pour ratisser la plage, le personnel sur la plage a essayé de suivre mais il y avait beaucoup d'algues. - La "réunion" qu'ils voulaient organiser était une sorte d'organisation de vacances en multipropriété, ils nous ont convaincus d'y aller avec un bon de 75 $ pour 90 minutes de notre temps, ce qui a pris presque 2 heures. Je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse d'une initiative de la station, mais plutôt d'une offre d'une société privée.

A great vacation My wife and I took this trip with another couple and I can say it was well worth the money, great service, great food, no reservations in the premium restrunts, lots of tiki huts on the beach to relax under, even had amazing bar service right on the beach, nothing but relaxation. You have to check out the private Cabana's in the pool area, for a little over a hundred dollars a day you can have a great place to relax with premium service, one cabana was plenty of room for two couples, bar fridge, food, and bar service are brought right to the Cabana. The best part about these cabanas are the service staff working them, if you decide to get the Caban or even if you want a tour of them and the services offered ask for Algenis and/or Junior, these two guys really went out of there way to make our vacation a memorable one. A couple things that could use attention would be: - Bars running out of some fruits and liquors so some drinks weren't available all the time - The resort should invest in some sort of tractor or other device for raking the beach, the staf on the beach tried to keep up but there was allot of sea weed. - The "meeting" that they wanted to have was some sort of vacation resort time share setup, they convinced us to go with a $75 voucher for 90min of our time, it took almost 2 hours. I don't think this was anything to do with the resort, more of a private company offer.
