Palma Real: Médiocre

L'emplacement était excellent, à une minute de la plage et des principales attractions du centre-ville. La nourriture était médiocre et souvent répétée. De plus, elle n'était pas souvent réapprovisionnée pendant les buffets et n'était pas non plus réchauffée. Notre chambre était également médiocre, le miroir principal avait un gros morceau où il était brisé. Nous devions regarder à travers chaque coin du miroir. Les femmes de ménage ont bien nettoyé notre chambre et étaient dignes de confiance.  [... lire plus]Sur les 4 piscines, seules 2 étaient ouvertes, mais elles étaient superbes. Le personnel du buffet n'était pas très gentil ou attentif mais le personnel du bar était super et la réception était sympa. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la carte magnétique de notre chambre, nous avons dû y retourner 3 fois.

Mediocre The location was great 1 minute away from the beach and main downtown attractions. The food was mediocre and often repeated. It was also not replenished often once done during buffet times nor warmed up again. Our room was also just mediocre, the main mirror had a big chunk where it was shattered. We had to look through each corner of it. Maids cleaned our room nicely and were trustworthy. Out of 4 pools only 2 were open, but they were great. Buffet staff wasn’t that nice or attentive but bar staff was great and reception was nice. We had some issues with our room keycard , had to go back 3 times.

Le service extraordinaire de tout le personnel et la qualité exceptionnelle des installations, des chambres et de la nourriture font de cet hôtel la meilleure expérience que j'ai eue en plus de 15 ans de voyage à Cuba. Best hotel in Cuba! Extraordinary service from all staff and exceptional quality of facilities, rooms and food make this the best hotel experience I've had in over 15 years of travel to Cuba. The General Manager, Alejandro, Food and Beverage Managers Pedro and Sonia, and all of their associates made me feel welcomed and pampered. The breakfast buffet is the best I've experienced in years! The pool deck and bar on the sixth floor provide a magical view of the harbour and the Castille de Morro. It's like a scene from a movie! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Havana!

Melia Peninsula Varadero: Bonne station dans l'ensemble

Belle propriété - pelouses et plages bien entretenues. La nourriture était très bonne. Le club pour enfants était très bien et les divertissements étaient excellents. Dans l'ensemble, une bonne expérience. Quelques points négatifs. Le premier soir de mon arrivée, ma chambre n'avait absolument pas d'électricité - un technicien est passé trois fois et il n'y avait toujours pas d'électricité. Le lendemain, on m'a transféré dans une chambre située à proximité de celle de ma famille. Il y [... lire plus] avait de l'eau sur le sol et un effort a été fait pour s'assurer que cela ne se reproduise pas, mais les toilettes avaient besoin d'être réparées et non calfeutrées. La chaîne hôtelière doit former correctement ses techniciens (ou se procurer le matériel adéquat pour que le travail soit bien fait). Je sais que c'est Cuba, mais je n'ai jamais eu cette expérience, même dans un hôtel moins bien classé.

Good resort overall Beautiful property- well maintained lawns and beaches. The food was quite good. Children's club quite good and the entertainment was great. Overall a good experience. A few negatives. The first night I checked in, my room had absolutely no hydro - a technician came by 3 times and still no hydro. I was moved the next day to a room located near where my family were staying. There was water on the floor and an effort was made to make sure it didn't happen again, but the toilet needed to be fixed not caulked. The hotel chain needs to properly train their technicians (or afford the right supplies so that the job can be done right). I know it's Cuba, but I have never had this experience even at a lesser rated hotel.

Si vous souhaitez séjourner dans un hôtel bon marché, puis sortir pour visiter La Havane ou rendre visite à votre famille ou à vos amis, cet hôtel vous conviendra. Tout ce qui est basique ici fonctionne, la climatisation, la télévision, les sanitaires et l'eau chaude en abondance. Chambre propre, pas de cafards, de mouches, de moustiques, de fourmis ou de punaises de lit. Les lits sont assez confortables. L'eau potable doit être achetée à la cafétéria. Le petit déjeuner inclus est bon, il y a pr [... lire plus]esque tout ce que vous avez l'habitude de prendre, du lait, du café, des œufs, des fruits, des jus, etc. En général, le personnel est amical, prêt à aider et je pense qu'il fait de son mieux pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Si vous êtes de ceux qui regardent les coins pour signaler les dégâts, vous en trouverez beaucoup.

For under 600CD a week hotel it's ok. If you want to stay in a cheap hotel, from there go out to tour Havana or visit family or friends, this hotel will serve you. Everything basic here works, the AC, the TV, the sanitary ware and there is abundant hot water. Clean room, no cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes, ants or bed bugs. The beds quite comfortable. Drink water you have to buy it in the cafeteria. The breakfast that is included is good, there is almost everything you usually have, milk, coffee, eggs, fruits, juices etc. In general the staff is friendly, willing to help and I think they do their best to make you feel good. If you are one of those who look at the corners to point out damage you will find many.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: De belles vacances

L'hôtel était charmant. Le terrain est bien entretenu, tout est immaculé, le personnel est aimable et serviable. Très heureux qu'il n'y ait pas de musique forte sur la plage. Un peu trop bruyant à la piscine. Chambre calme et confortable. Nourriture variée et abondante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Lovely vacation The hotel was lovely. Well kept grounds, everything immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Very glad there was no loud music playing on the beach. A bit too noisy at pool area. Room quiet and comfortable. Food varied and plentiful. Would certainly return.

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: En deçà des attentes

Il n'y avait pas de zone spéciale pour l'enregistrement des étoiles de prestige, le personnel de la réception n'a pas expliqué tous les privilèges de ce niveau. Nous savons que la variété de la nourriture est limitée, mais le problème est que le chef a également des compétences limitées. Le reste du personnel était très sympathique. Il y a eu un problème d'eau chaude dans les chambres mais il a été résolu après 2 jours. Les chambres, en général, sont propres et confortables. Il n'y a que 2 ascen [... lire plus]seurs pour un grand bâtiment et la plupart du temps un seul fonctionne. La plage est propre et il n'y a pas de mauvaises herbes, mais le courant est très fort et l'océan devient très dangereux, même avec un vent léger.

Below expectations There was no special area for star prestige checking in, reception staff did not explain all the privilege of that level. We know that food variety is limited but the problem the chef also has limited skills. The other staff was very friendly. There was a problem with hot water in rooms but solved after 2 days. Rooms, in general, are clean and comfortable. There are 2 elevators only for a huge building and most of the time one only is working. The beach is clean with no see weeds but the current is very high and the ocean becomes very dangerous with even mild wind.

Gran Caribe Sun Beach: Excellent séjour !

Nous avons séjourné au Sunbeach pendant 4 nuits. Notre chambre avait une belle vue sur l'océan et était très propre. C'est un hôtel deux étoiles et cela se voit dans les équipements proposés, mais c'était bien. La nourriture au buffet était correcte. S'il n'y avait pas eu les touristes impolis qui aimaient empiler les plats avec de la nourriture et donc il n'y avait pas grand chose de disponible pour les autres après, cela aurait été plus agréable. On aurait dit que ces gens mouraient de faim da [... lire plus]ns leur pays et qu'ils étaient venus là pour satisfaire leur faim. C'était ennuyeux ! Nous avons eu l'occasion de rencontrer le directeur général et le directeur de la réception, deux femmes très gentilles et professionnelles, et nous leur avons fait part de notre point de vue. Le personnel en général était sympathique. L'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui aiment se promener et voir les habitants. Le marché est juste à côté ainsi que d'autres magasins et restaurants (qui ne font pas partie de l'hôtel). La plage est incroyable, très propre et il y a beaucoup de chaises pour les clients de l'hôtel. Des serviettes de plage sont disponibles à l'hôtel (payant). Nous avons également réservé une excursion en catamaran auprès du Cubanacan Tour Desk de l'hôtel et c'était formidable. Nous recommandons vivement cette excursion !

Great stay! We stayed at Sunbeach for 4 nights. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and it was very clean. This is a two star hotel and it shows it for the amenities offered, yet it was nice. The food in the buffet was ok. If it wasn't for the rude tourists that liked to stack up the dishes with food and therefore there was not much available for others after, it would have been more enjoyable. Seemed like these people were starving back in their country and went there to satisfy their hunger. That was annoying!. We had the opportunity to meet with the GM and Front Desk Manager, both very nice and professional ladies and shared our views with them. The staff in general was nice. The location is perfect for those who like to walk around and see locals. The market is right next door as well as other shops and restaurants (not part of the hotel) The beach is amazing, very clean and there are plenty of chairs for the hotel guests. Beach towels are offered in the hotel (for a fee). We also booked a Catamaran excursion with the Cubanacan Tour Desk in the hotel and it was amazing. Highly recommended this excursion!!

Club Tropical: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel .

J'ai été à Cuba environ 59 fois, mais ce fut ma meilleure expérience dans un hôtel cubain. L'hôtel est magnifique et les gens sont extrêmement sympathiques. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel. Ma femme et moi avons adoré la nourriture, la plage et le personnel.

Amazing Resort . I've been to Cuba about 59 times , but this was my best experience in a cuban hotel. The resort is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. I will return back to this resort for sure. My wife and I loved the food, beach and the staff.

Hotel Villa Cuba: Je ne recommanderais PAS

Je n'ai pas été très satisfait de l'hôtel. La nourriture était épouvantable, pas d'eau chaude pendant 2,5 jours, il fallait cacher le papier toilette (si vous aviez quelques carrés, ils ne remplaçaient pas ou ne laissaient pas de nouveau rouleau), nous devions aller dans les toilettes publiques juste pour en avoir. Les serviettes fournies pour la douche étaient de la taille d'un essuie-mains. Nous avons dû utiliser nos serviettes de piscine. Les baignoires étaient d'une saleté répugnante et n [... lire plus]ous devions porter nos sandales dans la douche. Et pour les tantes, n'oubliez pas d'apporter du raid pour vaporiser vos chambres La plage était belle et propre et le personnel très sympathique

Would NOT recommend Was not very pleased with the resort. Food was aweful, no hot water for 2.5 days, had to hide the toilet paper (if you had a few squares they would not replace or leave a new roll) we had to go to public bathrooms just to get some. The towels they gave you for a shower were the size of hand towels. We had to use our pool towels. The bath tubes were disgustingly dirty we had to wear our sandles in the shower. And tones of aunts...be sure to bring raid to spray your rooms The beach was beautiful and clean and they staff was very friendly

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Une grande expérience

L'hôtel était très propre. La nourriture était excellente, la chambre était propre (bien qu'un cafard ait semblé se frayer un chemin à un moment donné). Mon seul reproche concerne les touristes qui apportaient leurs grosses glacières bubba keg et qui les remplissaient toutes les 10 minutes, ce qui empêchait les autres d'obtenir des boissons. Les divertissements étaient très bien faits et ils proposaient des cours de danse et de yoga pendant la journée. Je recommande vivement ce complexe.

Great Experience The hotel was very clean. Food was great, room was clean (although one cockroach did seem to make his way in at one point). My only complaint was the tourists that brought their big bubba keg drink coolers that were filling them like what seemed to be every 10min that held up the others from getting drinks. The entertainment was very well done and they offered dance and yoga classes during the days. I would highly recommend this resort.

Iberostar Selection Holguin: Nouveau centre de villégiature

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hôtel, sur un cap, entouré de plusieurs côtés par l'océan. Grandes chambres confortables, beau design, plomberie de qualité, matelas et oreillers confortables. Propreté de l'établissement, bon service. La qualité de la nourriture, comme d'habitude à Cuba, n'est pas supérieure à 3,5-3,8. L'animation est mauvaise, il vaut mieux y aller en compagnie pour ne pas s'ennuyer le soir.

Good new resort We liked the location of the hotel, on a cape, surrounded on several sides by the ocean. Large comfortable rooms, beautiful design, quality plumbing, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Clean resort, good service. The quality of food as is usual in Cuba, not higher than by 3.5-3.8. Entertainment is bad, it is better to go with your company so as not to be bored in the evenings.

Gran Muthu Cayo Santa Maria: J'ai adoré ce centre de villégiature

Le personnel est le meilleur ! Nous avons aussi aimé la nourriture. Les boissons étaient très bonnes. L'équipe d'animation était sympa ! Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup d'amis. Nous y retournerons certainement.

I loved this resort The staff is the best !!Great people we also liked the food. They had good seafoods and fish.Drinks where very good. The entertainement team was nice ! Made a lot of friends. We will go back for sure.

Brisas Los Galeones: La tranquillité à son meilleur.

Cet hôtel offre une vue pittoresque sur l'océan et la ville de Chivirico. La piscine est extrêmement bien entretenue et d'une propreté étincelante. La nourriture était la meilleure surprise ! C'était comme si vous aviez votre propre chef personnel à chaque repas. Le personnel est exceptionnel. Je réserverais cet hôtel encore et encore.

Tranquility at is best. This hotel provided a picturesque view of the ocean and town of Chivirico. Pool is extremely well kept and sparkling clean. The food was the best surprise!! It was like having your own personal chef at each meal. Staff are exceptional. Would book this resort over and over again.

Melia Las Americas: Grand centre de villégiature

L'établissement était propre et bien entretenu. Le terrain était bien entretenu. Le buffet était excellent, très varié. Les restaurants Alla Cart étaient parmi les meilleurs que j'ai pu voir à Cuba. La chambre était bien, nous aurions aimé un lit King au lieu des 2 matelas réunis pour faire un King. C'est la première fois en 10 voyages à Cuba que je joue au golf. Très bon emplacement à côté du club de golf de Varadero. Très bon rapport qualité/prix : 33,00 CUC pour une demi-voiturette et 18 t [... lire plus]rous de golf. Parcours en bon état. Beaucoup de trous pittoresques le long de l'océan.

Great Resort The resort was kept clean and tidy. The grounds were manicured. Buffet was great, lots of variety. Alla cart restaurants were some of the best I have been to in Cuba. Room was nice, we would have liked a King bed instead of the 2 mattresses together to make a King. First time in 10 trips to Cuba I have played golf. Great location next to the Varadero Golf club. Great value $33.00 CUC for 1/2 cart and 18 holes of golf. Course in nice condition. Lots of scenic holes along side the ocean.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Très beau centre de villégiature

Le complexe lui-même était impeccable. Le personnel a travaillé dur pour garder le complexe en bon état et ils étaient tous très sympathiques. La chambre était très belle et le personnel qui l'a nettoyée a fait un excellent travail. J'y retournerais.

Very nice resort The resort itself was spotless. The staff worked hard to keep the resort looking good and the were all very friendly. The room was really nice and the staff who cleaned the room did an excellent job. I would go again.

Un grand hôtel très moderne, et propre dans toute la chambre, avec une très bonne nourriture, de très belles piscines, le personnel était très amical ! et les plages sont tout simplement incroyables, le bar de la plage, les boissons et la nourriture à la plage !

Le personnel de la réception n'est pas très aimable, mais les autres membres du personnel sont plutôt bons. Tout est situé au centre de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont excellentes et les vues sont exceptionnelles. La plage n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Le nuage pour les enfants est génial. La nourriture est répétitive. Les piscines sont superbes. Le temps de transfert est beaucoup trop long

4 out of 5 Front desk staff are not too friendly all the other staff are pretty good. Everything is centrally located. Rooms are excellent the views are outstanding. Beach is nothing to write home about. Kids cloud is great. Food is repetitive. Pools are great. Transfer time is way too long

J'ai été très satisfait de mon récent séjour au Sanctuaire. Le processus d'enregistrement et de départ a été le plus rapide que j'aie jamais connu. Le personnel et le service ont été excellents pour la plupart. La nourriture était bonne, mais comme il s'agit de Cuba, il y a eu des moments où certaines choses n'étaient tout simplement pas disponibles. Nos majordomes, Mercedez et Diyan, ont été très attentifs et nous ont fourni tout ce dont nous avions besoin pendant notre séjour. Pedro, du b [... lire plus]ar du hall du Grand Memories, était fantastique. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une très bonne valeur pour le prix. Je recommanderais cependant le surclassement au service de majordome et les dîners à la carte illimités, car le buffet peut devenir un peu monotone après quelques jours de petit-déjeuner, de déjeuner et de dîner.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Very pleased with my recent stay at the Sanctuary. The check in and out process was the fastest I have ever experienced. The staff and service we excellent for the most part. The food was good, but being Cuba, there were times when some things were just not available. Our Butlers, Mercedez and Diyan were most attentive and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. Pedro from the lobby bar at Grand Memories was fantastic. All in all, it was a pretty good value for the price. I would recommend the upgrade to butler service and unlimited a la cart dinners though as the buffet can become a bit monotonous after a few days of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Blau Arenal Habana Beach: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Merveilleux centre de villégiature, nourriture excellente, chambres propres, belle piscine. Très bon service, beaucoup d'eau chaude, le système de climatisation est excellent. L'océan est magnifique sable blanc palmiers. Mon seul reproche est que l'hôtel est situé trop loin de la Havane.

Amazing Resort Wonderful resort great food clean rooms beautiful pool. Great service lot's of hot water air conditioning system is great. Ocean is beautiful white sand palm trees. My only complaint is the resort is located too far from Havana.
