Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellente expérience

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente. Le buffet était très bon et les restos étaient un bon changement. La plage était formidable et l'espace océanique clos était idéal pour les enfants. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les piscines, mais celle qui se trouve près de la plage, à côté du restaurant en plein air, était magnifique. J'ai fini par prendre la plupart des repas à cet endroit tant le cadre était agréable.

Great experience Overall great experience. Buffet was quite good and the Restos were a good change. Beach was terrific and enclosed ocean space was great for kids. Didn't use the pools but the one by the beach next to the outdoor resto was beautiful. Ended up eating most meals at that place as the setting was so nice.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Assez bien

Nous venons de rentrer de notre lune de miel au Kantenah. Le resort était sympa, beaucoup de choix de nourriture, de grandes piscines... mais le resort était ENORME et il y avait beaucoup de monde. Nous devrions probablement essayer un endroit plus petit la prochaine fois. Il y a beaucoup de petites choses que je n'ai pas aimées, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était un beau complexe avec beaucoup d'options.

Good Enough We just came back from our honeymoon at the Kantenah. The resort was nice, lots of food options, big pools...but the resort was HUGE and it was very busy. Probably would try somewhere smaller next time. Lots of little things I didn't like, but overall it was a nice resort with a lot of options.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Bon centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel était magnifique ainsi que le terrain. La piscine était géniale et il y avait beaucoup de bars. La nourriture était extraordinairement bonne ! Les seuls inconvénients de l'hôtel étaient que l'océan était affreux et que l'enregistrement n'était pas facile. La plage n'était pas une eau turquoise claire. À part cela, le complexe était un endroit formidable !

Good resort! The hotel was beautiful as well as the grounds. The pool was awesome and there were lots of bars. The food was out of this world good! The only downsides to the resort was that the ocean was awful and checking in wasn't so smooth. The beach just wasn't clear turquois waters. Other than that the resort was a great place!

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Service impeccable

Le service, de la réception au personnel de la plage et aux serveurs, était de première qualité. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et disposaient de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite de 3 chambres avec skyroof. Les restaurants allaient de juste correct à très bon. Nous recommandons le Thaï, le Bistro et le Japonais. Tapas et Flavours pour le dîner ne sont pas aussi bons. Le terrain est impeccable. La plage est correcte, mais pas aussi bien qu'au sud de Playa  [... lire plus]- il y a plus de rochers et on ne peut pas s'éloigner autant. Pas idéal pour les enfants en bas âge. Les animations nocturnes sont insuffisantes. Le personnel du bar Cantina est très bon.

Impeccible Service The Service from the front desk to the beach staff and servers was first rate. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with skyroof. The restaurants were from just Ok to really good-Recommend Thai, Bistro and Japanese. Tapas and Flavours for dinner not as good. Grounds are impeccible. Beach is Ok-not as good as south of Playa-more rocks and can't walk out as far. Not good for smaller kids. Entertainment at night is lacking. Staff at Cantina bar really good.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Partout, la qualité est au rendez-vous

Bien entretenu, propre, bien géré. Le seul inconvénient est que la plage n'est pas proche. Mais un système de trains y circulait continuellement. Le personnel était très serviable et n'a jamais cherché à obtenir des pourboires. J'ai été très satisfait de toutes mes expériences.

Top notch everywhere Well kept, clean, well run. Only downside was that the beach was not near. But a system of trains ran there continually. Staff were very helpful and never grovelled for tips. I was thoroughly pleased with every experience there.

Grand Oasis Riviera: Pas mal

La nourriture était bonne et variée, le service était excellent. La plage était horrible, pas très grande et pas très propre. Le bâtiment dans lequel nous étions avait des scorpions. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans ce complexe et vous êtes loin de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prendre le bus ou le taxi, ce qui est très cher.

Not bad Food was good lost of variation, service was excellent. The beach was awful not very big and not so clean. The building we were in had scorpions. Not much to do at that resort and you were far for everything you needed to take the bus or taxi gets expensive.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Terrifc resort

la station est magnifique, très propre, la nourriture est excellente, le service est excellent, j'ai adoré ! les algues sont regrettables mais ce n'est pas la faute de la station et ils ont travaillé dur tous les jours pour les enlever. Le festin du réveillon de Noël était hors du commun, les plats sculptés à la main étaient incroyables.

resort was beautiful, very clean, great food, great service loved it! seaweed was unfortunate but not resort fault and they worked hard every day to remove it. Christmas eve feast was out of this world the hand carved food was incredible.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Le voyage en vaut la peine !

Notre agent de voyage central a choisi cet hôtel pour nous. Le groupe d'hôtels Bahia Principe est une excellente option sur la Riviera Maya. Nous avons séjourné à l'Akumal. Superbe hôtel, propre. La plage était dépourvue d'algues. Le personnel s'est efforcé de la garder ainsi. L'avantage de séjourner à l'Akumal est que vous pouvez accéder aux autres hôtels Bahia (Coba, Tulum, Premier et Sian Khan) (utiliser leurs piscines, leurs plages, manger à leurs buffets et à leurs restaurants à la carte) b [... lire plus]uffets et restaurants à la carte). Mais les clients des autres complexes n'avaient pas le même privilège. Akumal était plus orienté vers les adultes et moins bruyant que Coba et Tulum. Si vous voulez aller à Playa del Carmen, vous pouvez prendre un "collectivo" pour 40 pesos. C'est moins cher qu'un taxi et très facile à utiliser pour aller chercher et déposer les passagers. Vous pouvez prendre un collectivo à l'extrémité de la grande propriété, puis monter gratuitement dans leur trolley efficace. Le trolley vous relie à toutes les stations balnéaires de Bahia que j'ai mentionnées plus haut. Est-ce que je vous ai dit que le personnel de l'hôtel est amical et serviable ? Je me suis également sentie en sécurité à la station et en voyageant à Playa del Carmen. C'est la première fois que je viens au Mexique et que j'utilise le complexe Bahia Principe. Je recommande les deux.

Worth the trip! Our trip central agent pick this hotel for us. The Bahia Principe group of hotels is a great option in the Mayan Riviera. We stayed at the Akumal. Great, clean hotel. Beach was seaweed free. Staff worked so hard to keep it that way. Advantage of staying at Akumal was that you could access the other Bahia resorts(Coba, Tulum, Premier and Sian Khan )(using their pools, beach area, eating at their buffets and a la care restaurants ). But those guests at the other resorts did not have the same privilege. Akumal was more adult oriented, not as noisy compared to Coba and Tulum. If you want to go to Playa del Carmen you can grab a "collectivo" for 40 pesos. Cheaper than a taxi and very easy to use for pickup and drop off. You can catch a collectivo at the end of the large property, just hop on their efficient trolley for free. The trolley connects you to all bahia resorts I mentioned above. Did i tell you the resort staff are friendly and helpful. I also felt safe at the resort and travelling to playa del carmen. My first time in Mexico and with the Bahia Principe resorts. I recommend both.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: beau complexe, propre... excellent service

l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la célèbre 5ème avenue et de l'action la nourriture est bonne, mais répétitive, les chambres sont très propres et le service est excellent. la plage n'est pas très belle, mais nous aimons l'hôtel et l'emplacement

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Notre 18ème visite à Bahia PrÃncipe Coba

Nous sommes revenus ici pour notre 18e visite et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. La direction et le personnel sont très agréables et toujours professionnels. La chambre était encore une fois très confortable et propre et tout ce dont nous avions besoin a été pris en charge rapidement. Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu et les chariots sont parfaits pour se rendre aux endroits un peu trop éloignés pour être parcourus à pied. Christian, Victor et Candelario (mes grooms préférés) étaie [... lire plus]nt toujours là pour nous aider en cas de questions ou de problèmes, ou pour traduire pour nous.

Our 18th visit to Bahia Príncipe Coba We returned here for our 18th visit and are already looking forward to going back. The management and staff are so fun and always professional. The room was again very comfortable and clean and anything we needed was attended to promptly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the carts were great to get you to any place that was a bit far to walk. Christian, Victor and Candelario (my favourite bellmen) were always there to help with any questions or problems or to translate for us.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Excellente situation

Le fait d'être situé à Playa Del Carmin est idéal pour les promenades nocturnes et l'observation des gens. Le service au Gran Porto était exceptionnel. la nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne mais la plage est érodée. j'y retournerais dans la minute. j'ai adoré mon séjour.

Great Location Being located in Playa Del Carmin is great for evening walks and people watching. Service at the Gran Porto was over the top. food was above average but the beach is erroded. would go back in a minute. loved my stay.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons apprécié nos vacances. Nous le recommanderions à tout le monde. Si vous choisissez ce centre de villégiature, n'oubliez pas que la plage contient beaucoup de pierres. Je me suis blessée au dos à plusieurs reprises. Nous n'étions pas au courant avant de venir et nous n'avons donc pas apporté de protection spéciale. La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel était super sympa et très amical. A part ça, c'était parfait.

Beautiful resort We have enjoyed our vacation. We would recommend it to anyone. When picking this resort please take in mind that beach has lots of stones. I have hurt my back on numerous occasions. We did not about it before coming so we did not bring any special protection. Food was amazing. Staff were super nice and very friendly. Other than that it was perfect.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent centre de villégiature !

J'étais à Bahia PrÃncipe il y a quelques semaines avec ma famille et nous avons tous adoré l'expérience. Le complexe est assez grand et se compose de 4 hôtels, nous avons séjourné à Coba. Les chambres étaient propres, le terrain était impeccable, la nourriture était assez bonne, tant au buffet qu'aux restaurants (nous avons essayé 4 restaurants différents et tous étaient bons), les divertissements étaient bons, surtout si vous avez assez d'alcool dans votre système, et le service pour la plupart [... lire plus] était bon, avec quelques services extrêmement bons. La plage se trouve à quelques minutes de Coba, ce qui nous convenait, elle était propre et il y avait toujours des chaises longues. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un excellent centre de villégiature avec des personnes compétentes qui travaillent pour rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible. Je le recommande vivement.

Great resort! I was at Bahia Príncipe a couple of weeks ago with my family and we all loved the experience. The resort is fairly large and made up of 4 hotel complexes, we stayed at Coba. The rooms were clean, the grounds were immaculate, the food was pretty good, both at buffet and at restaurants (we tried 4 different restaurants and all were good), the entertainment was fine especially if you have enough alcohol in your system, and the service for most part was good, with some extremely good service. The beach was a couple of minutes ride from Coba, which was fine with us, it was clean and always had lounge chairs. All in all it's a great resort with good people working there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Parfait - nos attentes ont été dépassées

Tout d'abord, il a été incroyablement facile de réserver auprès de Trip Central et une vraie personne a répondu aux courriels pour les questions mineures que nous avions avant et après la réservation. L'hôtel était incroyable et parfaitement situé par rapport à la plage, aux magasins et aux restaurants, et à proximité de diverses excursions. Nous recommanderions sans hésiter ce complexe et prévoyons de réserver à nouveau avec Trip Central pour nos futures vacances !

Perfect - our expectations were exceeded First, trip central was incredibly easy to book with and there was a real person who replied to emails with minor questions we had before and after booking. The resort was amazing in the perfect location for beach, shops and restaurants and close to various outstrips. We would definitely recommended this resort and plan on booking with trip central again for our future vacations!

Grand Riviera Princess: Station balnéaire de la taille d'un monstre

Bon choix en termes de rapport qualité-prix, mais le complexe est assez grand et il faut faire face à la foule partout où l'on va. La nourriture est cependant assez bonne et vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec les buffets. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à la carte comme le japonais, le sushi, le français, le suisse et le teppanyaki, tous très bons et vous êtes libre d'en réserver autant que vous le souhaitez, à condition de le faire à l'avance. La meilleure caractéristique de l'hôtel est la pisci [... lire plus]ne, il y en a tellement que vous pouvez choisir selon votre humeur. Nous avions une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine depuis notre balcon. Cela valait bien le surclassement. La plage est un peu décevante, elle est brune et contient des algues et des rochers. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon choix si vous êtes soucieux de votre budget, mais il y a certainement de meilleurs endroits si vous êtes prêt à payer plus cher.

Monster size resort Good choice in terms of value, but the resort is quite large and you have to contend with crowds everywhere you go. Food is pretty good though and you can't go wrong with the buffets. The are quite a few a la carte restaurants like Japanese, sushi, French, Swiss, and teppanyaki, all very good and you are free to book as many as you want, as long as you book them in advance. The best feature of the resort is the pools, there are so many to choose from depending on your mood. We had a swim up room with direct access to the pool from our balcony. It was well worth the upgrade. Beach is a little disappointing, it's brown and has seaweed and rocks. Overall a decent choice resort if you are cost conscious, but there are definitiey better places if you are willing to pay more.

Ocean Maya Royale: Parfait pour mes goûts et mes préférences

Terrain magnifique, facile et pratique pour se déplacer dans l'ensemble de la station. Tous les lieux de restauration/bars sont formidables et la nourriture/les boissons sont de première qualité ! Les restaurants de spécialités sont exceptionnels et j'ai apprécié de ne pas avoir à réserver. Personnel très attentif ! Le meilleur que j'ai connu au Mexique.

Perfect for my taste and preferences Lovely grounds, easy and convenient to get around entire resort. All eating places/bars terrific with food/drinks being first class! Specialty restaurants outstanding and liked not having to make reservations. Staff highly attentive!! Best I have been to in Mexico.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Stations fantastiques - White Sands, Colonial, Riviera

Le terrain est parfaitement entretenu et la propreté est exceptionnelle. Les piscines sont très propres et les toilettes sont nettoyées toutes les heures. Les piscines du Colonial et du Kantenah étaient équipées d'un toboggan aquatique, ce qui était idéal pour les enfants. Si vous êtes un grand enfant dans l'âme, cela vous conviendrait également. La nourriture était fantastique ; il y en avait beaucoup et il y en avait pour tous les goûts, y compris pour les enfants.

Fantastic Resorts - White Sands, Colonial, Riviera The grounds were manicured to perfection, the cleanliness was exceptional. The pool areas were very clean and the washrooms were cleaned hourly. The pool area at the Colonial and Kantenah had a water slide which was great if you had children. If you're a big kid at heart this would have suited you too. The food was fantastic; lots of it and something for everyone including a variety for children.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Un voyage extraordinaire au paradis

Notre famille vient de rentrer de 10 jours dans ce complexe extraordinaire et nous sommes déjà en train de réserver notre prochain séjour. Il y a deux côtés à ce très grand complexe : le côté plage Maya et le côté Riviera Maya. Après avoir examiné les deux parties, nous avons décidé de séjourner du côté de la plage Maya, car cela semblait convenir à notre famille. Nous avons pu loger dans le bâtiment 29, juste à côté de l'une des grandes piscines avec de nombreux divertissements, le magasin de g [... lire plus]laces et le restaurant brésilien (anciennement le restaurant cajun). Les enfants ont adoré le magasin de glaces et y sont allés plusieurs fois par jour... il y a environ 6 ou 7 choix différents, mais la noix de coco est la plus populaire. Le restaurant brésilien sert de petit buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner, ce qui permet d'éviter les grands buffets du hall principal. Le choix n'est pas aussi varié, mais il y a toujours quelque chose de bon à manger. La rivière paresseuse est également très proche de la plage de Mayan, qui est un endroit très agréable pour se détendre avec un verre tout en flottant dans l'atmosphère de la jungle. Certaines personnes se sont plaintes que la plage était rocailleuse et qu'il y avait des algues, mais nous l'avons trouvée géniale ! Le personnel nettoie les algues tous les jours et nous avons utilisé des chaussures d'eau. La plongée avec masque et tuba était fantastique, car nous avons pu voir et nourrir de nombreux poissons tropicaux. L'eau de l'océan était encore plus chaude que celle de la piscine. Le club pour enfants est merveilleux....le personnel est formidable, en particulier Christina et Diana. Il y a toujours des activités pour occuper les enfants et les rendre heureux. Le spectacle de dauphins qu'ils offrent gratuitement tous les jours était vraiment sympa et les enfants ont vraiment apprécié le paysage de l'océan pendant qu'ils regardaient le spectacle. De nombreux divertissements sont proposés tout au long de la journée : jeux au bord de la piscine, excursions à vélo, démonstrations gratuites de plongée avec tuba, tir à l'arc et cours de danse. Le soir, les divertissements sont spectaculaires ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les spectacles et nous avons trouvé qu'ils étaient très professionnels et bien plus que ce que nous avions vu dans d'autres stations. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il était interdit de fumer dans le théâtre. Nos enfants ont adoré la mini-disco tous les soirs avant le spectacle. La nourriture était vraiment très bonne et abondante. Le buffet était agréable car il changeait tous les soirs....notre favori était la soirée mexicaine et la soirée sur le thème des pirates. Nous avons essayé les restaurants cajun, méditerranéen et japonais, qui étaient tous corrects, mais nous étions tous d'accord pour dire que nous préférions le buffet. L'un de nos endroits préférés était le café ! Auriella, qui travaille l'après-midi et le soir, était tout simplement géniale ! La meilleure boisson était le Mokachino glacé au caramel. Nous n'avons pas visité le spa, mais nous avons entendu des commentaires élogieux à son sujet de la part de ceux qui l'ont fait. Comme nous l'avons déjà mentionné, il s'agit d'un très grand centre de villégiature où l'on se déplace beaucoup à pied. Cela dit, nous avions un enfant en bas âge dans une poussette et nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Il y a des rampes d'accès pour ceux qui en ont besoin et une navette circule toutes les 20 minutes autour du complexe tout au long de la journée. Ce fut vraiment l'une de nos meilleures vacances en famille et j'espère en faire une tradition

Amazing trip to paradise Our family just returned from 10 days at this amazing resort and we are already to book our next stay. There are two sides to this very large resort; the Mayan beach side and the Riviera Maya side. After looking into both sides we decided to stay on the Mayan beach side as it seemed like a good fit for our family. We were able to stay in building 29 which was right next to one of the large pools with a lot of great entertainment, the ice cream shop and the Brazilian restaurant (formally the Cajun restaurant). The kids loved the ice cream shop and went a few times a day...there is about 6 or 7 different choices but the coconut is the most popular. The Brazilian restaurant serves as a small buffet for breakfast and lunch as an alternative to using the large main buffets in the main lobby. There is not as much variety but there is always something good to eat. The lazy river is also very close to Mayan beach side which is a very nice place to relax with a drink as you float through the jungle atmosphere. Some people complained about the beach being rocky and about seaweed but we thought it was great! The staff clears away the seaweed everyday and we used water shoes. The snorkeling was amazing as we were able to see and feed many tropical fish. The ocean water was even warmer than the pool water. The kids club is wonderful....they staff are so great especially Christina and Diana. They always have activities going to keep the kids busy and happy. The dolphin show that they have for free everyday was really nice and the kids really enjoyed the scenery of looking out onto the ocean while watching the show. There is plenty of entertainment through out the day such as games by the pool, bike tours, free snorkeling demo, archery and dancing lessons. The evening entertainment was spectacular! We very much enjoyed the shows and felt they were very professional and much more than we had seen at other resorts. One thing I liked was that there was no smoking allowed in the theatre. Our kids loved the mini disco every night before the show. The food was really very good and plentiful. The buffet was nice because it changed every night....our favourite was the mexican and pirate themed night. For restaurants we tried the Cajun, Mediterranean and Japanese and they were all ok but we all agreed we preferred the buffet. One of our favourite places there was the coffee shop! Auriella who works in the afternoon/evenings was just amazing! The best drink was the ice Mokachino with caramel. We did not visit the spa but we did hear amazing things about it from those who did. As mentioned before this is a very large resort with a lot of walking. That being said we had an infant in a stroller and had no issues. There are ramps for those who need it and there is a shuttle that runs every 20 mins around the resort all day long. This was truly one of our best family vacations and I hope make it a tradition

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Notre deuxième maison

Nous avons apprécié la façon dont nous avons été traités et accueillis avec notre chambre toute équipée pour notre 34ème anniversaire. Les chariots A La étaient très bons avec un excellent service. Le buffet était très bon pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner. Nous avons mangé au buffet de Tulum pour 3 dîners et c'était très bon. C'est notre 7ème séjour et nous nous sentons comme à la maison. Our Second Home We Like how we get treated and welcomed with our room all done up for our 34th anniversary. the A La Carts were very good with excellent service. The buffet was very good for brakfast and lunch. We ate at the Tulum buffet for 3 suppers and it was verry good. This is our 7th time and we feel at home . Most staff are very nice with some being long term employees who care We shall return!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Vacances en famille

Notre séjour à Sandos a été extraordinaire, il y avait tellement de choses à faire dans ce complexe, on ne s'est jamais ennuyé. La vie nocturne et les spectacles étaient formidables, le spectacle des super-héros était vraiment bon, même pour les adultes. Les spectacles mayas étaient aussi l'un de nos préférés. Le complexe est grand et un peu déroutant pour s'y retrouver, mais après une journée, je le connaissais parfaitement. Le parc aquatique pour enfants était meilleur que je ne le pensais, l [... lire plus]es enfants s'y sont beaucoup amusés et ils construisent un parc de toboggans aquatiques pour les adultes qui sera prêt en janvier, ce qui sera encore mieux pour toute la famille. Le personnel était génial, si amical et prêt à aider. Ce qui nous a déplu, c'est la chambre, qui avait l'air vraiment délabrée et où les femmes de ménage oubliaient de nettoyer ou ne venaient tout simplement pas. Ce n'est normalement pas un problème pour moi, mais avec tout le sable de la plage, vous avez besoin d'un balayage, nous avons appelé plusieurs fois pour du papier toilette car ils ne l'ont jamais rempli ou n'ont tout simplement pas nettoyé ce jour-là. C'était un peu pénible. Le personnel du service clientèle vous a poussé plusieurs fois à faire le tour en time share, peu importe le nombre de fois que vous avez dit non, ils vous harcelaient quand même. Après une longue journée de voyage, une fois arrivés au resort, nous voulions simplement aller dans notre chambre, nous changer et profiter du paradis, mais nous avons dû nous asseoir avec le gars du service de la quête pendant environ 20 minutes pour expliquer pourquoi nous ne voulions pas faire le tour en time share. Une fois qu'il nous a finalement permis de partir, lui ou ses collègues nous harcelaient pour que nous fassions le tour à chaque fois que nous allions au service clientèle avec une question, nous avons simplement commencé à mentir et à dire que nous l'avions déjà fait, ou nous avons simplement évité cette zone tout à fait. L'autre problème était la plage, elle était très rocheuse et les vagues étaient très fortes, il n'était donc pas possible de faire du snorkeling ou de nager à partir de notre hôtel. J'ai essayé de faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba, mais les vagues étaient si fortes et l'eau si trouble qu'on ne pouvait pas voir à plus d'un mètre cinquante. Malgré ces quelques problèmes, nous avons adoré l'hôtel

Family vacation Our trip at Sandos was amazing there was so much stuff to do at this resort, never a dull moment. The night life and shows were so great the superhero show was really good even for adults. The Mayan shows were also one of our favorites. The resort was big and a bit confusing to get around but after a day I knew it inside out. The kids waterpark was better than I thought the kids had such a great time there and they are building a waterslide park for adults ready in January so it will be even better for the whole family. The staff was awesome and so friendly and willing to help. The things that we were not happy about was the room, it looked really run down and the cleaners would forget to clean or just didn't come. Not normally an issue for me but with all the sand from the beach you need it swept, we called a few times for toilet paper since they never refilled it or just didn't clean that day. That was just a bit of a pain. The guest service people really pushed you multiple times to do the time share tour, no matter how many times you said no they would still bug you. After a long day of traveling once we got to the resort we wanted to just get to our room, change and enjoy paradise however we had to sit with the quest service guy for about 20 min defending why we don't want to do the time share tour. Once he finally allowed us to leave he or his co workers would bug us to do the tour anytime we went to guest services with a question, we just started lying and said we already did it, or we just avoided that area all together. The other issue was the beach, it was very rocky and the waves were very rough so there was no snorkeling or swimming off our resort. I tried to snorkel and the waves were so strong and the water was so cloudy you couldn't see more than 5 ft in from of you. Even with the few issues we loved the resort
