Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Je dirais que cet hôtel était un deux étoiles la plage n'était pas fantastique mais vous pouvez louer des scooters ou des chevaux et des buggys pour 10 cucs et aller à la plage de cacao qui est à 15 minutes et ils ont une plage fantastique la nourriture était médiocre mais vous n'auriez jamais eu faim. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. Les boissons étaient assez décentes, il y avait tout ce que vous vouliez. La bière était limitée à Crystal ou à l'autre marque, je ne me souviens plus  [... lire plus]de l'étiquette brune, mais c'était la marque cubaine. En gros, j'y retournerais, nous avons passé un bon moment.

Good value for your money I would say that this hotel was a two star the beach was not fantastic but you can rent scooters or horse and buggy for 10 cuc's and go down to cocoa beach which is 15 minutes away and they have a fantastic beach the food was mediocre but you would never be hungry. The staff was very friendly and helpful The drinks were pretty decent they had anything you basically wanted beer was limited to Crystal or the other brand I can't remember it was with the brown label but it was the Cuban brand. Basically I would go again we had a good time.

Le meilleur moment de ma vie à Cuba.

J'ai visité trois complexes hôteliers à Cuba, celui-ci était de loin le meilleur, la nourriture était excellente, le complexe était d'une propreté étincelante, le personnel était merveilleux et à plusieurs reprises a dépassé nos attentes, nous avons maintenant prévu de retourner dans ce complexe tous les ans.

Best time in cuba ever. I have been to three resorts in cuba this was by far the best, food was excellant resort was sparkling clean staff were wonderful and on several occasions went well beyond expectation,we have now planned to go back to this resort yearly.

Un grand moment

Nous étions 4 grands-mères qui ont fait une bonne affaire à la dernière minute. Nous étions initialement placés dans le bloc 26, qui est très éloigné, mais nous avons été déplacés dans le bloc 8 le jour suivant. C'était beaucoup plus proche de tout, mais si vous ne voulez pas entendre le spectacle, ce n'est pas pour vous. Les chambres étaient basiques mais propres, le terrain était impeccable. J'ai trouvé la nourriture très bonne au buffet, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Nous sommes allés au [... lire plus] restaurant de fruits de mer et au restaurant cubain et nous les avons tous deux appréciés, nous sommes également allés à la soirée barbecue, elle aussi très agréable. Nous avons trouvé la plupart des employés très sympathiques et serviables, un sourire fait du bien. Nous reviendrons

Great time We were 4 grandmothers who went last minute for a great deal. We were originally put in block 26 which is really far back but we got moved to block 8 the next day. It was much closer to everything but if you don't want to hear the show not for you. The rooms were basic but clean, the grounds were kept spotless. I found the food to be very good in the Buffett, something to suit everyone's tastes. We went to the seafood and Cuban restaurants and enjoyed them both, also went to the BBQ night also enjoyable. We found most of the workers to be very friendly and helpful, a smile goes a long way. Would return again.p

Des vacances décevantes

C'était une station médiocre au mieux. Je n'ai pas pris de vacances depuis de nombreuses années et j'avais hâte de m'évader. La plupart du personnel était amical et serviable, mais j'ai trouvé le personnel de la réception très impoli. La nourriture au buffet était meilleure au petit déjeuner, mais pas très bonne du tout au déjeuner ou au dîner. Je n'ai pas été impressionné un soir par trois animateurs qui posaient juste à l'intérieur du buffet et encourageaient les clients à coller de l'argent s [... lire plus]ur leur corps huilé. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de dîner dans les restaurants à la carte car il n'y avait jamais de place pour notre groupe de 6 personnes. La piscine était propre et des chaises longues étaient disponibles la plupart du temps. La plage était agréable, mais il y avait pas mal d'algues. Les divertissements proposés en soirée étaient corrects. Cependant, il y a eu plusieurs sketches et commentaires préjudiciables. Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été décevantes.

Disappointing Vacation This was a mediocre resort at best. I have not had a vacation for many years and was looking forward to getting away. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but I found the front desk staff were very rude. The food at the buffet was best during breakfast, but no very good at all for lunch or dinner. Not impressed one evening by three entertainment staff posing just inside the buffet restaurant and encouraging guests to stick money on their oiled-up body. Did not have a chance to dine at any of the à la carte restaurants since there was never space for our group of 6. Pool area was clean and lounge chairs were available most times. Beach area was nice, but there was quite a bit of seaweed. Entertainment provided in the evenings was okay. However, there were several prejudiced skits and comments made. Overall, it was a disappointing vacation.

Superbe station, personnel extraordinaire

Les chambres étaient bien entretenues et en bon état. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était très propre et en bon état. Le personnel est incroyable et va bien au-delà de l'appel du devoir pour que les vacanciers passent un bon moment ! Le complexe est magnifique sous le soleil cubain et encore plus au coucher du soleil ! J'envisage déjà de réserver un autre voyage dès que possible !

Great resort, amazing staff Rooms where well taken care of and in good condition. Overall the resort was very clean and in good order. The staff is incredible and go well beyond the call of duty to give vacationers a great time! The resort is beautiful in the Cuban sun and even more gorgeous during the sunset! Already looking at booking another trip as soon as I can!

Brisis santa lucia

Ce n'est certainement pas un 4*, peut-être un 3* La nourriture est juste correcte car il y a beaucoup de légumes et de fruits Le poisson n'était pas très bon car il y avait beaucoup d'arêtes Le personnel n'est pas aimable et a l'air "grincheux" seulement 1 piscine Il semble que ce soit un grand resort et qu'il devrait y avoir plus d'une piscine pas grand chose à faire dans les environs qui soit amusant. Mais le dîner de homard était super et le service au restaurant "buccaneer" aussi sûr pour un [... lire plus]e famille La chambre était correcte pour Cuba mais toute la zone a besoin d'un lifting ne reviendra pas

This definitely is not a 4* maybe a 3* Food just okay as it had lots of vegs and fruit What the fish as it had lots of bones Staff not friendly and looked "grumpy" only 1 pool It appears like a big resort and should have more than 1 pool not much to do in the area that was fun. But the lobster dinner was great and so was the service at the "buccaneer" restaurant safe for a family Room was okay for Cuba but the whole area needs a face lift won't be back

Bon premier recours

C'était la première fois que nous allions dans un centre de villégiature tout compris. Nous étions ici pour notre lune de miel pendant la dernière semaine de janvier 2016. Les terrains et la plage étaient magnifiques ; Le personnel était dehors tous les jours ratissant les algues sur la plage et l'entretien des jardins. Beaucoup de chaises et de places disponibles à la fois au bord de l'océan et au bord de la piscine. La nourriture était décente (buffet) et le restaurant cubain à la carte était  [... lire plus]fantastique ! Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient amusantes mais les animations nocturnes étaient un peu ennuyeuses. Notre seul vrai reproche est que notre chambre n'avait pas d'eau chaude (glacée !) et que le climatiseur était bloqué sur la position haute sans aucun moyen de l'éteindre. Nous avons gelé la première nuit et nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain matin. Ils nous ont donné satisfaction facilement et sans tracas. Notre nouvelle chambre n'avait toujours pas d'eau chaude (elle était fraîche mais pas glacée) mais au moins nous pouvions contrôler l'air dans celle-ci. Nous étions dans un pays où une grande partie de la population n'a même pas l'eau courante, et nous le savions en arrivant, alors nous n'allions pas nous plaindre à nouveau que la nôtre n'était pas chaude. L'air dans la première chambre était notre plus grande préoccupation. À part cela, ce fut une expérience agréable, avec un soleil et une chaleur magnifiques, des mojitos fabuleux et des gens sympathiques. Encore une petite remarque : notre tour-opérateur nous avait dit qu'il nous offrirait un petit-déjeuner avant notre départ, car notre bus partait pour l'aéroport à 5h30 du matin et tous les restaurants étaient fermés à cette heure-là. Ils ne nous ont pas donné à manger et notre vol a été retardé de 3 heures. L'aéroport n'avait que des pringles à 8 $ ou des sandwichs au jambon préemballés. Nous vous mettons en garde. Apportez de quoi grignoter sur le chemin du retour !

Good first resort This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort. We were here on our honeymoon during the last week of January 2016. The grounds and beach were beautiful; Staff was out every day raking up the seaweed on the beach and maintaining the gardens. Plenty of chairs and spots available at both oceanside and poolside. Food was decent (buffet) and Cuban à la carte restaurant was fantastic! Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment poolside was fun but nightly entertainment was kind of boring. Our only real complaint though is that our room didn't have hot water (ice cold!) and the air conditioner was stuck on high without any way to turn it off. We froze our first night so we asked to switch rooms the next morning. They accommodated easily and without hassle. Our new room still didn't have any hot water at all the entire time (it was cool but not icy) but at least we could control the air in this one. We were in a country where a lot of its population doesn't even have running water, and we knew that going in, so we weren't about to complain again about ours not being hot. The air in the first room was our biggest concern. Other than that, it was a lovely experience with great sun and heat, fabulous mojitos, and friendly people. One more small note though: our tour operator told us they would provide breakfast to us before we left since our bus was leaving for the airport at 5:30am and all restaurants were closed at that time. They did not feed us, and our flight was then delayed 3 hours. the airport only had $8 pringles or pre-packaged ham sandwiches. Be warned. Bring snacks on your way back!

De beaux employés !

Très propre et accueillant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le buffet, les soirées spéciales à la carte, l'excursion à la plage de Coco et les divertissements étaient géniaux ! La piscine était super propre et la plage bien entretenue. Les employés étaient exemplaires !

Grand centre de villégiature

Brisas Santa Lucia a été un grand moment. La seule chose qui n'était pas utile était les gens qui attendaient pour partir et l'hôtel ne nous a pas nourris sachant qu'il n'y a pas de repas sur certains vols. à part cela le voyage était merveilleux !!!!

Great resort Brisas Santa Lucia was a great time. The only thing that was not helpful was the people waiting to leave and the hotel didn't feed us knowing that there's no meal on certain flights . other than that the trip was wonderful!!!!

la route dans les deux sens était correcte. nourriture correcte (lignes pour tout) ; chambre médiocre (insectes, pas d'eau chaude, la télécommande ne fonctionne pas) plage ok (l'eau était froide, je pense que c'était une exception) le temps du 22 au 25 janvier 2016 a été horrible endroit très fréquenté

Rapport qualité-prix

Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce que j'ai payé. Le personnel est sympathique et les animations sont excellentes. La nourriture devrait être plus variée. La plage était superbe, beaucoup moins d'algues que les années précédentes. Je reviendrai certainement pour des vacances

Value for the money Value for what i paid for. Friendly staff and great entertainment. The food needs more variety though. The beach was great, far less seaweed than in the past years I've been . I would definitely return for vacations

Nous y retournerons !

C'était notre premier séjour à Brisas Santa Lucia et notre première fois à Cuba. Nous avons adoré le site, en particulier la plage. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. La chambre était décevante - convenable mais c'est tout. Nous avions une jolie petite terrasse mais ils n'ont pas pu nous fournir de chaises longues. Alors que tout était inclus, ils ne nous ont fourni que 3 bouteilles d'eau. Lorsque nous en avons demandé plus, ils ont refusé. Nous avons même essayé d'échanger l'alcool gr [... lire plus]atuit dans notre chambre, mais ils n'ont pas voulu nous fournir de bouteilles d'eau ! La nourriture a été une énorme déception. Bien que nous ayons pris quelques repas délicieux, ils étaient servis dans des restaurants qui nécessitaient une réservation ou un événement spécial. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment, mais nous avons dressé une liste d'articles que nous apporterons la prochaine fois que nous nous rendrons à Brisas !

We'd go again! This was our first time staying at Brisas Santa Lucia and our first time in Cuba. We loved the grounds, especially the beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was underwhelming - adequate but that's it. We had a lovely little deck but they couldn't provide deck chairs. While everything was included, they provided us with just 3 bottles of water. When we requested more, they refused. We even tried to trade in the free booze in our room but they would not provide us with bottled water! The food was a huge disappointment. While we did have a couple of delicious meals, they were in restaurants that required a reservation or a special event. Overall, we had a wonderful time but we have a list of items that we'll bring the next time we head to Brisas!!

Belles vacances !

A part l'hébergement, qui a besoin d'une mise à jour/rénovation, tout le reste était magnifique... nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire. Je dois également remercier l'équipe de divertissement et l'excursion au Rancho King (le guide Vicente est très professionnel et totalement extraordinaire). Nous reviendrons !

Beautiful vacation! Apart from the accommodations, which are in need of an update/renovation, everything else was beautiful...we had an amazing time. I have to acknowledge also the entertainment team and also the Rancho King excursion (the tour guide Vicente is very professional and totally amazing person). Will be back!

Des vacances inoubliables pour le kitesurf

C'était la première fois que je venais à Cuba. J'étais là principalement pour faire du kitesurf et les conditions étaient merveilleuses. Une belle plage de sable, une eau claire et plate et un vent régulier. L'hôtel était bien, surtout si l'on considère le prix. Ma chambre était propre et bien entretenue. La nourriture était également très bonne, très variée. Le vol et le transport jusqu'à l'hôtel se sont également déroulés sans problème.

A great kitesurfing vacation This was my first time in Cuba. I was there mainly to kitesurf and the conditions we wonderful. A beautiful sandy beach, nice flat, clear water and steady wind. The hotel was nice especially considering the price. My room was clean and well maintained. The food was also pretty good, lots of variety. The flight and transport to the hotel also went perfectly smoothly.

Meilleur personnel

La nourriture est excellente pour Cuba et, d'une manière générale, c'est un "excellent rapport qualité-prix". Aucun problème majeur et le personnel était absolument charmant. L'eau contient des mauvaises herbes à environ 2 pieds de profondeur sur quelques mètres, donc prévoyez des chaussures d'eau, puis il y a un beau fond de sable blanc. La plage est magnifique.

Best Staff The food is excellent for Cuba and generally is it a "great bang for the buck". No major problems and the staff was absolutely lovely. The water has some weeds about 2 feet out for a couple of feet so bring water shoes then it has a lovely white sand floor. The beach is gorgeous.

Des moments de plaisir

L'hôtel était à la hauteur du prix payé. La plupart du personnel était très gentil, sauf la réception. Ils étaient impolis ! La nourriture était correcte. Les chambres étaient bien. Nous avons passé un bon moment grâce aux autres familles que nous avons rencontrées au centre de villégiature.

Fun times The hotel was what you paid for. Most of the staff was very nice except the front reception. They were rude! The food was okay. The rooms were good. We had a great time do to the other families we met at the resort.

AMAZING

JE N'AI PAS EU LE TEMPS DE M'ENNUYER, MAIS J'AI EU L'OCCASION DE ME RENDRE À L'HÔTEL POUR LA CINQUIÈME FOIS, ET C'EST POURQUOI J'Y SUIS ALLÉ. Le temps a été excellent pour tout ce qui concerne l'emplacement, le service, la nourriture, la propreté et les divertissements.

IT WAS MY FIFTH VISIT TO THIS PLACE THAT IS WHY I GO OVER THEIR.THIS TIME I MY WIFE ACCOMPANIED TO THIS PLACE.SHE ALSO LIKED THIS PLACE TOO. TIME EVERY THING EXCELLENT i.e LOCATION ,SERVICE,FOOD ,CLEANLINESS AND ENTERTAINMENT.

Terriffic

Tout dans cet hôtel est génial, surtout les gens. Aucun problème avec la nourriture ou les boissons. Notre femme de chambre du bloc 4 était exceptionnelle et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous. Le terrain était nettoyé tous les jours et était magnifique. Je suis venu ici plusieurs fois et j'y retournerai.

Everything about this hotel is great, especially the people. No problem with the food or the drinks. Our maid in block #4 was exceptional and could not do enough for us. The grounds were cleaned daily and were beautiful. Been here many times and will going back.

Destination idéale pour les familles

Il s'agit d'un excellent petit centre de villégiature pour petits budgets. Les chambres sont basiques, meublées simplement, mais d'une propreté irréprochable. Le complexe est situé sur la plage, avec beaucoup de feuillage tropical et un cadre attrayant. La nourriture est basique, mais suffisante pour satisfaire. Si vous recherchez une destination de luxe, Brisas n'est pas fait pour vous, mais si vous recherchez un établissement familial, propre et convivial, il peut faire l'affaire.

Great Family Destination This is a great little budget resort. The rooms are basic, simply furnished, but spotlessly clean. The resort is placed on the beach, with lots of tropical foliage and an attractive setting. Food is basic, but enough to satisfy. If you are looking for a luxury destination, Brisas is not for you, but if it is a family orientated, clean, friendly resort you seek, then it may fit the bill.

Le service de la réception est bon. Le lit est mauvais, il m'a donné des douleurs dans le dos. Tous les lits sont comme ça. Le service de barman à côté de la piscine est super mais celui de la réception a des femmes paresseuses qui ne servent pas bien, donc il faut attendre 10 minutes juste pour avoir une bière.

Before it was great. Now things changed. Front desk service is good. Bed is bad, gave me pain in the back. All beds are like this. Bartending beside the pool is great but the one at the front has some lazy ladies who doesn't serve well, so have to wait 10 minitues just to get beer.
