Amazing Resort

Amazing Resort, rooms, grounds and beach were beautiful. Food was excellent. Had a few issues on getting the a la cartes booked. Staff were very friendly. I would love to return to this resort and I highly recommend this resort.

Great Holiday!

Wonderful vacation! Very clean, well kept resort. Service was amazing, friendly staff. Food was way better than expected and readily available. Reservations were difficult to get in a few restaurants so we settled for the buffet and discovered how fabulous the food was there too! Rooms were a bit out dated, but tons of light and close to everything. Not a lot of activities so a holiday for pure relaxation.

The Paradesus is an awesome resort!

the grounds are immpecable and are constantly being maintained. The buildings are excellent in cleanliness. the food was well prepared and delicious with a lot of choice.All of my expectations were met and exceeded

Very nice resort

Beautiful well kept grounds, Very good food. Service was not up to 5 star standing. The higher the tipping, the better the service. There were a lot of small issues that needed addressing - examples - no hand towels in rooms, bar fridge not being restocked, no security safes in rooms as advertised.

Nice resort. Lots of traffic on pathways

Overall the resort was great. Beaches were fantastic, pool was clean and rooms were ok. The food was fantastic. Best food I've had at an all inclusive. Some of our best meals were actually at the buffet. Downsides - lots of traffic on the main walkway. It's a big resort but they don't have any service roads. All the service trucks, maintenance trucks and shuttles compete for the same space as guests walking on the main walkway. With small kids I didn't think that traffic was going to be an issu [... lire plus]e. Always busy and some aggressive drivers. Never got a working safe. Kids pool was a ways away at the reserve. Overall a positive experience but would hesitate to go back with small kids based purely on the traffic on the resort.

Used to be better, still good, BUT mosquitoes!

This was our second visit to this hotel, some things are now changed, some things are still good, some better (mostly for Royal Service guests), some are worse. Good: Grounds - still one of the best in Punta Cana, public areas are very beautiful, rooms are just fine, almost no issues. The sun beds at the pools and at the beach are the best out of almost all the hotels around. The service is pretty good too. So-so: Dining: from just o.k. to sometimes very good, the food and wine choice used to be [... lire plus] much better. . Bad: We see only 1 main issue with the property, the current management doesn't care much about mosquitoes situation, that almost ruined our stay. We have been to this hotel around 8-9 years ago or so, also September timeframe, there was no single mosquito in the lobby evening time, that issue was taken care of by the previous hotel management. Now the things are different. I would not expect to have mosquitoes bytes all over after sitting for less than an hour in the lobby of a 5 star hotel, that is completely unacceptable for us, and that never happend before to us in Dominican Republic in 5 star hotels.

Heavenly place

I went to paradisus with my sister and enjoyed it immensely, the people, the grounds, the beach, the food and pretty much everything else was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to every body. We went for royal service and were treated royally

Outstanding

We found this resort to be outstanding. Check out the little Casino it pays.We would go back to Paradisus Punta Cana as the value was surely there.We stayed there in March and had fabulous weather.Not having to mark beach chairs is a plus at this fine resort.

Heaven on earth

every thing was amassing the food ,the rooms ,the water service was great the staff loved loved the spa ,cant wait to go back ,great casino loved the entertainment,the weather was absolutely beautiful,
